I enjoyed my most recent experience at Childre Nissan. A few months ago, my mother shared her Childre Nissan experience with me. She spoke very highly of Billy and Mr. Jimmy. Recently, I was told it was time for me to look for another vehicle; and, of course, Billy came to mind. I am so glad he did. After a few phone conversations, we were able to schedule a test drive. Billy was patient, professional, and knowledgeable. It was a delight to work with Mr. Jimmy also. Matt was extremely helpful. Gavin was able to work in my service requests within a reasonable timeframe. In my opinion, the overall experience was worth the drive to Childre Nissan.

I've never had such an amazing car buying experience. Billy was a dream to work with, gave me gentle advice, and wrapped up my entire AND TOTALLY ONLINE deal in less than 24 hours start to finish, including delivery FOUR HOURS AWAY. I got a better payment than I thought, the PERFECT car, inside and out, delivered right to my door! And honestly I felt like I was treated so fairly, with total respect the entire time. As a woman, that's still so rare to not be talked down to, or asked if I "have to check with my husband," (what year is this???). NOTHING like that from Billy and the whole team. Everyone was top notch professional. I'm seriously so blown away at how easy that was to buy my dream car. I cannot recommend them more highly!

I was interested in one particular car but unfortunately it was already sold. Mr. David Bullard found a vehicle that was even better. He is considerate, hard working and focus to getting you into the right reliable vehicle. I've also noticed a lot of customers that probably have not purchased their vehicle with them, prefer to bring their vehicle to Childre Nissan to be serviced. Ron and Paul are also very knowledgeable and professional. Great service!

They chested me out of $200.00 and I will never forget. They could not even get the vin number right, had to do it myself. David Bullard was complacent and David Middleton is a condescending smooth talker. I urge everyone to avoid this dealership and never take anything at face value, they will chop you off at the knees.

After being on the hunt for a very specifically outfitted used car, I found the car I wanted online (cars.com) and determined that the car was at Childre Nissan. I live in North Carolina about 6 hours from the dealership and I had never before purchased a car long distance like this, so I was not sure how this would go. I called the store to verify they had the car and a salesman named Steve helped me with the initial details. He was very upfront about the car and its condition (including that there had been damage reported on the car but repairs had been done). He sent me updated pictures and worked to get me a price that we could all live with. Unfortunately Steve became ill (get well soon!) and he handed the ball to David Bullard. David was very helpful and always promptly returned my calls and provided me with all the information I needed. We worked out a potential deal but the sticking part was the delivery. (I was having a difficult time scheduling a trip that far to buy the car.) This is where they really earned a 5 star review. They offered to pick me up at the Atlanta airport (90 mins drive) or as an alternate they were willing to meet part way. We finally settled on them delivering the car to me about halfway. All the paperwork was brought and the car was just as promised. The driver and I went over the car and we then signed the paperwork. This could not have been any easier-- especially with the long distance problem. David and all his crew did a great job patiently answering all my questions and giving me a fair price on the car. He even got me financed at a rate that beat my bank who I have been with for 20 years! So far the car is great and even if it were to not be a great car, I could not blame the dealer. They were great and I would definitely buy another car from them (if they want to deliver again!!!)

I purchased a 2015 Nissan Rouge at Childre Nissan. Everything seemed fine at first and swiftly went downhill. They say one thing and do another, it was very evident they are more interested in the survey that was sent to me by Nissan. They got an unacceptable rating on the survey and here as well. If you want to loose thousands of dollars and deal with individuals that are skilled in prevarication then this is the place for you.

I travelled all the way from the Nashville area to look at, and hopefully purchase, a used car that I had seen on the Internet. I worked with David by phone the week prior to going to inspect the car. When I walked in the dealership they were prepared for my arrival. The whole process went very quickly and without a hitch. David described the car very accurately and had already secured the financing for me during the week prior to my arrival at the dealership. He was able to secure me the lowest financing rate of any dealership that I had been quoted in the 2 months of car shopping that I had done prior to finding their car on the Internet, and with a very reputable financing company. The price for the car was significantly less than prices I had been quoted for identical cars from several other areas of the country. It was the first car purchase I had made in 13 years and I was very nervous, but they were able to put me in the seat of my dream car with confidence and a payment that worked with my budget. It was well worth the 15 hour day and 770+ mile trip. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Great experience!!

