My friend and I visited the dealership on a busy Saturday and were greeted by Hakeem Pittman in the parking lot ready to assist us. It was a very pleasant, no pressure buying experience. Some dealerships try to hard sell and beat up the customer, but not here. Hakeem saw to all of my requests and we negotiated a fair deal. He respected and treated us with courtesy throughout the process explaining everything to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

This was my first new car I was purchasing, I did go to another dealer first by myself to "shop around". Honestly wasn't sure what I was looking for. Went to this car dealer with my son, was nerve-wracking at first not knowing what to look for, my salesman was perfect and very patient. A manager came over to me at one point, he was very nice also, he did give his name, unfortunately I didn't remember his name. Then I met with the finance dept., and I don't recall his name either. But definitely will not forgot my salesman. In fact my son, and his mother-in-law will soon be looking for new cars, and already said he'd be coming back to this dealer.

The service department is great and I learned to love the family owned professionalism that I have always received. I decided that I would lease my new Tucson at this dealership. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The leasing experience was quick and easy. My salesperson, Hakeem was excellent to work with. I am confident that it will provide me with the same satisfaction. Love the new technology and upgrades since 2012 model. Really am pleased with the staff where I purchased my vehicle. They are all so nice and no one pushed me to do anything I did not want to do. I was very pleased with my sales person, Ron Alina, and another lady there, Coleen. Both went over and above my expectations in helping me with different aspects of the purchase. I was especially touched when my mom had been ill and they showed true concern and even called me later to follow-up to see how she was doing. Professional and real down to earth people -- and treat you like their friends and family. I would ask again for the same people on my next purchase!

I also had to deal with the service department. My new car was making noise after 4 days and it was taken care of in a timely manner. I was given a loaner car for the time spent on my car. I was a little disappointed that my car was given back to me with 80 miles put on and the gas tank was not replenished. I was required to return the loaner car with a full tank of gas or my credit card would have been charged $50.00. I would have expected my brand new car to be returned the same way. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I am a repeat customer and have been very happy with the 5 Hyundai's I have owned.

I came in after doing a search online for a good used car. I had just had an awful experience at Freehold Toyota, where after explaining I had money coming in two weeks from buying a used car, the sales person sold it out from under me. I had put $4500 in cash down on a $7000 car so thought I was a serious buyer. To make matters worse, I had told the salesperson that my car was dying so when I found out the car was sold, I could not drive around to find another car. When I found my car here, I was reassured before I got there that I would be treated differently so I took a leap of faith and had a friend drive me in. Russell Cox met me outside and saw how stressed I was, he did everything to calm me and reassure me that the car would be great. I drove it and Russell made the rest of the transaction go smoothly in spite of the fact I was so nervous and could not concentrate. It's an awful position to be in, I was taking the bus to work and really needed a car. After what happened in Freehold, I was really pleased by the customer service here, from Russell who sold me the car to all the others I dealt with - everyone was super nice!

Memorial Day add misleading. Finance rushed through concluding the deal. Full breakdown of charges and how they impacted the lease payment were not provided. As well, during negotiations, I was told several times that the dealership isn't making money on my lease whI have of course, I know is untrue. Overall the performance of the 2017 Santa Fe Sport seem to deliver softer and quieter ride. The improved sound system and display are very functional.. backup camera with warning boosts a larger viewing screen. Side mirror warning alert of vehicles in the blind spot very helpful. I bought 3 prior cars from Circle Hyundai but can honestly say that this past experience was the best experience so far. We visited the dealership not knowing if we would actually buy a car but were leaning toward a new Sonata. Eric G approached us and he was not the typical pushy salesperson. We test drove the 2016 Sonata Sport and fell in love with the car. Hyundai has really kicked it up with the overall design of the car and interior features. Eric's knowledge of the vehicle, all of it's features, gas mileage with the "drive mode" options and touch screen/Bluetooth capabilities were extensive. We sat with him and even going over the options for financing/leasing we found him to be nice and no pressure sales points at all. The financing rep, Roger, was the same way. We bought the 2016 Sonata (with a sunroof, which we've never had before!!) and hit the "gong" for the sale. I would recommend this dealership highly and if we should be in need of another car, I would not hesitate to revisit this dealership again. Not to mention, their inventory of Hyundai's was large. Plenty to choose from!!

I called an indicated that I was returning a car leased by my father. The lease was up, but unfortunately, my Dad is too ill to return the vehicle. I was told by the receptionist "no problem - just bring the car in anytime between 9 - 5". I asked her to please double-check that there would be no issue - and she reconfirmed,My wife and I re-arranged our work schedules so that we could bring the car in that same day. When I arrived - after waiting for a while - I was told that since the car was not originally leased at Circle - there was no room on the lot to accept the return. When I reminded them that I was told earlier in the day that it would be OK, the response was - I will speak to our receptionist so that she doesn't make that mistake again. Apparently, they preferred to significantly inconvenience a Hyundai customer rather than live up to a commitment made by one of their employees.Ultimately, I had to call Hyundai corporate (from the parking lot) who arranged for a different dealer to accept the return. Of course this required now spending another hour in the car.If/when I am ready to lease a Hyundai for my son, I will not be returning to this dealership.

My Elentra was my first care ever leased on my own and this experience has been a nightmare. Not only is this place the worst but Hyundai as a whole. My car was a three year lease which is up in Decemeber, and I have had nothing but problems with it. All of a sudden my car wasn't starting when it got cold out so I called a tow and had it brought to circle Hyundai. After not having a loaner vehicle, they proceeded to tell me that it was the battery causing these issues. I explained that is not possible because I have already replaced the battery In it. They implied I was lying and once my father got on the phone with them they changed there attitude. After doing there "tests" they continued to say it was the battery. After bringing it home with the new battery it started fine for about two days than my head light went out along with my tail lights that I had JUST REPLACED, This is sounding to me like an electrical problem but what do I know. Now after spending over 100 dollars on a new battery my car would not start last night. After calling them first thing in the morning he told me that I should call on Monday to make an appointment. This is by far the worst place to purchase/ take your car, they are a bunch of thieves.

