We recently made an offer on a new Nissan Murano. We expected that they would be willing to negotiate the price a little bit as this was a brand new 2015, of which they still had 3 on their lot. They also had a few 2016 models and the 2017 would be arriving soon, as this is November 2016 now. They were absolutely not willing to work with us to sell the 2015 model. We subsequently went to another dealer and paid less for a 2016 than we would have paid for the 2015 at Coyle. The sales person was new, and while very friendly, not very knowledgeable about the vehicle. They have been housing their sales offices in a portable trailer on their lot for several years now, and we also discovered that they do not have Nissan certified mechanics. Because they do not have a permanent office, Nissan does not require them to have Nissan certified mechanics. We would not recommend this dealer.

We leased a 2013 Altima from this Dealership in August of 2013, because they were recommended by a good friend. We hesitated because we live in Mt. Washington KY. It is quite a drive to Clarksville Indiana. But we took the advice of our friend. It has turned out to be a wonderful experience. Every time we called to scheduled our routine service they were able to get us in right away. They were always very polite and our service was completed in the time they stated. When we picked our vehicle out the salesman (Larry Wise) went over every perk our car had to offer and gave us instructions on how to use all the extras. Our lease is up next week, and we have every intention of going to Clarksville Indiana to Coyle Nissan and leasing another vehicle. Yes Bill Collins is much closer, but Coyle just makes us feel like we are part of a family. That is important to us. We tell all our friends to shop there. Several have gone and are as pleased as we are.

Purchased a lightly used Hyundai from Coyle Nissan. Painless, pressure free buying experience. The car was as advertised online, no nasty surprises. Great price, well under market value. Sales associate Jon C. was very professional and friendly; same for the F&I guy. who soft-sold the GAP and warranty, none of that pushy, tricky crap some dealers engage in. Really the most seamless, easy experience I have had with a dealer purchase. Highly recommended. Gave one less star for facilities since they are operating out of a temporary facility, but it was clean and the A/C cold so that's plenty for me, I don't need a free latte or some silly stuff like a Lexus dealer would do. Also giving high marks for their service department, my mother has her Nissan serviced here and the service staff is professional, competent, and never tries to rip her off by selling unneeded services like a lot of "stealerships". All around a good place to deal with.

VERY SHADY DEALER!!!!! OUR LEASED CAR WAS HIT IN THEIR LOT DURING AN OIL CHANGE AND COST ME CLOSE TO $1000 TO FIX. They said the security footage of the day in question had been somehow deleted?? (how convenient). After posting a bad review on Facebook discussing this matter, we were immediately blocked from writing a response to their response, which was full of excuses and total lies. I'm just writing this review to let people know BEWARE!!! and save yourself some headaches and also to clear my name of the untruths they mentioned in their response on Facebook. I know several people with bad experiences with them on just as crooked and even worse matters. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else. TRUST ME YOU WILL REGRET DEALING WITH THEM!!!!!!

We came to Coyle at the end of the year to look and test drive a used vehicle. The rebates and the prices on the new Nissans had us thinking about a new one. We weren't able to buy before the new year but kept looking. Called to set an appointment to test drive a used vehicle. When we got there our saleperson was tied up with other customers so even though we had an appointment we never got to deal with him. That should have been the light bulb moment of "You should leave now" So we dealt with someone else. I felt like the whole time I was talking to him that I was being talked down to. I had done my homework on knowing how much my vehicle was worth, and had been looking for a vehicle on line for several months so I knew what I was looking for and what I wanted. The salesperson we originally had was very helpful in those aspects. After test driving the used vehicle and not being able to come to a deal, the most disappointing thing was that we had also expressed interest in a new Nissan and was never steered an another direction. That next week we called, test drove, and bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue from another dealership. We couldn't understand why when they knew we were ready to buy that Coyle didn't take the extra time and effort to find us what we wanted. I found it on the internet. Too Bad Coyle Nissan, no recommendation for you from me.

My wife and I have been shopping for a while. The car we purchased was priced competitively with 1 to 2 year older cars. The salesman was helpful, friendly, not pushy. I feel comfortable with recommending him to friends and family. The location was not the best, but I'm not that familiar with that area anyway. The building is less than desirable, but it is temporary, it was clean, and I'm not planning on moving in.

