We bought a used 06 Expedition in great shape, we worked with Amelia Martinez, she was great, she was patient with us answered any and all questions and helped us get into a vehicle we wanted, was honest, we didn't have to spend all day there to get the deal done, everyone on staff was friendly

The service department at Chapman Ford is horrendous. My Ford Focus was having intermittent problems with starting. I contacted the dealer to get it in and was set up with John Otero. His customer service was poor from the very beginning. He told me to get the car in on Friday and they would look at it. After sitting there over the weekend I called on Monday morning and it had not even been looked at yet. May as well have just brought it in Monday morning. After diagnosing it for another 3 days he determined it was a faulty battery, which based off of people with similar problems I wasn't sold on. I agreed to have the battery replaced with the understanding that if this did not fix the issue I would be reimbursed for the cost of the battery. 4 weeks later we are having the same issue with the vehicle not starting. I call to speak to John and he tells me that since the car worked for 4 weeks the battery must have resolved the issue. I guess I didn't get the memo that batteries have a life span of 4 weeks! I will be taking this vehicle elsewhere to be repaired and will be trading it in immediately for a non Ford vehicle.

I try to reach out the salesman Johnny M nobody knows his schedule i would like to talk with the general sales manager my name is Guadalupe, when finally meet with him on Tuesday that was nothing I can do to return the car even tho I try it since Saturday the same day that I purchased the car, I called Sunday with no help at all, called on Monday morning the person on sales department (very rude) told me "I do not want to be involved in anything, he is not here today call him tomorrow at noon" well when I meet with him according to him it was to late for me, he did not explain me at the moment of the purchase that If I change my mind I have to contact him OR THE DEALER(WHICH I DID) I did not have his contact info, I stuck with the car and feeling that he put the blame on me, well I do not have the ability to read minds sadly for me and now I am feeling discourage by one of his comments "I did not twist your arm" means nobody force me to accept the deal.Melissa was my first contact and she is wonderful.

I knew there was something wrong with the transmission in my new 2013 Transit Connect, but the shifting got smooth after 2,000 miles. I figured it was just 'settling in'. NOT! At 31,000 miles the 3rd gear went out. Chapman rebuilt it quickly and correctly, at no cost to me. Thanks, David Ruttan.

Let me just say that my experience at this dealership has always been a good one. Just recently bought a new 2017 Mustang GT all black, and i am 100% satisfied with my purchase. I would like to thank Timothy Quintana for making it super easy for me to drive away with this beauty. If you are ever in the market for a new ford vehicle or any type of car, give Tim a call, I highly recommend him. If he can help a 22 year old like me get a great deal and walk out with a new car and no regrets then he is the person you need. Once again thank you Tim and Chapman Ford for the great service. keep it UP.

Drove 45 minutes to a service appointment after being told that the part I required was in stock. When I arrived the service advisor told me the part was not in stock and would take a week to get. When I complained she told me, "This hapopens all the time. They don't know what they're doing inside." I left and drove 45 minutes back home. I will never go back to this dealership.Stay away and don't waste your time and money.

Called service department to confirm they had the part I required and was told they did. I made an appointment and drove 45 minutes to get there, only to be told they would have to order the part and it would take a week.I told the service advisor that the woman on the phone (when I made the appointment) said the part was in stock. The service advisor said, " This happens all the time. They don't know what they're doing in there." I left to drive another 45 minutes home and this dealership is permanently off my list.Don't waste your time and money dealing with these incompetents.

Great guy. No pressure. In and out in 2 hours. Blazing fast once I decided to pull the trigger. The other guy was great but I don't remember his name. Finance guy too, although I wish he pointed out the boxes he was ticking (like deductible) in the ESP.

I have always hated purchasing new vehicles. I never had the patience for high pressure sales and the games that dealers play with prices and such.My wife is in an electric wheelchair and new medical issues prevented me from getting my wife in my truck anymore. As is the case I needed a van.I cannot sing enough praises about this dealership and Tim Quintana. After I called him on the phone and explained my situation, he drove a vehicle out to my house for my wife and I to look at. While he was here, he helped me to understand the options for the vehicle available to me. I had to order this vehicle from the factory. It took several months to be delivered, and Tim checked on the status of my vehicle weekly. It arrived early, Tim had someone drive to pick it up as soon as it was unloaded off the train saving me a week on delivery. I drove in and signed the papers when he got the vehicle at the dealership. He had my windows tinted and the vehicle detailed and the very next day, he drove the vehicle to my house and delivered it to me.What a wonderful purchasing experience and wonderful people. For the above mentioned reasons, I highly recommend Chapman Ford and in particular Tim Quintana.

Honesty and a no-pressure transaction sums up my experience in purchasing a new F150 from Tim Quintana. Chapman Ford's family atmosphere is like no other dealer I've experienced in the valley. Tim is not your typical car salesman, and Chapman is not your 'typical' car dealer. Sincerely, Bill Ladas

We went to Santan Ford and Horne Ford the service there was mediocre and difficult to get response. They did not have what we were looking for and pushing us to get something else. We went to Chapman Ford very relaxed atmosphere no pressure and worked within our budget. Manny was amazing and stayed past hours to make sure we were satisfied.

I had an accident (not my fault) so other insurance company paid for repairs. Thought it would be good to get it fixed at my dealership, but boy was I wrong! Insurance company approved the claim but dealership would not send over electronic estimate. It took 5 calls from me and 4 from the insurance company and several e-mails to finally get them to do their job. Dropped off car and was called stating my car was ready to be picked up. I left my daughters cheer competition early to get there in time and door did not shut all the way without slamming it. Had to leave it there. Was called several days later stating it was ready. Went to pick it up and the speaker in the door they replaced did not work. So now car still not fixed and dealership GM does not even care to call me back. Quality of their work is borderline incompetent and their customer service is severely lacking!

We were searching for a replacement used car for my daughter with the unusual circumstance that I am in California. My daughter detailed for me the extra care Jerry took in talking her through all the numbers, what she needed to put down and then sending us the remaining paperwork to California and she still drove out with a great deal the same night. I am recommending friends in the Phoenix area to visit here. It may even be worth my while to go down there from the Bay area next time I'm looking

Requested quote online Saturday night, after unpleasant haggling with a local dealer. Jerry Lynch called me Sunday with a price that was way lower than the local dealer, with none of that old-school back and forth with the sales manager that I had experienced at the local dealership the previous evening.Firmed up the deal on the phone, gave a credit card number for a refundable deposit, and Jerry drove the car to me on Monday afternoon, almost 100 miles! Finance manager Greg Lynch called with a few questions before Jerry got here. (My CU had pre-approved me, perhaps making this easier.) Met Jerry at a fast food place, and signed the papers, while his return driver filled up my new Focus. Night and day difference! Very pleasant way to buy a car. BTW, love the new Focus.

I had a new transmission installed 1-12-16 by Foss ford in liberal ks but it had some issues and was told I need to bring it to a ford dealer for service. After paying $115 to tell me it was not transmission but was the egr or tp sensor I was told it would cost another $115 to have the next service tech look at it. Seems like a ripoff to me. After spending $4000 on a new transmission ford lacks common sense and customer service not to look at the vehicle to confirm it was not the transmission at no cost. After owning this ford for 20 yrs it may be time to check the competition.

