In 2017 My son and my husband went in and bought them a new truck all in the same day. A week later our daughter bought a new Expedition. Now my husbands front strut is leaking oil its only got 11,000 miles on it cause he doesn't use it much and takes excellent care of it. I called made an appointment to have the strut looked at . Took them THREE HOURS just to come back and tell me they didn't have it in stock. I asked if they could get Ford to pay for the strut and I would pay the labor cause with that low mileage the strut shouldn't be leaking. The guy was going to see what he could do to help me. He said he would make a phone call to Ford and was going to get back with me. Every time I called they were going to get with the service guy and talk to them and call me back. Well I've always had to call them back. YES I UNDERSTAND they are busy. My husband and I we own a farm equipment business we understand you get busy. BUT WE ALWAYS MAKE A POINT TO CALL OUR CUSTOMERS BACK EVEN IF ITS AT 8 O'CLOCK AT NIGHT WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY ITS GOING ON A MONTH AND STILL NOBODY HAS CALLED ME BACK . SINCE THEY HAVENT CALLED ITS OBVIOUS THEYRE NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING ME OR WANTING TO FIX THE TRUCK. I WILL NOT BE TRADING WITH THEM ANYMORE. I WILL FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX MY HUSBANDS TRUCK !!!!!!!!!!

Unless you have several hours to waste getting a simple oil change and tire rotation buyer beware, I had a scheduled oil change for 11:30 at which time I dropped the truck off at 11:31 and did not receive the truck back until 3:15. I was told at the latest I would get it back was 1:30 do to lunch at 12, but there is no other cars in front of me so it should be approximately 30 minutes. In addition they told me they would wash the truck through a car wash and claimed they run it through the wash in which they never did. I don’t know many people that can spend 3 hrs and 45 minutes for a simple oil change and tire rotation.

I told them how much my monthly payment has to be for me to get a vehicle from them. I even said I know my credit isn't great but if I can't get lower payments than what I have now then I can't do anything. I was called by the salesman and was told that to get my monthly payment I need I would have to put x amount down. I told him I can't do it but thanks for trying. He called me back a few hrs later telling me he can get me my payment with no down. I went up there and hit the vehicle we loved it and was very excited. He told me since it was Saturday night he can't get the paper work I need to sign and to just take it home and come back in Monday and sign the paper work. Monday came around I called to see if the paperwork was ready and he said yes. When I asked him about the payments they where $100 more than I am currently paying and $200 more than what he told me it would be on Saturday. I guess they thought that If I took it home I would fall in love with it and accept that ridiculous payment. Thanks Crain for wasting my time especially and causing me to drive 45 miles 90 miles round trip for nothing especially when you knew what my max payment I could afford was before I came in. All you had to do was tell me the truth on Saturday. Therefore I will never do business with Crain again and I will tell anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle about my horrible experience.

My boyfriend went in to have his oil changed and tires rotated. He suspected that on the previous visits his tires didn't get rotated even though they said they did. On this particular visit he marked a tire so he could check it. Sure enough they said "yes sir your tires got rotated." He said "that's really funny since the mark I put on the tire is still in the same place." Liars.

I bought a used Ford Focus which I love. The staff was extremely helpful and not very pushy for salesmen (Which is a huge plus to me) when I was browsing for a car. After I purchased the Focus I asked for the code for the door. They told me they would find it and to come back the next day which I was fine with after being there for a few hours, and it getting late. The next day I go in and they kind of pushed me to the side. It seems like they had the sale so why put in the extra mile. After about 30 minutes of waiting they come back and tell me they don't have the code! Now my options are limited and I need to find a way to get the code to the door lock. A few days later I get a call asking how I was liking the car, but nothing about the code. Overall my only complaint is not having the code to the door. Besides that service was great to me and I have been enjoying my vehicle.

