Rick Zamora in sales was top notch from start to finish. He was responsive, professional, great communication, diligent and efficient. He made the transaction really easy and seamless. I’ve worked with a lot of car dealerships over the years, including with the Covert family on 5 prior purchases. This was by and far the best experience I’ve had in my history as a car buyer. Honestly had an awesome experience with these guys. I have been truck hunting for over a month, talking with many dealerships and nothing would work out in the end for the price and the models that would fit my needed. Covert were able to work with me and really did go the extra mile to help me! Do yourself a favor and talk to Rhett, you be happy you did man!

Mr. Devin Adams was very helpful and he made my experience with Covert Chevrolet a very good experience. The application process was completed in one day. It wasn't sitting in the dealership for hours and you getting the runaround. He was very personal and up front about how the process would go. Thank you Devin (sales person) and Lonnie (finance department) for making it an easy process. With this pandemic they made everything possible. A great team Devin and Lonnie. Once everything was processed and approved Devin delivered the vehicle and I signed documents in the comfort of my home. They gave excellent buying experience. They took care of everything. I will definitely be back here when I go to buy my next vehicle and will be asking for Devin and Lonnie. I will definitely refer family and friends. What a great experience.
