I recently bought a new Accord through Concord Honda and used a buying service. they were very cooperative with good price. One complaint is the guy who gave me the walk through did a very brief review and didn't show the blue tooth issues with my phone or even tell me you had to have your foot on break to start it with the button. They are excellent on service.

I have a 2011 Honda Fit with the original battery. For the first time ever the car did not start immediately. I went the same day to Concord Honda where I had purchased the car (no appointment). Kelly came to assist me. She rechecked the battery and although it was still showing OK I told her I would prefer a new one put in. She agreed it was a good idea as the car was almost 5 years old with the original battery.She then asked me about replacement airbags and had I had that done yet? I told her I had been notified in March, checked with them in July and they were still not available. She checked into it and said they were both available to be done that day. This was about 11.15 am. I told her that I had to be somewhere by 2.30pm, and she promised me she would see to it that I would be out by then. I waited at the dealership.Sure enough, she came back shortly after 2pm and told me it was ready! Also there was a discount available on the new battery which she gave to me.I was more than pleased. She (Kelly) gave "Outstanding" Service". If I could rate her more highly, I would do so. Also the mechanics are to be commended for doing an excellent job in less than 3 hours. (The new battery plus the two replacement airbags installed).I am very pleased with the services I received. That is why I always take my car back there if I need services of any kind. I trust them completely and do not go anywhere else.

this was an amazing expierence, , i perchased my 2017 accord thru the costco buying service. all price list were available, their was no hassel or bickering. the salesman manie was informative all cost were openly displayed and explained. he was effecient and friencly. the financing was excellent. and painless.

I have to travel from out of town along with a bridge toll.Having distress and worry over the fact warning light is telling me problem with my tires.Waited each time over an hour and was told everything ok- the sixth time in told warning light does indicate tire pressure sensors are failing- but that they would give me a "good deal" to replace them, only a few hundred dollars!

took my pilot in for an oil change and airbag recall issue. had my babies in the other car as i dropped off my husband with the SUV. first, they didn't have my appointment. ok, that happens sometimes but they said they'd get us in, as they DID have record that they ordered parts for the recall (???). when we picked up the car after they called us, my husband waited 45 minutes as they couldn't find it!! who loses the car they just worked on!? he talked to a manager about how we had just missed swim practice for the babies, and they offered a free car wash to appease. they they retracted the offer, as my ski rack was on the roof. no apologies, full price after all that. we will be going the extra distance to buy/get serviced at walnut creek or antioch from now on.

I needed a routine oil change service on a 2015 Honda CRV. Initially the service manager was abrupt and somewhat offensive is his attitude. Because I would be taking the car on an extended trip through the mountains during the hottest time of year, I had taken it in for the oil change earlier than required (oil life was at 30%, it had been 11 months since the last oil change). The service manager did not want to perform the service, telling me to bring the car back when the oil life gauge was at 15%. (This would certainly have transpired in the middle of my trip) After some haggling and explaining my travel plans twice, he grudgingly agreed to allow the service to be done. After the service was completed, the service manager was like a totally new person: gracious, chatty, pleasantly explained the services that were performed as part of the oil change, asked me about my trip, wished me safe travels. Nice that he turned on the charm when it was time to check out, but he could have been as gracious while I was checking in.The Concord Honda facility is well run overall, very clean, and has a very comfortable waiting area. I would recommend it to a friend, with the caveat that the service department needs to work on consistency in its approach to customer service.

The Team at Concord Honda is outstanding in providing customer service and what one would expect from a dealership. I have had my CR-V serviced for 60k miles and for airbag recall and my Civic for airbag recall. It is easy to drop the car off before work. It's harder for me to get picked up as I need to go during my lunch ( one hour mid-day) or after 6PM when I am done. On all occasions, there was some consternation over sending a shuttle after 6 PM, but they did it every time. It would be helpful if they had later shuttle hours so that it was not so difficult to get back to get my car.

My car would not start and nothing working. Honda Assist towed car to dealer. Dealer arranged 24 hr car rental so I could do my business while service dept tried to find the problem. Was thankful they found that the battery had failed. Although it took a charge, it was dead in morning. Those at dealership stressed that they wanted to hold the car there until they knew for certain that the problem was the battery and that the special ordered new one would not let me down. I really appreciated the phone calls to keep me updated. Everything went seamlessly. Tom Daw was very reassuring that Honda would get it right at no cost to me and that I would be safe to drive it away. Everyone was most helpful and efficient!

