Terrible staff who doesn't care about buyer's wants. Doesn't care about finding good financing for customer. I was told that it would take a few days to find financing for a used vehicle. Also told that Brady, the manager, would contact me. Never heard from him. I had to call him and he basically ridiculed my credit. He then told me to go with a different car that I found at another dealership. Very obvious that they didn't want to work with me. If they didn't want to, they could have just told me so I wouldn't be wasting my time. Was also called from customer service about my experience, was told I'd get a follow up call, never happened. I looked at a 2014 Cadillac ATS and when I started up the engine, it made a loud noise. Seemed like the car had been parked there for a few weeks. Tom told me it just came in, however when i looked at the carfax report, it had been at the dealership for a over a month. Horrible staff who won't work with your budget, only cares about money. I took my money to a better much dealership.

We brought a used 2012 Ram in August with a warranty (we have bought a few too many lemons) and we're in love with it. Two weeks ago it started to have electrical problems, one of the mufflers fell off, discover rips in the apohlestry, and the door seal was coming off. We took it into a dealership closer to home and we're told only the electrical problem would be covered and we would have to spend over $1000 to fix the muffler alone because it had been modified. We were not happy because we obviously did not modify it and felt like the inspection before we bought the truck should have revealed problems. My husband contacted crest and they repaired the muffler, seal, and apohlestry at no cost to us! We was super impressed and grateful for what they have done. Thank you Crest Cadillac!

I did all my searching for a vehicle on the internet for months and had it narrowed down to three. ***UPDATE***- After posting on social media outlets- Crest contacted us and offered a fair refund for the warranty. They redeemed themselves. SCAMMED. BUYER BEWARE. We purchased a warranty from Crest a couple of years ago. We were promised that our car would be covered for an ADDITIONAL 60,000 miles or 48 months, whichever came first. When we went to use our warranty, we were told it had expired when our car reached 60,000 miles. So we paid $1,900 for warranty that lasted us approximately 10,000 miles. We are smart shoppers and asked all the right questions. We were promised our car would be covered for an additional 60,000 miles (not up to 60,000 miles). We contacted Crest sales department and their General Manager. After being strung along for SEVERAL MONTHS, their "resolution" was to SELL US ANOTHER WARRANTY. They acknowledged the error and blamed it on the warranty company, but offered no real resolution. We are extremely dissatisfied with this gross misrepresentation and extremely poor customer service.We gave them several opportunities and months to make this right and they failed to do so.

Congratulation to David and Brandon at Crest Cadillac. Together they made my wife's and I recent car purchase a complete pleasure. We live two and a half hours away, so it was a risk to buy from a dealership so far away, but it was worth the trip. The pre-owned car was better than advertised and priced well below fair market value. We spent less time buying this car than my last cell phone. In less than an hour Brandon had completed the transaction and were on our way home. I have been so impressed with Crest Cadillac. I purchased a Cadillac many years ago from another dealership and didn't get the service I needed so I took my car to Crest and they have been my favorite dealership since. They went out of their way to get my car fixed and did it for a reasonable price. They are always courteous, when I came in with my grandkids and my husband who had just had back surgery they were so accommodating they helped me get the kids in the waiting room and also brought the car in the garage and helped me load everyone back in when the service was finished. Another time I went in alone and they needed to keep the car they gave me a courtesy car and even put the car seat for my granddaughter in it for me, and again helped in every way possible. This passed January we purchased a used car from their dealership they are so friendly and were so easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to everyone, in fact I do.

As I walked toward the front door my dealer opened it, welcomed me, and just like that he had the used car I was interested in ready to go. So we took a ride. We learned a lot about one another, shared stories, and encouraged one another. After the ride we sat in his office space and he asked me to write down the number I was thinking to walk away with the car. I wrote it down, he gave it to his boss, he came back, and it was a done deal. They switched the license plates off my trade in, I wrote the check, after a latte in the gorgeous lobby area, and drove home like a rich man. I so enjoyed my experience and would recommend Crest Cadillac and David Ulwelling to do business with above all other car dealerships I have ever experienced.

The service department at Crest Cadillac (CC) is the BEST experience I have ever had! My service adviser (SA) Aaron Carpenter is the reason I have CC service my vehicle. When I call and speak with my SA regarding the issue I have, he is prompt to get my vehicle into the shop to get the issues taken care of. They are always willing to work around my schedule with dropping and picking up my vehicle, which is huge for me. Having a service team that is so willing to help and is generally concerned it's something money can't buy. It may be my Cadi but I know my vehicle is CC's Baby. Keep up the great work Crest Cadillac!

