BEWARE! If you are considering purchasing a used vehicle from Classic, think again! I purchased a Cadillac November 2020 as a second vehicle, 2 weeks later the check engine came on. I took it somewhere else to have a diagnostic done and it gave two transmission codes. I immediately called them and told them what was going on and was told I didn’t purchase a warranty so if I wanted to bring it in for service, I would have to pay out of pocket for it. So I end up having it repaired somewhere else. Fast forward to May 2021, we were looking for a truck. We decided to give them another try. We purchased a 2016 truck. They kept it 7 days after we purchased it because their service department was “backed up” and it needed to go through service for their multi point inspection. 5 days after we were finally able to pick it up, check engine light comes on. I immediately take it to them (after what happened with the last vehicle we purchased from them) and I’m told by the finance manager who we signed papers with the service department is just too backed up right now, someone will call us when we can drop it off. We decided to drive straight back to service and the lady who came out to talk to us that worked in service told us “good thing you brought it back because we have 30 days to repair it since you just purchased it”. It was there for another week getting two bad fuel injectors replaced. We were confused how after just undergoing a multi point inspection, they missed the fuel injectors! We pick it up and 12 days later, check engine light comes back on and it was making all kinds of sounds, the transmission completely goes out and we cannot even put it in drive or reverse. So I call the finance manager to tell him what’s now going on and they tell me they are not reliable. We just had a new transmission put in and it cost $3,800! We’ve had to hire an attorney as they are obviously resetting check engine lights from other reviews!

I stopped at Classic Chevrolet Cadillac returning to my home in Florida after visiting my son and his family in the Houston area when the alternator on my 2007 Chevrolet quit charging. The lady I spoke to in the service department was quite nice and seemed to want to help a stranded motorist in a strange town. She took my information and asked me to wait until she could arrange something. About an hour later she advised me that they didn't have an alternator and that they didn't have time to fix my car anyway. But she told me that I could "hang out" in the customer lounge until I could arrange something. I called my son and he located the part from an auto parts store and brought it to me, along with the necessary tools to repair my car. After he arrived, it took us 18 minutes to replace the alternator and I was on my way. I'm 73 years old and I can remember when car dealers were a different breed and welcomed doing something that would not only give them some business, but also good public relations. I'm just glad it was me and not my wife who experienced the breakdown. But i appreciate the use of their wifi in the customer lounge. I also appreciate the use of the parking lot where I fixed the car myself. It saved me at least $150 in labor cost.

First of all it took 4 days to even look at my truck. Then after they diagnosed the problem i was told that my repair cost parts and labor would be $4200. I then told them that was too much money and I would be picking up my truck. The front associate said that the mechanic indicated that the truck was too dangerous to drive off the lot! I replied that I would have it towed then to another repair shop. She okay after i pay my bill and I got it towed to another local shop that day. The other repair shop did everything the next day at a cost of $642.00. I was very happy i got it fixed correctly and saved big $$money. You think that the dealership (Classic Chevrolet) would be the best repair shop in Beaumont, Tx that a person can go to but in my case it was the worst!

I do secret shopping, I have done it here before, but on this visit I was just on my own. But after seeing what the company expects I was very disappointed on this visit. No one met me out in the garage when I drove up. When I came it there were two of your staff who just nodded and would not wait on me while one young lady was doing all the work. Finally those two walked off and went somewhere else and left that young lady alone. She had someone on the phone, the phone was ringing and there was someone at her counter she was helping. I must have waited for 10 minutes before she could get to me. Since I had been here before, I guess that is why, she didn't point out any of the things available while I was waiting. I did ask, about 5 minutes into my wait, how long it would be. A young man told me I was the only car so it would be about 15 minutes. So 45 minutes later I was told my car was ready. No one told me what would be done or what it would cost. I noticed a seal being replaced and I asked what that was for and the lady checking me out didn't know and didn't offer to find out. Oh well! Now I know you wash the cars as a courtesy and vac them out but if you are going to wash my car please really wash it. There were places on it where the road film was still on it so it came out very spotty and didn't look good. There was stuff in the car so they vac-ed out the driver's side only and that was fine. I feel that your company wants to do a superior job and that is one reason they hire secret shoppers to come and check you out. As I said, I was not there as a secret shopper this time but I think the service dept could do a better job of upholding the standard your company has set. You called me last time I turned in one of these, and if you want to contact me again you may but I am not mad, I am just disappointed. I have never used a dealership to maintain my vehicle but the warranty offered enticed me to do so. Now I may just take my car where I usually take one and keep track of the paperwork to maintain the warranty.

