Cornerstone was the 2nd dealership I visited. Mike Thrun was a pleasure to work with. He allowed me to test drive without any pressure to buy. Based on how comfortable I felt dealing with Mike I decided to purchase my car from Cornerstone. I am giving 5 stars to our sales person Josh Sims. My car transmission went out and I needed to find something reliable quick. Josh stayed late so my husband could come test drive with me. He was not pushy, listened to what I wanted, and then made sure payments were in my budget. He then took the time on another day to go through all of the features of my new vehicle and treated me like royalty. I don't hand out compliments unless they are genuine. You can trust Josh. Also my service guy Jeff rocks he is always honest with me and takes time to talk through all my options and the runners in service such actually run for you! Both of them deserve a raise! I would totally recommend Cornerstone Ford for both sales and service. They feel like family!

Recently bought a car here from Mike Thrun. Great guy. They go out of their way to make sure you're happy with the vehicle you've selected. I was trying to figure out how I was gonna get there to pick up my new car and Mike offered to either deliver it to my house (45 min away) or come pick me up. I ended up getting a ride from a coworker, and Mike spent at least 45 minutes going over all the features and options. Great prices on vehicles also. Would definitely buy from this dealership again in the future.

Mike Thrun assisted me with looking at trucks last Saturday, he was knowledgeable and answered my questions. I took one for a drive and Mike was easy to work with and no pressure to buy. I ended up purchasing that truck on the following Monday. Mike was great to work with and my son thought he was great too with a tour and extra attention he gave him while my wife and I filled out the paperwork. Thanks for the great buying experience!

I received a recall notice on my 2015 Ford Edge for water leaking into the Drivers Compartment. I originally brought the vehicle in about 8-9 months ago and stated that I hadn't notice an issue.Well after all of the rain this year I had left my car outside and the Drivers compartment had approximately 1/2"-3/4" of standing water in it. After 2 hours of waiting Jeff came to me and said they were still waiting on a response from Ford.After another hour and a half, Jeff came in and stated he would call me when they had heard from Ford. Well here we are a month later and I still have not heard anything from Ford.

They've had them for two years. The values do not add up. I'm not a smart man, but I can add and subtract. I brought the "Business Manager" out to explain it. He told me that he could not. According to him, all people care about is the monthly payment, not the actual price of the vehicle. When I asked him to explain to me where the monthly payment came from, he simply said he couldn't. Should have listened to the neighbors. Take your business elsewhere.

We were looking for a newer used vehicle, and found 2 online that we wanted to look at, both 2012 Dodge Journeys. One was at another dealer (Luther Brookdale Dodge), and, since it was closer, we went there first. We drove the car, loved it, and started to fill out the paperwork. The sales guy had issues with his computer, so he went to talk to his manager. Turns out the car was already sold, but the other manager didn't have someone put a sold sign on it, and we lost that one. We looked around for an hour and didn't see anything else we liked. They had another one at one of their other dealerships, but couldn't get it brought over for some reason, even though it was early afternoon. We gave up on that one, and the dealership.We decided to go to Cornerstone in Elk River to see the other one. John Hendrickson met us at the door and made us feel very welcome. Since we called ahead to see if it had been sold (it hadn't), John had grabbed the keys and was ready for us. The car was right outside the door, and we went to look at it. Unfortunately, it was previously owned by a smoker, so that one was out, too.John suggested we look at several other cars (some different than the Journey), but then found on his inventory sheet a 2013 Journey. We looked at it and immediately loved it. They looked at our trade-in and offered us $2,000 more than the other dealership. Long story short (I know, too late), we drove away in our new 2013 Dodge Journey.John was very easy to work with, had lots of good stories, great experience and knowledge, and was very helpful. He even stayed about an hour past when he was scheduled to leave, just to make sure we got through the paperwork process OK (they were really backed up in that department because it was a busy day).My wife and I decided that next time we're looking for a car, we know where we are going first, and that's Cornerstone.

