I was virtual tire kicking and emailed Commonwealth Kia. Paloma got back to me immediately and worked with Josh to give me some numbers, just over email! They took me seriously and I decided I had to actually see the car I was interested in! Once there, Bob McLean did an outstanding job helping facilitate the deal. The finance guy only asked me about a maintenance plan, but once I said Lawrence was too far to be convenient for oil changes he gave the great advice to keep my records and stick with the scheduled maintenance, no pressure. I was able to pick up my car super quickly, and Bob took the time to go over everything I needed to know about how to operate the car and make sure that I felt safe and informed driving off the lot in my new vehicle. I referred them to my sister who may be soon in the market for a new car. You can't shop these guys last, they don't give you the opportunity to!

I have to say I have never had a better experience at a car dealership then with the guys at Commonwealth. I had recently visited another car dealership about purchasing a Kia and was pretty much told that there was no way I was getting a car and sent me on my way. I went into Commonwealth with my mother who also bought a car from them (she worked with Daniel Taiwatian and had a great experience with him as well) and just decided on a whim to see what they could do for me and if i was really dead in the water with purchasing a car. I worked with Bob Nerden on the purchase of my car and I have to say he is just awesome. He made me feel very comfortable and with the work of him and Josh the Sales Manager got me as close as I wanted to be with a payment I was happy with in the car I wanted. I ended up with a 17 Kia Sportage which is what i've wanted for months now and I am extremely happy with the experience working with Bob. I was in my car within 2 days of purchase and working with Eric in Financials I was very aware of everything I was signing and what i would be paying and wasn't pressured into buying all these extra warranties i didn't need. Recently, I had brought my Mother-In-Law's 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan into Commonwealth Volkswagen for some service work. The fuel filler door had become stuck and would not open.I was greeted by Marc Belliveau; he immediately signed me in and was shown the waiting area, which was very large and also very clean. After purchasing a 2016 Kia Sorento EX from Bob Nerden three weeks ago, we went back to him to buy a 2016 Honda Civic EX-T for our daughter as a graduation gift. Bob was happy to work with his Honda colleagues to sell us a car and made sure that he found her the exact car she wanted. He is a true professional and really aims to please his customers. We found the Honda managers to be very helpful and friendly, and the business manager, Karen Pelletier, was wonderful to work with. A nice surprise was that the spoiler we ordered (that was going to take a week to come in) arrived the next day and was installed in time for us to take delivery of the car as scheduled! Nice effort by all involved! All in all, a terrific experience. The flexibility to work with the same salesperson across different brands is a real plus and timesaver! We would absolutely purchase a vehicle from Bob and Commonwealth again!

Having previously purchased 2 Kia vehicles before, I already knew the quality of the product. My biggest choice was the dealership to buy from. Commonwealth Kia had a very easy to use website that I was able to find all the information I needed very quickly, as well as attractive incentives. Bob Nerden greeted me within two minutes of my arrival. He was very knowledgeable of his product and made me feel at ease on the lot. Through the negotiations he was honest and upfront and kept me at ease. After purchasing the car, he took the time to show me how to use all the features. I was very pleased with both deal I received and the service Bob offered. My wife's lease on her Sportage will expire next year and we're already planning to see Bob when the time comes.

Robert Nerden was professional and pleasant to deal with, asked the standard salesman questions in trying to make a deal, but respected our decision to look further. We were not pressured into making a deal. Once we made our decision to return, we were pleased with how the deal worked out and the way everything was handled. I bought my 2011 Kia Sorento on October 18/2014 have brought it in for oil changes and then went to other place for oil changes (for convince) there has been a noise coming from the car at the initial start first time bringing it in couldn't find the issue but heard the noise had to get ball joints repaired at the time. 2 weeks later brought my car in because of my fuel gauge was not reading correctly and the noise was getting louder and navigation system was on the fritz they took my car . Dropped off my car Sunday night and no call until Tuesday end of day . Mind you borrowing parents car to het to work was then told car fuel gauge doesn't seem to have an issue but I have to give permission to take the car apart and figure out was is wrong on DAY 12 I was given a loaner until I could get my car back after my husband finally talked with a manager Brian Hess to get something done then I was told my engine was gone and then I needed proof of oil changes to see if Kia will approve my car to be fixed I spoke to the gentlemen (Kevin Peterson) who I have bought 2 cars from and my large family has also gone to him. To see what can happen I was informed that he would call me with some numbers but never heard from him the only person I heard from was Eric from the service center who was very professional and easy to talk to. I have finally get word that my car is fixed DAY 32!!! My husband called Brian Hess to see what we could do to trade in my car and he did not get the customer service respect he should of it is unacceptable to get a loaner 12 days after having no car and 32 days to finally hear my car is finally fixed and the customer service and response time was just disgusting!!!

Gary was such a great car salesman. When I picked up my car he made sure he stayed late at the dealership and went over every single feature my car came with. He was such a great help in helping me choose a car and getting me financed, the entire process was very speedy. The guy in the finance department was great too! My car was completely detailed when I drove it off the lot. Very impressed. Gary made me very comfortable through out the entire process. when we got to commonwealth kia we were "just looking" and told the salesman named Bob Nerden that same thing. I appreciated how he was NOT pushy and did not try to get us to buy something. I also appreciated how he left us to looking around and did not push us to buy a car or follow us around the whole area. We did buy a 2015 Kia Soul and absolutely love the car. I have always bought cars from dealerships and they end up crapping out after 3 years (basically after I finally pay off the vehicle.) So I chose Commonweath Kia, because of the great reviews I've seen previously about them. Leased a new vehicle here and after alot of running around and attempts to bait and switch my wife and I, we got fed up and decided to not continue to lease through them. Their finance and management team were so crooked the customers we saw leaving all seemed to be walking funny and we soon found out why. They had us holding off on purchasing our lease because they said "we have the perfect car that were getting here from trade." That trade never came and now there finance team tells us with 3 day left they don't do the finance purchasing we have to go through a third party. Thanks. I'm regretting I shopped them last.

I was cheerfully greeted by a salesman (Robert Nerdon) shortly after I arrived. He asked me what I was interested in looking at. He located a similar vehicle on the lot and we went for a test drive. Hewas very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I explained what options and color I wanted. He said that it would have to be located within New England. We proceeded to negotiate a deal. He kept me apprised of the search and then told me they had located one. When I picked up my car today Bob spent 1.5 hours explaining the electronics and bluetooth system as well as how all of the instrument clusters, lift gate, blindspot monitor and mirrors worked.

Honest, friendly and knowledgeable......great experience! I had called the day before for pricing and was given those prices in fewer than 10 minutes. When I came the next day with my wife and daughter we were greeted by Shaun Berryman and in a matter of minutes, along with Robert McLean we had a Soul to test drive. My daughter and I had driven a Soul at another dealership so we both knew enough about the car that the test drive was a short one. We returned and I said this is the car she wanted and within two hours of being greeted we had finished all the business and had leased the car. This was on Saturday so we had to wait until Monday to get the car registered. Shaun took care of all of that and at 5pm this evening we left the dealership with the car. You could not ask for a more pleasant experience. I would feel very comfortable in recommending this dealership to anyone.PS...when the car was ready Robert McLean could not have been nicer and kinder to my daughter. He went through all the important parts of the handbooks and the setup of the car. He took a great amount of time to make her feel safe and comfortable. You should proud to have such a dedicated emplyee.

