Like many, I'm not a fan of car shopping. With only a week left in my lease, my daughter and I visited Covert GMC to lease a new Acadia. I had the good fortune of meeting Jordan. She was really great to work with -- personable, honest, helpful, knowledgeable and diligent. She did everything she could to get me a fair deal in the perfect car. Great experience buying my truck through Jordan Casas at Covert GMC. After providng her with some specifics on the type of vehicle I was looking for she went to work finding it for me! When they didn't have on on their lot she arranged for several trucks to be brought over from the other dealerships for me to look at and test drive. Must say she finally found 'the one' for me! The salesperson was very knowledgeable with all the cars he showed me that day. He was very detailed in explaing to me the differnt options each vehicle. He talked about the advantages and disadvantages. My Finance Manager, Jerry Duran also explained the different financial options for about three vehicles and help me decide what was my best choice.Your other saleman and ladies at the dealership were all very friendly. They offered me water and fruit. This is the first dealership where I see them offering fruit which by the way was very good. This vehicle was a surprise to my wife and she loved it at first sight. The service center was real busy, i had my doubts, but Covert finished our repairs even though it was past closing time.

When we called Covert, the service dept. told us to come on in. The service dept. was very busy, i had my doubts, they took our Tahoe back came back and explained our problem and went to work. Shortly after closing time our Tahoe was cooling and we were on our way.

Found the used truck online and schedule an appointment. When I showed up, they couldn't find the truck anywhere! It wasn't shown the be sold or anything. The next day, I had to email the salesman if they had found it. He said that it might be sold and that he would check the status for me. I've never heard back from him. I now have a new truck.

This was the best car buying experience I have had out of the 4 cars i have purchased!! The staffed worked as a team to helped me not only get approved for a loan but help me get into a new car that was within my budget and a low down payment. Mark "Cowboy" Welch did a great job of keeping in contact with me during the day while i was working, to keep me in the loop of the progress being made. Elizabeth was helpful in receiving all my documents via email so that Julie could get started on the approval process. I didn't have to come in until they had a deal in place and a car ready for me to test drive, sign papers, and go on my way! Julie also went out her way to introduce me the Sherry in customer relations so if i had any concerns i could reach out to her as well, and she was very welcoming! At the end cowboy made sure my car was show room fresh and he took even more time before leaving to help me get OnStar setup. Will definitely be back for my next car!

We were looking for a SUV that wasn't on the lot but, then came across an Nissan Armada in a back lot and fell in love with it. My husband call up there the next day and needless to say they couldn't find it. We went through 3 different salesmen and they couldn't find the Armada. After no answer for a few hour we finally got a call from the Used Car sales manger and "Cowboy" salesman, found it. YEAH. Come to find out that it was just traded in that Saturday. When we looked at it on Sunday it was a mess. They cleaned it up to make it look like new. Cowboy was great at informing us on everything. If we ever need another car we will be going back. I must say horrible experience that We drove 2 hours there and stayed maybe 20 minutes to drive back another 2 hours being 5 and half months pregnant. Not the best feeling in the world and definitely felt like trash. It was this is bottom line which didn't make no sense low balling so badly on the trade in and I'm an Accountant and Finance major with my masters degree and none of that made sense. To give me 7k on my jeep basically when even the bank, Kelly, and Black book all said 14k-16k trade in at dealership. This Is a complete rip off and joke. Paul came back with no we won't go higher shook our hands and out the door. Talk about feeling like trash, I am so glad I purposely made sure my bank didn't print the check for the full 50k approval. I will never be back and will never speak any more than harsh words towards y'all. Totally misleading and waste of 4 hours. I emailed 20 times back and forth with numbers and totally not true. For a 31k with 1441 taxes nothing extra end up at 36k and a 4K down payment to be offered 7k and end up at 46k and they were like best deal!!! We will get you at 84 months!!! LOL

Mark Welch "cowboy" is a super guy. Worked very hard to find the car we wanted for a good deal. One month later he is still in contact to make sure everything is ok and if we have any concerns. Would recommend him to anyone. Chad Bokelman explained and showed us all the technology and set up everything we needed. We drove over 1100 miles to buy from this dealership and it was well worth it.