Spent 10 hours working the deal, was farely happy although I learned to never satisfy with settling! Get what you want after all its your money. After getting the truck home I realized the door had a defect that was noticable if looking down the body. Notified the dealership right away and showed them. Then after a week of getting no reply or return call i decided to call collision repair and told them i was bringing it to them to fix. They recieved it monday and i was told it would take at least a day. My salesman, whom I left messages and texts with for over a week finally texts me Wednesday and says xxxx look into the status! Its wed night hours after that and I've heard nothing and collision repair said it would be done at latest wed night! $40000+ truck and im driving a loner car Instead of my truck and I cant get a simple curtesy call to let me know the status of the repair and when i can drive my brand new truck? I have to say im more dissappointed that once the papers were signed the dealership minus collision repair has brushed me under the rug! Our salesman was great at sales horrible at follow up! Thanks

After filling out a true car report for a new Fusion Energi, I was connected with Chapman. Once arriving, I was pleasantly greeted with the sales person I had been speaking with over the phone. That was about the only positive thing of this experience. From there, I had to visit the dealership 3 times just to get my car detailed because every time I would show up for an appointment, I would wait for over an hour then have to leave for other engagements, without my car being complete. It only got worse after I received my new license plate, only to find out after telling every person I came into contact with that my plate had to transfer... it didn't. I have the special AZ HOV plate, which saves me about an hour a day in the car, and was the only reason I upgraded to the Fusion, so I could keep it. Apparently nobody at the dealership knows how to communicate with the customer but also the MVD... my plate would not transfer! After being frustrated and calling the dealership over and over to only find out my salesperson was no longer there, they would not trade me out of my 2016 into a qualifying 2015 so I could keep my plate. They wanted me to pay the depreciation in my car in order to trade. All of my paperwork shows my plate being transferred and even pointing that out to the dealership, they still blamed the old salesperson, and would not standby anything. I felt like they were using that as an excuse to just brush me off and take advantage of the next customer. As a dealership that deals with these things daily, they should have been up on the latest laws of the state and be able to inform customers of what needs to happen. This was clearly not the case, and ultimately I am paying for them not being educated in their own field. Needless to say, I will never go back to this dealership and I encourage the same to everyone else!

We just ended up buying a truck we loved from Chapman Ford, with great financing and had an overall wonderful experience. After visiting other dealerships and being strong-armed and manipulated, we went to Chapman Ford. We were expecting similar treament, however we worked with Lance and Kevin and it was the best buying experience ever. We were treated fairly and respectfully. They listened to us and understood what we wanted and could afford. They were sincere and helpful. After buying many cars over the years, this was the best car-buying experience we have ever had. It far exceeded our expectations!Go to Chapman and ask for Lance!

I Went to Chapman to trade in my 2013 Ford Fusion-Was working with Salesman Greg and was told a 2015 Fusion Energi was the perfect car for me to trade into. After explaining to Greg I didnt think I could afford to trade into a $40,000 car with my negative equity of my trade he promised me with all the rebates the Energi has and with my Z Plan the Energi would be a better cheaper fit for me then a regular S Fusion which I had every intent to leave with. After doing the paper work and agreeing to numbers I waited over 3 hours for finance to come get me to sing papers then after singing Greg handed me a key and told me I cant get my second key or manual until my second signer came to sign the papers 2 days later and walked back into the dealership with out explaining to me the car and its features and leaving me to ask the detail-er how to start the car to go home. He told me to step on both the gas and break and hit the start button. The next day Monday I was forced to call Ford Motor Road Side assistance twice while I waited in 110 degree weather as I couldn't start the car since I was never show how to correctly and being I never had a Hybrid before I wasn't use to the quirt engine or the push to start. I went with my second signee back to the dealership after my second time with Road Side assistance and was told that because it was a Hybrid the engine does not sound like its running and you only need to hit the break and the start button to start the Engine. I told them my Experience with Greg and how I was not show anything on how the new car worked with I left the dealership the day of purchasing the car. Marlon the store director was nice enough to sit in the car with me and drive around the dealership until I felt comfortable with the new car! After driving my Fusion Energi for almost 2 weeks I fell in absolute LOVE with the car not only to get a call from Chapman telling me I have to bring in the car because I could not afford the Energi and my loan would not go through- Which I originally explained to Greg and he promised me a whole different story. I took back to car and worked with Lance Rodriguez and Robert Brown and they were AMAZING and so apologetic for the issues I had while purchasing with Chapman. I was placed into a new 2016 Fusion which I'm not in love with like the Energi but it will have to do.... I would have said I would NEVER buy another car from Chapman but the only was would be to work with Robert or Lance they are honest and do business the right way. I'm still not happy with my Purchase that I'm stuck with for 6 years but Lance and Robert truly did whatever they could to turn around my experience with Chapman . Thank you Lance and Robert!

When my wife called to see if a Tangerine Focus ST was available as listed on their website, I was skeptical. But David Laner said that he would go out and "put his hands on it" to make sure that the inventory and website were correct! He texted back that it was available, and then helped me get it the first thing the next morning. David went the extra mile, and made the entire buying process pleasant and easy! I highly recommend David Laner at Chapman Ford!!!

Even though they are farther away than two other Ford dealers, my experience with Chapman, particularly David Laner, was the best. I visited three dealers and had the least pressure, best deal and most interaction with David. He was very personable and (just as important) knowledgeable about the product line.I knew about what I wanted, and David spent several hours working with my wife and me to make sure we were going to get what we wanted and needed in our new truck. And he did this on a busy holiday weekend when he probably had plenty of other things to do. When David hasn't been available, Mike Santosuosso has filled in for him.We ended up placing an order for a new vehicle. We are comfortable with the deal we worked out and are just waiting for the truck to come in at which point I will update the review to give my overall conclusions on the whole experience. For right now, though, I appreciate the excellent service we've received so far.

Sent over my USAA request for a C-Max and Chapman replied I won't walk into their dealership unless a deal is done as 2 ugly previous dealings with these tools has made me very distrustful. They kept saying they could do it but they didn't have my credit... They said they had the deal but when I asked what bank when no applications had been submitted... Then they had my deal but ask them how much at what interest and what payment and 2 days of phone tag asking for the details in writing I was told $730 monthly so did the math and realized they gave me $5000 on a car that KBB says is worth $12000 and my USAA discount gone... 28k car had been financed at 38k. Liars and scammers work here xxxx will freeze over before I deal with them and yes I am keeping my car**update ** I got an email from Sales Director Marlo Watkins apologizing for the games but he just could not send me the deal in writing because I would not understand it! This is after I gave him until Monday to get it to me all I can say is WOW!! Do you think he gets just how offensive he is or are these tools really that ignorant?

I took my 2012 Mustang in because it was leaking coolant. I called first thing on Thursday morning. I explained to Rosie what the problem was and she told me to bring it in but they were very busy and probably wouldn't get to my car until tomorrow. I had the extended warranty which included free car rental. I live further away so with traffic, I didn't arrive there until after 9:30. I have another Ford Dealership much closer to me but my pony only goes to Chapman Ford for any and all services. When I arrived there, Rosie could see that I was distraught over my car. I didn't want to leave it overnight. I gave her strict instructions to be sure it was never parked between two cars, etc. She felt like I was leaving my child with her. I asked her to please call me the minute they knew what was wrong with it. I was on pins and needles waiting at home for her call. She calls me at noon and tells me that my car is READY? I was shocked it was finished so soon and on the SAME day in just a few short hours. She told me that she knew it was hard for me to leave it there so she got to it immediately. It was the water pump that needed to be replaced. When I arrived, my pony was sparkling clean and NOT in between two cars. I honestly don't think she has ever had a woman so freaked out about her car before. She couldn't have provided better customer service. She was simply amazing and exactly the kind of customer service that you just don't see enough of anymore. I hope she is there as long as I have my Mustang. I don't expect anything more to go wrong but if it does, I feel better knowing I can count on her to provide amazing customer service and such professionalism. It was a horrible experience to see coolant all over my garage floor but Rosie made the ordeal better quickly. I just adore her friendly, calming attitude!!!! You are blessed to have her on your team! P.S. My only suggestion would be: To provide rental cars in manual beside automatic. I can't drive an automatic. Well....I can but it's just difficult! :-/Trish V

Today I went into to see my options. I own an 07' Mustang GT and would like to upgrade. I have a child on the way so I am budgeting the best I can. They offered a lackluster amount of money but I can deal with that. It was the salesman Sean when told I can't afford this made the comment, "Then why are you even here if you had this in your head?" After being told I had a price and it didn't work no matter the reasoning. His comment was, "Do you want me to show you how much you can't afford a new '15 Mustang." At this point he left and they got a new sales rep who was amazing but at this point I had to walk out in anger. Do not go here if you are not willing to bend to their whims!

