I totally love Cheraw Cheverolet!! They have been so helpful to me, my friends and family and always made sure we are all taking care of!! They have been courteous, truthful, and made sure that everything I always needed was at top priority!!! The team there is very wonderful and no matter what they will make sure u ride off with something reliable, dependable and have a nice inventory for anyone to choose from!!

Cheraw Chevy is one of the most unorganized, Unprofessional, excuse making dealerships I've ever come across. Their showroom is a mess of plastic tables and unfinished construction. After one full week I was still waiting to hear back from them. Each day I called I had to speak to someone new and they had no idea who I was or even what vehicle I was trying to buy. Their new inventory is severely overpriced and most of the used inventory I looked at was unsafe for road use. One truck was completely covered in rust underneath. Not just a little surface rust, but already eating through the frame rust. The rust on the body itself had been painted over also. One of the other vehicles would fill with water after it rained due to faulty window seals. When asked about these issues no one at the car lot knew anything about them supposedly. Stay away from this lot for your own safety

The strut in our car was about to go and put a damper on our vacation. (Ohio to Myrtle Beach) we were fortunate enough to get it towed to this dealership. The tall receptionist in the service department really helped us out. She did everything she could to make sure our car got fixed quickly and correctly, and she did it within 1 day! She really saved our vacation, along with the mechanic, and would easily recommend this service department to anyone!

I didn’t ask for the garbage scam free car lottery trash to be mailed to me . I scratched off the spot and it said I had winning numbers so I went to the dealership . After being passed around to 4 different salesman the young kid that was eating his lunch was clearly not happy to stop eating his fast food lunch to deal with me . The mailer clearly stated I had won one of the six prizes pictured . The kid gave me a South Carolina state lottery scratch ticket . The head salesman came to feed me his “we are friends we are neighbors” speech . I let them keep the scratch ticket . My neighbors are my friends . Nobody at that establishment is my neighbor or my friend . When the world settles down and new car prices come back to normal I will buy a new Chevy truck and it won’t be from Cheraw Chevrolet .

I gave only one star because my experience with this company has been horrible. I bought a pre owned ,low mileage Honda from them. I also purchased an extended warranty. Thank goodness I did. I didn't even get the car home before it tore up. I had to return it the very same day. It stayed in the shop for 3 weeks. They did provide me with a loan car. The only reason they get one star. Being I no longer trusted the car after a few more miner problems with it. I decided to trade it . I was owed a refund on the remaining extended warranty. This is were it gets absolutely horrible. They have given me nothing but the run around. Playing phone tag . Call after call .... Getting absolutely no where. The man even laughed and said after my waiting 7 weeks for nothing. Saying he must have forgotten. I also spoke with the GM. He is just as irresponsible as the other man that was supposed to handle it. It's been 3 mths still no refund. So I have had to get my lawyer involved. Absolutely would not buy or recommend anyone to deal with this company!
