Stephen Freedman was our salesman at Classic Subaru of Atlanta. He was very personable, nice, all round great guy. Made us feel like we had known him for years. Really enjoyed doing business with him. He treated my wife and I with the utmost respect. Listened to what we wanted in our new car purchase. Going above and beyond to ensure we got the car we wanted. They personally sent a driver to pick up the car we wanted and bring it to the dealership. Jamin in the finance department was great at helping us in finalizing all the paperwork and making sure we go the best deal. Saturday morning when we returned to pick up our new car everyone in the dealership was working hard to finalize our new car purchase. The guys in the detailing department did a wonderful job getting our car road ready. We are so thankful to everyone for all the hard work they done to make our new car purchase a great experience. If you have any negotiation skills do not go there, they operate the Bait & Switch tactic , agree to a price then come back a few hours later and say they changed their minds and cannot accept the previously agreed to price.

Their team is great! I actually enjoy buying my car from them. Randy Mock is a good car salesman and treated me very well. He had to work hard to find the car I wanted. It was not easy. When I stop in for service at your shop, I always go over and say Hi to Randy! I enjoy talking with him. The main reason I buy cars from Classic Cadillac - (This is my second) is because of their service center and 'Big Chad'. He does a great job and is a huge asset for the dealership. Big Chad has always treated me very professionally and has always done right by me and my car. He is a good person and the main reason I buy from Classic Cadillac. Even though I only know him through the short amount of time I spend at their service center to drop off and pick up my car, I can say that I trust him. Today was my first visit to a Cadillac dealership ever and it was one to remember. I went to Classic Cadillac of Atlanta on Roswell Rd today and left disappointed and not sure if I will ever go back to Cadillac. I went to view a 2012 SUV that the GM owned/drove. Based on the pictures online, the SUV appeared to be in "excellent condition," as stated on their website in the first line of the description. The sales guy was nice and seemed sincere. As we approached the vehicle, the sales guy attempted to warn me that their's a flaw that he wasn't aware of. I opened the driver door and a hole is in the black leather seat. The rip/hole is about 3 inches and the white cloth underneath the leather is very visible. I told the sales guy that the seat is a deal breaker. I proceeded to look in the vehicle and I saw another rip/hole in the passenger side 3rd row about the same size. Really? Is this the type of vehicle that Cadillac sales? The sales guy searches for another similar vehicle, which is $10k more that what I went to spend. Then the sales guy informs a manager on site, who comes out to see the seats. At the end of the day, I drove 1 hour with the intent to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and I walked away disappointed. If clean/clear pics of the holes/rips were on their website, I would've saved my gas and stayed home. From what I understood today, the GM drove this vehicle for X number of months/years. So at some point, the GM gets out of a vehicle, sees the holes and puts this vehicle up for sale without disclosing this type damage in the description/pictures? SMHI wish I could attach pics that I took today of these poor conditioned seats. The manager on duty came to talk with us and wanted to talk things through and see if we could come up with a deal but that didn't happen. And of course we haven't received a courtesy call from the GM or anyone above the two guys that helped me today. I was looking forward to becoming a Cadillac owner but my views are not the same after today.

My 2014 Cadillac appeared to have a problem with the automatic leveling system in the rear as It seemed to be completly deflated and providing a rough, bumping ride on a county road. Upon reaching the expressway, it seemed to re-inflate and come back to life. I took it to Classic Cadillac to have the system thoroughly examined. After about an hour the technician and my service manager met with me and assured me that they could not find any defect in the system and it did not need any repairs. It appeared to be just an unusual occurrence with no explanation. I told them I brought it in because I knew they would tell me the truth and not fix something that was not broken. It is refreshing to be treated fairly and honestly by a business that I have found does the right thing, every time that I bring my car in for service.

I came in on a tow truck. My car doors would not unlock. Your service manager met me and showed me how to unlock the driver door with my 'emergency' key and had a technician jump start the battery and take it right into service where they tested the battery and found that it needed to be replaced, which I did, and was on my way in a short time thanks to John and Chad. Great service.

