We took our vehicle down at our appointment time and we’re greeted very nicely and quickly. Then they got the repairs done much sooner than quoted. Our service advisor, Katrina, was very nice and knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience. I took my truck in for service the next day and Zack was my service advisor that time. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and the services were completed sooner than expected on the truck also. I highly recommend Courtesy Chevrolet’s service department.

The service department was extremely busy but they were on it. The service professional was excellent. There was confusion as to the service for my truck, but she assessed it, explained it clearly and set me up with a ride home. I was back home only 15 minutes after my appointment time. Updates were timely, my truck was returned clean and serviced. One of the smoothest and best service experiences I’ve ever had. Second review for service 9/10/21- 5 Star. Katrina again provided professional and outstanding service. Overall experience with the service department was excellent.

Came here to have an upgrade installed on my car and was treated very well. You hear stories about service centers not treating you well if you didn't buy your car from that dealership and Courtesy Chevy is definitely NOT that way. Really friendly staff and a good set of mechanics. Decent waiting area and the vending machines were not outrageously expensive. Good location as well. You have a few food options in the immediate vicinity and then the larger mall a short ride share away. I highly recommend this place.

Grew up in mission valley 60+years ago. This past weekend got to deal with more snakes in mission valley than in the previous years combined. Apparently good product sold by slick double talk sales people. Hugh push to sell poor value addon warranties. Finance agent bold face liar. Dealership to be avoided unless prepurchase banking obtained else where and having an accountant at your side during the purchase negotiations. Just plain slick dishonest personel.

Larry is SUCH a big help whenever I have to take my Camaro in for maintenance, be it corrective or preventive. I wanted a truck that no local dealership had in stock. I was not pressured to buy any of Courtesy Chevrolet Center's instock vehicles, but was shown the specs of vehicles that closely matched the truck I was looking for and could be obtained by dealer trade. Once I confirmed the vehicle I wanted, I was offered a good and fair price and the vehicles was delivered as promised a couple days later. Robby the salesman, Joe the assistant manager and Ken in finance were all very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Great dealership. Would recommend to all. Would give five starts however, off site lot can be a bit of an inconvenience. Only about a mile away. They drove me, my wife, and my son and let us look at other trucks not on thier primary lot. Found the Z71 I was looking for there!!! Took a while though.

The staff was kind of nice, but the manager or boss or whoever they talk to in the back really want you to do everything with them, I came in with a loan not too long ago and they were pushing me so badly as to go through their bank, their Apr rates etc. The guys were kinda cool at first but after they told me we had no deal I received endless voice-mails and text from this dude named Kevin saying how I will regret not getting the car and to come back and pay them the difference up front, that the model they offered was nicer and cheaper than anything else and when I told him I found a better deal he threw a fit over texts. It's kind of funny but at the same time it was wrong for me to stoop down to his level and make him angrier by the fact. Anyway, wouldn't recommend

I got a firm price from him which was under MSRP before I even drove down, and concluded the deal from start to finish with minimum upselling (which I clearly did not want). I told him I rented one for a road trip and now I wanted to buy one, before we got in the car he opened all the doors including the hood and tailgate and then proceeded walk me around the car and educate me on all the safety features and new upgrades from the previous model. He discussed the power of the engine and its new features and then asking me if I had any questions, before proceeding any further. Wow, was I impressed by his thoroughness, now onto the interior of the vehicle as he proceeded to explain all the safety features and new upgrades of the interior after a 20-30 minute education tour, we then proceeded with a test drive. I know we all do our due diligent when purchasing a vehicle and before going into the dealership, its reassuring when you have a salesperson like Saad to make sure I was comfortable, knowledge, educated on the vehicle that I purchased, also everyone else was very friendly and helpful throughout the process.

I went in for a scheduled appt at about 4pm on Saturday the 26th of December. My salesperson me as soon as I pulled up. The vehicle was waiting as promised. It looked great. I just happened to inquire about any 2015 models left and they checked. Turns out they had one and recommended that I at least take a look. It had more options that the 2016 model and had thousands more in rebates. A quick test drive and about 3 hours later I was leaving with a brand new truck. I got a call Monday morning from the sales manager and they said they was a mistake but i would be happy. There were a few rebates that were missed. Went back in and re-wrote the contract and saved another $1500.00. That was an awesome surprise. Definitely impressed. I sold cars 18 years ago before joining the military and the dealer I worked for would have just kept the rebate. Good honest people!

I have to say this was the best experience I have had purchasing a car. Everyone was so friendly and made sure we were comfortable while waiting. Troy Knowlton walked us through every step and made sure everything went smooth. Also Tonya did a great job with the finance part of the transaction.. Justin Novelo was very, very helpful. My mom and I had decided to make a trade in on our 2 Chevy vehicles for a new one for me. I was out of town and my mom had the daunting task of relaying messages of what I was looking for to the sales representative. Justin took the time to sit with my mom and discuss the details. There was a car similar to what I was looking for but because I was out of town, it was difficult to do the paperwork needed to hold the car until I got back. I purchased my vehicle from Courtesy Chevrolet in San Diego. LT is a great sales guy. If you are going to purchase from this Dealership, I would highly recommend you see him. He is one of those rare honest and upfront sales man who still exist in the world. Solon was very helpful, he got me what I wanted. My experience was good until I hit the Finance department. It went all downhill from there. I have purchased many vehicles and knew exactly what I did not want. However, they continued to be very insistent on wanting me to purchase all the extra stuff that no one needs. After 45 minutes and a pulsing headache, I finally got him to understand that I was not going to buy what he was trying to sell me. Anyways. LT is great but be prepared for Finance to try to break you into buying what you don't want.

I was afraid the sales staff would make my purchase a "hard sell" .. but I was pleasantly surprised with my truck purchase and my experience overall. I didn't immediately purchase my new truck, they were patient with me as I did my due diligence and looked at other cars in the San Diego area... I came back and when I saw the truck I wanted they made the decision easy. I will highly recommend Courtesy Chevrolet to anyone who is looking for a new car or truck. Brought my car in for a recall and alignment at 10AM. Went for a walk and returned after 45 minuets. My car was just pulling in from a test drive and being parked. There it sat until 12 noon when I went to ask when it was going to be done. I was told that it was done but the paperwork had not been completed yet. I still had to wait another 15 minutes for them to retrieve my car and get it to me. Forty five minutes for the recall and repair, one and a half hours for the paperwork. I am not sure when I would have gotten my car if I had not asked about it. Not very good customer service the customer has to keep track of his own vehicle to get it done in a reasonable time.

I have a 2014 Chevy Volt which I leased about three months ago from Courtesy Chevrolet. Courtesy was by far the best dealer experience in leasing the vehicle that I had in San Diego. The staff was knowledgeable about the car, positive and aggressive in making a deal happen. After the third month my radio/NAV system developed some problems - odd behavior, switching on and off randomly and the loss of the backup camera and Bluetooth. The service tech, Raphael, was [a] very courteous and [b] called me every day (sometimes twice a day) with updates as to what was going on with my warranty repair. Although Chevrolet took several days to determine whether or not the entire unit should be replaced (it was), Raphael kept us at ease about the whole process by explaining it to us at is went along. After a weeks the entire system was replaced and works fine now. It was an excellent experience. I'd buy another car from Courtesy in a heartbeat.