I did and do receive good service. In going over my previous service records, I noted that there doesn't seem to be a consistency in in fees charged, such as labor and environmental fee. Not sure why that is.Would like to point out that the service tech stated that the engine oil life read out could not be reset, and the service manager told him the instructions from RAM/Dodge to reset this readout. The service tech stated that he tried that and it didn't work, however prior to leaving the parking lot at the dealership, I followed the instructions that the service manager stated and it did in fact reset the Engine Oil Life readout.When I bought this vehicle, I was told that the Service Department was open on Saturdays on a first come first serve basis. I drive from Mount Ida, Arkansas just to have my vehicle serviced at the dealership and to maintain the 100,000 mile engine and drive train warranty. Saturday is the only time I can do that. My last visit I was told that they usually only accept appointments on Saturdays, but since it was a slow day (December 26th), they would take care of me. My point is, if the policy for service has changed for Saturday service, it would be nice to know that in advance. Service manager stated that the policy had change in March 2015, however I had my vehicle service in April 2015, on Saturday and nothing was mentioned about appointments only.

Brought my 2012 Focus in for an unknown problem. Found out it was the TCM modular that was bad and they quickly ordered my part and place my car inline for repairs. The service waiting lounge is substantially improved after the renovation. I especially like that they have placed power outlets and a counter next to the window facing into the garage so that you can get some work done while watching the service being performed. The staff was friendly and they have been getting my truck in and out of regular oil change/services in under an hour my last few visits during high volume times of day.

I WENT THERE FOR THE FIST TIME TO HAVE A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT & LOW FUEL PRESSURE MESSAGE INVESTIGATED ON MY FORD SUPER DUTY DIESEL TRUCK. THEY WERE VERY BUSY. A EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING BY ON SOME OTHER BUSINESS BUT STOPPED TO ACKNOWLEDGE ME & ASKED IF HE COULD HELP. HE INITIATED MY SERVICE REQUEST & TOLD ME THAT SEVERAL VEHICLES HAD COME IN AHEAD OF ME & IT MAKE TAKE 2 HRS BEFORE MY VEHICLE WAS LOOKED AT. These folks really do work at pleasing their customers.I love my truck, looks, ride, all of the conviences that help make driving fun.The power of the truck when towing even a light load, less than two thousand pounds, is awful. In that respect this is the sickest truck I have ever owned.

I bought from Crain Ford in Jacksonville, Arkansas the 3rd week of August 2015. I went on to Truecar to access a special internet price, which was guaranteed, for the used car I identified. Bottom Line: When I made my deal and got home, I found the original window sticker, and Crain Fords special internet price for this used car was $1000 MORE than the new sticker price fully loaded. Crain Ford sells used cars (at least in my case) for more than when they were brand new! During my negotiation, I was told they couldnt budge on the special internet price because it was a special internet price.Also, on my trade they tried to offer me $6K less than the Kelly Blue Book trade in price listed for a pristine low mileage sports car. When I identified this, they brought that trade offer up substantially. But they got me on their list price. I dont think Ive ever before paid more for a used car than it listed new. Lesson learned. I wont buy from Crain again.Subsequent to my purchase, I received an email from Crains internet manager (Mike Raney) to rate my satisfaction with my buying experience and the vehicle I bought. I wrote him back, in courtesy (prior to posting to any site), about my disappointment that they would list a special price (non-negotiable) that was more than when the car was brand new. He called me on 9/2/15 and tried to tell me that their servicing of this low mileage (5K mile) vehicle to ready it for sale cost money and that prices always change on vehicles (as if a used 2014 FJ Cruiser could go up in value from when it was new). I told him that made no sense to me and I have never heard of such a thing.With regard to the original window sticker I found in the glove box, Mr. Raney said personally he wouldnt have left it in the glove box if he had prepped the car. Mr. Raney also said I drove the car and had the opportunity to find that original window paperwork in the glove box before I signed the paperwork and there was nothing I could do now that Ive signed the paperwork. I told him that hes right, they fooled me and that I didnt appreciate the dishonestly. He insisted there was nothing dishonest on their part or in the way they do business. My salesman, Henry, was excellent. He went above and beyond for me. I bought a 2015 Ford Taurus. I traded in a 2012 Camaro. After we signed the papers, the management came back and told me we had to have more paperwork completed. That was completed and now 2 months after I signed the papers, my Camaro still hasn't been paid off. This company has ruined my credit and did NOT do right by me. I am very unhappy with my experience there and would never recommend anyone I know to do business with you. I still haven't gotten my paperwork for my new car in the mail. It has been terrible.

