Went in with little hopes to be able to finance a Kia Optima after my car was recently totaled out from a wreck. Mark Grome was outstanding. I told him what I wanted to pay, and he worked it out. I WAS interested in a Hyundai Veracruz and got in contact with a salesperson through email and in text. After a few conversations I finally found the time to make a 45 min drive there to test drive the vehicle I made sure it was still available. It was and they had it pulled up front. I had my husband, 1 year old daughter and stepson with me when we were walking through the dealership 15 mins passed and NO one greeted us or said hello. I saw about three salesmen when I went inside to ask to test drive the vehicle. But since I was African-American I was ignored and lied to about the vehicle already being sold right before I got there. Little did they know I wanted to pay the vehicle in cash that day. After they said the vehicle was sold I wasn't even offered to look at anything similar they had in the lot. I do NOT recommend thier discriminatory services to anyone.

Rob took the time to show me everything about my new car and even called me later in the evening to make sure that I was doing great with all the features that came with my SUV. He also let me know that he was just a phone call away for any questions that might occur as I learn the ins and out of my new SUV (yes, he even gave me his cell phone number).

I went to my local dealer in Kentucky to test drive the car I thought I wanted. Loved the car but disliked the way we were treated. Looked on line and found the same car at Cronin. I requested information and Rob Ernst responded to my request. We drove up to Harrison, Ohio the next day. Test drove the car and loved it! The experience was wonderful. Rob taught me so many details about my Mustang before I left that would have taken me months to figure out. He was very informative, upfront and it felt like it should feel buying your dream car. The financial gentlemen we dealt with was honest and upfront as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We live in Dayton and my wife and I were discussing buying a used Jeep Wrangler while driving home from Florida. While on the road, we used CAR GURUS and found a great deal on a Jeep at Cronin. (we had also purchased a used car from them a month prior). We called the dealer and worked with Rob Ernst. He answered our questions on the spot, sent us video and more pictures of the Wrangler, we discussed pricing, and carefax. His service and honesty were so good, that by the time we hit Ohio (remember, we were driving home to Ohio from Florida) we decided we couldn't get a better deal anywhere else. We stopped at Cronin Ford and Rob was waiting for us. After helping us with a thorough inspection of the wrangler, he also showed us a couple of other vehicles for a truthful comparison--he even knocked a little bit off on the already good deal. Needless to say, I drove the jeep home that night. The follow-up from Cronin (Rob Ernst) was excellent. Rob called me a week later to make sure everything was fine with the vehicle. Great customer service and we will look to Cronin Ford for our next vehicle.

I found a car I was interested at online (Crowin's prices for a Fusion were significantly better than the King's price) and went this morning to test drive. Joe Henegar greeted me in the lot. From the beginning it was a great experience. Joe encouraged me to drive as many cars as I wanted to find the right one. Once I picked the one, the financing process was quick and simple. The service at Cronin ford Kia is absolutely amazing, a young man named Mac has helped me the last three times I have been in there. The first two I was honestly just looking for information, so I could attempt to fix it myself. I was just hoping for a couple of answers but he went above and beyond, he said it'll be easier if I just show you, and he walked me out to my car and showed me exactly what I needed to do. His quote was "do what you can when you can in this economy, but make me a deal, when you run into a problem that you cannot fix yourself give me a ring and I promise I'll get you squared away and never charge you an arm and a leg". That meant a whole lot to me, and low and behold a couple months later old faithful broke down on me and I was in over my head. I got it towed in he was in constant communication over the next two days and the estimate was to the penny what he said it would be. Absolutely amazing and couldn't have asked for any better of an individual or service

I've purchased two cars from Cronin Ford. A Fusion in 2014 and an Explorer in 2014 (and no I don't work there or have a friend or family that does either). They have a great selection of vehicles, are happy to hand over the keys and let you test drive and I've always found them to be several thousand dollars cheaper than the competition. No pressure to purchase an extended warranty and competitive finance rates. I really like the free oil changes, I now have 50k miles on the Fusion and continue to save money with a free oil change every 5k miles. Nice modern facility, friendly sales team.