I drove in to the service garage with no appointwment concerned that if I drove much further I would do more damage to the engine. Fred to.d me to just leave the car with them and they would work it in. I was offered a ride back home from one of your drivers who was very friendly and courteous (can't recall his name). Paul called me back in less than 4 hours telling me the car was all set and they completed 2 computer upgrade recalls. Just outstanding service and taking care of the customer!!!!

It was a great overall experience. I always have dreaded buying a vehicle with the high pressured sales people. At Commonwealth Kia, I experienced none of that. My sales person Bel was amazing. Easy to work with, friendly and no pressure.My new vehicle wouldn't be ready until the next day and I live an hour away. Bel once again came through and the next daydrove the new Kia to my home and picked up my trade in.. She was informative about the car and took the time to show me all thefeatures. When my sister and I decided to purchase new car's, we test drove everything imaginable! We went to Commonwealth Kia and I test drove the Optima, from that moment on I knew it was the car for me!! She stuck to her word and made sure the car was as agreed.Having No Credit score was also a challenge to set up finance. Marshall Daniels worked hard to find us a lender. I walked in on May 30, 2014 for my inspection sticker. Along with it being the nearly the last day of the month, it was 10:15 am, and my son was leaving early in the am the next day , I needed the car for a doctor's appt with the hour. When I told Freddy I was in a hurry and couldn't wait, he checked to see if other before me were waiting and was able to do my inspection next. The moment I drove onto the lot at Commonwealth Motors I had an innate feeling that i would be pleased with the outcome of my visit. The sales staff turned out to be entirely helpful as well as very knowledgeable about the variety of models from all the manufacturers they service. I was pleased with the level of service and the professionalism in which the staff conducted themselves. I had previously experienced some very rude and misinformed sales representatives at Rockingham Toyota . I personally know four other people who had purchased vehicles here at Commonwealth who referred, so why I did not come here first is beyond me . I was met by Shaun Berryman and Bob Nerden when my daughter and I walked thru the door. I was on the fence about buying out my lease or leasing another Kia. I decided to lease for another 3 years. Commonwealth's service, knowledge and friendly atmosphere is wonderful. I was interested in several different makes & models and he patiently showed me all the cars and answered all my questions. There was no pressure as I took some time to make my decision. I went in to get the oil changed on my Kia Rio that I bought there last year. This was the second Oil Change I have had there and both experiences were very positive. They were courteous and quick with the service. The first time I was slightly late and it was the last one of the day. Even though I was keeping them past closing, they were still really friendly and met my needs. This time I was the first appointment on a Saturday and again had a pleasant experience. I dropped my car walked around the lot for a little and checked out some cars. Before I knew it I was back home.

After doing some online research it was time to go test drive the cars I was interested in. Made contact with Commonwealth Kia and when I arrived at the dealership, Bob Nerden in Sales showed me a 2014 Kia Forte5 hatchback. He took the time to go over the features of the car. He was outgoing and friendly, and also honest. I had been going in expecting aggressive sales pressure and a take it or leave it attitude. Bob was not like that at all and I found the other staff very friendly as well. Many people said hello and they all seemed to be happy to be working. Bob also took me through the waiting area and showed me the the service advisors area. He also answered my questions about loaner cars, cost of oil changes, and the car's warranty. They did not have the car I wanted on the lot but were willing to locate the exact style and color. Bob kept me updated throughout the process, was attentive to my questions and got back to me quickly when I called. Once the car was ready, Bob took the time to go through the various features and functions. Definitely a lot of new things. Even after I took the car home, I got follow up calls and letters to make sure everything was all right and whether or not I had any questions. They got me in the car I wanted I am very happy with my purchase. Would recommend Commonwealth Kia and the dealership overall. It is truly a one stop shop because of the various makes and models they offer.

From the moment I walk into Commonwealth Motors and was greeted by Eric Boardman my experience was nothing but positive.Eric knew the product that I was interested in buying and the price range and he found what I was hoping for.....A nice vehicle for a good price. My experience with Commonwealth Kia service has been excellent every time I have been there. They take the fear of going to the dealer or service right out of the picture. I know when I go in that everyone is going to treat me as the only person there until my service has been setup. The waiting room is very enjoyable and comfortable, with coffee and cookies usually. I am able to roam the sales floor without feeling I am being stalked and the salespeople are very friendly about answering any questions I may have. I am always asked how my vehicle is and how my family is doing. I like the atmosphere at Commonwealth and will continue to be a customer in the future.

Bob Nerden greeted us when we entered the showroom. We wanted to look at a KIA but were just comparison shopping on that day. Bob answered our questions, showed us multiple cars and took us out on a test drive. We loved that he could bring us to the Honda dealership and show us that car too. We left that day armed with all the information we needed for a purchase. We did not shop Commonwealth last but we did come back after one more car comparison. Bob greeted us again using our names and the deal was done and I got to ring the bell. We needed to wait for our car due to my color choice but Bob stayed in contact with us and called us as soon as the car arrived. Both the showroom and the service hours are convenient. I had leased cars for several years and the Kia Amante had been my favorite so my friend and I headed up to Commonwealth Kia in Lawrence. On an extreemly hot day in july, I was greeted by a sales person.(Bob Nerden) He was very informative about several auto manufactures that I was interested in. He did not try to persuade me to an auto I was not interested in. He spent a good deal of time in the hot sun with me, and did not pressure me at all. I found him to be very professionable.I ended up making a purchase on that same day. Their price was right and I found the entire staff welcoming and extreemly professionable. Due to an unforeseen accident, we found ourselves shopping for a new vehicle. My wife and I went down to Commonwealth Kia to look at the 2013 Sportage. Upon parking, a salesperson, Bob McClean, came right out and greeted us warmly. We explained our situation - it would be about a month before purchasing, we were considering other makes and models and we definitely would not be purchasing that day. Despite this, Bob spent all the time we needed with us going over the vehicle and taking one out for a test drive. During the next few weeks I spent much time shopping other makes, models and pricing but all roads lead back to Commonwealth Kia. I contacted Jeff Donahue at internet sales for pricing on a particular model that was on the lot. He promptly got back to me by email and phone with attractive pricing and no haggling. The following weekend, my wife and I went down to see Bob. He remembered us and we sat down. I explained I had received a price from Jeff already. We filled out the worksheet and in less than twenty minutes we were ready to go on to the final purchasing paper work. No pain, no hassles and as on out initial visit, Bob was friendly and took all the time we needed. At the finance end of things, Luis took good care of us. He did not give us the hard sell on extras to add to the cost. He simply laid out what was available and let us make our own decisions, even tailoring what we wanted outside of the standard extras packages that were offered. Zero pressure to purchase more than we needed. Luis had actually been the salesperson who sold us the Honda Fit we have. Luis has always been friendly and has followed through with many calls on the Honda Fit to make sure we remain happy with it. On the evening we arrived to pick the car up, Bob again spent a long time with us going over the features of the vehicle so we were comfortable with all the bells and whistles it offers. He showed us how to pair our Bluetooth devices with the UVO Entertainment and phone system. The weather was miserable that evening so Bob had the vehicle pulled into the service bay so we could do all this out of the rain. This is the third (possibly fourth) vehicle we've purchased from Commonwealth. Also, we've had other vehicles that were not purchased there serviced in their service departments and we've always had top-notch experiences. We've also had body work done in their shop and the results were beautiful. Their Kia and Honda service department and employees take very good care of you and your vehicle. They are courteous and explain everything so you can understand it. Again, they do not hard-sell services you do not need. Lastly, their pricing for services is very good compared to other local dealerships, and their waiting area is large, airy and nicely appointed. Charlie has built an exceptional dealership over the years, with great people and service. I actually look forward to going for service there instead of it being a chore. We'v experienced the "pain" of trying to purchase from other dealers. There's simply no comparison between others and Commonwealth Motors. Commonwealth says "Shop Us Last" and for good reason. You won't find better deals, people or service anywhere else!

