County Line Nissan continuously goes above and beyond to make my car buying experience great. I went in looking for a truck and walked out with everything I had hoped for. The truck wasn’t in stock but the manager located one at another dealership. I was able to pick up my new truck the following afternoon, less than 24 hours after first walking in the door. The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to accommodate any request I had. I will continue to recommend them with no reservations. I will be back to purchase my wife a new car in a few months. Update 11/29/2021 I brought my truck in for body work following a car accident. The vehicle was returned to me like it was brand new. The damage was corrected perfectly. This body shop should be your first choice when body work is required. While my truck was there getting fixed, they performed and oil change and detailed the vehicle for me. Very happy with the service, as always this dealership is top notch. My review is still 5 stars.

My car radio was giving trouble. I took it there and the staff was very professional and respectful. The radio had to be change so I had to return another day because they needed to order it. I must say I was surprised that both times I was able to get a loaner car. So I didn’t have to put off my daily plans.

I went in without an appointment to see if they could give me oil change and to check the tires. They were not only able to get me in, but while they were doing the inspection noticed there was some work on the breaks that I had be neglecting and they stayed open a little longer to get it done, even though it was the evening before Thanksgiving. Excellent!!!

I have been leasing cars for the last 10 years, 3 different dealerships and this was by far the best experience I've every had. Eli and Frank made our experience feel more like friendly exchange than a business deal. They did not put any pressure on us and helped us through the process with comfort. Absolutely will recommend Country Line to anyone and everyone. Thanks Guys!!

Hector and Jorge were great. They spent a lot of time with me to find the perfect car for me. They addressed any questions and concerns that I had. My new to me car gets lots of compliments and gets mistaken for a brand new car. After purchase they even made sure I was happy with my purchase.

Upon visiting Countyline Nissan I was surprised as to how easy it was to decide to lease again. This is in large part due to Eli and Sal's personable, straightforward approach. Both were accommodating and truly a pleasure to deal with. In my opinion, a role model for other Nissan dealers to follow. 100% satisfied. Visit them, you will be pleasantly surprised as I was.

Great dealership! I came in to look for used cars, salesmen Colin helped me. He was super easy to talk to, not intimidating like most car salesmen. He showed me cars in my price range and made sure that I wouldn't spend any more money than I was comfortable spending. The dealership was very clean and the cars were good quality from what I saw! Truly Colin made my experience as good as it was, I was nervous going in there but he really made me feel comfortable and important! My husband will be back to get my used Maxima for me for Christmas!

Bought a car in 2011 as a second owner, clean Carfax. Now that I'm looking to trade in elsewhere it has been nearly impossible to get decent trade value. Here's why: originally my entire ownership was left blank on Carfax even though I have a maintenance plan through county line. When I called the service manager to ask why, he said they don't upload history to Carfax but they have all my records there (aka we will give you a better value than anyone else). Fast forward a couple months and I'm back car shopping only to find out that my Carfax is now complete with my long list of scheduled maintenance etc. However now there is a 6 month mileage rollback put on the previous owners history. Complete bs. This inconsistency was NOT there when I bought the car, and it was not there when I shopped the car in the past. Won't ever go back here. High pressure sales team as well - tried putting my wife in the same car that we already own as a second car and the sales guy started giving her a sad puppy dog routine when she wouldn't buy. Oh. Last thing. 3 inch long deep scratch in my bumper that wasn't there before an oil change. Called every day for a week and left multiple messages on different lines to include their service manager without one response.

After having a terrible experience with Honda of Watertown last year when purchasing my first vehicle I have to say that CountyLine has restored my faith in the car dealership business. The first time I walked in everyone greeted me with a smile and made me feel good with them as a whole. I dealt with Rueben Parra my salesman and Chris the Sales Manager/Finance. Ruben listened to what I wanted in a car, and Chris was exceptional as well. They went above and beyond, I purchased the 2015 Nissan Rogue Select in the showroom with leather heated seats etc. Rueben went through the whole vehicle with me helped me unload my car etc. He and Chris were gentlemen through and through. And to top it off I didn't have to haggle with Chris to get a great price as the price was lower when I went to pick iy up than what we agreed the night b4. He even told me how to go about getting money back from the previous car! Very happy, so happy that my fiance is also buying a car through them this week! Also was taken over to service and met everyone there, their amenities are out of this world! So happy to be out of the Honda and in my brand new Nissan! I'm a CountyLine Nissan girl for life! You will be treated like an old friend. I'm so glad I went.

I have bought a car here before and have been using service for a number of years. I thought I was a loyal customer but just had one of those uncomfortable car dealership experiences. I had a $200 "misunderstanding" on a quote. After the work was complete the invoice total was $200.00 more. It was explained to me that somehow "I" didn't understand. Well fool me once shame on me right? Had I gotten the correct quote I would have quoted the work out around town. Funny how the "misunderstandings" never seem to work in the customers favor. Also, the invoice showed front brake replacement but the rear brakes needed work. So they changed the invoice while I stood wondering which set of brakes they actually replaced for my extra $200. Mr. County Line Nissan, you just lost the 3 cars I service with you, as well as the 3 from my extended family. Thanks for the support. I hope my $200 bucks was worth my last visit to your facility.

I am 69 years of age and should have brought my son with me as a witness. He was working at the time I stopped in curious if I could lower my car payments. I came in with a 2011 Nissan Altima Hybrid with 38K mileage. Low mileage and in immaculate condition. My reason was to trade down for a lower car payment and a Sentra with a blue tooth and cruise control. Nothing out of the extraordinary and nothing fancy. Sal DiGrazzio took me out in a car that had the Blue Tooth and cruise control on the steering wheel. When I came to pick up my car, which was brought in from another location, it had blue tooth on the front ceiling area, but NO cruise control. I overpaid for a car with nothing, it was an automatic but stripped with the BARE essentials.1.The car was dirty, dusty not washed and not cleaned as I was promised. Sal told me the car would be cleaned and ready.2.The car had no cruise control, I was devastated and luckily I did not have a heart attack, but did have an anxiety attack. Sal gave me a dirty look (like oh no, here we go) but he lied about the car I test drove. It had those features on the steering wheel. I was falsely dominated by Sal who I understand is one of your managers. Why? Why would you have a manager that does NOT stand by his word? Why should I as a consumer buy under false pretenses and why do you have incompetent people selling Nissans?3.He went through the vehicles performance so quickly; I had to read it over when I got home, which I usually do anyway to know where things are. Never took the time, very rushed. Maybe you should consider putting him back as a sales person, he is not a good manager.4.I could not reach him on the phone and when I asked to speak with you, someone always intercepted the call and put either Sal or Adam on the phone. Speaking to the receptionist is a good idea to get the person you are calling and not someone else. I feel they were intercepting the call so that I wouldnt talk to you and let you know what happened. I concluded they didnt want me to contact you in any way, but there is the mail and email.I ended up picking my car up with the cruise control on the left side of the steering wheel like they added years and years ago. It is in the way of the turn signal. I wish they could take this car back and give me back my car. I hate the car as is and will be writing to the CEO of Nissan. It may never get resolved, but at least someone may read this and I can save that person the nightmare that I went through.

