I know there are dealership it's their job to sell cars, but they knew we had budget constraints and it was at closing time on a Friday night and they still stayed open to work with us and try to see if they could make a deal and meet our budget. They did and were very friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful experience at this dealership picking out and purchasing our 2016 Malibu. Our sales person, Blake Ritorto, was so pleasant, helpful, and professional in showing us models that we were interested in, getting our trade-in evaluated and working with us to close the sale, and then helping us learn all about using the modern technology features of our car after our purchase because we had no prior experience with this type of technology. Also, Business Manager Drew Effinger, was very enjoyable to work with as we went over all the paperwork to complete the purchase and get extended bumper to bumper coverage for our new Malibu. We plan to get all our car servicing done with Champion as well, and tell friends and family about out good experience with this dealership.

My mother just sold her Chevy Silverado to Champion Chevrolet. We walked in not knowing what to expect, but Brenda walked us through everything. Champion offered us our asking price and cut us the check. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Brenda was absolutely amazing! She even drove us home after the transaction was complete.

Overall a good experience at this dealership. I gave the dealership 4 stars but would give the salesman 5 stars because he was helpful, informative, and acted like he wanted to make a sale. My only complaints were there was no real haggle room over the trade-in, which was 50% my fault for not bringing the vehicle to the initial contact and 50% the fault of the sales floor manager who apparently didn't want to negotiate the original low-ball quote after seeing the vehicle. Referencing the Bluebook price, I think the trade-in was worth an additional $1000.In addition, there was no negotiation on the lending institution for the balance due after trade-in and down payment. I was told 4.65% was the best rate I could get even though my credit rating and my wife's are 800+ . I refinanced a week later at my credit union for 1.9%. The price on the truck I purchased was fair so I didn't attempt to negotiate it.....minus the various incentives and discounts, the price was dropped almost $8,000 . Would I buy here again? Probably so. If I do, it would be with the same salesman but things would be a little different when it comes to dealing with the sales management and business management.

I Did not get the advertised discount on the purchase of the 2017 Volt I purchased. During the purchase process the sales team said the reduced discount price was because of the 0% financing. However when finance presented the sales deal it was 2% and no advertised discount on the price of the volt. what a Sham. I feel like I was taken advantage of since the sales department agreement did not match up the the finance sales contract. Based upon my experience I can not recommend the Champion Chevrolet Dealership located in Avon Indiana. Very dishonest process.

My husband and I are expecting and needed a 3rd row vehicle. We went to "look" at a used 2013 Traverse. It was our first time test driving one, and our salesman (Aaron Glaze) was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. He was never pushy and always honest. The finance guy, Mike, was also very easy to work with, and needless to say we purchased that night. We brought the car in a few days later to have the polysteel treatment applied and I was once again impressed with Aaron and how he listened and responded to my questions.

I came to the dealership expecting an oil change that would cost around $60 for semi-synthetic oil (prices comparable to competition). Not only was it $20 cheaper than the competition, the workers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, thoroughly able to answer and explain all my questions, rotated my tires free of charge, gave my car a wash free of charge and offered complimentary water bottles and coffee. The waiting room was clean and all I saw was smiling faces. Will be back for oil changes in the future.

Our dealer was Allen Syx and he was very personable and knowledgeable of the 2016 Colorado we purchased. He was not pushy in the least and helped us get the vehicle of our choice and even stayed within our budget. I was traveling from Iowa to Kentucky when my check engine lite came on. Champion Dealership was the closest so I pulled in to see if they could look at my car. They got me in right away, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix my vehicle and get me back on the road in under 2 hrs. I was really appreciative of the great friendly service and how willingly they were to help without me giving them prior notice. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and what I was expecting to pay. I was greeted by Derek Rose and we went over to the truck I had in mind. He grabbed the keys and let me take a look around and then offered a test drive. He asked questions and answered all of mine without trying to change my mind or outguess me. I really appreciated that he didn't try to be overbearing or try to upsell me on things I didn't need or want. It was really refreshing to find someone who understood that I knew my own needs best and didn't try to convince me I should go a different route. Once I decided to move forward with the sale we went over some numbers and he provided me a sheet which broke down their asking price, their offer on my trade, and what the monthly payments would be. With just some slight negotiating we arrived at a figure that was in line with what KBB suggested the price should be, and lower than competing dealerships in the area. If you're in need of a new vehicle and want a straight-forward experience then stop in and see Derek.

When we went to the dealership we new exactly which vehicle we were interested in. We were pleasantly surprised that we were not bombarded by sales associates. When entering the main sales floor we were greated by the friendly staff and sales associates. Our sales associate Steve was happy to assist us at looking at the truck we were interested in and do a test drive. After knowing we were set on the vehicle we went inside to do all of the paper work. Drew in the finance department was friendly and efficient. He was able to get all of our paper work done and signed with in an hour. We have purchased many vehicles and this has been by far the best and easiest experience we've had.

The selection of vehicles I was looking for was good and I was able to find 2 to decide between. The salesman who showed me the vehicles was not as familiar with the specifics of the vehicles as I expected. He used generalizations often and didn't know the answers to several questions related to features of the vehicles. He was friendly and pleasant to deal with however. The financial stage was handled poorly. The gentleman who was processing my sale tried to put me into financing that I had no knowledge of and was, in fact, much worse than the terms I secured after questioning his information, causing him to check available financing again. The sales manager was helpful and appeared open and honest pricing structures very clearly. I appreciated that. The whole process took entirely too long. I was an easy customer. I knew what i wanted to buy, had no financing concerns, was satisfied with the trade in allowance and still it took me 3 1/2 hrs to complete the transaction. No reason in the world for that to be the case. Ultimately I left with the vehicle I wanted at a price I considered fair with financing I could live with.

The reason for the 5 star review is because Allen Syx was our sales consultant and from the very first truck I looked at that I knew I couldn't afford he was very honest and helpful and still took the time to go over the entire truck, then was able to ball park a monthly payment if I wanted the truck and it was too much. So he asked if there was other cars I was interested in and of course I always wanted a camero so he was very helpful with all the modles and working with me on what I was looking for and could afford and even my trade in. In the end I got the camero I wanted for about the price I told him I could afford and I love my car. Great job by Allen Syx and the rest of the champion managers that I delt with during my visit there. Ill be going there in the future for my future Chevy car or truck.