I recently purchased a new Ford over the phone as I was moving from NJ to AZ. I worked with David Laner who was a delight to engage with. He worked out a great price, expedited the paperwork and even picked me up at the airport to deliver my new car. Overall, an absolutely first class experience.

Disclaimer: I have never purchased a new or almost new (less than 15,000 miles on the car) in the past. Most of the time I just buy cars out right from family members and/or friends. So this is my first impression review of buying a car from Chapman Ford.First off, I dealt with Tate Wetzel directly. I had inquired about a 2014 Ford Mustang GT through the website and apparently it was listed late one night and I had asked about it early the next morning. Chapman Ford had little time to get the car prepped, but Tate assured me everything would be checked, cleaned and spit-shine to perfection. The transmission was manual and I hadn't not driven one for about 10 years so Tate drove me out to the Phoenix Zoo parking lot where I was able to get the feel of a short shift and clutch. The feeling was absolutely amazing and no stalling whatsoever (it's like riding a bike). The car is in tip-top shape and the price was better than almost every other listing out there so I had to jump on this opportunity to own a piece of American Muscle car history.Tate was an absolute joy to work with. He was running around as fast as possible to help me out with the purchase and make sure everything was in place. I got a great interest rate with Mark in financing along with an affordable monthly payment. I would completely recommend Chapman Ford AZ on Scottsdale Rd and E McDowell if you're in the mark for a new or used vehicle. All my apprehensions from previous negative reviews have been melted away as I have my own personal experience to add. Well done Tate, Mark and Chapman Ford. You did great!

Let me begin by saying I'm aware I am a high maintenance, research obsessed, surprise hating, all around PITA customer.... I question everything, I take notes and then, I don't quite trust the answers, so I question again. We hadn't purchased a new car in over a decade and we had some credit issues. I changed my mind about the car I wanted after the test drive. Everything had to be done quickly because we are about to move cross country. And then, after everything was settled, I went back in 4 days later and questioned everything all over again. I was not an ideal, cookie cutter customer by any stretch and this was not an easy sale for Chapman Ford. They really knocked it out of the park for us. We where *extremely* wary of spot delivery scams and we refused to leave our minivan behind and leave with the new car (and our four kids) until everything was completely buttoned up. Yes, it takes more time this way, but do your homework- read reviews and know what to watch out for. There is much less risk of unpleasant surprises this way.... Until you have approval from an actual finance company things can change or fall through. It's unfortunate, but that's not the dealership, that's the bank. If you know you have credit issues, insist on seeing an approval with the interest rate and payment from an actual finance company before taking delivery. Chapman Ford had no problem providing that information (twice!). We chose Chapman Ford (an hour away) based on reviews (all dealerships have negatives, but they had the least and they don't try to hide their negatives), their BBB bureau standing and the stock and incentives they had on the car we wanted (Ford Flex 2014). We started to deal with another dealership right up the street from our house and they where, in my opinion, disorganized and acted like buying a new car was no big deal... To that I have this to say, You may sell cars everyday, but we don't buy one everyday and it's a huge commitment for our family. Had you treated the process seriously and with respect, like Chapman Ford did, we might have chosen your dealership. We feel like we got an amazing deal on the perfect car for our family. The incentives on top of the reduced price where fair. We recieved a *very* generous trade-in allowance on our 9 year old, 120k mileage minivan. The finance department really busted butt getting us a fair interest rate with absolutely zero down and that was no easy feat. We where treated with kindness, respect, understanding and honesty. Thomas Berg, our salesman, is kind, communicative and non high pressure sales. We didn't feel bullied at any point. Zoe, the finance manager, is very intelligent, good at his job and a no-nonsense, straight shooter. He's got kind of a booming, like-able Tony Robbins thing going on :). The real stand out to us is Lance Rodriguez, the Internet Director. This man is honest, logical, kind and has the patience of a saint. He went above and beyond to alleviate my distrust about the process. He was practically a therapist. All in all, I give Chapman Ford a perfect rating and I highly reccomed them for a great deal and a process that is only as painful as you make it. Thank You!! Job very well done :)

THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT EVEN WORTH A 1 STAR REVIEW BUT YOU HAVE TO GIVE AT LEAST 1 STAR Do not deal with Marisol Guzman she does not know her job.(1) She thought a Ram truck was a ford(2) Took 3 phone calls to tell me if the 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 $10,993 was at the dealership and available to purchase(3)got to the dealership and the truck was waiting for us to test drive with 0 miles of gas in it. Had to wait 15 minutes to get gas to be able to test drive.(4) She tried to tell me this was a certified pre owned with warranty when it had 143,000 miles on the vehicle. Then again not knowing her job. (5) promised to hold vehicle(6) did not ask for money to hold vehicle(7) did not tell a manager she had someone interested in the Ram(8) did not know there was a sell in progress. We all know this takes awhile. really she did not know her vehicle she was trying to sell was being sold.(9) Text me stating she will see me soon and vehicle was already sold when we arrived at our scheduled time to meet her(10) has a hard time understandingWe did like the truck after the test drive. I explained to Marisol I had to take my 16 year old son to work and I would be back at 6:45 with a mechanic to test drive again.I looked her in the eyes and stated prior to me leaving - please do not sell this vehicle out from under me I will be back at 6:45. She stated she would not. I texted her at 4:45 and stated I was on my way. She texted me back and stated perfect see you soon.I arrived at 6:35 PM to meet with Marisol she greeted us and stated she will go get the keys for us to test drive the vehicle.THIS IS THE BEST PARTShe comes back out to the truck and states another salesman is in the process of selling this vehicle. Note: I had my dad (mechanic) drive from Prescott valley to meet me to inspect the vehicle. She didn't even know there was a deal in the works and it was sold. She made me make the trip to the dealership (30 mile trip) and my dad (150 miles) for a vehicle that was in the process of selling when she texted me and stated she would see me in a bit. I asked if they could stop the sell of the vehicle since I was promised by Marisol she would hold the vehicle while I took my son to work. OH!!!! when she was in front of her boss she stated I should have given her money to hold the vehicle for 3 hours. This was never mentioned to me prior to leaving the dealership. I would have given a cash deposit if asked. Needless to say I was very upset and irritated. Her manger Thor came out to try to smooth things over but stated he could not stop the deal that was in progress and was sorry. He offered to fill my tank up my car with gas but the catch was Marisol had to go with us in our vehicle to get the gas. REALLY!!!! I declined the free gas offer because I told him I didn't want her anywhere near me. I told him she doesn't know her job and should not be working there. He agreed!!OH THIS GETS EVEN BETTER:Thor stated to me on Friday night he would try to find my son another vehicle. Did not receive a call from him until Thursday asking if I was still interested in the truck because the prior buyers finance fell through and the vehicle was available. NO THANKS!! I only buy vehicles from reputable dealerships that have sales people that do not make empty promises to me and my 16 year old son. IT'S ABOUT PRINCIPLE AT THIS POINT. I COULD HAVE SAID YES TO THIS VEHICLE FOR $10,993 BUT INSTEAD I PURCHASED A 2007 YUKON FOR $15,900 at AUTIO NATION FIAT 1-17 BELL ROAD STEVER ROGERS AND MATT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU BUY YOUR VEHICLE AT AUTO NATION FIAT. CHEAPER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER. A PERSONS WORD IS PRICELESS. CAN'T TRUST A PERSONS WORD ANYMORE AND THAT IS VERY SAD.BEWARE BUYERS....BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK HERE......................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

I don't often take the time to write great things about vehicle dealerships. However, in this case Chapman Ford warrants the extra effort. The entire vehicle buying experience was a shining example of what customer service means. I was completely happy with their professionalism and partnership in listening to my needs, understanding my budget and showing me a vehicle that "I" was looking for rather than what they 'wanted' to show me. I bought the 2014 F-150 and love it. The Customer Service Director Julie Schmit and Internet Service Manager Aidee Perez made all the difference in this process and based on the 'lesser' experience I had at another dealership the week before these two rockstars came through to make everything work out. Thanks Chapman Ford!