I recently purchased a pre-owned F150 and prior to purchase we discovered a fluid leak possibly coming from the transmission seal. When the vehicle was inspected by the service department they discovered that the main transmission seal was bad and needed to be replaced. With the transmission exposed they also uncovered a bad torque converter and tranny pump failing. They consulted with sales manager and completed the entire repair ($$$) to stand behind their promise to their customers. When I picked the vehicle up, I met Service advisor, Mark Norring who took the time to explain to me in detail the service and repair completed on the truck. Mark assured me that the transmission was inspected and repaired by one of their experienced Mechanic and that the transmission is basically brand new and will last a very long time. Mark's attention to detail and courteous professional mannerism is just another example Cornerstones commitment to their customers and why if people who are either looking for a new/preowned vehicle or in need of trustworthy and honest repair, should literally never go anywhere else but Cornerstone Ford, Chrysler, Jeep. Buying a car can be a painful experience, but not at Cornerstone. I had been shopping around at several Ford dealerships and had a range of experiences with salespeople. I can definitely say that Josh S at Cornerstone was the best I've encountered. He took the time to get to know me, showed me the car that I had been looking at, and explained how the features fit what I was looking for in a vehicle. He answered all of my questions (and there were quite a few!) and worked with me to help me get drive home in the car that day. At no point did I feel pressured by Josh. Instead, I felt like he was on my team making sure I was getting the best vehicle for me and staying in my budget. Josh really went above and beyond what I expected (and encountered) during my shopping experience.There were a few little things to be fixed on the car (e.g., tightening a screw on the trunk inside lift gate) and the service team provided extremely quick and professional service to get the car to basically new condition. Even after purchasing the car, Josh has reached out to make sure everything is going well. I am confident not only in the car I bought and the Ford certified preowned warranty, but I know if anything goes wrong, I have a person I can call who will help make sure it gets taken care of. I am extremely happy with his help and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you again, Josh, for all of your time and help in this process!

She found us looking around the parking lot and came up and asked what car she could find for us. She asked us detailed questions to figure out what a good fit would be for our growing family as well as a good fit for our budget. We checked out numerous vehicles and found the one we loved. During this process, Deb never pushed us to check out a vehicle we didn't show interest in. She didn't mention any vehicles out of our price range, unless we asked her about them. She was respectful of our time and she was patient with us considering we had our 2 1/2 year old daughter with us. She respected us like we were a family member. We never once felt pressured! When they were processing the loan paperwork, she gave us a tour inside the dealership and introduced us to other staff members. They closed at 5:00PM but the whole process wasn't complete until almost 6:00PM. Deb then sat in our new car with us and went over all the buttons and fun features so we knew exactly how everything worked. She gave up an hour of her personal time to make our experience GREAT! Went in a couple weeks ago to take a look at leasing to buy. Josh Engelby took care of us and walked us through the whole process about what leasing to buy is; he ran the numbers for us and explained everything very clearly and physically wrote out the numbers for us to show us how it all worked. It put my wife at ease about the whole leasing process which is new to both of us. Mike Z then showed us around the lot and we found a Ford Escape pretty quickly that we liked and test drove. Then we moved forward with the leasing to buy process. They had a no pressure approach to adding extra sprays or rust protection unlike other dealerships I've been too in the past that I really like. Nothing I hate more then people trying to pressure you to add this and that and want an answer on the spot. If you want to work with some good people and have a car in mind in Elk River, ask for Josh E or Mike Z. Great people.

My experience at Cornerstone Ford was excellent. I stopped in for an oil change on my 2014 F150 along with a small issue I was having with a tail light. I wasn't expecting them to be able to get to the light while I waited for my oil change to be complete but they were able to get the warranty claim processed thru Ford and do the repairs. Ivan and Cory (Service Dept.) were both very helpful and friendly and I will certainly be back.

