This was my 5th purchase from Olsen Cadillac. I have had exceptional experiences in all of these purchases. Salesperson was very helpful. Was met at the door and was asked what he could do for me and then proceeded to show an XT5 that was on the showroom floor. From there, we sat down and he found the vehicle I wanted which was in stock and then we discussed price and came to an agreement on a trade-in value and final cost. Very satisfied with results.

I was supposed to pick up my vehicle and received a call from salesman that day the bank was involved with the dealership due to financial distress! I had already financed thru them and put money down! I was told two choices, first get reimbursed my money and go elsewhere or second, wait it out (unknown if it would be resolved anytime soon)... The day I was purchasing a vehicle over $30,000, Mgr was rude and not very personable, I can see why they are in trouble. Other than that my salesman was friendly and knowledgeable.

In January I Purchased a 2010 Cadillac DTS Platinum from Olsen Cadillac in Woburn, MA. I paid a little over 23,000 plus $800 for shipping to Myrtle Beach. Unfortunately the GPS System has never worked since I received the car. I called the dealership and they said it was likely a defective disk and told me they would send another one. Here it is in June and I have not receive a disk as promised. I have made over 20 calls and each time have been promised by several people at Olsen that they would seen a new updated disk.DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT THESE PEOPLE TELL YOU!!!

From working with Rob Fereshetian and the finance manager I forget the gentleman's name I must say it was literally the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. Both Rob and the gentleman handling the finance aspect of our sale were absolutely up front, respectful and completely honest with us throughout the whole process. There was never any pressure put on us and they let us make up our own minds which showed us the that they were there for the customers and not only to make a sale. I received my car after a 2 week repair in your body shop. Mr. Goolishian drove it to my daughters house 1 mile away and it looked beautiful ! Later in the day I went to drive it and tried to move the seat forward. It would not move . Also the side mirrors did not sense a vehicle on either side. The next morning I went to tell them what was not working and they promptly took the car and made the necessary repair. It was the computer not reading the new part. It was quick and done efficiently. They are truly professional. Thank you Mr, Goolishian and staff of RC Olsen cadillac.

But, I will focus on our latest experience/purchase. David Gomes was our salesman. He is incredibly knowledgable and we put him through the paces with our incessant questions. He is passionate about his job, a very patient man, and searched out answers to inquiries on the spot. He is an outstanding representative for Olsen Cadillac; I can only hope that Olsen Cadillac knows and appreciates what a gem he is. Another person that made an impression on us (which is not easy!) is Alex Rogers, New Car Sales Manager. He has a delightful, engaging demeanor and he too is very knowledgeable. This is a bit overdue, but Thank God for Olsen Cadillac. I'd still be driving a car meant for my sister if it wasn't for the effort & obvious expertise of David Robinson; who somehow someway got me out of a terrible situation, financially and otherwise, and into a pre-owned jeep they had on their lot. Four dealerships told me they couldn't/wouldn't finance me before my ending up at Olsen. Not only that, but the attention I received along with the unusual expediency with which David was able to facilitate everything, was quite unlike other dealerships who seemed to drag out an already tedious process (especially if you've had to do it several times), keeping me tied up for half a day or more.A great experience I didn't expect, and one for which I'm thankful.joe khouri

I had been looking for a new car for 4 months. I felt every time I called a dealership they would quote me a price and when I would get there it was a whole different price and customer service was so-so. I then happened to see a car on line I liked at Olsen Cadillac. I called on a Tuesday morning and spoke with Heather in internet sales. She was fabulous answered all my questions and gave me a quote. I drove out to Woburn to make the deal on this Cadillac SRX. Heather told me to see Joe when I got there he had the car waiting for me. The price was the same land the trade in on my car was fair. I wrote them a check that night for the car and picked the car up on Thursday!!! In less then 48 hours I was driving the car I wanted!!! What's important to know is I live about an hour away from this dealership, Joe offered to bring the car to me!!!!! More than their great pricing and true to their word I was so impressed with their customer service throughout the dealership!!! I will recommend this dealership to anyone!!!! After I responded that I was disappointed that my car wasn't washed after a previous visit received an apology from George Dow as the new car wash was not working. He then offered a complimentary new look car cleaning inside and out including engine steam cleaning. interior shampoo and exterior polish and wax. If they had a rating of a ten star hotel that would be Olsen, Caddilac , the are very respectfull to all youre needs, and they do everything first class.I know when I buy a car from them they stand behind it 101%. I accidentally crashed my beloved 2005 Cadillac STS which was in pristine condition prior to the accident. The insurance company declared my car "totaled" therefore, I needed to buy another car. Since I loved my old car so much, I purchased a new Cadillac to replace it. The entire process was a complete pleasure. Chris, in the Body Shop was very nice and very helpful. Dave Robinson, the gentleman who sold me my new car, was also very nice, extremely helpful and could not have made the process of buying a new car any easier. The gentleman I mainly work with in Service, Marc Hecht, is incredibly nice and helpful. Also, I cannot write a review without mentioning Lenny. Whenever I need a ride to or from Olsen Cadillac due to maintenance, service or repair, Lenny is always there to provide transportation for me and could not be a nicer guy.

