My X5 was recently at Coggin BMW for a recall bulletin. I made an appointment. My Sales Advisor, Sean McAleney had a BMW loaner vehicle waiting for me. I had the anticipation that they would have my X5 in for a few days to order parts. To my surprise, Sean called me about 6 hours later and told me that my vehicle was ready. Previously when I had my maintenance done by Coggin, Sean kept me abreast of progress and timelines by texting me, which I appreciated. I highly recommend Coggin BMW in Ft Pierce, Florida, for any BMW service needs.

I purchased my first new BMW in 1972 when residing and working in Philadelphia, PA. After relocating to southeastern Florida in 1998, I purchased a new 328i at another dealership in the area. A very disappointing service experience brought me to Coggin BMW Treasure Coast. The service team provided excellent service for that vehicle and two new bimmers that I subsequently purchased at this dealership. The sales team provides such over-the-top support that buying a new BMW is almost as much fun as driving a new BMW. Recently, my wife and I decided to trade-in our daily driver, a 2011 128i coupe. We were pleased with a generous trade-in allowance and enjoyed a smooth transition into a new Estoril Blue Metallic 228i coupe. "Happy wife, happy life." My personal relationship with Coggin BMW Treasure Coast is based on fourteen years of consistently excellent service and integrity. I am grateful for sharing my passion for bimmers with such wonderful friends.

Kelley Bragg and Joe Adams went above and beyond to help me this week with a minor repair after Dennis Laymon did a superior job once again selling me a new car a few weeks ago. They worked as a team in a very professional and timely manner to assist me. Knowing I don't live close by, Kelley was very kind and organized with Tina who runs the valet department to get a loaner to use while my car got repaired. Tina was also very professional and Michael my valet driver was very pleasant and nice as well. Additionally, James in the finance department was very helpful when I wanted to order a specialty license plate while signing the final paperwork. Friendly service department. Sean McAleney has been taking car of my multiple bmw s through the years and I couldn't be happier. Got this i3 in August they have had the car in their shop for over 12 weeks. Manager Joe Adams (Lyin Joe) promised to get me out of it. Said they have never had a Lemon Law car. ( Actually according to Atty General in FL they have had 96) Sending notice of defect to BMW to give them one last chance then will file for lemon law arbitration. Lawyer could not believe they continue to stall. Car had unexpected acceleration twice now I can't and don't want to drive that thing. Don't believe anything they say. What a waste of time and money. UPDATE. Car has been in service almost a month because of sudden acceleration and the battery not fully charging and discharging quickly. Rude little old man Rick the service manage took offense when I showed him the problem and asked them what they did. He said take the car home charge it and if it still has a problem take it to another BMW dealer because they now refuse to service the car they sold me and has a long list of problems. Nice. Just when I thought a dealer could not bee anymore sleazy they go to the top of the list. Update 2: After all I have been through you would think this place would want to accommodate me. Wrong again. I got a notification that my car needed service. Made a reservation online and got a call the next day from their incredibly rude service manager Rick. Saying they refuse to service my car now.I had already brought it to another dealer and because of its extensive problems they asked me to bring it back to Coggins. Another reason not to deal with this disreputable group. They own several deanships in Ft. Pierce.

I just purchased a new 2016 BMW X5 from Coggin BMW. This is not my first purchase from Coggin and it will not be my last. We now have several BMWs in our family and those purchases were made to a large extent by the fact that I know Coggin has such professional team that tips the luxury car balance scale in their favor. I've always been impressed by the quick, quality and thorough service and attention we have received to our cars. For their professional sales staff and extensive inventory to their friendly service advisors in particular Sean, I have nothing but rave reviews. Before I purchased I walked through their yard and it revealed one of the best selection of beautiful BMWs I have ever seen including many of beautiful rare and hard to get i8 gull wing sports cars, maybe someday??, But for now our beautiful new blue X5 is a family car, sports car, luxury car and most of all a Coggin BMW. Service Advisor Kelly was awful. She was vey hurried when she greeted me to take care of my needs. She insisted that I have a diagnostic when all I wanted was to be topped of with coolant. She indicated that we need to find out what the problem was and that we could possibly get it repaired the same day. I said ok and she assured me she would come and get me when the diagnostic was finished. She didn't. Finally I had to go and look for her. By the time we found her the shop was preparing to close. I told her I would call her on Monday. When I did, I asked if my diagnostic cost could be applied to my repair since they could not do it on Sat and she said no. Awful service. Spoke with Service Mgr and he was worst than Kelly in my opinion.

I expected that the BMW required modifications to my car would have taken at least two or more days. Coggin BMW Service Department accomplished the work in just one day and that included repairing the damage to my front tire rim. Sean McAleney was a pleasure to work with in planning and coordination all of the things that had to come together to complete the effort in one day. All of the maintenance personnel who worked on my 2015 BMW M4 convertible did a beautiful job and my car is now built exactly like the M4 convertibles coming off of the production line in Germany today.

I was taking advantage of a complimentary multi-point inspection on my BMW and getting new tires when they found an oil leak which I didn't know was there. I was given a loaner car to use overnight as parts had to be delivered to complete the repair. My car was ready the next afternoon as promised, including being washed and vacuumed for me. I was very pleased with my service and Robby, my service advisor.

My 2011 BMW 528i would start but would immediately shut down. I had the car transported to Coggin BMW Treasure Coast where I was assigned to Mr. Neal Sirmons. Even though I had not purchased the car from Coggin, Mr. Sirmons provided me with a loaner (an action that impressed me greatly). When Mr. Sirmons called to let me know that the problem appeared to be more significant than I had expected, I asked him how I would go about appealing to BMW. He offered to do that on my behalf. When the car was delivered to my home (another service that impressed me greatly), the invoice showed an amount due of $0.00 even though the invoice made clear the fact that the technicians at Coggin spent a great deal of time diagnosing and solving the issue with my car. The fact that BMW and Coggin BMW Treasure Coast stood behind the vehicle resulted in me making three decisions: (1) My next car will be another BMW. (2) Coggin BMW Treasure Coast is now my dealer. (3) Mr. Sirmons is my service advisor.

My most recent experience was when my BMW was in for service/repair on 3/18/15. Kelley Bragg was my Service Advisor. She was exceptional and knowledgeable. She provided me with a BMW loaner and I was on my way with no hassles. She was friendly and not put off that I arrived close to 7:00pm. Dave Colonna and Manny were also very helpful during my crisis with my car not starting. On March 14, 2015 I came in to order a new BMW M235i and had the pleasure of meeting Ronnie MacFarland. Ronnie was fantastic and answered all of by questions going through the ordering process. He has a great personality and made me feel at ease. I usually ALWAYS deal with Manny but he was out of town during my visit. Dave Colonna was wonderful and got the deal sealed!