I went to a few dealerships over the labor day weekend (2015) and after getting the run around by not getting a final price I ended up going here on labor day and unfortunately they were just closing. But at the end, it all worked out. I was greeted with the super cool and knowledgeable salesman by the name of Ronald Clifford. He apologized for the dealership being closed early but he took my information and said he would follow up with me in the morning. He took a photo of my Edmund's Price Promise certificate for a new 2015 Hyundai Genesis Coupe. After leaving the dealership discouraged and frustrated I received a friendly phone call from Ron who called me from HIS OWN cell phone to reassure me that I was in good hands. My job keeps me busy and I work long hours which limits my time tremendously. As you can imagine, I don't want to spend 3+ hours in a dealership. Anyway, the next day I went to work and got a phone call from Ron and I explained my situation. That didn't stop Ron! We texted back and forth to get the information he needed to run my credit. I emailed and texted all the documents he needed and Thursday night I went to the dealership where I spent less than 2 hours and drove out with my new Genesis with the price I was promised! Scott was my finance manager and extremely honest. He told me my options and explained everything in detail. I WILL ALWAYS COME BACK TO CIRCLE HYUNDAI!THANK YOU!

Returning to Circle Hyundai after leasing 2013 Sonata. Nelson Valentin, my salesman, was patient, understanding of my needs and knowledgeable in leasing my 2015 Sonata. He welcomed me to drive different models but the one that fit my needs was the Hyundai Sonata Sport. I wanted the Venetian Red with gray interior, not available at this dealership, so they called around and found the car I requested. It may seem odd to travel 35 miles beyond my local Hyundai dealership to Circle Hyundai in Shrewsbury, but I assure you, it IS worth it! I was replacing a Hyundai so I knew what model and features I wanted. I checked out available inventory at all dealerships in the state. After a brief conversation on the phone, he went to verify the inventory. Then I got a photo in a text message of the vehicle and the window sticker. I had very little time to spare and really wanted to avoid dealerships and the typical torture of negotiation. Instead, Ron Clifford was able to give me an out-the-door price quote. EVERY fee, charge, detail. With that, I was able to get a cashier's check from my bank and when I showed up at the dealership, my paperwork was complete. It was so easy. So clear. No nonsense. What a pleasure to do business with someone who is 100% clear, honest, and who delivered exactly what he promised. I encourage anyone to check out this dealership, and our salesperson Ron Clifford. I saved a lot of time and even more money. This was far and away the best price of any of the other dealer quotes. And no slimy sales tactics.

You'd never think a flat tire on a Hyundai Veloster could cause your life to be in turmoil but Circle Hyundai made sure that was the case. I still don't have my car for a flat that happened 5 days ago. They told me $160 as apparently the Veloster doesn't come with a spare (not that I was told this before purchase), then after we drive to the dealership as it's supposed to be fixed the next day, they spray something on the broken tire and tell me the rim is cracked ad changing the tire won't work so it's going to be an extra $375. Yes, that's right, over $500 for one flat tire! I asked the salesperson if I could just get into a different car and they told me no way. The Hyundai I bought it at told me that I could do this but that I'd have to get the car to that dealership in Toms River. Well, that's $189 to tow it there so that's out. Across the board, all staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, and seem to think that it is fine that I don't have my car.Called this morning as I got together the $500+ to pick up car and the part is not in yet! So I guess a week and a half without my car for a flat tire is perfectly acceptable at this dealership. I would NEVER recommend this dealership. It was the WORST experience I've ever had with a dealership and have had a different leased cars for the past 7 years. On the other hand, I highly recommend Lester Glen Hyundai where I purchased the car!

We were looking for a sporty sedan that didn't look like every other car you see on the road. We liked the look of the Sonata, with it's updated features and it rode really well and was very comfortable. The dashboard is easy to use and the Bluelink feature, with the ability to turn the car on remotely, works really well on hot summer days. He did not rush or pressure us on any descisions. Everyone in the dealership made us feel very comfortable. Circle was probalbly one of the nicest dealerships that we have delt with. I have been burned over and over by car dealerships for many years. I dreaded going to get my 9th leased car, because the process has always been so stressful and awful. Typically I would TRY to get some bargaining done on the phone before I went in, to avoid the hours-long process once I was there. I thought I had a deal with one dealership, but found out at the last minute that 'no money down' meant I had to pay $2700 to walk out with my car that day. I finally did a search for the model, color, and trim I wanted, and was brought to Circle. Even though it was 45 minutes away, they seemed great on the phone, so I took a shot. Erik Geraghty was my salesman. He is wonderfully friendly and quick and capable. I actually GOT the deal I was told I would get. My husband, the naysayer, kept saying "The other shoe is gonna drop", meaning that at any second they would tell us that I needed to put a ton of money down. Nope. He looked more and more surprised the farther into the process we got! When it was obvious that I was getting my car at the price I was promised, he said, "Wow, never thought I'd say this, but I was wrong!" I LOVE my new car, and I loved dealing with Erik and Circle. I'm not going to bother looking anywhere else next time I need a car!

This is the second car that we have purchased from Circle in the past 8 years. We purchased another Santa Fe. One of the driving factors for repeat purchase is Circle Hyundais Service Department. They are professional, honest and low pressure when it comes to recommended service. In comparison to other dealerships, Hyundai and non-Hyundai, that we have visited over the years, the technicians and service advisors are the friendliest and do their best to explain any issues in laymans terms. In many cases they do what they can to also save you a few dollars. In the past 8 years, it appears the service department has maintained a lot of the same staff so you are able to become familiar with who they are. The sales experience was also pleasant during round 2. Joon An & Vincent Lorenzo were sincere and worked with us to be as transparent as possible as we came to a deal. Both were very personable, friendly, and accommodating. Vincent also puts himself out there to be available to you after the purchase should any issues arise or concerns come about, which was nice. Overall, the experience with Circle has always been positive.

Under no circumstance would I recommend Circle Hyundai. I have owned several Hyundais (2 currently), and my experience at other Hyundai dealers has been fine. In sharp contrast, I have found both the sales and service departments at Circle to be evasive, much higher priced, and in my opinion, dishonest. Furthermore, it seems the left hand doesn't ever know what the right hand is doing over there. I will continue to buy Hyundais, but never again from Circle Hyundai.