I received an offer from Cornerstone for an opportunity to buy a vehicle or lower my interest rate on my current loan. My truck I was driving was in rough shape so I decided to give them a chance and see if they could help me out. I was expecting at best to be able to trade for an inexpensive used vehicle being my credit rating is only about average. Not only were they able to get me into a better vehicle, they actually were able to get me into a brand new Jeep. The process was fast and friendly. I want to thank Tyler Pinska for helping me and my wife find an awesome RAM1500. We love the truck and Tyler really helped us land on the right truck. I have now bought 7 cars from cornerstone ford and 1 from cornerstone Kia so 8 over all I bought a truck from ford in November and traded it in April they wanted me to take a 7000 loss on it on a trade in it took a threat to call the owner to get them up to a 4300 loss I knew I would lose some money on this truck but not this much I could have made this deal at any ford dealer as a first time customer the salesmen was great it was management that insulted me if this is how they want to treat return customers why be loyal to them I have gone there 8 times because Wayne diets has always been fair to me and the dealership gave you a good feeling except this time they just treated me like a sucker I know they didn't force me to do the deal but I owed so much on the truck it made it real hard to get out of so my loyalties are in question right now as to weather or not it worth it to be a loyal customer

When we arrived at the dealership the truck was pulled up to the front of the building and Tricia was there to greet us. She was very knowledgably about the features included in the vehicle and very helpful answering questions. Those questions she didn't have an answer for she found out and told us later, never missing anything. We had an appointment set at another dealership to test drive another truck the following evening and Tricia was very understanding, let us leave with no pressure and told us it was important we find the perfect vehicle for us, whether it was from her or someone else. We returned the day after our test drive, drove the truck at Cornerstone in Elk River and made our purchase. The whole process was stress free and enjoyable. We will be back!!

I can't say enough good things about the great service I received while trying to decide on a make, model and color of the vehicle. Is $1,800 a good chunk of change to you? Well it is to me, so I DEFINITELY do not appreciate their mechanics damaging my $1,800 rims for a simple balance on my wheels! I have a newer 13 Ford Fusion with 26k miles on it, VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF! I maintain my vehicle, and my rims were in PERFECT condition until 3/28/16 when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire balance, the mechanic literally scratched up ALL FOUR of my rims! Didn't say ANYTHING about it either, I found it myself upon inspection! They aren't going to write off a new set of four rims for me either! HORRIBLE customer service! They should've immediately replaced them!!! RUDE! There's only ONE service advisor there that I have dealt with that I can recommend talking to if you ever do have to go there and that is Jeff, he is an OUTSTANDING advisor and is true to his word! He will make sure your problems get solved! I have nothing nice to say about the place otherwise. Each time I've gone there it has been poor service, but now that they've damaged my car, I am never going back! I was just talking to a sales person about picking up a new Mustang GT too, GUESS I'LL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE SINCE YOU WANT TO CHEAP OUT ON MY RIMS!

I stopped at Cornerstone Ford in Elk River a couple of days ago "just looking around" I have been looking at the F-150 tracks for about 6 month had no attention of buying a track on that day! After driving up and done in the lot for 15-20 minutes I saw 2 tracks I want to check out so I went in asked for a sales person Tricia Hansen was available at that time. We talked for a bet and she understood the fact that I was there to look and try few F-150 tracks. After driving 4-5 F-150 tracks and seeing how helpful Tricia was and never showing any frustration with me as I had her run in and out getting keys for different tracks. Plus the fact everyone in the dealership from mangers to sales were very nice smiling and saying Hi to me and my family Long story short I spent all day in the dealership found an F-150 with the help from Tricia Hansen Kept everyone working late that day as they all were trying to get the paper works ready and yet met my goals and objectives on my trade. He asked what our wants and needs were, what we like and didn't like in a vehicle and then actually took time to review all the amenities the vehicle had to offer as we sat in the lot prior to the test drive. When asked if he could do a search for alternative vehicles he did so in an expeditious manner and sent the window stickers so we could compare apples to apples. I stopped at Cornerstone Ford a couple of weeks ago "just looking around" and was approached by Nate McMahon. I asked for a couple of brochures talked a few minutes and had a good feeling for Nate and the organization. I found a very low mileage 2015 Explorer Limited on their web site and dropped in to look at it. Nate was very helpful and patient with me and answered all my questions and took me on a test drive. We discussed the car and I asked how much my trade in was worth. I had an answer in about 10 minutes and told him I would bring my wife back to look. I came back and we discussed what the final price would be. Nate never made me feel "pressured" to buy and made this car purchase the best experience ever. Nate was quick to respond to questions, never gave me bad information and always kept his word. I would recommend Nate to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and feel Cornerstone is not your typical dealership but people who really care about customers.