I had been searching for a F-150 for quite some time. Rob helped me find the vehicle that was perfect for me. Even when dealing with me from across the country (Military Servicemember), Rob took time out of his day to supply me with more than sufficient information about a variety of vehicles. After coordinating a time to meet during the holiday season, things seemed to be going perfectly! Upon arriving to the dealership I was very impressed as the vehicle was waiting and ready for me to take it on a test drive. Unlike other dealerships I had dealt with, this process was quite simple and we were on the road within a matter of minutes. I was quite impressed that Mr. Ernst took the time to walk me through every gauge, switch, and option that was on the vehicle. I had tried other dealerships where the service left much to be desired, and I was able to find more information on the Ford website. None of my questions were ever answered at other dealerships, instead they would just reference a website page (Not helpful since I'd already read the page and wanted supplemental information). Rob was phenomenal and was able to answer every question I had and more! I will be returning to Cronin Ford in the future for my vehicle needs. No matter where I may be displaced with the military, I want to ensure that my business remains with this organization and stays in the great state of Ohio. Rob Ernst recently helped us when we purchased our 2016 Ford Explorer. We also worked with Rich Underwood. Rob and Rich were both wonderful! They made the buying process easy and hassle free. They answered all of our questions and did not pressure us at all. Even though the dealership had closed after we filled out all the paperwork, Rob stayed with us for probably another hour going over the features of the vehicle and explaining how they worked. We have been searching for a used Toyota Sienna for weeks. We found it on New Year's Eve at 6:30 pm. We drove 40 minutes and met Tony and he had the van warmed up and ready for us to drive. It has been a while since I had last been to a dealership to purchase a vehicle and my memories of the past wasn't all that pleasant...not terrible experiences but more like something that had to be endured. Have to say my experience with Cronin was very comfortable (stress free) and every one was very professional, doing their job well. Rob Ernst made sure I understood everything about the vehicle and the purchase. A few days after taking the van home I had a question, Rob responded very quickly. Also hooked me up with someone to help with the van build out.Overall, very happy with the experience. When I need another vehicle, I will definitely come back and would recommend Cronin to others.

Scheduled a test drive with Bill Brown and arrived early. Bill was still with another customer, so he asked Tony Henegar to take care of us so that we wouldn't be waiting too long. Tony was awesome! While we had come in to buy a used Fusion, during the paperwork he commented that he thought we could get a new one for almost the same price with all the rebates and my A-Plan discount. Tony found us enough rebates to bring the prices down to until they were almost the same. We walked in to buy a used car and thanks to Tony's hard work we were able to walk out with a new car without breaking our original budget! I won't be buying anything else without giving Tony a visit first!

My Wife and I visited Cronin a few weeks ago to look at a new Fusion. We were met by Tony Heneger. Tony was very professional with us and did not use any pressure sales tactics. Tony stated he was fairly new to the job and when was asked a technical question he stated he did not know but would find out for us. In fact he did find all the answers to our questions and we felt very comfortable with him. We decided to purchase the vehicle the next day but Tony was not working. Tony passed all the information along to Joe Heneger, and we had the same treatment from Joe. Very professional and easy going. We would defiantly recommend Cronin Ford.

The car was filthy inside and tires bald. Non of this was disclosed on the phone. We drove 2 hours and wasted our time. The cars inside headboard was falling down or off, the car was muddy and had trash in the back seats. Empty juice drinks. grass clippings and mud on the seats.. You can not expect to sell a car that is filthy and has bald tires. Finance Mgr. was rude and not even offered to see any other vehicle after driving 2 hours. Will never ever recommend this dealer to anyone!

I talked to Jude Drechsler online and through texting when I arrived I was dealing with another man whom I agreed to buy the escape. I was told I had to deal with Jude since I talked to him first online. I was not happy. Jude was very forgetful and messed up entering information in the computer and was just a bit weird. but anyways I bought a 2008 ford escape from this dealer on 6-13-15 internet sales price was $9,407. nothing that I agreed upon was correct in the end when I got home and looked over every detail. While at Cronin Ford Zach Young and Jude (whom was a NEW sales guy Horrible) presented to me the sales price of $9,407 for 36 months with monthly payments of $280. They didn't tell me a APR so I asked what it was it took 20 minutes for Zach to come back to tell me he THINKS it is .25 %. Remind you this was with $5,000 dollars down payment. Tony Schirmer the guy I signed all the paper work with before walking out the door didn't explain my payments or anything I had to ask when my first payment would be due. After getting home and looking over every thing closely I seen they charged me $10,997 for the price of the vehicle before any fees or taxes were added. After my $5,000 down payment I Financed $7,067.79 which is actually much more than it should of been because of them adding $1,600 to the price of the vehicle so I paid more in taxes ect. My payments ended up being $259.08 for 36 months with a .19% APR. Nothing adds up from what the sales people told me to what I actually ended up with. I am satisfied with my vehicle but I am not satisfied with Cronin Ford and I would not recommend them. I also contacted Jude the day after my purchase on the pricing not being what we discussed and he told me he wouldn't be back in the office for three days he would have a manager contact me when he got back. That same day I E mailed a manager myself and he responded the next day he would look into it and I never heard back from him nor Jude. The manger said in the E mail that it might of been a extra fee that the Finance company charged for excepting me because of my credit score. I'm not stupid that would of been added and explained and it's not this is the Price of the Vehicle before any fees or taxes are added. also obviously the APR is what the finance company is charging for giving me the loan hence the lower your credit score the higher your APR will be. Because the Dealer charged me $1,600 more on the vehicle I paid more on taxes, I had to finance more than I should've had to which made my payments more than they should've been which in the end thanks to them I will end up paying over $2,000 more than I would of if they didn't pull a move on me. Not great service.DO NOT LEAVE CRONIN FORD WITH OUT READING OVER EVERY THING WITH YOUR PAYMENTS, THE APR, THE TOTAL AMOUNT CRONIN FORD IS CHARGING YOU FOR THE VEHICLE BEFORE ANY OTHER FEES AND EXTRAS ARE ADDED VERY IMPORTANT. IF THEY DID THIS TO ME THEY ARE DOING IT TO OTHERS SO PAY ATTENTION..........