I had to speak to 6 different people and the person at the front desk was extremely rude and kept cutting me off as I spoke. I came to this dealership on a Saturday in March 2015 after I was quoted an out the door price via email with Jennifer the prior day. Vincent, who is a sales manager at the dealership met me at the door and introduced me to Erik who would complete the transaction. All were extremely nice and helpful. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I attempted to purchase a car put down a down payment and they let me leave with the car they wanted a little too much information from my cosigner so she backed out I had to return the car...I got another cosigner and got the car bck 2 days later and signed a whole new contract with different payments and everything due to the new cosigner ! A few days passed and someone talked the cosigner out of it so I gave the car back I had the car less than 30 days and a month has now passed and I have still not received my down payment back ! Geo's customer service regarding my issue was horrible the people at the front desk wouldn't answer my calls geo never returns my calls and when I finally did speak to him he was very rude and they are still trying to keep my money so legal action are in progress like Geo suggested !

Back in December 2013, I went to Circle Hyundai to look at a newer car as my old one was just at the end of it's life. My mother drove me up there (because I simply needed a ride) and we were both felt very well-received and satisfied with our overall experience. I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe, which I loved. At that time, I would have recommended this dealership to anyone, simply from the customer service (Kevin Gleason was an outstanding salesman!), to the quality of the vehicles and the price. However, my experience a few days ago fell extremely short of my expectations. Last week my car was totaled when another car collided with me on the parkway due to the flash ice storm that hit my car. Naturally, when it came to time look for a new car I immediately wanted to go back to Circle Hyundai, unfortunately, I did not leave with the same overall good experience as I did a year ago. My little sister (age: 22) was nice enough to drive me (age: 24) to the dealership, seeing as I was without a car of my own, and look at a car (that I had called ahead for the day before and set up an appointment). When we first walked in, many of the employees simply looked at us and went on their way and some of them disregarded us completely. The place was pretty empty so I didn't understand why someone couldn't just ask us if we needed help. After a few minutes, a salesman finally came up to us and asked if he could help us (in a rather stand-offish tone). I explained I had made an appointment to see a specific car, and he looked rather confused and said he would try to find paperwork for it. After about 10 minutes and standing around, he finally came back with a single piece of paper, didn't say anything to us other than "how much did you see the car was for?"... I honestly couldn't remember, but the question struck me as odd and the overall attitude of the salesman was upsetting myself and my sister. The events that occurred over the next half hour did not improve our opinion of our visit. Between the car not being ready to be shown (covered in ice), the salesman not really giving me any details on the car, trying to dig answers out of him about specifics, the entire test drive he was dead silent (not even offering polite small talk), and then the overall indifference from the employees we dealt with. Even after this I decided to attempt to move forward and buy this car (as I really needed one as soon as possible to get to work). I felt as if we were not being taken seriously or that we should not be treated in a professional manner. Both my sister and I felt as if they viewed us as "two spoiled little girls that will have mommy and daddy pay for this car". When in fact, I was going to put a sizable down payment (of my own money) and finance the rest. Only after I told the salesman of this did his interest peek a little bit and his attitude change. In the end I did not purchase the car because we couldn't agree on a price, which is fine don't get me wrong, that happens when trying to purchase a car. But really even if we had settled on a price, I doubt I would have even gone through with it because of the overall customer service I received there. Maybe if I had showed up with a man or someone older than myself, I would have been treated more seriously, but I believe that just because I am a young woman I wasn't taken seriously. From now on, if I do need a new car, I will probably avoid this dealership simply from one bad experience.

This is my 3rd Hyundai, first from this dealership. I had visited one other dealership before coming to Circle Hyundai to lease a vehicle. This dealership beat the best price offered by that dealership and got me the colors I was looking for exterior and interior. Love my Santa Fe. Walked out feeling like I got a good deal and got that deal without having to haggle too much.

I ordered a Black Ultimate with Ivory last week and the dealer didn't have one in stock so I had to wait for him to get it.... In the meantime looking at pics and owning a black car in the past I changed my mind. I decided on Empire State Gray with the Ivory. When I told my dealer he wasn't happy but said he would try to locate one for me.... Well he said he couldn't locate one and he had the black one.... Long story short I went to the dealer and looked at the black and just couldn't do it so I asked him to locate a Parisian Gray with Ivory for me and he was able to. Thank god!!!! I am very happy the way they accommodated me and would recommend this dealer to anyone.

After being a loyal Hyundai owner for the past 3 years, it was time for my wife to purchase a new vehicle and I immediately knew a Santa Fe would be perfect for her. We made the mistake of originally going through Freehold Hyundai. Their dealership is an experience unlike any other and one you would never want to experience for yourself. Shady salesmen, pushy management, and a clueless ownership, we regretted purchasing from them. Coincidentally my current lease was up and I gave them a second chance to right their wrongs. Boy was I fooled twice. They went to the lengths of bringing up a workers' medical condition as an excuse for their constant bumbling. I walked out of there to never return again. That's when I decided to go to Circle Hyundai, and immediately my wife and I were pleasantly shocked at the completely opposite experience we had with the entire operation. Our salesman Lou was top notch. He listened to what I wanted and provided to me what I wanted, never trying to change my mind or push another car off on me. He was very informative, even to a current Hyundai owner and pulled out all stops to ensure our happiness. The manager Scott was equally as friendly, and never tried to coerce me into purchasing something I didn't want, which can be a typical experience with finance managers. They have an impressive service department with a comfortable waiting space with WIFI & TV. We were able to close on a fair priced deal on the car I wanted and within 3 hours I was on my way with my new car. They handled everything from the turn in of my old car to making sure to setup service for my new vehicle. They even provide free oil changes for the life of the car! The manager was so nice they even told us to bring our Santa Fe there for service, and they'll honor free oil changes for the life of that car as well! And I didn't even purchase it there! That alone put a smile on my face knowing I would never have to return to Freehold Hyundai ever again. I would highly recommend going to Circle Hyundai if you want a fresh, pressure free experience from people who actually care about the seller's needs and keeps to their word!