We brought the vehicle in for a free Oil Change & Tire Rotation, which was part of the agreement of the new vehicle purchase. The person that greeted us was very nice and helpful, and we got the vehicle in right away for service. It took only around 20 minutes, which was much quicker than we expected. The waiting area was very comfortable, and everyone that we dealt with there was very nice and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend someone to Champion.

After a month of driving to dealerships & looking tirelessly at website listings I landed at Champion Chevy in Avon. Normal dealership crap with the "sales manager" positioning for every dollar in the deal so that part was no different. What made my experience great was my sales person. Derek did an excellent job & was nothing like every prior car sales guy I'd dealt with for a month while looking.!I found him honest & genuine over my 4 seperate visits following up exactly when he said he would without fail. He truly EARNED my business. I ended up purchasing 2 used vehicles for both of my daughters (Vs 1). It's because of Derek I purchased at this location & because of him I took the time to write this. Be straight forward without the BS - that's what the public is looking for. Highly recommend you visit this dealership specifically to speak with Derek Rose.

I had a sudden overheating of my Malibu and since I was close to Champion Chevrolet so I drove there. I was immediately greeted by Patrick and explained what my problem was. He asked if I could wait a little bit to see if they could diagnose the problem. Within 30 minutes it was discovered the water pump had a small leak which caused the overheating when I turned the air on. Patrick asked if I wanted to be taken home, but I decided to stay. They had my car fixed with the next 1-1/2 to 2 hours with the water pump replaced under warranty with no cost to me. So in about 3 hours my car was completely repaired which I consider to very reasonable and exceptional. Special kudos to Patrick for being so caring and keeping me informed during the home process

I went to other dealers. All I was shown was used trucks in the price range I wanted. I was not going to except nothing less than a new vehicle. The money and payment were not a factor. I have been shopping for a new for 9 months and found exactly what I wanted on line. I had a test drive scheduled and then due to life events, moved the test drive up by 3 days. Allen greeted me at the vehicle 20 minutes before closing and walked me through the car and we got a test drive in. Two days later, I picked the car up. I haven't bought a car in +10 years and had several questions. Allen took the time to answer each one and explain the process. There was never any pressure to buy the vehicle nor was the process rushed. I never once felt stressed/worried during the process. April 27, 2016 it was raining, storms were coming and my windshield wipers were toast. I pulled in to the service bay and Patrick and several others were immediately helpful. Since my old windshield wipers were after market replacements, it was not an easy fix. Patrick and several others, in addition to the parts department, were endlessly patient and worked until I had wonderful new wipers again. Thank you one more time!

Champion Chevrolet is the only Dealership for me. Every employee that I have worked with at the dealership has been friendly, professional. I appreciate their honesty and integrity and has always been treated with the utmost respect. Patrick Briney was excellent from the first phone conversation we had. I called because one of warning lights were coming on. I called and spoke with Patrick explaining the problem as best as I could. He was very reassuring and asked me when I could bring the car in. We decided on the following day. When I arrived, the Service Department was very busy. Patrick acknowledged me and said he be with me soon. It made me feel welcomed that he too the time to acknowledge me. Little gestures such as that goes a long way. Long story short, it was an awesome experience. One other thing I appreciated was that Patrick came back to the waiting area several times to give me updates on the service to see if I needed anything. Wow--now that's customer service! I had to leave my car overnight, but Patrick put me in a loaner vehicle and my car was ready the next day. Repaired, washed and ready to go! Kudos to Patrick and the Champion Team!

I am from the Lafayette area, there was little selection here nor was there a willingness to make a deal on a lesser selection. I happened to see a TV commercial about Champion Chevrolet in Avon. I called the dealership to find out the had around seven or eight trucks for me to look at, actually what I was looking for was just unloaded off of a transport and had not been prepped. The salesman working with me and I mean "working" to find some middle ground to complete the deal. I also visited the service department and met with some of the mechanic's and they answered some of my questions pertaining to my new truck. Very professional folks.

We have been looking at these Colorado for awhile and saw this black one with everything on it. So my wife called Monday morning and spoke with Christian to ask if we could do a test drive that evening. We got there about 6:15 and Christian leaves at 5:30 but Aaron Glaze was there and had the keys all ready and took us for the test drive... Aaron was very nice and very informative on everything on the truck. When we got back we had asked them to go ahead and do our trade in just to see where we were at as we new where we had to be.... Aaron got all the information back over to us and we discussed.... once we agreed on the final number the truck was ours....All thanks to Aaron's knowledge and the fact that he has been there a long time really meant a lot. Your service department went up and beyond what was expected. My husband and I had to bring our vehicle in for unexpected service. Now this vehicle contains my husband's handicap ramp. Not only did you give us a vehicle to use while our vehicle was being repaired, but when you learned that he is on home hospice you even delivered the repaired vehicle to our home once you found out my husband was not feeling well enough for me to leave him to pick it up from you. Now that is EXCELLENT SERVICE. When I buy a vehicle I want to have a good follow-up when service is required, so I will have no trouble recommending your dealership to anyone I know who may be in the market for a purchase.

Our salesman Allen Syx, was knowledgeable and very helpful, and courteous. Purchasing a car is a tedious process, and it was made as enjoyable as it can be. The only minor complaint I can come up with is during the detailing to get the car ready for us, no one checked the trunk and it was loaded with boxes that we didn't need to take home with us to dispose of, other than that, the experience was great. The finance guy we dealt with was very friendly and courteous, informed us of all our options but was not pushy.

I called him and we set up an appointment on Friday to look at what could be wrong. He thought the parts to fix it would not come in until next week, so he filled up the tank with gas. I brought my car for much need repair at 7am with no appointment and was immediately greeted with a 'can do' response. Within a short period of time the problem was diagnosed and a course of action to fix the problem was in place. Since they didn't have the part in the shop to fix the issue they drove to another dealership and picked it up! Within a short period of time my car was fixed under warranty and I was on my way. My daughter bought a 2012 there, an agreement was made with rusty, sales , to bring car back in for fan repair. Rusty was great, he sent a message giving details that the repair would take a few days and we would have a compliment car waiting. We got there, Service department had us for an appointment, but no compliment car and I was informed by Patrick " we are not a rental car company", Another employee chimes in and said "first come first serve". It took an hour to get a car. When we brought it back and picked up car, the fan didn't work. It's like they didn't even try it. While waiting for the car the first day, another woman left and returned within 10 minutes. She said her car had not been fixed. the experience of my daughter buying her first " new to her" car was great. But this service department needs a new mechanic, and a new face to customers.