Om Nov 12th I stopped in your dealership and was greeted by Gary Ubderwood almost immediately. He asked me what I was looking for and I told him. He said well I can't sell you one of those todqy since we will have a red flag sale starting next week. He did show me some of the vehicles and we went over the features on one of the vehicles, I had a good idea of what I wanted, so he told me he would call me back as soon as the sale started. On Tuesday Nov 17th, I got a call from Chris Patrick asking for exactly which vehicle I wanted and I told him. Then on Wednesday the 13th, Gary called me back and said that vehicle was on the red tag sale. So I came in the afternoon and we worked out a deal. Then Gary took me to financing where I met with Conrad Cooper. He did some searching for finacing. I told him that I was a member of the 5Point Credit Union and he added them to the list on the search. But the best he could come up with was something like 2.8% and 5Point wqould not match it. So I signed the papers and got my vehicle. Gary was very busy and it was late, so he askec if I could come back the next day and he would go over the features with me and my wife. So I drove home and surprised my wife. The next morning I received a call from Conrad Cooper telling me that 5Point nhad called back and would go down to something like 2.08% and asked if I wanted that instead, Of course I said yes. He said he would have the paper work when I came4 in around 1:00. So at 1:00 I showed up and Conrad took care of me right away. That reduced out to be $15 per month which is $900 over the 60m month contract Then he paged Gary and my wife and I walked over to the GMC showroom to meet with Gary. When we walked in we were greeted by Bruce Borque. We told him we were looking for Gary. Bruce came back and said that Gary was tied up or something, but could he help us. We told him that Gary was going to go over the features on our new Sierra. He said he would be happy to handle that and showed us all of the features. He spent probably close to and hour helping us and answering questions. In summary, everyone we met went out of their way to help us get exactly what we needed and saved us some money on top of everything else. Thank youJim Wienert

I was told at another dealership that the truck I wanted didn't exist. I drove to Classic to look at your inventory. CJ McCown walked out into the rain to talk to me. I told him what I was looking for and agreed it was an unusual request but would look for me. In 15 minutes he found it. The dealership that had it wasn't very cooperative but CJ and Bob made sure that I got my truck. This was my first new vehicle and it was a very good experience. I have purchased vehicles for my Dad and It always felt like a battle. Your team went above and beyond and never tried to sell me something I didn't want. They could have easily said it didn't exist and tried to sell me something in your inventory. Because they didn't you have a loyal customer that will tell his many friends about Classic Bmt. Everything was great except one thing....I asked them if they topped off my def tank and the reply was that I did not need it. The next day I was alerted to fill the tank by the on board computer. I knew I needed def at service and was told no. That alone deserves a downgrade. Outside of that....happy happy.

From the time I first talked to Mr. Chris Patrick to the final farewell when I left the dealership...there was professionalism and "SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE" with absolutely NO HIGH PRESSURE to buy or "impending events" to make me want to do something different. This was the second automobile that I purchased from your dealership (2012 Escalade April of 2014). I mentioned to Mr. Patrick that the finish on the Escalade did not seem to be "holding up" as it should and was VERY surprised that the "finish" that was put on the Escalade by Classic was still in warranty (5 years). While my wife and I were out to lunch (in your FREE loaner truck) waiting for the 2015 Sierra to be "made ready", your "make ready" department completely re-did our Escalade's finish at NO CHARGE! I have since received "follow up" phone calls to make sure that everything is as it should be and/or if I needed any assistance or "extra" help with my new Sierra. That's called CUSTOMER SERVICE...THAT'S WHAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE LIKE! Thank you!

