Had a great experience buying my Mercedes E350 from these folks. My salesman Scott was excellent to deal with. No hard sale tactics. Down to earth and no drama. I got a great deal on the car and the whole process couldn't have been easier. Scott answered every one of my texts and calls immediately and they were extremely busy too. Everyone at Champ Motors was helpful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend them.

BUYER BE AWARE. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. Here is our story.. We test drove a 2014 Volvo S60 and came back a few days after to put a deposit and started the process to have the bank send a check for this car. 08/04 Took delivery of the car and the car died 6 miles away from the dealership. Towed it to AAA and they did an inspection and replaced the Battery and Starter a $1240/- repair 08/07 Tried to pick up the car and had rattling metal sounds in the Engine. Took back to the dealership and per the dealership it needs a new engine. Second opinion also suggested a new engine to cost me approx. $6500/- The car is not operable. This car is a Junk. The dealership is selling Junk and is not willing to work and I want my money back and I am taking a legal action to get my money back according to consumer protection law § 2-711.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Alexey and Scott for making a quick and easy buying process. They gave me a very fair deal on my trade in and put me in a very nice “new to me” car! MODERN DAY HONEST SMALL BUSINESS This is one of those places our grandparents used to tell us about. When it was more than just about the dollars and providing a service with passion and care. When it was about putting a smile on a customers face and maybe even gave them some confidence when they left the lot just because they were treated with respect and also got what they wanted at a fair price. These guys are the type that want to make you invest and help them grow. Like finding the perfect sweater for winter, best experience I have had with purchasing a vehicle. Especially a used vehicle. We all know that the used car salesman gets the sleazy wrap but Scott and Alex are the exception to this rule. I cannot say enough positive things about they way they do business. I purchased a beautiful 2005 Lexus LS 430 from them and could not have had a better experience. When I checked the car out the first time after going through all the electronics the passenger window would not go back up. I let Scott know and he immediately checked it out and ordered the part. This actually worked to my advantage because apparently my loan officer at the bank was taking his time and I could have had the car bought out from under me. But, once the window was fixed and Scott was a man of his word and fought off the wolves for a few days, i finally got the check. If you are a serious buyer and have done your research and are in the market for a nice used luxury vehicle then please go check these guys out. ADVICE: I would totally recommend to call first and make an appointment. These guys are popular (rightfully so) and the lot is small and right in downtown Roswell. They respond by email or phone. TO THE OWNERS: My only question at this point is Donuts or Bagels?

Scott was super responsive and made the whole deal easy. I bought a land cruiser from Champ from out of town so we face timed the vehicle and it all looked good. Scott was on top of the paper work and made the transaction easy , I wired money and he shipped the car the next day( the car actually beat me to work).This was my first time buying a car over the internet but I definitely recommend Champ.

My first used car experience, I really didn't know what to expect, but after being greeted by Anthony who showed me my Bmw 3 series gave me a bit of information on this type of car which I really had no idea but wanted one cause my co-worker have a 3 series. I was sold Alex, was great these guys were so organized to be im such a small place.Their inventory was impressive for these to be used cars. Thanks guys

I purchased a car over the phone from Artesia New Mexico for my daughter. I explained to Alex that I was on a nursing travel assignment. He took care of everything for me. My daughter lives in Atlanta, she went to the dealership and picked up the car. I purchased a 2005 Mercedes Benz C class. It is a beautiful car and runs well. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Alex and Kevin are great.

I purchased a car here about a month a go and it was a great experience. I see most if not all of there cars are in really good conditions with awesome prices. Alex has great service very friendly and also a fella by the name of Kevin. I would definitely recommend Champ Motors. Also whenever I'll get my next car I'm gonna look here first.

Called aboutToyota Sequoia they had Alex and Kevin were great at handling it drove up from Pensacola Florida t.o look at it and purchased it on the spot. The car was in better shape than was described tires are brand new interior was perfect exterior was perfect. drove all the way up to about 10 minutes to do the paperwork Alex and Kevin were very helpful really enjoyed my experience and I would definitely purchase another car from there

I went to Champ Motors to buy my mini cooper. It was more than i thought I would get being a small dealer. Kevin and Alex were a big help. My mini was more than I expected in terms of quality. Kevin did a great job at showing me the car and working numbers with me and got me in my new car at the right price. For a small dealer dont let these guys fool you, They have very high quality cars and great customer service. Kevin allowed me to take the car to have a prepurchase inspection with no issues at all. In fact I took more than one car for inspection before i settled on my mini. I love the car and will definately be going back when Im ready to buy again

I bought a 2002 Jetta from here. After inspecting the car, buying it, and getting it to Las Vegas, on my way to work I had a blow out. I didn't blame Champ motors immediately as this sort of thing is fairly common. It was when I got my tire replaced that the worker asked me if I knew that my tires had 50 PSI in them. 50 PSI. The tires are designed to have 30 PSI max. I am lucky that this happened during a slow time for time for traffic, as this could have injured me, or worse someone else due to the negligent care and service of the vehicles from this dealer. I do not recommend buying from here what so ever.