Coggin BMW Treasure Coast has provided excellent service for these vehicles for more than 13 years. I currently own two BMWs that I purchased new at this dealership. I enjoy the service experience and often choose to wait for my vehicle. My recent visit was for maintenance on my daily driver. I enjoyed a brief but pleasant visit with Richard Coppola, Service Manager. Ryan Consul, Service Advisor, was ready to write up a service ticket and get my bimmer into the shop. I am impressed with Ryan's preparation and attention to detail. Vang, the shop manager, came out to greet me and confirm the scope of the vehicle check and condition based service scheduled for the visit. Vang has provided excellent service for my E92 M3 for several years. He is an eminently qualified master technician and a pleasant and friendly gentleman as well. I spent some leisure time visiting other Coggin friends in the dealership and browsing in the showroom stocked with beautiful Ultimate Driving Machines. A visit to Coggin BMW Treasure Coast is better for me than a day at the beach. These folks wrote the book on car care and customer care. We bought the car at this dealership and thought we would take it there for service. We had a great experience dealing with the sales department. Unfortunately the service department was trying to sell us new tires and all these extras at the first scheduled service specifically new tires. Yes, that's right 10.000 miles and it needs new tires. That's ridiculous and I called Pirelli just to be sure (tire manufacturer) and the sales technician starting laughing. The tires on the car should last at least 30,000 miles. Apparently BMW (not just this dealership) tells people this all the time to sell tires. You would think Pirelli would back their claim to make a sale if they were dishonest, but they aren't. Also, Pirelli told me because they are run flat that BMW will also tell you that you don't have roadside assistance and Pirelli automatically pro-rates your tires on flats to give you a large discount on the replacement. Apparently BMW will say you need the plus plan. That's not correct. Call Pirelli!!! BMW America you should be ashamed of yourself and Coggin BMW you lost my business!

Im always weary of dealers when it comes to repairs but when I drove up to Coggin, it was totally the opposite. I was greeted by service check in persons as well as my service advisor, Sean McAleney, within seconds of my arrival. The services was adequately recommended based on what the needs of my vehicle were at the time. I felt very comfortable. The even had a loaner vehicle ready for me so I didn't have to stay in the dealership while the repair was being made. Very inviting atmosphere. No high pressure. Service was very efficient and best of all it didn't tear my wallet apart. I would go to them any day to keep my BMW running like new!

I was in the market for a small SUV to replace my 2010 Infiniti EX35. Although I wanted to stay small, I wanted more cargo area. After looking at a 328i Sports Wagon, I realized it was not the vehicle for me. Dustin, the salesman, was very patient and worked with me as I changed my mind a few times about what I really wanted and needed. I finally settled on a new 2014 528i sedan. I am on a fixed income and did not have much wiggle-room for a down payment and payments. After a little negotiating, we were able to agree on a price. George, the finance manager was very helpful and sincere. I appreciate the way I was treated, and if I ever buy another car, it will be a BMW, and I will purchase it from Coggin. Oh, I almost forgot - I love the car! I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a BMW.

I had the hardest time finding what I wanted, and it seemed that no one wanted to take the time to look. Jimmy took on the challenge and worked tirelessly until we found the perfect fit. There were some bumps in the road in getting the car here to Vero, but Jimmy took them all in stride and hurtled every one, at lightning speed. Steve Rall is an outstanding advisor, his patience, knowledge and enthusiasm for his product is second to none. I could not buy my 4 Series Convertible from anyone but Steve. A few weeks back I was unexpectedly in the market for a vehicle, and I was interested in looking at a particular car I had seen online. I spoke with Curtis and made an appointment to come in to check it out. I arrived earlier than I had said I would and Curtis had stepped out (not his fault at all). Let me preface this by stating that I NEVER write reviews. Due to the exceptional experience I had last Saturday with Coggin BMW of Fort Pierce, I am compelled to do so. Throughout my life, I have bought not only average-priced cars, but high-priced ones as well. In many cases, I was forced to play games with some pushy, fast-talking, intimidating sales reps and sales managers. The main reason for my sky-high level of satisfaction this time around is my wonderful Coggin Client Advisor, Christopher Cwik. From the moment I walked through the door, Christopher made me feel like I was his most important client. Chris is kind, courteous, articulate, and extremely knowledgeable about the BMW line. Even before my test drive, he patiently explained the features and benefits of the X3 to be certain I was comfortable with driving the vehicle. He took the time to walk me around almost the entire lot, so that I could visually compare all offerings of X3s that might fit my needs. The actual sales process was painless, and I dare say enjoyable! I got a good deal along with the help of General Sales Manager Joe Adams, who was also there when they discovered a slight glitch in the paperwork process. Because this took a little extra time, it was Joe who actually made it right by me to mitigate the small delay caused by this snag. My most pleasant experience with Coggin BMW of Fort Pierce and Christopher Cwik especially -- invites me to look ahead to perhaps a lifelong relationship with BMW and the good folks at Coggin. Let me preface this by stating that I NEVER write reviews. Due to the exceptional experience I had last Saturday with Coggin BMW of Fort Pierce, I am compelled to do so. Throughout my life, I have bought not only average-priced cars, but high-priced ones as well. In many cases, I was forced to play games with some pushy, fast-talking, intimidating sales reps and sales managers. The main reason for my sky-high level of satisfaction this time around is my wonderful Coggin Client Advisor, Christopher Cwik.From the moment I walked through the door, Christopher made me feel like I was his most important client. Chris is kind, courteous, articulate, and extremely knowledgeable about the BMW line. Even before my test drive, he patiently explained the features and benefits of the X3 to be certain I was comfortable with driving the vehicle. He took the time to walk me around almost the entire lot, so that I could visually compare all offerings of X3s that might fit my needs. The actual sales process was painless, and I dare say enjoyable! I got a good deal along with the help of General Sales Manager Joe Adams, who was also there when they discovered a slight glitch in the paperwork process. Because this took a little extra time, it was Joe who actually made it right by me to mitigate the small delay caused by this snag.My most pleasant experience with Coggin BMW of Fort Pierce and Christopher Qwik especially -- invites me to look ahead to perhaps a lifelong relationship with BMW and the good folks at Coggin. OK... so here is another great thing about Coggin and Jimmie Pescatore. When he delivered my wife's surprise BMW to her work in Boca Raton... he took the time to completely explain the features and setup everything. Why is this important? When my wife drove to work the next morning the car took her incoming phone calls through the Bluetooth. You think... so what... well, every day BMW's with decals from Braman and Vista cut me off because the drivers are taking phone calls with their phones pressed to their ears.... You have to ask, why did the dealers fail to setup the car's features?I know that this is a small thing... I happen to be a senior IT executive and, as such, I know that end users need someone to setup computer and software features for them... or it never gets done.