I was very open and honest with my requirements when communicating with Internet Salesman, Tate Wetzel. He assured me numerous times via email that everything was approved and good to go. I had a few concerns about the warranty on their used car (the website that have this as a disclaimer, but the value has to be over $15,000 even if it is a Ford Certified car) so I decided I was going to look elsewhere. Tate assured me that he wanted my business and would honor the requested warranty. So we decided to give them a chance and I should have gone with my initial instinct as the experience was full of gimmicks and deceit. After taking possession of the car, they said the credit application wasn't approved until nearly a week after but they wanted me to come in and sign additional paper on Wednesday for a loan that wasn't approved until Thursday morning (per Marcus). They used an avoidance tactic between Tuesday-Wednesday when i tried to call Marcus and Zoe to get additional details. I left many voicemails asking for specific details before making the nearly hour commute to the dealership. On Thursday morning, they decided to call because they wanted me to sign the additional paperwork, and knew that I needed answers before this was going to happen. When they finally gave me answers, they wanted $1,000 down payment (up from the agreed $0 down), interest rate increased over 10% above originally stated rate, and increase in monthly payment of nearly $200.00. If you decide to purchase from this establishment, beware and make sure you clearly ask if this is the finalized agreement. They misdirect and rush you through the paperwork. My advise is to visit another dealership, but if you do decide to go here, slow down, read everything and ask specific. Accept nothing but a complete answer to your questions. Don't get sucked into to the excitement of owning a new/used car.

Thank you Tate and the gang for making this so easy for my business to purchase 2 new Transits. We bought one from you guys and few years back, and that is why I am back....service was great then and this time WAS FANTASTIC. As I am super busy this season, I did everything online from shopping to emailing with Tate who was always right there with an instant response. Financing by email / fax and I just showed up and signed. Quickest I've ever purchased and that was awesome. I knew what I wanted and you guys delivered. Quick, Easy, Fast and Friendly....you guys rock....and a super big thanks to Tate !

Terrance was my salesman. I have purchased alot of cars. Terrace by far has been the best salesman I've ever had. He was hassle free and there was no pressure to buy. I was looking for a 2014 mustang gt premium with manual transmission. They didn't have any on the lot and it was the end of the year. They searched for the car I wanted and found the last one in AZ. I'm so pleased with this experience and absolutely love my mustang. Thank you Terrace, you truly are the perfect salesman.

All the same old car dealership tactics. Agreed on price, trade in, and APR for financing before coming in. Was assured multiple times by salesman is would be and in and out transaction with no changes. Arrived at dealership and immediately price was higher, trade was lower, and APR was higher. They would not honor original numbers they had agreed upon and offered no explanation just different "managers" trying to close you. Also when you choose not to work with them they will send your application to at least 15 banks trying to ruin your credit score. Stay away.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape SE from Chapman Ford in September 2014. I got a pretty good deal on the car considering it was the end of the month and the end of the model year. However, my problem was that I was repeatedly told by the salesman that the car came with navigation. He said specifically it had navigation, answered yes when we asked if the navigation system in the SE was the same as the one in the Titanium version, and said that all of the Escapes with the larger screens came with navigation. Even after I purchased the car and was returning to the dealership to drop the salesman off after he delivered the car to my house, he selected the portion of the screen that usually has the navigation system and told me that this is where the navigation system was, but said that "I guess" I needed to set it up before it would work. So, obviously, I believed that I had a "navigation" system in the car. After trying to setup the navigation system, as I was instructed to do by the salesman, I notice it wasn't working. I called the salesman the next day, and when he called me back he told me that there wasn't a navigation system in the car, but instead the Ford MySync Services. This was the first time he ever mentioned "MySync Services" and not navigation system. Considering he specifically told me, many times, that it had a "navigation" system I was a bit dismayed that he was now saying the exact opposite.I was now being told by the salesman that the car did not have a navigation system, but they could install one for $1,300. I am not going to pay these people an additional $1,300 for a system I was repeatedly told was already in the car.I cannot and would not recommend buying a car from Chapman Ford to anybody I know. Although it is possible to get a good deal from them, you cannot trust the salesmen, which is obviously fairly important in buying a car. If you do purchase a car from them, make sure that you double check that all of the features the salesman mentions are actually in the car, as in my case, they were not. As there are a number of other Ford Dealerships in the Valley, I would recommend going elsewhere to buy a Ford. I believe you could find the same deal I got from another dealership with a more trustworthy sales staff.

I want to start by saying that this doesn't reflect the service and comfort level of Chapman Ford. They are really a great dealership. This is for people thinking of purchasing a Ford Edge...I purchased my Edge in March of 2013 brand new. Since purchasing, I've had to take it a total of 5 times for a missing part, 3 manufacturing recalls, and most recently a broken hose to the brake booster (basically allows you to stop). Luckily Ford covered this repair, minus the rental (which was taken care of by Chapman Ford -- cool on their part). After picking up my vehicle and driving it home -- you won't believe this -- ANOTHER issue. A "wrench" icon shows on my dash. Thinking it's a service icon, I go to my book to make sure. It says it has to do with my power train -- see dealer immediately.I called to explain that I JUST had my car in the shop and this happens. I told them I didn't feel safe driving the car back, so they needed to send someone to pick it up, which they did (great service on their part). After calling for an update, I was told that the brake switch broke and needed to be replaced. This is after I just had the brake booster fixed (within hours). So I'm like "how the xxxx does that happen?" and "why wasn't it caught on a final inspection/ test drive?" I mean something like that doesn't fail on one drive home -- which they assured me could happen. I'd have to have some real bad luck for that.Long story short, the service (from what I have seen) is great. They were willing to fix the issues and/ or mistakes and make it right. But this "brand new" car that I bought has had MULTIPLE things wrong with it in a little over a year. I don't know if it's the Ford Edge model in general, or that I just got a bad pick of the litter.Oh, and the icing on the cake... I get a letter in the mail a day or so later telling me my manufacturer warranty is up and that I should purchase the extended warranty. I had to laugh out loud on that one.AGAIN, I don't want this review to reflect negatively on the service from Chapman Ford. They are awesome at fixing the problem. I just want you to be aware of this vehicle.

With the Memorial Day sale being advertised I decided to go into Chapman Ford and see what they have to offer. I was politely greeted by a salesman named Anthony Mata when I walked in. I told him I was just browsing and wanted to look at Ford's line up. He handed me several brochures on the F-series line up. After a few test drives and price comparisons I decided to see what could be done. No stress, no games and no gimmicks sums up my experience with my salesman. My experience with him was stress free and straight to the point. If you are looking for a new or used car, Anthony Mata at Chapman Ford is your guy!