One of the things I dread the most in life is buying a new car. I go through the same ordeal no matter what dealer i go to. Thankfully, there was a change of pace at Circle. Dealt with Craig Cook and didn't have to deal with all the usual pressure tactics and general nonsense that I usually do at dealers. When I was ready to buy, they were ready to help. I told Craig what I wanted. we worked out a price and they found me my car. They seem to be pretty well run at Circle and seem to have a good service department. I will find out for sure son enough. Absolutely every step of the way in buying a new Hyundai Santa Fe today was stress free and a pleasure. I felt like I was walking into a 5-star resort where they had everything all ready for us to speed the process. Nothing was rushed or glazed over and everything was explained in plain English. Erik our sales person was fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend anybody to buy their next car from this dealership.I don't buy cars often and we own them at least 7-9 yrs, but the stigma of how pressure pack & high stress it is with the car buying is the farthest thing from the truth at this dealership.I also don't do online surveys much - but we just got home and we are tickled with everything about the process and of course the car. Super experience at this dealership when I bought my new Santa Fe about 2 months ago. My salesman was KJ & he's terrific - got me the exact car I wanted that day - with all the bells & whistles I could have hoped for! I am a loyal Hyundai customer and this is the fourth Hyundai I have purchased but the first from this dealership. Prior to walking into the dealership I had researched the vehicles that were on the lot and I wanted to test drive. I currently drove an Azera Limited and wanted the new one. My salesman Bill Sagarese brought the vehicle out immediately. We test drove it and I was not completely happy with the Limited addition, even though my current Azera was a Limited addition. While driving, Bill mentioned another Azera on the lot. Got back to the dealership, Bill got the other car. I test drove that one and that was the car I eventually purchased. Bill was very informative and friendly, did not pressure me to purchase. I live locally and did not have my title with me, so while my car was being prepared for me, Bill drove me home, I got the title and we completed that transaction the same day. I do not like the car buying experience in general because of the amount of time it takes but this experience was very efficient. On the financing side, Roger found me a better deal than my pre approved loan, quickly got the paperwork complete and I was on my way.

Should we save a little and get a 2014 Azera or the dream car, a fully-loaded 2015 Genesis. Kevin took us out in both cars, informing us of all the features. As this process can be a lengthy one, Bill did a great job of keeping us updated on how things were going and continuously made sure we were comfortable. I noticed that the car came equipped with BlueLink and I wanted to become part of that experience and get the most out of my car. I am very uneasy when I take my car for service but when I came in I felt very comfortable to let them work on my vehicle and I will only go to them for service. When my car was finished Bonnie came into the showroom and told me everything that was done to my vehicle and I felt pleased to hear that Everything was OK!!!! I didn't get sold something that wasn't needed and I was happy to know my car is in great hands!!! Lies, Deception, and More Lies. Upon being told by Tyquan Alston that they had located my vehicle, a 2014 Volester Turbo. I went into the dealership to finalize documents and to pay for the car in full or so I thought. I Was promised to have the vehicle before my daughters birthday even if it meant him picking the car up himself. When I arrived at the dealership there seemed to be something wrong, no money was requested and documents were nowhere to be found. They kept me waiting about an hour which I found out later was because the dealership with the vehicle was not making the trade. I don't appreciate being lied to or having my time waisted. My wife and I have bought 4 Elantras through Kevin Gleason. We are very happy with his salesmanship and he is very friendly. Our most recent purchase, a 2013 Elantra came without a spare tire, just a repair kit. We had a flat tire on Thanksgiving on the Garden State Parkway. By the time I pulled over it was in bad shape. Had to be towed to a garage because the repair kit was useless. Why they put that in the car is beyond me. I came back to The dealer to complain about the repair kit. First I spoke to the sales manager and then Kevin came in and we hashed it out for a while. After a while the sales manager told Kevin to give me a spare tire kit for half price but then stepped up and said Merry Christmas and said take it for nothing. Zero cost!! During the spare tire incident, my wife said, "never again from Circle Hyundai", but changed her mind when Circle Hyundai stepped up and solved the situation. So, I am sure we will be back again in a couple years for a new car. Kevin and the sales manager are excellent people to deal with. They go out of their way to make sure all their customers are happy.

Vince treated me as if I was the only customer in the place. In most of my dealings with car purchases the manager was just a faceless person behind a desk in a small office. Not so in the case of Vince.He definitely was proactive He worked hand in hand with Paul to get me a GREAT deal! I started the day going to Brad Benson's Hyundai dealership. I had a 9:30 appointment and wasn't seen until 11:00. They were promising $7500 off all of their cars but the neglected to mention that they added a appearance package that was $4000. That package consisted of door guards and pinstripes and you even had to pay it on the cars that did not have the pinstripes yet. To make matters worse the pinstripes did not look good and looked cheap like they were thin tape that would wear off in a week, but we were there so long that we figured we would hear them out, after telling them I was trading in a car they came down to a price that was about $800 less then the MSRP. They also promised a $1500 AMEX gift card to help the cost and still came to a price we could have gotten anywhere without even trying. They held my keys and tried to sell me a used car also overpriced. Finally we were able to leave around 1:30 frustrated and a friend of mine suggested circle. I was sure that I would not be getting a new car but thought I would give it a shot. I was so mad when I walked in, but within 15 minutes of being there everything changed. I would like to say that a certain person made my day with exceptional service, but to only give credit to one person would not be enough. I was recommended to deal with Kevin Gleason, but he had a few people waiting so we looked around and the sales manager Sam helped. He then passed us over to Tyquan. Tyquan was personable and could not have been nicer and Sam checked back with us often and even Robert one of the owners checked on us. His first offer was still a little high, but was way less then what Brad Benson had said. We said its in the ballpark, but still a little high. We countered and he said he would see what he could do. He came back a few minutes later and said done deal. We were still waiting for the other shoe to drop because of our bad experience at Brad Bensons, but it never did. They made buying a car a fun great experience and wish I knew people who needed a car to send them to Circle. While the car was being cleaned Tyquan came back and asked if I wanted pinstriped while he put on the door guards the same thing being charged $4000 at the other dealership. I almost laughed in his face because I was shocked it was all part what I had already paid for. The pinstripes looked nice at Circle but I opted not to have them. All in all a day that started awful got me a new car and a renewed faith that not all car dealerships are the same. Every single person we met with was wonderful and Kevin came over to check to make sure his co-workers were taking good care of me.