The service is always good, Jo-Ellen makes a real effort for customer satisfaction...However I'm not impressed with the pricing...I just had to replace a battery in my 2010 M-3 which just went out of warranty six weeks ago. $556.00 to replace a battery is ridiculous... You'd think on a high end car like this being so close to it's warranty period BMW would have made some kind of accommodation.

Why did I decide on a BMW? I tried other dealerships and drove several different models (Jeep, GMC, Chevy, and Mercedes) but once I had the BMW experience I knew this was the vehicle for me. I bought a used X1 off the lot with a warranty. My sales person was Steve Ware. He was very attentive, and not at all pushy. He simply explained the vehicle, gave a good test drive and allowed me to make a decision. I did so within 24 hours. He made the difference. He made looking for a car fun instead of that impending doom you often feel when looking on the lot. He is professional and takes time with his clients. He even gave me a tour of the service area, which by the way was quite impressive and w as clean as an Operating Room. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and ask for Steve. You wont be disappointed. I also was impressed with Daniel in the finance department. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and showed a genuine interest in their customers.

Lets face it, BMWs and other expensive European cars are often sold before customers enter the show room. Deciding the make, model, color, and gadgets may be discussed with the sales agent but in this stage of the process its all about customer service and Jimmy was on point. We purchase a 2014 535i in November 2013 and purposely waited to post a review in January 2014. Our history with car salespeople tell us that most put on a show while you are in the showroom but forget you exist after the car is purchased and leaves the dealership. Jimmy is the first sales agent weve experienced that didnt forget about us after the car was purchased. He did an excellent job of engaging with us in and out of the showroom. He promptly made sure all of our annoying questions were addressed. He also kept us informed of opened items and even called from time to time to ensure we were completely satisfied with the car. Jimmy is truly the totally package and I hope he continues to reach out to his customers because if he does they will most likely become repeat clients. I am a local resident who purchased a honda accord from Coggin in 2001. I decided that it was time for a new car, so I began "kicking tires" as my dad, a very successful car salesman in the treasure coast area , would say. I drove up to the BMW lot after a long bridge walk, dressed in yoga pants and a sweatshirt, when I met Steve Ware. He was parking a 335 BMW convertible and asked me if someone were helping me. The next thing I knew, I was test driving that convertible. I had driven a similar car in WPB and new I was interested in that model. I did not buy that car, but realized I had found a gem (on the Treasure Coast) in a salesperson. So, I continued to "kick tires" on other lots, but guess what? No one wanted to approach this gal who showed up in running shorts and tank tops. (Pretty woman analogy?). But Steve did. So I continued to test drive convertibles and chat about different cars with Steve . Less than a week ago, I showed up and Steve showed me a "tricked out" 335 sedan ( I had had a revelation about the convertibles vs a sedan ) so, I test drove it. What a machine! It was fast, luxurious and priced right! I was sold! Steve knew I wouldn't make the decision without consulting with my boyfriend, so we agreed to test drive the next day with the boyfriend. To make a long story short that 335 was tooooo (for emphasis) much car for me, so Steve, patient, professional and knowledgeable, suggested a 328. We (boyfriend and I) jumped in a certified loaner 2013. Loved the car, but decided with the fabulous warranty and maintenance program I wanted a new 2014 328. Needless to say, I bought the new 2014, and brought a friend today to see Steve and hopefully she will buy a car from him too. This new friend made my buying experience a dream and I know my dad would be proud of the way he treated me. BMW is an ultimate driving machine, even if I won't drive it the way it was meant to be driven. Kudos to Steve ware. You have my vote as salesman of the year!

I initially inquired about pricing from TrueCar.com and in a matter of minutes, I received a call from Curtis and he offered a car that closely matches the specifications that I was looking for. The pricing was by far the best compared to other offers I received from other dealerships and when I visited for a test drive, James was very well informed of the model I was looking for since Curtis was busy with another client. Traveled 2 hours to purchase a used vehicle we found on-line. They guaranteed the pricing and our financing was in place. Arrived to find the vehicle was sold one hour before we arrived. So they do not "Guarantee" Internet pricing or BUYING. Ironically, the vehicle was incorrectly priced and should have been listed for $2,000 more than their "Guaranteed" Internet pricing. The GM has not returned my calls, but the vehicle has been reposted for the higher price on their website as well as third party sites!!! Very bad business and unethical based sales practice!

I bought 2 cars here and sent 3 friends here. I wanted to trade a 2 year old 535i for a 650i convertible. They low balled my 535 by $4000 and wanted MSRP for the 650. I was in the middle of what I thought was negotiating for the deal and the Sales Manager dismissed me as he could not make any profit. His words. I spent $60k on my 535 and another $50k on a 135. I was ready to spend another $100k on 650 and they wanted to gouge for for $4000! That tells you a LOT.Two female doctor friends I sent there were treated just as bad and left. They will gouge on price and will squeeze you for every penny. Some other sales manager called me and said he would work the deal. I had sent multiple documents justifying my asking price and deal I wanted. When I was called by the salesman to confirm my appointment the answer was not yes but trust us we will work something out. Clearly my documentation was not even looked at.I bought a Porsche and got the $4000 difference with no push back at all. This was not even the dealer I bought the car from. If you want a BMW, go south to West Palm Beach or Jupiter. Avoid this place. When my wife replaces her 135 it will not be here. Buyer beware.

I had a small problem with the radio's USB/Aux connection to my iPhone which to most would seem minor but it wasn't to me. I love to play internet music in my car so to me it was a biggie. As I had to go to work JoEllen went right to work and processed a courtesy loaner for me to use, I was very impressed with the magnitude of the service I received for a relatively small issue. After some tweaking of the software and a different connector everything is fine. I picked up my car all washed and shiny and drove home with uninterrupted music, problem solved. Thank you very for a very nice experience.

I had my car in the shop for service, and they lent me loaner car. By mistake, I managed to take the keys to My car when I went to the beach and lock the keys to the loaner in the trunk of the car! Even though I am 30 miles away, the next morning they sent a valet with the other set to help me retrieve my handbag with the loaner keys in the trunk! It could have been a real nightmare, but instead was resolved easily.

I know I am in good hands with JoEllen. I stayed while my car was in for servicing of several issues. JoEllen came to me several times to explain what was going on and what was being found. She is very knowledgable about the BMW cars. Whenever I would have a question, she answered it. The service department is efficient and timely. The young man that serviced my car also very knowledgable. I only have good things to say about Coggin BMW and their service department. If I would have needed a loaner car for a day or so, they would have provided that for me. I didn't, but have had to get a free loaner car in the past.