They might be the greatest folks in the world but we will never know. My house burned to the ground and along with it my two Nissans, a 2012 Versa and 2009 Maxima that was my baby. I had contacted them about a Maxima they had on the lot similar to the one we lost. If it had the right equipment I will never know, as they were supposed to send me some additional pictures but they never came. I am in SC and they are in the north, but if the car was correct I had no problem paying the freight to have it shipped. Whatever the issue they just stopped communicating, no emails or returned calls. If the car was sold, all they had to do was tell me. Very disappointing experience.

I had the best experience ever purchasing my brand new Nissan Rogue! I came in with my wife, was introduced to Mickael Taweh who is one of County Line Nissan's top guys and he listened to what I needed in a vehicle, was very attentive to my expectations, and presented me with what would soon be my new Nissan Rogue. Great presentation on the car, went through every feature in the car and made sure I understood how to use it. Most STRAIGHT FORWARD salesman I know. I recommend everyone to go down in see him and it was not only him but the entire staff was so warm and welcoming. I will continue to shop at County Line and refer my family and friends to at least stop by and check it out.

My husband and I have not bought a new car in 10 years. When we walked into the dealership we were greeted by Kevin who was very helpful and friendly. As we talked I noticed he was a person who actually cared about us as a customer and not just a sale. I also noticed the other employees as they walked by us they acknowledged us by saying hello with a smile. We went to several dealerships and went back to Nissan because of the first impression Kevin and the staff made with us. He did not rush us to sign on the dotted line like the other dealerships. The 2013 Rouge we looked at on our first visit was sold and I asked Kevin if he could get one with the same features and color. And within a few days he had the same car but even with more features. Kevin went over every detail with us on the new car and answered all questions we had. I am not an easy person to persuade to buy a car but Kevin was patient with me even though he wasn't sure we would buy the car. I have worked in the customer service field for most of my life and I would recommend Kevin and the employees at Countyline for the best customer service at a dealership.

I went to County Line Nissan to purchase a new Nissan Sentra. I was greeted by Jose, who sat down with me, took my information, and let me test drive a car on the lot. He was very polite and personable and was helpful in trying to locate a car for me that was the model I was interested in, the interior/exterior color I wanted, and had the 6-speed manual transmission I was looking for. After letting him know the price range I was looking to pay for a new Sentra S, the sales manager, Jeremy Shaw, came over and showed me some cars that I would be able to get within my budget. The car I decided on was at a dealership in NY, but Jose said that he would pick it up for me within the next couple of days and that I would have it within 4 days. Because the car was exactly what I wanted, I was willing to wait a few days for it. They told me they would just need to start the process by calling the NY dealership to initiate the "swapping" process. In order for them to know I was serious about making the purchase, they filled out a purchase order for me to sign with the car's VIN #, specs, etc. I also had to give a $1000 security deposit to hold the car. Jose said he would contact me the next day to give me a status on my purchase. First mistake-I walked out of the dealership without a copy of the purchase order I signed. I definitely learned my lesson. The next day, I get a call from Jose telling me that they were having some issues swapping, but that I should be getting the car very soon. It made me a little nervous to know that this "swap" wasn't going smoothly, but he assured me he would call me the next day and let me know what was happening. The next day came around, and I never received a call from Jose. I called right before closing time and was told by Jose that he and his sales team were trying to find a car from yet another dealership that the NY dealership would accept in the swap. I didn't realize it would be such an issue to get this car from NY so I asked Jose, "I'm definitely going to get THAT car from NY that I wanted though, right?" His response was," Yes, absolutely, we're working for you."The next day (day 3) I get a call from Jeremy Shaw (the sales manager). He tells me that the car I put a deposit on in NY was actually already sold. This is what I was afraid of, and what didn't make sense to me was, wouldn't they have known the car was already sold by day 1 or 2?? Although I was really disappointed, Jeremy assured me he would find another car for me that had the same features I wanted. He asked me what my second choice color was since the one I wanted was hard to find. I let him know that I didn't really have a second color choice because I knew what I wanted, but I figured I should be a little more flexible, so I told him I would settle for the Sentra S in blue. He ended up calling me back shortly to tell me he had a car coming to his lot (how convenient for him) that was just like the one I wanted except that it was in blue. I had mixed feelings about this because I was really set on buying the car in the dark grey color. I figured I was spending a lot of money on a brand new car, so I should be able to get it just the way I wanted it. Jeremy texted me pictures of the car that came in the lot. Besides being the same model as the original car I wanted, it was nothing like the other one. The interior color was beige instead of black, automatic transmission instead of manual, no trunk compartment like the other one, and no splash guards (which he later told me he would install). I had a weird feeling about the whole situation...something just felt fishy, so I decided to call the NY dealership to make sure the car I wanted to buy was actually sold. Guess what? It wasn't. It was still sitting in their lot. At this point I was angry because I was being lied to. I called up Jeremy and told him that I didn't want the blue car and that I just wanted my security deposit back. He was all confused and didn't understand why I was saying I didn't want the blue car after I had told him I'd come down to look at it. I explained to him that I know the car in NY was in fact NOTsold and I didn't want to do business with a dealership that was not trustworthy. He told me that the NY dealership must have lied to him and that I couldn't get my security deposit back, he would find me another car. At that point I wanted out. They couldn't get me the car I signed the purchase order for and I thought they were being dishonest, so I just wanted to get my money back and never deal with County Line Nissan again. After another day or two of talking to Jeremy over the phone and insisting I get my security deposit back, he continued to tell me I couldn't. I proceeded to ask him for a copy of the contract that I signed, and he wouldn't provide me with that either. I asked to speak to the owner of the dealership and Jeremy said that he would relay my information to the owner. I ended up going down to County Line Nissan that night, since I never got a call back, to get a copy of my contract (which I'm entitled to by law) and get this situation straightened out. The owner wasn't there, but Jeremy was. When I asked him for a copy of the purchase order I signed, he told me it was locked in the owners office and he wasn't allowed to go in there. He told me I should have called before I came down. What a joke! I told him he could just give a blank purchase order so that I know exactly what I signed for. He said he didn't feel comfortable doing that. Then I said, well then if you can't even give me a copy of the contract, I want my deposit refunded. He said he couldn't do that either. He said I would have to wait for the owner to contact me the next day. I walked out of the dealership and was ready to contact the BBB, DMV, and attorney general's office in addition to my credit card company. THEY were the ones who broke the contract by not being able to get me the car with the VIN# I signed for, therefore it was null and void. I figured I would give it one last shot though, and wait until the next morning to see if the owner would call me and resolve the problem. The next afternoon, I received a voicemail from Patrick Bayliss apologizing for the situation and for the poor communication on their end. He said he would refund me my deposit. It's been a week since that voicemail and the refund showed up on my credit card statement. Luckily, there was one reasonable person in that place-or one who cared enough about the integrity of the dealership. I very much appreciate the way Patrick ended up handling the situation, but I wish it didn't have to be taken that far. The whole experience was terrible, ridiculous, and a waste of time. I ended up going to Middletown Nissan where I was treated with respect and got the car I actually wanted from their lot!