Ivan Garcia has been exceptionally helpful. Came in for oil change and tech noticed ply seperations on all four tires. Ivan brought me out to look and said he would follow up with course of action. He called the next day and suggested I call goodyear. I did as he recommended. They gave me a claim number and sent me to a goodyear dealer. They gave me an adjustment of 49 dollars per tire. Not only did his help promote safety but saved me nearly 200 dollars. Though I had to buy the tires else where, I will by back. thanks Ivan.

After meeting with Rocky he found someone the would give us the loan for a 2014 mini van .I Was told I would need a co signer. I had my gf co sign. They asked what i needed for a payment. After all the paper work the payment was 130 higher then I wanted. But i didnt care i was driving a new vehicle. After driving it for a about 3 week i get a call and say I need to return yhr van because my gf DL was not vaild. Rocky said dont worry we fill figure it out that was the last Heard form Rocky and the dealer..I then tryed to get my down payment back. What a figjt thst was. After my pickup of 10 years blew up on me, I needed to get a new fuel efficient car. I had heard good things about Cornerstone from a coworker, but was still pleasantly surprised. As soon as I sent the message that I was interested in a car, Wayne reached out to me to answer any questions and learn about my situation. When I went to test drive it, Wayne had it pulled up and warmed up for me. I just finished my second truck purchase with Cornerstone Ford, Ram 1st, Ford 2nd. I actually look forward to seeing the people who work here. They are very friendly and patient. For both transactions I had Ben as the salesman, Dan as sales manager and Duane in accessory sales. Everything went very smooth, the vehicles, both times were fully prepped and the extra accessories were installed properly. I have had bad luck with this at other dealerships. All of my warranty and service work has been performed here and there is nothing that hasn't been taken care of. FYI, I have purchased more than 20 vehicles and have had many differing buying experiences. This is the only dealership I will go to unless we move to far away places.

Stop by late in night chatted and was inpressed. Returned the next day. My credit was not a + they stated they could help. Staff was very friendly. Filled out app was approved came in few days later. They have a vehicle they had picked out. This vechicle was no a good match for me. After they they became not so friendly with me. VERY DISAPPOINTED. They did get me into the vechicle I wanted to buy. I was on a budget and ended up going over budget. I was quoted one payment price then apon final paper work finsl payment jumped 33 dollars. Feeling a bit taken advantage of. They knew i need a vehicle. Then there was a a few issues with the 2014 i purchased now in getting the run around. I guess when your under the gun you pay the price.

I recently totaled my vehicle and had been going back and forth with my insurance company which mad it difficult to finance another vehicle until the dispute was over. I had a hard time getting back and forth to work and getting my son off to school. Life was difficult ! I had tried to get a loan at other places, had been turned down got accepted at another dealership which was scamming me. So then I searched online and came across an ad and review on Rocky foster. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received today. When Rocky says he can get the deal done. He can get the deal done!! Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. We were uncertain that we would be able to drive away with a vehicle due to credit and no money down and with a trade in that we were upside down in. But Rocky made it work with a payment we were comfortable with. We drove away with a 2015 Jeep Patriot with 7900 miles. We will definitely refer our friends and go back in the future. Went to this dealer not expecting to buy a car from them. First they made me a great offer on my trade-in. Then the salesman (Tyler) showed me a couple of great options they had on the lot. Again, wasn't thinking I was going to buy a car from them but not only did they give me a great offer on the trade-in but also a great deal on my new car. I did take my car to another dealer to get another price and they weren't even close. I would definitely recommend my salesman and the sales manager. Took the HHR I bought from Cornerstone last summer in for an oil change. Ivan met us and listened to what we had to say. I asked him for the service but also some prices on tires. We had a complimentary snack cup of coffee and were out in about an hour. Wonderful service! My husband and I were researching a newer vehicle, we weren't sure whether we wanted to purchase new, used or lease. Terry Berg made our shopping experience painless. Explained us all the options and even took out the pen and paper to show us the difference in price! There was absolutely no pressure! Once we decided on a New 2015 Ford Escape, Terry went the extra mile and arranged for the car with the color and features that I wanted to be brought from Duluth to Elk River. I am one happy customer. I recommend Terry to all of my friends and family. I only marked the Facility down because I felt that completing all of the purchasing paperwork should have been in an office instead of at the front counter. There were a lot of decisions to make like extended warranty, paint protection and such. Pete Shrider was great, but he needs his own office!

