I was referred to Control AutoPlex by a former coworker. I purchased a 2003 Ford Explorer back in March of 2014. I got a great vehicle that even got me up to Michigan from Texas with no problems. The staff are family. I have worked with Brian and Barbara. If you have a problem they will definitely work with you. I hit a rough patch financially within the last six months of my contract and they worked with me to keep my SUV. I would definitely recommend Conroe Autoplex to family and friends. I am in the car business for one of the big 3 however because of issues of a stroke i had to turn to alternative financing. I got there and Gene was awesome after I told him what i had to work with and what my budget was. He showed me the right vehicles for me to choose from I got me a Jeep Grand Cherokee and kept it within my budget. I will tell lots of people to see Gene. Especially because has great customer service and lets people keep there dignity even though they have had hard times and it can be embarrassing for someone but Gene treated my husband and I great and earned our business and will be back and send friends to go see Gene. Thanks Gene.

I had spent all day looking for a car. I talked to several people at other dealerships only to get there and everything would change. Bryan gave me a down payment and payment right over the phone. He even helped me get a better insurance rate as well. Him and his family that worked there were extremely nice.