We went in for service on both our X5 and 3 series. While there, we decided to trade in our 3 series for a new 328i. This was, by far, the MOST pleasant car-buying experience either of us have had!! Jimmy and Coggin BMW made my purchase of a 2010 BMW 335d the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jimmy is very knowledgeable about BMWs and other cars as well. Both he and the finance manager were not pushy, they wanted to get me in the RIGHT car not just sell me A car. Jimmy worked tirelessly to update me when they would be receiving the car of my choice and stayed late to meet me and walk me through the new inventory they had received. In contrast I had visited another dealership where the salesman left early after I had called and told him I would meet him at a certain time. BMW calls there sales staff "client advisors" and now I know why, they are a notch above all other dealerships. Jimmy takes the time to explain all of the features on the car and makes sure you understand and are comfortable with the car. Jimmy and the rest of the staff at Coggin BMW make you feel at home and one of them, not just another person buying a car. Their pricing is inline with other dealers and their inventory is of better quality. I was preapproved for the car loan prior to visiting the dealer, but Coggin beat my rate by a fairly substantial amount (after an agreed upon price for the car) and saved me money in the long haul. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new or used car to visit Coggin BMW, you will never look back.

Greater than expected... I have been a loyal BMW owner for nearly 30 thirty years. I believe the BMW product is outstanding on all levels. Because of an unpleasant experience 25 years ago while attempting to purchase a car locally, I chose to purchase my vehicles from dealers either in Miami, Palm Beach or Orlando vowing never to return to Coggin. However, Jimmy Pescatore changed that for me. I recently needed to replace my car and searched the internet for exactly what I wanted. Coggin had it. I relunctantly went to back to Coggin and was greeted by Jimmy. He exhibited excellent knowlege of the product and was thorough in his demonstration of the various features of the car. The car met my need and the price was right. His pleasant attitude was refreshing to experience. I had a great experience at Coggin BMW's service department this past weekend! Eric Jackola was my service adviser, and went above and beyond to make the experience wonderful. Before going to Coggin, I'd taken my car to my local dealership after the rear tires on my Z4 kept going flat. The local service adviser informed me that the cause was two cracked wheels & that although I'd purchased the wheel & tire warranty, the cracks were not covered??!! I asked them to check with BMW's warranty dept and after not hearing back from them, contacted Coggin BMW. Eric took my car in immediately and was quickly able to determine that the cause was defective wheels - which were covered in full. He made arrangements for me to get a loaner vehicle and even pointed out that there was some other recall work that was needed (which the other dealership failed to mention!). Eric's a rock star in my book - friendly, informative and definitely someone who understands what good customer service is all about. Although Coggin is out of my way, you can be sure that I'll continue to service my Z4 there from now on!

I went shopping for a new 2013 BMW 328i, so I went to Coggins BMW. I kind of expected a bunch of stiff shirts, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was sincere, friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in. Curtis Stumbaugh was the salesman who helped me out with my car purchase, and I would recommend him to any family member or friend. He went out of his way to help me find the right car and have it built for me in Germany...how cool is that? In one of lifes most stressful moments like buying a car, you need the right salesperson and dealership, and for me that was Curtiss and Coggins BMW. The dealership of course was certainly clean, but what really impressed me was the big window that allows people who are getting their car serviced to see the actually see the service area where the work on their car is being performed. It's very clean and professional, and it makes a person feel comfortable about letting their car be serviced there, all the while you can be enjoying free coffee, pastries, etc. It's great. I would recommend Coggins BMW to anyone!

Curtis worked with me as a walk in customer as if i had been a long time customer. he was curious, creative and took all the time needed to get me the car I wanted and to make sure i was comfortable driving it. To say Ronnie is knowledgeable about BMW's is like saying the Pope is a little religious. He knew everything there was to know about the cars and spent a lot of time with me--even staying past the dealerships closing time to help me. 1/29/2012 We traded in our car for a pre-owned Mercedes - benz SLK 230. the entire staff especially Ronnie were TOTALLY DISHONEST to us by NOT disclosing a few known to them issues with the SLK 230 in their lot!Namely the 3 - small dents in the roof panel that we saw 4 blocks away from Coggin BMW after purchasing it. I called Ronnie and got silence from him and nothing else! No offer for us to come back in! Just a silent person. The rest of the staff was the same way on that call!!!!!!!!. Blatant customer NO-SERVICE! Is all we got from just 4 blocks away and 7 minutes after purchasing the car!! These people are low-down dirty, lying thieves and totally UN-ETHICAL-NO INTEGRITY! Dishonesty is their common trait and they can not be trusted! Their attitude was very bad and Ronnie Mcfarland made very bad advances to my wife while we were in the dealership!! We drove 400 mi rd.trip(from Ocala Fl) because we knew from previous experience that we could trust Jim to make a great deal for us and we could believe whatever he said about the vehicle we were buying..We were not disappointed.He was a pleasure to work with.very receptive to our requests for whatever we asked for...going above and beyond in getting us into this new car. He transferred our insurance and our roadside maintenance from our previous car and once the deal was made got the car ready for us explaining all the features etc. so that when we left for home we were very secure in our decision.

Last week I purchased a new 2012 BMW X5d. James Pescatore is my client advisor and did a great job. Jimmy spent a lot of up front time with me trying to find a vehicle that met my specs and that was within my budget. He stayed in constant touch we me and we ultimately decided to order a vehicle from the factory. Jimmy and I were able to accomplish everything via e-mail and telephone which was great as I do not reside in the dealership area. The vehicle was delivered during the time frame promised by Jimmy. Also, upon delivery, Jim spent a lot of time with me going over all the pertinent aspects of the vehicle and has followed up with me during the past week with timely responses to questions that I had. I'm assuming that I can continue to bug him when I need help.I've owned and/or leased Audis and an Infiniti and Jimmy Pescatore has been the most helpful and personable car salesperson to date. Overall, the car buying experience at Coggin was very good. They stuck to the negotiated price and there were no real surprises when it came time to close the transaction. Finally, Coggin knows that customers can easily arm themselves with cost/price information gathered from the internet and elsewhere, and that most customers shop around and get quotes from multiple dealerships, particularly with high end vehicles. As opposed to other dealerships, Coggin provided me with price information up front in initial e-mail exchanges, rather than the age old technique of "come on in" used by other dealers with whom I spoke. That what significant to me, as my time was very limited. The less nonsense, the greater chance of a sale - in my book. Jimmy P and Coggin seem to well understand that concept.