When I first entered the dealership, and was referred to a salesman, I was really not sure what I was getting myself into. However, my salesman, John Hendrickson, did a great job of putting me at ease. In fact, at times I thought he was moving to slow to make a sale. But he wasn't. He took his time by letting me ask questions, and made sure that I comprehended everything that he was saying to me. He made me feel comfortable, even though I knew that I would be dropping a large sum of money for a good used car. This was my first time buying a vehicle from anyone other than a relative or friend, and the timing was awful because I have only been at my job for two months after being unemployed for two years. I used to have credit in the 900s, and lets just say that is nowhere NEAR the case anymore... I sold my Jeep because I had been promised a great loan through another dealership, only to have them say no. Of course, having NO car, I started looking all over the state of MN to find someone who could get me a car with the down payment I had. I was literally laughed at several times when I told people what I wanted. (A truck or SUV that could tow, with air conditioning, under 200K miles). The moment I spoke with Rocky, he was positive he could help me. The minute I went into his office (with both my parents, and I'm 31, even they thought it was too good to be true and thought I was going to come home with something awful), he didn't stop going to bat for me to get me a vehicle. I ended up with a gorgeous Chevy Tahoe that is so clean inside and out it is hard to believe it is from MN and a 2003. I had stopped looking at Chevy's months ago because they all seemed out of my price range, but Rocky made it happen. I will never go anywhere else for a car and told all my friends and co-workers to go see him too!

On 4/24/2015 my car , the only car I had broke down. I was so desperate because I was not ready for my car to broke down and it was so expensive to fix it. So than I applied for a car loan to many different places and went to see different dealers who only wasted my time because I called them ahead of time asking if they were sure they could sell me a car without any down payment, but all I got was a AM SORRY WE CANT HELP YOU. We went back the next day to set up the Bluetooth and Duane made sure it we understood how it operated after he took the time to set it up. We came in late afternoon, without an appointment, yet Rocky did everything possible to assist us find the right vehicle. We were able to view a variety of vehicles, given the opportunity to drive them and time to compare pricing against value.I feel he was patient, honest and very easy to work with..The dealership itself is huge and it has the nicest waiting room I have ever seen.Lots of choices new or used and pleasant staff. I brought my car in to have an auto starter placed. It was done and I had questions about its use and also how to sync my iTunes with my car. I had done it once, quite by accident, but could not figure out how to do it intentionally. Duane and I sat in the vehicle, and he got it all figured out for me. He made sure I went through it once myself, to make sure I could play my music whenever I want to.