I've been doing business with Olsen Cadillac for over 30 years. Now, I live on Cape Cod so I drive 100 miles each way to get my car serviced there. The experience was very good. My wife and I went for a test drive with Joe and I went to get a sandwich at a deli in Winchester. During the test drive we said we liked the car and decided to purchase it. The paperwork process with Joe and the purchase of an extended warranty was great.I have to say that dealing with Olsen one gets the wow factor from the service leads to sales to cashing out has always been a good experience

Dave Gomes is a great guy. No hassle no games. I actually trusted him so much I only spoke with him on the phone and agreed on a price, had a friend check the car out, and met him for the first time when I actually saw the car for the first time, and I have bought plenty of cars. Of course I test drove it but it was only had 14k. Service dept so far has been equally as impressive. They have gone out of their way to help me a few times. I hope this all continues. They are just regular guys and not the sharks you see elsewhere. They will talk with you even if you arent buying a car.

I have been going to Olsen for years and they have the best selection and stand behind their vehicles 100%. The service department is EXCELLENT. I have interacted with Mark and Ray in service and they are the best. I have purchased 4 cadillacs from Olsen and the last one I just got and had Dave Robinson as my sales guy and he was unbelievable. Love him!!! He did everything possible to make my experience as painless as possible..in fact I actually enjoyed myself. No one can say that about buying a car!!! I highly recommend Olsen. I recently bought my first Cadillac DTS from Olsen Cadillac. I can say that from the time I walked in the door until I drove my new car off the lot it was an outstanding experience. Skipp Peterson was one of those...one in a million salesman that every car dealership should have. Skipp was extremely knowledgeable about every question I had about the car I was purchasing. I mostly liked the time that Skipp gave me when I was deciding about purchasing the car. When time came for me to purchase the car Skipp and the sales manager Bruce gave me the price I was looking for. I had noticed some minor issues on the car. When my wife and I were handling all the paper work, Skipp made my car top priority to get those things in my car fixed. That car looked like it just came out of the factory. When my car was all set, cleaned and detailed Skipp handed over the keys to my car. I was very very happy on the way my car looked and smelled. In the past I have bought cars at other dealerships and have always got the run around from the salesman. Skipp is not like that at all he is a gentleman and an outstanding Cadillac salesman. In the future I would only buy my next car from Olsen Cadillac and only from Skipp Peterson. He made my wife and I feel comfortable with the whole buying experience. I would recommended everyone I know to Skipp Peterson and Olsen Cadillac. Thanks again, Richard Doherty one happy Cadillac owner!!

Brought in my 8 months old SRX for Rear Axle Service. Not even sure what exactly is the problem. Dropped off the car in perfect condition and the service manager Ray never mentioned to me that my car had any damaged. When I picked up the car the next morning, there's a huge dent above the back bumper on the drive's side where you can see a gap between the bumper and the body of the car. There's a huge scratch on the side of the bumper with the taillight scratched as well. Ray claimed that I dropped off the car like that and that he "circle" on a piece of paper indicating there was damage but it's not their policy to inform the customer of any existing damages. Does that sound right to you??? Then Ray said that he did mention it to me, then he said that he doesn't remember anymore. Which one is it? Do you think if you mentioned it to me, I wouldn't have you fix it as well since it's a brand new car?Either way, he said he circled the damage on a piece of paper that could've been made up anytime to cover his butt. What's worse is that after waiting 3 hours for the owner, Richard Olsen, to show up so we can see the video surveillance from the parking lot and the service area to determine the condition of my car when I first dropped it off, he refused to let us see the video. He did not want anyone in his office and I had to demand the Service Manager to get the owner. The owner came to the service department and kept on repeating "I didn't damage your car". I know YOU didn't do it, it's someone who works for you did it. I requested to see the video and his exact words were "no, you can't see the video, have your attorney contact me if you want to see it. By the way, the video is only available for 3 days." WOW...I did not expect the owner of the dealership to be such a jerk. This is how you treat your customers? He will be hearing from my lawyer soon.If you do decide to bring your car to this dealership for service, which I do NOT recommend, make sure you take a picture of your car before you leave it for them or have them sign something that says you dropped off a car without any damages. Then you won't be in my situation.