I visited the dealership on a Sunday afternoon with my wife and was greeted by Jimmy -James Pescatore. Being very friendly while offering to test drive one the used BWM's on the lot Jimmy pointed me to a very nice Blue 328i. While enjoying the test drive with my wife and son who was totally happy with the rear AC vents my eye caught a silver 335i. While originally looking at one of the nicely priced 328's the 335i with the twin turbo was definitely the car for me with very low miles at the right price I could not not stop thinking about the car for a couple days. I spoke to Jimmy and came in to work the numbers. If you need a car ask for Jimmy he is very knowledgeable and polite as well with complete knowledge of the cars and the controls.

Our 1st Coggin experience was in Jan-Feb 2011 when we traded in a camaro for a pre-owned SLK 230 at the BMW store in Fort Pierce. It only took a 3 hour drive from our home in east Naples for me to find and experience an automotive dealer that did what they said they would and then some too. Ronnie Mcfarland was my first contact by phone and I found his Coggin customer service attitude refreshingly different and trusting so we made an appointment to visit. The entire day exceeded our expectations for honesty, integrity and ethics by the entire Coggin BMW team from Ronnie McFarland to Rich Williams finance manager. There clearly is a customer service difference working with the Coggin group and in my opinion their doing what they say they will sets the bar for customer satisfaction as a role model example for other dealers to strive for. We had a very good day, the transaction went smoothly and having experienced the Coggin trust first hand they are the only automotive group to have earned my trust for future purchases. Best car buying experience ever thanks to Jimmy Pescatore.This was my first time buying a BMW so I had been looking online and talked to a couple of dealerships closer to where I live prior to talking to Jimmy Pescatore and felt like I was getting very little information from the sales representatives at other dealerships and very inflated prices for the car I wanted. Jimmy Pescatore from Coggin on the otherhand was very straightforward and very informative. Jimmy found the car I was looking for within a hour at the right price and had it transported to the dealership within a few days.Once the car arrived Jimmy went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Unfortunately after leaving the dealership the same day I had somehow gotten a screw in my tire and had a flat,however Jimmy and the Coggin dealership replaced it for free. Now that is service!

I originally called the dealership to inquire about purchasing a maintenance plan for my 2008 528i. I spoke with Ronnie McFarland and he suggested to put the 2500.00 down and upgrade my 2008 to a newer car, rolling back the miles so to speak, and after thinking about it, I decided to go for it. Ronnie was very patient and very professional in the transaction. Even when it looked like the deal was not going to happen, he went back to the finance offer for a 5th time and got the numbers where I needed them according to my budget. My experience was awesome and Ronnie was awesome. I drove off the lot a week later in my 2010 528i.

I had spoken to him last year sometime and told him that I would be ready to buy a car sometime in January or February. He had sold a BMW to my business partner, Sergei and I thought with that experience, I think I'd like to work with Jimmy. Bought the car on Monday and asked for delivery on Saturday. Sent 3 e-mails to confirm that the car would be ready on Saturday. Arrived Saturday and all sales persons were in a meeting. Waited around for help and then went looking for the car. The car was being worked on by a mechanic. We left!!!! I would never recommend this dealer to anyone.

Client Advisor, Jimmy P, was exceptional in selling my wife her M3. That was a big reason we did not "shop" my purchase of a 760 Li. Jimmy worked tirelessly to explain the options and recommend configurations that suited our driving styles. Both cars were ordered and he kept us up-to-date on delivery progress. Then at delivery he spent hours going over the car and showing us how to use the extensive capabilities of each car. Jimmy is always available to answer questions and show you how to do things. He even set up the cars initially for our driving interests and style. The only reason I downgraded the overall experience to a 4 was because of the somewhat strongarm attempt to push the extended warrantee and the delay with the trucking company delivering the vehicle to the dealership.Other than that, my experience was the best car-buying experience i have ever known. I felt particularly fortunate to deal with salesman Dennis Layman who is the epitome of integrity, reliability, and a sincere desire to understand the customer's needs/desires. He is most accommodating and he makes one feel that they are dealing with a loyal and devoted friend.He sets a new standard in automobile salesmanship. i am confident that anyone who deals with him will be very happy they did so.I assure my comments about Dennis are totally unsolicited. He is not a relative and I never knew him prior to a chance meeting at the dealership. My search for an all-wheel-drive SUV or station wagon took several months. During that time I visited Mercedes, BMW, Toyota, Audi and Volvo dealers in Melbourne, West Palm Beach and Fort Pierce for test drives and information. Eventually my focus narrowed down to 3 different BMW models, and our salesman Jimmy Pescatore was very patient as my husband and I test drove all 3 -- several times. I recently was in the market for a BMW SUV having had 4 previous BMW cars that I've had great experiences with. I live in the South Florida market where BMW dealerships have a very bad reputation... they deserve every bit of that bad reputation. After several visits and calls to every South Florida dealer from Pompano Beach in the north to South Miami, I was given little if any discounts on my "custom" (meaning they'd have to order the vehicle) X5. To top it off, one dealership (Lauderdale BMW of Ft. Lauderdale) gave me IN WRITING a very good discount on the X5 and when push came to shove to place the order, I was given the line: "Sorry, my manager threw the deal off the table. He won't let me proceed at that price." Instead, the salesman there tried to add another $2K to the deal! So, I decided to expand my search west and north. I came into contact with Jimmy Pescatore of Coggin BMW Treasure Coast, and I am glad I did. From the start, he listened to what I wanted order-wise and what price I wanted. He told me he'd beat any other dealership's price guaranteed... and he delivered... I received twice the savings off of MSRP than Lauderdale BMW was going to give me, AND there was no bait-and-switch later... Jimmy stuck to his price. When I went to go pickup my truck, after placing the order just 3 weeks prior (unbelievable factory turn-around time!), I was greeted at the door, shown my new vehicle and taken inside. I was given a lovely goodies basket, no last minute price surprises, and left the dealership as one happy customer.To all those reading this, I can say without a doubt that Coggin BMW in Treasure Coast has been the most pleasurable BMW dealership I've dealt with or purchased from. If you are given the run-around by your local dealership (especially if you live in South Florida like me), look 2 hours up north to Jimmy. You won't regret it! Just a disclaimer, I was given no incentive to write this review... just felt I'd share my experience with those who read this site.

I think this was probably the best new car purchase experience I have had and I have purchased quite a few cars.