Purchased new Cadillac CTS V-Sport $73,000 sticker from Crest, had Juan the sales manager ship the car to Mn, Juan picked the carrier, was assured that their insurance or trucking co insurance would cover any damage, car went through hail prior to delivery, neither of the insurance paid, my insurance had to brought in, I paid my deductible and now will be paying higher premiums do to their failure, buying from Crest was a poor decision.

I started out the process online, looking for a used Cadillac for my senior citizen parents. After filling out a request online at a night, Joe Kopietz called me the very next day with a few options. Unfortunately the cars that were in stock were not the right fit for my parents. Joe told me he would keep his eyes open and let me know when something came up. Not even 2 days went by and Joe called me with a 2013 Cadillac XTS that was being taken in that day. They did not even have possession of the vehicle yet, but he sure had all the info to catch my attention. I showed up that evening with my parents, took it for a ride and purchased the car. Joe was great to work with, he was patient with my parents, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and there was no pressure to buy. Joe went out of his way to make it a great experience. I would also like to mention Brandon, the finance manager. He was also very patient with my parents, and did not put any pressure on my parents to buy an extended warranty. I would highly recommend Crest Cadillac.

I stopped in to look at a 2007 Cadillac Escalade they had in stock. A salesman walked up to me while I was looking at the vehicle and asked me if I needed help. Great start!! I don't like overly aggressive sales people but I still love to feel like my business is important. Well we went inside to start the deal but was shocked when he just looked up my VIN#, valued my trade in, punched in the vehicle sales price minus my trade in and gave me a paper receipt from his calculator and told me that's it! So I asked how he figured my vehicle price and that its worth more than what he offered and we can wheel and deal but he told me "WHY WOULD I?" The truck I'm looking at is in high demand and my truck is basically worthless. I've purchased many vehicles in my life but NEVER have I been disrespected in this fashion. The guy wouldn't negotiate to save his life, the manager never came to speak to me, not one person looked at my truck AND HE DID NOT OFFER ME A TEST DRIVE. (by the way we were only $1900 away from a deal and I was willing to take the deal as is if he would have at least tried) So I drove to Chicago, bought the same Escalade with fewer miles and CHEAPER! I guess I should thank Tom Piontkowski for letting me walk away.

Mr. David Ulwelling made my long distance purchase pleasant and easy. Through several emails and phone conversations, I realized that David was very knowledgeable about his product and was not one of those pressure type car salesmen. I was very satisfied with the entire staff at Crest. It was nice doing business with a professionally staffed dealership. He did and I was very happy because I actually live in the Chicago suburbs and this price was nowhere to be had. I made an inquiry on the website about a car. I have received emails every day, sometimes three in a day. I have requested that they stop harassing me with emails, suggesting that they are too aggressive, and I have chosen another car. The emails have not stopped, but rather they continued. I even told them to please stop emailing me or I would be forced to share my experience. Within two hours I had an email saying they did not want me "distressed by the emails" the only distressing thing is their hounding, desperate, condescending behavior. Posting this is the only way I can think of that might stop the email harassment. I have purchased a car yesterday from another area dealer, in part because they left it to me to contact them when I wanted to make the purchase and not be harassed and hounded.

The first generation of our family began purchasing vehicles from Crest in the early 70's. The second generation began with a 2010 SRX, and recently upgraded to a 2013 SRX. Wow... what a crossover. I liked the 2010, but the 2013 is fabulous. The third generation also selected a SRX, for their young and growing family. The reasons for our loyalty are very apparent. GM Brady Brown has assembled a great team. Brady is also accessible, and was on the sales floor with his team on a recent Saturday, when I visited. Sales Manager Juan Sandoval is very knowledgeable, professional and always a pleasure to work with. The service department is Awesome. When I need service, I email Dan directly, and he personally answers even on weekends. I believe he has ironclad integrity and I know he has infinite patience. When Dan hands me my key fob, I know the car is "Dan Deutschendorf Certified". The Crest team makes buying a vehicle, stress free and totally enjoyable. If it's a Cadillac, it comes from Crest. Brady, Juan and Dan are going to have to wait a while for the 4th generation, but I hear it's going to be a boy. Thank You Crest

I had visited other Cadillac dealerships in my area, but couldn't find what I wanted. I found the car I wanted ('11 Cts Coupe w 30K) at Crest Cadillac at a decent price online, called the dealership, negotiated a little, and 24 hours later Tom Piontkowski picked me up from the airport (I'm from Chicago and took the train to the dealership) on his day off. We went straight to the dealership and took the car out for a spin. Everything was as advertised. I am so grateful that Tom was the man who sold me the car. He explained all of the car's features and even paired my phone to the bluetooth. Chad made the financing portion of my visit a breeze as well. He even threw in the complimentary wheels and tires package! Today I e-mailed Tom to see if the Ipod connector came with the car, and within minutes he e-mailed back stating that it was being sent to me in the mail. This type of customer service is exceptional!