Unbelievable experience with Olsen. My sales person was Lisa Rapoza and she was extraordinary. She was so knowledgeable about the SRX and conveyed that knowledge to me in a very direct and succinct manner. Her overall personality and enthusiasm is second to none. There were no pressure tactics and more than anything she was very patient. When I picked up the car, Lisa took the time to review every aspect of that car with me so that when I left I did not have to question anything........ My experiecnce with Olsen Cadillac began before I even entered the showroom. I was researching online for weeks before I decided that Olsen Cadillac was where I would be purchasing my new CTS4.I came in on a Monday with my friend to test drive some vehicles and I met Mike B. He was very informative and very helpful. He repeatedly told me about the warranties and showed me how all the buttons in the car worked. I was only there that day to test drive, so he gave me his card and some more information on the cars I was interested in. The next Monday I came in and met with Irwin. What a guy!!! So helpful and so darn funny!!! I wound up purchasing a silver CTS4 with allll the extras. Not only did I get what I wanted for my trade,but I got more off the price than I had anticipated. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and the showroom was incredible. I will definitly be taking my car there for service and to see Irwin again! Thank you so much RC Olsen Cadillac! Amazing experience, in and out. Starting from a heartfelt friendliness (not a phony one that most dealers exude) to crisp integrity when completing the deal. At some point when the smoothest car deal I've ever experienced was coming to its conclusion (we traded a car in and leased 2012 SRX), I asked my husband to pinch me as I was in disbelief on how courteous, honest, straightforward the employees of the dealership were! In the past, we ended buying/ leasing Lexus specifically due to the unbearable behavior by its sales people and, particularly, the service stuff. Here, I want to come back again just to be able to experience a wonderful, caring attitude and pride for their product.

As a Realtor who is not high pressure and doesn't resort to canned sales tactics in my own business, I wasn't looking forward to the prospect of going to a dealership and having to possibly match wits and ninja mind tricks with another salesman. :-) Happily, my experience at Olsen Cadillac was nothing like that at all. I went there to check out a 2008 Cadillac STS AWD with VERY low miles that they had on their lot, and had the pleasure of chatting with David Robinson about it, and buying the car from him a few days later. David is very no-nonsense like myself and I never felt like he was trying to "sell" me. The negotiations were really straightforward and I feel like I paid a fair price for a VERY nice car. Also, I had a very minor issue the first week I had the car (broken driver's visor) and their service department took care of it immediately, and very professionally. I've had the car for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. Being a Realtor, I know well the value of referrals, and work hard to earn them. Having said that, I would wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend David Robinson and Olsen Cadillac to anybody looking for a new Cadillac.

I was searching for a 2012 SRX at dealers in NH but found the service to be terrible. I then searched newenglandcadillacdealers.com on the web on my own and found a vehicle that met my requirements at Olsen Cadillac. I clicked for more info and within 5 minutes I had a no-nonsense email from Bruce Collias, the Sales Manager. After a couple of quick back and forth emails, we zeroed right in on our mututal objectives. Bruce seamlessly passed the ball to Mike Bordonaro who picked it up and ran with it from there and he did not drop it. The entire process was worked by email in between meetings during my busy day at the office. I then went in to close the deal on the next morning. Even though it was Saturday and Mike was scheduled to be off that day, he met me at the dealership and we finished things up efficiently. This is not the first new car I have bought and while the entire process can generally be "painful" to go through, these guys listened and worked it perfectly. I highly recommend anyone buing their Cadillac from Olsen Cadillac. The short drive from Southern NH to Woburn is not an issue. They even delivered the car to me at my home so that the MA Sales tax could be averted for me as a NH resident. If you live in NH (or anywhere else), don't waste your time anywhere else. Just go to Olsen Cadillac's web page or make a visit to their showroom. As a seasoned and professional sales executive, it is very easy for me to rate my experience with the sales process at Olsen as nothing short of superlative. They are at the opposite end of the spectrum from dealers in NH marketing the same vehicles. And if you want a recommendation of a particular salesperson, just ask for Mike Bordonaro. He will take good care of your needs.

