On Mon 07/26/21 I had a 9am appt with the service dept and told them I would wait. Upon arrival I was greeted by my service advisor Lori whom was exceptionally pleasant and professional. I explained that my battery was dying overnight and had to be jumped every morning for the past week while I was out of town. I also had check engine light on. She explained, quite thoroughly and professionally that I had a third party extended warranty and further that diagnosing the problem would take time and then she would have to contact the warranty company and find if they will cover the repair. In other words she said you may have a very long wait. They gave me a ride to a friend who let me borrow a car for the day. Not hearing anything from the service dept I called at 3 pm. I spoke with the service manager, Meghan who told me Lori had left for the day and she would check on my vehicle. Upon arriving at the service dept Meghan found my file and explained that the technician said I had a bad battery-I asked what time was this discovered and she said about 11:30. Because I was without my truck for the entire day when I could have had it back at noon, I became somewhat upset and explained I was unhappy, the service I received was unacceptable and I would call the owner the next day. Without skipping a beat, this young, professional lady kept her composure, listened even while being interrupted by two technicians and another customer, all of whom she took care of at the same time, she asked what she could do to correct the error. I don’t ask for anything free or extra because I am a business owner myself and so I said nothing. At the end while she was getting my paperwork together so I could pay for the diagnostic fee, she handed me my invoice and said she dismissed the charge. Meghan, the Service Manager, had quelled my complaint in such a manner, professional, non confrontational and pleasant, that I was totally shocked and caught off guard. I thanked her numerous time and told her I did not expect it. I will go back to this service dept any time I need help because of the personal and always professional treatment I received. I cannot say enough compliments about MEGHAN and her staff. Thank You

The service representatives are friendly, at least the ones I worked with. However I highly recommend bringing your vehicle somewhere else for actual labor. I brought my 2015 Silverado in for a tire plug and was told I needed an alignment. I had them perform the work and immediately noticed my vehicle was pulling me to the right and my steering wheel was crooked. If I straightened my steering wheel I would drift sharply towards the right. I brought it back two days later and told them what was happening. The said it was a caster that was misaligned. Essentially stating they did it WRONG the first time. They tried the alignment again however when I left I now could feel my vehicle pulling me to the left instead. I brought my truck to a different Chevrolet dealership in Pennsylvania and had them run the alignment test on it. My caster on the right side was cranked all the way over 5 degrees, 2 degrees higher than the caster on the left. They never "aligned it" they just tried to compensate for the pull. They also never aligned my TOE either. I have attached an image of the specs provided to me showing what their so called alignment was prior to the PA dealership correcting their s*** work. A total lack of knowledge maybe? Or lack of give a s***. Perhaps both. The dealership in Pennsylvania fixed my alignment and it has been perfect since. I have brought my truck to this place two different occasions and on each occasion something went wrong. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Again, the service reps weren't performing the work, so they were very nice, but the actual techs are oblivious. Anyone with eyes could see my truck was pulling in two different directions. Total joke. I e-mailed the service manager in hopes of a refund, and provided her with all the specs provided by the other dealership PROVING that Ciocca jacked it up. However, judging by other Reviews I doubt I will even get a response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I spoke with Tony from sales on a new blazer and he was very helpful and very kind. He walked me through the whole process quick and efficiently, and he waisted no time. Ciocca Chevy is a great place to buy a car.

My wife and I went to Ciocca, we found a 2019 Toyota 4Runner with very low miles. Chris Middleton was the salesman. We both were very pleased with the service we received. Will absolutely return.