Recently bought a 2007 Black Yukon Denali from David Ulwelling and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I'd been searching online for Denalis for weeks, and when I saw this one come up with low miles in excellent condition I knew I had to jump on it right away. I called and spoke with David who was extraordinarily knowledgable and helpful and he made me feel comfortable enough to immediately put down a deposit. I came in and test drove it and instantly knew it was the car for me. Beautiful truck in excellent condition for an '07, incredible value. Everybody thinks its new or only a year or 2 old at most! They're stunned when I say it's an '07. I live in Chicago and had driven my car in that day alone so I was a little confused how I would pick it up. Recently I was at Crest Cadillac to have a part replaced on my SRX. Over the phone I was told that it would take about an hour to have done so I said no problem I will have my wife come and pick me up and we can do some shopping by the dealership. First off every time I call and talk to Dave Ulwelling who sold me the car he is always happy and willing to help me out. Whenever I want a car wash he says come on in and we will take care of it and whenever I need service he always gets me in for the time I want. Back to my service experience, when I pulled up a gentleman greeted me at my car and verified what needed to be done and said it was going to take about 30 minutes to an hour. No joke, they took my car keys, I signed the paperwork, talked to Dan Deushendorf (sorry for the spelling) for about 5-10 minutes asking him about Crest Cadillac and then they told me my car was done, I couldnt believe how quick it was. Usually I dread going to dealerships but this one is different, I actually get excited because I know I am going to get the best service and the people that work there make you feel appreciated.

I had the opportunity to speak to a few people at this dealership and my experience was horrible, to say the least. I was working with Nan who was very professional and was helping me figure out how to get a used yukon denali that they had for sale and unfortunately, she had a day off the day after our initial phone conversation and so I decided to call in and find out whether she had been able to talk to Juan- the sales manager about my interest in the car and see what the best deal would be for me. Unbeknownst to me, while Juan and I were negotiating the price of my trade-in and the price of the yukon, he was already in the process of selling the car to someone else. Not only did I call him NUMEROUS times to no avail and did not receive a call back! Juan was not the only person I spoke to that day however, I also had "the priviledge" of talking to Chad- finance who was advising me on how to fill in the form. I asked to talk to him because I needed advice on what loan amount to put on the finance form since I had not heard back from Juan and had no idea what the loan amount would be. He informed me that I should just go ahead and apply and put "0" in the amount column. I have never heard of that before. So, I called Juan again and again so that I would have a better idea how much I should put on the loan amount. Mind you, I am all the way in MI which is almost 6 hours away but I was willing to drive to WI and get the car. Chad, who is in finance MUST have known that the car had been sold while wasting my time and basically just making me make a fool of myself by calling their dealership countless times! If Juan is the sales manager and behaves like this, can you imagine what kind of example he is showing? It does not matter that you guys were getting a better deal because it looks like that is what it boiled down to. You should still have the courtesy to call a customer and tell them that the car they were interested in has been sold. None of that happened. The next day when Nan came in and we were finalizing the paperwork and she had all my info, she was waiting to go and talk to chad only to find out that the car keys were gone and "it seemed" the car had been sold the day prior!!!! The car was in IL!!!!! Chad and Juan did not bother to tell Nan that this car was gone!!!!! They ultimately made her look like a fool too- no communication to let her know the car had been sold. If your experience with this dealership has been great, good for you. If you are able to avoid Juan and Chad in the process of getting your car from them, then I think you may be better off. They WILL NEVER return your calls!!! Nan is a great sales person who is the kind of person missing in this dog eat dog industry. She was a pleasure and I hope more people get the chance to work with her. She will call you back when she says she will and seems like a very honest person. We need mre Nans at this dealership! thank you for trying to help me but the 2 guys make your company look really bad.