The whole staff was friendly from the time I got there to when I left, but the one negative thing that I have to say is that when trying to negotiate a price, the salesman had to go ask his superior every time we made an offer and they played the whole good guy bad guy thing, which was annoying and time consuming. It made me feel like I should have just negotiated with his superior from the beginning. But other than that one detail the salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, and at the end of the day I got what just what I was looking for

I have known and trusted Dave Blanck for many years, and when it was time to replace my Avalanche I knew Dave was the guy to help me. I contacted him at Champion Chevrolet and he sat down with me to work out the details for a 2016 Siverado Crew Cab. The truck is exactly what I wanted and Dave took the time to be sure I understood the details of its features, which was important because of the advances in technology Chevy has in its new vehicles. Had appointment to view Certified Pre Owned 2012 Silverado. When we arrived the vehicle was not there, out on a test drive by someone else.Was told keys were held back for us, but another salesman picked up the keys for someone else to test drive. I stopped by Champion Chevrolet to look for a new vehicle since I was having serious safety issues with my current vehicle. I was up front and honest with Shay and told him my dilemma and my budget. I was originally looking for a certified pre-owned vehicle; however, he quickly took action and showed me a few other options, all of which were still within reason. He first showed me the 2016 Chevrolet Malibu LT and there was no reason to go any further. I fell in love with the Malibu and the color. Shay and Champion offered me a fair deal of my trade-in. I was impressed with his honesty, experience, and knowledge. He was not the typical salesman. I found a Jeep Wrangler which was advertised online. I emailed the dealership and asked if it had a soft top in addition to the hard top which was pictured. I received a reply from the internet manager, that YES, it did come with a soft top as well. I made a deposit over the phone, with the understanding that I would be up to pick it up in about a month. As a business owner, I realized a couple of weeks later that I would not be able to get away that quickly, so I called the dealership to offer more of a deposit if needed. They said it was unnecessary. I booked a flight, and set up pickup. When I asked for the amount so I could bring a cashier's check for the full amount, it was a few thousand higher than what was advertised. I found out that Indiana had different tax laws, so plans were changed and I decided to have it delivered. I had to contact the dealership REPEATEDLY to find out the status of the paperwork. After not hearing for a week after they received the check, I called once again, and a saleman told me the check needed time to clear. A CASHIER'S check. When I pointed out that it was a cashier's check, it was miraculously cleared to be delivered. The dealership NEVER let me know that the vehicle was picked up, but I did let them know when I received it. At that point, I also noticed that there was no soft top. I immediately called the dealership, and the internet manager told me he would find it and get back to me. He returned my call the next day and stated that it was "there on May 15th". I told him this was not my first Jeep, and I was positive that it was not here. A couple of days went by when the salesman called me and told me a "mistake" was made, and that "a soft top was not listed on the build sheet". He also said I could "return the Jeep if I wanted because we have already lost too much money on this vehicle" I paid FULL ADVERTISED PRICE. When I sent the FIRST email, I did not ask if the Jeep had been BUILT with a soft top, I asked if THIS Jeep HAD a soft top in addition to the hard top. At this point I became upset. I immediately attempted to contact the General Manager, but the email link on there website was incorrect. After several days of attempting to get in touch with him (and the dealership trying to shift me to other people, I emailed another member of management whose address was correct, and he put me in contact with the GM. The GM emailed me on TUESDAY and apologized for not being able to be contacted. I returned his email instantly and explained the situation. He replied the next day that he would "do his due diligence and get back to me on FRIDAY when he returned to the office. Friday came and went with no response, as did Saturday and Sunday. on Monday I emailed the GM once again, who apologized that my issue "slipped through the cracks" but would "review it in the AM and get back to me". I waited and emailed him once more the next afternoon to no response, and then later sent another email stating that I hope I had not "slipped through the cracks again" The then responded that he was disturbed that I had grown upset after his salesman had told me they were not going to honor what was stated. I am THOROUGHLY disgusted with this dealership. Christian Alejandro was the ONLY person who was polite, and had good customer service. He received the same respect from myself.

HE ALSO HAD RESEARCHED AND FOUND SOME OF THE SAME ONES. IT BECAME OBVIOUS THE OTHER DEALERS DID NOT WANT TO MAKE A TRADE WITH CHAMPION AND WE DECIDED WE DIDN'T WANT TO WAIT TO ORDER AND GET ONE. WE TOOK THE DAYTONA SUNRISE ORANGE AND COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! AARON HAS HELPED US LEARN ALOT ABOUT ALL THE GADGETS ON THE CAR AND IS EAGER TO HELP US EVEN MORE!! Took HHR in for warranty work. Mentioned that the turn signal didn't work but didn't want to pay for a diagnostic fee to find problem. Realized that we still had extended warranty and Grant offered to check and see if warranty would cover fix on turn signal switch. To our surprise, warranty covered this expense and saved us $ on a repair. Great customer service on Grant's part by offering to check it out.

The phrase easy to do business with certainly applies to Champion Chevrolet of Avon. It was the best car buying experience I've had in the last 25 years. Right when I walked in the doors and talked to a few employee's I could feel a positive culture was being promoted. Employee's who actually liked their jobs and their customers! You will not find fake smiles, weak handshakes, or someone afraid to look you in the eye's at this dealership. When I arrived at the dealership and met my sales representative Robin E. he was not only well prepared, but also very knowledgeable, and professional. Their finance department was even able to provide me a better interest rate than my local bank. I was in and out of the dealership in about 90 stress free minutes. As you can tell by this review I was impressed with Champion Chevrolet of Avon.

I saw a used Silverado on Champion's website. Dealt with Andrea Goodwin throughout my buying experience. WOW! Andrea was sooo helpful the entire time. She is very personable and knowledgeable about the buying experience and the vehicle I was looking at.As a matter of fact, this was my second purchase at Champion. Both times I felt very comfortable both with the people and the business itself. No pressure. Friendly greeting. Whoever seeks out their vehicles knows what they're doing too. My first purchase was a 2007 HHR. It had very low mileage as did the Silverado I just bought. The HHR NEVER gave me any mechanical trouble. I pretty much expect the same with the Silverado. Of course the Silverado is way more complicated so the odds are something MIGHT go wrong. But I've heard from a few Silverado owners who swear by their vehicle.

