I purchased a vehicle in 2006 and had it serviced regularly until I sold it in 2014. I still receive emails and mail requesting that I set up an appointment to have it serviced even though I have told the services department on several occasions I no longer own the vehicle. I just hope they remember to reinstall the drain plug when the service my new vehicle.

Citrus Motors was downright efficient, effective, and to the piont. I went there because I was looking for a new experience after visiting two other or dealerships? The other two dealerships had failed to meet my expectations. From the moment I made the phone call to their cuatomer service( (Jaime), to the experience walking onto the lot ( Kenny and Miguel) , and last ( signing the closing doc's) and driving off with the right vehicle that we wanted. Can't say enough about the great experience I had! I recommend Citrus Motors to anyone, including friends and family. We bought a Ford Explorer with intention off having a comfortable vehicle for my 2 high school boys. The family is now happy and comfortable. Thank you Team Citrus Ford.

Called in a few different times to see if you were busy for a repair on my sunroof. Each time you were busier than the last. ( Didn't want to leave my vehicle there for three days.) Then I got an email stating that I could set up an appointment. I did so for four days after my initial email giving you plenty of time to squeeze me in. When I showed up at my appointed time slot, I was treated the same as I would have without an appointment. They still wanted to keep my vehicle for three days. I know the service on my car would only take approximately 30 minutes. The service writer asked if I could bring it back Tuesday morning at 8:00. ( This was the Thursday prior.) I did so, and got the same story as the prior Thursday. Your service department doesn't understand the concept of setting up an appointment. They eventually agreed to service that day, but still had to shuttle back and forth. I was willing to wait for two hours. ( Which was one of the options on the email sent to me, but alas that didn't pan out. Hugely disappointed in the system.

I drove up to the lot to look at the Kia Sedona and I was kindly greeted by a sales person. They asked if the could help me or if I would like to look around on my own. I was a bit shocked but I asked for his help with the Kia Sedona. He walked me over to the cars, walked me through all of the features and asked if I want to take it out for a test drive. We did and he was a great salesman, not pushy, didn't try to coerce me or force me into financing, just asked what I thought and continued to tell me more about the vehicle and the warranty that went along with it. I didn't buy a car that day because I was just checking the Sedona out. I was impressed with both the vehicle and the service. When the time is right I will return and purchase a vehicle from this dealer.

I have always brought my car back to this dealer for servicing and have never been disappointed and Caesar is the man to talk to there. Although, I must say that everyone I've had contact with has been great to work with I'm most impressed with the effort and consideration I get from Caesar. I work nights and he ALWAYS remembers that and I always bring my car in after a long nights work and no matter how busy they are there I'm usually on my way home within a couple of hours of my arrival. This may not be the largest Kia dealer but they certainly know customer service. I needed their shuttle to get home so I can do some work. I waited for about 20 minutes and Cesar, the service consultant, noticed that I was still there. He gave me a loaner instead. He also made sure that I understood all the services being done with my car. He got it washed and it looked like it was also waxed and polished when I picked up my car. I was a very happy customer.

This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased at Citrus Motors, and this is our 3rd Explorer that we have owned (2 of them at this dealership). Each time we have purchased a vehicle the staff has been very professional and they strive to meet the needs of their customers. My husband I decided go "looking" for a used car and e knew we wanted a Kia Optima. We had purchased our previous car from Citrus Ford 12 years ago and decided to go back to Citrus and realized they had a Kia lot also. Once we walked on the lot we were not bombarded with sales people which I loved. I dreaded going to look for a new car because I didn't want to deal with the salespeople but my experience with Citrus Kia was awesome. Gnome and Mario were an amazing team and answered all our questions. And when it came to purchasing my 2013 Optima SXL iit could not have gone smoother. We had no intention of buying a car that night but Gnome and Mario made it so easy and we loved the car that we bought it that night. It was the first car we looked at. I highly recommend Citrus Kia and when your there ask for Gnome or Mario. They will treat you right without and pressure. Buying a car at Citrus Kia was painless and enjoyable.