They are highly professional and courteous. The service is excellent; they get it done right the first time. The repairs are done promptly and their hours make it easy to drop off and pick up our vehicle. The last several times there, we have been taken care of by service writer Dan Deutschendorf.. I've purchased quite a few used cars over the years. Most times i know exactly what I'm looking for, and once I find a particular car I want I have to bite the bullet and deal with whoever the dealer is and hope they are not terrible. The folks at Crest, in stark contrast, were not only pleasant, but downright helpful. On top of that they gave me what I felt was a great deal (and I do a lot of research) without wasting my time with a lot of back and forth negotiations. Ross Thim and David Ulwelling are the best dealer/manager tandem I've ever dealt with. After I first contacted them about a used Cadillac that ended up not being what I was looking for, they took the time to understand what I wanted and offered other options (without "pushing" them). They kept me in mind when another vehicle that met my requirements became available a few weeks later and called me up to have a look. Not only that but said upfront over the phone what kind of deal they would provide (none of this come on in an we'll talk about it stuff). Also while waiting during the close if my transaction, I witnessed David dealing with other customers and he was just as genuine and helpful with them.

The Service Dept., is top notch. Their service writers are knowledgeable and friendly I've had great experiences with all of them especially Dan, and Jim even their service manager (Greg) is willing to help customers unlike many Service managers at other dealers I have visited in the distant past. Their technicians seem like they all have been there forever (15-20+ years) and know their product well. I have personally seen numerous other Cadillac dealer cars there getting fixed as I assume that the other local Cadillac/GMC/Buick/Chevy dealers don't know how to fix the rather unique Cadillacs as unlike Crest, it is not their main focus. And that is really all I personally needed to know/see. Their Sales Dept. is as good as their Service, Lonnie, Dave, and Nan, are all proffesional and know their stuff and they don't play games. The new and used car managers, Juan and Ross, respectively, were a pleasure to deal with, I know, I was shocked also, first time for everything I guess. The GM is even a cool guy. The Parts Dept. has helped me out numerous times on numerous different vehicles and I have to thank them especially Ken and Chris, they also have been there forever. I'll see you guys soon as I seem to keep breaking stuff. The Body Shop has also fixed many of my and my family and friends vehicles when some idiot crashes into us, that's my story and I'm sticking to it, but seriously they have gone above and beyond numerous times even how they have argued with the insurance companies to fix it the RIGHT way. Also, they have a guy that is a Wizard I swear, with that paintless Dent removeal when it is just a door ding or hail type damage, seriously he's good. I apologize for the long review, I guess I didn't realize I had that much to say, bottom line: If you are in the market for a Cadillac check out the Cadillac dealer that only sells Cadillacs and if you already own one, take it where they actually know how to fix them!!!

What a welcome surprise it was to sit and talk with someone that treated me with respect and made me feel like they wanted to earn my business. Well they did indeed! They have a customer for life. I've worked with their service dept on my old Cadillac and it was always an easy process. One service call I happen to ask Nan (sales person) a question on the setup for the radio in my old Cadillac and she spent 30 minutes explaining everything the 'other' dealership did not. Taken a couple Cadillacs I've owned over the past few years here for service. The service manager Dan Duetchendorf has been great to work with. He has been very honest about which repairs I can let go and what needs to be addressed right away. Crest has even done a free repair on a part that was slightly out of warranty. They have always correctly diagnosed my problems and their mechanics appear to be very knowledgeable. Their goal is definitely to build a strong long term relationship with customers vs making a quick buck on one repair. One time I left my car their overnight for a repair, and when I came back to pick up my car it was not only repaired but the entire interior was vacuumed, cleaned, and the exterior washed. Very pleased and would highly recommend for any Cadillac service.

I recently bought a Cadillac from a friend at my office, and my local mechanic wasn't able to fix the problem that I had becuase it involved the internal computer system that Cadillac uses. I didn't know where to take it besides a dealership, so I went to Crest Cadillac in Brookfield. When I got there I was greeted by multiple people, but the person who helped me with my issue was Greg Fischer. Greg's upbeat personality turned my awful Tuesday morning into a managable one. He was very conversational, explained what was going to need to be done to the car, gave me prices and lead time information without me even having to ask. His personality made me feel as if I knew him for years, and he was giving me the "family treatment". At this point in my life price has become a secondary issue, the great customer service that I received from Crest Cadillac wil make me a repeat customer. Their prices are fair, and even if they cost a few more dollars than the "local guy", their customer service, quick turnaround times, and being Cadillac certified makes me feel comfortable taking my car to them, and more importantly referring them to others. I hope I don't have to see them for awhile (because that would mean that I have something that I have to fix in my car), but I know that when I do I will be well taken care of.