When I arrived from Warsaw, IN for the appointment with Joe, he already had the car parked in front of the dealership so we could look at it right away and test drive it. I really appreciated the fact that Joe knew our time was valuable and worked to make the whole process smooth. The finance manager, Jeremy Greer worked to get me the best interest rate and the financing went smoothly and quickly. The sales manager, Justin Love worked to give me a great price on my car. I started out by submitting my information online through autotrader and Ashley Lorenz contacted me right away. I was interested in a new truck, but kept getting turned down by banks. Ashley was very informative, patient, and always reaching out to follow up with me. I've inquired on vehicles at several other dealerships and no one was a thorough as Ashley! I kept telling her I was skeptical because of the financing and she finally convinced me to just submit an online app because they work with lots of lenders. I finally did and I was approved right away! It was hard for me to find time away from work to come into the dealership, but I finally came in on Saturday and boy was I impressed... After being pretty much screwed into a car at a competitor, I wanted to drop it like the plague. I heard nothing but excellent things from Cronin Ford. I contacted Todd Wilson (Ford Sales Manager), and was treated professionally, and very honestly. Totally a night and day difference. I test drove a Ford Focus, and was blown away. The next day sent him my loan information, and he took care of all the paperwork with the previous lender and got it all squared away with my new lender. I literally came in, signed papers, moved stuff from my old car, to the new one, and was out the door in 20 minutes. Julie Young (one of the sales associates); was very calm, and very professional. She took care of the finalization of the sale, and showed me the transition to a Ford. Inside and out. The entire staff was very friendly, and very professional. Will definitely do business again in the future, and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Ford or Kia.

Richard Underwood had sold us our previous vehicle, a 2014 Kia Forte and when we unexpectedly had to buy another vehicle, we called him at Cronin immediately and didn't bother with anyone else. Richard dealt with us in a very matter-of-fact and relaxed manner, at no time did we feel any pressure from him to purchase one vehicle over another, a Kia over a Ford or vice versa. He didn't try to push us into a higher price point, he was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles we asked about. Once we'd decided on the 2014 Ford Focus, he also helped us through the financing process, found us a great rate, and we were out the door with the vehicle in record time. It was exactly the same convenient and pleasant experience we expected based on our Kia purchase the year before. I would highly recommend Cronin Ford Kia to anyone looking for an honest dealership that will really listen to the customer. We plan to buy another vehicle within the next three years and we will be returning.

The atmosphere was comfortable from the moment we drove onto the lot. No pressure, just information. I gave my experience a 5/5 and that was all thanks to Rob Ernst! I had been pricing the Ford F150's for a few months and I happened to notice one that met everything I was looking for, AND it was cheaper than all of the other ones on Auto Trader. I called Cronin and spoke with Rob for the first time. He answered with a friendly tone and answered all of my questions I had. I then told him that I would be up later that day to look at it, he told me he would make sure the truck was ready for me to test drive since it was buried within their slew of vehicles. When I arrived, sure enough, Rob was waiting with a smile and had the truck all ready for me to test drive! I fell in love with the truck right away. Buying a car can definitely be a stressful experience, but with Robs stand-backish attitude, the process wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. Rob was not the stereotypical "high pressure car salesman", which made the experience all that much better. While the truck was getting prepped for me to take it home, Rob did not just drop me to go to another customer, he sat with me and kept my wife and I entertained. Rob even spent a lot of time with me making sure I knew everything there was to know about the truck after it was ready!Bottom line: if you want a quality salesman who doesn't use high pressure sales as a tactic, who is genuinely passionate about your needs, and will do everything he can to take care of you, then you HAVE to see Rob Ernst. I don't recommend people very often, but Rob definitely deserves to be recognized for his outstanding work and providing a wonderful experience for my wife and I!Thanks again, Rob (if you read this)!

