Dealership employees are courteous, friendly and helpful but not overly aggressive. Service area is clean and comfortable. The ability to come in at almost any reasonable time (of course, not at 10 or 20 min. to closing time) and get an oil change without an appointment.

I was very pleased with the professionals I came into contact during the purchase of my new Hyundai Elantra. I described the vehicle I wanted to buy - particularly scarlet red with a manual transmission - and they promptly obtained the car with the features I needed and wanted. They also allowed me to drive a new Elantra while waiting for my vehicle to arrive, further allowing me to confirm that I definitely wanted to purchase a new Hyundai Elantra. Was in the market for a new vehicle after the motor of my last car had blew up, when my father saw the advertisement for the accent online we went to the Columbia Hyundai to go look at it and try and compare as I only had 4000 with me at the time and after the first trip discussion about the car began came back two days later to purchase the car in pacific blue. After quickly looking at a few vehicles I was greeted by Julio from the sales team. It was an extremely hot afternoon and Julio walked me inside to discuss my needs. As we walked towards his desk he quickly brought a bottle of water for my son and I. From there I stated what I was looking for with regard to price and options. In no time at all I had the pricing and list of available vehicles. I chose my color and options, filled out the paperwork and was finished in under an hour. The vehicle pick up was just as effortless. It was the easiest car buying experience I have had. I highly recommend both Julio and Columbia Hyundai.

I had a house fire in which I lost absolutely everything I own in. I went to Hyundai Columbia on a recommendation from a friend. When I arrived I was greated immediately and David Loxy then introduced me to Robin Faulkner and Kenneth Ogden. They were beyond helpful to say the least. I was totally devastated by my loss when I walked into the dealership and needed to buy a car to be able to replace the car I had lost. They worked with me to get me the best deal for my money and get all the minor and major details taken care of for me so I did not need to worry about anything else in this stressful time of my life. We were test driving lots of cars. Many had fallen off our list, but the final list included the Mercedes E-Class, Cadillac CTS, Lexus GS, Jaguar XF, and the Hyundai Genesis. The Genesis was as good as it was reviewed, and even better as we drove it. Julie Abanto was our sales rep. He greeted us warmly and promptly as we pulled up and went out of his way to accommodate my slight mobility problems. He quickly understood that we were well-versed on the 2016 Genesis and that we just needed to drive it. It was a wonderful test drive. He met us when we returned and was very helpful as we asked a few more questions. It was clear that the Hyundai Genesis was going to be the last car standing in our search. An amazing car at an incredible value. We discussed final pricing and financing with Julio. The deal was very straightforward and it felt like an honestly good deal. We closed it and arranged to pick up the car the next day. We had a chance to meet several other persons at Columbia Hyundai and they were all very friendly and helpful. I hope that I get to buy more cars from Julio and Columbia in the future.

My experience was excellent as was the customer service. I felt Ken was very experienced and treated me as a quality customer. The manager was very nice also, he made sure he thanked me as a customer. My new Tuscan SUV is very nice. I also was pleased that during the process I never felt pressured. I will definitely recommend Ken and the dealership to other people.

It has been a LONG time since I have negotiated a car purchase/lease on my own. I forgot that the salesman leaves and comes back for each detail that is negotiated, for approval or compromise. That part of the experience made the process longer than expected. Then the completion of the paperwork took longer than expected too.

The drivers seat is uncomfortable for me and I am now stuck with the car unless I chose to loose thousands and trade it in. Very disheartened about this reality. Salesman was very kind and responsive to my concerns but unfortunate it appeared to be out of his control to take the car back at a full refund.