The waiting room is great, especially the coffee machine. Service was great when it finally came. However, I did not like that no one greeted me or explained where to report on arrival. I went into the service office and had to wait a while for someone to get off the phone to even ask where to go to get started. The first person I talked to could not help me because they were not an "advisor." Didn't even know what that meant - nothing to indicate an "advisor" is who I need to find. Even a sign explaining where to stand/who to talk to would have prevented me from standing uneasily wondering who I was supposed to speak with & if I was wasting my time in the wrong place. It would also have been nice to get acknowledgement or "be right with you" from one of advisors on the phone. After being helped, service was great. Also, I called in a few times to schedule an appointment and did not get a call back until the last time, when the coupon was expired. Ended up being a moot point - was entitled to free oil change anyway - but I expected more.

Got a couple of odd codes on my 2007 Equinox, was just a few minutes away from the dealership; called my Service rep Tom Boggess and he had me bring the car in immediately...Since it was late in the day Tom Boggess arranged a shuttle ride home for me by Tony (very courteous and helpful, as I had a heavy baby car seat that needed to be carried up several steps at home). My car was fixed by the next afternoon and Tony, the shuttler, was again at my door helping me carry the car seat with the baby in it back down the stairs and into the van. When we arrived at Courtesy Tom had my car ready and Tony carried the baby into the Cashier's Office and then helped me get the car seat and baby back into my car. That was amazing service! Although I had a confirmed appointment via your automated system and walked in with a printed Email receipt for the date and time, the dealership had no knowledge of the appointment and it was quite awkward to accommodate my vehicle on a Saturday. They were very gracious and o.k.'s a rental car for the weekend so a tech could work on my vehicle on Monday, however I would have liked to walk in with less of a glitch and creating no hard feelings or hard work for the service dept.

I called late in the afternoon about 3.30 for a oil change ( I was going on a road trip the next day) and they were able to squeeze me in at 4pm. I was out by 5pm and hit the road. I appreciated the service on such short notice. To top it off it was a free oild change on my truck. I will be back to Courtesy for all my maintenance and repairs.Thank you

during the two stages my vehicle was filled with 7 quarts of oil when it only holds 6 quarts of oil. If I didn't check it would have shown no issues when we would have tested it at 1000 miles. The GM website also specs out on line for 6 quarts for the 5.3 litre engine

After having my car for only 2 weeks, I noticed that the amps when driving would sometimes be at about 14.1 but for several days would also fall to the line just below, which may be about 12. This is not normal as we have another GMC car that is always at 14 no matter how many accessories. I'm concerned because it is not consistent. Most of the times it is up at 14, but not always. I brought it into the dealer for service and basically the Service Technician told me that until the light comes on, the car is fine. Which means that by the time the light comes on, I'm a pedestrian. I do not have any faith or confidence in the service technicians at Courtesy Chevrolet and will NEVER bring my car back there.

they fixed my windshield washer connection (tube) for the 2nd time and so far it is working. Andy (service advisor) said he put some adhesive on it to make it stay this time. Hope it works. When I brought it in for oil change etc., the tech did not reset my oil change indicator on dash which showed check engine display on dashboard. They reset this and so far it has not come back on. Andy said I will have to schedule another appointment to find out why i'm only getting 22.5 miles per gallon when I should be getting 27mpg city and 37mpg hwy. with a combined city/hwy of 31mpg. This is one of the reasons i purchased my 2013 Sonic

Andy my service adviser was wonderful as usual and my car was completed on time. My only issue is this car is 2 years old with just barely 30k on it and I have had to have major repairs on it including having the lifters replaced at 11K, with 36K approaching and my warranty ending I am very worried about the likelihood of another major issue and my warranty being over. I guess it is true what they say never purchase a car the first year the model hits the market. My Sonic has been nothing but trouble for me.

The only concern I have is that I agreed to become a member to get the member price on my maintenance services, however I was not told that it is $69 to become a member. When I came to pay and pick up my car, I was wondering why the cost was so high. $69 for a membership, and another $47 in "miscellaneous" charges. I'm not ok with that.

Other bonus points were willingness to show us cars we made clear we were not interested in buying (just had to check out how cool they were, i.e. the Hot Wheels Car!). We talked on the phone and he gave me some numbers that beat the socks off one of his competitors. I showed up at the dealership, walked the lot, picked the Volt I wanted, sat down, they brought me the paperwork as discussed on the phone, signed with finance and ...BAM...out the front door in 2 hours flat. Stephen Davis was excellent!! I was unsure about what I wanted to purchase,,(just came in to "look") He even walked over to a completely different lot to show us other models I was interested in and was knowledgeable about each vehicle I asked about..wasn't pushy or aggressive in making me feel like I had to pick a certain vehicle or that I was wasting his time everytime I changed my mind about what I actually wanted. Throughout the process he gave my husband and I time to discuss if we even wanted to go ahead with a purchase without a salesman breathing down our backs (which I loved as it is the biggest reason I hate car shopping! To me...this was the biggest and most important...Made me feel more knowledgable about the various vehicles without pushing for that sell which in turn made me want to buy one! I have no problems except I was spoilt by Saturn. They had two lines for oil changes only. No appointment, no wait. Drive up. Watch them change oil, fill all fluids, rotate tires got to watch everything being done to my car. They took it in the back, washed it. Brought it out and within 45 minutes I was back on the road. Happy as a clam. Never a wait. And I always felt like I should tip them. I was very happy with my service. Shortest time it has ever taken. But I really was spoilt by Saturn.

She outperformed about a dozen competitors by quickly finding a truck that met my requirements. So i got my money and headed out on a three hour drive to San Diego from yuma Arizona. When i arrived to the dealership i see the car driving off the lot!!!! They SOLD the car that they "Said" they were holding for me. After that they claimed to feel bad and for four hours they tried selling me a newer car for 3,500 over my budget. I can say they did give me $20 for gas, but they sold they car out from under me..... BEWARE

I had sent in all my information via their sales website the day before so I knew whether or not I would be able to purchase the car we were looking for, shortly after I submitted my information, I received a phone call from a nice gentleman that said with my credit score(mid-upper 600 range)I should have no problems being financed into the car I was looking at. Well the next day my fiance and I decided to go down and take a look at the car, and had hoped to drive away in our new vehicle, unfortunately their finance department and internet sales department do not seem to communicate! The finance worker was extremely rude and pretty much laughed at what I was looking at and said it would be impossible for me to purchase a vehicle because I was a first time buyer....well, about 6 weeks later, I was able to purchase a new vehicle without a cosigner on my own for a more expensive vehicle and a lower monthly payment. I also did not have to put any money down unlike with Courtesy who had stated they would need $500 down. In my opinion, shop elsewhere! You will have much better customer service and will most likely find a lower interest rate at another dealership!