I seldom take time to write reviews but we just bought a 2015 Kia Sorento and Rocky Foster is AMAZING!!! If you are looking for a new or used car go and see Rocky!!! If he can't get you financing nobody can, he is seriously the best at what he does and goes above and beyond!! Jay the Kia manager even came over and introduced himself and gave us contact information in case we ever had questions about our Kia. Also appreciated Duane Fletcher who also had wonderful customer service from the delivery aspect and spent over an hour going over everything inside the car to make sure we knew how to operate the entire vehicle down to syncing our phones for us. Will definitely be repeat customers for years to come and Rocky will always be our first go to person! Thank you Rocky and Cornerstone Auto for treating us like family! I seldom take the time to write reviews but after purchasing our 2015 KIA Sorento from Cornerstone Auto in Elk River I just had to sit down and write one. We worked with Rocky Foster who is hands down the most amazing sales person we have ever worked with. We have worked with Rocky now on the purchase of 4 different cars and has done the impossible to make sure the deals didn't fall through! His customer service is outstanding and he goes above and beyond to take care of his customers and is available anytime! The dealership staff was helpful and friendly. Jay the KIA manager even came over and introduced himself and provided us with contact information should we ever have problems. We did our final paperwork with Dan who thoroughly explained everything and had a wonderful personality. Pete in fiance was also amazing to work with and we appreciated everything they did for us and taking in our trade. Duane in delivery was so helpful and sat with us for over an hour in the car before we drove off the lot and went through everything so we knew how to work everything and even helped sync our phones. Would recommend this dealership anytime. The employees all love their jobs and it shows in the customer service you receive! Thank you Rocky and the Cornerstone Team!

Jamar and Pete were absolutely amazing !! I had absolutely no credit history. I didn't want to go to aa place like car hop i wanted a car i could trust. This was the first time in my life i was in a positionto buy a nice car. Jamar spent 4 days and probably submitted 10 cars to find me my 2011 jetta that i love. I brought my mom to Cornerstone to help her buy a new vehicle. We didn't have a particular vehicle in mind and were a little lost when we arrived. Melina sensed our confusion with everything and stepped in and saved the day. She was very knowledgeable but she explained it in an easy to understand way that immediately put us both at ease. She had my mom test drive a few vehicles so she could get a feel for what she preferred. After a few test drives, we decided on a Kia Soul and my mom is very happy with the new car! I was actually going into the dealership with a friend because she needed a ride in case she bought something. We met up with Jeff, test drove a couple cars she liked, then I saw the Impala I've always wanted and ended up leaving with it!!! The customer service was great!! I've had a couple of random questions over the last few months and when I contact him he is always quick to give me the info I need. I would definitely recommend Cornerstone :)

Beware once they have your money you will not hear from them again! I spent $1,800 on accessories when I went to pick my vehicle up the inside door handles which are a cream leather had greasy hand marks all over the freshly applied leather protectant. I also had sound guard applied and that's pretty much the same stuff they use to apply a spray in bed liner well there were little specks on my drivers window that I had to chisel off myself. I also had 3M film applied to my vehicle which Jeff in accessories told me that he would also get it applied to my bottom front bumper as well and it wasn't. I went in to talk to jeff about my issues and he was not in so I left a message for him to call me he never did, so I called and talked to Bill he said he would take care of me and it's been 4 weeks nobody has called me. I wrote a letter to the GM and have heard nothing.

I recently purchased a brand new fusion from Cornerstone. I went in and initially test drove a 2013 with the intention of buying used. I worked from start to finish with Rick Olson. He is AWESOME. He wasn't the typical "salesman" and genuinely wanted to find me my perfect car. After car shopping for over a year, I went back and forth between SUV and sedan. It was a relief to deal with someone not constantly pitching one way or the other. After test driving, I wanted to still think about my options and look around to compare pricing. Rick was very hyper-responsive if I had any questions or concerns but wasn't pushy to get me back in.I decided on the fusion at Cornerstone and went back in to work with Rick. He was able to get me multiple rebates bringing the cost of the car down. I also worked with the finance guy, Dan Montague who was also GREAT! He made me feel extremely comfortable with purchasing my first car and didn't make me feel dumb if I had what would seem like simple questions.I would definitely recommend Cornerstone after my own experience and am thankful I was able to find my perfect car!