I have to say, I have never been a Chapman Fan. However, it was Saturday on Labor Day Weekend, I wanted a new car and the other dealers were giving me the run around. (Come all the way to the West Valley for a "free TV" Free? Yeah, right. Am I looking to buy a TV anyways? No, I want a car)I did an Internet Inquiry on their website and I received a near instant reply from Justin Harris who did not waste my time on the "normal" dealer games. His sales manager, Andrew Lucas called me as they didn't have the exact color I wanted. Nonetheless, he asked me to hold tight and give him (and Justin) an hour or two and one of them would find it. Sure enough, a couple hours later he called me with a firm time that the exact car I wanted would be at his dealership. I arrived at the dealer, none of the normal games I have had in the past ("The oh there is a speck of dirt on your trade, now it's worth $2000 less) so I really appreciated it. He had the car ready for me to inspect right out front. We test drove it and it was exactly what I wanted. He then needed a little time to get the car clean and polished which I completely understood as they just drove it all the way from the Southeast Valley for me. Next, we went in to finance and met with a very prepared Zoe. He had the agreed price and everything correct on the forms, the first time. I say this because shady dealers will usually try to play the bait and switch game in finance and put the car in for a different price (Oh, that was just a typo), but none of that nonsense here. In and out in under five minutes. No games in here. No mystical protection from alien space creatures was forced upon me to buy. Side note: I did let them know I usually don't buy any of that stuff as I only keep a car until its warranty is up. But all around nice guy and was easy to work with. No wasting my time.Last stop, Justin helped me remove everything from my old car and then put it in my new car. He did a tour of the vehicle with me and explained and setup lots of features including the keyless buttons to unlock the doors. (I had no clue how they worked or how cool they were). It was nice to see that he knew what he was doing and could quickly show me features. It was not like he was figuring it out for the first time. He clearly knew what he was doing.I highly recommend these folks. As with any dealership, go in prepared and you are always better off. However, I felt like after being in their dealer for a while that the majority of their sales people have integrity and work out a fair deal for everyone. Thanks!

First and Foremost, Chapman Ford is NOT the typical car dealer!I was ready to abandon my search for a new vehicle after having horrific experiences at several dealerships. As a last ditch effort I went on Yelp to see if ANY auto dealers in the Phoenix area had decent reviews. That is how I found Chapman Ford. I went there with a detailed list of what features I needed & which ones I just wanted (OK, Im a nerd, it was a spreadsheet.) The staff there treated me with kindness & respect. They really worked to find the right truck for me. They never rushed me nor pressured me in any way. They worked hard to assure that I benefitted from every incentive offered by the factory. When I left, in my new truck, I knew that I had the PERFECT vehicle for me. Since the truck was missing one of my needed options they offered to have it installed for free. The part needed to be ordered & installed by a specialist. Tim Quintana continued his exceptional customer experience by arranging all of the details & keeping me updated regularly.I HIGHLY recommend Tim Quintana and all of the staff at Chapman Ford!

Been taking all four of my Ford Vehicles to Chapman for the past three years. They have always done their best to keep me happy without my own vehicle if repairs could not be finished in one day. I also trust their new car Sales people more than any other Ford Dealer in the Phoenix area. I had problems with Camelback many times and gave up on Sanderson. I take my Lincoln MKX to Chapman for all my Service is well. My only disappointment is the periodic changeover of personnel in the Service area. Having to get to know and establish a relationship with new consultants all the time is not a good thing. However, I know that in this business people are always moving around and even though its not good for the customer, the personnel are always trying to get a better job or whatever lours them away. Bought two new cars from Chapman last month. Had a very good experience and a no hassle delivery. Good Job Chapman.

Will never go to any other Ford dealer for service again. Darius was so pleasant and helpful. I was quoted a price of $600 to fix a problem with my car at Camelback Ford. It would have cost about $350 at Chapman. Because my warranty was expired by a few months although not by mileage, Darius successfully advocated on my behalf and the repair was reduced to $100. Chapman Service Center has certainly earned my loyalty and good will.

First off, I bought my car when it was still 5 Star Ford and this is the worst experience I have ever had. First off, the service advisor could not be bothered to do anything. when I called and expressed a interest in comming in he told me to just go to the express lane and they will deal with it.One of the things I needed addressed was the low tire pressure sensor was lit. So I dropped my car off and returned like 4 hours later and after I paid and then went to my car the firist thing I noticed was that my drivers window was down. Not sure why they were parking my car outside with the windows down. then next when I started the car, the first thing I noticed was that the low pressure light was lit. so I got and opportunity to wait another 15 min while that was addressed. they whole reason I dropped the car off was that I did not want to wait around but I did wait around. Also was told that the car wash was broke so that they wouldn't be washing my car.

Let me state my sales guy Jerry was great and Marcus in finance was excellent. However during my test drive the check engine light came on, after waiting for some time they told me it was fine and they (service)could not replicate the problem after reseting the ecu. During my drive home the check engine light came on again. When I got home I performed a VHR through SYNC and it reviled that the the car required suspension/brake service. Jerry sent a flatbed to my work picked up the car and dropped off a loaner car. Outstanding. I tell him any anyone who will listen that the car has a VHR that states it needs brake/suspension work on top of the check engine light that makes the car misfire and run terrible. So back to the dealer it goes, couple days later I pick it up and the VHR is still showing brake/suspension work needed. They let me take it home that way with no real explanation as what may be wrong. Mind you they fixed the engine running issue by soldiering an injector wire, anyone could tell that because solder was all over the area where they did it. Anyway sales good, service not so much.

NEW CAR BUYERS BEWARE! Terrible experience with CHAPMAN FORD on McDowell Road. I do not recommend buying anything from this dealership. Buying a brand new car should be a wonderful and exciting experience but it was more like a nightmare for me. I bought a brand new 2014 Ford Fiesta with 0 miles. I couldn't believe the car broke down 3 months later. To make matters worse I brought the car back to the dealership and I was shocked to find out the car had major problems. The car was under warranty so they agreed to fix it but I was told they were not sure how long it would take to fix, they said it could take a week up to a month because the part they needed was on back order. So I made a VERY reasonable request for a temporary vehicle I told the service manager that this was the only vehicle I have and depend on it highly to go to work. Once again I was SHOCKED by their response and attitude, they refused to provide me with loaner or a rental. They said it was Fords policy. My car has been there for almost 2 weeks and I still DO NOT have a car. So I decided to call Ford Corporate and they were surprised to find out that Chapman Ford did not provide me temporary transportation under the situation. They said they expect all there franchise dealers to help customers who buy brand new cars in situations like this and MOST of them do assist you. They said CHAPMAN FORD Dealership is just being CHEAP and just doesn't want to pay for a loaner or rental. They also said its not Fords policy. SO unfortunately I picked the wrong dealership to buy a brand new car from.

WOW!! A dealer (Chapman Ford) is like a buyers dream! We shopped around for trucks, at other dealer for two weeks and got nowhere. We drove across town to Chapman Ford. We met JJ (sales gentlemen), we explained what we were looking for. What we wanted to trade. How much we wanted to pay. What we wanted our payments to be. We didn't want to waste time driving the truck, if an agreement was not reached. Over a hand shake, an agreement was made. We test drove the truck and signed the papers. JJ showed us, all the important items the truck came with. We were out the door, with a beautiful F150 ecoboost 4X4 truck. We were in and out, in 3 hours 20 minutes!! It's like a dream!! I didn't think dealers like this one, even existed anymore!! It was truly amazing, I still feel like it was a dream!!! It takes a impressive job performance, before I write a review. But, Chapman Ford, took it overboard and knock it out of the ball park!!! I highly, recommend them, "You won't be disappointed". JJ, even called two days later; to check to make sure everything was 100%. Thank you, Chapman Ford, we will do business again!Sincerely,Kim EbertSurprise, AZ.

Took our 2007 Mustang convertible in to the Quicklane for an oil change. When they washed it the rear window was de-bonded from the top. One of the reasons we almost always hand wash it. Found this out when it rained and filled the car with water. I called back and had to leave a message. On my fourth call I actually spoke with someone. I arranged to take the car back in. They called today and told me tough luck, it was an old top and there is nothing they can do. So my oil change will probably cost me. $1540.00. I also had them replace a radio several years ago. The six CDs in the radio were sent back to the dealer, and they lied and told me they had not come back. The radio shop gave me the tracking met and they finally paid for the CDs. I have done business with this location since 1978 and will not spend another cent there.