I brought my car in for a burned out headlight and to show me how to do it and no charge which I thought was nice of them. Then the following week I came back in to have my car serviced and the tires rotated. They always do a great job.

The worst experience ever buying a car! I made an appointment to a sales person and they had me wait over thirty minutes before. Someone saw me. The appraisal for my trade-in took over forty minutes Then they low balled on the value of my car. The transaction was a horrible experience Lies, Lies, and More Lies. I went to Concord Honda late Saturday morning hoping that they could squeeze me in for a routine oil change- and they did! The service advisor, Richard, was spot on guesstimating 3 hours for the service (and you can't expect anything better when you show up without an appointment after 7 am on a Saturday). He called me promptly at 2 to let me know my car was finished, but that a repair on the rear brakes was recommended. Honda was also able to accommodate that repair, and have my car finished by 4 pm. The staff is extremely friendly and prompt, and the facilities are top notch and comfortable if you are planning to sit and wait for your vehicle. Even though I live in another city, I don't even think twice about driving to Concord to have my Honda serviced there. It's hassle-free and professional, which is so nice in a world where true customer service is hard to find!

Most people don't enjoy the whole car buying experience, they enjoy the car when they have it but not the process leading up to it. The price was MSRP so no haggling was required, a Sonic attribute. They detailed the car and filled it with fuel, spent some time going over the electronic features making it a bit easier. Engine light went on, engine misfired from time to time. Took to Concord Honda to have it checked out. Had same problem before and spark plugs were replaced then. Since the problem occurred again, the next procedure called for replacing the piston rings in cylinders 1-3. Service advisor said it would take a day or two. AND, all the work and a rental car were paid for by Honda! Next day I got a call saying my car was ready. Amazing! Excellent turnaround on "engine job" that took a very experienced engine mechanic. All facets from dropping the car off, handling of the rental car, and picking the car up all at no cost to me could not be handled better. Thank you Wasif!

Anthony Morin & Juanito were great! I walked onto the lot knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it. Anthony & Juanito, worked out a deal that allowed my monthly note to be even less than expected, and even told me to keep some of the extra money I had brought with me for my down payment. They were personable, We were there for awhile, and Anthony even offered to order my son & I some pizza. He also helped my son and I clean out my trade in (where as, he could have just let the two of us do all the work). Juanito worked really hard at getting me the best deal he could, it did require me going back up to Honda twice more to resign paperwork but, in order to save monthly, I was fully willing to take that drive. They are awesome at what they do. Anthony was not pressuring at all, nor, was Juanito. I was glad that I had these two and received the service I did. A blessing!

This is a review on the service department. My car was due for an oil change and it was over 108,000 miles, so I had the spark plugs changed at the same time. The spark plugs were replaced without a problem, but whoever did the oil change was very sloppy. My guess is that it was done by a newbie mechanic because I usually don't have problems like this. There was oil on my windshield, on the wiper blade (which deformed it because it was soaked in it for a while), and on the cowl. The engine was overfilled with oil. It should have been under the 2nd mark on the dipstick but it was several mms over the 2nd mark, so I voiced my concerns to the service advisor who took it back to the garage to remove it. This process took about an hour, and I waited. The service advisor also replaced my warped wiper blade at no charge. I am satisfied that they rectified the problem, but it would have been better if they were more careful from the start so I would not have to waste my time to have excess oil removed. That said, I will continue to use the service dept because it is conveniently located close to my work place.

I was greeted by many of the staff and was asked if I was being helped. What impressed me the most is while Kelly was taking information from me related to the service, another young lady pulled behind my car and exited her car; Kelly immediately acknowledged her and informed her that she will be with her right after she was done with my vehicle. Her acknowledgement of another client was impressive. When I returned to pick up my car, there was a little delay in bringing the car out, so Kelly went back and brought fully washed car to me.

The only negative in the purchasing process, the 2014 Beetle Coupe we purchased was at 39,800 miles...Now having to pay the $300 - $350 out of our pockets in order to get the every 40,000 mile transmission servicing without owning the vehicle for a week...which in turn if we would have known, we would have ask for the $350 be deducted from the purchase price.

