We brought in our Odyssey that they had told us was fixed six months ago with an alignment change that they didn't charge us because they recognized it was their fault. When we brought it back six months later with the alignment so bad that it was causing baldness on our tires, they just turned it around on us and said we must have hit a pothole or something. There was never an effort to offer a deal, take care of tires etc. Definitely not a place I will ever go again and not recommend anyone to do so either. The one thing I can say is they were polite when talking to us.

I had been stalking a used vehicle on the lot for a while and was hesitant to call or email about it because I was not sure it was what I needed and did not want to experience a high pressure sales pitch. When I saw it online and not in the lot one day, I called and spoke with Jeremy Reilly about it. He invited me to come in and I steeled myself for the experience, even having an appointment shortly after so I had a reason to leave. I arrived and was pleasantly surprised by Jeremy's genuine willingness to help me. When I told him that I did not think the vehicle was best for me and told him exactly what I wanted, he responded candidly, telling me that he really did not have a vehicle to match what I wanted at the price range I wanted to pay other than the one I had considered and decided not to look at. I asked to go ahead and look at the car. I was amazed that it had every feature I wanted. My concern about it being a two door went away when I realized it had nice substantial interior handles and the larger doors were not too heavy to operate easily as I had had shoulder surgery. I told him what I wanted for my trade in and the price I wanted to pay. He very quickly came back with a higher figure than I had asked for on my trade in, bringing the car I wanted into my price range. The whole process took place quickly allowing me to get to my next appointment and I felt great about the experience. Jeremy scheduled to meet with me again to acquaint me with all of the options on my car and made himself available for anything more that I needed. I would definitely not hesitate to work with Jeremy again or to steer others to him for a vehicle purchase.Catherine Parker

Extremely disappointed with our dealing from the sales department. Requested an online quote, proceeded with negotiations. We felt the salesman was using guilt and high pressure sales to get us in the door. After our bad experience with Vincent, we still decided to keep our money local and request a different sales person. Logan was very polite and respectful. We were then told CDA Honda would not do any business with us, due to us requesting someone different.

Our best friends purchased their 2015 Honda car from David Clark and recommended him to me. Went in here to look at a new car just for the heck of it as I had a 2013 honda crv and was thinking about upgrading. Talked with Logan who was amazing!!! If you want a car salesman that is nice and no pressure at all he's your man, he spent a lot of time with us and not only that we were able to go home and think about it! Go back the next day with more questions and then they let us leave the lot again! It was wonderful I never felt like he was pushing for the sale!! I would go back to him anytime! Could have done a little better demonstrating how to get along with all the new stuff on the car. Had to figure out the radio settings, where the jack was stored, how to lower the third row of seats etc. for myself.

There was no hard sell here. Terry simply showed us the safety features of the CRV then went from there explaining the numerous other features of the vehicle and how to operate the car. We winter in Arizona, but before we left in January we went to the Honda in Coeur d' Alene. Terry Wood took us for a test drive in a 2015 CR-V. It had all the bells and whistles on it. We were driving a 2007 Honda CR-V. We loved it, but decided it was time for a new car. When we got back from Az Terry Wood called and said she had the perfect car for us. We went the next day and made a deal. Terry went through all the new gadgets on the car and spent a lot of time making sure we understood. In July of 2014 and April of 2015 we went shopping for good used cars. After checking with 5 dealers last year and 3 dealers this year we settled on CDA Honda both times. They had exactly the type of used car we wanted- a 2008 Nissan Rogue last year and a 2014 Chrysler Town & Country this year. Both times Mike Shewfelt was our salesman and he, as well as the whole staff, made our experience quick, easy and painless. It was almost enjoyable. Not as enjoyable as, say, a hike in the beautiful north Idaho mountains, but enjoyable. Lots of dealers claim that buying a car from them is "hassle-free", but that had not been our experience, until now. Buying a car from CDA Honda truly is hassle-free.

