Ryan was very helpful and straight forward. I didn't feel like I was being manipulated like at a lot of other car dealerships. Everyone made the decision-making and buying process laid back and easy. I'm thrilled with my new car and feel I made a well informed decision.

The staff at Community Ford are incredibly friendly. Lydia especially, who worked with me through the buying process of a new-to-me vehicle, keeping me up to date as they were in process of performing repairs and detailing the vehicle. And so far I am very happy!

I was so pleased with my experience at Community Ford of Mooresville. I had a truck in mind I wanted but was out of state and Tim and the rest of the team at Ford were able to work with me over the phone and through email to get all the details lined out and ready so all I had to do was sign the paperwork. It was a breeze and they were so friendly throughout the process. Even following up with me afterwords to see how things were going. I would definitely go back there as well as send friends and family there. Very happy over all.

I had the best experience at Community Ford today! I just moved here from Florida and my Explorer was in need of an oil change, brakes, tires...Everything I will need for an Indiana winter. I'm so happy I chose them! I had a few things to do while I waited. The staff was so helpful! They found me an iPhone charger and even a charger for my Mac Book while I used their FREE WIFI. The service was completely honest, fair, and timely. THANK YOU COMMUNITY FORD!!!

Recently purchased a used late model Ford Taurus Limited from Community Ford. Reuben Frankenfield was our salesperson, and was very pleasant to deal with. Pricing was competitive. After purchase, we found an unexpected cosmetic issue on the car that Sales Manager Craig Stewart assured us Community Ford would "make right" and they did. It was a good buying experience at Community Ford. I recommend the dealership and Reuben Frakenfield as a salesperson.

After shopping through auto trader and comparing pricing, we found Community Ford to have the best prices in our area over the bigger dealerships. Our sales person Roger and Internet sales manager Craig worked with us to meet our needs. The sales staff are very friendly and professional. We would recommend Community Ford for your auto needs.

MAde online offer on truck. I was emailed back, called r e p. He said he had Togo to lot to check vehicle, oh no , had service sticker--no testdrivesbrakes. He said he would call back after speaking with service dept he did. Truck k couldn't be sold because of brake system,it was going to auction.. okay back online I had an email from same rep. saying my offer was accepted???? Said he would email back other vehicles I might be able to use, two days later still no word from him.I refuse to do business with anyone who doesn't value dollar, be it 1- 1,000,000. Every dollar counts. Went to dealer in Plainfield, they went out of their way to help get what I needed, I pick it up today. Better truck, newer year, got it into my price ranges

We have purchased several vehicles from Community Ford over the years and we have always been satisfied with the deals we got. we also take our vehicles there to be serviced or get the oil changed. The people there are always friendly and easy to talk to. They always explain in detail what the problem might be. The people in the service department are always good to us, so good that around Christmas time we will take them some cookies to eat.

This started out 3 days ago when i started looking at a truck that this dealership had. I called, emailed and texted with Craig Emmons about this vehicle and my interest on it. On Friday the 4th, we spoke several times we negotiated a number and I told him I was going to come down Saturday morning to purchase it and asked him if he could pull it off the lot for me. He said absolutely not a problem. I will make sure it's off the lot. I stressed the importance of this several times because I would be driving down from Elkhart (3 hour drive one way) to make the purchase. So, I checked with him Friday evening again just to be absolutely sure and he said yep, it's not a problem he has taken it off the lot for me. He also had Eric the finance manager call me and he ran my credit so that we would be good to go for financing and one less thing to have to do when I got there. I wanted to be in and out because it was my Birthday and I had my daughter and I wanted to get back and enjoy the day with her. After wall I already had to wake her up early to make the trip down. So, I was feeling pretty excited about my new truck I was about to pick up and then less then 10 miles before we arrive Craig texts me and says "we just sold the truck". My day was ruined. He then said "sorry, if you want to stop by still I'll put gas in your vehicle". I was at a complete loss for words. Since we were nearly there we stopped in because I wanted to at least talk to an owner/GM. Owner was not in, but the person in charge there at the time said "I am sorry this happened, if you'd like to look at the lot and if you see something else you like don't let money stand in the way, we will take care of you and work something out". I thought ok, great, maybe they actually want to make this right. Well, the first truck he showed me had 140,000 more miles on it then the one I was coming to pick up. The second truck I found that was comparable in specs only a newer model they wanted $12 thousand more dollars for then the one I was supposed to be buying. So I said, lets work out something on this one then that is 12k more. Salesman said, ok let me go in and see what they say. He came back out and said, yea, i'm sorry, we can't do anything on this truck as far as knocking any money off. I was floored. They had yet again for the second time in one day now straight up lied to me. I gave them my opinion on their poor customer service and business skills and left. I asked for the owners name, they gave it to me. I have a call in to and a message left for the owner to call me so I can voice my opinion and frustration with him also. Absolutely unbelievable. The least they could of done was tried to entertain a number on one of the newer models with lower miles on it, like again, "they said they were going to do", but nope. At this point it would take a lot to earn my business back. And you better believe I will make sure to spread the word as much as possible to people I know in the area down there and other places to never buy vehicles from community ford.