I went into the dealership with the intent on just looking at the Optimas. Bob was the salesman that introduced himself to us and began showing us the cars. He was very knowledgeable and personable. When I explained what I wanted in the car he brought us over to the one I actually decided to purchase. I also wanted to trade in my Jaguar and when they gave me the bottom line number I didn't hesitate to sign on the dotted line! Mary and I were in need of a new vehicle. We had researched the SUV/Crossover segment of several makes and models that we were interested in (Price, style, performance and features). Our first stop was Commonwealth Kia. We got out and started to look at the Sorento, which was one of the many models that were on our list. As we started to look, a salesman came out and greeted us; his name was Edgar Ayala. As he introduced himself, I thought here we go with the hard sales pitch, and we will not get a chance to look on our own before even wanting to ask questions. But that was not the case at Commonwealth Kia. When Edgar introduced himself, he told us to feel free to look at what we wanted, that the vehicles were open, and when we were done, if we had any questions, to come see him and he would answer any questions we had and would give us a brochure. We looked at everything we wanted to see, and we went in and saw Edgar. We told Edgar we were going to look at several other brands that we were interested in, so he gave us a brochure as promised, and we thanked him for his time and help and went on about our quest. After a day of looking at all the vehicles we wanted to see, we came home. We sat down and discussed which vehicles we liked and what met our needs. The next day we decided to go back and further check out the Kia. The Sorento is all new for 2014, body, interior and electronics. It impressed us the most out of all the vehicles we looked at, and did I mention the 100 K ten-year warranty? Its the best warranty on the vehicle market. And trust me; a Kia is the last vehicle I thought I would buy. Im a Chevy guy. So we went back to Commonwealth Kia and looked up Edgar. We asked Edgar if he would spend some time with us to really check out the Sorento and he said, Of course, I would be glad to. After looking and finding the vehicle we were interested in, we drove it. Mary and I were very impressed with the fit, finish and the driving experience of the Sorento. Then we went in and sat down for the hard part! The price and what it was going to cost us. But believe it or not, it was one of the most easy and pleasant car buying experiences Mary and I have had in our entire lives. (And a big thanks to Hiram Cruz for making the finance part go, oh so easy!) And we have bought around 20 vehicles between us in our life time. The staff at Commonwealth Kia really has their act together. If youre looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend their dealership. They work hard at pleasing the customer and getting them the best deal possible. Like their slogan says, Shop us last, you will love us! Normally they have dealt with Robert McLean and enjoy working with him, but he was out when we went so instead we worked with Ivan Lovera. Gary Kotyla was the reason why I bought my 2013 Kia Sportage. I had test driven a few Suv's in April, but was not ready to buy. I met Gary when I when to Commonwealth Honda and test drove the CRV. I test drove the Kia Sportage at another Kia dealership, along with other Suv's. Gary was not overbearing, aggressive, or intimidating as some other car salesmen I have dealt with. I explained that I was just looking at the time and would probably be ready to buy in May. Gary sent me a follow up email, and a phone call or two, but nothing obsessive. I did contact him asking if he could sell me a Kia since Commonwealth Motors has 5 different makes of cars, he said "of coarse". When I was ready to buy, I stopped by Commonwealth Motors to see if Gary was around and he was. The other salesmen had paged him for me, and in the meantime offered me coffee, a nice touch! Gary had just come back from vacation, and did remember me. He tried to convince me to go with the CRV, but I explained that I was more interested in the Kia due to their exceptional warranty. We took a walk over to the Kia dealership across the lot, and within an hour I was signing the paperwork! I got a great deal, the car/SUV that I wanted, and I got to "Ring the Bell". I never felt pressured into it, no sales gimmicks, or scare tactics! I even wrote Gary a thank you note about my experience! "Dear Gary,Thank you for your assistance in helping to find the perfect car/SUV for me, the Kia Sportage! I am so excited about it. I know that I will be very happy with it, and also know that it definitely was the right choice. Over the years I have learned to listen to my intuition, and at times have not done so and have made some decisions that I wish I hadn't. Saturday night I went to sleep without a thought about whether I had made the right choice. That's because I know that I did. I want to thank you for being patient and not pressuring me into buying the vehicle. I came back to Commonwealth Motors because of you and our interaction last month when looking at the CRV. Although you tried to get me to buy the Honda CRV, where you have more knowledge and expertise, you were willing to entertain my request for the Kia Sportage, and found out that it too is a great SUV. You listened to me, didn't pressure me, didn't go on about what I would or wouldn't be missing out on if I didn't buy it right then, etc. In a day where customer service has appeared to lose out to lower pricing, the customer service I received from you, is the reason I made my purchase from Commonwealth Motors. I came to Commonwealth Kia about a month ago to look into leasing a Sportage. I fell in love with the first one I saw, took a test drive, and it seemed like a few minutes later I had everything set up for them to register my new car! Edgar worked with me on getting my monthly payment down, and made sure I knew every last detail about the car. I always go through the instruction manuals to look up answers to any questions I have, but I found it was explained so well I wasn't left with any questions! BUYER BEWARE! Although there rateings are high, the only one word ive pulled is friendly that fits. But looks are deceiving, and lets face it their in it to make money. Commonwelth Kia has made my experince of buying a new car go from exciteing to horrific. I was in search for basic options automatic kia soul. I started my search by getting a internet quote from maura. In the quote it stated, (I dont have the exact number in front of me) around 14, 000 for basic options, alien green, 2013 kia soul automatic. Excited with the price, I proceeded to take s test drive. The kia I tried was as close to basic as I could get, but had alloy wheels. I dont care about extras I have a family to provide for, I need as basic and low price as I can get. Also I mentioned I hate silver. I waited till yesturday (03-20-13) after test driveing other vehicals and made my decision the soul was what I wanted. So I contacted the dealership to see if anything new came in in alien color, and was informed I would be called right back. Two hours later no call. So I proceeded to call again same thing they'd call me right back hour later, no call. Finally 4 :00 rolls around I speak with Robert who proceeds to list off what they have and I proceeded to state again, only basic options, auto transmission he said he would call me back. He did in under 5 min. Informed me there was one in alien. So I proceeded to bring my sick 13 month daughter and husband down, along with his parents who currently own and have dealt with kia. When I got there I was informed jeff that there was none on the lot. Needless to say I was very upset. Jeff tried to solve the problem the best he couldand was ver helpful. He directed us to lemar who helped us with priceing. Where I proceeded to have my next problem. The quote I received from maura was inaccurate. The 14, 000 she gave was with all the insentives offered. Please explain to mehow you can be currently in the millitary, in collage, and finance through kia. Hidden print. Very missleading. My father in law proceeded to stress his feeling and mentioned working with the price. York kia in medford was were they purchased their rio, and when they had a issue with trade in and rates they offered bumper to bumper coverage for FREE. Now when this was mentioned lamar said he would see what they could do hes not in charge of that. So after45 mins of me missing a class and dragging my sick family down to receive misslead information, I walked away hopeing I could give them 1 more chance. Today (032113) I received a email from maura and a call who apparently had no recolection of what happened because it was not mentioned via email or voicemail. I proceeded to explain via email. Conveinently this women who has sent me email upon email, and call several times (mostly while I was at work) had no way to respond and I have heard nothing from her since this morning. Ivan, whom I test drove with contacted me, was aware of the situation, wanted to help me with a swap for thecolor I wanted with another dealer. First I wanted to valid our offer wich was the bumper to bumper or to see if simply they could offer any deal for the inconveince with the price and misslead information. He informed me he doesnt think thats possible but will check with his manager. Now mind you im already at this point in contact with kia of medford. They sent me a email and broke down the price via email, incentives included and everything no misslead info or hidden print. I receiveda call around 330 from ivan at commonwelth stateing he would honor that offer, and how soon can we come down. At 6 I again take my sick child out my husband and his parents. Should have gone with my gut because halfway through fillingout the first paper I ask him about the swap. Could be in next week could be in next month, but rebates and offers change next month. So mentioned swaping with york in medgord. They dont work with them. Wonder why? Could it be they take all their business? Then I proceed to mention I want to assign a agreement on the bumper to bumper terms. He smirks and lies through his teeth to tell me we did not agree on that. Propaganda to get me there to TRAP me to sign papers. Very deceiveing and kniveing. Luckly I was smart. So needless to say Medford kia will now be where I do business as where my father in law did his. I will NEVER EVER refer this place, and I WILL make my experince know. As I said went in with excitement walked out feeling made a fool off, lied too, and ruin experince of purchaseing a car from them or amy dealer at that matter. "Shop us last" "shop them never" hope this helps potential buyers take your kia purchse elsewhere. Perhaps york kia of medford.