I was shopping online for a car to get the best deal around is the reason I found them., David told me I could come after I got off work to test drive the vehicle I found., I did ., I loved it., He and the owner, Mr Childre stayed overtime to be sure I liked car,. financing was secured., and that I left in the car I wanted., They we not pressuring me., as far as I'm concerned there aren't any other dealerships around., This one is where I will always recommend and buy from!

My daughter totaled her car in mid January and had to purchase a new (used) car. She actually works in the service department for a Major Automobile Chain that owns 3 dealerships in the Atlanta area. After getting the run around for several days from the dealership she works for she finally called me to see if I had any ideas where she could buy something in her price range and get good customer service. I immediately told her to call David Middleton at Childre Nissan. I had purchased from him at another dealership when he worked in Macon, Georgia. That purchase was completely painless so I had complete confidence in referring her to David. Because of the distance she looked at inventory online and picked out a vehicle. My wife and I drove her down to Milledgeville (100+ miles) from Alpharetta. When we arrived the car she had selected had been detailed and was ready for a test drive. SHE LOVED IT!!! However, after checking her insurance premiums she decided she needed something a little less expensive. David gave her the absolute BEST!! customer service and showed a few other cars that fit her needs. She found one that she LOVED even more than the original one and within an hour she had her new car!! Thank you David Middleton and Childre Nissan for making that purchase totally stress-free for my daughter (a first time car buyer) and her dad.

I bought a new Nissan Titan from Childre and from the moment I pulled onto the lot I felt like family. The salesman David helped me through the whole process. I was in and out in no time. And after 2 weeks I received a personal letter and a small gift from the Mr Childre. I'd definitely recommend Childre for Any new Car purchase.

I was skeptical of driving 55 miles out for a deal made in five minutes over the phone, especially considering I had made the same deal in Warner Robins that morning, and the internet sales manager went back on his word when I arrived with check in hand. David at Childre Nissan kept his word and honored the price he said he would give me over the phone, and he beat the price in Warner Robins. The purchase process was hassle free and took thirty minutes, David had the vehicle cleaned up and ready to go before I got there. Title/Tag fees are cheaper here, and the deals are better. Warner Robins shoppers in the market for a Nissan, please visit here before you go downtown. Overall, I'll tell my friends about this place, and I'll be back here for servicing and new car purchases in the future. An old-fashioned dealership in a new world is welcomed.

My husband and I were interested in a 2004 Ford F150 FX4 that was listed on Autotrader. There were no pictures available so we called the dealership. Last week, we called the dealership they said that they could not send any pictures because the truck was not there. First we were told that a manager was using it to move. We were unhappy but decided to call back today. We were told the same thing. When I asked them if it was standard practice to use a vehicle that they are trying to sell for personal use, especially something like moving where the vehicle could get scratched or damaged, "Super Dave," didn't answer. He acted as though he couldn't hear me. When I asked who the manager was he said he was! I then asked who the owner was and he said he would have to call me back with that information. After waiting a couple minutes, I went to their website and did a live chat with someone there and asked them who the owner was. I am guessing that the person chatting with me told, "Super Dave," that I was asking questions because he then called my phone. His story had changed. He said that the truck I was interested in was in the transmission shop and it was actually another truck that was being used to move and it was not an employee using it, it was the owner. Based on the conflicting stories I am lead to believe that someone was failing to be honest or really doesn't have any idea what is going on with their inventory. Either way, I would not buy anything from this dealership based on their lack of professionalism and integrity.