The dealership responded to my cars.com inquiry within minutes - not always the case with other cars I looked at - and it was pretty late at night. When I went in for the test drive, everyone was very friendly and very laid back, there really was no pressure applied to do anything. They gave me a fair value for my trade, and fixed a couple small things on the vehicle I was looking at free of charge. It's definitely worth the trip if you would like a low-pressure, pleasant car buying experience.

Purchased the car of my nightmares at community. Didn't even get it home and the front driveshaft went out, even though the claim it passed their vehicle inspection. Finally got them to replace it at no cost but it did cost me a trip to the dealer and a missed day of work. Then the vehicle started steaming. Turns out it had a cracked radiator since upon further investigation it was easy to see it because someone marked the crack on the radiator. Let's see they also did not detail the vehicle, barely had enough gas to make it to a gas station, and the salesman lied though his teeth saying he would trust it to put his wife and kids in it. And to top the whole experience off I was charged dealer fees that I've never paid anywhere else.

Everyone at the dealership was very kind and down to earth. They made sure we left with the deal we had in mind. The manager, Joel, pulled some strings to get us the exact price we needed. I left with a car that was actually nicer than I had anticipated. The staff took the time to show us all the details of our new "fancy" Ford. Matt even offered to let us come back and he would show us more. I highly recommend Community Ford to anyone that asks about our new car.

They are always straight forward with their estimates, and work extremely hard to meet my time restraints and availability to be taken care of. My husband and I bought a Jeep from them back in August. We were told it was such a great vehicle and that it was in great shape and that the guys fixed everything. Well we didn't even make it home the day we bought it and we were told that we needed a new driveshaft. I had to miss a day of work for them to fix it. Now we had to take it back to the shop to find a cracked radiator in it with a sharpie marking the spot. I wasn't going to give a bad review since you fixed the driveshaft but now with the cracked radiator this is just a freaking ridiculous! I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE WHAT A JOKE YOU GUYS ARE!!

We agreed on a price on a used vehicle one evening. Went back the next day after financing was approved to sign paperwork. All the paperwork was prepared and ready for us. They had us start signing papers. The last paper was the actual loan paper and they had added $2500 to the price for extended warranty and gap insurance. No one at the dealership had mentioned this to us at all. I had to ask about why the price was different. We never had the option of adding it, it was automatically added by them. Beware of their tactics! We won't be back and will tell others not to go there either.

The team at community was very helpful throughout my 3 week search. Admittedly I was pretty picky on getting exactly the car, color, price and options I wanted. They kept their eyes out and helped me locate the perfect vehicle for a better price than I found anywhere else in the market AND they gave me $1,900 more for my trade in than anywhere else was offering to get me to an affordable monthly payment. Highly recommend this dealership!

Do not go to this dealership! I went in a few times to look for a f150. Their prices were through the roof I complained and was told that they take them in and have to put so much work into them and they have to get that out of them. I went back one more time to just see if they had something reasonable . I looked at a silver 2011 f150 with hail damage all over it. I asked how much they said 31000. I said I don't know why I even came back here and I left. About 5 mins went by and I got a call they asked for me by name and said this is the owner of community ford he started cursing at me and said if I came back to his dealership that the moresville police department would be scraping me off his asphalt. I have called into the ford customer service department and to the presidents office of the ford motor company.

I am most impressed with the respect I was given on both occassions that I visited Community Ford. I knew the vehicle I wanted; Craig was immensely supportive, knowledgeable, and dilegently worked with me to make the sale happen for me. The interim finance guy, however, wrote up the paperwork incorrectly; this was not realized on my part for 2wks! I called Craig, he got their regular finance guy, Gary, and their general manager and they all worked together to make it RIGHT for me! I'm not sure any other dealership would have done that. I recommend Community Ford if you're looking for new, used, Ford, or any other make of car they have on the lot! AND I love my Volvo Hardtop Convertible! Community will be servicing my car, as well.

Faulty workmanship on our 99 Ford F350. Fuel line was repaired by Ford and when the same problem happened again they said it was out of warranty. Its not a common thing that a fuel line should need to be replaced. Also, they charged a diagnostic fee for looking at it without notifying us that would be the case when I dropped it off.

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE! I took my car in for it's a/c blower fan shorting out. So they charged me 282 dollars to replace it. It worked for 2 and half months and began shorting out again. I took it to an different mechanic to inspect. His findings were the electrical systems and relays were sound, and that the blower motor was bad. I reported this to Ford and asked them to fix the problem. They insisted it was a bad relay. I told them the relay was fine the day before and they said that was impossible. I gave them the findings of the other mechanic, and the service manager proceeded to get huffy and defensive over the phone. I asked how the relay was fine the day before and suddenly was bad now, and he said it was an intermittent problem. I said I didn't understand. He said, "That's not surprising." He then got more defensive and said I could pay them to fix it (again) or come get it. BAD SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDES, BAD DEAL.