I swore off GM products in 1987. The Volt made me interested again. I was impressed by everyone I met at the dealership. They always let me know that the decision was mine. I was given very accuarte information about the vehicle. My questions were answered in a timely manner. I was presented the information, allowed to think about what I was given, and ultimately made a decision that was right for me. At no time did I feel pressured to decide. I let them know my time constraints and they did what they could to work with me. I appreciate their consideration for my time. Each person I dealt with exceeded my expectations with their concern and their willingness to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I hope the Volt lives up to the standard they have set. So far my wife loves the car. She learns something new everday. It surprises her with the "things" that it is able to do. Sales consultant,Trevor Goldman, did a very good job in showing several vehicles that my wife,Sharon, and I were interested in. He was polite & informative on vehicle operation. Initial negotiations on the sale did not end very well. Assistqnt Sales Manager was somewhat abrupt in refusing our offer by bluntly stating "I can't do business with you" and tossing my 2004 car registration on the table. Sharon was very upset with his response and called later to Trevor Goldman and explained. A few days later, Assistant Sales Manager called back and somewhat apologized for his actions and requested that we return and compromise on the final sales price. On returning to dealership, vehicle was shown to us as though we had concluded the sale. The final vehicle price was a compromise to what was previously negotiated.

This dealership happened to have a great advertising program which is what convinced me to make an appointment to check them out. Upon my arrival, all the staff were very courteous, helpful and relaxed. I test drove only 2 vehicles and immediately fell in love with the very first one I drove. Our conversations throughout the day not only pertained to the history and policies of the dealership, but also of life, love and hobbies. I never felt pressured to use them to finance my vehicle or buy any other of the packages that were offered to me. It was the easiest major transaction I've ever made. I ended up buying a used Jeep Wrangler with a soft top. The salesmen helped show me how to remove the top properly before I left that day and since It had never been removed before, and was rather weathered, I noticed the following day we had created a couple cracks in the canvas since it was brittle from not being conditioned. I phoned my salesman Michael as soon as I noticed it, and he informed his manager. Since I had to bring them a check from my credit union the following week, the manager Tony greeted me and gave me information on where to take it to have it looked at, and assured me that he would cover any expenses incurred to fix it. Overall, I was so very happy with not only my purchase, but also their ease to work with and the concerns they expressed for me. I would certainly recommened their company to any of my friends, family, or co-workers. With their help, I am now a very happy and grateful Jeep owner!!

This is my third vehicle from Courtesy since 2010 and I have always been treated with respect and a friendly attitude. Eduardo was my sales consultant on this Camaro ZL1 and he was a pleasure to work with. I was not as optimistic a deal could be completed but he was always confident it could be done to everyone's satisfaction and it was. I felt we all came out winners. I enjoyed working with Eduardo and would recommend his services to anyone. In addition, Larry Cook, from service, has worked with me on all my vehicles and as always he is a pleasure to work with. He knew I wanted that ZL1. I will and have recommended Courtesy to anyone interested in a fair and competent dealership.

I was devastated when I had to have my truck towed to Courtesy Chevrolet. I was even more distraught because I had to return to work while my truck was delivered to the dealership. I notified Andy in the service dept of my situation and he took care of me and my truck every step of the way. He reasured me of my coverage under warrenty, set me up with a rental and kept me up to date with the maintenance process! I want to give an extended thanks to all evolved in the process. Absolutely the worst buying experience I've ever had in my life. My salesman Dan knew nothing about my truck could not answer one question. It took me no less than 6 hours to buy a truck And we already had the numbers worked out by phone. My salesman was fumbling over himself the whole time. When we came back from a test drive I noticed in the sunlight that there was scratches all down the driver side of the truck. And then the weirdest thing I was asked by the management to give a good review. Is that normal to ask for a good review? I would never send anybody that I liked to this dealership.

Solon Woodard was courteous, patient, and professional during my new car buying experience. I had gone into Courtesy Chevrolet to purchase a pre-owned vehicle but ended up buying a new 2013 Chevy Sonic. I'm in love with this car!! Not only does it get great gas mileage but its very comfortable and has lots of room. My son, who has special needs requires lots of leg room to get in and out of the car and the Chevy Sonic is perfect. The rooomy hatchback allows me to transport my (2) BIG dogs comfortably. I've shopped at several dealerships and Solon was the only salesperson whom I preferred to do business with. He was patient and not pushy like the other salespeople from other dealerships. Thank you Solon for your kind and patient ways, you are definitely an asset to Courtesy Chevrolet!!

Received awesome customer service here at Courtesy! Would like to give two thumbs up to Eduardo who even though was not on the job when he ran into my husband at the Sprint store, still represented this company in a great manner. He told my husband all about the 2014 Impala and raved about its new features; we just had to make our way over to the dealership to see for ourselves. On our initial visit we were unable to do a test drive because the car had not arrived yet but were reassured that we would get a call as soon as it came in. A few days later Eduardo kept his word and notified us the day the cars came in. Once there, we took a test drive and fell immediately in love! Went over some financing offers, and a few hours later drove off with our brand new car. Now the not so great news, I don't think this is Eduardo's part to blame but more for the team that gets the vehicles ready to take home. Somehow they missed filling up our windshield washer fluid. Didn't notice until when I went to clean the windshield the other morning, which was something that I wouldn't have expected. Had to go to our near gas station and purchase some fluid since this was on my way to work. It bothered me though because it made me have to wonder if they happened to forget anything else.

Thanks guys for a smooth and informative transaction. Trevor did a outstanding job. He answered all the questions that he could and when he didn't know the the answer he got it for us - that shows honesty and willingness to get it right. We also really appreciated the assistance that Ray provided in closing the deal. Although we were determined that this was to be our first electric vehicle, we needed a lot of information (education). While it is clear that the newness of the technology requires much experience to really gain expertise, we never felt that we were being misled - and when something that might have been assumed earlier was incorrect, Trevor or Ray made sure we got the right answer. Oh, sorry I couldn't give an "excellent" for the facilities. But the dealership was undergoing a remodel and things were a little make-shift (no fault of the dealership, though). However, we were never uncomfortable.

Mike Tomich, from the internet sales department, sold me my used 2011 HHR (certified pre-owned) about 1 month ago and I am absolutely happy with my purchase. Not only do I love the car, but the service at Courtesy Chevrolet was oustanding. I was greeted with by happy faces (employees and shoppers alike) in all directions. All of the staff were very knowlegable and helped answer questions and worked well as a team to support me in the buying the process and make sure everything was taken care of properly. Courtesy Chevrolet has a nice selection of both new and used cars. Mike was able to show me several vehicles I liked. His acute attention to my needs and desires helped narrow down my choices before he accompanied me on a few test drives along an enjoyable route. My vehicle only came with 1 key and beeper set, so Mike gladly ensured that another key be made for me along with filling up the windshield wiper fluid, which he realiezd was empty, and getting the car all shiny and clean. I only give a low rating in the "Facilities" category because this dealership is currently undergoing construction for a brand new showroom, but I am sure it will be a handsom spectacle when all the work is finished this spring. The construction did not at all impact my sales experience. I am active duty military and they were happy to honor pricing and financing which I obtained through USAA. Mike explained to me that at least 40% of their customers are local military service members and their families. It was clear that the staff make it a priority to treat us with exceptional service and offer the best deals they can. I was actually in the process of moving across the country, from San Diego to Virginia, at the time I bought the car. Mike was happy to assist me in finding a car transport service to ship it for me because I did not want to make the drive. He found a great company who offered me a lower price than I was able to find in doing my own research, and I am now here in VA, my car made it safely and soundly, and I am still completely satisfied with every part of this sale. Mike even called me last week to check in that I'd arrived safely and had received my car, and he thanked me again for my business.

