The entire buying process didn't feel rushed, all my questions were always promptly and thoroughly answered, and I felt comfortable 100% of the time. There was clear communication the entire time, and we were able to find a price right around what I expected going into the dealership without any trouble or hassle.Emily was extremely professional, attentive, and polite, and kept everything straightforward and direct. Our sales manager Gus was great,he was very helpful without being pushy, my colleage and I went in to test drive a couple of new cars to replace two cars we used as pool vehicles,being that this was a corporate purchase things progressed slowly, but Gus was very understanding and helped us through the long process. They gave us fair trade in value for our old cars and we are now the proud owners of a 2016 Malibu and 2016 Impala.Thanks again Gus for your guidance, I look forward to working with you again in the future as we renew our other pool vehicles.

This was truly one of the best car experiences we've ever had. From Keith at the beginning to Ronnie, we were treated better than family. We went back and forth on email. I never had to step in the showroom until we were ready to sign the papers. They sent us pictures of the car they thought would work for us then spent a whole day getting the price and payments where we wanted them to be. I can not say enough great things about this dealership. We are extremely happy with our car and happy to be a part of Bellevue Cadillac for life.

I came in to test drive the Camaro. The sales personnel was very friendly (typical) and tried to be accommodating without giving me prices to work off of. I didn't end up purchasing a car here, but I would return. They honored my time and tried to work with me.

Stay away from these guys! Actually had to back out of a deal because the car had a completely worn clutch which they tried to hide. Wanted to take to my own mechanic as I felt the clutch issue which they tried to talk me out of and do the deal without having my mechanic look at. Had my own financing and they tried to push their financing on me more times than I can imagine. Went into finance guy and he again tried to tell me I was using their financing and also had incorrect pricing on contract......they didn't deliver car to my mechanic as agreed which left him waiting and further delays....they are a sham and worst car experience I have had.......all said and done only thing that saved me is how I had a stipulation in the contract that that I could back out of when my mechanic told me it needed work......

I spent 4 hours of absoulte wasted time. The first price had a mark up of items that I did not require for my Cadillac. After a challaging converstation to get them taken off the table I spent another hour reviewing the hand written price information I requested. I waited and waited to have the salesman return with another hand written price. I had some colorful drawings that where completly unnessary. I wasn;t happy. When I finally got the bottom line price I decided to take it home and look at my options. I waited another 30 minuets or so for the sales man to find my keys for my car that I was trading. It was a totaly waste of my time I left with nothing. I could spent less time on the internet doing price checking. I ended up with the Cadillac I wanted and a price that I thought was fair at another dealership down the road.

When I was working a deal with the dealership, Tom Wong showed us a picture of what the chrome side molding would look like and if I agreed with it he wanted me to initial the picture. I finally picked up a brand new 2103 Tahoe on Friday, Oct. 25, 2013 and noticed that it had an aftermarket chrome side molding and not the one he showed me a picture of which I initialed. Plus this chrome side molding had apparently started to separate from the vehicle. So who ever installed it did not do a thorough job. I approached Tom about this and he stated that one, they could not get the chrome side molding directly from the dealer, and two, that he was going to contact the installer because the chrome side molding was guaranteed through the installer. Well up to now Tom has no contacted me and today Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013, I called in the morning, at 10:20, and left a message for through the receptionist who stated to me that she would leave him a message. Then I called back at 2:05 and another manager answered the phone and stated to me that Tom Wong was not in and that he could take a message for him. This gentleman stated to me that he was sitting looking right at Tom's desk and no message was left on his desk for him to call me. Here's my frustration, one, in the beginning I was showed a chrome side molding by Tom and expected to see that particular one on the Tahoe, two, Nobody from Bellevue had the common courtesy to call me up and let me know that I would not be able to get the correct chrome side molding so I would be getting an aftermarket on, three when I arrived on Friday to pick up the Tahoe no one still informed me of the chrome side molding up to this point I had to point it out to them and they all acted like it was no big deal. Then I noticed that the chrome side molding that was in place was starting to separate from the vehicle on both back doors. Now I have to take the vehicle back to the dealer so they can take it back to the installer and get it fixed. Also no one ever explained to me information on the NW protective package regarding on how or what to do in case I had a claim, I had to ask them for someone to explain it to me. But let me tell you they are really quick in getting you to sign the paper work, oh yeah they are. And now that I bought the truck seems like Bellevue of Chevrolet is like any other dealer they are really nice and call you up frequently when they are trying to get you to purchase a vehicle. But as soon as you sign the paper work you are pretty much just another customer. As far I am concerned I would definitely never recommend any one to Bellevue of Chevrolet, to all the military people I know or to the many DOD workers that I work with.

Two weeks ago I purchased my 2011 Chevrolet Equinox from Chevrolet Cadillac of Bellevue and I LOVE IT! I found the car on cars.com. I had researched American made SUV's & crossovers, and knew what I wanted to buy. This was a "certified pre-owned" car, which was an added bonus. Because of the stigma of car sales, I was really dreading car shopping. I ended up actually enjoying the experience because of the low pressure sales staff and in particular Tee, the Sales Manager. I went in knowing how much I could afford to spend and after the customary haggling we came to an agreement. The buying process took longer than expected, only because there were a number of people ahead of me being approved for financing. I was impressed that they didn't worry about staying late. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Chevrolet Cadillac of Bellevue to anyone.