I called service dept. to set up a time to bring my escape in for noise in front end . I told person I spoke to that car was still under extended warranty period and would like to know when I could bring it in and that I would need a loaner car for my wife to use for her commute to work. he proceeded to tell me that he was booked for 2 weeks on loaner cars. so I proceeded to ask him if I could schedule a time for 2 weeks in advance. he then said "you will have to call on that day and we will see if a loaner car is available" made no sense to me .so much for CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was surprised that the great price was coupled with a great buying experience with sales associate Rob Ernst. Our experience with Rob was honest, simple, and his sense of humor helped (who really LIKES to go through the car buying experience?). During our visit, we met the general manager Eric. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership as well. From then on my experience only became more unforgetable. Todd Wilson -- the salesman I worked with -- did an exceptional job of communicating and being freindly. He was interested in everything I had to say and was very real or "down to Earth" as some may say. It is because of Todd Wilson that I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. He was the cherry on top for my experience and quite frankly I don't think I'll ever experience serivice like it again. It was surely one of a kind. I came to Cronin not sure if I was going to buy for sure. I was approached by Mr. Monroe. He was very professional yet very personable.He took the time to talk to me about me and my needs and then proceeded to talk about the Kia line of cars.After we talked he asked if I would like to test drive one of the Kia Rio's. I told him I would. After the test drive we then talked trade in allowance and what kind of payment I was trying ti achieve. Again Mr. Monroe was very Professional yet personable. He understands a persons needsand cares enough to work with you. He was genuinely honest in his approach and dealings with me. As I said, we talked price/payment, andhe took care of this for me with no haggles. I was very impressed with Michael and the staff I have meet so far. Overall our experience was decent. We came in on a Black Friday and they were somewhat busy, but we knew what we wanted and knew that it shouldn't take long to get our new vehicle. We were wrong we had to wait 3 hours to get all the paper work and keys to our new Ford Explorer. We were told multiple times it wouldn't be much longer. (They would say 5 more minutes, and then walk away and come back 30 mins. later to tell us 5 more minutes. It was very frustrating to have to wait so long especially when there was no negotiations process since we paid the internet price they were asking. We have excellent credit and there were no problems with financing. We felt the professionalism of the dealership lacked when compared to other Ford dealerships we have work with in the past. They were not very apologetic about how long it took and offered no real solutions--which was disappointing. Julie was nice and there was no pressure to buy but then again she didn't have to do much since we knew exactly what we wanted. If you like SLOW service then this is your dealership.

I had Purchased a F-150 in March and was Very happy with it. Six months later I was involved in a collision that resulted in a total loss. As you might guess this situation erased all the fun associated with purchasing a new vehicle. I wanted to get back to normal as quickly as possible. Tony and Cronin Ford did that for me. In 2 phone calls and a 2 hour visit over a 24 hour period I left with a replacement F-250.Tony and the team at Cronin dealt with me exactly as I wanted to be dealt with. Purchasing a new vehicle every two years is the norm for me as a customer. On a whim stopped by the dealership to "browse" at the new 2014 models to see if I could part with my 2011 King Ranch Expedition (which was now out of warranty). Ms Young approached us and showed us several Ford Explorers - she was pleasant and not pushy. She listened to my needs (she did not state what I needed) but in a professional manner suggested the Limited Edition Ford Explorer as it has about the same if not more bells and whistles that my King Ranch contained. She suggested we take one for a test drive and we did - no pressure. After the test drive we talked preliminary price and got an estimated trade in value on my King Ranch. We did not make the purchase on that day. I wanted to work the financing options with my credit union. Three days later came back in with approved financing and talked with Ms Young on purchasing the 2014 Limited Edition Explorer. Please note the first two rounds of price/trade-in with her sales manager did not meet my expectations. So we decided to leave the dealership and look at the dealership where we had purchased the King Ranch. However, before leaving Ms Young actually ran to our cars to state the sales manager agreed to split the difference with us - so back in the dealership we retreated! This was 5 minutes before their actually closing time - the finance guy (sorry cannot remember his name - he was new to the dealership) - started the paperwork and got me better percentage rate with another credit union than I was able to acquire - all purchase paperwork was done within 30 minutes (amazing). We agreed to trade cars the next day and Ms Young had the car ready and spent vaulable time with me going over all of the features. She was patient and well informed. The superior rating is why I have given this rating to both Ms Young and the finance gentleman. As a woman it was nice to deal with another woman in making the actual sales deal - no pressure and no intimidation. I think she could teach some salesmen a better approach and to not assume it is the man with the wallet or purchasing power! Hats off to her and the Cronin dealership! They will get my repeat business in a couple of years!