I just accepted a job making much less money (but a much more rewarding career) and needed to get out of a car payment so I was shopping around for a used CRV. I test drove a few and was trying to work a trade-in deal at Cd'A Honda but the numbers were not working for me. They suggested I consider a lease. I didn't know much about leases so I after receiving some information from Terry along with the numbers I went home did some research and came to the conclusion that it just made sense. My objective was to buy a used car and I was able to drive off of the lot with a brand new car and no payments for 36 months.I am still in shock! (Although I do miss my other vehicle).

My wife and I, on a very snowy Sunday afternoon, decided to visit Coeur d'Alene Honda. We thought for sure that on a Sunday they would be closed and we would be looking at cars with a pile of snow on them. To our surprise they were not only open but they were very friendly, opening the door for us and inviting us in, out of the cold, for hot beverages. I quickly told them that the reason I was here was that we were interested in a 2015 Honda CR-V, preferably dark grey in color. With that they immediately went outside and cleaned the snow off one of the cars in the lot and pulled it up under the awning so we could look it over without snow pouring down on our heads. I did't think they would have a grey one in stock since the Spokane dealer only had white, but once the snow was all cleaned off the vehicle we could see it was grey. We took it for a test drive and it handled excellent in the snow. Terri Wood was our sales person. She is very knowledgable about the Honda vehicles she sells. She even owns a Honda herself. She was patient with us and showed us all aspects and features of the vehicle and answered all of our questions and concerns. We received a fair purchase price and went home that very same day in a heavy snow storm driving a new 2015 Honda CR-V. I have a Honda Accord 4 door car. I went in for service and asked for the premium oil change which includes fluids topped off and filter changed however they felt since there was a possibility of my power steering pump may be leaking they did not fill/top it off. I also asked them to print off part prices and how much it will cost in labor to get other parts of my car fixed not only did I ask once but twice called once never heard bk from them went in to pick up my car and still did not have prices on my parts or labor I again asked for the print off and was told wont have that till tomorrow. I also asked them to take a look and my head light that was not working with a new light in it they didn't even do that. I will never go bk to the local Honda to have service or to buy a car they have terrible customer service and did not do what I asked them to do that I paid for. Worst place I have ever been. Will never recommend anyone to go there.

We stopped ar CdL Honda on our vacation just to see if they had the specific red CRV we had been looking for over a year. David was so helpful and before we left the showroom we had a yet to be delivered red CRV purchased. We live 200 miles away so made another trip to pick it up. David came in on his day off and took the time to acquaint us with our new car. He later followed it up periodically with calls to see how we were doing. Unfortunately I wrecked it in less than 3 months ( not my fault) with only around 2600 miles on it. We didn't even have to think about it when deciding where buy a replacement vehicle. Once again David was so helpful in finding the identical replacement car. We love our CRV and would make another trip to CdL Honda if we ever need another new car.

I took my Chevy in for an oil change and asked to have the brakes checked because of excessive brake dust on right front wheel. Chris went the extra mile with the technician on my behalf to find the root cause for this issue and find a corrective action/fix to this problem. I appreciate her willingness to get any job done right, (big or small), and her can do attitude. Honda dealer worked hard at making this go well. Tried hard to make it all happen at one visit.Problem with Sirius XM radio system. Appeared to not have been activated. Blue tooth interfered with connection. CRV is great. Service was important to them. My experiences with Service department have been great.

