My Salesman Daniel Mitchell was awesome!! I even sent my daughter to him and she purchased a car as well. Angel in Service was amazing!! And my Terrain looked amazing!! I absolutely love everything about Country Chevrolet.. they make you feel like family and in my eyes (especially Daniel) THEY WILL ALWAYS BE FAMILY!!

I like the place, have always had luck with them. They fixed one problem. Was not able to fix the other. My car rolls on park. Has been witnessed by several people. But of course it did not happen while they had it. Since it caused $7,000. Worth of damage, I have to try to always set the emergency brake. Also I asked them to fix my loose gas cap, but they forgot.

Went for an oil change, left with the CUE information screen broke . Replaced for $1,500 in 2018. Yes it had a 1 year warranty, the oil change and odometer reset should have had nothing to do with the broken information screen, but something happened? After taking it back and testing and resetting were done it was determined that another $1,500.00 was required to once again fix the problem . Frustrated to say the least.