I let Jeff know what I was looking for and that is what he showed me. I drove away with a car that was just right for me and at a price I felt very good about. I will definitely recommend Jeff and Commonwealth Motors to any of my family or friends.

Again, the price was lower than expected and the service was better than expected. They also told me of a recall that I was unaware of. I took my 2012 Kia Rio to Commonwealth Kia for an oil change. As soon as I pulled up to the service door I was greeted by Steve Mendonca. He took all my information discussed the work I wanted and put all the paperwork together. He then welcomed me to take a seat in the waiting room. I found coffee and cookies that I helped myself to. The waiting room is spacious and computer friendly. My wait time was within an hour if not sooner. With the time I was waiting I was able to speak to Bob McLean about my visit to Kia. He as always was friendly and courteous. I was able to talk to him about a future purchase and felt very comfortaable with his recommendations. When my vehicle was ready Steve came and informed me of the service performed. I was brought to the cashiers office where I was given a friendly greeting and my transaction was quickly processed. They are very friendly and they really do want to get you the best deal possible. I always use to dread looking for a new car but not here I don't. Ivan was very patient when I was undecided and he was very helpful with laying out all my options. He made the whole finance or lease process understandable and what made more sense for me personally in the long run. If using a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being EXCELLENT than Commonwealth Kia would score 10+ across the board. My deal started online working with Sales Manager Sam Minneci. Right from the start Sam quoted me a price that no other dealer could touch. I tried to deal with my local Kia Dealer here in Johnston RI but they didn't want to deal. So I went back to Sam at Commonwealth and he stuck by his word on price. Living a hour and a half away I didn't want any hidden things that would blow the deal. Not only was Sam a man of his word, they saved me even more money then was originally agreed to. I also would like to recommend Rafael Javier as my salesman and Bobby Barry in the finance dept. These guy's really made buying our 2013 Optima EX a GREAT experience but they also stand by the companies slogan of "Shop us Last you'll Love us " We did !!!!!!!

The sales people that I worked with were very friendly, which was nice. However trying to buy a car through this dealership was a nightmare. Their prices were significantly higher than prices I found through other dealers, but I wanted to buy from Commonwealth because they were much closer to where I live. They told me over the phone that they would match any offer/quote I had from another dealer. When I brought proof of the quote to them, I was told (after waiting for 30 minutes) that they couldn't match the price, and that the other dealership must be pulling a trick/gimmick. They flat out lied to me over the phone to get me to come in to the dealership.After wasting almost an hour of my time I left for the other dealership and got the car for the price I wanted. Their motto is "Shop us last". But I would only recommend shopping them last if you want to pay more. And if they tell you they will match a quote, save yourself some time and just go to the dealership where you already have a good price, because you won't get one at Commonwealth.

People were friendly enough, the price of an oil change was way to high. $39.88 Are you kidding me? I will not go back to this dealership for service. I was told by the woman at the counter where I paid that if I had bought the car here the price would be almost half. The dealer in Wilmington only charges $ 19.95 and I didn't buy my car their. I guess Commonwealth does not want my business. They lost my business for any trade-ins or new cars too.When my husband got home, he looked at the car and saw that there was oil spilled on the motor and was dripping on the ground. He called the service department and was put on hold for at least 10 minutes before someone came on the line. The person he spoke with was not at all helpful and in fact was defending the work saying sometimes the oil burps when adding and spills out. If that was the case, why wasn't it cleaned up? This kind of work is unexceptible. Below is the response from Commonwealth Kia. While I do understand the rewards program is valid, I do not think other customers should have to make up for it.I do not care that your preferred customer prices are lowest. I care that all customers are treated fairly.I also find it strange that only good reviews are posted.Commonwealth Kia wrote on 5/31/2012 3:31:02 PM:We apologize that you feel this price is too much. We reward our customers who have purchased from us and to thank them for their business with preferential pricing, you can call it a rewards program similar to any of the retail stores(CVS, etc) that you go to. Our preferred customer price is the lowest in the area and is more than $5 less than the dealer you purchased from. We use genuine Kia factory parts and have the oil changes performed by factory trained technicians who have been trained to take care of your specific vehicle. Its not that we don't want your business, we appreciate all of our customers, but we do like to reward the customers who have purchased their vehicle from us and give them a savings package to go with their vehicle purchase

If I could give this a rating of 20 with 5 being the top, I certainly would! At every turn Bob and Sean could not have helped us more! Received a great trade on my old car and gave me a great price on my new Sorento! Bob knew everything about the SUV and showed me how everything worked. They take all the time you need and do not rush you into the purchase or out the door once you bought. Bob and Sean go above and beyond the call of duty. Follow-up is great, they do not forget about you the minute you walk out the door. I even got a call from the Kim Daher and the service department welcoming me to the fold. Being in Customer Service myself, the service we got means alot. I should have listened to my daughter and gone there first instead of Peter's in Nashua, left there totally POed. One of the worst experiences I have had at a dealership. Sam Minecci was VERY RUDE, unprofessional and unwilling to work with me. They were unspecific and sneaky with the overall price of the car. They were unwilling to break down the different charges that lead up to the overall price of the car. If you are looking to buy a Kia I would DEFINATELY recommend buying from Lev Kia of Framingham. They have a very friendly customer service and are straight forward with their price.