He explained the options and the differences between the Tucson and Santa Fe and compared it to my old Rav4 v6. Santa Fe is more substantial and powerful also loaded with more luxury items than the Toyota. Justin was very detailed in explaining the financing and options. I had been shopping for a used car for a while, and I found Tyquan to be straight forward, direct, and friendly. Tyquan worked with Vincent to gently persuade me to purchase the Nissan. Price was very important to me and we were able to negotiate a fair price, and I drove away very happy in my "new" car. Circle Hyundai, is a very well run Dealership. I Dealt with Internet Manager Eddie Sosa over the phone 5 days earlier than my visit.. Sales Advisior Robert Ruotolo and Sales Manager Sam Fowler. Eddie Sosa is very knowledgeable he knew his prices and what inventory he had. Very easy to talk with about pricing. Eddie made me feel like we were friends for a long time. The Allstar in this group is Advisor Robert Ruotolo How this guy is not part of the management team yet is beyond me. Mr Ruotolo seemed more concern that his dealership would meet my very low price on the 2013 Genesis and getting as much of my dads 2011 Sonata's trade in price as possible. Robert played no games..He knew his numbers, knew the model. He made me and my dad feel very welcome and at ease sitting there. WE seem to talk more about whats going on in the world today and less about car deals.. This was so refreshing and new to me. What i respect most about your dealership is how your dealership treated my dad who is 80 years old. Robert ask my dad and me 5x water, coffee something to eat i will try and get you guys out of here as quick as possible. he knew my dad was getting tired. Mr Sam Fowler your Sales Manager who closed my deal has simular qualities like robert.. Sam made me feel very comfortable. Sam not only is very easy to work with he also was very concerned about my dad sitting there and dealing with me trying to get me into the vehicle and trade at my price. I bought my first new car in 1965, a British racing green Ford Mustang. Over the next 48 years I have purchase new cars about every 4 to 5 years. That's a lot of cars, car salesmen and car dealers. They allowed me to negotiate a price I was comfortable with and took my trade-in practically sight unseen. These guys are good. You will ultimately get a good deal. But don't take their first response as their true bottom line. You have to stick with your lower price and only gradually raise it. Be aware of the $240 documentation charge. You have to pay it on every car from this dealer. It's not excessive but it is best to negotiate based on out-the-door pricing. That way the final number will be what you expect. They do clean the car nicely. Make sure to ask for $25 of gas if the tank is low.I will go back there for my next car purchase. The deal we got on a used 2003 Volvo was at least $1500 below the asking price of the same model and year on all cars nationwide on cars.com. So it was a good deal. It will take a long time to buy the car. We came in at 11:30 and did not leave until 4pm. They seem to do things sequentially. Try to speed things up and have them do things in parallel if possible. For example, they did not start to clean the car, a 45-minutes process, until all the financial papers were signed. And there were long gaps where the salesman was off doing other things and there was no sense of what we were waiting for or how long it would be.But all in all its a good dealership and you will have a good experience if you know the values before you look, haggle to get your best price, and have a meal before you go, because you will be hungry before you get out of there.

I was there to have maintenance work on my 2011 Elantra, which was due to be returned in March of 2014, and as I was browsing through the showroom I struck up a conversation with Vincent who recommended me to Craig and before I new it I was sitting down returning my lease and purchasing a new one. They made the whole experience so pleasurable. I explained what I was there for and my current financial situation and they met every request I made of them. From the cars condition, over mileage and lack of money available they made it work. They were pleasant and understanding. I told them straight up what I had or didn't have really, but, with bad credit and all I drove away with a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra. They are good people and I would recommend them in a second. Andy D'Amore was so very thorough, answering all our questions. He took time to explain all the booklet and info for the car and even paired my daughters phone with the bluetooth. He explained the very important feature that gives a parent peace of mind should an accident happen. We chose the free trial package for the assurance and plan to purchase for the yearly fee. I originally went in to this dealership to look at a used 2013 Hyundai Elantra that I had saw online that I was interested in. When I got to the dealership it was being sold so I was disappointed at the start. But Craig introduced himself me, got me a glass of water, and then took the time to walk my wife and I around the dealership and show us the used and new inventory he had. He was easy to talk to and I felt like we connected on a personal level. No one likes a pushy salesman so his demeanor at that point was probably the only thing that kept me from walking off the lot. He ended up showing me a new 2013 elantra that was not exactly what I wanted as far as color and extras, but he worked to get me an awesome price I couldn't refuse AND he actually set up an appointment to have the fog lights I wanted (that weren't originally on the vehicle) to be installed on the car. I visited Circle Hyundai because I wanted to purchase a new vehicle near the town of Holmdel, where my family is to relocate. I have an averare daily commute of 140 miles and was trading my 2009 Hyundai Elantra with over 100k miles. Justin Friedland was a terrific salesperson. He was friendly and helpful. As previous Hyundai owners, we knew that we wanted to purchase an Elantra (we own a 2003 Elantra(Sansone route 1) and a 2009 Sonata-purchased at Circle). We wanted a black one with gray interior. All that we saw in the lot was a black with beige interior. Justin looked all through the inventory and found one with a gray interior that had just come from another dealer. He personally walked through the lot so that he could physically see that the interior was gray. It was! Once that was settled, we made the deal. Mike Cagnano, the Finance manager, came out and spoke to us about our offer. Without much hesitation, he went back to his office and saw that we were repeat customers, and had been bringing our car to that dealership for service. He accepted our offer. We are extremely happy with the purchase price, and the deal we got from Mike. We will definitely be bringing our cars back there for service, and when the time comes, will have no problem buying another Hyundai from Circle.