The sales associate that I worked, Manny Miranda, couldn't have done a better job making this transaction smooth and convenient. I live in Ft. Lauderdale approximately two hours from Coggin Treasure Coast. I initially took the trip to Coggin to look at a used 5 series that Coggin had advertised for sale online. On my trip up, one of my window motors burnt out and my window would not roll up. Manny got my car in for service while I test drove the 5 series and the repair was complted while I waited. It later turned out that the 5 series was not exactly what I was looking for so Manny showed me some lease options. Originally I had ruled out leasing as an option, but Manny educated me as to why leasing was better for me and he worked with me to get the payment that I wanted. Honestly, the only reason that I went with Coggin was because of the way Manny handled our deal. He was not pushy at all and he made me feel comfortable with how the lease payment was calculated so I knew I was getting a good deal. He also had the car delivered to me at work so I did not have to take the two house drive back up to Treasure Coast to pick it up. I have worked with other BMW dealerships in the past and I did not feel as comfortable as I did working with Coggin. Five stars!

I could not had a more positive experience with Jimmy and the Coggin team. I was looking to lease a vehicle with a specific color/ trim combination. I contacted several dealerships, most said the color/trim did not exist when I knew it did. Sure enough, Jimmy found exactly what I was looking for and some. We made the deal on the phone, never had to go to the dealership. The car was brought to me in impeccable condition. I was told that car underwent a 121 inspection and I heard a noise which required a hose change. Had car home for only 2 days after purchase and there is already a repair bill for faulty restraint close to $1000.00 even after I was told that car passed inspection. Did not get a price quote for spare key as I requested and salesman said he would call previous owner to request the spare key and I haven't heard from him.

I had a warning light about the back right tail light. I took a look at it and noticed the connector was melted. So i brought it in for service. The service rep. told me that it would be $150.00 being pressed for time i said do it.Then they had to order a part......we recieved a loaner car. When we finally picked up our car the bill was 278.00.

This was our second car purchase with Coggin, and it will be our last. It took 3 weeks to purchse my car that I had leased from them the last three years. It did take sometime to get the financing figured out on my end, but when they don't return phone calls and start passing the job around to everyone in their office who is not relevant to the purchase it takes up a lot more time then what was necessary. They not only provided my family and I with incompetent customer service, but my bank that was involved received the same treatment. Then after they finally got their payment and dropped off the car they proceeded to ignore multiple requests from my bank to return the necessary documents that were needed to finalize the loan. To top it all off I got my car back minus the car mats that came with the car, and when I called to inquire they proceeded to tell me the car never had them in there. Customer service in a business like this should be outstanding, but from what I experienced it doesn't seem like Coggin BMW cares too much about selling a car. I now understand why they don't give you the option to post on their Facebook page.

Great customer service - worked within a busy schedule of ours and came to our house to finish paper work and has been very responsive to follow-up calls.We stopped in the dealership to look at a car advertised in the paper and learned it did not have some features we needed. Immediately upon arrival we were cordially greeted and welcomed by Mr. Curtis Stumbaugh. We found his product knowledge and obvious professionlism very pleasant (especially after not so pleasant "car salesman" experiences over many years). As a matter of fact we found Curtis' demeanor and interface with us highly representative of "Client Advisor" title.After a highly interactive and informing test drive he directed us to your customer lounge so that we could seriously and privately consider a purchase unpressured (and the free snacks were great). After completion of a successful offer and purchase agreement (including introducing to us his Sales Manager - we apologize we can't recall his name but he mentioned having family near our area). He also was friendly and very cordial.Afterward Curtis invited and introduced us to your Finance Manager, Mr. Eric PanKratz. He also was very cordial, friendly and highly knowledgeable of his area of responsibility. Bottom line; we found our Coggin's encounters and experiences highly inspiring. We took delivery of the car drove home 77 miles away. Although we still needed to complete payment arrangements Eric was helpful, understanding and very supportive. We really appreciated him for that. I live in Miami, about two blocks away from Braman BMW and fairly close to several other BMW dealerships. After negotiating with five South Florida dealerships over two weeks, none would meet my (reasonable) offer and most were treating me with indifference or too much pressure. In fact, as my lease term came closer to its end, two of the salesmen actually renegotiated terms for the worse (blaming their managers), as they probably felt they had more leverage or were ready to move the car I wanted. Two days before my lease expiration, I decided to widen the geographic range of potential dealerships and happened upon Coggin.I spoke with Jimmy Pescatore, told him what I was looking for (by then I had the exact car, options, and pricepoint nailed down). He was genuinely friendly, very responsive, and straightforward. He found the car, and after a couple of conversations with his manager and me, Coggin accepted my offer and we started the paperwork.When we arrived at Coggin, it was almost closing time on Saturday evening. The car was waiting and Jimmy's coworkers were prepped and ready to help. Even still, we were there almost until about two hours after closing; Jimmy was still with me, happy (and funny) as can be.Could I have gotten the same deal I wanted at a closer South Florida dealership? Probably, but not without a lot more stress. Was it worth the two + hour drive from Miami to Fort Pierce to work with Jimmy and his team? Without a doubt.If I had to do it again, I'd do the same amount of research (MSRP vs. invoice, residual values, etc.) but none of the customary haggling with other dealers. I'll go straight to Jimmy and trust that as long as I'm reasonable, he'll do the best he can. I can and will recommend Jimmy, Rich, and the rest of the Coggin folks to prospective BMW owners without any reservations.

After shopping around for a BMW for about one month, I had started to give up on finding the 535i I really wanted. Living in central florida, there is a chain of dealerships that just did not seem interested in my business, in assisting me in finding the car of my dreams, or in any form of customer service. Responding to an online article with just a hope, I came across this dealership. Granted it was 2 hours away but on first contact with them, I wanted to give them a try, as they had the car I have been searching for. I called and they held the car for me as I expressed my interest. They went above and beyond to make sure the car was in great condition for me, and even when there wasn't, they vowed to remediate it. Great price for the car, excellent customer service, and very friendly staff. Made buying my first BMW an excellent encounter. Now I have a 535i in my garage in Orlando, but I will be returning to this dealership for service, even if it's 2 hours away, reason being these people are genuine, just as the cars they sell.