I live in the state of Maryland & I flew to Avon Indiana & bought a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 from this dealer on June 28,2014 I was told that the vehicle was serviced which was a lie because the Transmission went on June 29,2014 I got the Transmission fixed then went to get the car inspected on July 15 the inspection failed because of bad rear brake disk, also I was asked by the finance officer did I want to pay my taxes up front or when I registered the vehicle I told him up front I paid my taxes but the finance officer took advantage of the fact I wasn't from Indiana & told me the taxes I paid is for my tags & registration which was another lie because the Motor Vehicle Administration told me that I also have to pay my state taxes & that they suppose to inform me of that & last the Motor Vehicle Administration told me that they couldn't register my car because the bill of sale has a different dealership name on it & not Champion Chevrolet I called the dealership back once again like always nobody from finance was not available I finally got a hold of the "GM" that wouldn't state his name & I simply requested him to send a faxed copy of the bill of sale with there dealers name on the letter head he refuse to because he stated that bill of sale is fine he never had any problems with it I told him I can't register my car until I get a legitimate bill of sale or I will have to take legal actions & his response was "well this conversation is now over" & hung up.

On July 19, a family member and I came to the dealership talked with Aaron, my friend also needed a new vehicle, Aaron listened to our needs and built lease contracts that fit both of our needs. I set up an appointment to see a 2004 Malibu by clicking the "more information" button on Cars.com. A "business manager" e-mailed me to set up a time and date, and promised that "Melissa" would have the car ready. When I showed up, I was informed that "Melissa" was not working that day, and the car was not ready. Another salesperson offered to show me the car, but disappeared for ten minutes before bringing the car around. He explained that he was looking for the service manager so he could confirm whether the open recall on the vehicle had been corrected. I knew that the recall on that year of vehicle was for power steering that could fail and cause the wheels to lock, and he could not confirm that the work was done. He then asked if I wanted to test-drive the vehicle despite the work not being done. I said "nope" and walked out. Later that night, I got an e-mail from the same business manager asking how my appointment went. I sent her everything I typed up there. I never heard from her again. However, the next day, "Melissa" called to ask if I like the car and enjoyed my visit to the dealership. I told her to talk to her business manager and get the full story. I also told her that I wasn't coming back to Champion. Who treats their potential customers like that?

When I scheduled the time to look at a couple of units I just thought it would be a review of available units andaccessories. I arrived and Doug was there to answer questions but not a hard sell technique. I told him the wife and I would return on Thursday to bring the spouse for her examination of the autos. On Thursday we arrived and he allowed us to look at the autos we had decided to look at. He presented us with some information about pricing and financing. Allowed us to look at the options and let us decide. No pressure to sign. We walked out with a new vehicle and everything was very low key. I would recommend everyone to work with this dealership and es[ecially Doug Walker.Rusty did the final paperwork and did a great job of making us feel as if we were part of the family.

My husband and I recently purchased a car from Glenn at Champion, can't say enough about him!! He was fantastic! So easy going and very understanding of our situation. Glenn was made aware ahead of time that I had a small window to take delivery of our vehicle and he had made Kenny in the finance department very aware of this. Glenn continued to apologize to us as we waited for Kenny to be ready for us, well past our scheduled time. So we were finally taken back to the finance department where, much to our irritation, he didn't have a single piece of paperwork ready for us to sign. He acknowledged when we walked in that he knew we were in a hurry....apparently he did not. We sat there for the next hour and a half as he slowly printed papers one by one. We feel as if there was no excuse for this as Glenn had all of our information verified in advance, so as to help us out and avoid spending too much time there. Overall, we were EXTREMELY satisfied with Glenn, he was extremely apologetic that the delivery took so long, even though it was entirely out of his hands, but we were not pleased with the preparedness of the finance team and their respectfulness of our time.

They replaced the tail light assembly but did not replace the bulbs. Took in 3 months later because wanted $45 to replaced bulbs. Overprice will not recommend.

I was so disappointed to see that under the new ownership the children's play room was moved. When this dealership was Dugan, the play area was adorable and welcoming to boys and girls. When the kids are occupied it makes it possible to get business done in a timely manner. The new area was plain and uninviting, and my son wasn't interested in staying in there. Who could blame him? Why make a dealership lower their standards and offerings to meet "company expectations"...seems contradictory to any type of common sense.

Sometimes you just when things feel right. Everyone was friendly, the atmosphere didn't feel like an auction house. It was like going to the grocery store, they had what we wanted and let us work out a deal. Everything seemed so easy and straight forward. Doug Walker was an excellent Sales Consultant! I came in to the dealership with negative equity on a car I bought from Hare Chevrolet 2 years ago. I went back there first and the salesman was clearly dishonest and wouldn't show me the numbers or answer my questions straight up. I had bought my G6 from Dugan several years back and decided to go back to Dugan. I remembered how my salesperson Allison was honest and took the time to explain everything, show me my car and keep in touch thru service stops along the way. I went to Hare because it was a woman owned business and I try to support that. I was very sorry I did. I met Doug Walker and have been so impressed with his honest, sincere way of handling my situation that both my daughter and I have posted on facebook. I will never go anywhere else again. Doug and Loren worked very hard to help me get in to the beautiful car I have, with an affordable payment and started forward to get rid of the negative equity I had strapped myself with. While waiting on numbers to come back, that both Doug and Loren explained and answered all my questions, we met the new owner Fernando (I believe was his first name) of the now Dugan soon to be Champion. I was in a bad wreck in my equinox where I was T-boned and flipped over, my air bags did there job and came out of the car without a scratch or bruise. After calling my insurance company we call Donny Rideout to help us into a new car. We came in and picked it out, signed the paper work I was in my new Equinox as if nothing happened. Very pleased and would highly recommend Dugan Chevrolet. Andrea Wadsworth was very conscientious and helpful during the entire process. Look her up if you want someone is helpful and so very pleasant to deal with. As I live almost 2 hours from Dugan Chevrolet we had set a tentative pick-up time. I had an opportunity to pick up my vehicle two days earlier and called requesting a very short, unexpected time frame only a few hours in advance. Andrea admitted that they were very busy but would definitely get me in if that worked best for me. Andrea and Laura Belledin both stayed beyond their scheduled hours to make sure that all paperwork was understood. They were very relaxed, friendly, and never made me feel that we should be rushing through the process because of the inconvenience I had placed upon them.