From the time I first contacted Mr. Anderson until I signed on the "dotted line, " Mr. Anderson was professional through and through. I, at no time, felt undervalued. Mr. Anderson made the entire process enjoyable. While in the past, I have dealt with some sales consultants that did not value my business, that was not the case with Mr. Anderson. Not once. They had a great selection and pricing was very competitive without having to waste a lot of time with back and forth negotiating. Went in to purchase a van and met Cory Rutherford, we did not find the vehicle we wanted but felt like Cory had our best interest in mind. We happened to find another vehicle and Cory was the ONLY salesmen we would deal with. Throughout the entire process he was personable and genuine, I felt like he couldn't care less about selling a vehicle and more about ensuring we were taken care of. I could not recommend Cory Rutherford more, an absolute gentleman and professional. While we were in the closing portion Eric Rameriez the finance manager was incredible as well, he went above and beyond in a very short amount of time. My daughter and I spent four hours choosing, test driving and filling out paperwork on a used vehicle at Covert. We got the financing underway and signed a stack of papers for the Sale explicitly because they had to account for the sale at year end or so we were told. I also left a 1000.00 deposit to secure the car and based on my credit report, they wasted no time checking my credit.The car had a mechanical problem that was to be fixed, so we were told to return to complete the financing and pick up the car. Or so we thought. When we returned, the car was no longer available, It had been SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE. According to them, the sale wasnt complete because the financing wasnt finished even though I sat with the finance officer, signed all the paperwork and was not told, in any way, that the car might be sold from underneath us if financing was not completed then and there. Our intent was to return when the car was ready and cosign the note to help develop our daughters credit.Somewhere along the line, Peter didnt tell Paul that the car was committed to us. I dont know what you call it, I call it gross incompetence and just plain bad customer service. To add insult to injury, no apology was offered, no alternative or option, no can we call you if another car like it comes up?. Nada.. So we drove over 100 miles making two trips, spent hours in the process and even got a credit ding. All for nothing because, of the dozens of people at Covert, they couldnt manage mark this car sold. Yes, Im angry. Angry enough to let as many people as possible know that this is NOT the place to buy a car.

My only complaint is the wait time. For an oil change it can range from 45 to 120 minutes depending on multiple variables. However, the service representatives are exceptionally accommodating and friendly. I always check to make sure that the oil is not overfilled and each time it is spot on. They also top off the other fluids, rotate the tires, and provide a vehicle wash. Overall a great place to take my business.

I have been contacted by the Buick survey Vice President of operations and I gave the dealership a 10. But I rated the engineering and design of the Encore's instrument panel unacceptable, specifically the digital and analog speedometers. The digital uses a blueish gray numbers that makes the display disappear or difficult to see on a bright sunshine day. The Info display on top of the dash has rap over top and the display is bright white numerals that are always seeable, regardless of the daylight light brightness. The digital speedometer display should have been designed incorporating these features. The analog speedometer is designed up to 160 mph. The useable part of the display 0 to 75mph is in half of the 160 mph, when the design should be up to 100 mph allowing the 0 to 75 to be bigger and more defined digits between the 1 mph digits display. The current display above 100mph is a waste and un-useable.One more feature that would be useful is an digital hour meter that would log the running hours of the car. An odometer only tells mileage and a city driven car would log more run hours than mileage vs an open road driven car would log less hours to mileage. The hour meter would in addition to odometer tell the complete driving history of the car. I also mentioned the cheap Continental( General ) Tires put on the Encore when my previous Lucerne- had Goodyear and Lacrosse had Michelin. Years ago Buick put General Tires on and most people would trade them in. General deteriorate after 26K miles. I made the mistake to trust recent Buick car tires and I didn't look to see what the Encore had on. I almost went to another brand car but I have had Buick since 1979 and stayed with Buick trusting them again. This digital speedometer problem was mentioned on the internet on the 2013 Encore display, so previous years have had the same problem which Buick hasn't yet addressed. So much for Buick Quality ??

I found a truck that I wanted on their website and was transferred to Ricardo when I called. I had been looking for weeks and when I found this truck, the price was so much better than my local dealer that I just had to call and verify that it was correct. Happily, the vehicle was "as advertised" and was arriving on their lot within a couple of days. The dealership was very nice and I was immediately introduced to Ricardo who had the vehicle ready for me to look at. I took a short test drive and then purchased the vehicle. I had previously stopped at a nationwide used car dealer and had an appraisal for my trade, so that part was trivial. Ricardo took the time to make sure that I had all my stuff out of my trade and understood all the controls on the new vehicle. He helped me get OnStar setup and even paired my phone. The paperwork was the standard stuff with no surprises and I was introduced to Bill (Sales Manager) and Sherry (Customer Service Manager). I was at the dealership about 2 1/2 hours and that includes looking at a couple of Yukons first, the test drive, and learning/setup before I left. Everyone that I met was friendly, helpful, and competent (some places this is a problem). Glad I made the 100+ mile trek to north Austin - I will do it again for my next GMC.