I was extremely pleased with my sales experience at Coggin BMW. This is my 4th BMW purchase, or lease. The first three were in NY, so this was my first interaction with Coggin. I feel that many BMW owners, including myself, have come to expect a higher standard from any BMW dealership. Coggin BMW certainly lived up to that standard that I had become accustomed to in my dealings with NY BMW dealers. My salesman, Curtis, was extremely helpful, patient, and friendly. I've dealt with dealerships of other makes of vehicles, and although all the BMW dealers were in a class of their own, I felt exceptionally comfortable with Coggin BMW. At no time did I feel pressured by anyone. I spent quite some time at the dealership deciding on models, options, etc. During that time, not only were the folks directly involved with me courteous, and friendly, but other employees also took the opportunity to introduce themselves and make me feel comfortable.As mentioned, this being my 4th BMW, I'm clearly sold on the fact the BMW offers an outstanding product for a fair price. I'd highly recommend that anyone in the market for a vehicle in this class, not only look toward BMW, but more specifically take a trip to Coggin BMW. They take great pride in the BMW family attitude, and that begins the moment you're greeted by one of their employees. I did all of my research online and knew exactly what I wanted. I figured the invoice price, the Edmunds TMV, the Euro delivery price right down to the cent, including all taxes and fees and came up with a narrow range of prices that I was prepared to pay.I did some 'dry runs' at Brahman in West Palm Beach and Vista in Coconut Creek. This gave me the opportunity to test drive a car similar to what I had in mind, and it did indeed make up my mind to buy a 135i.I found the sales people at Brahman and Vista to be rude and ill informed. One guy from Brahman actually called me the day after I walked out to try and get me to come back in. When I explained that I intend to do everything over email/phone, he tried to tell me that that was illegal in the US and implied that I knew no better (I am European and I speak with an accent).I checked dealerrater.com and discovered all of the positive reviews for Coggin Ft Pierce. It seemed that the top sales person there was a guy by the name of RONNIE MCFARLAND. So I called him.Ronnie immediately quoted me a price that was a few dollars below my target price. We worked thru all of the options and accessories - Coggin has a printable 15% off coupon for installed accessories. We then satisfactorily worked thru all the taxes and fees.I placed the order and was sent the production number and VIN without me having to ask for them. The car arrived last night, 7 1/2 weeks later. I do have a small issue with the car (the Aux port for the stereo appears to have been disconnected), but I am confident that it will be resolved quickly.I have to say, in all honesty, that this has been the best purchasing experience I have ever had. I have bought a BMW (from Vista), a Lexus, Saab, Jaguar among other cars over the years, and while some of those experiences have been positive (notably Lexus and Jaguar), the Coggin experience was really superior.I give Coggin and specifically Ronnie my highest recommendation.

Not only did I get excellent service from Jeff the entire time, from initial contact to driving off the lot in my new car, but the deal was the best in the entire state of Florida. Jimmy went way out of his way not only to let me take two cars overnight on test drives, but to find the car that I eventually ended up leasing. After the sale and the orientation, he has called me twice just to make sure that everything was OK and to see if I had any questions. The whole experience was so much better than any car dealer I have ever done business with. I felt like I was getting the truth and wasn't being taken advantage of. He was genuine and witty and had an extensive knowledge of the car that I was interested in. We did several test drives and then we found "the car"! The purchase price was agreed on in short order and a good deal was made by both parties. I never felt the least bit pressured to buy or the look at something that I wasn't interested in. We had an opportunity to meet part of the sales team and they were kind and helpful. I have always dreaded buying a car,but the whole experience was positive and memorable. Ronnie is a high class individual with solid sales experience and knowledge about BMW. In particular, he helped us locate a BMW 1 series convertible in Texas with the exact specs we were interested in mainly the M Sport package ,which another BMW dealer told us was not available on a 128i, only a 135i, had it shippped to Coggin BMW and within 1 week we were driving home our new car. From the first phone call, Ronnie took the time to understand our dynamic situation: we walked out of Ft. lauderdale BMW the week prior after being misled, we had a trade-in, and we wanted a brand new 1 series convertible with an M sport package. After locating the vehicle, David Colonna-new vehicle sales manager, another gem at Coggin Bmw, helped us in working out a deal we agreed on. David took the extra time to make sure everything was emailed to us with all the final numbers and ensured seamless execution of our deal. Out of 7 BMW dealerships we dealt with, including one in Palm Harbor where we had a family friend, Ronnie and David, made us the best deal possible and offered amazing service. If you got an email from a car dealer (like Coggin BMW) confirming a total price of xxx for a vehicle, what would you expect to pay if you declined all the other products offered by the business manager at closing? Especially if the agreed total included sales taxes and $599 for miscellaneous dealer fees, would you fly to Florida expecting to pay xxx for the vehicle? I did in Dec. but was then surprised at closing with charges of more than $500 in additional fees. My wife and I decided to pay the penalty for gullibility, but you should be more careful.

Jeff Jordan's speed of action and responsiveness set a higher standard than what I experienced from all other dealers including Sarasota BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Cadillac. I told every car salesman I met that I needed to purchase before the end of the month and you were the only one who took that seriously. The local BMW guy who set up my test drives emailed this morning to let me know he had found a couple of possible matches for what I told him I needed ten days ago. You sold me the car because you listened.At my birthday dinner last night it definitely enriched the story to tell my family and friends how you searched all the way to Chicago to get exactly the right car for me, emailed me digital photos when it arrived, drove 3.5 hours from Ft. Pierce to bring the car to my doorstep, spent an hour showing me all the controls,took less than ten minutes to complete all paperwork.

That Auto Dealer Is Coggin BMW Treasure Coast. I highly recommend this dealership and my Sales Manager, Franklin Guglietta. I have purchased over 50 automobiles, new & used, and traveled hundreds of miles to get the exact car for a great price. This is the first time EVER, that I Was and Still Am extremely happy and totally satisfied with every aspect of car buying from start to finish. Surprisingly, I was going to buy a new Mercedes Benz, to replace my other one, and found myself purchasing a new BMW. How did this happen? Take a look at their Show Room, the Lot, the Service Center = the cleanest, organized, one of a kind auto sales floor that is a delight to see. But it was my Sales Manager, Franklin Guglietta's experience, friendliness, and honesty that was refreshing and a pleasure to work with. He not only answered all my questions, and inquires, but demonstrated every technical and mechanical aspect of the automobile. It was as if he, himself, built the BMW from the tires up. Really, he even sold me on the Run Flat Tires equipped with BMW's which I had reservations about, but not now. From the Engine to the Exhaust, this Gentleman knew everything about the operations of the vehicles inside and out. I was totally satisfied by the great price I got on my BMW. Every time I reach for the keys, I smile and am reminded how this has been the Most Outstanding Car Purchase I have ever experienced. Yes, I am positively impressed, and that is saying something. If you are looking to play games, waste your time, have your intelligence insulted, just go some where else. I placed a custom order for a 2010 BMW 328i. I live in Orlando and Coggin is about 2 hours away. I decided to do business with them due to Kathy's professionalism and friendliness. Im a busy person and wanted to get a quote via email. Many dealers in FL tried to force me to come over to talk to them, as Fields BMW did, and I wasted hours at their dealership not being able to strike a deal. Coggin provided me with a best deal over the email and they treated me with respect when I came over to sign paperwork and pick up the car. They really make you feel like a VIP. Theyre very responsive and provided me with a lot of support. Theyre not pushy to pick extra options I didnt care about and delivered the car as expected. I would highly recommend them even if it is not in your neighborhood.

