I went on the word of buying a Jeep from a used dealer from Fitchburg. Since I work near by Colonial seemed like my best option on when my Jeep was having problems and I was having problems with the person I bought the truck from and refused to help me with any of the warranty issues or even getting the stuff fixed and that were suppose to be fixed before I bought the truck from them. Decided that the frustration of trying to get it fixed through them wasn't worth the headache anymore. So, I made an appointment for a issue with it not turning over to start. The guys in the service area (Brendan and Kurt) were awesome in making it an easy process of finding out what the heck was going on with it. We finally found that the dealer I bought the Jeep from did some spotty repair work and Colonial fixed it. A week or 2 later ended up back to Colonial for a routine oil change and they found even more problems with this Jeep and with the older year and high miles just wasn't sure if it was worth the fixing. Not even a week later my ABS Module went and I just had had enough. I finally asked Kurt in the service to be honest with me and if it was worth it to fix. He came right out and said NO. For me this was a breaking point in their customer service because he could have easily been like yes and took the $6,000 (roughly) that was wrong with all to be replaced and took me for a ride like the other dealer but they made me feel like my safety and my kids safety was a priority for them to help me in getting in a safer car. Kurt gave all my problems and situations to their sales rep Steve and off I went to looking for a new vehicle! This process is never easy but the Sales team was fantastic and helped me get into a newer car that day! and Now my family is safer in a newer Dodge thanks to these guys! They even got me a warranty that covers everything with just a $100 deductible! Without these guys in helping me out like they did I'm pretty positive that I would either have no car or one that was still falling apart on me! I thank these guys to the end for all that they did!

I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Everyone we encountered was terrific. They are genuine people; friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. They were willing to work with me on my trade and financing, never getting frustrated with me, never making me feel pressured. I have dealt with several dealerships in the past and also just recently while I was looking for a new truck. I stumbled upon Colonial while I was looking at trucks on-line so I stopped in to see what they had. Marcus Houle treated me like a valued customer from the time I walked in the door and continues to do so even after the sale was completed. Most dealerships you have to deal with pushy salesmen who are just looking for the sale and not always what is best for the customer but everyone I dealt with here at Colonial was always looking out for what was best for me, never pushing me into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. Even when it came to getting the financing, Eddie Bhatty, was great to work with and explained every number to me and my wife so we knew exactly what we were financing. We have NEVER had a finance person from a dealership do this normally they are throwing out numbers everywhere and never want to explain them and always trying to get you to spend more than you can afford. We will continue to do business with them for all of our vehicles in the futures and will recommend them to all of our family and friends. Buying a vehicle is usually extremely stressful and they took all the stress out of it. A big thank you specifically to Marcus, Eddie and Steve.

They found out where the oil leak in my car was, got the part delivered, and repaired in a day so I could drive it back to college! Great work and was done fast!! Helped by Sean who did the best he could to help me get my car ready before I left for school! Car is running great now!

The master window control for my 2010 Jeep Liberty broke the Friday before I was headed on vacation. Sean, Jay, and company at Colonial ordered the part so that they had it Saturday morning. They installed it in less than an hour on a day that I did not have an appointment. While on vacation I didn't have to worry about the window being stuck either down or up.

I have called at 2:35pm on friday and scheduled test drive at 3:00pm. When i arrived to the dealership and after a short wait, and all the process of contact info and license copy. I was told the car is not available for test drive since there was a "recall" on all cars. I ask to just see the car - and they show me different car than on cars.com website.

I had a slow leaking tire on a friday afternoon. I drove to colonial dodge in hudson. Told the Jay the director of service my problem,he was straight with job repairs, but said he would slip me in.he checked tire out, came back with bad news the tire was not able to be repaired. The good news was he had already called for a rental car which was on its way.I picked the car up on tuesday. The at colonial is great and I would recommend them to anybody. Thanks Jay great job

I love Dodge's service contract, I can't do the all the oil changes myself that cheap. People at the front and billing are always very nice. I visit the sales agent I bought the car from each time I come. They make it a pleasant experience and give your car a quick wash for free. Recommend highly.

There is a no pressure environment and they are very flexible when processing a deal. The most pleasant aspect of dealing with this dealership was the amount of transparency they provided.