Right when we walked onto the Commonwealth Kia parking lot we were greeted by Steve, and his friendliness never went away. He told us he was new to the job, yet he seemed to know what he was doing. He was by far the best car salesman we have come across. Now here is what I have to say!Let start by saying that Commonwealth Motors says their slogan is Shop Us Last..Youll Love Us! Well if you ask me they should change their slogan to Dont waste your time with the rest.COME STRAIGHT TO THE BEST!!! Recently my husband and I purchased our second new vehicle at Commonwealth Motors in Lawrence MA. Back in 2005, after spending a whole Saturday at various dealerships, we purchased a new 2005 Kia Sorento; we returned this week to purchase a 2012 Kia Sorentodoes that say something, or what? This is the second time our experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Our salesman, Bob McLean, was easy going and knowledgeable. Bob McLean was not one of those always in your face salesmen. Bob let my husband and I look around at the vehicles, by ourselves, with no sales pitches every two minutes. When we felt it was time that we wanted to ask questions we went inside and Bob was there waiting for us for any assistance we needed. Purchasing a new car is something that is stressful due to the knowledge of having to face another five or six year car payment in this economy. Bob McLean worked with us to get the price that we could afford as well as a price that we felt comfortable with for our lifestyle. Our many thanks go out to Bob McLean; he will put you in the car if your choice with ease.Lets face it; salesmen/dealerships are out to make a profit. In the end we all know that that is what it is all about. Yet at the same time we dont want to feel like we, the customer, were taken advantage of to the point of going home with a vehicle that we are not really happy withor a payment that we feel would not fit into our lifestyle. I gave Bob McLean the price range I wanted to stay within for my monthly payment. Bob worked with my price range and listened to the things that I wanted in our new vehicle. When the deal was done Bob McLean gave my husband and I (and we are non tech old people) a class on how to operate this new technology that came with our new car regarding Blue Tooth, Satellite radio etc. When we were ready to take our new car home we not only drove home knowledgeable about the new technology in the car; we drove home satisfied and content. And get this! We drove out of Commonwealth Motors parking lot with a FULL tank of gas; compliments of Commonwealth Motors. When you drive away with your new/used vehicle you want to feel that you have a car that is worthy of this monthly payment and the satisfaction that you know you got your moneys worth. You also want a dependable dealership to return to for any issues or concern you may have regarding the maintenance of your new/used car. Commonwealth Motors in Lawrence MA gives you all these mentioned needs with a clean neat sales environment, pleasant and courteous sales people, and a process that makes you feel that you are in control. With the assistance of Bob McLean our salesman, Shaun Berrymann (Sales Manager) and Jason Wright (Business Manager) in the Finance Department we now have the car we want and the payment that we can afford (along with that full tank of FREE gasawesome!). Simply put: they are a bunch of good guys.As far as Commonwealth Motors service department; I cannot compliment them enough. Through the years they have taken care of our maintenance check-ups and have always taken extra care in making sure that our vehicle remains safe for these New England roads and up to code for inspections and safety checks. We want good service people taking care of our vehicle and we feel confident in the services of Eric Kruszczynski and Freddy Consoli; with them at the helm you are as safe as can be! Take it from me that the service department at Commonwealth Motors is the place to go. They even call you the next day to see if you are happy with your experience! I also hear they have what is called Second Chance Financing. Let me take a minute to give my opinion about that. With todays economy I dont care what the news reports portray as the Average American lifestyle. I tell you, in my words, what an average American lifestyle of today is; because I live it! The average American today can consider themselves lucky IF we can live paycheck to paycheck. Most Americans are living paycheck to paycheckand truly can survive as long as they have that very next paycheck. In this economy most do not have that paycheck anymore; so we should consider ourselves lucky to even say that we live paycheck to paycheck. Americans of today need that car to get to work in order to get that one paycheck that will get them to the very next paycheck. Commonwealth Motors understands this, and from what I can see, on their web page that they have this Second Chance Financing program. There was a time in my life that I was on the other size of the fence many years ago with a little shaky credit and I know what it is like to sit in that chair at a dealership and not know if you were going to be approved or not while the whole time feeling slightly less of a good person for being in this situation. The feeling of Im doing the best I can with what I got and I just need a car to get to work to accomplish my paycheck to paycheck live style. Bad credit does not mean bad people.Commonwealth Motors are kind people.they will listen to you and your financial situation and work with you. You DONT have to go to this dealership feeling that you are the underdog reaching out to someone that most likely wont listen to you. Commonwealth Motors WILL listen and understand; they will try to do the best they can for you. People with financial problems or shaky credit are not bad people.its a bad economy that put good people in a bad situation. With this economy a lot of people have a shaky credit history and just need some kind assistance to get them into a car they can purchase and afford. Vehicles that will allow them get them to their jobs to accomplish their paycheck to paycheck lifestyle. I am sure that Commonwealth Motors is a place that would be kind and understanding in this process. From my knowledge of the people I have met at Commonwealth Motors I know they will try to help you through this Second Chance financing with kindness and respect that you do deserve!So take it from a 62 year old person who has had several cars in her life time. Dont waste your time with the rest. GO STRAIGHT TO THE BEST!...

I went to Herb Chambers to find myself a Kia sorento. I was shocked on how unprofessional this huge company was to me. They disregarded what i was looking for a vehichle and tried to set me up with something that i was'nt going to be happy with down the road. I was contacted by a gentleman from commonwealth motors named Ivan. He was asked to give me a call froma family member that have had 3 seperate occasions of purchasing a SUV. I spent 20 minuites on the phone with him, that is when I decided to go and look around and see what they could offer me. I could not have been more satisfied. They took their time with me, and i have to say their patience was a virtue. They were able to locate the Kia Sorento 2012 that i have been asking for. I can say i was quite difficult where the color was concerned, but again, they did everything possible to satisfy my needs. I got my 2012 kia Sorento 6 cylinder with the convience package and AWD at a very good price. They stayed in the price range i was willing and able to afford. For the heck of it they threw in the cargo tray for me at no charge for my dog. This dealership has my most respect. I would refer anyone who is in need for a car/ suv to please take the opportunity to visit. I would like to add that i had absolutely no pressure from them, they very warm and kind. This you really dont see too often when it comes to car salesmen. Please, if you are serious on looking to purchase a vehilcle, i would highly reccomend them. I was promised a mat for the back, sirius extension of 3 months,(for a total of 6 months) and the remote start- they were going to "throw" it in, needless to say----they reneged on all of it. I spoke with Charles after and he "doesn't remember any of this being discussed". I think I may have been the only customer there at that time b/c I heard Mike ask Charles pretty clearly. Oh well-love the car, don't like sneaky underhadness.