Taken in for repairs on 9/4/15. Was contacted that my auto was ready for pick-up on 9/17/15. Before getting into the car, I was still hearing weird noises coming from underneath the hood? Found out there was another serious problem so instead of claiming my car this day I had to ask for the loaner to be brought back. Found out the next day the noise I heard had something to do with the timing belt? Anyway after 10 more days,I was finally able to retrieve my auto on 9/28/15. So far it's been 24 hours of driving it & there seems to be no more disruptive noises being heard! (Yeaaaa)! From the initial phone call for service through the actual picking up of my vehicle, I knew my vehicle was in the hands of professionals that kept me informed through the whole process. I told my service advisor, Tom Fritz, that I felt like I needed new tires and I assure you I would have bought them on the spot, but he told me I didn't need them yet. As a women we have always been told that our lack of knowledge regarding vehicle service allows service advisors to take advantage and sale service we don't really need. Tom was very professional and did not take advantage of the opportunity to sale me items I didn't need. I was looking for a specific optioned and colored vehicle at the right price and I found it listed at Covert. The price was thousands less than the next competing offer. Being out of state, the transaction had to be handled correctly by the salesman and lending before I got there. I didn't want a wasted flight, the wasted time, and the aggravation of things going wrong due to some confusion or misrepresentation. All of my expectations were exceeded, and that is rare thing today. My salesman picked me up at the airport and took me to the dealership. (!!!) I was given a thorough inspection of the vehicle and all features were demonstrated to me. I was introduced the finance manager and customer service manager and the entire transaction was quick, correct and executed flawlessly. No surprises. Buying out of state you fear surprises when you finally get there. No surprises. I left very happy, I even enjoyed my drive home. I have no hesitation recommending this dealership.

I have not shopped for a car in ten years. I have also never written a review, but in this case, my experience was so vastly different I felt compelled to share. I began my search at CarMax. The service was friendly and the selection was great. However, I saved thousands of dollars by completing my search with the used car department at Covert Buick GMC. Not only was the service friendly, and the selection also great, I saved thousands of dollars. They offered me double what CarMax did for my trade in, and the finance department offered me a better rate as well. I was assisted by a salesman called Cowboy Mark Welch (not making this up) who made me feel Texas welcomed. The manager, Tom Eggers, checked in on me several times throughout the process. I told them what I wanted. They came in with a car that was UNDER my budget by 3,000 grand and got it right with the first one they showed me. Maybe it was my lucky day, but THAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED, and once again, UNDER my budget. The entire experience was easy, cost effective, and resulted in one satisfied customer that is so happy I took the time to write this review.

Sales person Mark Cavanaugh from Covert Buick really walked us around his lot and was genuinely interested in helping us find the right car and not just making a sale. After going through his Buick inventory, he took us to Covert Cadillac next door and continued to search for something that fit our needs. We then found the car that was perfect for what we were looking for and the price. I really appreciated Mark's sales approach and genuine helpful approach. Likewise, the Covert Cadillac sales staff were equally as great and I really felt great making my purchase through them. It's a Buick Enclave and even though it needs a shot in the arm regularly- it doesn't seem that painful to me and it's because of Mark Cordes. The guy is like the first responder- always available- quick to help me find a solution, I trust him to give me a fair deal and look out for my best interests. This is the first time I was not happy with the condition of my car when I went out to drive away aftera oil and filter change and tire rotation. You all have done all of the maintenance on this Buick 2011Enclave. The car had a roll of paper in the front floor board on the passenger side, blue tag on thekeys in the ignation, and paper in the floor board of the drivers side. The car was not washed and thatis the first time that it has not been washed, except when Austin was on water ration. I picked up thepapers and gave them to one of the three men talking up by the entrace and told him I was not a happycamper. He walked me out to the car and told me he would have the car washed and back to me in 10 minutes if I would go inside and have a seat. He called for Tom Fritz and I never saw Tom. I told theyoung man who brought me the car back that it was not his fault, but that I would do a survey and Tom Fritz would not get his usual glowing survey. He apologized and told me he was sorry for the problem.