I went to another local dealership hoping to find a good deal on a 2012 leftover model year camaro, turns out i was treated very rudly and unproffesional by the sales manager who was unwilling to deal. So I went to courtesy to see what they could do their. I was immediatley greeted by Richard Balagtas who was very polite and enthusiastic, he had to move around many cars to get to the one I wanted and he didn't hesitate to do so. I ended up walking out with a fully equiped 2013 at a way better deal and am very happy I came here. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership and was so, thanks to Richard and the sales team their. I would recommend anyone come here to get the best deal out there with very proffesional people, be sure to ask for Richard as he was very helpful througout the whole experience. I bought a brand new tahoe, and he knew a lot about the vehicle, and was able to help me get rebates based on what I was eligible for. My experience with my Sales Rep Solon was incredible. However, there was someone there assisting with the numbers part of it, I believe he said his name was David. David (???) was very condescending and made a comment "your perception is incorrect" after I was given some reliable information. To me when you are pre-approved and do not need their financing they seem to have a negative connotation.However, dealing w/Solon was the best experience in this ordeal. He was very willing to go out of his way to satisfy me.

Had a great experience shopping for a certified pre-owned car at Courtesy Chevrolet. After visiting five other dealers in the San Diego area this one was the best. Joe Rizk helped us out. He was prompt and very helpful. We told he that I had seen the car listed online and he took us right to it, none of those bait and switch tactics. We was very courteous and knowledgeable through the whole process. When I spoke to my wife in private he gave us plenty of room as not to disturb our privacy (not all the salesman we met were like that, so I felt I needed to mention it). When it came time to buy, he got the paperwork together very quickly so we could get on with our day. We got a great deal and had a pleasant time. I would definitely suggest this dealership to anyone in San Diego.

Courtesy Chevrolet has the #1 customer service for your GM vehicles. Walked in late evening to purchase Silverado and they did not have I wanted in stock. The next morning Jessie drove to El Centro to have my new 2500 waiting for me at 4pm. We all now live with the self service businesses (Home Depot Wal-Mart etc.) but with Courtesy's customer service you feel like they really want to help you out without the cold shoulder. Don't mind the re-modeling at the dealership they will make it right for you. Remember customer service went out years ago, but at Courtesy you will be taken back when people actually work for your respect. I will be back here.Thank you

In Carlos' absence, Ernie Henderson assisted; very nice approach to sales -- didn't feel pressured. George was very personable as we went through the process. We went to this dealership based on Family recommendation (two parents have bought vehicles here). This was our last stop after checking out four other dealerships and we were glad this was the last stop as we ended up buying our new car here. Robert and the rest of the staff were very attentive but not overbearing. The sales approach was very low pressure, however, Robert and the staff were more then capable to answer all of our questions going from technical car specs through financial queries etc. As stated, we had been on a three day car hunt and went through many sales reps along the way before stopping into Courtesy and speaking with Robert. Of all the other dealerships, the deal changer was Robert and the other available staff at Courtesy, -in short Robert was relaxed and knows how to approach people. He asks good questions to get a feel for where the customer is coming from, and this translates to the costomer feeling comfortable as the environment is relaxed/low pressure and feels more family oriented etc. All in all, a great experience and much different from what we are used to when dealing with sales reps. Again, Robert is a great staff member/sales resource and we will be shopping at Courtesy and telling others to do so moving forward.

Great service and follow up. Often still calls to check in and ask how it's going, do I need anything, and am I still happy. Wow, talk about going the extra mile, even asks how my family is as right after purchasing my new car, my daughter-in-law was in an accident (hit by a drunk driver) and spent 5 weeks in a coma with a traumatic brain injury. Eduardo even tells me he has prayed for our family. I am so glad that we wnt to Courtesy and have strongly reccomended to friends and family!

Mr. Polite was extremely courteous and my grand kids thought he was the cats' meow. When I had a question about the used car I purchased Mr. Polite went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I brought the car back, there was a problem with the car. This was the best experience ever purchasing a car. I did some research before going in and knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Joe Pellegrino greeted us when we walked onto the lot and let Steve Cox know we were there. Since Steve was busy, he came to meet us and let us know that Joe would be happy to help us out so we wouldn't have to wait. Joe was such a pleasure to work with. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't want. He had a great sense of humor and never came across pushy and was extremely personable. Ultimately, they didn't have the exact truck we wanted so they worked with us to get the features we wanted into a truck that we liked at a very good price so we would be happy. Overall, an excellent buying experience. Harold was very friendly and helpful, even though I was initially not interested in trading in my 05 Vette. But I had been eying a 2012 Vette that had been on the lot for quite some time, so after asking about the price, Justin and Ramon came in and with no fuss, came up with a price which I could not refuse (even after leaving to think it over for several days). My expectations for any car dealership are very low as well as their personel. Both Equiped with Snarky attitudes, and manipulative malice. However, yesterday my opinion was flipped upside down at Courtesy Cheverolt. Carlos Zuniga, accompanied by a few others made feel at home and helped me hammer out an agreement on my newly owed Rx-8 without breaking the bank. Not an easy feat with someone that is a first time buyer with REALLY bad credit. They work aggressively to ensure I had the best deal possible and then some. I made out with a steal thanks to them. To conclude my experience there, I just remembered reading their motto on the wall it was something in the lines of "Great customer satisfaction." I couldn't have agreed more. You know how you walk in a dealership and the sale men are super pushy, well that wasn't the case he showed us around, answered any question we had, and we ended up finding a car that my husband I both really loved. When we went in the next day to start on the paper work they really were helpful and determined to get us in this car thank god :) over all we ended up getting the Car yay :) thanks to Mike and everyone around him who made us feel so comfortable. I went to nearby "larger volume" dealers and they were simply not close to the deal I got through Courtesy Chevrolet. Mike Tomich was my sales guy and he was very personable and patient - easy to sign up for a major purchase with. I walked away feeling very satisfied and would definitely be back. The only negative was that their computer system crashed in the middle of my transaction. They wrote me up a guarantee that changes would be made once their PC tech came in the following day so they could correct some discounts. They followed through (I just had worries since car dealers tend to be shady) and I had a revised contract that was actually a few bucks less than I agreed to (no argument form me there!)

Courtesy Chevy had a good inventory of trucks to select from, good prices, and friendly, efficient service. Jesse was especially personable and easy to work with. The finance person was easy to work with and very efficient. If I had any complaint it would be that GM does not provide an easy to read but comprehensive description of the options and capabilities of the truck I bought. For example I'm not entirely clear what modifications have been installed on the truck for trailering. That's not Courtesy's problem.