We leased a 2016 Ford Fusion SE 1.5 EcoBoost recently, we have purchased three other new Fords from Citrus Motors. The staff is very helpful and know the vehicles. I appreciate going to a dealer and looking at vehicles without any pressure to purchase, that is the reason we have purchased/leased four vehicles from them. We stopped by in the late afternoon to look at cars and spoke with Wayne Tinsley. I went home and researched the Fusion. We met with Wayne the following day and told him what we were looking for, model, price, color, and equipment preferred. I test drove two Fusion SE's, one with the 2.5L gas engine and the 1.5L EcoBoost. Wayne checked the dealers stock and they had the Fusion I wanted. We were driving off the lot in our new car in about two hours. The service department and body shop are also highly recommended, very professional, friendly and helpful. They have never tried to sell me more than what I brought the car in for, except if they find something that needs immediate attention while servicing the vehicle. (ie: the battery failed the load test). Then they gave me the option of them replacing it or I could take it somewhere else. I had them replace it. They did give me recommendations on items that will need attention. We have always picked up our vehicle at the promised time. We have been very satisfied dealing with Citrus Motors and the staff over the years.

This is an excellent dealership. I have purchased a Kia Sorento from them recently because of the way that I was treated. The dealership is run in a friendly and accommodating way. They provided me with the information that I needed when I asked. They were courteous and know when to give me space to digest the information in order to make my decision. They listen to my requests and address them and unlike some other dealerships, they don't try to "sell" me on a vehicle or maneuver me into any financing options. This is how a car dealership should be. I would definitely work with them in the future if I'm in the market for another vehicle. I would highly recommend Citrus Motors Kia and Ford. Don't waste your time on another dealership with the "used car" salesman mentality. Save yourself the hassle.

My parents, aunt and uncle, and I went car shopping for a brand new car due to the fact that I've bought used cars in the past and they've always given me trouble. I am a college student with a part time job so we were looking for something not too extravagant and affordable that would give me a low monthly payment. I had my mind set on a 2016 Kia Forte that was shown to me and test drived by Tyler Mann who was perfectly nice and extremely helpful. This car wasnt exactly around my budget but Darin Fectzo and Anthaun Chambers sat down end negotiated monthly payments for about three hours. My parents and uncles we're very pushy, persistent and impatient, but both of these gentlemen remained calm and cool and never showed any signs off annoyance or displeasure. They negotiated and renegotiated countless of times until finally we both compromised on a price and purchased the car. I definitely recommend citrus motors and these previously mentioned employes to anyone who is looking to purchase a car.

I just wish I knew that the service hadn't been done and that I needed to make an appointment before leaving with my car.

The tech. work was great, clean and well performed. This wasn't an easy pblm. to find. My thanks to my techs. (J. Vanloon & K. Randall). However, my Advisor's need just a little help along the communications line. Scheduling was backed up (:-( so my truck was held for 2.5 days, during which (due to vacatn. days) I was passed thru 3 Advisors, each of which required my answering the same questions; and unfortunately, all provided the cust. w/the same basic answers: "He (the prior Advisor) is not working today, so I'll have to check". Suggestion: When you are going to be off, not only advise your cust. who will be covering their auto -- but -- also make sure the Advisor (who is covering)... is aware of the situation. It shows to the cust. that Citrus is on top of things, Thanks.

I come to Citrus Motors Kia to get oil changes, and other maintenace services. Thus far this dealership is on point with all services, and schedules. Their customers service is very good, and that's why I go to them often. They let you know ahead of time on what maintenance your vehicle will need in the near future, so you can prepare for it. When I was told one day that they will take a couple of hours they offered me a free shuttle ride back home, and come pick me up when it was ready. They were so helpful that day (because I had to go to work on that same Saturday for a few hours). They told me it was okay not to rush back to the dealership; that my vehicle will be ready for pick up even if I was going to make it past their normal hours. They are very accomodating, and I will go there until my Kia Forte is passed on to a relative, and I get another one (a newer model).

I came to this dealership because I was recommended by friends and coworkers and my first experience was a little rocky. I rarely have a good experience buying a car, but I was very pleased with Citrus Motors. I communicated online and by phone with Wayne Tinsley. He gave me a great price and told me the car was available, no pressure. My local dealer had me drive out twice (15 miles each way) with claims that the car I wanted was available, only to find out it wasn't there. I would drive the extra distance to buy a car from Citrus Motors again in a heartbeat. Wayne made me a promise and he followed through. The whole experience was excellent.

I took my Fusion in for two repairs. I had made an appointment, stating that I wanted these two repairs done on the car. They were nice enough to take me home. At noon Eddie called to say the car was ready. However, when I got there, only one repair was actually done. So I had to wait 2 hours more until the second repair was finished. $345.00 to replace a tire sensor. A bit pricey.