I purchased a 2011 SRX from this dealership at the end of July. The sales representative was personable and knowledgeable. The purchasing process was fairly efficient but since this was a cash transaction I expected that. Upon getting the vehicle home I noticed a minor issue with one of the headlamps. I emailed our sales representative who discussed with the used car manager. A couple of days later I received a response that was rather vague and indicated no motivation to examine the issue or resolve it. I emailed my representative to ask if this was now "my problem." I received a voice mail from the used car manager asking to speak about the issue and stressing the company's focus on customer service. I returned the call but had to leave a voice mail. I have since called the gentleman 2 additional times and left messages which have not been returned. Based on my one experience with this dealership I feel that service was only important until I handed over my money. This experience has definitely affected my future decisions and I will inform the friends and associates in my network about my experience.

I like that your service department is always available to service my car, but this last time my experience would have been an above average one, if they would have let me leave as soon as my car was brought back out to the service desk. As it was I sat and watched my car for almost an hour(45 minutes), when I could have paid my invoice and left. For that reason I rate my visit as average.

It's funny, I'm reading these questions about dealer, dealer, dealer... This maybe sounds rehearsed, quite possibly a little cheesy, but I lucked out and feel like I purchased from a group of friends! Randy Mock has been extremely fun to be around and made buying a car seem unbelievably easy. I told him what I wanted, what color, and he even made sure to go the extra mile by making sure to have everything ready when I came to purchase. Tom Murry (on his off day) and Jamin Workmaster the sales managers, sealed the deal with professionalism and laid back banter. I never once felt I was being sold anything. These guys are good at what they do.From the immediate follow up I received, to the phone call I received the next day asking me if I noticed how many heads turned, I will never buy a car anywhere else. I have a Cadillac SRX 2014. The breaks constantly squeak and the dealership states nothing is wrong with them however the squeak is there and very embarrassing when I drive clients. The check engine light has already started coming on - this is a new car with only 20,000 miles - does not make sense. The car violently rolls when parking and I have to constantly use the park break. Overall I feel like I purchased a defective vehicle and I'm extremely disappointed. I feel the manufacturer should fix these issues and replace the breaks. I would be very cautious about purchasing this vehicle.

I have owned several types of vehicles purchased from several different dealerships, but nothing compares to my Subaru Forester or the service I have received at Classic Cadillac Subaru in Roswell, GA. I liked them when I bought my first Forester, I loved them after seeing how they handled a mistake that was made, and I have become a forever customer after my recent purchase. I will never buy from another dealership again!We looked at several brands of SUVs and several competing Subaru locations (after settling on the Forester) and hands down Classic Cadillac gave us the very best price and value. It may be hard to believe, but they genuinely want you to be happy with the vehicle you own and the price you paid. About a year after I purchased my Forester, I brought it in for a routine oil change, and unbeknownst to me, oil was never put back in the car (the person that did that is no longer there and I am the only person that this happened to). I drove over 2,000 miles with no oil in the car. YES, you read that right2,000 miles! What a testament to the quality of the car! It wasnt until I got back from a trip to Florida that I started noticing a ticking noise coming from the engine. Fast forward and even though Classic Cadillac Subaru (and a mechanic friend I know) found nothing wrong with the engine, they replaced my car with a brand new one. A new car that was a year newer than the one I had, at no cost to me. They didnt have to do this, but Brian Long (the General Manager) said to me I dont want you to feel anxious about your car, so your peace of mind is worth it to us. Brian and the rest of the Classic Cadillac Subaru team are stand up people who do the right thing, even if it costs them money. It was that easy. No arguing. No hassle. They have won my business for the long haul and I am 100% confident that if a mistake or problem ever happened, they would make it right and thats all you can ask for or expect from a business. My husband and I just purchased our second Subaru Forester from them, and again we received top notch service. I would highly recommend Robert Hynson. He is the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever worked with and never gets flustered or stressed. We changed our mind three times about which Forester we wanted, and it never fazed him. We ended up ordering from the factory and he kept me informed and updated every step of the way. I always felt like I was the only person he was helping, although I know I wasnt. I was treated like a VIP even though I was purchasing an everyday normal person type of vehicle. Eric Fritsch is the sales manager and even though he wasnt always working with us face to face, he was always informed and could step in and answer questions if Robert wasnt available. They really work as a team there and it results in excellent service and an excellent value. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We were very pleased with the installation of a front grill, entertainment system and protective coating to our car. Although change from the fix-a-flat system to a standard spare tire with accessories could not take place at the timethe other services were provided, the company has agreed to have the service completed at a location convenient for me (home or work) due to the product not being available as anticipated and the distance between the dealership and my residence. We love our new car and the buying experience was fantastic!