While I believed him, a part of me was wondering if it was just *talk* to get us to purchase the vehicle.After the transaction was complete, they said they would call us to bring the van back to be detailed and fix a few things.They called. The fixed everything we reported and they did a great job detailing the entire car.The facility is extremely spacious. We found the car of my dreams on the Concord Honda Website and sent a email to Stephanie to inquire about the car. Stephanie answered all our questions and got the ball rolling. The following day my husband and I drove out to Concord Honda to see if our dream could become a reality. Check tire inflation message appeared several times in the first three weeks I since I'd purchased the used 2014 Civic but the tires seemed to be properly inflated. I'm pleased Concord Honda has Saturday service dept hours. Kelly checked me in about 8:00 AM and suggested I come back in the afternoon when there would be fewer jobs. I came back at 1:00 PM & Kelly recalled the check in, then took the car for service. Tires were dunked in water tank to confirm no leaks, onboard software was updated. Overall experience was fine, but I'm left wondering why the software needed updating--shouldn't that have been part of the pre-sales preparation?

I had been looking for a car for a while at different dealers. Due to my credit not being so great i was unhappy with the options I had. I always felt as if I was not being helped properly or guided on what i should do instead i was being rushed out. At some point a different dealer tried to sale me a really old car and said that was my best option. One day I called the Honda dealership in Concord to ask a few questions on what I should do at this point i was not looking to buy a car just yet. I spoke to Cristina Sanchez and she was extremely helpful! I am so glad I called. Her customer service was truly the best I have ever experienced. I felt like she really wanted to help me and guide me in the right direction. She actually suggested I apply online and then gave me a few options. When I was still not 100% satisfied she figured out a different option that was perfect for me! Next thing you know i am filling out paperwork for a brand new Honda Civic. I am beyond satisfied with the quality of service I received from Cristina and everyone there.

I bought a car in Concord Honda. When I change the tire, the mechanic said the wheel is locked and I need to ask for the wheel lock key from dealer, otherwise they cannot change the tire or need to charge me a lot to remove the wheel lock. Johnny Nessari, General Sales manager in Concord Honda said if I can't proof they did not give me wheel lock, they will not give me what is missing and will not responsible for the expense. When I bought my car, I took picture of what are come with, but he still refuse to admit that they forget to give me the wheel lock key. BE AWARE when you buy car from such dealer.

I bought a car at Concord Honda many years ago and was wary of going back as the experience was sub-par. But they have new management, a brand new facility and my experience last week was far superior to what I'd experienced in the past. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helped me locate a car that had all the features I wanted. The finance person explained everything to me so I could understand and make an informed decision. He also made recommendations from his personal experience regarding the warrantee options I could purchase and he offered me some financing to cover some of the cost. I had not planned on spending quite so much, but the sales person found a great car, 2013, with only 16,000 mile. It's practically a new car, so I thought it was worth it. He also helped me transfer my things from the old to the new car, he rescued a CD that I'd accidentally left in the player and the whole purchase process moved along quickly and smoothly.

We did our homework, knew exactly what we wanted at the price we had researched- Ali at Concord Honda (on the phone) said he'd give us the car at that lease price and he delivered on his promise. Mark in finance processed the transaction quickly and efficiently. Within a very quick 2 hours the transaction was complete and we were driving home with a new CRV. Christina Sanchez is an amazing sales woman! She worked with us to make sure everything was in place prior to the sale. We were coming from Nevada, and the vehicle we wanted could not be held so she kept us advised if the vehicle was still available. Mike in the finance department was a delight. Made us feel at home. I wish with further inspection the vehicle was $1000 less due to camera being scratchy, the dvd player is not working, and a few more wears than what was seen at night in an attempt to speed the buying process along, ( this was me doing the speeding along. had to get back to Nevada, and did not want to keep Christina and Mike there any longer than they needed to be ), Other than that, I am happy with the purchase. I can always bit by bit replace and fix the small inconvenience when I have the funds, but that is to be expected with an 2004 model. I would take the time to come back down to purchase another vehicle in the future.

Bought two new Hondas within a week of each other. Best price in town. Have been taking both of them in for regular service and never have any complaints. Just did the first 30,000 mile checkup / service on my wife's CR-V and between my service advisor Wasif Khan and asst. manager Scott Hirayama, they were terrific. They got me in at the time of my appointment, kept me advised as to the progress of the service and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. They also found a screw in one of the tires and patched the tire at no extra charge. I will continue to deal with these guys!!!

