Every time I go to Cole Valley Chevrolet, I am greeted by their friendly personnel, whether it be in Service or Sales. I feel like I'm more than a number or task they need to get done. My latest visit was for a routine oil change, tire rotation and inspection and they performed this in a timely manner and let me know when my vehicle was ready. I was waiting in their very comfortable and clean waiting room.

Employees make you feel important and take time to explain what they did to service your vehicleI only wish they could have washed my car. When I bought the vehicle was told I would receive 5 free car washes from the salesmen , found out that dealership does not offer car washes.

I got there early and they took my car in, got the oil changed, tires rotated and inspection completed and I was out of there in good time. Both of the service personnel were friendly and helpful. I gave them a coupon I had but they said their special saved me more money than the coupon. Also, coffee in the clean and neat waiting room. 3 of the sales personnel greeted me and asked if everything was fine. I will definitely return here for service and for my next purchase or lease.

It was the best car buying experience I have encountered. No high pressure sales. I was contacted within 24 hours of my internet inquiry. The whole experience left me with the vehicle I love and a smile on my face. The only knock against them is they have a relatively small selection of used cars and overall its a smaller dealership. However they more than make up for it in costumer service.

I was just shopping around for a used Envoy in the are and came across several in my budget. I emailed 2, but Roger from Cole Valley replied to me very quickly and was genuine. We emailed back and forth several times, without any pressure to give any personal info, which he always responded very quickly. Once I felt comfortable enough I filled out an online application for financing which even then was a zero-pressure sale. Chris, Cole Valley financing officer, did an amazing job of getting me my terms for financing the Envoy. Once I made an appointment to see the vehicle, it was pretty much a done deal. It was represented and descripted well on cars.com, even though the color was incorrect :) When I arrived at Cole Valley, I was greeted well and felt very comfortable about making my purchase with Roger. He made it a zero pressure sale from start to finish. I would highly reccomend Cole Valley to anyone. The only reasons that I didn't give perfect stars is because I felt that the facility was a little to open and not private enough. Also, I felt like my trade in value was a little low on my truck. But I sill took the deal because of the incredible customer service from Roger and Chris at Cole Valley Chevrolet!

I explained to Carl the type of used truck I was looking for and was immediately shown the 2011 Silverado. He knew exactly what I wanted, which is usually the case. This is not my first purchase from Carl. I purchase two new vehicles in the past, and he was the salesman. Each experience gets better and better. I will always direct friends and family to Carl, which I have already done.