I went in to Circle Hyundai in Shrewsbury to trade in my 2005 Chrysler for a 2007 Dodge. I walked right in and there was someone there to greet me. I was transferred to Craig Cook one of the sales guys there. Craig is the man. He has an extensive knowledge on cars and was more than willing to work with me every step of the way. Vincent Lorenzo the Sales Manager is also a top 10 guy. His courteous attitude and family-man montra made me feel right at home. I was shopping for a fully loaded Hyundai Elantra 4 door Limited PZEZ for my youngest daughter. I had done a lot of research on the Hyundai and was very impressed by it's rating. About a month before I planned to buy, I visited a dealer in my town just to make sure it was the exact car my daughter wanted. We didn't discuss price at that point as I was not ready to purchase. When I was finally ready to buy the car, I naturally went back to that dealership which was less than 5 minutes from my home. I made it clear that I did not want to finance the vehicle. Unfortunately, they did not have the color I wanted, but said they would try to get it from another dealer. Later that day, I got a call from the salesman who said he had found the car. He gave me what I thought was a great price over the phone. He wanted a $500.00 deposit to get the car from the other dealer. I was ready to give him the deposit over the phone, but then thought it better to go over and get something in writing. When I called to tell him I would come over with the deposit, he then decided to mention that that was the finance price. As I had said, I specifically told him when I was in the showroom earlier, I did NOT want to finance. Anyway, I went over, he readjusted the price for cash. I asked him where they found the car and he said he didn't know. Really?????!!! I found that odd, that and the idea of having to give $500.00 to get the car to his lot when he couldn't even give me the exact day it would arrive. I was told anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks. The whole deal didn't sit well with me. I also was not satisfied with the price he quoted. He said because it was another dealer's vehicle, he could not give me the deal he could have if it was one of the cars off their lot. I did not take the deal. I did a search for the Elantra and found a dealership 20 minutes from my home that had the exact car I wanted on their lot. After going back and forth, the manager gave me the best price he could. It was $1601.00 over the first dealer. I told him of the offer. He asked me if I got the Vin # or saw the sticker which I did not. Great point! I obviously got caught up in getting this car for my daughter! Now I was even more skeptical of the first dealership. I told the salesman at the second dealership I would get back to him that evening, which I did and turned down the offer. It was not a bad offer, but I wanted to try one more dealership, one that also had the car in stock- on their lot. I found a few within 20-30 minutes of each other but over an hour from me. Before I drove over an hour, I wanted to get reviews on the dealerships, especially after the fiasco at the first one. None were members of the Better Business Bureau, but all had reviews on the site. First dealership I went to got a "D", second got an "A". Only one dealership got an "A+" and it happened to be one of the 3 I found online that had the exact car I wanted on their lot. They also got positive ratings from other sites I visited, including DealerRater.com. The highly rated dealership was CIRCLE HYUNDAI in Shrewsbury NJ. I called that night to make an appointment and went it the next morning. From the minute I drove up, I was impressed. The showroom was huge and beautiful, someplace you'd expect to see all luxury cars. There was even a cell phone charging dock! I was approached by CRAIG SHANNON when I walked in, but it was not like when some car-salesmen walk right up to you when you just get in the door. I told Craig I was told to ask for Blaise, who I assumed was a manager. I had gotten there early, so Blaise was not in yet. Craig introduced me to SAM FOWLER, a sales manager who greeted me warmly and had me work with Craig. I was glad I would be working with Craig. He pulled the car up so I could make sure it was the one I wanted, then we started the fun job of negotiating. I told him about the first dealership and the price they had given me on a car they DID have on their lot. The exterior was the right color, but the interior was not. It would have been my daughter's second choice. If at all possible I wanted her to have her first choice. That price, from the first dealership, also turned out to be bogus, just like the one they wanted a $500.00 deposit for just to bring the car to their lot. I think $100.00 would have been more reasonable. Anyway, back to CIRCLE HYUNDAI, Craig talked to Sam to get me the best price he could. Sam met the price I had gotten at the second dealer, but I'd still have to come back with my husband the next day, drive over an hour to pick up the car. The other dealer was only 20 minutes from me. To make an already long story a little less long, Sam came back with an offer I couldn't refuse. He met the 2nd dealership's "what if" price AND Craig and another CIRCLE HYUNDAI employee followed me to my house with the car so I would not have to come back the next day with my husband. TALK ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! It was a PLEASURE dealing with Craig and Sam. They are not pushy, easy to talk to and very ethical. I know I got a great deal and would definitely buy from CIRCLE HYUNDAI again! The best part of all is my daughter had no idea I bought the car, much less that the car would be waiting for her in the garage when she got home from school. She was absolutely thrilled! Thank you Craig for hand delivering the car and for making this purchase such a pleasure and thank you Sam for an awesome deal!I highly recommend CIRCLE HYUNDAI!!!!

Full disclosure. Glenn took the time to fully explain all aspects of the vehicle and set-up many of the features, such as the blue-tooth system. Price was good. Horrible dealership and will never go back. Recently went here with my Girlfriend to look at new cars and see what type of deals they had. After discussing the situation regarding a trade-in our sales person Jason Anderson suggested the Chevrolet Malibu which she test drove and fell in love with the car. He ran her credit and came back to us and seemed very positive about everything going through. He told her to go look at the car again while we waited and he stopped her and shook her hand and said "Congratulations". We were both surprised because we didnt realize everything was finalized yet because they havent even seen the trade in yet. I asked him if it was a done deal and he said yes, but it is just a matter of getting the right analyst at the bank and his manager will need to call in a favor. This is all because of what was still owed on the trade. We gave them $300 to hold the car and that was it. He said it will take some time and to come back the next day by 2pm. He said he would have it all waxed up and ready to go for her and he told some guys that worked there how they will need to bring the car outside because this was on the showroom floor.He called at 1pm the next day stating they needed more time and it may be possible that day still but he would let her know. Well he never called. We spent days trying to reach him and him never returning our calls. I was able to reach him once and again he said everything should be fine, but its a matter of waiting still. He finally called her saying he needed her paystubs to which we faxed over so he had them first thing the following Monday morning. He called back stating he didnt get one of the pages which we told him what was sent and he said ok, and he will call us back if there is trouble.Still nothing. An entire week goes by and he just avoids all messages left for him. We just went back and didnt even talk to him and got the money back and went elsewhere. I will be writing a letter to the manager here along with Chevrolet.