Wasted my time, gas there 2 weeks ago spent 10:30 to 3:10 in the office, signed contact and was given the truck told good to go, came back Monday to give two final pieces of papers and was told all good. Was contact 11/2 and was told bank wanted more money, ask them what happened to deal I signed. Told them did not have more money, and was ask if I could get til first week in December, was told no. So now I have to tell me kids and my friends that the truck was a lemon and gave it back, so to save my embarrassment. In the mean time will make sure every social media site, I am a member on knows not to visit your this dealership. Some policy allowed to leave with truck without them having a concrete deal in place. In hopes that if they need more money, I would agree as I already have the truck. Will be taking my big bonus check in December, and business somewhere else. And if that was not enough I sent and email last night and told them I would be there around 10:30 and if they could have my car up front and ready so I did want to have to wait around, I get there I was told sorry did not get that message, so I had to wait for 15-20 minutes, to add to my frustration return their truck with a 1/4 tank of gas and over the 2 weeks time I had the truck put around $200 in gas, and I pick up my car and I have no gas, So I ask them about that and they say, that's how we got it, some dealership. Dont go to this dealership, and if you do be aware of their shady tactics.

Ramon Romo is the type of character who gives car dealers a bad name. It is unfortunate this dealership has to be so poorly represented by this "closer". From the second we shook hands and were introduced it immediately headed down hill. Ramon pulled out the scratch paper and began writing in chicken scratch in an effort to be as confusing and unclear as humanly possible. As I questioned his tactics he would head back to the "desk" and see if "he could do better" then come back and ask, "what is it gonna take to do this deal?" Then he headed back to the desk...Eventually I excused myself from the dealership, said thanks but no thanks.The next day, Michael Tomich gave me a call to apologize for any discomfort I had experienced. He explained to me that he knew we could work out a deal if we communicated directly. I let him know I appreciated the follow up and thanked him for his apology.Steve Cox (internet sales manager who originally provided the vehicle quote) and Michael Tomich proceeded to work on the deal. Eventually, they communicated they had an approval at the rate I was looking for (A Tier Lease) but when I got closer to the dealer Steve called and said, "good news, we got you the B tier". At this point I contemplated turning around as I felt I AGAIN had received false information. Against my instinct I proceeded to the dealership.We finally settled on a purchase agreement, I SIGNED A CONTRACT, and was promised next day delivery.The next day Michael Tomich called to say that the vehicle COULD NO LONGER BE DELIVERED AS IT WAS SOLD to ANOTHER BUYER and that we did not have a deal. My contract clearly has the signature of the dealer, with the vehicle identification number, financing information, etc yet the vehicle was sold to another buyer. I am sure the other buyer was more profitable for the dealership. Legal?I am anxious to see how this problem is resolved as I do not want to take things to the next level. Overall, a poor experience even though there were multiple attempts at trying to right their wrongs.Both Doug and Tony seemed professional although I had little to no interaction with both. My experience at Courtesy Chevrolet began with a friendly and heartfelt greeting from a young salesman who identified himself as Jeff Davis. He made me immediately feel relaxed and at ease, as a new buyer for the first time since 1998. He worked at identifying my family's needs for a car and readily showed us the two used cars I had identified from the website. While these were acceptable, we looked at a new and a used Chevy Malibu, deciding ultimately on the purchased 2011 white Malibu sedan. Mr. Davis utilized the assistance of his supervisor Ray Romo and financial officer Jesse Miller in working out a financial deal that took into account my special credit needs. Doug Burroughs expertly guided me through the sales and State paperwork as well as finding some other financial assistance. However, this process would have been more anxiety-producing if it hadn't been for the constant support and personal involvement of Mr. Davis. Jeff also drove me with the prospective car to my home in order for my family to see the car chosen. He assisted me in follow-up appointments, called the following day to see how the car was handling and wrote a follow-up postcard as well. I recommend all the staff but particularly Mr. Davis as a beginning salesman who went above and beyond in making a gracious but assertive sale.

The personnel at Courtesy Chevrolet San Diego were very helpful. We told them what we were interested in, they let us test drive the model we wanted, but it had too many options for our budget. So they located another car at another dealer and had it for us the next day. We drove that and bought it. They gave us a discount off the window price and we negotiated a little more for our trade-in. Ed Valadez was very helpful and very pleasant. I can actually say that we had a good time while we were there. Have been back to have a paint enhancer and fabric protectant done. Service department gave me a ride home. They were very couteous and had the car ready when they promised. Never had an easier time buying a car.

As we all know in the world of sales. A Sales person in a dealer is just like a fake antique. It looks good but in the end the truth comes out (ITS FAKE). Promises and promises that are never kept by sales people. I was promised a $25.00 gift card to apple bees by steve cox just for coming in to test drive a vehicle (NEVER GOT - TOTALLY FAKE), special finance Carlos Alvarado told me one price for the vehicle and never bothered in contacting me that it would be a different price, instead he just said it was approved and paperwork would be ready for me to sign and come in and sign the papaerwork, it will be left in the front counter for signature since he had some type of family emergency and could not finish my paperwork which was handed to a sales guy wich told me where to sign and did not have a clue of explaining what each paperwork meant and that carlos would take care of the paperwork with me the next day. I was concerned because I knew the vehicle had a couple of minor details and missing jack, lug nut remover, spare tire and some other minor details. I was convinced to sign all documents without Carlos Alvarado present and I ended up with no help from Ted Fregoso, He said he had proof of my signatures in paper and thats all, They don't owe me nothing. I know I was at fault for falling to sign these documents being a business owner, but took the word of Carlos Alvarado and their team. Its a learning experience, I am not saying that the car I bought is bad, but there service and hungry ways of making money was the principle factor in this deal. Mr Ted Fregoso seemed more anxious in leaving for his 2 week trip than to really help and make a customer happy. I have a 21 yr son and a 23 yr daughter looking for a car right now.....Hell no, I will make sure I guide my kids and any friends looking for a car different direction..Its the last time I ever buy a car at this so called delear Courtesy Chevrolet. (SHOULD BE CALLED MORE LIKE (FAKE AND PROMISE CHEVROLET DEALER)

I didn't know I had a problem, but Courtesy Chevrolet sent me a free vehicle inspection coupon, so I took it in. Rafael Ramirez was extremely busy, yet he made the time to be fully courteous and professional with me. He explained the problem the mechanics had found, and told me they would need to keep the car to take car of it. i must have groaned out loud, because I need my car for work, but he arranged for me to get a rental car and took care of everything. My car was fixed and delivered washed and shiny, ahead of schedule. I was very impressed that Rafael was able to keep track of several things at once, and in both Spanish and English. I don't know Mr. Ramirez, but I am gald to have met him and I'm sure Courtesy is happy to have him in their employ.

This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. The sales man Joe was very nice and asked me what I was looking for when we first walked in. He didn't try to sell me any cars I wasn't interested in. After he showed me the Sonic and the Spark Rob gave us the prices of the cars and we decided to go with the spark as it was more in our price range. As soon as we made our choice there was no talk of any other cars. Rob gave me the first offer and I came back with my offer and after all was agreed upon I drove off in my new Chevy Spark. Took our 2010 Equinox in for 50,000 mile service. Raphael outlined our options, gave us his recomendations, and let us deciede on the service level we wanted. He gave us an estimate that was correct down to the penny. Told us when the car would be ready, which it was almost to the minute. I was picked up by the courtesy shuttle and driven to the dealership to pick up the car. The shuttle driver (Anthony) was friendly and a safe driver. Upon picking up the car, it was returned washed and clean inside. Almost no waiting for the car after the bill was settled. Overall I continue to be happy with the service provided by Courtesy Chevrolet, and MY service advisor Raphael.

