Salesman Trevor was excellent all around. He respected our time which was extremely important to me. He is very in tune with people and situations and gave us privacy when needed so that we could discuss our purchase. He made us feel like we were among our peers rather than making us feel that he was doing us a favor by working with us. Overall great experience and for the first time in 20ish years, we bought at a local dealership and that’s a good feeling.

I was quite skeptical at first due to the fact that I walked in and there was no one around and no one came. I called the office I was standing in thinking maybe I walked into somewhere I shouldn't have. If course no one answered so I had to go to sales to get someone back there. It ended up being a salesman that took my key and put my name on a sticky note and put it on my key. But in the long run they were very professional and kept us updated on the progress of our car. The work was excellent and the car is beautiful. I would recommend getting work done here.

This was our first time shopping and buying at Chevrolet Buick GM of Mount Vernon and we will definitely be back. We don't live in Mt. Vernon, but they will always have our business in the future. We found the truck we wanted online and they actually had it on their lot unlike other local dealerships. Once we got their our sales guy Shawn was great and so was everyone else in the office. We never felt any pressure and I think it was actually the first time I enjoyed buying a vehicle. If you want to have a great experience and be happy with your purchase, I would highly recommend Chevrolet Buick GM of Mount Vernon. What a great group of guys that know how to treat their customers right. We love our truck. THANK YOU

I wish I had something positive to say about the dealership. I inquired about a truck on Saturday and waited until Monday to start the paperwork because they were closed. I already had a pre approval and just needed details from the dealership. I tried everything on my end to push along the process but was basically ignored. The truck was originally priced at $17,900 but is now $20,900. It has been a horrible experience dealing with them I guess that’s how they treat their customers and active duty military. I was willing to fly in and drive this truck 7 hours home but they didn’t put in any effort in helping me a very upsetting experience overall.