Salesmen very helpful, and honest about inventory. Ended up buying used truck. Financing a breeze, took no time at all, every other time I have purchased a vehicle it is an all day affair. Went back a few days later and purchased a car with and for my daughter, same thing, no issues at all. Best car buying experience I have had. Going to look into the service department next, I hope to have the same experience.

The staff that I worked with at Community did everything they could to make my purchase as smooth as possible. I had a substantial amount that I wanted to put down via my debit card. Unfortunately, the owner had a $2000 limit that they would allow for credit/debit cards that they could not override. Being mid-day on a Saturday, my bank was already closed which left me with only the $2000 to put down. They allowed me to hold the truck with the $2000 and actually delivered the truck to my home that is an hour and a half drive from their location, where I was able to give the delivery driver the rest of the down payment. The drivers arrived right on time, actually about 10 minutes early, which was great! Although I missed that big first drive home from the dealership, I didn't miss anything else in a great buying experience. I'd buy from Community Ford in Mooresville, IN again anytime (I'd just bring the down payment in cash next time).

I had a good experience with Community Ford in deciding to buy a 1984 GMC Camper van. Craig Stewart The Internet manager was very helpful and answered my emails promptly with the information I needed to make my decision. I ended up not buying the campr van but the experience that was offered to me, was great.

My experience was great. I went in on a mission for a certain car, they dropped the price by $3,000 for an intent deal and I got exactly what I expected out of my trade-in. They were very helpful. They even let me remove my sound system from my trade-in and never dropped it's price! Thank you fr a great experience.Nick

We drove one and a half hours to look at a vehicle we found on the internet. This was our first ever visit to Community Ford. When we got there we found a couple of other vehicles that we wanted to test drive. Even though it was late and getting close to their closing time, they were happy to let us drive whatever we wanted. We actually decided to buy a 2007 Mercury Mountaineer, which was a few years newer than the 2004 Mountaineer that we actually drove up there to look at. Craig Stewart was very down to earth and easy to talk with. He made us feel comfortable in the decision we were making. We traded in a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee and received above book price for our vehicle. Craig and his associates were very willing to help us in any way they could, and even stayed after hours to make sure we drove home in the Mountaineer. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is considering buying a used or new vehicle!Sincerely,Robyn and Jeff GreiweGreensburg, Indiana

I was very pleased with how responsive and polite they were. They were eager to help and please. I will do business with them again in the future. The 2 Craig's were knowledgeable and helpful. I shopped online first and it was nice to just walk in and they knew what I wanted.

I had contacted Craig Stewart on-line about the purchase of a 2010 Ford Ranger 4by4 w/crew cab. When I got there to take a look at what they had the truck in question was not there. I was told it was sent to their sister dealership. Since they were having a liquidation sale on used vehicles I began looking at full size trucks. I had a 02 F150 XLT to trade in. I talked to Craig about 5 differant trucks I would be interested in. The trade in value of my truck was told to me before Craig and I took the first three trucks out for test drive upon returning the used car appraiser asked me what the trick was to starting my truck. Wouldn't you know it the fuel pump went out as it sat in their parking lot. I went to the service dept. and told them I would like it fixed but, to hang on until I returned. I went and drove two more trucks and decided to buy 08 Silverado. The price given to me was acceptable for the truck I picked out. The trade in quote was still the same even though the truck I drove in sat there in need of fuel pump. The people I worked with were plesant to work with, no hassles, no pressure! Good Dealership. Thanks Craig. Any future business will be directed your way. Murph

I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Focus from Community Ford In Mooresville and I could not be more pleased, both with the car and with the great customer service I recieved. I email the dealership through their website with some general questions and Craig Stewart immediately responded to me and answered my questions. And from the time I went in to test drive the car, all the way through the sale, he was just as helpful. He was never pushy, never used the sometimes typcial high pressure approach, he just worked with me to help me get the car I wanted. Mr. Kelley in the finance department was also very easy to deal with. I have also used their service department in the past for my other cars and they have been nothing but polite and professional and they get the job done! Great dealership with great employees!Penny Moore

I bought a used GMC Sierra truck from Craig Stewart at Community Ford. Craig and everyone else there was very friendly, straightforward, and pleasant to deal with. I had no trade and did not get a loan through the dealership, so I have no idea if this dealership is good or not when it comes to trade in values and loans. The vehicle was described accurately on the Community Ford website, and Craig was very helpful with answering my questions and making sure that I was comfortable with the purchase. The price for the vehicle was excellent and I am very pleased. I recommend both Community Ford and Craig Stewart if you are in the market for a vehicle.