The old saying "you don't miss something unless you don't have it" certainly applies to my wife and I's experience August 31 and Sept 1, 2012 at Circle Hyundai. Before talking about our present experience, some background is needed We leased a Hyundai Santa Fe for 39 months with Circle and got off this lease in December of 2011. Truly, the experience with the Santa Fe at Circle 4 years ago was the closest thing to being treated like family a business can get-superior service, no pressure, honesty, friendliness-bottom line, everything was superior from the moment you walked in the door until you left the building with the vehicle. Their motto-"we take one customer at a time" is so true. Customers are treated with respect here and they make the experience enjoyable.Our next vehicle after the expiration of the lease with Circle in December of 2011 was the purchase of a Nissan Rogue at another dealership. So, in effect we left the Circle "family" from December of 2011 until present day. The only reason we left last December was because of a compromise with my wife. I wanted to stay with the "family" and purchase a Tucson at Circle but my wife wanted to purchase a Nissan Rogue. Sometimes compromise in a marriage hurts-lol, lol.In any event, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were in need of another vehicle. From the moment I walked in the door, the whole sales experience was exactly as I remembered it as discussed above with our previous experience about 4 years ago.Jason Anderson, our salesperson was outstanding throughout the entire process and truly did everything he could to maximize customer satisfaction-he was 100% successful. Scott in the business office was also top shelf in his dealings with my wife Mary and myself.In closing, what was as impressive to me was one of the co-owners, Paul DeFelice. Talk about a hands-on owner, having a warm personality and truly caring about satisfying the customer. It seemed like Paul was all over the facility, making sure that the Circle way of doing business was being carried out in the correct manner and that bottom line, customers were being satisfied.Boils down to this-my wife and I had the same wonderful experience at Circle these past few days that we had 4 years ago here-really, what more can you ask for? We are glad to be back with the Circle "family". Paul and the gang-thanks again!

I have been coming to Circle Hyundai since I moved to this area in March 2011 to have my 2009 Hyundai Accent serviced. I always felt welcomed and respected as a consumer. With my economic situation due to the death of my husband, both Paul and Ed were able to work out a deal with Hyundai finance so that I can purchase a new vehicle at a reasonable cost...something that I had been trying to do for over a year. I went into the service department because my car was overheating. I told the gentleman handling my issue that I checked the computer, and the error codes pointed to the ECT sensor, but that I know very little about cars and could be completely wrong, so they may want to investigate themselves.After 3 hours of waiting and watching them perform the maintenance on the car through the waiting room window, i saw it took them all of 15 minutes of interaction with the car before they called it fixed. Somehow, this came to $176 dollars in labor costs - not sure how that works out, but i figured "at least it is fixed" and bit the bullet.Anyway, I got in my car and began to drive home, and about 2 miles into my ride home, the car overheated again. When I asked if they checked their work, they said they assumed it didn't need checking.After talking to them I got the impression that they were saying it was my fault because he misunderstood what I said when I came in. They said they would look into the issue. It turns out that after looking at it for about 3 minutes, they were able to tell that the issue was with the radiator hoses and thermostat. The sensor did need replacing apparently, but it was only part of the issue - had they just glanced at it, they would have seen it.They apologized, tongue in cheek, still implying that it was my fault and said they would give me a discounted price for the rest of the work to be done - this is nice, but too little too late. Since I bought this car, I have found it to be nothing but one disappointment after another. Now, not only have I lost faith in the product, but in the service as well.Additionally, "America's Best Warranty" is garbage. The warranty covers nothing more than any other company would offer 10 years/100,000 miles on Engine and Trans only - which are almost certain to NOT have any issues within that timeframe. The marketing of this warranty as anything special is a sham.

My overall experience at Circle Hyundai was great. I love my new 2013 black Hyundai Sonata SE. My salesman Ed Martins was a great salesman. He was very nice and informative. I liked that he was not pushy and overbearing. He wanted to help me find the car that suited me. He was straight forward and gave me time to decide on which car I wanted. I didn't feel pressured to make a desicion. Most car salesman call you a million times, Ed Martins gave me one courtesy call to see if I was still interested. I have to say that I enjoyed my sales experience and was not stressed out over buying my first car. I would highly recommend Circle Hyundai and Ed Martins.

Ed Martins in THE MAN when it comes to anything Hyundai at Circle Hyundai/Chevy. He really knows what he's talking about and he is friendly without being cheesey or obnoxious. He helped me get into a beautiful, certified pre-owned, cherry red 2012 Hyundai Accent after I felt like I was completely out of options. The warranty on my Hyundai is ridiculous and I finally have the peace of mind I needed,Ed was very patient and understanding and went above and beyond expecations to help me out. Ed was very attentive to not only me but his other customers as well, with an ability to multi-task when necessary and not let anyone feel unimportant. I highly recommence circle Hyundai and Ed Martins for anyone looking to get into a new, used, or certified pre-owned car in the area or from out of town...it's worth the drive. I went in to Circle Hyundai to look for a new car. My family has many Hyundai's including my parents that were also completely satisfied going to Circle Hyundai, so I decided to try there first. I was looking at the 2012 Hyundai Tuscon. I was outside just looking when a gentleman asked if I needed help. I told him what I was in the market for a realiable car with many saftey features but I was not going to break my bank. I went on a test drive right away. Of course, I instantly fell in love with the Tuscon. However, I wanted to wait until we discussed numbers because if the price was not right, I was not going to buy. I am the type of person to buy a car. My last car I had, I had for 10 years. After I took the Tuscon for a test drive, we decided to do business. Ed Martins was the person who sold me my first new car. He was patient and he worked extremely hard to get the price I wanted with a low interest rate. He was extremely personable, as many car salemen are, he was different be because I did not feel any pressure to buy that day. I honestly felt like I knew the guy for years. I also felt that way with the man who handled my fiances, Scott. It was really a fun, clean, comfortable environement. That afternoon I walked out with a 2012 Hyundai Tuscon that had everything I could ever want in a vehicle. I came home and said to my parents who currently own a Hyundai Azera that they were right. I left there giving that dealership a 5 star recommendation!! I will tell anyone and everyone who is looking for a new car to without a doubt go to Circle Hyundai and ask for Ed Martins to assist you!

I have given them 5 for every category, because It was my first time getting a new car, but it was the third dealership I was in, and I didnt feel pressured by the dealers like in most dealerships, they made sure I was happy with my purchase. They made sure I walked out with the right vehicle for me, that fit my buget, not only that but they were also very patient, because I changed my mind probably four times. So, not only am I super happy with my new Accent but I was very happy I decided to go to Circle Chevrolet.

My husband and I were completely taken back by the consideration and effort set forth by the staff at Circle Hyundai in Shrewsbury, New Jersey. We were greeted by our salesman Jason at the side entrance of the dealership where we sat down and discussed our needs. We were a little confused when he excused himself after a few minutes of conversation but then promptly came back asking him to join him to look at a vehicle he had in mind for our family of four. Our new Hyundai Sonata Limited ended up in our driveway just a couple hours later. The ease and comfort that we felt at Circle Hyundai was refreshing. It was a pleasant experience.