Met new service advisor, Dave Ruttan, very personable excellent knowledge with vehicles. Kept me informed of all aspects of my service experience. Vehicle was ready as stated with no up sale this is very refreshing as I believed losing Tina would change my outlook for Chapman.Been a customer of this Ford dealership for too many years to count, this latest transition has been the best.

Our 2010 Ford Fusion got totaled and we needed to get into another car as our rental was about to expire. We went with another Fusion, got financed at a rate far, far less than the 2010 we bought in Indiana, and with a monthly payment only slightly higher than it was before. Johnny will move heaven and earth to get you into the vehicle you want. The whole experience went smoothly and quickly and they made this transition into another newer vehicle both enjoyable and rewarding. The speed at which the decision and final deal was made is what impressed me. We didn't have to sit around all day and play the usual dealer games. Quick, easy, in and out.

Very good experience with Chapman Ford. The vehicle I considered was a little over priced at first, but the sales people (GM) made up for that and reduced their sale price significantly and gave me a great deal. From the salesman (Justin), to the GM price negotiator, to the finance manager (Tim) the whole team at Chapman Ford was very friendly. Good job Chapman... keep it up and I'm sure your customer base will increase.

We went in looking to upgrade our vehicle to accomodate our growing family. We were greated by John who was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was very upfront in helping ensure we had a great experience as my wife was a little anxious about the car buying process from previous experiences. John listened to what we actually wanted and made a great recommendation. We then moved to the dreaded "numbers game" where Juan came in a made it the fastest and simpliest process I've experienced in buying any product. We found it to be a great deal and jumped on it immediately. All of the final paperwork was completed by the Finance Manager, Tim, who was very friendly and personalble. He walked us through all documents and available options. We went that day just looking around, but after the experience at the dealership we ended up driving home a new car and we will be going back for our next car!

In December of 2011, with 49K miles on the odometer of my F-150, I brought it into Chapman Ford in Scottsdale for replacement of a leaking heater core, cause unknown. I dont know if a heater core replacement at 49K miles is considered normal, but I think not. Still, the heater core was replaced at the cost to me of over $1K.Three days ago, on August 24, 2013 (19 months later), I started to smell coolant inside the cab and, after parking it overnight, found about a quart of coolant on the garage floor with no obvious source of leak. These were the same symptoms as the heater core leak of December 2011. I took it back into Chapman Ford and was advised (surprise!) that I had a leak in the (nearly) new Chapman-replaced heater core. The mileage was 56K, or 7K more than at the last replacement. I was advised that the previous replacement is no longer under warranty (by 7 months), but that in consideration of the $1k paid to drive only 7K miles since the last replacement, that I would be allowed the employee pricing of $750 for the next one. I voiced my objection to both the service advisor and the service manager, asking whether they thought it was reasonable to ask me to pay to make the same repair that should have been made 7K miles (and 19 months) earlier. Both admitted they would also be unhappy in my situation, but that employee pricing was the best that could be done. I guess spending $0.10 per mile to keep my truck in heater cores is the new Ford Quality model. Seriously? Three heater cores in 56K miles? I have never before had a heater core fail, not even once, let alone twice, let alone twice within 7K miles. I have owned 9 Fords in 30 years and, thanks to this experience, won't own another one. And as for the 3 Fords I currently own, I'm not stupid enough to use these Chapman Ford "Service" shysters again. Good luck to anyone who does. By the way, I happen to also own, maintain, and drive a 1953 Oldsmobile Super 88 that my father bought new. It now has 420K miles on it. I've personally rebuilt the 303 cu.in. V-8 once and the Hydramatic twice, so I know a bit about auto maintenance. Interestingly, this 60-year old car is still on its first heater core, manufactured and installed in October 1952 and (magically) still working and not leaking. On the other hand, it's never been "serviced" by Chapman Ford in Scottsdale. Go figure.

After discussing features, financing and trade in with Terrance and John the sales manager I purchased a 2014 Focus SE sedan. I'm very happy with the I was treated and purchasing process. This morning I went in to get a Hybrid Ford fusion and trade my 2011 Ford BMW 528i. I dealt with Rodney Gilbert who seemed to be a very enthusiastic salesperson. I like dealing with him until he refused to give me my car key after we were working on the financing figures. His approach was one of " I am not leaving unless I buy a vehicle today" I told him that I HAVE TO SHARE THE FIGURES WITH MY parents and my brothers. He agreed to let me yes let me leave in the fusion down the street to my home. I discovers that the vehicle I am purchasing had 673 miles which qualifies to be a Demo really. I e-mailed him regarding the miles, his e-mail back which I will not post in its entirety went as follow. I better bring back the car NOW!!! I went back to the dealership where he was standing outside he proceeded to say " I wasted his time" I better get the F*** out of here. I will never get S*** for my trade. I can tell you I am a grown man, but I have never been talked to like that. I cried the entire way home, I know it sounds weak, but I am a human being that can't deal with this much humiliation. I was thinking about reporting this story to one of the local Television stations, since this service should never be acceptable.I can say that I am still in a state of shock. Please let me know if you have had a similar experience as this should be addressed to bring awareness to this issue.Thank you very much

Let me say up front that I had bought my 2008 Mustang when Chapman was Five Star Ford. That car purchase was the best I ever encountered. Also Chapmans service department is good not great. When I was in the market for the C-Max, I immediately went to Chapman. The front desk tied me to Sean Hornbeck. Hes a younger man, and fairly inexperienced. We first talked about my needs, I told him I was financing the car through my credit union, and as soon as I was pre-approved I would come back in to purchase. After pre-approval, I also obtained a X-Plan PIN. In addition to a lower sticker price, it allowed me to view all the inventory. I found two C-Maxs with the package I was looking for. One in San Tan and one in Casa Grande. I gave Sean the VINs for these two cars and asked him to get one to the Chapman dealership.By the Monday following our conversation, Sean still hadnt called me back with any particulars regarding these two cars. I took it upon myself to call San Tan, they said the car had sold the day before. This is the first car Sean had missed on. I called Sean many times (cell and office) before I got him on the phone. When I finally talked to Sean, he told me the Casa Grande car was in transit from the factory and would be at their facility within a week. He offered me another car in a different interior color for $350 more. No thank you. Please verify we can take possession of the Casa Grande car when it comes in I told Sean. Sean gave me the run-around many times. The final straw was when I tried to contact him the following Monday, we wouldnt answer his cell nor his office phone. After many attempts, I talked to the Sales Manager Joe. He was rather snippy that I didnt take the other car with the wrong interior. But he assured me that he had talked to Casa Grande, and the car was indeed dedicated to Chapman. Also the car would be ready for purchase on May 6th. Today is May 6th and I left one voice mail with Joe before I found out that Joe is out of the office today. I called Casa Grande, and they told me the car has been on their lot for four days and apparently not assigned to Chapman. I am going to Casa Grande to buy that car. Sorry Chapman, you just lost this sale and many others I can convince not to buy a car from you!

The reason I think that Victor the friendly repair man did not treat me like I was family at all . Mike Roe! needs to redo his latest Ford repair commercial on t.v shame shame!! very unhappy dr. gerald palozie scottsdale arizona ! the reason for the rating is that the air conditioner was not working when i picked my car up!!! The repairs were ok but the day i picked up my ford mustang the air condition no longer worked, now its $$200 more after spending $600. **** I changed my rating because almost immediately after posting my review, I received a phone call from Victor to discuss my displeasure. He decided to give me the benefit of doubt that the mechanic accidentally caused the leak on my Mustang's AC line while repairing the engine. Thank you DealerRater for the fastest resolution to a problem that I have ever experienced!