We drove from the Columbus area to Harrison largely based on seeing a large variety of the vehicle we were looking for at prices that appeared more competitive than what we had seen in Columbus. Richard and Justin both went above and beyond the call of duty, to help my fiance and myself both get into the vehicles we had been searching for. My experience at Cronin Ford was excellent! I am very critical about interactions with sales people (I have been one for 15 years), and not a person that usually writes a review online. In fact, this is my first. A few things stood out to me in my experience. First, I changed my mind about 10 times on the car that I wanted to purchase. Not one time did Mike (salesperson) or others at the dealership make me feel like I had wasted or abused their time in the process of finding the car I wanted. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. Second, the finance department presented me several different options for financing that were all good options, but it allowed me to really understand the purchase from different financial vantage points, and to make the best decision for me. Lastly, it was a well coordinated experience. I know in my business getting Sales to work effectively with the Operations of the business is difficult, and at Cronin Ford it felt and operated like one team. The overall coordinated experience ensured that no detail was missed, and that from first contact to contract it was enjoyable for me to purchase my new Explorer. I love the car. I will be back.

I have always hated visiting car lots. In the past salesmen would dog you and try to talk you into a sale that you didn't want. This was my second purchase from Cronin. I returned to Cronin Ford because I never fealt that pressure. I was able to walk the lot by myself without being led around. Corey introduced himself and gave me my space. When I had decided I informed him that my wife didn't think that she needed a new car and that I would return after I followed her to her place of employeement and took her car with the title which I couldn't sign due to it being in her name only and made the deal. The whole process was very laid back and all of the accociates at Cronin Ford were very knowledgeable and helpful. Wife was surprised with a new car and we returned later in the day to sign over the trade in. Cronin has a great team and I will be back to buy my daughters car there also.

I was looking for a specifc car and had narrowed the choice down to a Kia Sportage or Huyudai Tucson. After several days of serious shopping, I had narrowed my choice to three cars. This dealership was fantastic! Jon Sadler greeted me out at my car with an umbrella in the rain! Now that's customer service! I already knew I wanted to buy a new Ford F150 but wasn't sure which engine I wanted. Jon was very knowledgeable and explained the differences to me, accentuating the pros and cons of each, not trying to sell me something I didn't want. We picked the truck that fit my needs perfectly. Then came Justin Love, the sales manager. We agreed to terms and he explained a lot of the different options I had. He made me feel calm and relaxed, not pressured into a sale like at most of the other dealerships I've visited. Once everything was squared away, I was taken to the finance office where Jeremy Greer amazed me with his knowledge as well his people skills. When looking to purchase a new 2013 Kia Sportage I visited numerous dealerships and considered online purchase options as well. The ultimate decision came down to my desire to support a smaller business/dealership versus a larger mega dealership. It is my firm belief that we need to support local and smaller business owners when and where possible. Thus, Cronin Kia. It's a small Kia dealership. It's a bit off the beaten path of a big city. It's got a cornfield growing next door. It's..... comfortable. I drove into the lot, saw a Kia Sportage of interest and met Michael Monroe (Sales Consultant). Michael moved the vehicle off the showroom floor, introduced me to the vehicle via an inside/outside hands on tour, tossed me the keys and suggested a route to take for a trial run on my own. Upon returning from the test drive, Michael and I engaged in a little non-pressure dollars juggling. He then discussed the offer with Justin Love (Sales Manager). Justin and I engaged in a little more dollar juggling until we both were happy with the final deal. I would normally rather have a root canal procedure than buy a new car. But this entire experience was pretty painless. I did not become frustrated and walk out. I did not feel like I was being manipulated (Well, maybe just a little. I'm buying a car, right?). I felt..... comfortable. We completed the deal in a couple of hours. When I picked the car up the next day, Michael gave me another guided tour of the Sportage to make sure I was comfortable with all its functions. In the end, it was good to support a local business, the community and its employees. I left Cronin Kia, and the adjacent cornfield, feeling..... comfortable.