Because of my credit issues and the fact I did not want to buy a newer vehicle, many dealers would not deal with me. Andrea and Reggie at Dugan were the total opposite. They both worked to get me in a reliable vehicle I could afford. Plus Laura in the finance department went the extra mile to get me an affordable loan.I was a bit disappointed when I later learned that the "final inspection" was not made when the car was turned over to me. However, the good people at Dugan admitted the oversight plus offered me a loaner vehicle for about a week while the service department conducted its "final inspection" and the necessary repairs. I appreciate their honesty and the extra mile they went to make everything right.The next time I need another vehicle for my family or for my husband's business I will definitely be going to Dugan first.

I was very happy with my visit too dugan chevy. When I got there and walked in the door i was greeted by Scott Lawless. I told him up front that i wanted too sit down. I told him this is where im at this is what i got and what can you do for me? He said that thats the way he likes too do businees up front with his customers.Ive heard that line before wasnt the first new car i had bought. But after talking with Scott he meant what he said. Scott was honest with me from the start. He treated you like a person not a sale. He joked with you had a normal coversation made you feel relaxed. He worked with me and my trade which wasnt easy i owed more than it was worth. I had tried a few other dealerships and they were a waste of time. I had never been too dugan before but i wiil go back again. Once we got too and agreement. Scott had rusty come out and talk with me. Watch the labor rate! When the average cost to employ a nurse is under $50/hr. why should a dealership charge $100/hr. for their service (not including the shop fees and "Other Parts")? BLOATED profit margins and the need to make up the operating losses on the sales side. You're far better off finding a garage that does't have to charge you for losses in other areas of it's business. Friendliness was good, no push to buy today at first. After test drive it was time to talk price. The first price offered was fair and we went to lunch to talk about it. called back to talk about changing a few things and was told there was another person interested in the same car. This may or may not have been true and made me feel like he was pressuring us to buy. I asked if we could change a few optional itams and was told this was the way the car was ordered by the owner and they could not change them. Asked for one additional optional item and was told they would put it on free (was under $50). Ageed to pay the price asked for and would return to the showroom later that day. When we returned the salesman was with another customer but got to us as soon as possible. Paper work was taken care of, deposit was made and we agreed to come back later to sign the finance forms. When we returned, we were told the optional item will be in addition to the price agreed for the vehicle. This amount was not a great deal but shows me either they don't remember what they tell customers or are trying to get every penny they can from them. The finance officer goes through many items that will cost you more and tries to make you feel like they are needed. I would recommend this dealer based on price alone.

I visited around 5 other dealerships in the Indianapolis/Avon area and this was by far the best of them all. I was greeted within a few minutes of looking around on the lot by my sales rep, Tony. He made me feel like he was wanting to help me get into a car that I wanted and not forced me into something based off the price I was going spend. Tony answered all my questions that I had and would, and will, be recommending him to friends and family. I test drove the car that I wanted and we finally came to a deal that benefited my self and the dealership. I was over all very happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend anyone to at least stop in and see what they have to offer you. Great service, clean and updated showroom and very friendly! Will be back for my next vehicle!

As a single female, purchasing a car alone can be a daunting and intimidating task. After my car fizzled out on me I knew I was either going to have to make expensive repairs to a car that was paid off or take the leap and buy something. I'm a teacher so you know I don't know much of a salary which really limits what I can afford to pay for a new car. I decided to at least look at some potential new cars. I headed to Dugan Chevrolet as it is one of the closest car dealerships to my home and my parents had just purchased a truck from the dealership. They seemed to have had a positive experience so I followed their lead. Mr. Jim Crosley was my sales consultant - he was also my parents as well. He took time to explain about the car I was standing beside when he walked up. He then asked about my price range and didn't balk when I told him even though it was a very small window. Without a second thought he knew what cars would fall into my range and shared the information with me. He found a very nice car that was bound to sell quickly. We took a test drive around the lot and he explained the features to me. It wasn't necessarily my first choice of cars, but after driving it I really fell in love with it. We headed to his desk, jotted down some info, and he was off to see if he could make it happen. I know my credit isn't great and I knew my payment window was small; I wasn't expecting a positive answer. While waiting Jim was very personable and we had a very nice conversation - we have some common acquaintances. He did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable. When the details were all worked out the payments were perfect. I was shocked! He reminded me that we all deserve a break now and then and he was glad he could give me one. When it came to signing paperwork I worked with Jennifer Lee. Again, I was treated very well. Jennifer is also personable, well organized, and comfortable to talk to. As sometimes happen there was a mistake in the paperwork that was discovered after I had already returned home. Jennifer gave me a call to see if I could come back in for a few quick signatures. She apologized profusely for her error - I was fine with it because it actually lowered my payments. Working with these two people was the most comfortable I've ever been with any purchase I have made. I always worry that as a single female I will be taken advantage of when it comes to purchases such as this. Never during the experience did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. I know that if I'd had to turn down the offer they would have continued to treat me with the utmost respect. I will recommend others visit Dugan Chevrolet. Wonderful experience!

Leased a 2013 Chevrolet Volt from Dugan. Friendly staff (in a difficult situation: due to remodeling, thet sales team is in a tent this summer on the parking lot). Dealership is smaller than the mega-dealers, but it still had the models I wanted to consider. Also liked the fact they seemed to respect my interest in the car I wanted, that I had done some research about it, and just handed me the car for test drives without the heavy-handed oversight I've experienced at other places. They gave me what I thought was a fair price for my trade in and did what they could for me to drive off in the car I really wanted.It was great doing business with them and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I have to say that my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. I had been to previous dealerships and I was always treated the way that most people expect to be treated - promise me any and everything but when it came time to work all the details out the salesperson would always backtrack saying that there was this exception or I have no control over what my boss or the bank would require. Because of that I would just leave and to never return. But with Tom and Laura they did everything the way people should be treated. They were HONEST, helpful and forthright and when we finally decided to buy the Malibu they both exceeded expectations and did everything right and treated us like friends and gave us the impression that they really did care! When it comes time (Probably within 6 months) I will be back to this dealership to buy my next car.