I prefer to do all my service dealings with Andy Reeves. He has always been a really true Customer Service Person. He always has a pleasant attitude and with my wife and I have always treated us with the utmost respect and lives up to the Chevrolet status as making the customer completley satisfied. When I need my vehicles serviced I call and request to speak with Andy as he is the only one I prefer to deal with. I have nothing bad to say about any Courtesy employee. I just prefer to deal with Andy because of the fact from my first dealing with the service department, I got to deal with him, and he did nothing but impress me and treat me with nothing but the best. He needs to be commented because he gives customers the feeling that the only dealership to due business with is Courtesy. Let me start by saying that my mom helped me get a new car because I was having some financial problems. We eamiled the sales department regarding a GMC Terrain they had on the lot and Richard White was the sales rep who called us back. We went in and he was very helpful and non-pushy. He wanted to get us in a car that we liked and that we could afford, because price was our bottom line. He took us around to several vehicles that were in our price range and took us out on test drives. He was very sweet and non-assuming. Our experience up until we get into the sales office was great! But here came Rob Corbin, I'm sorry but he was an a**. He started hitting on my mom and then looks at me and says, "ha, ha, do you think it's funny when guys hit on your mom?" I am 30 years old and my mom is 55, we know what's up. Rob never listened to either my mom or myself. When he quoted us a price and the payment amount, I wanted to call my husband to make sure that the payment was something we could handle. As soon as I get on the phone he yells, "Tell your dad that I'll throw in 3 car washes!" Seriously??? Are you listening to me? I said "my husband." Rob upsales the extended warranty and we bite, because it's too good to pass up. But when we get into the finance office Doug Burroughs can't give us the price that Rob quotes??? I'm confused! And then on top of it he didn't have any of the paperwork ready so we had to sit there while he printed everything out and he chewed his gum like a he was a cow chewing some cud. Overall, I am pleased with my car and Richard White, but the Sales Manager and Finace guy I would say have a few things to learn about customer service.

Before going into the dealership I looked around the lot and was immediately impressed by the variety of vehicles on display. I walked into the office and noticed every sales consultant working; making phone calls to customers or doing some other task. However, I was greeted immediately and everyone nearby was helpful. The assistant manager was available and couldn't have been nicer. Car dealerships can be intimidating because of the amount of money involved when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone at Courtesy Chevrolet made me feel comfortable and helped me truly believe in their "total confidence pricing" guarantee. Andy is always very friendly and tries his best to accommodate me. I only want to deal with him when I come in for a service. The only thing constructive I would suggest the dealership work on is in the sales department. I did have a high pressure experience when investigating the value of my car as a trade in. I first went in to look on the 4th of July. I initially met with one person and was than passed off to Harold. At first I was like okay, not really looking to buy so I can work with who ever. Once I started working with Harold I was more and more getting into the buying mode. I was going to return to look at another vehicle that had yet to be made ready to show. I called Harold and informed him that I had run some numbers and didn't think I would be able to purchase a vehicle at this time. Harold didn't push or force. He just said that he was here for me when I felt I was ready. On the 13th of July, I sent Harold a text asking if he had a different vehicle in stock. He said he would check and get back to me. I was already on the road so, I decided to stop by and see. Harold had just pulled the vehicle up that I had inquired about. I really wasn't to sure if I was going to even buy at this time, I just wanted to see the vehicle. After a couple of hours of going back and forth I decided to go for it. Harold reminded me about what customer service is all about. It isn't about being pushy and forcing the person to make a decision, it is about helping the customer find what works for them and helping them through the process of buying a vehicle.

I came to this dealership after trying a different Chevy dealer where their service advisor was very rude and wouldn't tell me what was going on with my car, and let me assure of the BIG difference in customer service at Courtesy Chevrolet. I have been working with Larry and couldn't be happier, although I need to drive a little more compared to the other dealer, it is worth it! My car needed some warranty repairs and everything was taken care of, Larry is very friendly and always answers all of my questions and describes the work that will be done. Both times my car was ready on time - actually ahead of schedule, which was a plus! I visited Courtesy Auto today to get a replacement keyless remote and the employees I came in contact with sure lived up to the name of the dealership. Everyone was courteous, smiled and were helpful. The parts person, Jessica Miller, first assisted me and went the extra mile for me to find a technition that could help me with programing the remote and then personally walked me over to the repair area. She was extremely personable and also looked up the price of the running boards for my model. Because I was there near closing it looked like I was going to be disappointed and not be able to get my new remote programmed. That is when Rafael Ramirez appeared out of nowhere and saved the day. Just as one of the other employees was explaining that I would need to come back to have it programmed, Rafael came over and volunteered to do the programming. Rafael did an excellent job and obviously knew what he was doing because he was able to get it done in less than 10 minutes. Because I only bought my car yesterday I didn't know anything about how the controls on the dash worked so I asked Rafeal. He very patiently explained how the controls work to me and took all the mystery out of operating the features of my new car. Rafael made me feel like a very welcome and valued customer. I am very pleased to write this positive review about Rafeal because it is so rare nowadays to recieve great customer service and to find employees at any business who actually know what they are doing and can do so efficiently. We absolutely recommend COURTESY CHEVROLET!!! so we started our car shopping with Bob Stahl Chevrolet.. we had a Costco price and was supposed to make the sale smooth.. the sales lady told me they had 4 vehicles in stock of the make/model/and specifications we wanted.. when we got there.. turns out they only had ONE! AND the color i told her WE DID NOT WANT!!.. to continue we had a trade in that was banged up, it belonged to my lil brother who didnt take care of it.. we knew we werent going to get the KBB value.. but we were going to try to get at least half.. when it was rated.. the lady came back and insulted my little brother be asking him if he was RETARDED??!!, that comment alone was enough not to continue talking to them.. not to mention they lied when they said they had the car in stock... our experience at COURTESY CHEVROLET WAS MUCH, MUCH BETTER!!! Jesse Miller was showing us the options we had.. they had PLENTY in stock and my brother ended up getting a his 4X4 1500, LT, 5.3..z71, crew cab.... Jesse's attitude was WAY different from the other sales person.. he was not pushy at all or trying to force the vehicle on us either like the other sales lady. when they saw the trade in... they did not insult or offend my brother.. they were just curious to hear the story of what had happened.. which i think, anybody would have asked, becuase it did have dings!! LOL.. the whole time we felt Jesse was on our side, and not out to make $$$. Robert Corbin was also really helpful, he worked with us with the value of our trade in we met half ways and that was what we were looking for... robert gave us reasonable numbers... we MOST DEFINATELY RECOMMEND COURTESY chevrolet... they are friendly and MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!

Andy was fabulously helpful...wonder if he's single too. Probably not. All the good ones are taken.I left the lights on and ran the battery of my new-to-me HHR to nothing. The tow driver jumped the battery without regard for the electronic steering system...oops, no power steering. Driving my truck was like, well, driving a truck. Instead of keeping the HHR all day and running expensive diagnostics, Andy replaced a fuse. He could have scammed me. He could have legitimately run the tab waaayyy up. A fuse! in and out in less than 15 minutes. I am probably in love.