My wife has been very with CDA Honda service in the past for regular maintainence so when we needed tires and a battery I started there. Todd Gingrich was VERY helpful and recommended tires per my specific needs. He also informed me CDA Honda would price match , so I shopped. I found his prices were VERY competitive for all products and services. We scheduled the service at our convenience and Todd was waiting at the appointed time with all paperwork prepared and ready for us. All work was performed as promised and on time!!! I've had a regularly scheduled appointment for an oil change and I mentioned to Chris that it seemed like there was an excessive amount of brake dust lately on my left front wheel. She had all the brakes checked out and they were fine. She explained that I probably had lessor quality after market pads installed at a previous brake shop that I had gone to and that was the reason I was seeing a more than normal amount of brake dust on my wheels. She made me feel at ease knowing that my brakes were fine for now as I do a lot of driving over to Portland, OR and Seattle, WA. Salesman was rude and insulting when we could not agree on sales price for used truck ($14K cash offer vs $15.6K asking) and told me to leave by sternly yelling across the sales room "see ya later" as I sat waiting for the answer to my offer... clearly telling me to leave the building. The whole negotiating tone of with the salesman was arrogant and disrespectful all around. During negotiating discussions, he told me I suggested his truck was a "P.O.S." when the worst i said was a matter of fact that the tires were too worn to rate high retail book price (~15K book) and 14K was the most I was willing to pay today. I did/do not use language like "P.O.S.". He also pulled out his dealer card and tossed it on the table at me to prove that he knew car car market more than me. We were not that far apart in price that he should be insulted and he decided to get the deal or burn the bridge when I would not go to $15.6K. When I called back to report my experience to the G. manager he said that if he got more negative reports he would consider doing something about it, but otherwise just ask the salesman about it. I expected an apology call and an attempt to rebuild bridge, but demeaning treatment is the way they left it... The only thing I got was offer from GM that I could work with a different salesman. I got the "don't let the door hit you on the way out" treatment so I am out.

We were visiting Coeur d'Alene, Idaho for a couple of days and drove by the Honda dealership in the evening on our way to dinner. We stopped in the following day to inquire about a particular black Honda Accord and had the pleasure of meeting Randy McBride, Honda salesman. He was not pushy, very polite and gave us the information we asked about, if he did not know the answer to our questions he would ask someone else to give us accurate information. Honesty is a quality we appreciate in everyone. Anytime we walk into a dealership we like being treated with respect and we received that as customers with Randy. We were not planning on making a purchase that day, we were only looking but ended up with a pleasant experience buying a great car with awesome gas mileage. Bought my 2003 Honda Odyssey at Coeur d'Alene Honda. The salesman, Mike Shewfelt was knowledgeable, friendly, was helpful but not pushy. Over the past 180,000 miles, I have had to visit the service center for mostly maintenance, but a few repairs. They are fast, efficient, and the repairs are done right the first time. Parents Beware! This place completely ripped my, then 16 yr. old, daughter off with service. They had her sign a work order to " change oil & service" (what she was under the impression would be fluids only), in which she did prior to completion. They then went ahead and completed unnecessary "watch items" she wasn't even aware of existed. In the end they completely took advantage of her naivete and we had to end up spending $200-$300 for an oil/fluid change! Because she signed we had no recourse! I can however WARN you!

I had gone in around Christmas time a year and a half ago. I test drove the CRV and had Mike as my salesman. He was a No Pressure salesman and I liked that about the experience. I came back after test driving a Toyota Rav 4. I was really upset about my experience with Parker Toyota. The Rav 4 had less leg room then the CRV. The salesman was so pushy I was turned off immediately. I came back to CDA Honda and saw Mike again. Spoke with him about my trade in and within a few mins had an offer for my truck. Worked out a deal and was told I'd have the CRV in a few days. A few days later I received a call from the Manager. He said the CRV that was to be shipped over was sold and the only one they had was the one just above the one I was going to get. They gave me an awesome deal and I drove away with it. I have been so happy with CDA Honda. I tell everyone to go there. My experience was not stressful and anytime I go in for an oil change, the staff is amazing and helpful. I will probably get another Honda in the future. I hope this review helps anyone interested in buying a Honda (or any car) from them.