I purchased a 2014 Buick Encore from Covert Buick/GMC last November (I think it was November, not exactly sure). I got the special 2 year/24,000 bumper-to-bumper warrantee. I've had one oil change so far. About 2 months ago I began hearing a squeeking in the engine compartment like a loose fan belt when the vehicle was in drive with the A/C on. I took it in for repair, the technicians said they could not duplicate the problem, and sent me home without doing anything to my Encore. I kept hearing the problem, so I took it in again. This time Mark Cordes, (Service Advisor), heard the noise and called his boss out to see if he could hear it also. The Service Manager also heard it, Mark told him and me what he thought it was and took my vehicle back to the shop area. Mark came back out shortly and said they could not fix it right now, because it required a special tool which Covert did not have to replace the part. He checked with every conceiveable source, and nobody had the tool. So, since the Encore was built in Korea, Mark and the Service Manager had to order the tool from Korea. It took about a month to get the tool, Mark called me and I had my Encore back in Covert service the next morning. They completed the job in about 2 hours, and my Encore now runs perfectly. Mark and the service manager worked very diligently to help me, and as always, I got very friendly, cooperative and professional attitudes from all the fine folks I had to deal with, and I am a very happy customer - as I have been for about 20 years, and 4 Buicks, one Pontiac, and one GMC from Covert. They are professional from top to bottom, from sales to service. I will continue being one of their satisfied customers for years to come! Michael James

Third time in 4 weeks we've been here, and no problems have been resolved. What's the point of a warranty, if you're not gonna honor it?!? You can bet we will never purchase anything here again. Even when we purchased our Sierra we were treated poorly. The manager in the sales department went so far as to upmark and remove the complimentary window tint because he was "upset" about us not signing the paperwork at 10pm to finalize the deal. I've never felt so outraged about the lack of quality in service in my life. The higher in the chain of command, the less respectful they ar . If you want to fix something, then I guess you're just out of luck with covert. I've never been treated differently just because I didn't have a suit on, until I met these people.

I received great information about the vehicle I purchased before purchasing which is huge for me. I actually wasn't planning to purchase a vehicle, but, my sales persons was so helpful and honest which made me make the decision to purchase. I found the car that I wanted online as I do not like to deal with a pushy sales person. I contacted the dealership to confirm the unit was still there and it was. I then received an email from Mark Welch aka "Cowboy" as there are a few Marks there. Mark called me which I missed his call so he texted me as well. When I got to the dealership at about almost 7pm I was lead to where "Cowboy" sits. VERY NICE!!!! Immediately we went and test drove the car that I was interested in and we talked. Once we got back to the dealership I told him that this was the car that I wanted and we started the paperwork. He was very knowledgeable and NEVER once did I feel that I was dealing with a sales person just trying to make commission. "Cowboy" made the experience truly one of the best experiences for me in regards to buying a vehicle. Shortly after 8pm, I was lead to the sitting area so that finance could put everything together. This is when I met with Jennifer. She was great in getting the numbers where I was comfortable and was able to work her MAGIC. Once in her office, everything went smooth and quickly. After taking a look at several used cars Covert had, it came down to a certified pre-owned Acadia Denali and a brand new Acadia SLT. Mark "Cowboy" Welch was the sales professional who helped me. He was extremely patient and truly cared that I was making the right choice between the two vehicles. He took three hours with me to fully go through each model and point out the features (not counting the time we took test driving other makes). There was no pushy car salesman persona whatsoever. Mark's patience and enthusiasm for his customers really made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. I went with the certified pre-owned, which had a chip in the windshield. I made sure to negotiate getting it repaired as part of the deal. Covert's repair guy took a look (after the sale) and determined it wasn't repairable. Covert put a brand new windshield in for me! I highly recommend Mark and Covert for your next car buy!

Being our first domestic vehicle, we are somewhat dissatisfied with the quality of manufacturing. Taking in consideration the value, price and "age" of the Yukon XL, we didn't expect any problems. Sadly, that hasn't been the case, as we have to bring the vehicle to the dealership shortly after purchase. Furthermore, we still experiencing some the issues, that according to the dealership, were addressed.In addition, in the recent days we started to notice, more noises in our vehicle.The dealership we purchased our SUV is about one hour and a half away, this makes it an inconvenience for us to drive every time something seems wrong or a concern arise with our "car".Thank you for your attention.