We went to Dugan to compare size of auto's, we were greeted by Aaron Glaze and he was very profesional. He showed us several models and helped us pick the one that fit our needs. He introduced us to several people in the office and showroom, took us to the service area and introduced us to the service writers and told us when and if we needed service he would assist us. Allie started off right away. Out of the hundreds of faces she sees on a monthly basis, she remembered me. She also remembered what I drove without looking it up. She had me in and out in 5 minutes for the drop off. Later in the day when I checked out, they had me out in ten minutes after reviewing all checking points on the vehicle. I loved it.

This week I brought in my Trailblazer for recall work, as well as an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted in the service department by Allie who regognized me right away, even though I had only worked with her a couple of times in the past, and not for at least two months. She also remembered that I had the Camaro, even though I was driving the Trailblazer. She got me in and out of the drop off in 5 minutes. When I returned at the end of the day to get me out of there, she went over the points from the inspection and let me know that the recall work was completed. She had me out in less than 10 minutes. They are awesome.

Most other dealers had their cars listed at $26,000 - $29,000. I purchased mine, with a $1500 rebate that I am very thankful for, for a total of about $23,000. If I had to have a "knock" of it I would have to say that spending 8 hours of my day here was not my original plan. I have to admit that I am a reluctant car shopper. My husband typically does all of the legwork and then I will come in and sign the paperwork. We were not in a situation where we needed a new vehicle. But if the deal was right, I was open to getting something new. We were looking at either a new Tahoe LTZ or a Yukon Denali.My experience at Dugan was far different than what I have previously experienced at other dealers. First off, the dealership itself has a very relaxed atmosphere. You can get out of your car without being swarmed by sales people.Aaron Glaze was our salesman. His approach is relaxed, friendly and non-aggressive which immediately put me at ease. He is very knowledgeable, 17 years in car sales, and is willing to take a lot of time to explain options, etc. The negotiation on the value of our trade took less than 15 minutes and we were very satisfied with the value we settled on. We were also eligible for for a GM discount through my father-in-law but he was retired and was not sure about how to get the authorization number. Aaron walked us through the process and we were able to get the authorization online. Aaron took care of a lot of the leg work before we returned to the dealer to minimize the amount of time we had to spend there.When we returned to finalize our purchase, Aaron was out wiping off the vehicle and making sure it looked perfect. We got right in to Rusty Lasley, the finance guy. He also has a friendly, relaxed manner. I asked a lot of questions about the various charges and documents that I was signing. He was happy to answer all of my questions. There are a lot of add ons the auto finance industry offers. Rusty presented the options along with the pros and cons of each and let us decide what, if any, would be a smart buy for us. There was no pressure there. Also, the car had pinstripes that I did not like. Aaron had them removed and Rusty refunded the cost back to us.Aaron finished up by giving us a tour of the service department and giving us a coupon for our first service for free. He also paired my cellphone and showed me how to use the Bluetooth technology. I think in total we spent less than 2 hours at the dealership. We were by no means rushed and I felt like both Aaron and Rusty would have spent whatever time we required. It was their level of efficiency that made the process go so quickly.I would definitely use Dugan and Aaron again and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We have been buying new vehicles from Dugan Chevy for approx 13yrs, actually directly through Gary Thompson. Before then, the dealerships we had purchased from always left us feeling let down by the "customer service" we had received or should I say NOT received. After our first transaction with Gary and Dugan Chevrolet, we were hooked. This was where we knew we could trust we were getting the best deal for us and not feel we were being "taken". Gary has always bended over backwards to make sure we got the car/truck we wanted, with the amenities we asked for and the price we could afford. What more can you ask for? From the moment I got out of my vehicle that I was trading in I felt welcome, wasn't rushed into anything I didn't want or like. They let me take my time to look and find the truck of my choice. Donnie was very polite to both me and my daughter making sure we were happy and comfortable while handling all the paperwork. When I got to the part of signing all my paperwork Laura made sure I understod everything and didn't cover anything up. There were a few questionable things on the truck and Laura is still getting in touch with me on the answers, most people wouldn't continue to care about the customer once they drove off the lot. Everyone was very helpful with all the questions I had. When the vehicle I was interested in was not as clean as I would have liked they had no problem fixing the problems I found. They were also very cooperative in trying to work with my bank to finish the required financing and when the bank became difficult the financing provided to me was actually a better rate than my personal bank would provide. Overall a great experience.

I bought an '05 Pontiac Grand Prix and this is the first vehicle I've bought by myself as I'm college-aged and young. I'm from Jasper, IN which is almost 3 hours from Dugan Chevrolet. I found the GP on Autotrader and called up about it on Monday and talked to Robin. She was very friendly and confirmed the vehicle was still on the lot. Through out the week I called up once a day to make sure it was still there as I sold my then vehicle and tied up ends with my bank. On Friday I sold my car and was approved... I then called up to Dugan one last time before making the trip to make sure it was still on the lot... I was kind of thrown a curve ball at this point(very last-minute after I've been dealing with them daily for the past five days..) with details of the taxes on the vehicle, which is the reason I gave my overall experience a 4 instead of a 5. However, I asked to be transferred to a salesperson and was sent to Scott. He was helpful and worked out the details with me(in my favor, luckily!). At this point it was 4 PM and they closed at 6. I explained that I had sold my other vehicle and really needed this car ASAP as I work two jobs and couldn't really get another day off to take the trip. He told me to go ahead and come up and that they would get it done for me that night. We didn't make it there until 7 PM (He's stayed an hour over by now) and they had the Grand Prix sitting right out front, ready for me to test drive. After the drive, I decided it was for me. He and one of the financial associates (I don't remember this gentleman's name, but he was nice and explained the process to me well). Scott had and awesome attitude and didn't make me feel like I was an inconvience at all (though its nearly 8 PM and he was supposed to leave at 6). He also had a great sense of humor and kept us entertained while the paperwork was being fille out. I purchased the Grand Prix in early August and it's now September. So far, so good! It runs smooth and looks great! I have a friend looking to buy a Chevy Sonic from the Jasper area and I recommended Scott/Dugan Chevrolet to him. Awesome experience for a first-time buyer, as long as I drive GM products I will be a Dugan customer!

