Although this dealership is nearly 30 miles away from where I live, it was well worth traveling the distance and would not have a problem driving to this location for routine maintenance! It's funny, I'm reading these questions about dealer, dealer, dealer... This maybe sounds rehearsed, quite possibly a little cheesy, but I lucked out and feel like I purchased from a group of friends! Randy Mock has been extremely fun to be around and made buying a car seem unbelievably easy. I told him what I wanted, what color, and he even made sure to go the extra mile by making sure to have everything ready when I came to purchase. Tom Murry (on his off day) and Jamin Workmaster the sales managers, sealed the deal with professionalism and laid back banter. I never once felt I was being sold anything. These guys are good at what they do.From the immediate follow up I received, to the phone call I received the next day asking me if I noticed how many heads turned, I will never buy a car anywhere else. For that matter, if you buy a Cadillac anywhere in the Southeast after going to them, let us all know... They must be giving away free rides. Thanks Team Classic!

I have a Cadillac SRX 2014. The breaks constantly squeak and the dealership states nothing is wrong with them however the squeak is there and very embarrassing when I drive clients. The check engine light has already started coming on - this is a new car with only 20,000 miles - does not make sense. The car violently rolls when parking and I have to constantly use the park break. Overall I feel like I purchased a defective vehicle and I'm extremely disappointed. I feel the manufacturer should fix these issues and replace the breaks. I would be very cautious about purchasing this vehicle.

Should have walked out but trusted they would provide another. Over six weeks later and still none. I've bought over 50 vehicles in my life time and don't remember ever having only one key.

I walked in to Classic Cadillac alone one Saturday afternoon having never before purchased a vehicle by myself (I purchased my first car, a 2005 CTS, from my parents several years ago). Upon stepping foot into the showroom and quickly surveying the setting, I fully suspected to be taken advantage of by what appeared to be a male dominant sales force, as any young, single female would preconceive, right? I, of course, had done my research in advance, as my father advised, and I knew exactly what I wanted and what I could afford. First greeted by Randy Mock, I knew in less than 20 minutes that he only had my very best interest in mind and sincerely wanted to help me find exactly what I wanted in my next vehicle. I came to the dealership last Friday and I have to say that Scott Shepherd is the best salesman that I've ever dealt with. I've bought several new cars, and helped few of my friends as well, so I've dealt with many new car salesman in the past. But I have to say that my experience dealing with Scott is extraordinary. He was not pushy, and he explained all the features of the ATS very well. During the whole test drive, he was very friendly and very casual while professional. I have owned several types of vehicles purchased from several different dealerships, but nothing compares to my Subaru Forester or the service I have received at Classic Cadillac Subaru in Roswell, GA. I liked them when I bought my first Forester, I loved them after seeing how they handled a mistake that was made, and I have become a forever customer after my recent purchase. I will never buy from another dealership again!We looked at several brands of SUVs and several competing Subaru locations (after settling on the Forester) and hands down Classic Cadillac gave us the very best price and value. It may be hard to believe, but they genuinely want you to be happy with the vehicle you own and the price you paid. About a year after I purchased my Forester, I brought it in for a routine oil change, and unbeknownst to me, oil was never put back in the car (the person that did that is no longer there and I am the only person that this happened to). I drove over 2,000 miles with no oil in the car. YES, you read that right2,000 miles! What a testament to the quality of the car! It wasnt until I got back from a trip to Florida that I started noticing a ticking noise coming from the engine. Fast forward and even though Classic Cadillac Subaru (and a mechanic friend I know) found nothing wrong with the engine, they replaced my car with a brand new one. A new car that was a year newer than the one I had, at no cost to me. They didnt have to do this, but Brian Long (the General Manager) said to me I dont want you to feel anxious about your car, so your peace of mind is worth it to us. Brian and the rest of the Classic Cadillac Subaru team are stand up people who do the right thing, even if it costs them money. It was that easy. No arguing. No hassle. They have won my business for the long haul and I am 100% confident that if a mistake or problem ever happened, they would make it right and thats all you can ask for or expect from a business. My husband and I just purchased our second Subaru Forester from them, and again we received top notch service. I would highly recommend Robert Hynson. He is the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever worked with and never gets flustered or stressed. We changed our mind three times about which Forester we wanted, and it never fazed him. We ended up ordering from the factory and he kept me informed and updated every step of the way. I always felt like I was the only person he was helping, although I know I wasnt. I was treated like a VIP even though I was purchasing an everyday normal person type of vehicle. Eric Fritsch is the sales manager and even though he wasnt always working with us face to face, he was always informed and could step in and answer questions if Robert wasnt available. They really work as a team there and it results in excellent service and an excellent value. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Found 2 cars in your website that I was interested in. Called and spoke with Tony who had one out for a test drive when I arrived. Tony was knowledgeable and personable. Negotiated the deal and waited for paperwork and cleanup. The lack of a compact spare in a Cadillac was interesting, but we resolved it. All in all, I'm happy and would look to do business in the future when the need arises.