When I take my vehicle for service or just a routine oil change, I'm always greeted by Leo who is a very friendly and a professional employee. He and another man by the name of Geraldo always make me feel they care and are attentive to my concerns. The only thing that needs improvement is the wait time for service. I know if we don't have an appointment,the time can be lengthy.An oil change should not take more than 90 minutes but has happened to me in the past. Other than that, I am satisfied overall.

The job was finished in under two hours and my adviser (sorry I don't remember his name) insisted he detail my truck for the long wait. The service was great. It was one of those things where the radiator was damage by debri on the road. My wife and I were scratching our heads. We did not know how this could of happen. Prior to that a roden somehow got into the master cylinder and chewed through some wires. Had a great buying experience with Paul Sicotte and the full Covert support team when purchasing my 2015 Enclave. I already knew what I wanted, since the Enclave's reviews have been outstanding in Consumer Reports and on other sites, but Covert had the right inventory with the color and interior I wanted, so it was all about their Customer interaction and Paul's knowledge of all the vehicle's features that sold me. The promotions and discounts were better than my friend's GM discounts, so I appreciated that they gave me the better of the two options. Never felt pressured or that I was being duped into anything or any price that wasn't the best deal they could make. It was especially important to me as a female buyer to be talked to as any male buyer would be, and not overwhelmed by the industry jargon. My car had a airbag recall and they made sure to have the part but I flaked on the appointment for months. It was so long the part was no longer there when I finally made the appointment. They told me they'd have to reorder the part and I agreed to wait. After our call, they still made an effort to call around and found the part at another dealership and had it delivered within an hour! They fit me in that same day, rocked out the swap, washed my car, and treated me extremely well. In February, I "attempted" to downsize from an SUV to a very small Italian car. It became immediately obvious that I had made a horrible mistake. I was referred to Cathy by a friend. I called her and we discussed what I was looking for, my trade in, and if this was even possible, I had found a vehicle on their web site and when I arrived at the dealership, Cathy was helpful and reassuring that the deal could be completed. She helped me in every aspect of the trade-in, was knowledgeable and I felt that I was being treated fairly and honestly (not something I would say about others I have dealt with!). The entire process was handled professionally by both Cathy and the finance person, and in a very short period of time, I was driving out in the SUV I wanted. I cannot recommend Cathy highly enough. She never had to go "speak with her manager" or any of the other silly games many dealerships play. She knew what she could do and handled it herself. This was, by far, the easiest and most pleasant car purchase I have ever experienced. I have recommended Cathy to many friends and know she will help them as she did me.

My 09 Enclave had a power steering issue that turned out to be covered by GM which was great news. While in for this repair a transmission problem was discovered which was not covered by GM and very costly. After discussing the problem GM agreed to cover a portion of the transmission cost. After having a problem with our 014 GMC Sierra 1500 the service department went above and beyond to find out what was wrong with the truck.. After much searching for the problem they discovered the problem it was covered by the manufacture. Busy day in the service department but from arrival to departure, the process was smooth for the first scheduled maintenance on my 2015 Buick Enclave.Two weeks later however, my dashboard indicator showed my left REAR tire pressure was low and while I began to inflate it to the correct pressure, I realized it was the wrong tire that was low--it was actually the left FRONT tire that was losing pressure due to a nail puncture. After reading through the manual, I realized the TPMS sensors were not reset following the scheduled tire rotation. I had local tire technicians (not Buick) patch the tire but they were unable to reset the sensors--their equipment wasn't yet updated for a 2015 vehicle. I emailed the Covert Service Manager and explained what happened, so he could ensure the oversight didn't happen again. He promptly responded, apologized and indicated he would speak with his technicians then offered to reset the sensors. I ended up taking the Enclave to a Buick dealership in north San Antonio close to where I was going that evening and they quickly reset it--easy fix but just a hassle to ensure I didn't have to remember which tire might have the problem in future alerts.

