This is the best car dealership we have ever been to hands down!!! The salesmen really care about you. My husband and I were in serious need of a new car and after an entire day of searching and haggling with loan agencies to meet our credit challenges we pulled off the lot with a brand new 2016 Chevy Cruz. On my way home I noticed it was missing one crucial feature...cruz control. At first I was really upset, but as this was just a stepping stone to build our credit we would deal with it. However much of the joy I felt over my new vehicle was dimmed, but I was determined to make the most out of it. We received a follow up call the next week and cookies with a survey card a few weeks later. I filled out the survey card and told them how happy I was with their service, but that I was disappointed that I wasn't made aware of my car's lack of Cruz control before I purchased it. A month after my new car purchase I received a call from Bridges (a great guy by the way) and he asked that my husband and I come back to the dealership because Classic Chevrolet wanted us 100% happy with our car. Today we went and seen Bridges and between him and Mr Randle (the awesome owner) they are installing Cruz control into our car! Thank you Classic Chevrolet! You are the epitome of customer service and have made lifetime customers of the Austin family!

The service was excellent. Friendly people. My only complaint is. I made the appointment online. I got an email back saying I needed to confirm by either calling or replying to the email. Since it was 7;30 PM, I decided to reply to the email. When I got to the appointment, I was asked if I had an appointment. Of course I said yes. They asked if I had made it online and I said yes. I was then told that they sometimes didn't get the information about online appointments and I should have called to confirm. There was nothing that said I had to. It said either call or reply to the email. To make the long story short. The service person said they would get me worked in. They did so in record time. Kudos to the Service Department. Not so much for the person/persons working the website.

Witnessed that the Finance Department added unnecessary extended warranty, gap insurance, and tag, tax, and title amounts to financing stating it was not optional when using Snap Financing. The final selling price of the car actually exceeded the original sticker price for car because of the added services. This was after a down payment and trade in was incorporated. Not a good experience. Do not recommend them especially with financing. After witnessing this I will not personally ever buy a car from Jim Glover in Lawton, Oklahoma. I will also never recommend them due to this experience.

I purchased a car from the Lawton lot in 2012. I walked away saying I would never purchase another one from there. I did most of my maintenance through the service department. But would not even think about purchasing another vehicle because of the way I was treated, and lied to by the salesperson and his partner. I felt I had been taken advantage of. This experience was so much better. The salespersons, Charles & Scott were excellent. Even with my old wounds, they were able to restore my faith in the Jim Glover team and in "Caucasian salesMEN". I could have worked with a female, but I had NO trust in males out there because of the way the first one took advantage of me and my situation. I am now telling all my friends about the experience I had this time because I told them about the bad experience I had. I would offer a suggestion. I understand that whoever gives you a card at the gate will have to be the one assisting you. So that you don't lose sales, consider allowing the customer some leeway in that decision. If Charles had not handle me as delicate as he did, I would have asked a whole lot of questions and went somewhere else with the information to make the purchase. Scott was super understanding, at least from my end of the deal and I so appreciate him. Both guys were courteous at all times and assured me that I was getting the best deal. I have to say, the Finance guy just put the icing on the cake. He made me feel proud to sign my name to all of those forms. He explained every form and waited patiently for me to read and ask questions. The entire experience was awesome. Thank you so very much for affording me the opportunity of doing business with such an awesome team!!

Chad is good at his job...the problem that I am having is the front passenger door it keeps leeking in air they can't adjust it so the pulling the door in or trying to tweek the meetel some how with their hands had it their 3 times for the same thing its suppose to be air tight ...also had my sun glasses taken from truck the second time it was in their .........the service I received from chad was good...and the ladies hive you the loaners was good ...fixing my vechile though not pleased and don't think I will buy from their again because they can't fix the problem...they had truck for a week and was still doing it after I got it back....this will not get read so what's the point. If I am not satisfied with the work and give bad review why does it affect chad that's stupid

I took my car in for a recall and another issue. When I went to pick it up, I asked about a recall on the other issue. He couldn't find anything, but kept looking. Sure enough, it was supposed to be fixed but wasn't. He took care of all the paperwork and changing everything so that I wouldn't have a charge on this. This isn't my first experience with the service center. They also took my dad in on an emergency when he was visiting. Compared to what I've dealt with at the dealership where I purchased this car, Jim Glover is the best!! I'm so happy with what I've received in service and them helping my dad, I'll definitely purchase from them in the future!!

Scheduled my appointment online and when we arrived they told us that they did have a spot open for the appointment time that I scheduled online. Come to find out, your online does not work in conjunction with the pen and paper way that your service department still operates at your location. I suggest that the online and in house appointments work in conjunction. Nonetheless, I was still taken care of, but this is the second time that this has happened to us.