Shopping for new cars isn't something that I usually like to do. There's something about car dealerships and car salesmen that normally make me very nervous and anxious. We decided to go to Dugan after having a not so nice experience at another dealership. From the time we walked in the door at Dugan, until the time we drove away with our new car, I felt nothing but good vibes. Aaron immediately greeted us with a smile and a hand shake as we walked into the building. He offered refreshments and also played a movie for our children to watch. He focused solely on what we were looking for and did not try to push other deals or vehicles on us. He slowly took away the anxiety and stress that I was feeling that day. I could tell early on that he was a genuine person. I was very satisfied with his service and I will be back to see him again one day.

Before purchasing my vehicle, I visited several car dealerships. Most were overpriced and at many I felt pressure to make decisions or to settle for a car I was not completely satisfied with. In contrast, I have never had a more positive experience than I did with Dugan Chevrolet. The person who made my shopping experience so positive was Dave Blanck who was so personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Not only did he have substantial knowledge about the vehicle, but he also continuously made sure that I was confident with my decision I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle. The price of the vehicle was incredibly fair from the start little to no haggling was necessary. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough about this dealership and the staff member I worked with. It was positive experience and I will definitely visit this dealership again.

We purchased a used vehicle for our daughter and opted not to pay for the optional warranty. A few days later we had some unanticipated problems with the car, and took it in for evaluation. We fully expected to pay for the repairs ourselves, because we knowingly chose no warranty. The service department consulted with the sales department, and the decision was made by Dugan to make the repairs at no cost to us because it had been less than a week since our purchase. Dugan Chevrolet utilizes responsible business practices, and they are committed to the community they serve. We have previously taken our other cars there for service, and will continue to do so in the future.

BEWARE of the SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I just moved to Avon. I took my truck to Dugan after being impressed over the phone with the service department. After charging me a diagnostic fee of $102 they told me it was a known issue with my year and model and there was a recall but it was out of warranty but they would be happy to fix it for $4000-5000! Upon suggestion of an Andy Mohr FORD service manager, I took the truck to Andy Mohr Chevrolet. As SOON as I pulled up with white smoke billowing out of my truck they said is that a 2004. Known issue. Even though I was slightly out of warranty they went the extra mile to negotiate with GM because of my low mileage and fixed my truck for free, courtesy of GM. GM will pay for diagnostics on a known issue and they suggested I ask for my money back from Dugan. OF COURSE Dugan kept the only $102 I will ever pay them! They dropped the ball and never picked up the phone to call GM which would have cost me $5000 just because THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!

I purchased a used Corvette from Dugan. I'm a Canadian and had been searching for almost 2 years. When I contacted Dugan I corresponded with Jennifer Lee from their internet marketing and then was met by Gary Thompson (sales) at the airport. I was introduced to the owner, JR Dugan. The car was already up on a jack in the shop so I could check it out - a mechanic came over to lend me a flashlight. I ended up have a lot of correspondance with Rusty Lasley - the finance guy. We made the deal on December 13th 2011. The car got to me in Canada about a month later. The hold was getting the wire transfers of money set up and cross border logistics; certainly not Dugan's team that delayed this. They were very patient. We had a little glitch in getting the second remote / key fob to me but Dugan made sure all was right in the end.These guys are good!. Everyone has been so professional, responsive and courteous to deal with They're honest, deal straight, have great values as a company and have left me wishing they were in my home town in Canada. I may just drive to Dugan for Servicing this summer.By the way, the car is excellent.I'll proudly keep that Dugan sign on the back of my 'Vette!

After our first visit with Aaron, I specifically went back to buy from him because out of all the salespeople we visited, he was the most thorough and didn't use jargon. He seemed to find that perfect balance of respecting the customer while assuming the customer knows nothing. He even stayed late to accommodate our schedule and never rushed us through the delivery. He remained very neutral and the husband and I disagreed, and he worked hard to find the car I wanted when I didn't settle for one on the lot. I can not begin to say enough great things about these two people. Both Tom and Laura take the time to explain everything. This is the 4th car we have purchased from them and will never think twice about using a different dearlership. It is a little out of the way for my wife and I, but with the service that they offer it is well worth the time to do business with them. They make you feel welcome and never talk down to a customer. My biggest gripe is with the salesperson, Tom Belledin. He was impersonal, arrogant, and rude. He did not listen to what we needed, and he was excessively pushy. He told us he had a network of 2200 people and had sold thousands of cars. This to me means he did not need my business, so I took it elsewhere. Also, this dealer only had 1 car (specifically an automatic Cruze LS) on the lot when their competitor had at least 10+. I have used their service department before and have no complaints there. I will not buy any cars from here but I will get them serviced here.

We went into purchase a replacement vehicle for our car that was totaled in a car accident. We had a very limited timeframe to make it all happen. Laura and the sales staff were fabulous at getting it all done so quickly. It was a fantastic deal, they went above and beyond to get us the best interest rate and all discounts possible. We ended up trading in our other car and walking off the lot with two brand new cars. Between my husband and I, we have six cars there now, and I could not imagine going anywhere else.

Gary Thompson is a comitted sales person that my wife and I have felt comfortable with for the past 2 vehicles. Jim Crosley has been terrific as well. My feeling is you could not do better anywhere. My car was totaled in an accident, so I had a limited amount of time to replace it. I was lucky to decide on the car I wanted quickly, so I set out to find the best price I could. I went to three different Chevrolet dealers, and Dugan was the best overall. The salesperson I worked with got straight to the point on price, and his was the lowest bid I got. I started the process over the phone the evening before and was out the door by 2:00 PM the next day. Overall an excellent dealer.

