The service was awesome. I have been buying cars for a while and this was one of the best experience ever! They were straight forward and play no games. The salesperson, Joe Jacobs, was great an very patient with my kids. The whole process didn't take long at all!! Our finance person explained everything fully any time and loved the signature table. Very well done, I will definitely recommend them to others.

I was interested in buying a car from this dealership. When I met with the sales team to test drive and talk financing, I did not have a check in my hand, because I wanted to make sure I liked the car first. I was told I could come back the next evening (literally as soon as I got off work and could make it up there), sign the paperwork, and take my new car home. They said they would take the vehicle off the lot since I had started the buying process. Next day, I show up, only to find out they sold the car out from under me hours before I got off work. No phone call, no warning, nothing. Not to mention, this is my first experience buying a new car. Please look somewhere else for your vehicles.

I had a tire pressure monitor go bad and I made an appointment on line for 7am the following day. When I arrived at the dealership shortly before 7am I was advised by the service advisor that the technicians did not start work until 8 am ! The service advisor then noticed a large screw in my left front tire. He said that the tire was non repairable due to the location of the puncture and that the tire would have to be replaced. My extended warranty covered the tire and the service writer took care of filing the claim for me. He called around and found a matching tire in Frederick and the tire was replaced the same day. The tire pressure monitor for my right rear tire had to be ordered and did not arrive until the next day. I was satisfied with everything except for being allowed to make an appointment when the shop was essentially closed. This meant that I arrived pretty much without an appointment.

Found a 2017 Dodge journey , a secondary . From the start to the driving the journey home, I have to admit my time was well spent .Our sales rep. Stacy Miller was so great . Everything was handled quickly , Informatively , no pressure . But what made mine and my Wife's whole Experience a real treasure was how we were treated . We were treated like we were family . Very much impressed with start to finish no hassle , no pressure When ready for another vehicle , I'll be calling. Thank you all .

Dealing with dealerships is something that most car owners try to avoid (myself included). The great exception would be Criswell. They have always been transparent with costs and repairs, and I've never had the sense of being upsold on repairs.