That has not always been the case at other dealerships I've dealt with. He looks out for my best interests and made sure my car was ready by the promised time. While on vacation in San Diego, my car started overheating Fri evening. I came into the dealership on Sat Mar 24 at 8am hoping to just have a stuck thermostat. Instead, it was determined that my manifold gasket was shot. I live in Phoenix & had to get back ASAP. Larry put a rush on the job & had me out of San Diego first thing Monday morning as prommissed. I got a notice in the mail saying they would buy back my Chevy Cobalt and win a fabulous prize and maybe get me into a newer car and lower my monthly payment. I went to check it out. Right after I parked, I took no more than two steps when Harold Knotts asked if there was anything he could help me with. I showed him the letter and he said he could help me. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He introduced me to Matt, the figures guy, who tried very hard to work with me and get me into a newer car but because of my credit and financial circumstances that was hard to do especially since I wasn't really ready to upgrade just yet. However, when I am ready to upgrade I will definitely be going back to them. The deal they gave me was actually very good and I was disappointed that I couldn't take it right then. Also, when I had to turn down the final offer, they were genuinely understanding. On the way out, Justin said to me if I change my mind on the Malibu he could definitely get me a good deal on it. I appreciated knowing I could still change my mind. Everyone was very helpful and nice that is why I would recommend them to everyone and will be returning for service on the Chevy I have now and when I'm ready to upgrade.

We had originally went to Courtesy to look at a Chevy Malibu. After driving the Malibu I felt it didn't have enough power, so Jesse kindly suggested an Impala. Drove the Impala and decided that was the car for us. While we were waiting the sales staff was very friendly. Rob gave my son a balloon and some candy (of course he asked if it was OK first) to help keep him calm, which later did have some side effects. Jesse even bought us lunch while we were waiting (something that I have never seen done at a dealership before). Both of these gentlemen were great. The entire time we were there we never felt pressured or rushed. When it came time to the negotiating (i had done my research first) everything was straight forward, the price they came up with is what it should have been. There was none of that arguing and running back and forth (that some dealers love to do) to try to get the price down to where it should have been in the first place. Overall a painless experience. Today if I have any questions regarding the sale, my wife and I don't hesitate to call, because we know that we will always reach friendly staff that will point us in the right direction. Thanks guys.

Our Tahoe's AC went out and we found out the system was recalled so we made an appointment with the dealership. When I arrived Andy took care of the problem in the time they said it would take AND when I came to pick it up they had washed it! I was very impressed. I rarely get such good customer service. When I first went to the dealership I was greeted immediately by a friendly manager and sales associate name Eric. I explained my needs for the new car i wanted. I test drove the car i thought i wanted but was sad when it didnt meet my budget. I was about to leave when the manager and the sales assocites Eric came out and told me to look at the used car lot to see if i could find another car that i liked. I was reluctant bc i had never bought a used car before but low and behold i found a beautiful nissan altima in great condition. The dealership let me take it home to see if i loved it. make a long story short i loved the car, the dealership gave me a great price for it and my trade. I brought my 2007 Chevy Corvette to Courtesy for service and warranty questions.I was assisted by Raphael at the service office. My car had a leak, needed a new serpentine belt and I knew that it needed brakes. I had purchased a warranty but never used it and wasn't really sure who to contact or how it worked. Raphael called the warranty company and explained my benefits and we decided on a plan of action. He was very diligent in calling me to make an appointment and arranged a rental car for me. He always kept me aware of what work was being done by phone and any problems there were along the way. My work hours were a chanllenge that week and Raphael was very helpful and flexible with helping me with the switch from the rental to picking up my car. Even though he wasn't there on a weekend day, he set it up with other representatives so that when I came to pick up my car, everyone knew who I was and the transaction went very smooth. I was very happy with the kind and professional service at Courtesy and would not hesitate to recommend your dealership to others. It is nice to know that I have a dependable place to take my car for service.

I went to Courtesy Chevy for a problem with my 2004 Avalanche's steering system. I walked in and described the noise my truck was making to Andy and immediately had an idea of the problem. He pulled my truck under the awning by the service office and said he would have someone on it shortly. Within 1 1/2 hours my truck was fixed and ready for me. I walked in without and appointment and completely expected to wait several hours. Andy was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend this service/dealership to anyone. I was met with such warmth and friendliness that I knew the esperience was going to be a positive one. Steve Cox ansered every one of my questions to the best to his ability. He was honest and if he didn't know the answer, he made sure he found someone who did. One of the qualities that stood out the most about Steve is that he was not in a dealer more. I have used this dealership several times. The wait is usually long and they never have enough service staff on hand. However, when you get to talk to one they are great, very helpful, and communicate well. This time however, they finished the oil change and washed my vehicle in under an hour. The cashier has been there forever and does her job in an expident cheerful manner. It is nice to see consistent people when I go somewhere.

I was in town on business and drove my Chevy Tahoe from Phoenix, AZ. It was raining in San Diego and I was adjusting my driver seat when it would not allow me to move it forward to its original position. I was unable to reach the pedal or brake and was in a panic since this happened at 4:30 on a Friday. I called the closest dealership which was Courtesy Chevrolet. Rafael answered the phone and I explained my situation. He told me to get to the dealership and he would have a look at it. I had to drive sitting as close as possible to the steering wheel and encountered massive traffic on the freeway since it was raining. I was panicking that I would not make the dealership in time, so I called back Rafael and he told me not to worry that he would ask the service department stay until I arrived there. I made it there with minutes to spare and Rafael greeted me as I pulled up. It didn't take more than 20 minutes and he came and told me it was fixed. They had to reset the motor and to my surprise he didn't charge me either! WOW! Now that's service! He told me to get home safe!I have my own business and I would hire Rafael in a second! I was never told of a military pricing and basically did not get any help from that dealership's staff. I shopped around online and Steve was the first one to email me back, so I went to Courtesy Chevrolet. I was in search of a 2012 Camaro and decided I would send out requests for quotes via email to the various local dealerships. Out of the 4 or so dealerships, Ernie at Courtesy Chevrolet, was the only salesperson to give me a human response. There was no beating around the bush, no "you must come in to find out", no "call us to do such and such". He immediately gave me the invoice sheet of the car in question and asked what he could do to earn my business. Through some back and forth emails, we came to an agreement and then I came in and finalized the paperwork. I was in and out in just a few hours. Ernie is by far the BEST salesman I have worked with. Very kind, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and wanted to do as much as possible to make sure I got the deal I wanted. This was not the case when I went elsewhere. You get 0 BS with Ernie. I recommend Ernie to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle.As for the rest of the staff I interacted with at Courtesy, they were all friendly and made me feel pretty much at ease while I was there.

