This was our first time shopping and buying at Chevrolet Buick GM of Mount Vernon and we will definitely be back. We don't live in Mt. Vernon, but they will always have our business in the future. We found the truck we wanted online and they actually had it on their lot unlike other local dealerships. Once we got their our sales guy Shawn was great and so was everyone else in the office. We never felt any pressure and I think it was actually the first time I enjoyed buying a vehicle. If you want to have a great experience and be happy with your purchase, I would highly recommend Chevrolet Buick GM of Mount Vernon. What a great group of guys that know how to treat their customers right. We love our truck. THANK YOU

Samantha reached out to me 3 days prior after in inquired about a Raptor they had there. They had all my credit information the day I inquired about it. They ran my credit information the next day. Yesterday she sent me that message asking if I had anymore questions and I told her that I was waiting to hear back from them and I asked for an update. They never responded to me, and told me today (3days after they had my information) that they sold the truck and had the audacity to ask if I wanted to look at any others they had after they sold the truck right out from under me, to someone else who inquired before I did. Very unprofessional. Now I have 2 needless inquires on my credit report and have to start from square 1 again. Wasting my time, effort, reduced my credit score, and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere. where they respect your time.

The service department at Chevrolet Buick GMC of Mount Vernon is courteous and prompt. Ben addresses any questions, concerns, or problems by researching when needed, and he maintains good communication throughout the experience. My vehicle was washed after being serviced - very nice! The waiting area is comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this dealership!

First let me say I do NOT like these surveys! If I didn't like the way you do things I would NOT continue to come to the facility. So as long as things are done to your present standards I will continue to visit.