Ive come to the conclusion that Patrick Bayliss (Owner/VP) and the staff at County Line arent honorable people. I truly believe the dealership has royally screwed the people who purchased their Mitsubishi vehicles from your dealership Especially, those people (me) who purchased their vehicles a month before you decided not to renew your Mitsubishi license If you were honorable and truly concerned with your customer purchase satisfaction, you would have informed us what your plans were, so that we could have made a sound decision on whether or not to purchase the vehicles I for one would have decided not to purchase the vehicles from County Line Let me go on. Upon finding out that County Line Mitsubishi dealership was closing their doors, I contacted your service manager and relayed to him my concerns. He assured me that County Line Nissan will honor all warranty service on Mitsubishi Vehicles purchase at County Line. So, I called last week and made an appointment for the re-call and for a TPMS Service required light that appeared on my dashboard. Your service advisor gave me an appointment for the morning of 7/16/13. Upon arrival, Im told that County Line no longer honors Mitsubishi warranty or service. I would have to contact a Mitsubishi dealership for the work to be done on my vehicle. Again, the customer gets screwed."We been in business for five decades" is the standard response you get from County Line (Patrick Bayliss) to all customers who issue complaints about the sales and service received. I figured it out, It all comes down to location as to why County Line is still in business. we both know that if another Nissan dealership was to open their doors down the street from you, your dealership would be out of business in a matter of months. County Line sales and service has so many shortcomings, and it seemd to stem down from the senior management, (owner/VP).... Anyone who is considering purchasing a new or used vehicle, please to yourself a big favor and stay far away from County Line Nissan or Jocks, (across the street)...

Excellent group of people, very friendly staff and always focused on the needs of the customer. The facilities of this dealership are spectacular with amenities available to all customers (breakfast, coffee, etc). The salesmen I had was Mike T, who was very honest and knowledgeable. He never tried to pressure me into a sale and never tried to sell me anything additional. Furthermore, the sales staff is very focused on delivering an excellent all around customer experience. All around I'm very pleased with this dealership and would most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Excellent group to buy or lease a car. Offer spectacular deals and never try and force you or pressure you to purchase or lease a vehicle. Overall, I thought the entire process was excellent. I dealt with salesmen Mike T, who was honest and very knowledgeable. Mike never tried to sell me anything additional and was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. The facilities of this dealership are great as well, with the customer always in mind. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease.

I cannot speak enough about the high quality of customer service that I received. Mike T. was an excellent salesman. I spoke to the manager and asked for a salesperson that was straight forward, honest and didn't play the traditional car salesman "haggling" games. Mike T. was the best salesperson that I have encountered. I was interested in a new Pathfinder lease. Mike took the time to explain all the options and the various trim packages. He really wanted us to get the package and options that we needed and didn't just push the highest priced options. Two great examples of his customer service - the paperwork was taking a bit longer than expected and I made a comment that I had missed breakfast and was getting hungry. Next thing that I know he is bringing me out some pizza that the salesmen had ordered for lunch!!!! Secondly, When I received my new Pathfinder some of the cargo equipment was missing. I emailed Mike and had the cargo equipment the next day with no hassles. If you want a salesperson that actually cares about your purchase and not just his comission - ask for Mike T. at County Line.

I have always driven Honda's my whole life, but recently a friend purchased a new Altima and I fell in love with it. I am new to the area and researched a few dealers online first. This dealership answered my questions quickly and had a good selection of Altimas for me to look at. They didn't play the typical car guys games that so many others seemed to be playing, their quote was very easy to understand and offered a few options. I was greeted by a specialist that specialized in the Altima and answered every question I asked without seeming bothered or pushy. I pick my new altima up tomorrow and I couldn't be happier!

I was in dire need to get rid of my Xterra which was just killing me with the gas prices and my long commute to work everyday. I initially went to a Nissan dealership who I had been dealing with for 30 plus years and they basically couldn't do anything for me. I decided to try County Line Nissan and they were able to get rid of the Xterra and get me in the car I was most interested in. I am so pleased with the results and I would recommend them to anyone. I will no longer be going to the dealership that I had been going to for 30 plus years. County Line Nissan is my new favorite Nissan Dealership. Thank you for everything.

I started my search for a particular used car online at CountyLine Nissan because they have performed really excellent service on my Suzuki SX4. I was pleased that this dealership has a good inventory selection. I called to make sure the vehicle was in stock, which it was. I was given a name and contact number right away. I had no problem reaching this person for questions. Upon arriving, I found ample customer parking, I was greeted with a smile and treated like a valued customer right away. I was assigned to Leroy who was a complete gentleman, experienced in sales and courtesy. I was offered coffee and I enjoyed the relaxing open atmosphere of the sales area unlike some dealerships that try to stick you into a confined space to disorient you. They have some nice new cars and SUVs in the showroom to enjoy. The negotiation process was honest and painless unlike a competing dealer in Milford who is the opposite. Everything at Countyline was up front, no tricks, no tactics, from sales, to finance, to picking up the car. I met the owner and some of the other sales staff who were also courteous...this is a model of how a dealership should be run.

