We recently purchased a 2016 Ford Escape from Chuck Colvin. Overall the experience was pretty good. Sometimes the process was a little slow until the purchase. Lots of customers is most likely the problem. This alone speaks well for the dealer. The deal that we ended up with I would consider pretty good. Who doesn't like 0% interest rate. I would also say that I never once felt pressured to purchase anything and they honored the online price.

I thought my air conditioner in my pickup was going out as well as I know the heated seats are not working correctly. You were able to get my truck in right away and trouble shoot it all day and could not determine a problem with either. It was determined nothing wrong with the air conditioner and the heated seats wouldn't fail to heat like they are doing at least once or twice a week.Best part I was not charged for the work done.

Brought in my 2015 F150, for standard oil change. The mechanic found a major oil leak. They brought in a certified mechanic to evaluate. Ordered part for next day delivery. Friday the 13th. Changed gasket took part of morning, the afternoon and mechanic stayed late to fix problem. Some how a mega fuse blue and they replaced it. The costumer service was excellent, they knew I really needed the truck the next day and they went above and beyond the norm to make it happen. Yep very pleased all the way around. Thanks to the professional staff, my Saturday very successful.

There is no problem to big or too small that either the Service department or the Quick Lube will try to find a solution for me. Recently my car(grand marquis) gave me a concern that the Service people attempted to find the problem and an answer. I have learned much about my car and why it does what it does. They are able to explain and help me understand how to better care for my vehicle. I especially want thank Gerry for her assistance. Also very grateful for the Quick Lane card service. if my car needs work I can let it get done having six months to make payments! I know that I am in a safer vehicle for having the repairs. When I needed a newer car Jacob and Michael were able to find me the perfect car as well as working out a payment schedule to fit my income.

Bob Rapp was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and any questions I had. I liked that he could answer all my questions. When I asked him how they could know about all the different cars he said they had to study and take a test so that really impressed me. I liked that. Made me feel comfortable that he wasn't just feeding me a line. He also stayed 2 hours after his shift was over the day I bought the car while I was talking with the finance guy, even when the Ducks big game was on and I told him to GO HOME and watch the game. He waited until I was ready to go, walked me out to my new car, made sure I had all the infor I needed to get started. As I am an older women, that gave me a good feeling. I live over 150 miles away but would recommend this dealership and Bob although everyone in there was really nice.

I was expecting a regular old dealership with the same old pushy salesmen who sell you a car only for it to be an incredibly terrible experience. here at chuck colvin auto center i was pleasantly surprised and taken aback by the friendliness i got from Salesman Jacob Halsey and sales manager Gary Edwards. I would recommend this place to anyone, even if you don't live in the McMinnville, OR area. It is worth a trip!

They showed me the vehicle, test drived it with me, and offered options like extended warranty. They also worked with my bank and insurance on my car loan. They totally made sure we were happy with our purchase and didn't ignore me once the deal was completed. I would recommend these guys to anyone and I will go back for all of my future purchases.. FYI I purchased cars from Jim Doran - not a great experience. Larsen Motors wouldn't work with me like Chuck Colvin did. These guys are worth a stop in to check out your next car to buy.
