After being in an accident and needing a new car, I came to Courtesy Ford in Altoona looking for a used car in excellent condition. The car salesman that greeted me right away, Robby Shaffer was very helpful when it came to finding a used car that met all of the needs I had. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in great detail. He showed me all of the cars that were in my price range and met the requirements I had. He helped me narrow down the choices I had to find the perfect car to fit me. The buying process was very smooth with Robby as well. He went above and beyond by assisting me in finding the best insurance policy. I was also given a free filled up tank of gas and sheetz gift card for my next full tank full up. I received exceptional service from Robby and had an excellent buying experience. Thank you Robby Shaffer and the rest of the Courtesy Ford Altoona staff for my new Ford Focus!

Smooth, quick, and easy buying experience. I was in need of a reliable late model used car. I called Courtesy Ford and told them what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay and within an hour they returned with several options to chose from. They provided their best price up front with no need to go through the haggling process. I stopped in the same day to test drive a few of the cars. I decided which car I wanted and asked the salesman to set everything up for the following Friday. The salesman, Robby Shaffer, was professional and made sure the car and paperwork were ready when I arrived to pick up my new (used) car at the date and time we discussed. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

We bought a 2012 Hyundai Tucson. We been shopping for a good used car for weeks. Found this one online and drove a hour to see it. The staff was great. They had the vehicle cleaned off of snow, running & warming up for us when we got there. Really pleased with the vehicle. All the staff around the show room were friendly & helpful. The only negative thing was I feel I should have got more for my trade in but that is usually how it goes. The vehicle didn't have a owners manual & my salesman told me he could order one for me. I'm waiting to hear from the dealer about that. Overall we were very pleased with the vehicle and the staff & salesman.

I had already narrowed down search online, went in to test drive one car, no other inventory similar. Seller gave us 'best no haggle' price. We returned next day and purchased. This was used vehicle and I wanted auto start however they were not able to install. My salesgirl was nice enough. Limited quote given prior to purchase. Nothing to do with sales but when I first pulled into lot, facing salesroom, 6 salesmen were sitting at table staring out, watching as I stared in through glass, no one getting up or indicating if they were closed or open or interested in greeting me til finally as I walked to the door our salesgirl came out and greeted me. It was an uncomfortable feeling to be watched like that. Otherwise staff friendly, professional, helpful and other than waiting a few hours for them to clean up the car, it was fast. I recommend going online and narrowing down your search, esp for used vehicle.

I purchasd a 2011 GMC Terrain that I absolutely love. The staff was very helpful with the exception that I have some concerns with the sound/feel of rubbing or grinding in the steering column when turning the wheel (mostly when stationary). Durig the test drive I was told this was probably the new tires and would most likely go away. When it did not improve, I made an apointment to have it check into. After the dealership had their GMC people diagnose it, I was told that there is nothing to be alarmed about, but that GMC vehicles can be "noisy." This was not something I wanted to be told after purchase, but feel that this should have been something I should have been made aware of prior to purchase. I love everything else about the vehicle, but this does bother me a good bit and would have been a consideration in purchasing the vehicle.

2014 ford flex. the service was ok. the finance guy talked us in the teflon coating which we wish we wouldn't have wasted 600.00 on it. the info on the internet have people complaining about it and some saying it washes off after a number of washing's. the water most definitely does bead like we were told and it the rain doesn't sheet off of the windshield. this was a galactic waste of money. we left to head home and got on rt 99 and it road rough and vibrated at times. The flex we traded had Goodyear tires and it road excellent. this has hancook tires on it. i checked the air pressure the next morning and the tires had between 27 and 28 lbs. PDI wasn't done correctly if at all. i got on and read reviews on the hancook tire and nobody has anything nice to say about them. i ordered new tires and getting them tomorrow. this tire is a blunder on fords part to put this junk on a 50,000.00 vehicle.

I had an appointment for warranty work (replacing a piece of trim on the rear hatch). On my way to the appointment, I realized the vehicle was due for state inspection. I asked Joe if they could do the inspection while it while the veh was there for the warranty work? Even though the service dep't was very busy (this was an 8:00 a m Monday morning), Joe said they would do the inspection, to save me from having to make another appointment. My thanks to Joe!

My son and I walked in to this dealership and was totally ignored for over a 1/2 an hour, we walked up and down the aisle of cars plus we walked around the entire showroom plus we made eye contact with several of the salespeople and not one person had the decency to either see if we needed any help or acknowledged that we even existed. The dealership had people sitting by themselves at their desks and we purposely walked close to several of them to see if anyone would notice us. I must have had my invisibility cloak on because no one even looked our way. I do not like pushy sales people, but to not even notice us was a little too much, So then we went to Fiore Buick GMC on Plank Road and we were barely out of the car when someone walked over and asked if they could help us, By the way this is the second time this has happened to me, in December I was looking for a new car and Courtesy did the same thing and Fiore Buick GMC got the sale. Good going over at Courtesy go there if you want to be ignored.
