I went to purchase a vehicle from there months ago. Issues prior to purchase weren’t fixed when I went to get the vehicle. Owner stated the issues would be fixed and they offered to deliver the vehicle to my home. Also the owner stated I would receive a 90day warranty that would be sent to me email. Vehicle was delivered to my home but issues weren’t fixed. When trying to contact the office to resolve these issues there’s no answer or returned calls. Fast forward to now my 30 day tags are dead and I still haven’t received the 90 day warranty. When trying to contact the office to resolve these issues it’s like they’re avoiding my calls/text. Maranda did text last week asking for proof of residency to get my hard tags but since then it’s been radio silence on their end. I’ve called numerous times and left voicemails and still nothing. I’ve been patient but after seeing the reviews I see I’m not the first person to go through this with this car lot. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT HOW YOU HANDLE BUSINESS!

We bought a cadillac ATS in May 2021 they were suppose to fix a cracked windshield, they said they "would get in touch" they do not return phone calls. We ALSO HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR PROPER TAGS!! STILL DRIVING ON A EXPIRED TEMPORARY TAG!!