I bought a 2012 Mustang from Chapman. It's the 2nd vehicle I've bought from them in 6 months. Both times, my experience far exceeded my expectations. Most recently, I dealt with Roxanne. She was very friendly, and very professional. I never felt pressured, and unlike many other valley dealers, when they showed me numbers on the Mustang, it did not include tons of options that jack up the price. Deal was approved before I went into finance, and Wayne was also very friendly and informative. No pressure from him either. Greatest car buying experience of my life. I've already referred one friend to Roxanne, and will continue referring more!

From the very start Tim was great to work with. He answered all of the questions I had and was more concerned that I understood everything than to push a sale. After making the purchase Tim reached out again to help with any other questions I had and helped me set up my Sync account. I would highly recommend Chapman Ford and Timothy Quintana for their superb customer service and initiative.

I had some very minor door damage to my F150 and took it in to get it repaired. In my opinion, I was treated like CRAP by Chapman Ford, especially in the collision/body shop department. I had to go back a total of five times to finally get the vehicle repaired right. They would even call me and tell me to come get the vehicle and when I got there, the dent would still exist. They got over spray from the door onto the bed of my truck and on and on. I was talked down to by one of the supervisors in that department (which I won't name out of kindness) and he at first refused to fix something else on the truck (not a problem they caused) because as he put it, "you're too particular about your truck and we probably can't fix it to your standards". It was literally the worst treatment I've ever received from a dealership and I've bought over a dozen cars in my life. HOWEVER, Chad the GM is a different story. He treated both me and my wife with TOTAL respect, fixed all the issues they couldn't fix the first five times AND even fixed the issue that was caused by someone else AT NO CHARGE (at least a $150 value for free). He is the best. However, I still wouldn't go back to Chapman because of the initial experience. No matter how great Chad was, I simply don't believe they have knowledgeable or talented enough staff to get the job done right the first time and they proved that to me time after time. It's really unfortunate, because Chad seems so awesome.

My husband and I recently went to Chapman Ford to look at an expedition. However, after talking to our salesman, Tim, he had us test drive a Flex. Tim really listened to what we were looking for, and he knew what we wanted before we did. Chapman's prices on all the vehicles we looked at were either the lowest in the valley, or very comparable. (Thanks to smartphones we checked as we shopped) We also received well what our trade-in was worth, plus some. Both Tim and Bobby listened to what we were looking for as far as price, and there was literally no hassle. Bobby came right in with the exact deal we wanted. The service was unbelievably phenomenal. Today I brought the Flex in to fix a seat. The service guy, Greg, was very nice, and very patient with my two young children. While waiting for the vehicle, Tim stopped into the service waiting room, and told me he personally went back and checked on our vehicle's progress, AND he had even called my husband to give him an update. This dealership and all the people, especially Tim, went above and beyond to make us happy, satisfied customers. It is near impossible to find good customer service these days. We live in the west valley, and I would make the drive anyday. Thank you all at Chapman Ford for making me SO HAPPY!

Tried to over charge for a $85.00 & $45.00 part to be installed total with installation was to be $633.95.. What a rip off.. Asked Rep the price of the parts only & he gave me $308.14 & $137.81 I called another Ford Dealer parts department & was quoted $ 135.63 for one & the other was $ 65.00. for the same parts. Make sure you get a second opinion on this dealership.. it appears they are out to take advantage of you.. Needless to say, my vehicle is going to be repaied at another service provider. Researched cars.com and found vast selection. Found car I wanted at Chapman Ford. Was cotacted by internet managers Tim & Sam who worked with me to offer me the deal I wanted. Arranged to travel the two hours to the store. Certainly was worth the trip. What we discussed over the phone was same in person. My wife and I felt more like family then just customers. Was helped by Willie upon our arrival who is certainly a credit to Chapman, even had a chance to meet his wonderful wife and daughter. We also got great financing from Dave who tirelessly worked on a low rate for us. Pay Chapman a visit and be surprised at how easy it is to buy a vehicle.

I went to Chapman Ford at 6:30 on Monday night with my girlfriend, looking to buy a new car for her, since we moved to AZ and were only able to take one car (my 2010 Focus) since we were rather sure her Kia wouldn't make the 2800 mile drive from MA to AZ. From the beginning it was clear Chapman Ford was a different breed of dealer, Tim came out, introduced himself, said he wouldn't bug us, just come in and ask for him after we had a chance to browse the lot. My girlfriend wanted a Fiesta with the Sync system my Focus has so we settled down to a 2012 Fiesta SES in Candy Blue, we went into the showroom, Tim came right over, got the information on the car, and pulled it up for we could take a relaxed, no pressure test drive (he sat in the back and let my girlfriend and I drive the car and see what we really thought of it without barraging us with information about how much better the Fiesta was than any other makers car.) After the test drive it was a sealed deal, Shelley loved the car and it was a great price, so it was into the showroom for paperwork, which took slightly longer than I would have hoped (then again I'm from Boston so I'm used to moving light quicksilver), but everyone at Chapman was more than helpful and very friendly. Tim, his sales manager (his name escapes me) and Wayne in finance stayed until 9:45pm (1:45 after closing to get the deal done so we could drive off same day.) It's dealers like Chapman Ford, that remind me there really are good new car lots out there who care about the customer and not just the bottom line. When it comes time to replace my 2010 Focus in a couple of years, Tim and the great staff at Chapman will be the first place I go for my next Ford.

These guys will waste your time with games. Tipical dealer, they want to play games and here is no different. They will make you sit and wait, give you a ridiculously low offer for your trade-in, try to rip you off. If you know what your car is worth, don't go here. I do realize a dealer has to make money, and that's all good and all, but these guys are looking into making 100% profit in your car. If you car is worth 20000, be ready to get a 10k offer. Their used lot if empty and that's because people don't wanna trade with these guys. They are low ballers, and their cars are amazing, worth thousands more than what's suggested retail value. Don't go here, it's a HUGE waste of time.

This dealership treated me horribly! I tried to sell my car to the dealership. I brought it by for an offer first, and then brought it back to sell about a week later. The first time I came in, they did a detailed report of the condition of the car, noting any damages to it. When I brought the car back to finish the sale, they said it was not in the same condition, they said it had hail damage that wasnt there before. I said it did not hail in Phoenix the last week he said that damage could be anything; he accused me of hitting it with a hammer. He called me a liar and said I was an unethical person for trying to deceive the dealership. I asked to see the initial report I saw him write he said he never did a report, then he said he shredded it, then he went back to his office for awhile. He stormed out of his office, told me I need an attorney to see my own paperwork, and then said I have to leave and he cant talk to me anymore. He cant prove it wasnt in the same condition, and he seemed to have misplaced his proof when I asked to see the report of the initial condition of the car.

Chapman Ford gave me the best experience and service I have ever received from any dealership. I had trouble with my AC and Shane ensured I got good service at an excellent price ahead of schedule. I will be back to Chapman for service and my next car.

What a pleasure it was working with Eric to service my wifes Escape and my F-150. He took care of us as we were his only customers.

I have been helped here by Shane Gurule for a very long time and he has always been wonderful to work with. He lets me know what work is necessary when something is uncovered when working with my vehicle and what work can wait until another time.

Ben, Doyle,Eric, and Tina in your Fast Lane and Service Dept were absolutley awesome.I had just purchased my car, used, with no warranty from Chapman. I had a few issues with it and they took care of them without charging me for either parts or labor. They were all professional and very good at what they did....I was impressed.Ben in the fast lane was very helpful, knowledgeable and made sure I knew what was happening with my car. He also made sure I was taken care of completely. Everyone I have dealt with at Chapman Ford have been just terrific. Thank you!!! I will be back!!

