I brought in my 2014 x5 for a tire problem. The service department was able to fit me in immediately and took care of the problem within the stated time while i waited. Tire insurance covered the problem and the bill came to a grand total of $0. So far any time i have needed anything from Competition it has been handled promptly, professionally and to a conclusion. I will continue to recommend the dealership and especially Joe the service manager who has been handling my vehicle.

I went for my semi-annual service from our 2014 320i xdrive at Competition BMW. I have chosen Competition BMW for all service needs even though they are 45 miles away from where I live because my first experience there (and I went there alter reading great reviews about them) was extremely satisfying. My second experience was also one of perfect satisfaction. My service advisor, Joseph Fiorentine, is great. He is very helpful, explains what my car needs, what is covered in the 4 year BMW free service and answers every question I have at any time. I feel my car is in good hands while I am at CompetitionBMS -- everyone there is always eager to help and makes customers feel comfortable -- not the aggressive type that one might expect at some other dealerships. They have a high level of integrity snd have earned my trust. I'll go there again for all my BMW needs.

I set up the service appointment online the day before. The loaner car I requested was waiting for me and this year they're providing BMW cars which I was pleased to see. Brought my car in for its first oil change and then a month later for inspection. First time notified me of s dent on car and gave me an excellent price for repair. I had already knew about the dent and went to a body shop I deal with and got a much higher price. I decided to wait on the repair, but when the dealer gave me a much better price on the repair I had it done. When I picked up the car I noticed the dent was still there! It seems the customer service representative and I were talking about two different dents. When I showed him the dent I was talking about, he apologized and within the hour had it repaired at no additional cost! That's excellent customer service!

Check in for service appointments a quick, on time and pleasant. Courtesy rides are of good quality, drivers have been friendly and respectful.One appointment made for a recall went badly because the parts were not available, despite calling ahead to confirm. A lecture from a service writer passing by regarding relying on the internet for information was not appreciated. But my assigned service writer was professional. Left car for inspection and oil change and the car was not washed or vacuumed as promised. A request for management to contact me was not honored. The oil change reminder was not reset.Given that bad experience, have been enough positives to give the facility another chance.

To say that Competition goes above and beyond other dealers is almost an understatement. My fiance and I recently bought a slightly used M3 from Competition and, from start to finish, the experience was perfect. We also just had our old, high mileage X3 in for a faulty heated seat and were treated as if we bought it with zero miles. We've already said that if we were to move out of NY, Competition would still be our dealership!

While I was driving last Friday morning, I notice that my car felt like it was going to stall out at a red light. Then I noticed that the car was riding very rough. Shortly after that, the check engine soon light went on. I called BMW and was told to come right down. I told them I needed a loaner car. There were none available. I absolutely needed a car that day. I was put through to my service rep Joe. Joe told me to come right down as he was expecting a loaner car to come back shortly. I had my car at BMW at 10:30 am that day. 20 minutes later I had a loaner car. I received a call at 12:30 stating my car was ready. I did not have an appointment and yet I was done in 2 hours from start to finish. My service rep was fantastic. He made me feel as if I was his only customer. Best service ever!

my contact guy Greg Box is very good and informative when i bring my car in. New place is very accommadating. My car is always serviced in a timely matter and can usually pick up my car on the same day. I am usually able to get a loaner car for when my car in in service which makes that very helpful.

Competition BMW is A+++. Had to bring my 335xi Coupe in twice, once with a flat and the next with a blown water pump. Both times they took the car in without prior appointment and fixed the car the same day. Very happy with the service and the dealership/facilities are the best I've seen on Long Island. Modern, clean with very helpful people working in them.

Regular maintenance of my high mileage 540i - specifically coolant flush and brake fluid purge. Additionally the alernator light was on necessitating the replacement of the alternator. My car is only serviced by this dealer and no one else. They do a great job. My service advisor is excellent and a great guy.

I brought my car in for service on a damaged tire and a problem with my Sirius radio. My service representative Rudy Alanis could not have been more helpful in allowing me to drop the car off at my convenience and making sure everything was taken care of as quickly as possible. He worked with the sales department to correct my Sirius radio subscription and then not only replaced the damaged tire but took the time to have the service department check the other tires and found a small problem in a second tire that was also replaced. He was a pleasure to work with and made me feel very confident and secure with the service provided.

I personally want to thank Doug Monette our Sales Consultant for his knowledge and care in making us feel very confident in our buying decision. He never pressured us in anyway. He always followed up with questions we had. This is our 2nd CPO BMW. Our service advisor is Chris Paneapinto, he has handled all of our services needed and problems we had along the way with such care and concern. He never worry if something happens to our car bease we know Chris will follow through. We did have one situation where we needed to talk to the Service Manager Frank Montalto who listened to our complaint and did right by us. This is exactly the reason we bought another BMW.

I was very satisfied with the quality of treatment from Competition BMW.The service technical representative took the time to listen to my concerns, addressing even the more minor issues that I had.The service manager called me when the work was completed and discussed the repairs rendered including that minor issue that I had and measures taken to correct it.Overall, from drop off ( I was accommodated with a BMW loaner vehicle!) to pick up, I was quite satisfied with my experience at Competition BMW Service.

I had an excellent buying process. When i got to the showroom Theresa Pierro immediately introduced herself to me and my husband. She was available and friendly but not pushy. We took my car out for a little ride and I was in love. I had 2 bmw's previously and missed them. I bought my car that day and I am thrilled. Everything was handled for me, from credit to insurance to my beautiful pin striping. Theresa stayed late to patiently explain everything to me. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. Setting the appointment by Internet was easy and fast. An e.mail confirmation and a reminder before the service date were received. The service staff were curtious and friendly. Waiting time was reasonable. I chose to wait but had the option of a loaner car. The waiting area is nice and had Internet access, tv and many magazines. Oh their coffee is good!

I went to see Joe when I was having a problem with my 2014 Z4 power top. I've dealt with him before on routine maintenance items, and have always been satisfied with his performance. I purchased my car here in 2000 and was unhappy with the service so hadn't returned since 2001. After losing a great mechanic, I turned to other dealers and repair shops, with the result that I was much poorer and my car was in the driveway unable to be depended on to get me further than around the corner. A friend recommended I give Competition another chance, new people with a new attitude, etc. I did and he was right. I was treated much better than when my car was new, the repairs were done sooner than expected and for less than I was anticipating. At this point I would go back to them, and even consider getting a new car there, something I thought I would never do.

I am writing this review because of my wonderful experience with the staff at this dealership.I traded my Mercedes Benz S550 for a certified pre-owned 09 750i but had a few issues with it.After discussions with my salesman Jason and the pre owned manager Chris,I was able to switch into a 2010 750Li Xdrive.They bent over backwards to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase.I am now extremely happpy with the new car and really do appreciate their efforts.Oh and by the way,the car looks,feels,drives and smells like NEW..
