0 stars!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I repeat DO NOT buy from them. Biggest scammers in the Orlando area. Got sold a car with a bad engine. Didn't even have it for 8 months and they are willing to do nothing to help besides buy it back for $400 after buying it for $7,000. What a joke! Please save yourself the time and money by going to a different dealer. Especially if you are dealing with Bartt, he will feed you with a bunch of lies. Anything to get the sale. Just an awful experience and I wish no one to have to go through the same thing.

My mom & I bought a 2008 VW Passat a year & a half ago from Doug at Credit Nation. He was the most honest, upfront car salesman I've ever dealt with. When there was a very minor problem with the car I stopped in unannounced & the mechanic fixed it on the spot - for free! Theses guys are great! I highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came to Credit Nation Auto Sales while helping my cousin find a car and found one that fit at the location. At first they were very willing to work with us to finance the vehicle at our budget, but when we went to go get the vehicle it was almost as if they were trying to not make a sale. My wife who came to help my cousin find a car was completely ignored and brushed aside by one of the employees who chose to serve 2 customers before us despite showing up first. He then claimed he didn’t “see” her, despite her standing in front of his desk. By the time we were served to buy the vehicle prices continuously kept changing and every time we had settled on a price and payment something came up where the manager had to be called to make sure things could be done as already agreed. The employees created an experience so frustrating we left without doing anything. The next day my cousin was called by the manager apologizing for his employees conduct, and offering us the price which had been settled from the beginning. When my cousin went in to buy the car again after taking off work to do so, the manager told her that because she had caused “such a hard time” the price was raised by $50 a month. These people don’t know how to treat customers, and are clearly not in the business of making money let alone providing customer service. Save your time and effort, don’t come here.

Went there to buy a used car. Took car out of the dealer after buying it, not even 20 minutes after, car was overheating and would not turn back on. Called the dealer, they picked up the car and "fixed it". Took car again, same thing happens. Called the dealer and without asking any questions to me, they just told me "it was a different problem". I guess they must be phsycic!! Never again will do business with them. Buyers beware!!