After going to four other dealerships we found Chapman Ford in Scottsdale. We were treated like one of the family and were overwhelmed by the integrity and professionalism that we found there. We will be lifelong buyers and will recommend this dealership to all!! Thanks for a great car buying experience!!!

Chris Holm is the best. If it wasn't for him I would go elsewhere for service. He makes Quick Lane #1 in customer service.

The bad part of my experience is that I had to bring the vehicle in 3 times for them to finally diagnose what was wrong with my steering column shifter. The good is that I was not charged the first 2 times for the diagnosis. The third time was the charm, the shifter was fixed in a timely manner and at a fair price. I will continue to take my vehicle there for service.

Only complaint: My oil change and tire rotation took a bit longer than expected as I was the 1st appointment of the day and was waiting. I was told 1.25 hours and it took 2 hrs.

We've been going to this dealership for the last seven years, since purchasing a used vehicle when our daughter got her license. We've really never been disappointed in Five Star Ford, and so far not in Chapman Ford either, and were glad that personnel were maintained during the transfer of ownership. Our family owned a small-town Ford dealership in the midwest and this is the first we've found in the Valley that has that same friendly feel and the attitude that building long-term trust is more critical to success than a quick buck. Last week we took our Taurus in for a minor fix--the brake light kept coming on randomly. Also, the emissions light had been on since the last time we had the car in for engine repair. We knew they'd cover the latter fix at no charge, but they also didn't charge for the new problem.

Have been a previous customer of five star ford and very weary of Chapman dealerships due to serious problems in the past. I used Mark the first time I had a problem and had no worries what so ever that what I had said needed to be done on the car had been taken care of no problems ask. Came back the second time and told mark what needed to be done and had gotten the same excellent results. Mark is my my go to guy at your dealer and will continue to use him as long as he is their. Was very appreciative of how well he took care of me and had not a doubt in my mind that he would preform above standards. Could not have asked for better help. I also had a wonderful experience with the young blond lady behind the register as she is a very hilarious person in dealing with mustang owners. Overall, excellent experience.

I am impressed by the service I have gotten so far on my 2009 Escape. Eric in Service always greets me in a friendly manner and keeps my apprised as service work is being done. I have never received such personal and professional service from a dealership. It's likely because of this I will buy my next car from Chapman Ford. Keep up the good work. Tim VanderVeeen

We went to Chapman when we were stranded in Tempe returning from a 3-week trip. Our 2001 Ford-F-150 would not start. We spent considerable time on the phone trying to start the truck with the help of our son (who is a mechanic) so we had tried all the normal starting tricks. The AA tow truck driver also worked to start the truck as it turned over but would not fire. We had the truck towed to Chapman after talking to Shane earlier. From the minute we arrived, we got first class service. They immediately started working on the truck. The truck started for them and they still spent an hour diagnostically trying to locate the problem. Although the problem was never identified--I feel confident they did all possible in a situation where the problem doesn't show up again and no codes were shown to identify it. As we were leaving, my husband mentioned that the truck usually was not that dirty (sitting out for 3 weeks under a mesquite tree) and they called their car wash young man and cleaned the truck up inside and out. What a nice surprise. For all of this--there was NO CHARGE as no problem was located. We got first class service from a dealer we had no relationship with and will make sure to return to this dealer when it is time to purchase a new truck or have service. We definitely will recommend Chapman to all our friends. For two older people stranded over 50 miles from home--we could not have had better treatment.Thank you Chapman.

Our family has been purchasing Ford vehicles from Five Star Ford for over 10 years. However, I had a very unpleasant experience with Archie shortly after we purchased our second Expedition. If it had not been for Ben in the Fast Lane Department - we would NEVER have used this dealership for service all these years. I have no experience dealing with Chapman Ford but I can certainly tell you that as long as Ben is in the Fast Lane Department we will continue to bring our vehicles there for service work. BUT as long as Archie is the Service Manager - we will not have any work done on that side of the business unless Ben takes it to them!!!!! If and when we are in the market for a new Ford - we would certainly give Chapman an opportunity to give us a price.

I bought my car at another dealership but only had it serviced once where I purchased it. The rest of the time I have brought it here.I have dealt with Archie on numerous occassions and have always found him to be courteous, honest, and a delight to deal with. He ensures the work is completed within a reasonable timeframe...and that it is done right. And most of the time it leaves looking better than when I brought it in thanks to the complimentary carwash.I also like the followup regarding the service..how else do you know how your customers really feel!Great dealership..great service manager!

Ben's a great guy to have working in the Fastlane service center. He is committed to making sure that each customer leaves feeling as satisfied as possible.I highly recommend Fastlane for service on any car - it's an honest shop that isn't out to rip you off. They communicate what they see going on with your car, present your options and do quality work on the car.Highly recommended!

Was a little frustrated with the lack of pricing flexibility on an accessory I had to add to the vehicle after we located one that I wanted but was missing SAT radio. Overall experience was good. David in finance was the best by far; great service, friendly - good guy.

I had a bad experience over 3 years ago at another Ford Dealership in the Valley. As a result I reached out and visited several locations. Once I found Service Manager Archie Gurule - I knew I had struck gold. At that time I was driving a Ford 500 - it is because of Archie that I have stayed with Ford and why I purchased my Flex at this dealership. Subsequently, my son has now purchased a Ford Fusion - and that is also due to the Professionalism, and most of all the trust that I have placed in Archie and his staff. I'm more at peace at a dealership than ever before in my life - and given that I'm 63 - that's saying something.Ronald E. Smith480-560-3278

i like this dealership and dealing with service advisor. he was very helpful and full of information i needed. when i first pulled up others just stared at me and was even told by one advisor to pull up. i was felt like i was wasting his time. right away i was greeted by Damien. everything was great. i went back to pick up my car and was walked to cashier was told by Damien thank you. people forget to say that "thank you". i asked the young lady that i was signing paywork for and paying for my services if there was a manager i could talk to, she picked up the phone and talk to someone. then was told a man by the man i believe was archy was busy! Really busy for a customer, i took his number and have called several times to thank him. he has never returened my call in almost 3 weeks. this manager should be fired. i am a customer relations for a dealership here in town. no not the chapman. this manager is a disgrace !! you should be ashamed of him.

Brake service was great! I had gotten a quote from another auto repair shop previously and they told me I needed new rear rotors. Being a female, I sometimes feel that I'm not getting an honest answer. This was obviously the case with the other repair shop I went to. I didn't feel like I needed new rotors with less than 70,000 miles on the vehicle so I decided to go to the dealership for a "second opinion". I appreciate the honesty and straight-forward answers I got from Eric. I have also worked with Shane in the past (different vehicle) and felt the same with his service. I feel confident that I'll get fair and honest service from Chapman in the future. The only complaint I have (and I probably shouldn't even complain since it's a complimentary service) is the car wash after service was complete. They must not have dried the car completely because the windows were almost worse when I left than when I arrived. The water spots that were left to dry in the sun are now dust spots because it was a windy day. Again, I understand it's a complimentary car wash, but I'd rather not have it done if this is the end result.

I went into this dealership to test drive a new Ford Explorer. Jim met me at the door and we took a test drive. I came back with my husband and he drove the car. It wasn't exactly what I wanted though. About a week later Jim called and said there was another car available. We test drove it and liked it. We bought it. It was the first car buying experience I had ever had as my husband has bought all the other cars. Jim was very patient and kind with me as we negotiated for the car. As others came into the negotiating, they were also polite and friendly. I left feeling happy about the purchase. I did get buyers remorse over the next day and fretted about the purchase. A friend called around for me to get comparisons from other dealers. He told me that the deal we got was totally fair. In fact, it was a good deal. So I am happy to give a great review of the salesman, Jim Sturdevant, and the other men who worked with us. I would buy another car from this dealership when the time comes.