Just about a week ago, I bought a 2012 Cadillac SRX from R C Olsen Cadillac...and I couldn't be happier. This is the 6th new vehicle I've purchased, so I'm no "newbie" at this. A few days before I went to Olsen, I came close to making a huge mistake. I almost bought a car (a competing make/model) from a dealer that was by far the worst I've ever attempted to work with. When it came time to finalize everything, the deal fell apart over something trivial and I walked out.I'm so glad I did, because I went from the worst experience to the best.Fortunately for me, I was interested in an SRX Olsen had in their inventory. The reviews I read for Olsen were good, and a few people I spoke with recommended them. So, I called to schedule a test drive. I bought the car that day.I feel I got a fair deal, and more important, I felt I was treated with respect. They even offered me an option regarding my trade-in that I've never been offered by anyone in the past.It wouldn't be fair to single out any one person for this great experience. This is a first class Team. When the opportunity arose for me to finalize the paperwork and pick up the car sooner than I expected, my salesperson was called away on an emergency. Everyone stepped up. Several people assisted in getting the car prepped, documents finalized, trained and helped me set up the tech devices, retrieved items I had left behind in my old vehicle...the entire staff is wonderful.I was on the road before I knew it.Somehow, one of my key fobs was overlooked, that day. My salesperson contacted me and delivered it himself.Kudos to everyone at R C Olsen!

This is my first cadillac..a 2012 SRX. It is a wonderful car and the sales experience with Irwin Segal and Bruce was fabulous. I don't like to give an e mail address to a salesman, but I didn't have to worry with Irwin. He was very patient and when I said I wanted to do a test drive, he was right there. Yes, I changed my mind a few times on exterior/interior colors,but after the test drive, I wanted that car. Don't hestitate to stop into Olsen Cadillac to look around. Ask for Irwin and you will be glad you did!

I could not be more pleased with my entire experience. First of all, the website is great. VERY easy to use and it has all the information IN GREAT deatail that you might need. They even show their most recent ad scanned in and on line. I got quick email responses to my request for availability of the car. And the the moment I walked in door, I could tell it was a class A operation!!!!! Mike Bordonaro was our saleman and he was so polite. I had only sent emails before entering the showroom. In my last email I asked if he minded having the car ready and waiting for us as we had a dinner party to attend. Without ever even speaking to him on the phone, he had it ready to roll!! He took us for a long test drive, as needed and each question we asked he answered. He was spot on when answering our questions. I bought an brand new 2011 SRX, at the advertised price, which made my entire experience that much easier. The car is amazing. And their price was too! Mr. Taliento in the finance department made me feel as if I mattered. He never pressured me into any after market extras as other dealers sometimes try to do. He got me a great financing rate. Bruce the sales manager, went out of his way to accomodate our needs. I even got a voucher for a free cruise. I am definitely loving Olsen Cadillac!! As a kid, I would drive by the dealership on my way to and from school...well it is still there and I am 42!! They have been in business a long time and now I understand why. These guys are professionals and really take their time with their customers. I never felt rushed. Mike even made sure we activated our OnStar before we left the parking lot. Mike is a great man and he knows his stuff. I would reccomend asking for him.

Bill is a true professional. He listened right from the beginning and took me seriously when I inquired about an auto on the site. The vechile was ready to test drive when I arrived at the dealership. Bill was very knowledgable and answered all my questions about the car. I set my expectations on what I thought was reasonable price for the car. We went back and fourth and settled pretty quickly on a agreeable price. It was probably the easiest buy that I ever made. Their were no games played which was much apprecaited. Just picked up the auto today and it was show room quality for a pre-owned vehicle. I told him the price range I could work with and he found the car for me. Idid not feel any pressure from Mike to buy the car but he helped me decide which was best for me. I actually had just stopped by to "look" and get a "price" , But was was so accomodating and helpful that I bought the car then and there. Even when negotiating the numbers, I knew what I was prepared to pay, and the dealership worked with me until I was satisfied. Just a note to express my heart felt appreciation to the folks at Olsen Cadillac in Woburn, MA. I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Olsen, and as we all know shopping for a vehicle can be a nerve wracking experience. But I was amazed. My Salesman, Mr. Mark C. Smith was both professional and courteous. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the product and very patient with me, spending much time with me, taking me for a demonstration ride and making sure i understood all of its features and benefits, answering every question I had. After the sale he made sure that I was introduced to the service and body shop departments, told me how to get immediate assistance if needed and followed up several times with me after the sale.I left Olsen Cadillac with a great deal, a vehicle i cherish, and an experience that i do not believe anyone can top. All the sales people were friendly and helped one another. They seemed to look to Mark for his knowledge and very often he interrupted his own sales to help them. I truly feel like i belong to the Olsen Family.I strongly urge anyone who is looking to purchase a new, pre-owned or to lease a vehicle to give Olsen Cadillac a chance before you go elsewhere. Tried a few times to get sales info out of them..got assigned a customer # and they NEVER would answer my 5 simple questions. Got a different piece of info in each of 4 different emails. Like pulling teeth ! I politely kept playing along (trying to get 5 questions answered so I wouldn't waste time in the showroom.) I got fed up after the 4th STUPID unrelated reply and dropped them. Then they sent a form to review their correspondence and I truthfully killed them, citing specifics. They didn't care enough to respond. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM --they couldn't care...