I'll save us all some time and just repost my Yelp review here:Shoutout to Chris Zacharakis for making my Honda purchase so smooth. After visiting and calling over 20 dealerships in the area, and getting gouged at every single one of them, I was just about to give up and wait another month or two for the prices to drop to the ballpark of what I had in mind for a 2014 Accord. Just before I gave up though, I decided to make one last call. I'm glad I did.I found Concord Honda through a simple google map search and dialed the number listed. I asked for sales and was connected to Chris. I could not have asked for a more professional and attentive sales manager. I asked him for a quote on my car and he immediately returned a quote that was significantly less than the lowest other dealerships wanted. Suspicious of the price, especially after dealing with everyone else, I asked for a written price structure. I really couldn't believe my luck when it arrived in my inbox not 10 min after the phone call. I made the quick trip to the dealer and began the paperwork.The credit union I financed through required a document known as the MSO, or Manufacturers Statement of Origin which gives Concord Honda the legal right to sell me the car. This document ended up taking an extremely long time to arrive. Chris, thinking on his feet simply sent my CU a copy of the dealer invoice with a copy of the check used to pay Honda Motor Company giving Concord Honda the legal right to sell me the car. My CU immediately accepted the alternate document and with all the required paperwork got me the check just in time for when I needed the car. The process took about 2 weeks, but Chris actively updated me every day, even on his days off. I can't speak for the service department, but please get to know Chris Zacharakis if you're in the market for a new or pre-owned Honda.I love my new car, and hats off to Chris for making it happen. He didn't just get my business, he earned my trust.

After my detailed initial request by email for a 2014 Honda Odyssey EX, on Tuesday, Chris followed up with precise answers around my questions. We just bought a 2014 Odyssey Touring Elite from Concord Honda on Monday. I would definitely go here again. I started out looking for used 2012's at all the Honda dealerships online. My husband and I actually went out and test drove one in Fremont. And then he says "babe, just get a new car...get the one you want!" So I did!!! It took me about a week to research and get price quotes from quite a few dealerships. Concord Honda definitely had the best deal! I wasn't particular about the color...which made it easier. I did all the negotiating over the phone and email and went down Monday night around 7pm to buy the van. We were greeted at the front door, my kids were given balloons while we waited for a few minutes in the waiting room, they had the van all detailed and ready for us. My husband, 3 kids and I were in and out in less than an hour. Before we left they even set up the Bluetooth on my phone and the wireless headphones so my kids could watch the movie they brought on the hour drive home. I'm in love with my new van!!!

I recently traveled to the dealership to look at a 1997 Mercedes SL 500. The sales rep I initially dealt with "Joe", was very friendly and warm. The other "prepresentative", who joined in our discussion was (1) too aggressive (2) intrusive in our talks regarding the vehicle and (3) making a statement that a "Hollywood Productor owed the car" was not necessary and inappropriate, which is why I walked away from the dealership and the deal..All, I wanted was for them to show me how the removale rooftop worked, they didn't know how. I will not experience something like that again. We consumers are also well informed and don't like to be treated by anyone, especially a dealership, like we are dumb. I will find the car at another location. PS, I was paying cash...

Unfortunately my recent experience with Concord Honda leaves something to be desired. I have been very loyal to Honda and this dealership for over 10 years. I have purchased 5 new cars from them over this period and used them for servicing. I came back here because I had always received good customer service, but my most recent visit was not great. They really seemed like they were doing me a favor to show me cars, deal with my trade in, and allow me to purchase a car. They were slow and seemed bored with the whole process. They made no mention of the fact I had purchased 4 cars there previously (the people I dealt with had no clue about this, but they should have a way to be prepared and check for this info ahead of time). The price for the new car was fine, no issue there, and really the trade in value was ok too. It wasn't a pricing issue, or a car quality issue, totally a customer service issue. While we waited for the paperwork, we sat alone...no "can I get you anything'...no "thank you for being a loyal customer"..."how are the other cars doing" , etc. Nothing. Really nothing that would compel me to come back here again. Nothing that would make me recommend them to anyone else. Next time I will shop around more and choose a dealer that really wants my business.

These guys list vehicles that arent going to make it to the market. I saw at least 5 vehicles that are in my price range. The internet sales manager kept on telling me to come look at the car, its available etc I traveled from Southbay to Concord to look at these cars. Gosh!! now she tells me the car is not going to make it to market.. it has major problems etc!! Well, thats not it... she did not have any car in my price range(which she kept on telling me about all the time when she called/emailed me)... Such a waste of time!! I highly recommend cars.com to remove these guys from your dealer list! Thanks