Just purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue. Love my new vehicle. I was anxious about buying a new car because I can't stand haggling and games that are usually played when doing so. Did not experience any of my fears. Everyone I came in contact with could not have been nicer (sales manager, finance manager and salesman). My salesman was Tom Gavin and he answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect choice. I received a very fair deal. My last car was a Versa, so I am also familiar with the service dept. Mike Benson is my service advisor. He gives consistent service and advice when it is needed. I never have any problems with this dealership and would recommend it to anyone. Keep up the good work!! Will be nice when the permanent location for the dealership is in place.

Sales associates don't know their cars. After about 20 minutes of watching online specs. I was teaching Steve Ogden about the nissans. Sales manager Nathan wessell didn't seem motivated to sell a car. We went to a Louisville dealership with better staff, facilities, and most of all better price. I guess when you sale more cars, they can give better prices. I wouldn't recommend going to coyle. Save the time and go to the other two competing dealerships in the Louisville area.

I was called by the Internet sales team and was given a price over the phone. Made an appt to meet with the gm Nathan weasel. I arrived on time. He shook my hand and pawned me off to Steve Ogden. After about 30 secs I informed him I was ready to buy and in a hurry. I wanted to get a price for my trade. He was very slow and 45 min they did not even offer to give the price the internet team gave me over the phone. Very frustrating and I feel like if someone made a mistake, the dealership should have made up for it. Or maybe it's just a way to get you to visit their very "high end" trailer.

We leased our second car from Coyle Nissan and we couldn't be happier. Chris was extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we got what we wanted. The general manager, Tom, was also extremely helpful and he went out of his way to make sure we understood the differences in payments between cars. I also enjoy the realness from the sales people and not the fake "Now, they really don't like me doing this but I'm going to do this for you" blah, blah, blah, that you hear at just about every car dealership. Not here. I really can't say enough good things about Coyle Nissan. I hope they get their new building soon!

This dealership will not deal at all. They not only lowballed my trade-in but they also wanted to further discount it by adding a prep fee for the trade-in. This is in addition to the prep fee on the vehicle I was looking to buy. I took my trade-in to two other dealers to get a price for directly selling it to them. Offers were MUCH higher. When I told the salesman at nissan coyle what I could sell outright for, he actually called me back and left a message that his manager said " I should sell my car to that dealer and they would come and pick me up to buy their car" Right! They also would not come down at all on their 2 year old car that they were selling as new. Good luck to them as the 16's with a new body style arrive. I bought vehicle (same) at another dealer and am very happy with the deal. Coyle is not in touch with the times and that there is so much info out there for buyers. They are still trying to do it the old way. I guess they focus on buyers that are not aware of prices and figure selling fewer vehicles to suckers and getting a bad rep is better than selling more at a fair price and having a good rep

I took my Altima in for a stalling problem. 1st repair, ~$800 I almost made it out of the parking lot before the problem returned. I left the car with them for another day. 2nd repair ~$600 when I asked why it was not covered under the 30 day warranty I was told it was a different problem, however the car did make it about 2 miles before the problem returned. 3rd repair several days later finally fixed the problem which required another $700. The shotgun approach to repair and failure to honor their warranty lead me to sell the car so that I would never have to deal with them again.

Sam was our sales person & was courteous, helpful, easy to work with and communicate. He followed up with us as needed and once purchase made completed needed repairs before letting us take possession of truck. He didn't attempt to sell us any other vehicle we weren't interested in. So far a good experience.

The service department had my truck for 5 weeks. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with my truck so they just started replacing parts. They first said that the reason it wouldn't start was that the distributor was bad. They replaced that without resolution of problem. They then said it was an engine control module.( Even though that had just been replaced 2 months before) so they replaced that and then told me it was fixed. I drove 48 miles to pick it up, and it would not start. Finally they called and it was fixed. Their explanation was that there was a " loose wire" So I paid $1500.00 to replace 2 parts that were supposed to fix it, and finally it came down to a loose wire. Never go to Coyle Nissan.