Never buying a Nissan again.....buyers beware! My wife and I have owned Nissan cars/trucks consistently since 1993 and this recent experience has left me sick to my stomach. I purchased my 2007 Pathfinder and I just found out that the transmission was starting to go on the Friday after Thanksgiving at 105,000 miles. Apparently, there was a defect in the radiator that caused water and antifreeze to seep into my transmission and nobody in the service department stepped up to the plate to notify me about this issue. If I would have known about this issue, I would have changed the radiator earlier rather than wait for my extended warranty to expire ( I purposely bought the extended warranty in 2010 to avoid such an issue). When Greg at the service department told me that I needed a new transmission installed, he mentioned that it would cost around $8,800 and later found some "special" discounts that brought the price down to $7,600. I explained to him that it would have been nice to know about this problem earlier as my truck was just in there 2 weeks ago for its normal service. No mention of it at all...... Even if they did not detect anything, they still should have mentioned something.......even before this recent service. We have been good customers over the years and felt that there was no dedication here at all. There are plenty of articles and videos on you tube that clearly illustrate this issue and I spent the rest of the weekend learning more and more about it along with fueling my frustration as well. The extended warranty that was offered through Nissan as a result of a class action suit stated that this issue would have been covered up to 100,000. I know that we were over, but again, no mention that we should keep an eye out for such a problem. II ended up having my transmission rebuilt and changed the radiator as well at another transmission place for less than half the cost that was quoted by Nissan. The funny thing is that as I picked up my truck from the transmission place, there was a 2005 pathfinder just rolling in with the same problem, but much worse.. I have put a claim through Nissan North America and also awaiting the results of a class action suit brought against Nissan. Adding insult to injury, I also had to pay the "diagnostic fee" of $100 and was told that they would take that off of my.bill when I got the transmission replaced......yippee. I offered to pay $3000 for Nissan to do the replacement that was necessary and Greg told me that he would be losing money if he did it. I thought that it was a fair offer as Nissan could have met me half way here as that was the quote from the other 2 transmission places to rebuild. In the end, I am the one who is losing the money here and the value of my truck has depleted. I gave them a second chance to redeem themselves as I am now in the process of filing more paperwork and spending countless time on the phone to get more information. I am going to continue to contact Nissan as I am requesting them to pay my transmission bill. It really is a shame that they turned their heads on anyone who has a 2005-07 Pathfinder or Exterra. I also own an Altima and now I am putting it up for sale. Thanks County Line Nissan for being so loyal and honest with your customers!

I purchased my 08 Altima about a year and a half ago from another dealership in Wallingford but had a bad experience with them so i decided to swing up to county line to see what they can offer me. i needed new tires on my altima so I walked in and stumbled upon Jason, a sales representitive who made sure it was his duty to place the order for me for the tires( since they werent in stock). The friendly atmosphere and the courtesy of the salesman prompted me to tell all my friends that have Nissans to definately come check this place out. My only complaint is that the tires were quite pricey but i purchased the goodyears so they will definately last a long time. Plus, kevin the service manager was extremely helpful as well.

Purchased a 370Z and absolutely loved the vehicle. What made my decision easier was simply the sales staff, everyone was friendly and polite, and definitely informative. I was shown the service center and was extremely surprised at the fact they did not have conventional vending machines instead they gave out free food and drinks complimentary, and even had a manicurist available, which my wife absolutely loved! I would recommend County Line Nissan to anyone, the purchasing process was quick and at the same time, I felt that we were in a relaxed environment where we were the number one priority to the dealership.

Salesman made a lot of promises but never came through on them. He kept leaving and said he would be back in a few minutes but took 30-45 minutes each time. Also tries to take my deposit before I even signed any paperwork for finance. The facility is a terrible layout. It has three tables next to each other so there is absolutly no privacy of information. It was a big waste of time to go to this dealership as they have overpriced cars and underexperienced sales and finance managers. I took my business elsewhere. On a good note their repair place looked great but it was closed on the weekend which is a complete turn off.

I called ahead to test drive a used mini cooper and had nothing but trouble with this dealership. At first the car wasn't on the lot and they offered me to honor their Memorial Day sale when it returned. They called to confirm it was present and when I arrived it was off the lot again. Additionally, they had no flexibility in price or had an Memorial Day sale offers for the vehicle. They calls back two days later to let me know that the car would not be coming back to the lot as the owner's daughter was using the car as a demo. Total waste of my time. Just take the car off their site if it's not really for sale. Also, the bathrooms were a disaster, with no paper towels, toilet paper, or soap. When I told the front desk a gentleman said, "don't expect me to do anything about it. Why dont you call management and tell them." I can't imagine a less professional response. My service with John was good. But that's the only saving grace of this awful car buying experience. I don't know why anyone would ever buy from them.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. No one will call me back. Once they make the sale they can't be bothered with you. It's been a month, my vehicle isn't registered to me,they had to wait for the title from the seller, the so called inspection when they sold me the vehicle didn't find the torn seat belt. Still no registration or seat belt after making multiple calls. At this moment waiting for a call back that was supposed to be in 10 minutes-that was 25 minutes ago. I urge anyone out there to look elsewhere for a vehicle if you're looking for descent customer service.

I went to County Line today for my newly purchased Nissan Murano's first scheduled service. I was totally impressed by their service department. I had expected to pull in and have the normal experience when getting a car serviced. The normal experience would be defined as wait at the front desk, tell them why you are here, leave the keys, and go sit in a stuffy waiting area that offered chairs that were too close together, a coffee machine that is dated with no fresh creamer, and a small 19" TV with CNN on. But that wasn't my experience today. I pulled in and parked my car. As I was going to get out, Bob Bannon came over to me and asked if I am there for service. I said yes and he said pull right in. I pulled up to the garage, the door immediately opened, and I was greeted by Olivia. She looked up my appointment and escorted me to the waiting area. She told me help yourself to bagels, muffins, a latte or coffee. This service center is the bomb!! Tables and chairs everywhere, a huge 3D screen with a movie playing, laptops for everyone's use everywhere, fresh baked goods delivered daily, and an assortment of coffees with fresh creamers. Everyone I interacted was friendly and offered a friendly good morning. They even have daily activities which are free. Todays activity was free manicures. Later in the week was free massages. Are you kidding me?? Did I purchase an exotic car and this is the treatment I am going to receive? When my car was finished, Olivia came out, sat with me and told me the results of the service. She told me the car would be out in a few, which it was, and she was back with the final paperwork. County Line Nissan service department offers Excellent customer service, friendly atmosphere, state of the art facility, and great value. Go there, you will truly be amazed. Great job County Line!!