This was my 3rd new car purchase from Columbia Hyundai. Both my sales Rep (Michael) and the General Mgr (John) are wonderful to do business with. They are professional, knowledgeable, honest, patient, and care that their clients are happy. Everyone I talk to at Columbia are great. I wanted a new white 2015 Sonata 2.0T Sport Limited. They did not have one on their lot, and I decided to settle for a silver one. As soon as I pulled in my garage, I knew I wasnt going to be happy with silver. My previous Sonata was white and loved it. The next day was Sunday and I called Michael at the dealer. I admitted my mistake in purchasing the silver car and really wanted white. He asked if I could come in the next morning when John was in and talk with him. John was very nice and understanding and said No problem, well get you a white one. Keep driving the silver one while we work on it. 3 days later, Michael called to say they had my car. They brought it up from Louisville and it only had 150 miles on it. I was so excited! The car is beautiful and had a couple more features than the silver (i.e, darker tinted windows, door guards. Im very happy !

A great experience! First time car buying, and I went to Columbia just to look around and ended up coming back because of the way I was treated. I went to other dealers that didn't compare to the service I received when I was just browsing. No pressure, no stress, no trying to get me to make a decision. I'm 19 and I was treated like an adult and taken seriously. Michael McFarland was great. When we came in first, he was in the middle of other things but still took the time to let us test drive 3 Hyundais and print me out 2 rough payment summaries! He went way out of his way to help someone who was just looking. That is what brought me back to Columbia for my Elantra. I would recommend to any first buyer interested in Hyundai to come here!

I recently decided to purchase a new Santa Fe and returned to Columbia Hyundai to work thru the details. I purchased my first Santa Fe there and it was a great experience so it made sense to return there for my next purchase. The salesperson listened to the features I wanted and located a car to match those features. It was a very simple and easy transaction from the selection process, to financing, to the pick-up visit. I test drove several Santa Fe Sports over the past several weeks at several dealerships but when I was ready to buy I choose to negotiate this vehicle with Columbia Hyundai via the internet from the build through the final agreement. Having bought many cars over the years this was a first for me of buying online and the experience was actually quite enjoyable. We arrived at a final configuration/price via email, the car was located and delivered to the dealership within days. The day of the purchase was quick and painless as it involved the vehicle inspection, test drive, an intro to the dealership/service etc. and then out we went. In and out in about 90 minutes. It all went as smooth as silk and the vehicle is fantastic. One satisfied customer.

I often hear the Genesis/Equus compared to Lexus, Audi, BMW, etc. If you want to truly compete with them, prep the car accordingly. There was cleaner fluid on the seats. Film covering internal plastic. Plastic/rubber bands covering 3 seatbelt inserts. Water marks on the door-interiors. A scratch on the leather steering wheel. Head-rests were set at different heights. Does it make the car less valuable? No. But $40k+ for a car being compared to a Lexus GS needs to be presented much differently than an Accent or Elantra. Also, I found out *after* I signed the paperwork that there's a promotion for Uber drivers to get $1000 rebate for buying a Hyundai. I told my salesman afterwards I'm an Uber driver, and he said there's nothing they can do now. I believe him; but why have a promotion if you're not going to promote it? I was very disappointed I wasn't at least told about that - I basically lost out on another $1000. In all honesty, had I known that I probably would have taken a car with more features for more overall money - so we *both* lost out on that one. The salesguy was very nice, though - I did like him a lot. Very thorough and professional. No pressure at all. I do wish I had the opportunity to "opt out" of being read a 60-page "quick-start" manual. I'm 35 years old and if I can't figure out on my own how to adjust seats or change the AC settings, I don't deserve to own a car. Not his fault, but man - I would've liked to avoid that. Overall, it was a decent experience and I do absolutely love my 2015 Genesis Sedan (3.8, RWD, Sig package)!!!

I believe I was given a fair price according to truecar estimates and was given this price without a whole lot of haggling. Another dealership I had contacted was about $2000 higher in their quote I received over the phone and after telling them the offer I had from Columbia they said "I don't know how they're giving you that price, thanks, bye..." and hung up.

Not only are they untrustworthy, but have internal issues with communication. Purchased a used vehicle and the car has been in service more than we have had it. They band aid issues and toss you to the street. PPM. Piss Poor Management at its finest!