Exceptional Experience. Normally, I find the car buying process to be akin to a root canal. Pushy and ignorant salesmen, plus shoddy information have all combined to make the "event" a most painful process. In this instance, I was at Coyle getting my Murano serviced and just wandered around. Jeff Freiberger had been recommended to me and indeed he came out and we chatted about a variety of topics. Finally, I asked him a car question and from there the entire and most enjoyable experience unfolded. He explained the variety of options available to us concerning the auto plus financing and the new program (which we chose) in the purchase of the new Murano. He and Jeremy were most influential in the selection of the car with nary a hint of "car salesman" desperation. We are completely satisfied with our selection and more importantly with the demonstration of integrity of Jeff and Jeremy. We thank Coyle Nissan for our journey and hope to see them again at purchase time for the next automobile.

Purchased my black Nissan Murano SL two months ago and love it. I first had a test drive and Jeff Freiberger (sales) did an excellent job at explaining features. There was no sales pressure, just good, friendly, informative discussion. I returned a couple weeks later and had a excellent sales experience and made the purchase. Murano was washed and ready to go. Everyone was professional and courteous. I subsequently had a few questions and emailed Jeff. He responded appropriately and timely. In my search for a new car, I decided I would like to look at a Nissan because I had heard many good things about that make but had never owned one.Both Jeff Freiberger and Jim Holt took a great deal of time explaining different aspects of the Mirano and Rogue. I ended up purchasing the Rogue because of safety features and gas consumption. These two salesmen were wonderful and very patient in answering hundreds of questions, as I had not driven a new car in over 13 years. I was stunned when they gave me their cell phone numbers and said to call anytime. Since then, I have called with more questions and received direct answer which gives me a sense of comfort. These two salesmen made the difference in my purchasing a Nissan because they are not only knowledgeable and caring but are people of integrity.

We purchased our Nissan Frontier and our Nissan Altima from Coyle Nissan. The staff were extremely honest and never pressured us at any time to buy. They even let us take the Altima for 3 days to make sure we liked it! We liked the company so much that we also bought a new Chevy truck, parents bought a Nissan Rouge and uncle bought a Versa. Misleading online ads, not mentioning obvious problems with cars and overstating quality of used vehicles. Sales staff answers many questions with "I don't know". Not the end of the world, but definitely a shifty feeling when cars are misrepresented in advertisements.

I am new to the car buying process. I have always had someone holding my hand and walking with me through the process and giving me advice. This was my first car buying experience where I went through the process by myself. I went to 4 other large named dealers in Louisville KY, every time I walked in I told them EXACTLY what I had budgeted for and how much I was willing to finance and EVERYTIME they tried to put me into something way out of my price range. They kept me in there for hours "working numbers" then always came back asking me to step outside of my budget. I went to Coyle Nissan looking at a Mazda3 and while the price was right..... I didn't like the car much at all. Instead of showing me a car that was pricier, they showed me a car that was actually lower then what I said I would spend and I feel in love!!! It did have higher mileage so the sales guys took me to the Chevy lot where they had the exact car with fewer miles and they made it work. I told them my max that I would finance and they actually had me walk out the door financing $800 less (must dealers would NOT have done that). After the purchase was made I met with the finance guy he was nice enough to even walk me through my credit report line by line. We discussed things that had nothing to do with my auto financing and he showed me ways to bring up my credit score. He did NOT have to do this at all! I was approved and ready to sign, but they took their time to explain the entire process with me and make sure that I understood everything. That was the best customer service that I have ever got from a dealership. I will be a repeat customer and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car.

DO NOT GOT TO COYLE NISSAN, CLARKSVILLE. The staff are arrogant. They are just a rip-off -charged $30.00 to change the rear break bulb on my Nissan Versa. I talked with the manager, and he justifies the cost by saying that the Nissan bulbs are costlier and it takes 30 minutes to replace a bulb. Can you believe him!!!! They are a new dealer, making (ripping) money out of customers. I was stupid to have agreed to get the bulb replaced by them.

They are a new dealer, making (ripping) money out of customers. I was stupid to get the bulb replaced by them.

My recent purchase through Coyle Nissan was my first positive experience with a car dealership. The excitement of buying a new car was overshadowed by the thought of having to deal with a shady car sales person. My concerns were unfounded. I had a very uncommon request and Chris and the Team and Coyle Nissan went above and beyond to see that I drove off with exactly what I wanted. I believe Chris even came in on his day off to hand me my keys! I am proud new Nissan Juke Owner! Even after the purchase was complete, they have been working hard to answer my questions. My fiancwants to buy a new car from them now! All in all, my car buying experience was totally positive and exciting. My thanks go out to Chris and Coyle Nissan!