I went to this dealer not expecting to actually complete a sale. I purchased a new 2002 Altima from them ten years ago. They were not my first choice to start shopping because they weren't close to my house. Matt greeted us at the door. He explored our preferences and price range. While I was looking at new cars I also indicated I could be interested in a year-old model with extras as long as I did not have to pay the original full price for them. He made me a sweet deal on one of several 2011 models. We negotiated a sale price and then haggled over the value of my trade-in. Hours before the sale we phoned them with second thoughts because after reviewing MSRPs on similar cars we felt the discount should have been a little more. They agreed to meet our new price. In general, I think the experience at County Line Nissan was a good as you can get. They were good to us and we felt good about everything. I plan on going back to Matt when my other old car is ready for replacement.

I visited the dealership to test drive and purchase a manual transmission vehicle, yet the dealership had none in stock. I was simply told they would call me if they received one in stock, and that was that. There was no subsequent phone call and no attempt to try to find a vehicle for me to test drive. One week later I drove down to Bruce Bennett Nissan who did have one in stock and met with Sebastian Merino who was a very helpful and interested member of the sales staff. He encouraged me to test drive both manual and auto transmission to feel the difference, as well as to drive both a SV and Pro versions of the Frontier to feel the difference in suspension. Sebastian was very informative, and worked hard to find a good fit for me. Two days later I provided the specifications for the vehicle I wanted, though they did not have one in stock; however, Sebastian was able to get the vehicle into my hands and the deal successfully closed out by the end of that week. Plus, the vehicle had additional options that I was not asked to pay for. Bruce Bennett Nissan is the way to go! Had County Line Nissan made any attempt to find a match for my needs, the business could have been theirs.

I was in County Line Nissan the other day to see about a new Altima, and was approached by the kindest gentleman by the name of Quinn James. I actually only came in to look for a car for my daughter who would be traveling back and forth to school, (Needed Something Reliable) Conn-N.C. and I knew Nissan's were perfect for that. Now because of the way he described in full detail all the safety measures they've taken and the ratings it got, I myself felt obligated to trade my Camry in for a new Altima. I'm happy to say that I've been over-satisfied with the car and the salesman who introduced me to this fine vehicle, in addition my daughter loves her car. So, I say to Quinn James and the rest of the County Line Nissan employess a Big Thank-you for your assistance and contribution to a fading industry, for if it had more persons like you I'm pretty sure there would be no problem getting a vehicle. Like everyone else, I was apprehensive at first when choosing a new car. So many options, and then you have to deal with the salespeople...it can all be a little overwhelming. But thank goodness I came to the right place when I bought my New Nissan Altima. After a while the numbers prices and incentives all start to look the same, but that is where County Line Nissan stands apart from the rest. The level of professionalism experienced was unparalleled and the staff as a whole was very helpful and answered all of my questions. (And I ask a great deal of questions.) In particular, there was an employee by the name of Quinn Bannon who really blew me away. His patience and genuine nature is really what helped me close the deal. I could tell that I wasn't just another number on a whiteboard, I never felt like I was just another "sale". I could tell that he actually cared about making me happy and his attention to detail was only matched by his impeccable business acumen. I came to County Line Nissan to purchase one of my first vehicles, a 2011 Nissan Maxima I'd been to other dealerships, to try out different models and such from my internet research. But I never got that sense of customer service that I felt at County Line. For one thing , the moment I entered other dealerships I felt like a victim or waiting for that con-man type car salesman to really pressure me into buying a certain model/make with all the options etc. At county line Quinn never gave me sort of pressure. He offered the kind of advice a good friend would when selecting the vehicle as well as the best options for my price range. Although I know dealerships have to make a buck too, the salesman worked well with me to establish the best price and satisfaction with my purchase. I think this is probably one of the most important factors beyond service/quality of actual car itself. Its the honesty and hard work in trying to help someone get what they're looking for. and I couldn't be any more happy with my car. In regards to post-car sale, any minor issues I did have I took up with the service department, with a pretty pleasant experience I gotta say. I'd been to service dept at BMW and Mercedes in the past for my parents/family's cars and had always felt there was a smug attitude there. Making the customer feel dumb or stupid for not knowing about the details of car fixing (how would one know if they weren't a car mechanic?) I honestly felt at those places my family was getting marked up service all the time! (I probably shouldn't go into how the luxury car brands staff are with sales, but it was pretty much the same smug attitude like the cars sells themselves i.e. not very helpful) In contrast, my experience with the service dept at County Line was a pleasant surprise. I felt the price as well as the service were in accordance with my expectations. Sometimes all it takes to make a customer happy is being polite and helpful. It's that easy.

This was the 4th car I bought or leased, they always give me a great deal. I worked with Sal and last time he found a car for me at another dealer. They had it in Middlebury the next day. I will always use County Line.

Brought my Maxima in for noise in the rear end and clunking noise in left front tire. Dealer said they couldn't hear anything, did not fix. Continued to have the problem and brought it back. They resolved the noise in the rear end but did nothing for the front end.Brought it to a dealer in Shelton and they not only heard the noise but also replaced both front strut mounts(there was a service bulletin put out by Nissan, apparently County line Nissan didn't bother to check) and struts and resolved the issue.Just dropped off the car at County Line for the same noise in the rear end. This time County Line says rear ends do make noise and that they were not going to make the same repair they made last time. Told me they didn't think they could do anything about it!The service at this dealer is terrible!!!! I will never buy a car from them again and I will let my friends know to steer clear of this dealership.