What a disappointing experience! I emailed the dealership about a car I was interested in and after a reply asking when I wanted to see the car, I replied that I would like to set up a meeting the next day at 9:30 but did not receive an email back. I eventually called and asked for a 9:30 meeting, half hour after their 9:00 opening time. The salesman, Ali, asked if we could meet at 9:45 because they had a sales meeting. The next morning we arrived at 9:45 and to our dismay, Ali was still in the sales meeting. The lady at the reception desk tried to call and page him without a result, but said that the sales meeting was usually done by now, so it shouldnt be long. I told her what car we were interested in and where Ali could find us on the lot. At 10:00 and Ali was still a no show, nor did we receive an email, text, or call explaining he would be late for the appointment. Three other sales people walked by, I asked if they could help us, but they said that they couldnt because Ali was entitled to our sale and that they would lose or have to share the commission. By this point Ali was 25 minutes late and I called Alis cell phone to tell him we were going to leave. He said he was in the lobby and would be right out. Once he showed up, he made a half hearted apology for being late, with the excuse, you know how meetings go. I dont, Ive never established a meeting with somebody and was late without making an effort to contact the person or have somebody fill in for me. Why have sales meetings during the hours you are open? How can your sales people make sales if they are in meetings? Ali was the ultimate low pressure sales; so low pressure that it seemed that he didnt even care about selling the car. He was consistently checking his phone, provided very little info, and when we described a slight shaking we felt with the car he explained that, its German, German cars do that. We still had a mechanic look at it. The mechanic explained that it is a loose engine mount; nothing too critical but still a real answer, not a blow off like its German. Eventually we decided to make an offer, but the car had a headlight out which had to be replaced before we could legally drive it off the lot. He came back and said that they would take our offer but we had to fix the light ourselves or they could do it but would be $100 more. $100 to changes a headlight bulb! How could they sell us a car that is not street legal? It was just an absurd offer and we were done. We had enough of his horrible customer service and asked for the sales manager and he stated that the sales manager dont do that. We asked for a manager at the reception desk and finally got somebody to talk to. He calmly listened to our concerns but only said he was surprised and that Ali was one of his best sales people. If Ali is their best, I dont want to see their other sales people. I know I was looking at one of their lowest priced vehicles on the lot, but regardless I had cash in hand and we could have been a very easy sale if he had made an attempt to be on time and provide decent customer service. I would avoid Concord Honda if Ali is one of their best because you are likely to get an even worse experience than we had.

We had a very good experience with Concord dealership during our purchase of Honda CRV. We spoke to Ken several times on the phone before we drove to the dealership, which was an hour away. He was very reasonable and not pushy at all. He made our experience a very pleasant one. The only negative was that the buying process took a long time as there were many people at the dealership trying to take advantage of the month end clearance as well. However, Ken was very professional and great to work with. Overall, we had a great experience with him and Concord dealership.

Never had a worst experience than i had with Concord Honda !! Not only was the sales representative unprofessional, the financial department told me i had a credit score from EQUIFAX of 524 and that i had a ZERO credit score from both Experian and TransUnion !! Before i went to purchase a vehicle from them i download my credit scores from all 3 credit Bureau's and my average score was 664, not the greatest, but a ratting of GOOD . They said the best interest rate they could give me was 23.99%. They could not show me nor justify why, needless to say i just went down the block to another dealership and in one hour i was driving a new car home !! Seemed like some shady dealing going on.

The ealership was was brand-new, sparkling clean, spacious, with comfortable seating. Greg was helpful, low pressure, professional and easy to deal with. Unfortunately I had to return the (used) truck I bought, as I discovered some things I did not like about it on my 80 mile drive home. Fortunately I was able to return the truck for a full refund with absolutely no hassle ( this is their policy, within 72 hours and 250 miles) So this is why I would recommend Concord Honda and would feel great about returning, especially if I was going to buy a new car.

Three days after i purchased the mentioned car, i tried to talk to April about my complaint of defective two rear tires. I have already noticed this even the first time i road tested the car. There a was chapping sound more evident at the back than in front. I asked April about this she told me thats nothing its just the motor because its a hybrid, so we went on with the test drive trusting her with her honest opinion. Now during the morning of the 3rd day, i decided to bring the car to Honda Vacaville to get a an expert opinion from one of their mechanic. We just drove for a short distance and immediately he knew it was because of the defective rear tires. I then called April yesterday 3/21/13 to ask her if can do something about it. She ask me to come over hoping she will help me. When i arrived she was rushing home to pick her kids and i totally understand her situation. She then referred me to her supervisor who tries to convince me that it was not a safety issue and so they are not obliged to change it. And he even said "i didnt even make money on the sale of your car!" That guy is disappointingly rude. This matter was referred to your store general manager who did not even tried to deal the problem nor want to talk to me personally. Well, he's maybe right I'm just a used car buyer who happens to have a small safety issue that will go away. THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO YOU ALL!For your info, I have a Honda Pilot 2012 and i have been driving a honda for the past ten years. I believe so much on Honda cars that why i went to your store and its so happen that you have the car my wife likes. This all i have to say, YOU HAVE A VERY RUDE SUPERVISOR AND NONCHALANT STORE GENERAL MANAGER! I just wish they will bring you more good business ahead.