I have to say that buying my my truck at Chevrolet of Bellevue was the best buying experience that I have ever had, compared to other dealers in the area. My salesperson was Rich Regan, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I originally came in to look at a used truck featured online. It had unfortunately just sold, so Rich said that he might be able to get me into something new for a similar price. I ended up getting a truck that met all my expectations for a fair price, and on top of that I was given top dollar for my trade. On another note, I have used this dealer for service in the past and I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. I would working with Logan, he is great about explaining services, giving updates throughout the day, and even arranging for a rental vehicle.All around, Chevrolet of Bellevue has been the best dealer I have dealt with and plan on coming back for years to come for service and eventually another vehicle.

Much better experience this time around with Chevy Bellevue. Sales people were friendly and knowledgable about the Cruze we were looking at. They went above and beyond to work with us on pricing and the options that we wanted. Rich Regan, my salesman, treated me like family.I met my boyfriend's mom to help me shop, and she'd gone online to view the used inventory and wrote down the cars she thought would be the best fit for me. I was looking to trade in my '91 pickup for something much smaller and newer. After looking at about five cars, we selected one for a test drive, but I did not at any point feel like I was being pressured or rushed into buying. Everything was very much at the pace I set.I was on a tight budget (I needed to be at about $225 a month out the door) and as a first-time buyer, I didn't think it'd be possible. Rich was very honest and gave me a great deal. By the time we were done, I was at a 2.9% interest rate, a 4-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, and had a '10 used Aveo for less than my budget! I really feel that everyone at this dealer-- from Rich to the guys in finance-- came together to give me the absolute best deal they could. I've been ripped off at other dealers before, but I felt very comfortable with everyone here. I would recommend this dealer-- and even Rich specifically-- to absolutely anyone asking me for car shopping advice.

I had the BEST experience at Chevrolet Cadillac of Bellevue! I usually dread going to dealerships to buy a vehicle because I feel pressured and feel that I have to argue to get a good deal. This was not the case with Chevrolet Cadillac of Bellevue. I couldn't believe how FANTASTIC their Customer Service was. Terry Woods not only listened to what type of vehicle I wanted, but he went through EVERY feature the vehicle had before the test drive, during and after. I couldn't believe that this guy knew exactly what every button in the Tahoe was for. Then he made sure that I didn't have any other questions and that I was happy with what he had showed me.Sami Boudjerda gave me a GREAT deal on my trade in. He also listened to what my needs were, and made the deal work for my budget. I didn't feel pressured, I only felt like this guy was going to make it work for me no matter what. I really felt like I was being taken care of, like a family member.Jim Dawson also was fantastic to work with, and met all my requests as well. I can honestly say that I received everything I asked for and then some. When it's time to trade in my new Tahoe I am DEFINITELY going back to Chevrolet Cadillac of Bellevue! I love my new beautiful Tahoe and the entire experience I had purchasing it. Thank you so very much for a wonderful experience!

Finance told me it would be a one day process to have the car sealant package and chip protectant applied when, in actuality, it takes 2 days. That was a grand surprise to me, particularly when looking at how full my calendar is. So, you need to train your finance guy on how long it actually takes to do those package jobs, particularly since he is the one pushing them.

This Monday was my third experience having my car serviced at Chevrolet of Bellevue and I have found it to consistently exceed my expectations. I have worked with both Logan (I believe that is his name) and Justin and both have had excellent communication as well as an overall professional attitude. I would not hesitate to recommend either one.On my last visit for a check engine light, I found their pricing to be well below to local competitors as well as a dealer north of them.Overall, I am a very happy customer.

I was lured to this dealer via a craigslist posting. In a pre-qualifying email conversation started by me I was led to believe that the price of the vehicle was negotiable. In a personal visit with my family I was led to believe that the price of the vehicle was negotiable and worth my time coming back to discuss without my family. At the end of the day, they refused to budge even one dollar on the price and lowballed me by 1/3rd on my trade. To be fair to them, the deal they were offering was pretty good, but not better than I could find elsewhere. I respect their remaining firm on thier price but they could have told me that at the very beginning before stringing me along, getting significant personal data from me, and then insulting my intelligence and wasting my time and robbing me of time with my family. Jeff seemed like a nice guy, his manager Shane did not, and at the end of the day they came off as clumsy sales team interested in the easy marks and not at all interested in developing long-term sales relationships. If you want to open your wallet and say "ahhh" go to Bellevue Chevrolet.

A used car was listed on their site, but it was actually at "Frontline of Bellevue" around the corner (which is also owned by Lithia). <br><br>I've never had such a poor car buying experience in my life. It was hard sell from the beginning, so I negotiated a price over the phone. They finally agreed, so I went down to talk.<br><br>They insisted because of "their" 128 point inspection I didn't need an outside inspection done ...after my inspector found over $1500 worth of work the next day they refused to fix it before I bought the car ...but said I could use the limited 2 month warranty at Chevy of Bellevue right around the corner ...after I bought the car! <br><br>You would think after their strong statements the night before about how perfect their car was they would be embarrassed that my mechanic found anything wrong ...instead all I got was attitude and more BS hardsell. Un-be-lev-able!!<br><br>The icing on the cake was that they were pushing financing for 7.99% and the dealor I finally purchased from got me 4.25%. They insisted this was the best I could do for a used car, but I found my own financing on the internet for 4.85%.<br><br>These creeps use every trick in the book to try to separate customers from as many dollars as they can without actually breaking the law. Stay as far away as you can from this dealer.<br><br>