County Line auto Sold me a car with so many safty issues its hard to believe. Im a dissabled veteran with a child. My wife was driving the car and had to take it to a mechanic because of a severe wolbling in the car. The mechanic found the tie rods, the axel in front and the wheel berrings to be extrmely bad. County line stated that they did a comprehensive safty inspection prior to delivery. However, it simply took the mechanic we used placing his hand on the back wheel to find out how much it wobbled. My wife and I simply wanted to be re-paid for the service that were necessary to make it safe for me, my wife and my five year old son to ride in. After talking to the used car manager Bill Dolan my wife was told im not giving you anything, you should have driven the car (unsafe car) with your child in it 45 min back to county Line. County Line professes to care about there customers and honors veterans for there service. I found that they not only did NOT care about my service but they also did not care about the well being of my five year old child or my wife. All to avoid paying us back the 1,500 dollars it took to make this car safe. My entire experience was bad, it took them 4 days to deliver the car to me while they stated they were doing all kinds of safty inspections, break work etc. Bill Dolan was rude, insulting and dissrespectful to my wife. Additionally, my wife spoke to a customer service representative named Donna, she was nice, friendly and helpful. However when she attempted to look into the issue for us she informed my wife that Mr. Bill Dolan told her to mind her own business and stay out of it. So not only do they treat there customers with no respect but apparently there co-workers as well.John Girard

I was very happy with the Response of this Dealership in respects to the problems that I was having with a new car that I bought in 2009. From day one there was severe problems with the car. But after 3 1/2 years of one thing or another they made it right and took back the car(no questions) and made good on the deal. I would definitely recommend EVERYONE to purchase a car from Countyline Buick Nissan. I have bought 3 cars from this dealership.

I used County Line for the last ten years. The staff is seriously the nicest crew. The first car I bought they didnt have in stock, they found me the car at another dealership that day and I drove away in it the next day. If I didnt like the price they tried to make it work. I only use them and I tell all my friends to use them. There was no pressure when I was negotiating.

After a tiresome search for the right dealership (and deal) I came across Quinn Bannon and County Line Nissan Dealership. From start to finish I was taken care of. Not only were my questions answered honestly, my expectations were managed, and I was pleasntly suprised how easy buyinga new Maxima could be. Quinn went above and beyond to help me with financing (my credit isn't perfect), and I appreciate that (my wife does too!). To cap it all off I sent Quinn a number of referrals and I keep getting checks for $100 for all of the friends I recommend! Not a bad deal! If you're in a bind, give Quinn at Nissan a call... he'll take good care of you!

Recently I purchased a car at County Line Nissan and my overall experience was fantastic. I went to County Line to try to trade in my old Subaru and purchase a new Nissan Murano. I was greeted in the parking lot by a salesman named Kevin, who was a very pleasant and friendly young man. I told Kevin what I was trying to accomplish that day and he told me that he would do his best to assist me in purchasing my new car. I followed him inside the dealership, where during a brief few minutes together, he asked me a series of questions that he said would help him narrow down and zero in on a specific car that would fit my needs. Once he completed the questions, he quickly consulted his manager Sam, who guided him to a specific Murano that fit the criteria based on the answers I gave. Kevin pulled up a Murano to the front of the dealership in the exact color I told him I preferred. He went through all the features of the car and explained to me how everything worked. I was very impressed with the performance of the vehicle on the test drive, and found the salesman's knowledge of the car to be extremely helpful also. Upon arriving back at the dealership, Kevin walked me through the dealerships service department and explained to me a little about the advantages of servicing my car with County Line. We sat back down together in the showroom where Kevin excused himself briefly while he worked on having my Subaru appraised. Shortly after, Kevin had returned with a sheet of paper that had the new Murano priced for me. He had the numbers structured a few different ways for me, so I could see the various options I had. I was surprisingly pleased with the money they gave me for my Subaru. I had done a little research on my car prior to visiting the dealership so I had an idea of what it was worth. I feel the offer was very fair. That money from my trade acted as my down payment, which brought me exactly to where I was hoping to be for my monthly payment. The negotiation process was irrelevant. Within an hour and a half, County Line had set up my insurance, registered the car and detailed the car. I was provided a full tank of gas and Kevin made sure that I was comfortable working all the features that I was unfamiliar with. My vanity plates were transferred over from my Subaru to my Murano and I was on the road. County Line made the process of purchasing my new vehicle a painless and enjoyable one. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to family, friends and anyone I know in the market for a vehicle.

I went to County Line again a few months ago and found the experience to be great. I go there for service regularly, but I just picked up a brand new 2012 Nissan Altima. I really love my new car! When I went down to the dealership, I met with Quinn Bannon. I felt like I was in really good hands during the entire visit. When I came in I was a little nervous about getting approved for a loan, but Quinn walked me through the different options and explained to me exactly what it took to get to a payment level that I was comfortable with. Since I bought the Altima in July, County Line has been nothing but helpful in making sure that I was comfortable and happy with everything. When I have gone in for service in the past, they have treated me very kindly and I've never felt like I've been treated unfairly. I've already sent two of my friends down to buy cars there, and they said they had a good experience too. Best part is, they gave me $100 to refer each of them! I always recommend County Line to all my friends and family.

THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I purchased a Pathfinder from this dealership in 09; it took six visits and a case with consumer protection to fix a recall issue. The service center recommends service that I don't need (I did a Nissan recommended transmission flush 2 months before going there for a oil change, they told me I need one badly, when I showed them the paper that I just did one at another dealership, they said oh we may have made a mistake, RIP OFF!)I paid off the vehicle 1 yr after purchase and have been trying to cancel the gap insurance they sold me ever since. After 4 faxes and 2 personal drop-offs of the payoff letter and formal request, this is still not done and the gap insurance company said the insurance company said the policy can only be cancelled through the purchasing dealership. I am sure this is the worst dealership EVER and I cannot believe they survive doing business like this. I guess I have to file another complaint against them.