I have been working with Rafael Ramirez for the last two years or so on both of the Chevrolet vehicles I own. Both were purchased new from Courtesy Chevrolet, and I have purchased several from Courtesy in the past. Rafael has solved every issue I have had with these cars in a fast, efficient, fair and friendly manner. He LISTENS to my complaints and solves the problem. No putting me off, no trying to direct me somewhere else, no not taking responsibility for the problems, just fixing my car or truck and returning it to me in better condition than when I dropped it off. One of the vehicles is a 2008. There were two issues that I had been complaining about since the truck was new. I brought the defects up every time I brought the truck in for an oil change or service. Each time I was told to either call the GM Customer Care phone number and ask for help, or that the problem did not appear at the time the truck was in for service, despite me having photographic evidence. The FIRST time I mentioned these issues to Rafael, he repaired the problems without hesitation. In fact the problem with my navigation system was solved while he had the truck in for an oil change, and it really was a complete surprise to me. Now that's SERVICE! On a few occasions I have asked Rafael for advice on older Chevrolet products I own, and he has been very helpful. I know several single women that I have recommended to Rafael. They tell me they feel very comfortable working with Rafael. They know that he won't take advantage of them, and they tell their friends about him and the service they receive from Courtesy Chevrolet. I could go on about Rafael, but I hope that someone knows that he is, in my opinion, a very knowledgeable service advisor and a valuable employee.

The practices at Courtesy Chevrolet are completely unethical and deceptive. Overpriced oil changes that are done incorrectly. (I had a gigantic oil puddle under my low milage Corvette this morning, and it subsequently did not start! It is now at a reputable Corvette mechanic who will rectify the problem Moreover a claimed loose volt wre to blame for a check engine light. Idicator was correct. It has been concluded that I was duped, so Courtesy can rally up the $85 diagnosis fee. Basically my final bill came to $396.11 for a faulty oil change, and a diagnosis code supposed fix. I'm pissed, and feel obliged to warm all San Diego Corvette owners to beeline it to a knowedgeable , reputable , ethical mechanic. BTW, I should have read Yelp reviews before wasting my money and time at CourtesyChevrolet in Mission Valley San Diego, CA.

I have gone to other places because I didn't totally trust this place. As time past I kept coming back. I found that this dealer is truly straight forward and honest. I accursed Ralph one time of trying to squeeze money out of me. After I had done my researched of my problem I found out the Ralph was right and only looking out for my interest. Even more important, he has guided me through the reasons I don't have to worry about a problem. Been going to Courtesy Chevrolet of San Diego for years now. Even after moving almost 80 miles away, I still logistically plan to make a trip down to them to service my vehicle. Can not get the peace of mind from anywhere else like the people there. Larry Cook has been my guy since I purchased my Malibu in 2004. He knows the ENTIRE history of my vehicle and gives me no hassle recommendations on what to take care of now or later. The guy should be the poster child of that place with his welcoming attitude. Brad contacted us after we put in a request through USAA for a Chevy Traverse. After looking at all the option that we had, we chose to go to Courtesy Chevrolet. The car we wanted was not on lot and come to find out was in No. CA at the time. He did a lot of research in the time we were there trying to find exactly what we wanted. We went in with 3 MUST and he found them all in a car for us. Unfortuantely, not in anyway Brad's fault, the car took longer to get to us than expected. But Brad called us regularly to keep us informed on when it would be there and to apologize for it taking so long. He even had the manager call just so we knew everyone was on top of it. When the car finally got there, it was perfect. Everything was ready for us and Brad walked us through all our new gadgets. We really love our new car and we were very happy with Brad's work.

I have dealt with Tom Boggess in the service dept. for over 20 years. He is great. The several vehicles I have owned over these years were always repaired correctly the first time - I never had to take my car back to have them "fix" it again. As far as I am concerned, this is the best Chevy dealer in San Diego.

My wife had seen the car online, and when we decided we were interested, she set up an appointment with the salesperson. Dee Dee was with another customer when we arrived, and her supervisor was very knowledgeable and friendly and began showing us the car. When Dee Dee arrived, she was very friendly, down-to-earth, explaining everything thoroughly, answering questions, and guiding us through the process. When we were working out the price of the car and out rade-in, she understood our concerns and presented these to the person making the decision for the company until we were completely satisfied. Larry Cook is the nicest services rep. I have met. He has a great sense of humor. Once he found a dead rat in one of my hub caps and told me it didn't survice the ride. It freaked me out but his fun loving ways made me laugh and I was just glad I he found it. He is always poliet and considerate of my schedule. He is very helpful. I drive 35 miles to take my car to him, as I know I can trust him.

Audrey was extremely helpful from the moment I got to Courtesy Chevrolet to look at the available used vehicles. She came with me on two seperate test drives so I could get a good idea of which car suited me and what I was looking for. I ended up going with an almost emaculate 2007 Grand Prix that is equipped with a supercharger and I couldn't be happier with the purchase even right now. Audrey and the entire staff there really worked with me to get me into the car at an affordable price with a pretty decent APR. Audrey had also gone above and beyond by helping me out with a couple of customer service issues, one involving the car's remote which had to be replaced and reprogrammed which she set up at no price to me. I emailed Courtesy Chevrolet about a Tahoe I liked. Dee Dee called me and asked if I wanted to come in and see the car. She was very easy going on the phone and I didn't feel any pressure like the other dealers I had spoken to on the phone. Once I got to the dealership, Dee Dee met with a big smile and firm hand shake. She was very open and honest with me from the start and all the way through the transaction. The entire dealership has very great staff (managers, finance and service dept.) I have gone back a couple times in the last week for them to take care of little things on the car and they have done so with no quarrels. I highly recommend anyone searching for a car in San Diego to give Courtesy Chevrolet a shot.

The excellent customer service began with a simple phone call after I searched the internet looking at used cars. When I called Courtesy Chevrolet Dee Dee was very welcoming and unpretentious. She answered all my qestions without making me feel like I was getting the "sales Pitch". I went to the dealership with a print out of the used cars I wanted to see.Dee Dee was busy with another customer and handed me off to Ernie Henderson and I found another person who was not just a salesman looking for a quick sale. He was able to see what I wanted to spend and I did wind up with the New Chevy Cruze within my budget and I am much happier than I would have been. I was very suprised to see the cars I had printed were actually there and not "already sold". Will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

My experience with Courtesy Chevrolet can be expressed with one word "AWESOME!". It all began when I requested internet pricing from local SD County Chevrolet dealerships via email. Not only did Courtesy Chevrolet responded promptly (within hours)but they had the lowest bid to offer. Internet Sales Consultant Audrey Atherton responded to my email request. She was very courteous and respectful to my request for communicating via email only. I liked the fact that she would follow up (via email) to be of service in answering any questions or concerns that I might have on the vehicle I had in mind to purchase in a few months, even after I made it clear that I was not serious at the time to make a purchase but rather was just gathering information for the time being.Here is the part that is AWESOME. After discovering through Chevrolet's Website inventory that there was only 3 vehicles left (in SD County) in the color that I desired. I made arrangements to visit Audrey at Courtesy Chevrolet in hopes to reserve the vehicle for a future purchase in the coming months. Not only were they willing to do just that (in a reasonable time frame of course) but Audrey was awesome in suggesting and finding an avenue to make it happen without waiting a few months to make the purchase, all without any pressure what so ever. She was so friendly, courteous, respectful, understanding, and caring to my needs and wants. Now that's customer service! Long story short, I was able to surprise my daughter with the exact car that she desired without waiting a few months to get it.Every staff member that I encounter and seen was friendly, respectful and courteous. Courtesy Chevrolet really does live up to it's name! I look forward making future purchases for myself and wife when the time comes for a new vehicle.