In a round about way I go back a few years with the Covert family. Duke and Danay were my customers about 18 years ago when I was finishing up college and bar tending over at Grady's in the Arboretum to pay the bills. I was very happy to have a build number before I even left. The truck arrived 6 weeks after the order was placed, which was great.Between the time I ordered and picked up, I made a few trips back to Covert to look at a Canyon on the lot - I was buying child seats for the crew cab and was checking on LATCH availability. They were very accommodating each time I stopped in to ask some clarifying questions.I'm very happy with the Canyon. I've had multiple people stop and ask what it is and tell me what a great looking truck it is. I've recommended everyone I talk to head over to Covert to check it out. One guy who runs his own lawn care business stopped me and I told him to expect a diesel in 2016 and he should switch his guys away from the Fords they're driving now and into the diesel crew cab Canyons.

Our finance was done quickly and, again, we weren't pressured to buy anything beyond the car. We were informed of all the products we had available to us and understood the benefits of them. We love the car and my wife does not miss her Nissan Murano that we traded in. Buick has done a fantastic job on their product and I'm considering moving from my Nissan Maxima to a LaCross eventually. Our Service Advisor, Tom Fritz was very helpful and courteous, explained what was going withour La Crosse during the time they worked on the car. Made a special effort to get us a loan car so that the technicians could replace the catalytic converter. Courteous service rep (Tom) had everything ready when I arrived. All work was done in a timely manner. However, oil from draining the oil pan was left on the undercarriage, resulting in oil on my driveway at home and a trip back to make certain the filter and drain plug were both securely fastened. Follow-up was taken care of quickly. This was the only reason for 4 stars instead of the usual 5.

I have a 2010 Buick Lucerne CXL,I only take my Buick to be serviced at Covert Buick on Research Blvd.My service advisor is Tom Fritz,I call him with any questions I may have pertaining to my Buick,he'll always discuss and advise me as to what I need to do! No pressure! Last Friday, December the 19th, I took our Buick Enclave 2011 in for an oil change, and several othermaintenance updates and I had an appointment for 9:00 with Tom Fritz and his crew and they did anoutstanding job. Tom told me it would be about two hours due to the maintenance updates and theydelivered a clean car to me in about one hour and forty-five minutes. They also put me on a preferredcustomer list and that helped the pocket book and will each time I return with the car. For the second time in 5 years, I was driving the front car involved in a rear-end collision. Both times we were in a Buick LaCrosse, and each time the car itself kept my husband and me from being injured. (The first time we got hit, the vehicle behind us outweighed our vehicle by about 800 lbs. and was accelerating. On impact, our car bounced about 20 yards from a stopped position. So, we were lucky not to be injured that time.) Covert Collision repaired each of the vehicles for us and negotiated with the other party's insurance company to make sure the repairs were completed properly. The most recent time, the people at Covert made sure they had the bumper on hand before I even took the car in, thereby minimizing both the inconvenience for me and the expense for the other party's insurance company. Everyone at Covert was cordial, and the repairs themselves are topnotch.

I was able to lesiurly look at the cars I was interested in (often looking at the same couple 3 or 4 times). I felt the whole transaction was straightforward and enjoyable from beginning to end. I felt like they gave me a good deal and a good amount for my trade in so that's always nice. I appreciate the wide selection and especially being certified pre-owned selections that were from former leases rather than fleet (like CarMax tends to have an overwhelming amount of). Prior to making an appointment which I thought was one warranty recall turned out to be four items and my Service Consultant Mr. Andrew Schoenbeck informed me of the recall. Mr. Andrew set up an appointment for me to have my vehicle turned in and a loaner vehicle to be used until my vehicle was repaired. On the day of my appointment, I met with Mr. Andrew and he had everything waiting for me and in a matter of several minutes I was on my way. Mr. Andrew call me several times during the day to give me an update on the status of my vehicle. The next day, my vehicle was washed, vacuumed and was waiting in the staging area for me. After, a couple of minutes, I had my loaner vehicle turned in, sign off on the warranty paperwork and was given my vehicle keys. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I made an appointment off your website and when I arrived, i was informed that the dealer was unable to see these appointments and I was not on the schedule. If you are going to offer sign-up via Onstar or an email you send out for service and can't fulfill the request, why offer it? Once at the dealership, I was told it would take between 1.5 and 2 hours to complete a tire rotation and oil change. Four hours later, my car was delivered, unwashed and with very poor excuses for the delay.