I went to the dealership to look at Rogue. Ithought that salemen were waiting for their next "victim" and would pounce as soon as you got out of your car. I got out, and looked at 3 different cars right out front - sort of waiting for a salesman to come to me. I actually looked at 2 of the men standing at the top of the stairs watching. Neither one of them moved towards me, and one actually went inside. I was going to get in my car and just leave, but wanted to see the cars, so I walked towards the front door, and asked the one gentlemen "are you looking for a customer!" The sales man was nice and pretty knowledgable about the car and helped me with the test drive. We went over the facts and figures including my trade in value, and they came up with their price for the car - out the door. I asked if this was the best, last and final offer, and was told that the manager has done a great job for me. Coming in $10.00 lower than my max monthly payment. I went to Middletown Nissan 2 days later and worked with Dale Richards and got a great deal and found their whole operation to be miles above Countyline. I am so glad I went there. I was able to get the same car for $35.00 less per month. It is worth the trip down to Middletown for the professionalism and expert treatment that you will recieve there.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership. From the day I purchased my two year old Murano, I smelled burning oil and returned the car again and again (including the DAY after I purchased). They never fixed it, and when another dealer finally found the problem they told me my warranty was up. I could have fought them, but who has time in life these days? I traded it in and tell everyone how bad County Line is. I've talked two people into purchasing from another dealer rather than County Line - oh and my salesman only worked there 30 days, so he is long gone. They don't care about their customers.

Worst experience ever. This dealership is the reason car dealers have a bad reputation. They lured us in with low prices, told us multiple times on the phone that the car was in stock, and then when we drove out of the way to see it, the car was no longer there.DON'T use this dealer.

If you ever wonder how car dealerships get a reputation for being sleazy crooks then just visit the County Line Nissan Dealership in Middlebury, CT. I dealt with Sal, Eric, and to some extent Manny on a transaction. Needless to say it was a horrible all around experience. My main problem was they lied about financing rates and the original owner of the vehicle. Additionaly they refused to furnish a carfax and generally the customer experience was horrible. They also tried to slip in an extra $3k of inexplicable fees on the invoice. They should be going to jail for what they do not receiving commissions. Everybody in town knows these guys are complete dirtballs. Listen to the other reviews on here and do not do business with these lying crooks.

Bought a new versa in late '08 from this place. I noticed a tiny rattle in the back, but didn't think much of it. I figured it was just a loose part that could wait until my first oil change to check. When I brought it in, the service manager said the rattle was my fault and it would cost $500 to repair. He admitted that the dealership could have done it, but wouldn't do anything for me because I waited too long.Needless to say I was furious. I tried to understand his position that I could have done the damage, but he would not accept any dealer responsibility. I offered to pay his cost since it was not covered under warranty, but he wouldn't budge from the full price. So now I ride around in a brand new car that has a rattle. The other item that galled me about him was his comment on a few other warranty items. his response was that he couldn't find anything wrong, and if he doesn't see it, it doesn't exist. So I guess the customer must be hallucinating since the problem doesn't exist. Whatever happened to the customer is always right philosophy? I will travel a greater distance now rather than go back to this awful dealership.I could add a few more items, but I think I made my point.

I can not believe how many bad reports are on here for this dealership and I missed.. i feel like such an a**. It is so true what everyone is writting. My husband went to this place to buy a used Mercedes. They gave us this young salesman who claimed to be a wounded war veteran to close the deal.. we fell for it and figured this guy would not lie to us. we winded up buying the car and boy were we wrong! after spending $1000 in repairs and only receiving 1 key that we were promised that the other will be arriving shortly. after several phone call, people and promises they basically dont want to help us. I WOULD NEVER recommend this place.. i have a heart unlike these thieves

Listen to what others are saying about their sales department! I read the reviews here but decided to give them a shot anyway....wow! My wife and I came in and were met by Danny. We explained we were looking for a new Murano, and asked what he had in stock and if he could give us some numbers. We were told to go out on the lot and look and come back in and tell him what we found. OK, a little unusual, we thought he might come out with us but that's ok. So, we came back in, were offered a seat as we again asked if we could get some numbers. He then disappeared so he could talk to his sales manager(?), after waiting for over 10 minutes, we strolled over to Toyota, just next door, to take a look at the Highlander. We spoke briefly to a gentleman there and wandered back to County Line where Danny was just returning with the keys to a Murano so we could test drive one. We told him we never asked to test drive a vehicle because we had test driven one earlier at a different dealership and were just looking to compare prices. He disappears again! After at least five minutes, he returns and tells us a price. I ask "Is that a base model or does it come with the convience package?" he then states, with an attitute, "You should have asked me that before!" I said "Have a Nice Day!" Unbelievable. Apparently they do not need our business and asking them for a price on a car is too much of a bother. Do you really think I'm going buy a car from them or ever suggest anybody else does? Um....no. What I will suggest is go to Hoffman Nissan. Absolutely no BS! The salemen where very responsive to our requests, did not try to sell us something we didn't ask for and never disappeared to who-knows-where, but actually brought us in to the sales managers office where he turned his computer screen around so we could see all the numbers on the vehicle, what he paid, the cost of options, etc!! Definately an F for County Line Nissan and an A+ for Hoffman.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS. County Line Nissan on Straits Turnpike in Middlebury, CT. Garbage Dealership! Mid June 07 I purchased a brand new 2007 Nissan Sentra. When I test drove the vehicle, it must have been an SE. The salesman Ken Desantis, and the finance manager Manny had a contract written up for that vehicle. I said I want the same car in white. I get all the paperwork filled out, purchase the vehicle and get home and it has no features. The one I test drove had ABS, power mirrors, steering wheel controls and more. I got the old bait and switch. My fault for not checking. I told them I wanted remote entry, they conned me into getting an aftermarket remote starter which I had to come back 2 times to have installed and make a final trip because they only gave me the car back with 1 key. By the way, when I was waiting for my new car to be pulled up, they had a new Nissan Altima out there and I heard about 4 of the salesmen talking around it saying "Oh, I'm gonna jack up the sticker on this one about 2,000 and he wrote an adjusted price on the window sticker. Should have known right then and there to stay away from these unethical salespeople. Within 12 days, I noticed a defect in the paint in the form of what looked like an alien head. I had to bring the car in 4 times before they finally saw and resolved the issue because it could only be seen when the lighting was good enough. The service manager, Greg Perez told me at a point before the flaw was spotted that one night he could possibly stop up my house since lighting in the driveway was optimal to see the flaw, then renegged. Anyways, it was finally found and repainted. Brand new car needed paint. I had trim pieces inside that were loose that needed to be put back together. There was a creaking in the rear when going over bumps. Found out they had to reinsulate part of the car. The seats made noise, had to be re-torqued. I have a noise when reversing and then turning the steering wheel the opposite direction. First they tell me it was my power steering pump, re lubed and had to shave something down. Same problem exists. Then it turned into strut mounts. After being replaced, same issue. Still not resolved. Going through a different dealership to have this any any other issues resolved. My center console is deteriorating very oddly. It's discolored and any idiot can tell that nothing was spilled on it due to the pattern that has formed. Greg Perez tells me that I did something to it and will not warranty it because frankly he doesn't want to pay for it. Nissan will laugh at his claim he says and he doesn't want to take the hit. I had given service a poor rating because that's how I feel about service and their whole company. One of my final times I was there, Greg Perez tried to call me out and tell me he's upset that I gave him a poor service rating. Boo hoo, you give crappy service, you're getting my honest feedback. He told me that I'm angry because I have buyer's remorse and I have a vehicle that i don't want so I'm taking it out on him. The car has been nothing but headaches, I'm not having some sort of transmission issue, lots of lost wages and aggravation sustained due to this poorly built vehicle, and he tells me I have buyers remorse. I told him if he wants me to be satisfied, then help me get out of this vehicle somehow. He tells me to either come up with some extra money or leave the vehicle in Bridgeport. For anyone not familiar with what that means, he was insinuating I leave the vehicle in a city where it will most likely be stolen and then commit insurance fraud. That's a pretty unethical statement if you ask me! He had the nerve to tell me that he wants us to start our relationship over, tries to offer his hand for me to shake it at the same time he's telling me that he wants us to be friends because right now he's at the point where he doesn't want to deal with me, my car, or my frustration. For the amount of BS that I have gone through so far and the fact that I haven't ever yelled or threatened him or anyone at his company, he has no clue how nice of a customer I have been. I find that VERY insulting and Greg Perez in no way shape or form should be a Service Manager. So I disclose all this information to Patrick Bayliss, supposedly the owner or manager of this dump. He tells me he wants to help me. He says the best solution would be a new 09 Sentra. I'm willing to listen to his offer because I'm not unfair or looking to get over on anyone, I just want out of this one particular car. It's a lemon. He has me come back on a Tuesday, this was a Saturday when I gave him my story and he said he couldn't run the numbers and give me an offer until during the week. He tells me he'll try to get me a lower payment and give me as good of a number as he can on a trade in to help me get out of this nightmare of a car. Here's my payment structure currently. I had a 6 year lo