I recently received a notice for a recall on my 2011 Kia in the mail from the manufacturer. Shortly after I received a notification from Commonwealth as well informing me of the service recall which I thought was great. When I dropped off the car the service person I dealt with was friendly and explained the work that needed to be done. Based on work volume he told me it would be about 2 hour wait but would do his best to get it done sooner. The car was ready in less than an hour. Overall a great experince and would recommend this dealership to others.

We went to Commonwealth Kia dealer to look at the Sonata/ We were downgrading from a huge SUV and wanted to go smaller or with a sedan. Keith was out to assist us immediately and was a pleasure to talk with. Not your average car salesman. Keith listened to everything we had to say and answered the question truthfully and fairly. After a short periodof test driving and talking we decided to get the KIA Optima SX Turbo. Wow what a car. You can't find all of these features on a car for the price we were given at Commonwealth. I went to Commonwealth to look at the Kia Sportage and Honda Crv. I basically knew Exactly what I was looking for and as soon as I drove into the lot I saw it. Ivan was great. I test drove the Kia and fell in love with it. Ivan also showed me the Honda CRV that I was interested in but just did not compare to the Kia Sportage which had everything I could possibly want. Ivan was fun to work with, I could joke around with him. He made me feel comfortable. He went over everything in detail with me and told me to come back whenever I had a question. He also said that Commonwealth not only sells you a car but also a relationship which I thought was great.When it came to doing the financing with Karen once again it was a comfortable experience. She got the best financing for me. My sister was with me so we were having friendly conversation with Karen during the paperwork process.I live just down the street from Commonwealth so I will be visiting often because my Kia has a lot of gadgets. Plus I need to get a cell phone so Ivan can hook it up to bluetooth and give me another lesson.

The salesman listened to my needs and wants, didn't waste my time and was prompt in answering my questions. Low pressure sales!! The experience after the purchase as far as car prep and documentation as far as registration appeared a bit slow, in part due to my insurance company. My overall experience was very good. Thank you Bob! it was a pleasure dealing with you, although the lack of air conditioning in the Kia Showroom on a hot day (87 in the showroom) was less than comfortable (at no fault of yours).

I like Commonwealth Motors so much that I made it a point to shop there for my next vehicle. After 11 years we retired our Honda Odyssey (with over 200,000 miles) for a 2012 KIA Sorento. I'm not sure if I'd think to consider a KIA if it weren't for the fact that Commonwealth stands behind their product and I love their service department. I was ready for a smaller vehicle and the Sorento really seems to fit the bill. I enjoyed working with Ivan as he went out of his way to make me happy including letting me park the vehicle in my garage (I live less than 4 mi. away). Keith helped me sync my phone contacts to the very new UVO multi media hands-free system which was also a big help. With them down the street, I know if I have any problems, they'll be there to help me.I love my new KIA!

The warranties are also amazing on it. My husband and I had been loyal vw owners for the past 20 years & a total of 5 vw. I dealt with Ivan, who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, & courteous. The delivery of the car was the best delivery experience , he went over every feature in detail, checked over the car thoroughly with me and synced my blue tooth phone for me. Full tank of gas. Tim was excellent to work with. Very friendly and had alot of knowledge about all the Kia's. He even let my little one ring the bell after my sale! I think buying a car is the worse thing ever so I'm glad it was painless with Tim! I love the Kia Optima I bought and it was at a price I can afford. From the minute I walked in until I drove off in my new car, I was treated with extreme respect. They are not a high pressure sales dealership like most out there. Do not trust the salesmen at this dealership. They were wonderful to work with until they learned that we no longer wanted to purchase a vehicle from them. Although Ivan was very friendly and knowledgable when we first met, everything drastically changed when we informed him that the car we were interested was not something we could afford. They dealership has refused to return our $500 deposit, even though we were told it would be returned to us if we did not purchase the car. After reviewing our budget, we informed the dealership LESS than 24 hours after our original meeting, yet they are still refusing to give us the refund we are entitled to. The salesmen and the sales manager were very rude and unprofessional both over the phone and in person. They even hung up the phone on us after calling us liars. I would strongly reconsider doing business with this company.

The car is great, the price was perfect, and the customer service was nothing short of excellent. Keith Audy, the salesman we dealt with, was great. He asked all the right questions, gave all the right answers to our questions,and matched us to a perfect vehicle, wich seemed to be his goal. The salesman I've dealt with in the past at other dealerships usually do what you expect a sales person to do...try to sell you the most expensive vehicle your budget will allow.But Keith Audy was more concerned about selling us a vehicle that fit us and that we would love. And that is exactly what he did. The best thing is that after the sale, the manager who draws up most of the paper work, and has us sign everything, was just as pleasant to deal with than the sales guy. He didn't try to push some extended warranty, or try to get us to buy upgrades that we didn't need. If you have ever bought a new car, you know how that goes... when you think your done buying, you get pulled in to talk to the manager who trys for what seems like hours to sell you some policy or auto start package, any thing to boost the sale. At Commonwealth the manager simply offerd us some things, we politely declined and it didn't bother him at all. He just drew up the paper work, had us sign, and we were on our way. My wife and I were just going to "test the waters" on purchasing a new car. This dealership provided multiple brands to view in one central location. The salesman was a "no pressure" person that took the time to show us multiple models, brands, and options. We took a test drive and sat with the salesman and discussed price, trade and finances. We left with a lot of options to discuss. I went on line and researched the Kia Optima we were considering as well as comparative models in other brands. We visited a few competition showrooms and had offers to compare and consider. We received three follow-up calls from Commonwealth over two days. I know they say shop us last but we think you should save some time and start with Commonwealth Motors because they really do offer the lowest prices. We used kia.com, Edmunds.com and consumerreports.org to get quotes, and Commonwealth was the lowest. Also, matching their great prices was the outstanding customer service. When I arrived at the dealership, Keith was expecting me and I was greeted very kindly for stopping by. Keith was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle. I had done extensive research before arriving at Commonwealth Kia and I had read nothing but great reviews from various sources about this dealership.My initial expectations were to simply test drive the vehicle and get a competitive price, but after sitting down with the sales rep and discussing pricing, it was clear that they were committed to providing me with the best deal for my vehicle. The friendly and responsive nature of the entire sales staff kept me firmly planted. Even though they did not have my desired vehicle color, they even went as far as to bring a vehicle of the same color into a lit garage for me to see. The fact that I had to wait a few days for my vehicle to arrive from another dealership was far outweighed by the fair price I was offered and the knowledge that my vehicle would be serviced at a reputable location by friendly people who cared.I left Commonwealth Kia very satisfied with my purchase and experience and I look forward to returning for all my service and accessory needs.