Started looking for a new Yukon in November 2013 and ended up purchasing in July 2014. Life got in the way, but our sales professional and I do stress the word professional, Paul Sicotte was very patience and worked with us to find the right Yukon. Pauls professionalism was tested as we came into the dealership on several different occasions to test drive to make sure that we were selecting the right car for us. Would strongly recommend Paul Sciotte as partner in the auto buying process. The only reason that a 10 was not given was that on the day we findally did decide to purchase, we got a salesperson who was not Paul, as he was not available and frankly the salesperson did not take the time to understand the specifics about the car and what features were being sold with. Needless to say, at the 11th hour we were looking at cancelling the deal and starting over at another dealership. Thanks to Paul who stepped back in and worked with the Covert Management Team to resolve the issue with the purchase. We are now the new owners of 2014 Yukon and that is large part thanks to efforts of Paul Sicotte at Covert.

I have purchased so many cars in my lifetime but noting have ever compared to my experience with the most friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff at Covert Buick My husband and I was greeted with so much warmness from Cathy Townsend to the point of still asking myself did she fall down from the heavens. Cathy asked what we were interested in and all the usual question that are asked at the beginning and she immediately started searching for the car that most interested us including percentage rate and down payment. Cathy pulled up a car on the internet to show us and we liked everything about it so she went on her way to locate it and she did find it after moving about 10 vehicles I might be stretching it a bit but she found it and my husband and I went on our way driving a couple of blocks and we knew it was what we wanted the 2014 Verano. Things were happening so fast my husband stopped Cathy and asked why the car had left for detailing and gas because we had't been approved yet but she said yes you are approved. I told my husband things happened so fast we didn't have time to change our minds on buying. When we made it to financing things went very smooth and fast and the finance office was also a sweetheart. When all the papers were signed Cathy set in the car with us and explained all the tech things and in just minutes I was streaming from my phone, talking on on star and everything was up and running in a few minutes. My day ended with a big hug from Cathy that I will never forget so look out Covert I will be back and will also try to send potential buyers your way.

You only get ONE opportunity for a 1st IMPRESSION" - this is a BAD ONE. I watched my friend, Mr. Duran, contact for over an hour the dealership waiting for someone to reply. I became frustrated not because of my time being used, but from the disrespect and unprofessional manner in which he was treated. Excuse after excuse was given by the salesperson, at one point a form of justification, "we sell 500 cars a day". The thought that raced through my mind dealership waiting for someone to reply. The service we where given at Covert Buick was just incredible. Cathy Townsend went way above and beyond to complete the deal that was started online. While we finished paperwork with Julie in finance, who was very friendly and professional, Cathy was out in the rain moving vehicles so our new truck was under cover for us to inspect. Cathy was soaked and we couldn't believe she would go to such lengths to make sure we where comfortable and dry!! The whole process was super easy, from the initial contact about the truck to the emails and phone calls to get financing worked out and trade in valued because we live 200 miles away, so that when we arrived at the dealership within an hour we drove off in our new truck. I had been shopping for a new Enclave for a while and visited the local San Antonio buick dealerships. Never got the warm and fuzzies off them and walked away after a lengthy discussion and price haggling "they really want to sell you this car." Eh, not so much I came to find out. Found Covert online, and had a discussion via email with Sergio and found the car i wanted at the price i wanted to pay. Gave the local dealership a chance to match, to which they replied "There is no way they are going to sell you that car. You will get all the way to Austin and be trapped. Be careful." Glad i didn't take their advice. Great car, fair price, great experience all around. A little low on the trade in value, but got such a deal on the car, didn't care much. Thanks everyone at Covert.

I first called the dealership talked to Corey Covert 5/9/014 we talked about my trade of a 013 Mustang GT with only 3,474. Miles on it it was NEW! He offered me what I was offered at another dealer. Corey told me he had the GMC Truck that I wanted and what the discounts that I could get where. So I went to the dealership on the next day Sat 5/10/014 Corey had Chris in his office so he would know what he had offered for my trade. When I got to the dealer Chris had Ricardo lined up to show me a few trucks like I wanted. I picked one out took it for a test drive Love the truck.. Just wish it had the nav in it but I had them put leather in it and the 6inch step outs and a bed liner.. I have the 24 month FREE service and the preferred protection plan service plan 5 years 100,000. miles everything covered. Thanks for the help

We went to Covert for an oil change on our Cadillac and started looking at the New 2015 Yukon Denali. The salesman was very helpful without being pushy. He showed us the vehicle in stock and explained all the new features. We took a test drive and then we discussed trade and price. We had already done research online and the offers were in line with the information available. We made the deal for a vehicle with all the options we needed, four wheel drive, that was coming in on a transporter from the assembly plant in Arlington, TX. Finance was already arranged so the contact with finance department was pleasant and efficient. We were introduced to the Dealership's Customer Service Representative, Service and Parts Managers. We ordered some accessories for the vehicle in the Parts Department. When we picked up the car all the systems were fully explained and the option configurations were set. When we picked up the accessories the Parts employee actually took the accessories out of the boxes and installed the parts in the car for us. Overall, every person we contacted at Covert made this a excellent buying experience.