On December 8th, I visited this dealership, to inquire about trading in my car and leasing a Bmw. I met Wayne for the first time. He was extremely well informed about the BMW product, and was concerned about my finding the right fit for me. We looked at many automobiles and Wayne spent many hours, locating the right Auto and securing the right payment plan that I felt comfortable with. Although we didnt find the right car that day, Wayne found the perfect car for me the next day, and we are very pleased that he went the extra mile for us. Mr. McFarland was the most professional car salesman I have had the pleasure of dealing with in the 45 years I have been purchasing automobiles. He was pleasant, forthright, diligent, and determined to get the best deal he could for my wife and me. Also, he knows how to take "no" for an answer and understood the economics of our deals. Furthermore, the Finance Managers who were involved in the transactions, and the floor and general managers as well, were professional and understood exactly how to get these deals closed in a very short period of time. I would highly recommend this BMW dealership in general, and Mr. McFarland in particular, to anyone who is considering purchasing or leasing a BMW. It was worth the 6 hour round-trip drive to deal with him.I must add a postscript to my review of Coggin BMW. Today, less than 24 hours after closing the deal, the folks at Coggin BMW showed me they not only know how to treat a customer before he/she signs on the dotted line, but also takes care of them afterwards. One of the runflat tires on my wife's new 328i picked up a large and nasty nail as she was driving home from the dealership. The ink wasn't even dry on the road hazard warranty we bought just for this hazard. The folks at Coggin could just as easily told us to take care of it ourselvs as handle the problem for us. Well, believe it or not, tomorrow the service dept. is sending a mechanic on a 300 mile round trip - 6 hour journey to bring us a brand new rim and tire, remove the defective one, and replace it. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!!! In my entire 45 year driving career I have never seen post-closing service like this. The folks at Coggin just don't know how to say "no" or "we can't" or "we won't". At a time when the term "customer service" has become an oxymoron, the folks at Coggin BMW are truly the exception, rather than the rule. I can't stop saying enough good things about them. While I realize everyone may not have the same experience with Coggin as my wife and I did, I hope everyone gives them a try.

Coggins is the best run BMW dealership I have been in....I have been a loyal owner of BMW's for many years....by far....this dealership has great sevice...finance department and,of course, sales....no pressesure but loads of knowledge about the product.......I am so glad that I found them. Buying a car can be such a sressful experience....cut the stress....go directly to Coggins!

The experience with this dealer was an excellent one. Would recommend. Walking amongst the vehicles was comfortable and pleasant (not hassled), the selection of vehicles and differing models/options was not too large, yet not too limited. This appeared be a well-run business. Appreciated the professionalism and calm, friendly demeanor of Dennis Byk -- highly recommend him as a salesman. This experience related to a new lease, and Dennis was both knowledgeable and helpful, in addition to being enjoyable to speak with. Happy with the car! Happy with the experience!

Coggin BMW gave me the Greatest overall Price, Value & Customer Service. Everyone I met there was pleasant & friendly. They have a very clean & well maintained showroom & accessory store. For 2 mos I worked with 8 dealerships in South Fla. Finally, Coggin BMW Treasure Coast exceeded all my expectations. I spoke with Jeff first over the internet, several times. Then I drove an hour & half, they had my car & the paperwork all ready for me. Jeff Jordan got me into the new 2009 X5 Dream car that I wanted & at a price I could afford. They Treated me with respect, no games, easy to understand paperwork & nice welcome aboard BMW gifts. I received a sincere follow up for doing business with them & to see if there were any questions. Actually, I left my CD, in the player of my old car, they found it & sent it right back to me. I will definetly recommend them to family & friends. I look forward to working with them again in the near future.

My personal experience with Jeff Jordan, sales man with Coggin BMW, FT Piece,FL was examplary. I have purchased many high end autos and have had many experiences with sales people; however, Jeff Jordan has been the best sales man so far! Jeff provided me with a great price on the BMW X5. The trade-in value was right on target with no haggling. Upon delivery of my X5, Jeff gave me the floor mats for free....when I purchased my Porsche in 2007 the sales man at that time gave me nothing!!! My wife received a few gifts from Jeff, including a $50.00 gift certificate to the BMW store. I can't say enough about Jeff....he is a true professional and demonstrates a real genuine concern to meet the needs of his individual client. Dealing with Jeff, made the whole experience of purchasing a NEW auto pleasant with no stress or hassles.

I would recommend this dealership as far as the 2 gentleman I dealt with. They were both extremely personable and went out of their way to get the right payment for me. A single female is often taken advantage of by salesmen but I know that I truly got the best deal I could. I can only hope the service dept. will be as kind.

I just recently turned in my 2006 325 BMW for a new 2009 I28 and was introduced to Mr. Manny Miranda, Client Advisor at Coggin BMW Treasure Coast. Best salesman that I have ever had. Mr. Miranda was able to locate a vehicle with the specifictions I wanted within hours and had the vehicle shipped from across the State within a day. Mr. Miranda had everything ready when I arrived and coordinated the transaction with the utmost expedience. Not to mention that Mr. Miranda was so nice and easy to talk to. I have been to other dealerships in the past and the salesmen are usually pushy - while two others are running after you at the same time. Mr. Manny Miranda has the professionalism, class and respect that you want when you are purchasing a BMW. Coggin BMW Treasure Coast is by far the most reputable, friendly and high quality dealership in the State of Florida. I know as I have been a customer since 2003. I CONTACTED COGGIN BMW OVER THE INTERNET AFTER 2 VISITS TO FIELDS BMW, LOCATED LESS THAN 20 MINUTES FROM MY HOME. JEFF JORDAN CONTACTED ME IMMEDIATELY AND IN A COUPLE OF DAYS MY WIFE'S 5-SERIES BMW WAS DRIVEN TO US IN LONGWOOD, FLORIDA.THIS WAS PROBABLY MY MOST PLEASANT CAR LEASING/PURCHASE EXPERIENCE. THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION WAD HANDLED BY INTERNET AND TELEPHONE AND I COMMEND JEFF HIGHLY FOR MAKING THIS SUCH A PAINLESS AND PLEASANT CAR PURCHASE FOR OUR FAMILY. Paided $110.00 for 15 min diag. Just to be told what I already knew. What has happened to fairness in the world today.Said they would detail the car but didn't.Very nice service manager but felt ripped off by the policy of min one hour charge. The machanic could have at least hooked up the computer and did a complete diag or the car.