At this time I had no intentions of getting rid of my beloved 2002 Eldorado, but I thought I'd see what was out there. Nan Stolts approached me, we chatted for awhile and much to my surprise she showed me a 2-door Coupe CTS. I was unaware of a Cadillac in this style was available. She was very pleasant, and very knowledgeable. But best of all she was NOT PUSHY. I didn't really like the color of the car so she showed me one I liked which also had all the "bells & whistles" in it. We went for a test ride and I was hooked...except now for my trade in value. Nan worked with me on the trade in and we made a deal. I was also impressed that she took the time to sit in the car with me and explain every detail on how things worked, I really appreciated this. I have been with Crest Cadillac now for over 10 years, this is my 3rd car I have bought from them and I have nothing to say but wonderful things about the whole dealership. Crest Cadillac is hands-down the best in customer service in the Milwaukee area. Dealerships generally do not have a good reputation for service repairs, and usually for good reason. Crest Cadillac is the exception. I regularly take my 2 vehicles in for service at Crest and not once have I been disappointed. I have purchased many vehicles and my experience with purchasing from Crest Cadillac rates towards the top. I had been looking for a 2011 CTS and my initial reason for calling them was the competitive price on the car. However it was my experience in dealing with David over the phone that sealed the deal. I traveled 4 hours and the car was as I had envisioned. I also traded my vehicle. There was no haggling over the deal. I recommend this dealership and will be driving 4 hours in the future to deal with them on my next vehicle!

I called and talked to Nan about flying out and seeing the car. She made it very easy and I had them repair a few little scratches in the paint. They gave me a loaner car to visit Milwaukee with while I waited for the repairs to be done. I am very picky and the job they did was exceptional. My vehicle was in for a minor repair, which was done promptly and correctly, although the repair person left dirty slush on my floormats! Since I was in the market to purchase my next vehicle, I visited sales while I was waiting. I knew I was ONLY going to buy a 2011 DTS with a bench seat and made that clear to the sales person. It had to be new or under 5000 miles. He tried to sell me a different type of vehicle and showed me two 2011 DTS's that he had with NO bench seat, high miles and beat up bodies. As an owner of an 8 yr. old caddy with not even a door ding, this was totally unacceptable! Instead of offering to locate vehicle for me, I was told I would NEVER find what I was looking for, they are not out there etc. Four days later, I bought the EXACT car I wanted, flew to Kansas City picked it up and drove it home. If only this dealership would have put the least amount of effort into this sale of a $57,000 car, they could have had a present and future customer.

I spent a good while looking for a low mileage late model CTS. I had a difficult time finding a car in my price range near my home. I started to look online and came across Crest Cadillac. I had my best-ever car buying experience at Crest Cadillac. I purchased a used Mitsubishi - not a new Cadillac - but I felt like I got the full "Cadillac" experience. David was exceptionally responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with. I never felt any pressure from him or from the other employees with whom I dealt. On top of that, I got a very good price on my car, and David made sure it was fully cleaned and prepped when I came to pick it up. He even gave me a full tank of gas before I drove off.

This is the second vehicle I have gotten from Nan. The first was a purchase in 2004 and this time it was a lease. She is very easy to work with and makes you feel comfortable working with her. Buying a luxury car is usually a better experience than buying, lets say, a Chevy. But buying one from Tom at Crest was a real pleasure. They go out of their way to provide the most attentive and friendly service you could possible expect. I am very inpatient, and it seemed Tom somehow could sense that. He had me signed on the dotted line with the best deal around. In less than 30 minutes I was on my way home, very satisfied. I picked the car up the next day and that only took about 30 minutes also. I am truly amazed by the service they provide.

This is our second purchase in less than a year from Tom K. at Crest Cadillac. First purchase ended in a lease for a new Cadillac Escalade and this purchase resulted in a beautiful ultra low mileage like new Cadillac CTS used for commuting and replacing an old (but beautiful BMW 7 series). Tom K. has an excellent sales style, very approachable, friendly and service oriented. Very good at helping us pick what we like then facilitate the transaction. Low key, no pressure and they don't forget you after the sale! I would recommend stopping by Crest if you are interested in either a new Caddy or a clean / late model nice vehicle - several varieties.

I bought a 2011 CTS from Derald. He was very low pressure unlike the other Cadillac Dealers in town. One of the other dealers tried to put me in a RWD CTS without me knowing.