We had bought a car from them before and had no problems. Then we bought a brand new top of the line Buick Rendezvous. After only a few months of ownership, we had a problem with the emergency brake light coming on/off. We brought it in to them, and they told us that we must have been driving with the brake engaged "for days"and had worn out the pads and rotors. They wanted to charge us about $400 to replace them. We refused, telling them that it was under warranty and if the emergency brake was defective, and it ruined the brake pads then GM should fix them. There was no way the brake was fully engaged without us knowing it. They fixed the brake light, but we refused to let them fix the brakes. When we took the car to someone else to have the brakes looked at, they had no idea what we were talking about! The brakes were absolutely fine and did not need any work!! When we called County Line back they said it must have been a "misunderstanding". they totally tried to rip us off for $400 worth of repairs that were totally unnecessary. We refused to deal with them ever again.Recently we went to trade in that same Rendezvous, and discovered that County Line had taken off the original factory aluminum wheels and replaced them with steel wheels. We never realized that aluminum was part of the original package, and didn't realize they had switched them on the lot. We lost $500 dollars on our trade because of the switch. They are just so dishonest!!!The Chevy dealer told us that County Line had a bad reputation with other dealers. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE TOTALLY UNETHICAL IN CONSUMER DEALINGS.

My wife and i went to county line nissan looking to purchase a used vehicle to replace my truck. We were looking for something more for a family cause my wife is pregnant. So we find a car we like we said MANY times they we were not interested in buying a car that day and they just kept hounding us with new prices and trying better deals, so they finally knocked off 4000 dollars off the vehicle, so we caved in (which we should have not) and put a deposit down on it. The next day my Brother in-law (who is also a car salesman) looked the car up and found that it was worth 10,000 dollars less then what they wanted to sell it to me for. So we went back to CL trying to get our deposit back (cause the day that we put the deposit down they said they LEGALLY can not keep our deposit)we talked to this arrogant moron bill and he kept trying to sell us a car instead of giving our deposit back, but he would not give it back. I highly recommend not doing business with these jackasses. THEY ARE CROOKS

Just flat out crooks. They don't even try to mask it. Whatever you do if you are looking at one of their vehicles and you want them to try to get you a loan, do not, DO NOT give them any money on deposit and DO NOT sign a purchase order. They will sneak the purchase order in with a couple of other nonsense forms for you to sign and basiclly once you sign it, any deposit you gave them is now theirs regardless if you buy the car or not. They tried to sell me a car they were advertising at $15,995 for $18,995. When I brought in the ad they all played stupid. When I said I was done with them and wanted my deposit back, the finance manager, Manny, told me he would mail it to me. They can keep my $100. I'm just glad I didn't give them the $1000 that Bobby wanted me to put down. I'll caulk it up as a lesson learned. I want to start using some serious profanity to describe these idiots but I'll keep it clean. I wish the worst in life for these a--holes. Don't waste your time with this dealership. You will only leave there frustrated and probably scammed out of some money. REMEMBER, never sign any kind of Purchase Order. Make sure nothing you sign says NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS. I talked to the Dept. of Motor Vehicles Comm. Office and they told me that all dealers have some kind of Purchase Order form that they use.

My '02 Altima was in for recall services that required disconnecting the battery. I then had electrical problems that were unexplained. ie, the doors would lock when I closed the trunk lid, or sometimes the remote would not unlock the doors. Well, after traveling at highway speeds of 75 to 80 mph on a trip to Florida, we pulled into a rest stop, got out and closed the doors. When we came back to the car, the remote would not open the doors, so I entered using a key, but there was no electrical power. I opened the hood and found that the ground strap had popped off the battery when we had closed the door. In other words, when the car was serviced, the mechanic pushed the ground cable back on the battery post but did not tighten it. Since the car had more than one recall requiring disconnecting the battery, I assume this is a common practice with this service department. When I informed Greg Perez that this could have been really serious if the cable popped off after hitting a bad bump at highway speeds, his response was that I could have coasted to a safe stop. My response; How about if his wife was driving when it happened? I don't recommend this dealership!