I bought a car from Crain Ford Jacksonville back in April. I had the car for 3 weeks and it broke down. A manager had it towed and said it would be fixed. My car has been sitting there for 3 almost 4 months now and nothing has been done. I have tried contacting managers and even the owner, but I never get a response. I have been treated very poorly by them and will never buy from them again and advise other people not to either! Their service and how they treat customers is very disappointing.

I had my Ford Escape serviced several months ago. At that visit, the technician indicated I needed to replace my brakes. On June 11, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and for the brakes. However, this technician indicated my brakes were in great shape and did not need to be replaced. I was glad this technician was honest and I did not have to pay for unnecessary expensive repairs.

A few years back I would've said they're a good place not anymore. Their service department stinks especially if you're a woman. They are not out to make.the customer happy. The guys who answer the phones are rude, short quick answers and act as they're doing you a favor and like you're stupid and don't know what you're talking about. Recently they serviced my 2011 Ford Flex changed the oil, air filter and tire rotation. Before we took it in the rear air worked fine now its not working. I called to let them know and instead of trying to please me he was going to charge me to just look at it until I said something. They use to clean your car for you when you brought it in. I can't remember the last time they washed and vacuumed it out. I guess because its not brand new they don't care. I would NOT recommend Crain Ford Jacksonville to anyone!!

When I went to pay the bill, the service manager apologized for the delay and said he would cover the oil change. In the old days, they called that "excellent customer service". I was not introduced to the service department or service manager - my truck is still under factory warranty and I'll need to know where to bring it for service. Only other issue was that, on the test drive, I mentioned that the truck had a pretty noted "pull" and needed alignment. The salesperson insisited that it was just tire pressure. It's not - the truck needs to be aligned, as the "pull" is getting much worse. Pretty disappointing that they sold it to me without making any consideration for an alignment.

It was just a oil change and tire rotation.It took all of 45 minutes if that and I was driving back home. The staff was very friendly. I have had bad experiences with another Ford dealership, the last time at the other dealership I had just an oil change that took 2 hours and 45 minutes, they didn't even check my tire pressure after asking them too, plus just some rude workers and not even giving me a discount because it took so long.So its safe to say that I have found a good ol' country boy Ford dealership I will be going to for now on.

I tried to have this repair at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle and needed a courtesy vehicle was told one was not available for 2 weeks to 2 months and the repair would take 4 days to preform as they would have to order the parts basically should have just told me we don't want to do any warranty repairs to your vehicle. I called Tim he said he was sorry he didn't have a courtesy car then but would have one for me the next morning.I dropped the car off the following day Tim called said the repair had been made and was waiting for me. The next new ford I buy I will drive right on through little rock and go to Jacksonville for my purchase because of the service I received at you dealership.

I purchased a 2011 Ford Escape XLT Sport from Henry Bey. He was a jewel, sweet, not pushy and tried to come up to bat for us. I realize that the sale of a used car does not yield as big a profit and I think we got a 'fair' deal on it, 'fair' not outstanding. Then when we came back a few days later to pick up the car we were told there was only one key for it and because we had gotten such a 'good' deal on it that they couldn't just give us another key--it would cost $200+ to get it. I will tell you that I almost walked away from the whole deal because of that. I will also tell you that I have gotten another key and it was under $100. I don't like feeling like somebody was trying to take advantage of me/the situation and that's exactly how I felt. Also, I was disappointed in the 'detail' job they did. No attempt had been made at buffing out several light scratches as I was promised. I have not decided if I will return to that dealership for service or not.

My 2004 F-150 was dying and The service and sales departments worked with me on trading in a 10 year old truck on a new version. I purchased a new 2014 F-150 and I love it. The redesign of the cab is amazingly spacious and they took out the "hump" in the back seat (4 door version). I can have my 6'-6" father-in-law sit in the driver's seat and I (5'-10") can sit behind him with plenty of leg room. My knees don't come close to the back of his seat. My kids love the amount of room and the new look of the 2014 F-150 Supercrew. Thanks to all the people that made this deal possible.