Everyone was nice and helpful and work was done quickly and I had a loaner car to use while mine was being serviced, which is extremely helpful! Very pleased!

I have had nothing but AMAZING service this morning & yesterday at Classic Chevrolet! Brought my truck in Tuesday to Tyler, picked it up yesterday, noticed I still had an issue yesterday evening so Tyler apologized & told me to bring it back in this morning. I was in the shuttle on the way to work when they called me less than 10 minutes later saying my truck was ready, so the shuttle brought me back to the dealership. They had it washed & everything when I got back! Then when I got to work, I realized my badge had come off my scrubs. Called the dealership & was going to go pick it back up but they insisted on bringing it to me at work. The shuttle personally brought it to me in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely be bringing my truck back to them for any other needs I might have!! & will hopefully be trading it in with them soon! Thank you Classic Chevrolet!! :)

It was awesome as usual! The people that work the Beaumont service department are the friendliest most helpful people and I love getting the car wash and vacuum with my service. I was in and out in about 1 hour, I had a comfortable place to wait, experience was top notch!

My salesperson Jefrry Gomez was very helpful in assisting my wife with making a decision about her Yukon. The finance department got me a better rate than anywhere I shopped previously. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Couldnt be happier with my salesman and how I was treated. After we had found the truck I wanted Jeffry went above and beyond with showing us other models that we are interested in purchasing in the future. Jeffry was very knowledgeable about all models in all vehicle lines carried. He had an answer for every question we asked and was very proficient in showing us all the features on each vehicle. Most salesmen I have dealt with dont seem to put that kind of effort into a future sale that they know will be a few years down the road, and typically start to wash their hands of you once they know they have pretty much got a sale for today in the bag. Jeffry kept his level of professionalisim to a very high standard throughout the whole sales process. This is what I would expect of my employees in all departments. Tanja was also very helpful as well. She was very professional and straight forward. Tanja made me feel as if this was a more personal sale rather than just another person buying another vehicle. I really think you have a winnning team in the GMC sales department. I really appreciated the sales staff overall. Every employee that walked by me or my wife while we were waiting rendered a greeting and asked us if we needed anything even though they knew we were being helped by Jeffry. This is a sign of an established culture of people working as a team. That is a sign of strong leadership. So strong in fact that I wouldnt really care to even shop around when I am looking for my next vehicle. I think Tanja has developed a great sales team that has set the standard for all others to be judged. I will definately be back in the future.

From the moment I arrived in the service drive and was greeted by my service advisor, Diana, to the time I picked up my Tahoe the same afternoon, the service was excellent! This includes a great shuttle from Classic to my office with a wonderful gentleman driver, Ted Light, and a very nice, courteous visit with the payment clerk. had a clicking noise coming from airbag area, called set an appointment. got right in abd the rep knew exactly what it was before hearing the noise. they called and got the authorization from my extended warranty carrier. car was fixed in less than 4 hours.

I purchased a used Chevrolet 1500 pu through classic's internet sells. The sell was easy and painless, financing was hassle free and done via the internet, which is a plus for me. The internet sells person was very polite and when I went to see the truck it was just as it was identified. My only regrets is that I was told the truck went through a thorough inspection, however, I had to completely replaced brakes,rotors and other suspension components. I also had to replace the entire instrument panel and a/c resistor. I did not mind since I am a mechanic. Just wish their inspectors were a little more thorough. Also,take a copy of the internet asking price with you, as their appears to be a little fudging on the price if you don't have proof.