I purchased my Chrysler 200 from Cornerstone and have to say that the sales department is below subpar, but I did return for some warranty work on my vehicle in February 2013 and was greeted by service writer Mike Neubeck. He was more than courteous and went out of his way to ensure that my service needs were taken care of as well as explained all of the work which was performed on my vehicle. I travel a lot and have been to several different dealerships in various states for service and I tell you that none of the service writers or counter people could even began to be compared to Mikes customer service skills. I went back in late march of 2013 to have an oil change and was told by a new service writer that Mike had quit working there. A couple weeks after that I called the service department at Cornerstone and they confirmed Mike had quit working there, needless to say I will not be returning to Cornerstone. Without Mike there, it is just another crappy Chrysler service department. Not sure why sunstroke12 relates that there was a problem, especially since the time frame he listed Mike Neubeck wasnt working at Cornerstone.

Cornerstone Elk River promotes themselves as a "Christian" dealership but don't fall for the wolf in sheeps clothes. We purchased a newer used vehicle. We closed the deal after closing time of the dealership. We made it roughly 5 miles off the lot when we experienced major mechanical issues. We called in the morning and the dealers response was a smoothly worded "its your problem". We asked to return the vehicle and use the down payment on a different vehicle from their stock. Not even an option for them. 2 weeks later and after many and much frustration, they offered to pay a "portion" of the repair but there was paperwork on the sale that they hadn't properly filled out and would need us to resign. Had they not made the paperwork mistake I don't think they would have done anything. I do need to state that our experience with the maintenance department was the polar opposite. Professional, caring, and great to work with.

My experience, Brandon in sales did alot of leg work getting me into vehicles to test on a couple of cold winter nights and even facilitated getting some warranty issues resolved to make me happy, Ben on the other hand was not very user friendly and unprofessional my deal was all setup before my original salesman (Brandon) left for a family vacation only to unravel after dealing with Ben... Why ?? Very poor communication.Advice..... Keep shopping around they don't need your business. We went to Buffalo Dodge/Ram and were treated very well and the prices were better so we purchased. I had truck in for a drivability problem warning light came on' they told me I had a piece metal in throttle body. I had extended warranty as well as factory . I asked service writer to keep the piece of metal, When I stopped in to pick up truck they could not show me? Also ask the service writer what part the piece of metal came off of he could not tell me. Charge me 100.00.

I took my new 2011 Jeep in for a bad headlight, I was charged $100 to be told I need to spend $1800 to fix both headlights even though only one was bad. I was told the electronics were shot on the burnt out headlight and that the other headlight was starting to corrode.After talking to another dealership about the price I started getting suspicious that I was being lied to, when I asked the service writer why I needed to replace the entire headlight and not just the bad part he told me that everything was melted together.I decided to take a look for myself and sure enough nothing was melted and the other headlight looked brand new, I ordered the bad part for $150 and replaced it my self, this was over 4 months ago and everything is working great.When I asked for my $100 diagnostic charge back because they lied to me they told me they would refund it, 4 months later and a dozen phone calls and visits and they still have not refunded my money.This dealership preys on people's faith, they have a street sign that quotes versus from the bible about honesty, truthfulness, and integrity, it's really sad that people get scammed by them everyday.

They don't keep their promises and just make excuses. Basically SOL. They didn't live up to the promises made by more than one of their employees. They owner said he would look into things and failed to get back to me. I left him more than a couple of messages and he failed to return them. Don't let their billboards trick you into believing you can trust them.

I was treated very well. There was no sales schmoozing, no sales ploy, no pressure. Wayne, the salesman new his stuff and was straightforward about the couple answers he did not have off the top of his head. They made it easy and fast. The car fit my needs and wants, so I made an offer that was countered straightforwardly. With just a bit more negotiating, we came to agreement nicely. And then they made it attractive to borrow when I was prepared to pay in full. All used car buying experiences should be so smooth and comfortable and straightforward. Nice.My four stars, rather than five, for the facility is only because it's not quite as new and modern as many new ones are these days. It was still fine, clean, comfortable, spacious. Fine place; I'm just spoiled snooty.

THeir used prices are continuously priced more than other dealers. I havent purchased one there yet. Always seem to find other similar vehicles for much less. They dont display the prices on their vehicles so I it somewhat a waste to drive through to see if you even want to talk to someone to look