After seeing the car I wanted online, I contacted David through email and worked out a pre-approval and some rough terms over the phone. It's a two-hour drive from me to the dealer, so it was important that I was comfortable with any terms before making the drive. David was very helpful and flexible with this. Once arriving at the dealer, they already had the car cleaned up and waiting. David was a pleasure to work with and the dealership was very flexible in giving me what I owed on my trade-in to help move along the sale. He was also quite helpful in getting me approved for terms that I was very happy with. The owner even came and spoke with me briefly, which is rare in dealerships these days. The finance manager was great and very nice to talk with. The whole process was a breeze! I've purchased 5 cars now, and this was by far the best buying experience I've had. Great communication, great attitudes, and very helpful. I would hands-down recommend them for anyone looking for a Nissan. Well worth the drive, (which is pretty scenic once you're off I-20)! Thanks!

I must say the buying process working with Dave Bullard was painless!! David earned my business with no hassle because he says what he means, and means what he says. David also did not use any high pressure tactics that typically gives car dealership a bad name. It is also worth mentioning that David didn't disappear after the sale and inquired numerous times to ensure I was happy with my purchase while some after the sale conditions were being taken care of. For me that was huge. On more than 1 visit to this dealership I have noticed Jason Childre there greeting customers, moving cars around the lot, and offering any assistance to make the buying process as seamless as possible. I would definitey purchase another car from this dealership.

David never disappointed giving the service I desired; which for me meant he was not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge I had about cars; quite the contrary, he went out of his way to be sure I had the best I could get for my money. I just purchased my second car from Childre Nissan. It was really nice to be able to work with the same staff that I had worked with 7 years ago. I do not have much credit history and was told the truth about what kind of financing I would be receiving and what cars would work within my budget. I really appreciate the fact that there was no attempt to "up-sale" into something that I could not afford nor was there any pressure to buy. I am going to enjoy my car for a long while, but there is no doubt in my mind that when it comes time to purchase again, I will be back at Childre!!!

On May 9, 2012, my truck was hit by a speeding driver. It was deemed a total loss by my insurance company. During the following six weeks, I search the internet to find a comparable truck. Fortunately, I found one at Childre Nissan in Milledgeville, Georgia. My communication with Mr. Tom Hines was friendly and, I thought, informative. After reading the trucks Carfax, I learned that the truck has been owned by someone from Florida. I asked Mr. about any rust that may have had harmful effects on the truck due to being in sand for several years. He replied that there was not rust on the vehicle. He did tell me that the truck needed new tires and, in a few months of use, new brakes. I accepted those issues and bought the truck (I have all our communications on email). During the second week in July I picked it up in Georgia and immediately used it to haul my horse trailer to Indiana. Upon my return to Tennessee, I begin to have problems with, what I thought, was running low on diesel. I had it pumped a couple of times in order for it to function. Then, one day, it stopped and would not start. I had it hauled to the local Chevrolet dealership. They found that the diesel apparatus had rusted and had to be replaced. It cost almost $1009.00. I immediately called Mr. Hines to let him know what had happened and requested that his company help me pay for this repair since it had not been 30 days since I had purchased the truck. I also reminded him that he had told me that there was no rust on the truck. That was simple not true. Indeed, I still have rust stains on my driveway left by the truck during the first few days after its purchase. Mr. Hines told me that he could not help me; that I had signed a form saying there was no warranty on the truck. I, subsequently, wrote the General Manager of Childre Nissan, Jason Childre, on August 14 about this situation and sent him a copy of my bill. Now, over 5 months later, he has not responded to my letter. In my mind, that is representative of how much Childre Nissan really cares about its customers. My experience as one of their customers certainly does not reflect their advertising.

This dealership is not focused on pressuring anyone to purchase just any vehicle but to help find the right vehicle you want or need. I am a repeat customer because of the helpful (not pushy) service from the sales staff and from the service department. They have never made me feel like they were just trying to sell me a car, but they listened and helped me find what I wanted. Service after the sell is just as important to me as the price of the car and I have been very satisfied with the work they have done for me and the professionalism of their technicians. I have referred several of my family to Childre and they have all had good experiences.