We were very pleased with the installation of a front grill, entertainment system and protective coating to our car. Although change from the fix-a-flat system to a standard spare tire with accessories could not take place at the timethe other services were provided, the company has agreed to have the service completed at a location convenient for me (home or work) due to the product not being available as anticipated and the distance between the dealership and my residence. We love our new car and the buying experience was fantastic!

Excellent service and friendly service representative. I came in for an oil change and they discovered an issue with my battery and battery cables due to an acid leak. The oil change, tire rotation, cables, and inspection all done within a reasonable time frame. Oh, and a courtesy car wash. I enjoyed my experience at Classic Cadillac.

This car has many bells and whistles that we haven't had on past cars. When we picked up our car, Robert spent several hours with us going over everything we needed to know about our car. He helped us with the rearview mirror navigation system and the Bluetooth, and much more. He offered future help to us any time we might have a question. The purchase of my first luxury car has been a great experience. Anthony Monachese was first to greet us at the door and worked with us through the whole process. We had looked at quite a number of 2013 XTSs from three different dealers. We found one here at Classic that really caught our attention. Working with Anthony we learned the finer specifics of the XTS and negotiated for the one we liked. Classic made us a fair offer for our trade in and we began the process of purchasing the car. Totally everyone we were in contact with were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the details. From Sales to Finance we were well informed of the entire process. Anthony Monachese was my sales consultant at Classic Cadillac and he was the most helpful yet professional consultant that I have dealt with in a very long time. I cam e in to purchase a CTS coupe on a rainy Saturday morning and within a few hours I was driving away in my new car. He was very patient with me begin that this was my first time purchasing a new car and explained all the details to me carefully. His customer service was impeccable and above the bar to say the least. He really put me at easy about my purchase and to this day a few weeks later he still checks on me to make sure that I am still enjoying my car. I bought 'online' and Pete Petree and all the staff made it so easy for me. I emailed him (and called him) NUMEROUS times with different questions. He always answered me very promptly and very courtesly. He made me feel like he was next door to me and actually showing me the SRX. I felt very confident buying from him and he certainly made my trip to Atlanta, worth every minute of it. I also got a very good deal from him. I wouldn't hesitate to buy online again. Pete was very informative. I love my SRX! Thanks to all at CLASSIC CADILLAC. I can assure you, my next Cadillac will definitely come from them!

We recently purchased a 2013 SRX at classic Cadillac - our experience was great - our salesman was David McBride and he was GREAT - we actually took a vehicle home and drove it for two days while we decided on the purchase - trust me to say that in two days we still could not learn all of the amenities - but learned enough to be satisfied and impressed with the model. I asked for 2011 Year of CTS Cadillacs to hopefully make a good offer on. And within minutes I was speaking with the actual person who got me bought for my 2008 CTS Cadillac that I loved and had. The experience was wonderful, they knew the car, they knew what I wanted before I got their and knew what I was willing to pay at delivery. I purchased in September 2011 a 2008 True Red Mazdaspeed 3 with 40K miles from Classic Cadillac which I found on Cars.com Having never purchased a vehicle at a distance online I was quite surprised at the ease. The car still smells new and is mistaken frequently for a 2011, the salesmen were very cordial and knowledgeable. I drove from South Carolina, the car was waiting, detailed, up front and to my surprise it even had a new LOjack system recently installed (no cost to me). Very good experience...

The salesman was very patient as I was trying to make my decision between 3 different cars. The finance person was very efficient, explained things well and was very nice. The only time during the entire process at which I was uncomfortable was the accessory salesman. He was very pushy about selling us all the extras which we didn't need.

I went to this dealership's website to view their inventory. Greg Dudevoir popped up and was able to collect my information. He let me know that I stood a chance with my trade-in. I then dragged my husband out there for a great experience with Ernest Danson. He was very professional. We told him what we wanted in a vehicle and he showed it to us. We got an awesome interest rate so that we were able to afford a brand new vehicle. I will send all of my friends to this dealership.