This was my first oil change on my new 2014 Ford F150 so this was my first time to use Crain Ford's Service Department. Soon as I arrived I pulled into a well maintain service area and was greeted by a customer service rep who took my keys and showed me to the customer waiting area. There was plenty of sitting space with comfortable chairs withfree hot coffee, water and popcorn. The items in the vending machine was cheap. I had a cup and by the time I finished they brought me my keys went over what they found and showed me to my truck. They were extremely courteous and quick. They were faster just walking in than my last dealership with an appointment. If this is any indication of what to expect I'm going to be very happy with the Service Department at Crain Ford in Jacksonville AR.

I want to thank Mike for a great job and buying experience. On Sunday morning, I sent an email to check the availability of car and within 30 minutes, Mike called me to let me know the car was available and they would be open the next morning. The next morning, Mike called to let me know that the weather was very bad, but was putting the car on the sold list until I could come down the next morning. Tuesday morning when I showed up, Mike had everything ready and it took maybe 30 minutes for all the paperwork to be complete. Mike took the time to show me everything about the car, program the navigation package, and sync my phone to the system. Everyone I met on the Crain Team were extremely helpful, polite, and willing to make sure my buying experience was much more than being a customer. This was absolutely the BEST buying experience I've ever had!!! The next vehicle I purchase will be from Crain Ford in Jacksonville....never mind the 2 hour drive I will take to get there from Chester, Arkansas. I will definitely be calling Mike for this purchase and will happily work with anyone he suggests. I know they will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and happiness. They do more than just sell the vehicle, they welcome you to their family. The day after I drove home with my new Mustang, Mike called to ensure I had gotten home safely and made sure the car, service, and buying experience was everything I had hoped for....it was and much more!!! I have had issue after issue with this dealership. I just had my brakes done here and I'm already having issues with them again. I called to get a quote on tires and they make you feel stupid if you don't know your cars VIN number (which I would think isn't something people would know off the top of their head). Regardless of their tire price matching, it's honestly worth it to just go elsewhere. That's what I'll be doing from now on! I would NEVER wish the experience I had here upon my worst enemy. Such a waste of money!!

Iv been up there 4 times over lug nuts that They messed you the first set they ovet torked and my husband had to beat them off my car. we went up there n the service guys told us there was no way they could of over torked them. My car, a Honda Civic, broke down next to the Crain Ford dealership in Jacksonville, AR due to an overheat. I normally take it to the nearest Honda dealership, but I did not have that luxury this time. They said that they could fix it, but they would have to order the part. The part was a hose and fittings that they said had a leak that was causing the overheat problem. They fond this by conducting a pressure test. I got my car back and all was normal until two days later when my car showed the same symptoms. I brought it back to them before the next overheat where they told me the problem was now a crack in the engine block due to an overheat. My car was essentially totaled. The engine was worth 3/4 of what the car was worth. The service manager refused to refund my money ($803 - $670 of that was for labor). He told me the general manager would give me a call- I never received one. I would never recommend this dealership based on their shoddy business practices and unwillingness to stand by their work. Its not every day a Honda Civic with 115,000 miles has an engine blow. There's my two cents.

Greg Meek was understanding of my situation and put me in the vehicle of my choice. He did not hassle and was very professional. i brought a 2012 Exp with a promise to repair the wind sheild and its has been about 3 months and during that time they have decided it was a miscommunicaiton betwen the sales manger and saleman. They are not going to replace it. They did put a glob of goop on it and now you get car sick looking at it. I have talked to many different people who push it to someone else. They have no responsiblity to the customer. The second problem is that they can not find the title and have been able to send it to the revenue office. I have now talked to the third person about that without a answer. If you want service or follow through do not go to this dealer.

This dealer internet sales manager made it obvious that women are not welcome at this dealership unless they are willing to pay MSRP for a vehicle. After being repeatedly contacted by Mike Rainey for 3 weeks, I went in, test drove the vehicle, pulled out my checkbook, and said I was ready to buy if they were ready to negotiate. I made an offer, Mike Rainey walked away and never came back. I left a message with the receptionist, sent Mike Rainey an email, but he never contacted me again. Suggest women buyers avoid this dealership.

My wife and I went the dealership to look at the new 2011 Focus. We were not intending to purchase a car at that time. However, to our surprise we liked very much what we were shown and told about the Focus. We thought we were going to have trouble getting good financing, our credit is below average.