After driving nearly 4 hours to purchase a car from this company on a Sunday, we paid by check for a car. I was assured that they would send me the title to the car via next day express delivery (wanted the check to clear, which is understandable). After not receiving the title by Wednesday, I called them again to see where it was, they assured me it was on it's way, but "didn't have the tracking number handy", yea right. This car was for my son, who is in the Air Force, to drive while he is stationed in Las Vegas. We needed this title by Friday (he flew out to Vegas on Sunday) so we could get a loan on the car in his name and get the vehicle registered in his name. Now we will have to fly him back in to do this paperwork whenever he can get leave again from the military. I hate being lied to! This is exactly why people hate used car salesmen!!!

I called Alex and left a voicemail about a 3 series BMW on his lot. He calls back saying he missed a call. He didn't even check the voicemail I had left. I inquired if I could take the car to my BMW mechanic and Alex told me I could only take the car for a test drive in a 5 mile radius. I told him that was no way near test driving a car. I then asked if someone from his lot would be able to drive with me to my mechanic and he still said no. He wasn't even trying to work with me to get the car checked out by someone I trust. After this phone call I won't even go look at the car since he isn't willing to let me make sure this will even be worth the buy.

I went to look at a 99 Subaru Forester that they had on the lot I found online. I live two hours away so I called first to ask questions. The dealer had trouble getting my information and lied when I asked if there were any major problems with the vehicle. He claimed there were no problems so I drove down there. Upon opening the hood my friend and I noticed the smell of burning oil. As it turns out the car had a major oil leak that would easily have cost over 2000 dollars to fix. The engine had been steam cleaned that day in order to conceal this. Overall this was a poor experience and I recommend that you steer clear of this dealer.

I drove down from Michigan to buy my Bmw 3 series after finding it online. The car was better in person than in the pictures. I was very satisified with the service i got. Kevin and Alex made my shopping and buying experience wonderful with no pressure. They even stayed late so I could get there. Great lot with quality cars and the car made it back to Michigan with no issues Im very pleased with the service I recieved and will be back

Saw the car on their website and contacted Alex. Being out of town he made sure to answer any questions I had and great communication. I thought this car at this price was to good to be true, but when I go into town and saw the car in person, it was everything and more. The paper work took thirty minutes and I was out the door. I have had the car for three weeks now and runes and drives great! Great car and no hassles. It was a great trip.

Alex was very helpful and straight up with everything. I didn't have unreasonable expectations for purchasing a used car but was pleasantly surprised working with him. I ended up purchasing from him after two trips and some negotiations, both of which required Alex to stay late with me due to my work schedule and being out of town. Contacted this small dealer to purchase a vehicle they had in stock. I sent an email with a reasonable offer and received a response as follows: "ha ha ha - Alex". It was not a low-ball offer and the lack of professionalism and plain disrespect shown by the salesman was completely rude. I am actually glad he treated me like this in the beginning so I did not get further along in the process before Alex showed his true colors. I ended up going to a reputable dealer and finding a much better deal on my new Porsche. If you are looking for an experience where the staff show you respect, DO NOT shop here!

Steve Roth and the staff at Sky Auto made our car buying experience a total joy! Steve worked with us on the price, and let us know everything we needed to know about the car. My wife and I bought the 04 Hyundai Elantra GT as is, drove off of the lot and decided to take it to Savannah to put it through its' paces. We made the 600+ mile trip without incident, but when we pulled back into Atlanta our engine light came on! We took it to Autozone and the code said it was a bad Cam shift positioning sensor. When we called Steve to let him know he felt so bad about it that he bought the part himself and gave it to us free of charge! I've bought plenty of cars in my time and I will tell you, I have never had a salesman go so far and beyond the call of duty as he did! I highly recommend Steve and Sky Auto Sales if you are in the market to buy a car!!