I am a young mom, been working hard all my life, I don't have perfect credit I have made mistakes in my past, but those mistakes have lead it hard to get a car. All the dealerships that I have been too stated that they couldn't help me with out a large down payment which I couldn't get. When I came to the dealership I was actually there for my job but my boss vanished and came back with Justin and we started talking and he told me that he could help me. I was not hopeful at first but gave my information to Chris L. The next thing I knew they told me that for $250 down and the paper work I could drive away with a 2014 Sonic. The next day I came back with everything and drove away in tears. I have never been so happy and now I have a new car that I know is dependable. Thank you.

Originally came in for an oil change. Completed, no issues. Scheduled back in for a recall repair for the transmission fill tube and window tint. All great service. My service advisor, Dee was great. I worked with Aquarian in the purchase process on the 2014 Malibu and asked for him as soon as I was Greeted by Pablo on the Silverado buy. Best car buying experience I have ever had. The whole process from start to finish was painless. The sales associate Daniel listened to what we wanted up front and found us the right cars from the start. He didn't try to push us into cars we didn't want or were not in the price range we wanted. He actually listened to what we wanted and didn't try to boost his commission, he actually actually cared about selling us the best possible cars for us. I bought a Chevrolet from P.A. Chevrolet & the service was bad. I said I would NEVER buy another Chevy. But when we walked into Jim Glovers the service man Clint showed us all the trucks we wanted to see.Explained everything about them as far as what we wanted. When we decided what we wanted Clint walked us thru everything. The gentleman that did all the paper work was extremely nice & explained everything to us also. I took my truck in for service & they did what was asked & made sure I was taken care of. Came in & told me when they were done with the oil change & what they were doing next. When it was completed Roger came & got me told me what was done & walked me to the service desk & I was on my way.AWESOME I will never buy a truck anywhere but here at Jim Glovers. GOOD JOB. I gave the dealership an excellent rating as it showed clearly that they stand behind their sales! An electrical problem arose and it was handled promptly and properly. My car was not only fixed of mechanical problems it was also cleaned outside and inside and I picked it up to find it with a bright shine, spotless inside and with all corrections made! Excellent work and pride in Dealership! I would recommend it at the highest of levels!

Recently, my husband and I both purchased new vehicles from Jim Glover Chevrolet in Lawton, Oklahoma. Everyone we encountered, from Purchasing to Finance, to Service went above and beyond what was required! We felt like royalty, as if we were the ONLY customers there at the time!This was the easiest, most pleasant car-buying experience we have ever had, and we will MOST DEFINITELY continue to do business with as well as recommend, Jim Glover Chevrolet to our family, friends, and acquaintances! Actually, my very first NEW car I bought in the 1980's was a Chevrolet, and so far, I am LOVING my Chevy Traverse, and my husband is loving his truck! Thank you, Lawton for FINALLY having a Chevy dealership I can trust, and who appreciates me as a valued customer!

Since my first purchase at Jim Glover Chevy Lawton, through this one, I have always been greeted, sometimes by name, upon entering the lot or building, offered a drink or snack and directed to the person or department that I'm needing. Every purchase I've been through has been quick and easy, with little or no negotiations for the price and payment. Twice, including this time, the specific vehicle was not on the lot, so it was located in a matter of minutes and it was delivered as promised. Currently, my new vehicle has not arrived so I haven't seen it, but I'm confident it'll be what I'm looking for and I'm also confident that if not, the dealership will make it right. My Sales associate, Karen Green, was off and came in to assist me with my purchase. This is the fourth vehicle I've purchased through her and the fifth from Glover. I'm positive I will return to this dealership and will recommend them to my friends and family looking for a vehicle.

Went in for an oil change (apparently they are by appointment only) there was no one in line in front nor behind me or anywhere else around me but, I was told the wait would be 11/2 hours. Drove to the other GM dealer in town and was done 25 minutes later. I made my first and last visit!

I have been in the market for a new Chevy pickup for a while, and went to Jim Glover in Lawton, OK. I had been talking back and forth with Timmy for a couple of months. I took my Jeep in to get an appraisal (for a second time because they lost the first one) last Saturday. Prior to going into the dealership I was told the sales manager will give 23500 on the Jeep sight unseen, but to bring it in and they'll see if they can give me more. With the sight unseen on the Jeep they said they were at 39k out the door price. I drive up Saturday, get them to appraise the vehicle again, and they said 23500 on the Jeep and the out the door price jumped to 43741. I don't understand how you can tell me you have me out the door at 39k and then I show up and it's almost 5k OVER what you told me. They said they could beat any dealership in the state...NO you can't. I had a lot better offer at Wilmes in Altus. I was offered 26k for the Jeep there, but was trying to see if I could squeeze a little more out of the Jeep, so I held off. The new sales manager told me to go to Wilmes, sell my Jeep to them, and he would give me 1500 bucks to cover the negative equity if I bought from them. NO THANKS. I will give my business to folks that CARE about their customers and want to make a sell, instead of making the customer do all the work. I will not be going back to Jim Glover Chevrolet in Lawton. VERY disappointed in everything there.