In my experience this dealership in particular goes that extra mile to make the customer happy and satisfied. Recently they moved to a new location and building across the avenue, it is obvious that customer comfort and satisfaction was highly thought of in this new building. Multiple customer waiting areas are now available during vehicle service. This includes television, hot beverages and wifi. Concord Honda please keep up the great work. I am a loyal customer because of the excellent service I continue to receive throughout the years. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and aim to please. I would like to give special recognition to my service advisor, Wasif Khan. I feel his customer service is first-rate, very knowledgeable and thorough, and he goes above and beyond to make sure a customer is getting the service that's deserved. I feel well taken care of. I've seen Wasif in his busiest mode, but his customer service is never compromised. I certainly hope that he is getting special recognition at work because he truly deserves it. I've owned Honda cars since 1983 and have had my car serviced by other mechanics and Honda dealers, but there were reasons I decided to keep searching for another mechanic until I finally tried Concord and this is where I'm most happiest. I love Honda cars for its dependability, affordability and the service from Concord. About two years ago I purchased a Accord EX 2012 from Concord and privately sold my other Accord EX after 13 years. It was in such great condition so selling it was a breeze. I neglected to submit a rating back then, so I'm taking the opportunity now to give excellent rating to Cristina Sanchez. Purchasing my third Honda car was the most stress-free experience because of her. Car purchase is nerve wracking enough, but Cristina was patient, easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely nice. The car I purchased were missing the floor mats, but Cristina offered and ordered mats that were even better. Thanks to Wasif for recommending Cristina to me.My most recent visit was for minor service, so there is nothing major I need to describe. My car's starter went out. Thank goodness it was covered under my warranty and I could take it whever I wanted. Having a Honda, I decided to take it to Honda. Wasif was so helpful and friendly. He was always available even when another thing happened to the under panneling of my car, which was the late cause of someone hitting my bumper, I took my car back in and they patched it up for free. My wareanty did not cover diagnosis either but they gave me a deal for everything and helped me so much. Everytime I went in to Concord Honda I was greeted and met with promptley even when they were very busy. I am going back this weekend to replace the underpanneling. So far they have been nothing but fast, helpful, and friendly!

By routing my request online thru cars.com, I got an Email almost immediately from Cristina Sanchez, the Internet Sales manager. We met at the dealership and she already brought the car up front so I could check it out. She was no hassle, no haggle, calm and collected for the entire shopping experience. She responded to my EMails, phone calls, Voicemails and even Text messages promptly, which helped tremendously as I can't take calls while I'm at work. Don't walk on the front lot and deal with the typical sales staff. Go the online route and you'll get the best price and get directed to the best sales staff. The folks in the Parts department helped me get accessories for my new Pilot and they were very helpful.

My experience with Concord Honda dealership was extremely nice. They were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely 'no-pressure' during the whole process of purchase. We live in bay area, and my wife contacted the dealership over email/phone, and we drove 60 miles to pick up the vehicle. As the color we wanted, was not available, the sales person [Ali] arranged it from another dealership. Price was better than the best offered price in any of the bay area dealership, for the same make/model/trim.I am enjoying my 2009 Honda Pilot EXL with RES [Dark Cherry Ext / Beige Leather Int.], with no problem so far. They even took our picture with the car, and will send us calender with the picture.Finance manager [Zuheir] was also a amazing persion. Ali and Zuheir remained in delaership till late in night on Sunday, and finished our paperwork, so that we can drive the vehicle home. No pressure at all, for buying any extra accessories or warranties or paint protection, etc. This is my 3rd new car purchase in last 9 years, and I was never so satisfied.I would strongly recommend this dealership [Concord Honda] to any one; and specially to get in touch with Ali [Sales] and Zuheir [Finance] if you are ineterested in purchasing Honda in Northern California.By the way, they and Stevens Creek Honda are under same management.