This is the only dealership I know that has agreed on a price, shook my hand, made me write out a check then came back and said they could not do the deal..made me waste my entire weekend looking at cars and agreeing on a price to only be promised something that couldnt be done. I recently went out looking for a good commuter car. I went to the different dealers to keep my options open, but when I went to circle just to get information I was treated in a way I havent been before. Right off the bat I told them i was just in the beginning stages of looking and not in a rush to make a decision. I was helped by Erik geraghty. He was very knowledable about the Hyundai lineup. He answered all of my questions in an easy way for me to understand. I was at such ease after talking to him I wanted to get some pricing because I felt after talking to him i was ready to make a decision. The sales manager Christian came out with Erik to give me the pricing on the elantra gls and the sonata gls. For what I need the vehicle for he helped explain how the sonata made more sense for me. He was also non pressuring which I loved about my time at circle. After we were finished I did the paprwork with Scott. He went over a few different routes with me, and explained everything involved in the financing.I love my new sonata and would recomend this dealership to anyone. Very courteous, professional, and overall I had an awesome experience I had never had bedore before getting a car.Thanks again circle!!

Professionalism, Courteous, Respectful, Accommodating, Knowledgeable, and most of all, Friendly, are the words that come to mind when I talk about Shrewsbury Circle Hyundai. First and foremost, I did my research and through word of mouth, I heard Circle Hyundai was the only place for me to purchase a car from the technicians, mechanics, to the salesmen, and managers, I heard only pleasant comments about this dealership.When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by multiple salesmen, all who were extremely knowledgeable about the cars they had to offer. However, the car that I had purchased was the 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8Track edition that was sitting in the showroom. I fell in love at first sight. Initially, I dealt with Paul DeFelice the dealer operator and Juan, one of their on-sight technicians. They answered every single question, every little concern with professionally with courtesy, patience, and respect. I knew they were the right people to speak with and build a relationship with. With the car being a showroom car, I was not sure how I would be able to test drive the car before considering in buying however, Paul and Juan did a fantastic job to reassure me as a buyer, it was important to test drive a car, went through the long process to open the doors, move cars around, taking up to 15 minutes just to allow me to test drive the car not even knowing if I would buy it. To Paul and Juan, it was not an issue and made it very clear that customers come first, always.After test driving and speaking with Paul, I knew this was the car to buy and Circle Hyundai did another fantastic job in negotiating a final price and even with the tough economic times, Circle Hyundai bent over backwards to work and compromise a price that was right once again, made it very clear customers come first.About a week after buying the car, I needed to get treatment on the interior of my car setting up an appointment was very easy and EJ did a fantastic job working with my busy schedule I was able to drop it off in the morning and was given a courtesy car since the treatment would take 4-5 hours. This was my first experience with their service department after a week of buying the car and I couldnt have been more pleased. I returned to see the car had been fully treated, washed, waxed, and detailed. They went above and beyond my expectations by satisfying me with a complementary detail and like I had previously mentioned before, made it very clear that I came first. Josh made my car look like it was brand new!Circle Hyundai has set a precedent in my book on how a dealership should be run and operated I truly felt as if I was treated as if I was at a high-end luxury dealership. Not only was I pleased with the whole experience of test driving, buying, servicing, I was pleased to see how each and every member at Circle Hyundai made me feel special. I can say with full confidence this is a dealership that wants to make you feel like you are family and treats you like you are one of their own.I have recommended this dealership to everyone will be returning to purchase the new 2013 Santa Fe! After visiting my local dealer in Flemington I was amazed with the level of service and treatment that was given to me at Circle Hyundai and Chevrolet. I am a very busy person and my schedule doesn't allow me the time to drive from dealer to dealer test driving and going through the long extended process of getting a price. I used the internet to help me narrow down the dealers I was going to visit. And Flemington seemed to have the lowest price by far. But when I arrived the person who I was dealing with wasn't there and I was handed off to some other salesman that didn't seem interested in selling me a car at all. After two hours of going over all the things I have discussed already I had some manager come over to tell me that the price I had was a mistake and if I wanted to buy a vehicle from them I would have to pay for all these additional charges that weren't explained to me, raising the price by almost $3000 dollars. So I ran out and called Circle where I spoke to the General Sales Manager and he gave me a straight price on a car I wanted with in 30 seconds. I was very unsure what I was going to have to go through when I got there and hoped I wouldn't have to endure all the pain and lying that I did at the other dealer. But he seemed very honest and sincere so I drove over an hour to meet him. I was greeted by a extremely freindly man named Vic and welcomed to the dealership as soon I a walked in. Christian came out right away to introduce himself and told Vic everything we had already went over. Vic pulled the car up for me to see, and within 10 minutes I was ready to make the deal with them. The price I was given was exactly what I was charged and there were no additional costs at all. I was then introduced to Scott the Finance Manager and he made very sure I understood what I was paying for as well as offered me coverages that made sense for me at prices I couldn't refuse. If you are buying a Hyundai you are crazy to go anywhere else other than Circle because these guys are the only ones who will not play games with you and give you a great deal while treating you like you are the most important customer in the world to them.

At this point, I have purchased at least 5 cars from this dealership and have had siblings and friends purchase many more. I give them 5 stars for ever interaction. Always honest and helpful in selecting the car I need. The service department is top notch and they work with you by sending reminders of when that oil change is needed so I do a better job of maintaining me vehicles. I will continue to patronize this business going forward and have a hard time even thinking about looking elsewhere.

I purchased a vehicle from the dealership and I always refer my friends back. My experience was wonderful with Kevin as well as the owner. I also continue to return for service which is equally as good. I find them to be very honest and not pushy at all. They made me feel very comfortable and treated me with respect. The car broke after a few weeks. No refund. No negotiation. It's now scrap metal. We are BEYOND ANGRY!!!

Stopped in to look at a Hyundai elantra limited. They had one on the floor for $22880 so I put in an offer for $20000. They cam back with $22880. Really full sticker price in this economy. The sales man did not like the fact that I had done my research and knew the fair market value price. He seemed very upset because I knew what I was doing and he couldn't dupe me. Also I showed him scratches on the hood of the car and still no price reduction. Also dealt with the Internet dealer who told me that all of there sales men are very honest and they would always give some kind of reduction. Stay away at all costs unless you have money to burn. Very unprofessional and rude