The worst car buying experience I have ever had. The dealership told me they would beat the price of other dealerships offering the same car but when i received the contract they didnt change anything to beat the price. Received the car with stickers on it after telling the sales consultant to remove them. I was given 30 day paper tag for it to expire before i even received my tags!!!....which resulted in getting pulled over and car almost towed!!. And last the paperwork was lost by the postal system to finance the car but miracously appeared the day the temp tag expired which can cost up to $100 fine in late tag FEES!!

I am a mother to a son who was sent into your dealership to look at a later model truck for he presently drives a 09 king cab f150 works for a repleca employer now 3 yrs pays truck automatic debit thru fort sill cu.im a resource specialist for seniors. Churches. An many other upstanding bussinesses an my word people depends on an for ur mamager not to be trained in people skills is very unexceptable he has to no u never run your credit while in search for it pulls your credit score down. An for him to rudley say come back when your ready to pull your credit lawton should think your saying at your dealership unless your buyimg looking is not allowed! !! Hmmm.ipray that you with this attitude an rudeness will not recieve alot of lookers who just might of bout.god bless you in your future bussiness success.thank you for your time

i went to Jim Glover twice for service. Both times I was let down by they're services department. 1st time was for a detail, they charged me $150 to do inside and out. when i picked u the truck it looked good on the outside the inside looked decent but wasn't dry yet but wasn't complaining. after driving it a couple of days i noticed places they didn't clean and that the rubber mat was no longer in the cup holder (change was rattling in cup holder when it use to not.) so i figured i would go up there after work and ask about it, But before i could they called me and asked if i wanted to trade my truck in, and i replied no but would like the mat back for my cup holder. So they looked around and found it, I thought simple mistake. Then the 2nd time i went there was to have the drive shaft serviced (warranty) and a price on a set of 4 tires, so i called and set up an appointment scheduled to drop evening prior to service date and requested a loaner. i went up there as scheduled pulled up to service dept. with my two small children (2 & 5) and told them i was there to drop off for service the service tech at the desk said he wasn't the person who made my app. that Walt had made my app. and he was with a customer and said it would be just a minute, So I patiently waited with my two kids (who get bored very quickly) finally another tech came in and asked if he could help me, so I told him why i was there and he checked his calender and told me Walt had made my app. and walked off. After 20 min. of waiting i saw the first service tech and i told him to cancel my app. and i was going to Milo Gordon. As i was walking to my truck the 2nd tech came back and told me he was about to get me in and i told him they were to late and left. i left Jim Glover and called Milo Gordon asked for an app. they set it up for next morning and had the truck done by 11:30 and had called me to let me know it was done i then asked them for a price for the 275/55/20 that are on my truck mount balanced with road hazard was around $900 i told them to go ahead and put them on and still had my truck ready by 2:00. I have taken my truck to Milo Gordon before for other issues and always had great service but a car for a loaner (I am 6'1 cars are not my friend). The only reason i went to Jim Glover is because most of the loaners are pickups like mine. And just for the record i bought my truck at Marc Heitz in Pauls Valley, OK. And Milo never hassles me about buying a new truck from them or about doing warranty work on my truck. Now i still take my 2008 GMC Sierra and my 2011 Chevy Tahoe that I bought from David Stanley Chevrolet in OKC

I Went in to purchase a new truck. First of all, they didn't have what i needed on the lot. I was shown a picture of one located on their Tulsa lot. I was trading in a truck on the deal. Initially, they wanted over $5000 with my trade. That following Saturday, I went to John Holt, in Chickasha. I ended up buying the same truck (same color/options) for $3000 that day. In the meantime, i received an e-mail that they would take $4500. I returned to Jim Glover's and showed both the salesman and one of the managers the truck and paperwork showing what a great deal i got elsewhere. The manager was very frustrated that i confronted him in this way. He told me that when my truck needs service, i can take it where i had bought it. He also mentioned he doesn't want to see my truck at his dealership. As i was walking away, he continued making comments to his employess at which time i turned around and asked what he said. He told me to have a nice day., After nearly 40 years of buying cars, both around the U.S. and foreign countrys, I have never been treated this way. I will take my service business elsewhere as well as future vehicle buying. Since they were so much more in cost than Chickasha, it makes me wonder if the reason in doing so is because soldiers have the money they ask for and they are taking advantage of them? I strongly reccommend others take their business elsewhere.

In town on business, I thought I might be strandedwhen my Engine Light came on. I took a chance and called your Service Advisor, Walter Wyrick, who came came to the rescue by getting my car in and back on the road later that afternoon.