I went to Commonwealth Kia after I had a very bad experience with Medford Kia. I have to say everyone I dealt with at Commonweath had me stunned! Everyone was so nice and helpfull! I would and have recommended this dealership to everyone I know. I just brag about the people I dealt with. I walked in, told them what I was looking for, the budget I had and they worked with me to get to the budget I had asked for. Not once did anyone try to sell me what I wasnt looking for! Eli was above and beyond in customer service. He took me out to test drive three cars. The weather was quite cold and windy and he was very accommodating. He even went back to each car without complaint after I missed place my cellphone. I wanted to purchase my first new car and my parents immediately picked up the phone and called Keith. Keith had sold my parents each a Kia Sorrento a few months ago and he was outstanding in his service, availability, and knowledge. When my parents were in a car accident last month and they went to Keith for help he actually dropped everything he was doing and actually lost the sale of a new customer because he felt compelled to help my parents right away. This made me want to buy my first car from Keith more than anything.The second I got to the dealership Keith greeted me and we went over my wants as well as needs in a car. Keith took the time to show me numerous options and to make sure I was comfortable in whatever decision I made. He never tried to sway me to one vehicle or another. He took everything I wanted and needed into consideration and helped me pick the best car for me. Once I decided on the Kia Optima we worked out numbers and he was incredibly understanding and patient with my fear of taking on a car payment. He helped me work through everything step by step so I understood everything that was going on. He was kind and understanding throughout my frustration of having never bought a car before. Once I purchased the car, he still took time to show me everything and make sure I knew exactly what I had under my belt! What really makes me happy is that I know I can call him with any questions or concerns I have and not be blown off because I already purchased the car. I have never been happier and cannot wait to drive my car tomorrow! I will be back to purchase my next car from him!

As I was waiting at the KIA customer service desk the gentleman who went over my finances suggested that I drive an Optima. He said that if I drive the KIA Optima I would receive $25. I test drove the KIA Optima and decided I wanted an SUV. Being disgruntled he did not offer me the promotion certificate. I later called wrote the owner and sales rep a letter asking them to honor the promotion that was mentioned to me with no avail. I than contacted the Corporate office and they honored the promoton. I ended up purchasing a KIA Sotrento from York KIA of Medford. I recieved excellent service with a better interest rate as well as the price for vehicle.I do not have the man's name who offered me the promotion but he was the one going over my financal figures that we did not come to an agreement on.

When we arrived at Commonwealth after a long day of listening to other dealers tell me what I want it was a breath of fresh air. we were greeted immediately by Keith who was more than happy to listen to us rather than tell us what we wanted. After reviewing what we felt comfortable paying and what we wanted to purchase Keith was very honest and told us what he would do. He priced out both a 5 speed and an automatic and insured us he would do all he could to help us meet our price point. After a bit of paperwork during which Keith stayed focused and helped us through it answering all questions we asked. He offered us options for incentives (which was never offered at any other dealership that day) and worked wit us to insure we understood all of out options. After test driving the vehicle and working out the numbers we left that day purchasing an brand new Kia Soul. My overall experience was fantastic. Keith was sure to keep us engaged and offered explanations and options that were necessary for me to feel comfortable making a purchase. At this point I would not go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle new or used in the future.

WE purchased a 2011 Kia Optima on Friday January 7. We were extremely please with the Sales Representative Keith. My husband had actually been in touch with the dealer before looking for a specific color and model, and when Commonwealth received it in Keith took the time to call us and let us know. The night we purchased the vehicle we were able to take it home. Keith went over everything in the vehicle even though the dealer was technically closed. He also encouraged us that if we had any questions to please call or come back with them. So far though so Great.

I just bought a Kia Sorrento from Ivan at Commonwealth Kia. I have been researching the vehicle I wanted to buy for the past few months and first contacted the Commonwealth Kia dealership in August. I was not quite ready to buy in August but the staff at Commonwealth did not preasure me at all they just politely kept in contact with me simply letting me know that they wanted to "earn my business." And they did. I came into the dealership just before christmas and met Ivan again. He was friendly, professional, helpful and all round good to work with. He gave me the price I wanted for the new car which was well under the invoice amount and we negociated the price on my trade which I found to be fair. Further, I had already qualified for financing with my bank but Ivan suggested I let them have a shot at financing the vehicle for me. I saved half a point on the financing rate going through Commonwealth's financing group. I have no complaints and only praise for the dealership and Ivan. This is the second vehicle I bought from Commonwealth and after this second good experience it will not be my last. I actually will be shopping them first.

I was not intending to buy that day, but Ivan the salesman is very knowledgeable on the Kia and showed me so many features that the kia has without adding on options, also a very good salesperson, he had me test drive the car and I was sold. the warranty can't be compared, it is so good. I actually liked the car I traded in and thought I may miss it, but I am loving my new Kia Sorento and very happy with my choice. Couldn't ask for a better group of people from which to buy a car. We went just looking at the Kia Sorento, but were not quite ready to buy. We explained what we were looking for and the monthly payment range we needed to be in. Mike took the time to walk us around and look at several models. We knew exactly the features we wanted included in the vehicle. However, we only found one that had everything and in a color that we really liked. After the test drive, Keith worked with us on getting our payments in the range that we needed. However, since we were not ready, we thought that we would lose it and have to wait until a new one came in. Shawn very kindly agreed to put a hold on it for a week until we could get the funds together. A week turned into two and there was still no problem. When we were finally ready, Keith diligently handled all of the paperwork and Hiram was very helpful in putting the financing together. Before we picked up the Sorento, we saw the protection kit for the front of the car, Keith gave us all the info and set up the installation for the next day so that it would not delay us picking it up. When it was time to pick up the Sorento, Keith went above and beyond to make sure that it was spotless. He even cleaned the windows himself because there were a few spots on them.When we picked up the Sorento, Keith went over all the features of the car in detail.I have never had such a detailed delivery. Once we had the vehicle home and had a question, Keith was always avaiable to give us the answers that we needed.A couple of days after picking up the Sorento, we decided that we wanted a remote starter installed. Once again Keith went out of his way to make arrangements to get it installed the next day.All of the people at the dealership were very professional, friendly and helpful throughout the entire transaction. They treat you like a friend and not just a customer. We will definitely recommend Commonwealth Motors to anyone looking for a vehicle.

This service center is one of the best I have visited with my Kia. The staff is very freindly and courtious. They will ride you home or to the market if you like. They seem very sincere and professional.When I bring my car in they provide the requested service and inspect for other problems. They keep you notified of pending services and any other problems they may see at the time of service.There waiting area and restrooms are immaculate. I think I have found my new service center for my Kia. I would highly reccomend this center to everybody.

In every department at commonwealth while you wait for your car being serviced you get to have cookies, munchkins,coffee, and get to watch tv on a beautiful hdtv lcd. The great things is if I don't want to wait they can drop me off and pick me up where ever I'am. Plus the location is very convenient for me. Many of the associates are very loyal because they have been working their for a number of years. I'm now 22 and remember a few faces of when I stopped by at the age of 6.

If you listen to the radio and hear a commercial for Commonwealth Kia, they proclaim that they want to sell "A Kabillion Kias". Visit them to look at and test drive and you will know that they mean it and feel it. On my first visit I wasn't sure yet if I really wanted to trade in my current vehicle (a 2003 VW Jetta), but I sat with Ivan and spoke with him about what was important to me in a vehicle and what my options were. Ivan suggested the Kia Forte LX, and we took it for a test drive. After crunching the numbers we came up with something I was comfortable with, and he brought the paperwork to the Business Manager, Hiram.Over the next week I spoke with Ivan and Hiram several times before we could come to an agreement. At one point I was considering waiting on purchasing the new vehicle because the numbers we originally came up with weren't going to work (due to my own credit scores and inability to provide a down payment). However, they came up with a way to make it work, and even threw in a little added bonus.Overall I am VERY satisfied with Commonwealth Motors and Ivan and Hiram personally as well. I work with customers in my line of work everyday, and these two gentleman are the epidome of excellent customer service representatives. I applaud the efforts of all the employee's at Commonwealth Motors, and give two thumbs up!