We traded with CDA Honda vehicles close in value. We walked away knowing we got a fair deal and the car we wanted. The new-to-us car came with a 2yr 100k mile warranty, giving us peace of mind. Everyone we met was respectful, prompt and friendly. We had young children with us and everyone was patient with them. We used the kids room while my husband did the 'dealing'. The toys available kept my 3yr old occupied, but the tv didn't work and the room is quiet small.

In 2003, I bought a new 2003 Honda Accord EX-L from a young man at Coeud d'Alene Honda and the entire purchase experience was great. The Accord was the best car we ever had. So, ten(10) years later, it was time to upgrade our Accord to a CRV EX-L. Based upon my purchase experience in 2003, I went back to Coeur d'Alene Honda and asked for the sales manager so I could request to work with the salesperson that I had in 2003. It turned out that the young sales person was now the (young) sales manager. We shared a good laugh. The purchase experience and customer experience at CDA Honda was outstanding. There is a good business reason that this dealership is continuing to be a leader in Honda sales. They just do a great job with the customers. So, in ten(10) years, I will definitely go back to Couer d'Alene Honda for a new car. The entire buying process was painless and quickly accomplished.

The sales person I worked with each time was wonderful - very helpful and concerned with my limitations and finding what would really work for me. I always went to the service department for repairs / oil changes and the like. They were superb! Literally, every time I went - they were always pleasant, respectful, and if there was something unexpected found they explained it to me very well, and when possible, showed me the part in question so I had a visual of the problem. I would venture to say - Ladies, this is a place you can take your kids to (nice play area for them) and be treated fairly and with respect; and Guys, this is a place you can feel comfortable sending your wives and daughters.

I've been having my car serviced at CDA Honda for the past 8 years. They take such good care of my 2000 CR-V, and of me. I drop the car off in the morning and the nice guys in the Shuttle drive me to work, and then return later to pick me up and take me back to the service dept. They always point out what items may or definitely do need service and even tell me when things can wait awhile until I have the funds to take care of them. I've always felt good after a visit to CDA Honda - never ripped off. The staff there are great!

We had been reading and looking at Honda CR V's for several months. We needed help getting our radio started on the Civic we bought in 2005. I had disconnected the battery and we needed a password to get the radio to restart. Lo and behold the salesman we purchased the Civic from eight years ago was still there and he looked up our code and reprogrammed the radio. While he did that we were looking at the new CR V 's. As with all car dealers, there was a bit of haggling, but I had done my home work and they were willing to meet my requirements. I was especially impressed with the salesman. He has called several times since my purchase a year ago asking if everything is satisfactory and if I have any questions about any of the car's systems. The first three oil changes were included with the car and the personnel in the service department were also very friendly and made the wait pleasant with beverages and a comfortable waiting area. I have owned four Honda Civics since 1978 and my husband is still driving our 1996 to and from work and still getting 35 to 40 mpg. This was the most positive experience of all the car dealerships I've dealt with.

I went in here for the first time for an oil change. The process was very easy. I drove up to the garage and the door opened automatically. I drove inside the bay and went to the desk just inside the door. The service bays were very clean and uncluttered. The waiting area was clean and provided good Keurig coffee and comfortable chairs. I didn't make an appointment but the oil change happened quickly and before I knew it I was back on my way home. I will definitely go there again.

I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord Sport from Jeremy and my purchase couldn't of been easier. I had a terrible time making up my mind between the well equipped LX model and the Sport. Jeremy had a ton of patience with me and let me slowly make up my mind. I ended up taking both cars for a drive by myself, so the pressure was off. I truly appreciated this! I enjoyed driving both cars and taking my time choosing which car was best for me. I ended up picking the sportier edition and I couldn't be any happier with my decision. I truly enjoy driving the car. I just want to say thank you again to Jeremy and the Honda team. I would definitely recommend Cd'A Honda to friends and family. I had a pleasurable experience and would do business again in the future. Also, I am a business owner and would like to tell the owners you have a great group of individuals working for you (Jeremy, John, Devon,Jerry).
