We were warmly welcomed and Josh did a good job of letting us experience the vehicle that we bought. Only problem was the length of time between when we bought our car and getting the seeing the finance work accomplished. Jason told us that he was the only one there, the other person was on vacation or something of that nature. We love our jeep so far!

They have had the same vehicle for several months. I asked for pictures of the underside. Because it is older I live 5 hours away.The vehicle is still there but no one has ever got back to to me I have emailed got no call. I called got lip service 2 times called again and texted but still no return calls I get it is a cheap vehicle but I can't get some one to return a text or call me back

Quick responsiveness to my initial inquiry (Larry Pitner) and subsequent questions (John Metz) throughout the buying process. I didn't realize I missed the "old-time service" (for lack of a better word) until I experienced it again. The sales associate slapped a plate on the car, handed me the keys and said let me know what you think. Where I'm from which is also a small town there is paperwork to fill out and ids to copy before you can even test drive and then the sales associate goes with you. My counter-offer was accepted without further negotiation. Because there was no pressure, I bought the car. Had there been pressure, I would have resisted in order to "think about it."

My cousins were in from Charleston, SC and found that lug nuts were missing from one tire and noticed they were having tire trouble but it was dark and so waited until morning to check, (They had driven from SC to PA and then out to OH.) They were so lucky that they didn't lose a tire and have an accident. I called the garage in the morning and Kenny said yes he would check it for them. They took the truck over and your service garage fixed the wheel and tied down the rim so they could take it to their garage in SC along with the parts from the repair. Your repair shop is AWESOME! Can't give you enough praise for that!!

Steve Varkony was by far the best salesman we've ever dealt with! Dealing with Steve was like sitting down and talking with a friend. Very down to earth. We were treated like people and not just a sales commission. The finance department too the time to answer all our questions and explain things we were confused on with an out of the state purchase. My salesperson was Ron and he was very low pressure. I had an appointment for delivery and I was in and out of the finance office very quickly. Afterwards, Ron took the time to go over my new vehicles functions and features which included pairing my cell phone to the hands free feature in the car. This was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. My Sales Consultant was Ron and he arranged much of the deal over the phone. The dealership was friendly and easy to work with. I had an appointment for the delivery of my new car and I was in and out of the finance office quickly.