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences dealing with Commonwealth. When purchasing my car there was no pressure from the sales force which made me want to go back and see them after visiting another Kia dealer. I continue to go there for service, because as a woman I dont feel as though I am being talked down to like at some other auto service shops. They make me feel welcomed and explain things to me when I have questions, pricing is reasonable and they have been very trustworthy!

We've received excellent sales & service for 4 years. The facility is always clean. The staff is Friendly, Honest, Professional and Excellent Manners. This last visit has prompted us to consider the possibiliy purchasing of a 2011 Kia Sorrento. The salesperson was informative, helpful and no pressure- which made me feel comfortable.

After visiting two other car dealerships I recently purchased a new Kia Sorento from Commonwealth Kia. The salesman, Nick, was low-key, knowledgeable and professional. He spent quite a bit of time with me from searching for the car I wanted -to test driving and answering all of my questions. I am amazed that my car buying experience at this dealership did not leave me feeling pressured or stressed. Another plus with Commonwealth was the large amount of inventory from which to choose. Driving my new Kia Sorento is a pleasure and I would not hesitate to recommend Commonwealth to anyone in the market for a car.

I went into Commonwealth Motors based on their advertising and was not disappointed. I was not looking for anything fancy, I knew what I had to trade, what I needed for monthly payments and what I had for a down payment. The deal was initiated within the first 30 minutes and concluded within a day. No one tried to up sell me or get money from me I did not have. My car broke down in Fitchburg and was towed to Ron Bouchard's. They were terrible and not very nice to me. I had it towed from there to Commonwealth and I was treated great. I was extremely happy with the service, the information I was given and the work that was done. I would strongly recommend this dealership and I will ccertainly return.

Great experience in purchasing a new vehichle. I met Keith Audy three weeks ago he was very easygoing and informative. I told him I had been to a number of dealerships over the past two months and I was in the final decision mode.Keith did not pressure me with any gimmicks or enticements he just spoke of the quality of the vehichles I was looking at. At that time I was deciding between the Sorrento,Honda CRV and Hyundai Sante Fe at Dubes in Wilmington Ma.Keith impressed me with his knowledge of each of these vehichles so I told him I would go home and discuss this information with my wife I also told Keith that I would return and I meant It.Three weeks later I returned with the MRs and we drove a couple of vehichles A Sorrento and a Sportage. I saw a very well equipped Sorrento on the lot with a color I liked Spicy Red Sorrento. After talking with Keith and Shaun Berryman Sales manager an amiable deal was made and I puchased the Sorrento.I picked up the car this past tuesday and once again was very impressed with the honesty and integrity displayed by Keith Audy. It seemed that after Keith had the car preped for take home he had noticed a slight blemish in the finiish ona smaal area by the door. Keith insisted I let the car stay over night and fixed the next day However the salesmanager and Keith got the car into your bodyshop and within a half hour it was buffed out to perfection AMAZING!!!!! Keith then took an hour wiyh me to go over the basic features of which there are many he even programmed my phone to coicide with the Bluetooth technology HANDS FREE DIaling Great I drove off a happy customer and will return for maintainence as scheduledYhank you,Sinserely Frank Janowicz 2011 KIA SORRENTO

Derek and Shaun were great. They were very accomodating and friendly. They followed the sale all the way through and made sure that all needs were taken care of. Every team member in the Kia department was helpful and friendly and always made sure you were taken care of.

They lure you in with one price online, then when it comes to closing the deal, they come up with a new price. (In my case, $2000 extra for which they had some bogus excuse.)The salesman, Bob M., was friendly and courteous at all times. He even apologized for the company's sales strategy and claimed that it was something that he personally disagreed with. At the end of the day, it was a learning experience for me, so it wasn't a total waste of my time. My recommendation: If you see a price for a car that is well below the general norm, do not expect to be taking home a bargain. You will only end up wasting your time.

I hate to sound cheezy, but their motto is right. "Shop Us Last, You'll Love Us". My wife and I did cash for clunkers on a new KIA and it was nice to be in a nonpressured laid back enviorment. Everyone we delt with was down to earth and straight forward. There was never that uneasy sleezy feeling I've gotten at other dealerships, this place was great. Even though I didn't deal with the associates from the other brands sold at Commonwealth. The overall experiance makes me confident that you can't go wrong by shopping here.

I truly wanted a KIA Sorrento when I came to Common Wealth Motors. I was very excited to finally be able to purchase the car of my dreams. I test drove the car and to my dismay I did not like the car. It was much to big. I had the most wonderful team and they helped me find my purfect car. I purchased a KIA Sportage. It is the perfect size. My experience at Common Wealth Motors was great. The process was smooth and very kind and very helpful. I would recomend the dealer to all and have already.

I just bought a car at Commonwealth KIA. Everything went very smooth and everyone was great. The sales people were very nice and courteous and the management were very acommadating. I was helped by Freddie Toro who took really good care of me. I would definitely buy another car from him again in the near future and refer all my friends and family to him.

Commonwealth Kia is a below zero dealer..I surmise my experience at the showroom will be blocked..for saying the truth..Commonwealth Kia advertises it is worth the trip from anywhere...although the showroom does not seem to care about the negative customer experiences on the site......Commonwealth Kia incorporates the deception at Commonweath Motors other showrooms. I inquired on the telephone before I went down a number of times. A different salesperson took my phone call just about everytime. I inquired about an 08 Kia Sportage..Every time I telephoned about the inventory the number of 08 Kia Sportages in their Inventory was changed up in color and quantity. The showroom was also looking for top dollar for a year old car.Just before I came down..I telephoned Commonwealth Kia..Shaun answered and said there were only two Kia Sportages left in the lot...When I telephoned the showroom the other day.. the quantity and colors were different.When I came down in person...I went over to the desk to greet the Shaun the Manager..it said on Shaun' card that he was the Manager. I noticed there was only one 08 Kis Sportage in the lot...the color wss different from the color Shaun said on the telephone. When I inquired about on one 08 Kia Sportage in the lot...Shaun said the other 08 Kia Sportage was a used car...when I said he told me on the phone...Shaun has two 08 Kia Sportages in the lot...Shaun became offensive...Shaun offered xero apology for giving me deceptive inventory on the telephone...Shaun said I did not ask for a new 08 Kia Sportage on the telephone.Shaun referred to a salespersn out on the floor...Bob M....Bob M. seemed disinteresed in earning my business...Bob M. became offensive when I said the 08 Kia Sportage was depreciating...Bob M. went to the desk... Bob M. returned to the table with roughly done numbers quoting top dollar for a year old car...When I said the numbers were too high...Bob M went to the desk..Shaun seemed disinterested in negotiating the numbers....I left the showroom disappointed.............................
