I have purchased 2 vehicles from Community Chevrolet and my most recent one was from William Gigogne. I had a quick and easy experience with my car purchase. Everyone that I dealt with was nice and very helpful with all my questions. I would not hesitate on purchasing another vehicle from William and the Community Chevrolet staff. From the salesman, to the finance department and the quality service, I am completely satisfied with my experiences.

Bought a used Explorer and couldn't be happier. My family needed a bigger vehicle for our growing kids. Our salesman was professional and helpful and made sure we got our vehicle at the price we wanted. We will go back to Community for our next vehicle purchase and will continue to deal with William.

I am and always have been a Ford/Lincoln owner. Never wanted anything else. Last year my husband bought a Chevy Silverado from Community and while waiting for his truck to get inspected we went out to look at vehicles just to pass time. Even tho our family was quickly out growing my Lincoln Aviator I was told my husband I did not and would not own a Chevy. After looking at a 2012 Chevy Tahoe I said let's go in and get the keys. Our Sales Rep Tom Benedek is absolutely our salesman! He let's the car sell itself! I have never met such a down to earth honest salesman. Which definitely took the stress out of making the purchase. I highly recommend giving Tom Benedek a call when you are wanting to make your next vehicle person. And YES I am now the proud owner of a 2012 Chevy Tahoe and LOVING IT!!! THANK YOU to the very friendly and courteous staff at Community Chevrolet! They really went above and beyond!

William is and Will be the only dealer that my family Will use until his retirement. We were financially ready to purchase a new vehicle. Will is extreamily knowlageable and real, when I say real I mean he has your vast I rarest at heart! He isnt trying to simply make a sale! He is a genuine good person who has the ability to help you through this process and make it enjoyable and painless! I look forward to years of buying from him.

Please use caution when using their body shop. The work was originally not done correctly and a couple month later their work started to peal off. They say they guarantee their work but will not fix it. So much for a guarantee! Their body shop manager is rude as is the service manager. They do not return calls. Would never go there for anything and would not recommend them to anyone.

Initially, I wasn't completely sold on the Chevy Equinox. I loved my Jeep and wasn't ready to let it go without being completely satisfied. The staff at Community Chevrolet were very friendly and helpful from start to finish. The salesman (Dave) was as knowledgeable and accommodating over the phone as well as in person. The moment we arrived we were greeted at the door with a friendly "hello". The deal itself was quick and hassle-free, no back and forth haggling over price. The finance manager (David) had everything prepared quickly which made the paperwork process go smoothly. We were in and out the door within an hour unlike other places where you sit all day. After dealing with Community Chevrolet I was sold. I never had a more pleasant buying experience. My drive back home was very relaxing. Thanks Dave and the Community Team for making this purchase the best I've had thus far!! I'm excited about my new Chevy Equinox.

Disappointed in how they handle internet leads. I emailed them regarding a truck I was interested in purchasing and only got automated emails saying that someone would contact me. I received this automated email twice but never a follow up. Lost an internet sale.

Bought three cars from there, and now in process of buying another car from another dealership,would never waste my time going back there.Had problems with Sales lady that claimed she knew everything and waited. Sorry Community you get zero stars in both serviceand financing .I will stick to the chevy dealership I found in titisville pa.Was taken for a ride at community and not saying in a car :(

My husband and I are so glad we choose this dealership to purchase our new car last April. They are friendly in every way. We just had our oil changed by the service department Sat. and they were very fast in getting it done and did a great job. The dealership is very clean and they have great places for you to wait while your service is being done.

I was looking to buy a new vehicle but the salesmen were all to busy horsing around the hole time was in the show room. Very disrespectful. One salesman told me he was to busy for me as the others did nothing. I will take my business elsewhere. Along with my friends and family.what a shame!

I was in search of a new car so I came to community and the sales men were not very professional at all. Telling dirty jokes and eating right there in there office like pigs.and know one seemed to have tine for me. I will take my business else where from now on. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

We danced the "delivery dance" and so proud to be a part of the Community Chevrolet family. We were treated especially well by Tim, Service Manager, Jamie at the service counter and Ron Agnew, who sold us our Silverado. Special thanks to Doug who completed our finance work in a very timely manner and with ease. I feel after purchase service will be as good as the purchase experience.

My check engine light came and I stopped into the service department, Brandon Boyles took the time to check out my problem. He made time for me as I didn't have an appointment. My problem was located. Brandon worked with my warranty company, got my work approved and had parts ordered in record time. I was offered a shuttle service to take me home until they realized the repairs would not be complete till the next day, then stepped in Courtney Marshall from the rental dept. she had a car for me, took care of all the paper work in a quick and efficient manor. I recommend the service department at Community Chevorlet above all others I have dealt with in the past.

We went into Community in search of a vehicle for our daughter and our salesman Mike was very patient visit after visit, vehicle after vehicle trying to help us find just the right one for her. Finally we thought we had it and she decided no....BUT we bought this one instead! A few hours, some burgers, fries, donuts and soft drinks later;;; Mike had (yet another) sale to us and we had a vehicle we were happy with! Thanks Mike - your the bestest ! :-)

I've purchased 2 Chevy vehicles in the past 3 years. I knew what I was looking for and what price range I could purchase the vehicle at. Both times we stopped in at Community first due to it being close to home. Both times Ive been told I will not get the price I wanted not at Community and not anywhere else. Sure enough i went to Hallmans in Erie Pa and both times got the price I was out to get. On the same vehicles same features same packages. The Truck I actually got into a Crew Cab instead of the Extended Cab. I have no idea how this dealership stays open or maybe people are not shopping around for the best deals.

Brandon Boyes was our service consultant at Community Chevrolet and we will ask for him by name for future service needs. He was professional and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out and maximize our service there. He kept us well informed as each stage of service was being done. He helped us get an affordable rental car. He dealt with the extended warranty adjuster on our behalf. It has been quite a long time since we received good old fashioned customer service; Community delivered that!

We had went to several dealerships in the area and was not impressed in the service we received until we stopped by community chevrolet and met Joel Agnew. He was very knowledgeable in answering all our questions and was so polite. Their facility was also very nice looking as this was the first time that we were given a tour of a dealership when buying a vehicle. All of this and they were the lowest price we received without even telling them what other prices we had got! We will definitely be back!!

I was really impressed with Jeff Novak in the internet department. He answered all my emails and my questions and on the phone. Very helpful with zero pressure. The car was just as described when I got there. I love my Impala! David in the finance office was good, too. He explained everything and gave good advice. I will definitely be coming back here!!!

I was looking for a good, affordable used car for my son. The salesman (Mike) was outstanding. He helped me find the car I needed at the price I wanted....excellent. When I walked in a different salesman got me a coffee and the General Manager stopped and introduced himself. Very friendly atmosphere and no pressure to buy.

I was shopping for a new Chevy Silverado, and wasn't caught up with new technology in the vehicles. The salesman I had pretty much called me dumb for not having a smartphone, their prices were significantly higher than surrounding dealers, and their team was very unprofessional (swearing, telling inappropriate jokes, etc.) I ended up going to Stateline in Andover and got a great deal on a new truck, along with great service and a lifetime warranty.