Josh Lester made this a great experience and easy and fun! The process was simple. The only negative was the financing experience that had nothing to do with Josh - felt like they were 'slipping' warranties and insurances in without fully explaining. I luckily had someone with me that caught a few things that I did not want that were 'told to me over the phone.' The sales process though - wonderful!!!!

I was looking for a new GMC Acadia. I went to a dealership in San Antonio who was unwilling to give me an appropriate/fair price on my trade-in (another GMC Acadia) and they were unwilling to compete with other dealership's prices. Consequently, I looked at Covert who was willing to give me a fair/appropriate price for my old Acadia and willing to work with me on the price of the new Acadia. Covert wanted to sell the vehicle! There were a couple of things I wanted completed to the Acadia before I took it home. The salesman kept me posted and had it ready when he said it would be. The facility is very nice and accommodating....my husband and I even were able to watch the Spurs win while we were waiting for all the paperwork to be processed.

I did not know that such good service still existed these days, especially when buying a car. I had to get a new vehicle because my vehicle was totaled in an accident. I was not looking forward to the new car buying ordeal at all. In fact, I was really dreading it. My son went with me to several dealerships in our area and they just did not have the inventory and definitely would not budge at all on the high prices. My son went online and found such a good deal that we thought that something had to be wrong. We thought that it was probably false advertising and/or that they would tell us that they only had one vehicle like that and it had already been sold. My son called and spoke to a salesman who was very pleasant and honest. He explained that they are able to offer such good prices because they deal with such a large volume of vehicles. I spoke to the salesman on the phone and my son and I decided to go after work one day to look at the vehicle. We knew that the drive was going to take several hours because of traffic. Someone from the financing department called me and took down all of my information so that we would be ready to close the deal if the vehicle was as it was claimed to be. They said that they would wait for us and they did have to stay a little past closing time. It was so worth it for us to get everything done in one trip. They gave us a different vehicle to drive home and delivered my new vehicle to me at work the next day. I have had several follow-up calls just to make sure that I am completely satisfied and not having any issues whatsoever. They exceeded my expectations. And best of all, I am totally loving my new Acadia. I highly recommend Covert Buick in Austin.

Great shopping experience. Ethan Manning was exceptional, even my wife felt the same. She was a car dealer in our last duty station. Business end was a little behind, however the area had lost power and set them behind. Found what we needed and wanted, pricing wasn't outrageous for a used vehicle. Gave us a very solid trade allowance. (To the order of twice what we wanted to get). I'm a recruiter, and know all the sales tricks. They didn't push hard sales tactics, let us sleep on the deal. At Covert Buick GMC Austin I was able to reserve a new GMC 2014 Sierra over the phone. I had recently return from overseas they were able to arrange an appointment to make things as easy as possible for me on my new purchase. The Sales Consultant I worked with was very professional, understood what I needed, and was able to get me out the door driving my new GMC.I would recommend this dealership for their smooth service and would be more than happy to do business in the future again. other than one of your service managers laughing at me and joking with others because I mistakenly had the wrong name for my service adviser I was satisfied. they did not do a good job on the windows when they washed my truck. I guess they were more interested in the body. Also I don't like getting back in my vehicle and finding their favorite station on the radio blaring me out of my truck

Ricardo was and continues to be a pleasure to work with. This was the 4th vehicle I've purchased from the Covert family and this was the smoothest so far. My schedule did not permit me a 4 hour Saturday at the dealer and Ricardo did a great job of working around my schedule. He was quick to reply to emails that I sent and was always available by phone. I was looking for a specific option package in a specific color that they did not have in stock. Ricardo found a truck that matched what I was looking for, but suggested thought I might want to check out a different color. Great advise and we were able to find one in stock in a different color. The delivery was a breeze. Ricardo had everything set up and ready to go with Clay in the Finance department, and we were in and out in just over an hour. Great experience and we are already in the process of purchasing another vehicle from them.
