Solely from the interaction I had with a salesperson over the phone, I do not recommend this dealership. I wanted to get on the website to look at new inventory to possibly test drive and purchase a car (a very easy sale), but when I asked the salesperson about the website, I received a very snarky response about how there's no issues on their end without even taking the time to check. He then said "well, what questions can I answer for you", and I said I was interested in the new car inventory and I am browsing. He then just listed some models off in a monotone voice and asked if there was anything else I needed. For your reference, this is what the website currently looks like when trying to access (see attached picture).

He explained every aspect of the vehicle, showed me how to program various features, and gladly stayed past quitting time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Tony Gates was good to work with. But the sales Manager of dealership was arrogant. We purchased a new car and Tony had all the paper work ready as well as the car. Pick up was easy. He also followed up with all of our questions if he did not have the answer. We did everything by phone and or email and went in to the dealer to just pick up the car. We had been to various dealers to select the car we wanted before doing emails. Good experience with Tony. He also gave us a great deal.

I have leased 3 vehicles from Columbia Acura. Both the salesman and manager have been very easy to work with and very helpful to get the right deal every time. They pay attention to the needs of the customer and make the process easy and enjoyable. I have also serviced all three vehicles at the Columbia Acura service department and I have always found them to be professional, friendly, fast, and do quality work. I have been here many times when my car was under warranty and the majority was with bad service on my vehicle (taking many times to fix) and bad customer service. My most recent call was due due to a check engine light. I told them a diagnostic was done and the code came up as an emission issue. Before I can get another word out he tell me 3 ways that what I said was basically stupid and that I couldn't have told him less and might as well just said the car don't work. If you need more info ask but you don't need to say it that way. So I begin to tell the Service Director about repeated poor customer service and his response was-Am I talking down to you now? Do you think everyone who talks to you talks down to you? I just thought you have got to be kidding me. None the less I won't be going back and only called since it had been years since I had been there and I hoped for better service from a dealership and for what might be a time consuming repair hoped to be able to pick up a rental car from there but this is not worth it. Next place I called and told them the same diagnostic report responds with 3 examples of the more common problems....more of the response I was looking for. Be prepared for headaches here.

I came to the dealership to check out a used Hyundai Genesis. I saw two salesmen standing by the door, both who seemed unwilling to help me. I approached the main desk inside, in order to get assistance. A gentleman, perhaps a manager or supervisor, asked if I needed any help. After I said yes, he directed me to one of the two salesmen who seemingly ignored me earlier. After test driving the car, I left my information and told the salesman I was interested, and to contact me with his best quote. I have received no response in over a months time.

Living about 2.5 hrs away from Columbia Hyundai, getting complete information was critical before making the trip. We were fortunate to get in contact with Tony Gates. Told him about our interest in a 2013 Elantra and price target. Over the course of several days Tony was patient enough to answer ALL of our questions(price, color, options, etc....) in a timely manner. Armed with all the information we decided to go ahead and drive to Columbia Hyundai. The vehicle was as advertised. After the test drive, we decided to finalize the deal. There were no surprises. The numbers were as determined over the phone. Thank you Tony for a straight forward, low pressure and tell it like it is approach to selling cars.

I BOUGHT the truck I went to see. Their knowledge of the Ranger was limited and negotiation was one sided. I expect the truck to be fine. They are friendly enough. Perhaps buying a HyundIai or an Acura would be different. Don't expect them to know much about Rangers or trucks.

I just bought a 02 rsx they were laid back not pushy. I have had the car a week and the transmission lights on the check engine lights on and the ac doesn't work. sure was easy to buy a headache thanks tony!

The process of purchasing/leasing my RDX was awesome! My sales person (Dan Carroll) was exceptional and I would buy from him again in a heartbeat. The problem with this dealership is the Service Department! Most of the time the Service Department staff are courteous and professional, especially when in front of you (...though I had the uncomfortable experience of watching the customer service Manager deal with a disgruntled customer in front of me and when the customer told him that he would never come back to this dealership to purchase or have service done on his Acura again, the customer service manager actually told him "that's your prerogative" and then turned and walked away from him) - Nice!!! The issues I've personally experienced have to do with their ability and/or willingness to follow through and completing the customer service experience. I've experienced multiple issues of not receiving phone calls when I was promised that they would call me. I've experienced 2 issues of waiting for a "part" to come in (that was ordered for my vehicle) and I never get a call. I finally have to call and check with the Parts Department only to be told that they "notified the Service Department a week ago" that my part was in. When I spoke with the Service Department, all I got was "whoops, sorry my bad". They seem to have this "I can't be bothered" mentality and come across as arrogant and condescending at times. Example: Trying to schedule an oil change (...for 7 days in the future) and I'm told "we're all booked up!". I ask if there is any way to squeeze me inn and I get moans and grumbles. * So I called Superior Acura and they got me scheduled instantly with no problems at all. Example: I called to request some relatively simple service on my RDX, I told them that I could leave it, and I requested a loaner car. I was told "we don't do loaner cars for that". When I asked how long the service would take I was told "at least 60-90 minutes, but we won't know if it's longer until we get in there". * I again called Superior Acura and they scheduled my appointment right away and told me that they would have a loaner car waiting for me before I could even ask them for one. I have not been back to Columbia Acura since then. I now have all of my RDX issues and service addressed at Superior Acura, and if I decide to buy another Acura when my lease is up in December, it will come from Superior Acura! They obviously know how to provide all around "Superior" customer service where as Columbia Acura (for me) only seems to be able to provide "Superior" service when it comes to buying the actual vehicle. Sad, but true..

I have owned and/or leased 5 Acuras, the most recent three being the MDX. It is a superior vehicle and I plan on leasing another one next year when this lease is up. If you haven't driven an Acura, you're in for a treat. Highly recommend purchasing or leasing one at Columbia Acura through salesman Daniel Carroll.

Purchased a new Acura, September 2012. In fact this is the 5th new Acura I have purchased from Columbia Acura in the last 15 or 16 years, and that should tell you how pleased I have been with the purchase experience and the vehicles. The Sales Manager and the Salesman are always very knowledgeable and professional and I have had nothing but good experiences with the service department. I was looking at the new Sonatas, and went to Columbia Hyundai since it was so close to home. As most do, I hate buying cars. I have always found it to be an extremely stressful situation. Initially I was taken in by the slick sales manager, but I soon found out they were dirty. I have never seen such an untrustworthy operation. I even warned them that I would be paying attention and that my job led me to being suspicious and a little cynical (guess what I do for a living). They assured me they would take care of me. The lied at every turn, with the sales manager the obvious ring leader. I actually thought my salesman was trying to be honest, but he too couldn't find the truth with a roadmap. It got very nasty, and a few of those words that Mom told you not to say came out. I looked at them and told them I could not believe that they would treat anyone this way and lie so blatently. They of course played the "what ever do you mean?" card. I know when you read reviews you think to yourself, how do I know the guy/girl who wrote this review isn't a nutjob who will never be satisfied with anything. Well you don't, but I am a simple cop who tried a pay a fair price for a car and was amazed at the dishonesty I experienced. There are three local Hyundai dealers in Cincinnati. All I can say is pick any one of them that doesn't have "Columbia" in them. Good luck.