I had purchased my car from another Kia dealer. Other Kia dealer had poor repair center. I had called in for 3 days, continuously, to get a service reservation and no one answered the phone. This was for a 'Free' first oil change. I went down to the dealership after work at 3:30pm and they told me to call them to schedule an oil change. I went back to work and passed Citrus Kia. Clean shop, good service tech's and an organized service center. So, I scheduled the oil change and highly recommend Citrus Kia. Even though the first oil change wasn't 'Free' for my Kia, I learned to look at the service center where I might make a purchase for another 'New' car. Service, to me, is an important aspect when you purchase a car.

My husband and I recently returned to citrus to purchase our leased explorer limited which we love and wanted to keep. Jesse was so great, he did not pressure us to return the vehicle and purchase something else although he did show us a few new explorers that were great. The deal was so straight forward and we were so happy that my husband went out to look at the new F150 's they had available, he told Jesse were he wanted to be with the payment and sure enough, shortly after that, the deal was done. The best and most amazing part of the day was that I was beginning to not feel so great so he told me to go ahead and go home and he would hand carry the paperwork to me to sign once it was all prepared. My husband stayed to go over the new vehicle and see all the gadgets while I went home. About an hour later my husband came home as well as Jesse arrived to have me sign the papers.... I brought my 2012 Kia Sorento in for an oil change and Caesar was so very helpful. This was the second time I had come in since moving to the IE. The first trip he was able to help me with a problem I had with the radio controls on the steering wheel and this time was just for an oil change but both times he provided excellent customer service. I was not standing around waiting for someone to help me when I got there to drop off and the same when I came to pick up. I had to change my appointment last minute and they were more than accommodating. I would like to mention all the people who helped me with the purchase of a new Kia Forte. First there is Antoine who took me on 2 test drives, the Rio and the Forte, then there's Caesar who crunched the numbers on both cars and gave me and my boyfriend time to decide, no pressure! Jessica in finance who did all the paperwork that night after 8pm and Gino who stayed till after 9pm to show me how everything worked and programmed my phone into the system! Buying a car is usually a stressful process, but not at this dealer! I went to 2 others and at the first one I wasn even offered a test drive. At the second one the car I trat drove had very little has, the gas light was on. The other two dealers were very unprofessional and I almost changed my mind about buying a Kia. But, we thought we'd try one more and I'm very glad we did!!! This is a wonderful team at Citrus Kia, very professional and courteous! Cesar was very helpful and friendly. He returned my call promptly after I left a message requesting an appointment for service. The car's maintenance was done thoroughly and in a timely manner. It was very much appreciated to have a ride provided to and from work for my husband after he dropped off the car. Our battery need to be replaced. Originally service thought it was under warranty, but it was not. Cesar called us and handled the situation (our having to pay for it) with the perfect combination of tact and courtesy. He also explained to me things about my service plan that I did not know. (thank you) Although I wish the battery had been under warranty, I was very satisfied with the service provided. Thanks to Cesar for taking care of us, and to the staff as well.We have a Kia Optima SXL. Love everything about it, except the front bumper. Hate that... too low, and has popped out few times. Make sure you get everything in writing. Lots of promises during sales process that were not fullfilled after they had our payment in full. Ended up having to take our truck back a week after puchase for squeaky breaks. They were fine when we test drove the truck and home. This is when the real frustration started. I would rank the customer service by the service dept at zero! We were told the squeaky breaks were normal for Ford Rangers and something we would have to live with after we paid $18,000 for this truck. The brakes squeaked EVERY time you came to a stop. I ended up taking the truck to a independent Ford repair shop and they fixed the brakes. They said that there was a sludge on the brakes -something not put on brakes-to prevent us from hearing the squeaking while test driving. I tried to contact the service manager to share the issues but instead he passed my call to another person to return. There was no follow up from sales or service after our purchase. The car business has been tough and there are alot of Ford dealers in the area, so you would think he would be intested in hearing about what was going in service department so he could correct the problems. I'm a reasonable person and know everyone has a bad day...but my experience with Citrus Ford went way beyond acceptable and I will not recommend them to anyone. Go somewhere else to buy a car.

Our Salesman was upfront, honest, amicable, didn't try to "wheel and deal" with us, but really laid everything out nicely. Even though the car we bought had just come in a couple of hours before (it wasn't even on the lot yet) we were able to leave with it in just under four hours, all of the paperwork done, and no hassles. Definitely the place to go. When you get there, ask for JJ, he will definitely help you out!