We were working through a buying program with our insurance company. Aaron was familiar with this process. He was patient with our young daughter while showing us all the features of the Equinox. He never tried to sell us anything more than what we were asking for and we never felt pressured to make a decision righ then and there. Aaron is very knowledgable about the Equinox and all of the technology it posses. He seemed genuinely excited to tell us about all the features and made good comparisons bewteen the different packages and what they entailed. Finding a good used car in the Avon area had proven to be a difficult task. Until we went to Dugan Chevrolet and found the exact vehicle we were looking for. Travis Asbery gave us a very good price so we drove it and then bought it. I hate playing the "buy a car game" and told Travis as much. My first car was an '84 red camaro that I loved. When I married my husband and his daughter came to live with us, well we needed a family car. My baby was traded in on...a mini van. I know! The day I traded her in, I told my husband that one day I would have another and I even kept the original keys in my dresser drawer as a reminder of my promise. Well, the time came when Chevrolet was promoting the new Camaro and my heart literally skipped beats when I saw it. But I used restraint and didn't rush right out and buy a new version of my baby (let's face, nothing could replace her so why try). Instead I became a "lot stalker" for a YEAR! I would watch my local dealership for new one to some in and I would slide in every couple of months and look it over, but refused to test drive until I was ready to buy. Tom Belliden would come out and let me dream without pressuring me into a sale before I was ready. I wanted to see every color and every feature in-person. I picked out my car thinking I would have to wait for it to be ordered and Tom told me to wait a day and let him see what he could do. The call came and my car was going to be there in 7 days!!! The day that I picked him up (yes it's a him, no woman ever made me feel the way this car does), the keys to my '84 came out of my pocket and into his glovebox. I have come full circle.I have had a passionate love affair with my CyberGrayMetallic 2010 Camaro since May 1, 2010 with no end in site. I have been told that you can't love something that can't kiss you back, I beg to differ every time I get behind the wheel!Thank you Tom and Dugan Chevrolet, you all are like family now!

Travis was very knowledgable and honest. He answered all our questions and knew the specifics about the car. Even though we had to pay a little bit more, it was worth it. He made us feel very comfortable with the buying experience. The dealer had a good selection of Equinox's on the lot compared with the other dealerships in the area. I never felt pressure to buy.

Funny thing happened on the way to dinner Saturday evening...we bought a new truck! We were so impressed with Allison "Allie" Catt. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and she stuck with us for two hours as we sealed our deal. She was knowledgeable and listened to what we needed as far as numbers go. Dugan was awesome and we drove away in our new truck that night (after hours). Went back on Monday and they did all the detailing and filled it with gas. I spoke with Mike in the morning about what we might be interested in for a new or used car. Went to see him that afternoon and he had all the prices and applicable discounts that would apply for each car we had talked about. He was knowledgeable about each car and was able to answer any questions we had. He showed us the cars we wanted to look at, then let us test drive the car we thought we wanted. After we decided on a car, I called him back the next morning to arrange payment and pick up. He took care of all the paper work immediately and hadneverything ready for us that afternoon when we came to pick the car up. The lady in financing was quite nice, professional, and got us through all the necessary paperwork quickly, (which we appreciated). Mike then showed us everything we needed to know about the car, got the OnStar connected and got the XM radio set up. Away we drove in our new (used) car with no hassles at all!Everyone we encountered at the dealership was pleasant. Mike was professional, easy to deal with, (no high pressure sales), efficient, and took care of business. Would certainly give him a call the next time we're looking for a car.

Mr. Crosly was very helpful in our purchase of our Chevy Cruze. Jim was very Knowledgeable and very nice person to work with during our visit. There was no pressure to purchase any vehicle. Overall a very good experience. Presently we are very satisfied with our Cruze.

Gary Thompson worked with us to find the perfect car for our family. He was friendly and efficient and went out of his way to find the car we chose and even worked with another dealership to get the car for us. He was always courteous and has checked on us several times to be sure we are satisfied with our purchase and to answer any questions we might have. My experience at Dugan Chevrolet was a very pleasant and would highly recommend them to anyone. I was given a very fair trade in and used truck price. The finance manager was able to beat the loan percentage rate of my credit union. Gary Thompson was my salesman and is a very down to earth guy with no sale pressure what so ever! Trade-In: Very Fair Price considering the year and mileage of my trade.Price: I was purchasing under the GM Family First discount. Combining this discount with cash incentives made for a very good price, but the dealership did not have any say in that. I sense that they would be good to work with on price.Customer Service: Dave was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles, but not pushy. Dave used to work in the Service Dept of another GM dealership and was able to explain and discuss the technical specs of the vehicle. He was patient through several phone calls working out timing, accesories, and color decisions. My only complaint was that they were unable to give me an estimate on when the accesories would be in and installed, causing the delivery of the vehicle to be up in the air a little.Financing: Dave and the Financial Manager at Dugan laid out my options very well and were able to help in my decision concerning financing.Quality of Work: I had Dugan install splash guards, bug shield, and oval step bars. They did a fine job. I did notice that my pin stripe is coming off a little on one door due to the cold weather (close to zero one day after it was put on).

I've leased 2 cars in the last 3 years from this dealership. Both times, the service and salesman were honest and friendly. They always find a way to work with you and your needs. The service area is just as good when taking my vehicle in for oil changes, or any other issues they may come along.

I was referred to Travis (sales) by my sister Sharon who recently purchased a Chevy equinox from Dugan. I really appreciated the professionalism Travis (sales) displayed during my communications with him. I spoke with him via e-mail and phone and drove 2 hours from my home to purchase the new 2011 equinox from Travis at Dugan. I had been searching for a reasonable priced vehicle for over a year. I also received the GM college discount and Travis spoke to me about my financing options with different banks. I really enjoyed my experience and my family and I love our equinox!! I will definitely refer my friends to this dealership and to Travis!

I've worked with a lot of dealers, new and used. After purchasing (3) vehicles at Dugan, (2) new and (1) used, I have nothing but good things to say. What stands out most is their honesty, especially Travis (sales) and John (service). There were several occasions when I couldn't make up my mind, and instead of "working" me, Travis strongly urged that I take my time to think / research before diving into something I might not be happy with long-term. Seems simple on the surface, but says a lot about the individual as well as the dealer's general sales practices. Service is always painless. Everyone is always courteous. And I will continue to recommend them, even to those who might be in the market for a competing brand...

Having worked for 2 new car dealers for more than 20 years, I understand and appreciate the value of doing business with what by industry standards would be considered a smaller dealer. Repeat business is far more important to them than it is to a "mega dealer". My wife and I were treated with the upmost courtesy and professionalism. There were no big city tricks or games, all of the numbers and details were clearly stated and our understanding of those was confirmed by Travis.Based upon my previously mentioned employment experience, I have total respect for the way the Dugan dealership operates.Please note that for clarification purposes that I no longer work in the automotive industry.