Cannot say enough great things about this dealership! Had the car I was interested in ready to drive when I arrived. They recommended a route that included highway and side streets so I could see how the car handled in both situations. When it was discovered that the air conditioning did not work - it was fixed while I waited. Financing was wonderful! The Finance Manager made sure that I got the best deal and a warranty that reduced my interest rate! Even showed me how he could put me in a new car for the same monthly payment. Julie bent over backwards to make sure that I received the BEST customer service around. I have had horrible experiences at much larger dealerships. IN fact - I was at a different dealership less than 48 hours before walking in Cronin's door. This other dealership had a very rude manager who tried to convince me to buy a car at a higher rate than KBB or other dealers were asking for the same car. He would not negotiate and was VERY rude about it. Cronin made me feel like I was a family member from the first moment. Will buy all my cars from them - do not plan on going anywhere else!

I went to look at the Ford Edge at Cronin on 5/25/13, but since they also sell Kia's I stopped first to look at the Sorento where I met Rick my salesman. He was able to work with me on both and let me test drive each one on my own. Although I liked the Sorrento a lot, I went with the Edge because I had one as long term rental before and knew I would be happy with it. Rick and the entire team at Cronin Ford/Kia made the process so pleasant. Rick listened to me, was knowledgable, courteous, low pressure, and I got top dollar for my trade in, plus a good price on the vehicle. This was by far the best experience I've ever had. When they didn't have what I wanted locally they sourced it. They found me EXACTLY what I wanted (and MORE IMPORTANTLY didn't try to sell me more than I wanted). My Edge came from Defiance, Ohio. Their inance guy was great too. I qualified for 0% for 60mo through Ford with a $1000 rebate but they were able to get me the same terms through another bank at 0.9 which allowed me to take $2500 rebate and thus lower my cost! Not to mention Cronin offers free oil changes for life! When I took delivery of the vehicle last night Rick went through the Ford Synch/Touch system with me, setting up my account, downloading my phone book, everything went great. My mother was with me when I bought my car and she used to work in a Dealership, she said she would seriously consider Cronin and Ford for her next vehicle. Cronin just earned themselves some loyal customers. I've been telling everyone how much I liked them.

Michael Monroe and Justin both made the buying experience a low-stress and comfortable experience. The pricing offered was very competitive, and Mike was very thorough and patient at explaining the incredible array of features on the Kia Sorento SXL that we bought. Adam was very thorough and knowledgeable. We came in to purchase a new edge and the one we wanted was just too much of a monthly payment for us right now but Adam asked if I would be interested in a lease. He got us to the payment that we were hoping for and 15k miles a year which is plenty for us. We like to have new cars every 3-4 years anyway so this made a lot of sense for us. Never run out of warranty and you really only pay for what you use. I can't believe we got this edge with navigation back up camera heated seats and a huge sunroof for the price we did. I will refer anybody to Cronin Ford.

Adam was great and very knowledgeable with the Ford product. I love my new escape. 3 other dealers said they could not find the one I wanted (color and options) but Adam found it and got it to the dealership the next day. I know I can be hard to work with when buying a car but Adam was very patient and understanding. I will go back to Cronin anytime I need service or a new vehicle.

It finally became time for me to get my truck I always wanted after driving a budget friendly car for the last 5 years. While I am partial to the Ford brand, I was determined to get the best deal out there no matter who the manufacturer was. Over the course of about a month I went to several dealerships in the area, 3 Ford, 2 Chevy, 1 Toyota, and 1 Nissian and therefore I met with several sales/finance personal at each dealership. I can tell you on a scale from 1 to 10 Cronin Ford is a 50!!! It was such a refreshinig feeling finally dealing with a dealership that actually seemed to care about there customers and is willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. In comparison one of the dealerships i went to ignored my wife while we were on the lot, another salesman at a dealership basically told me the he only makes $100 for selling a new car so it really doesn't matter that much if he makes a deal or not and one sales person continued to show me trucks he wanted to sell me instead of listening to what I wanted and sell me a truck that fit my needs. So after making all of the rounds to all of the truck manufactures I finally found/decided on the truck I wanted and it was at Cronin Ford. I called my sales person, Mr Tony Villani, up and told him I would be there later tonight to buy the truck provided we can get the deal done. The car buying process is a very long process but the Tony and the people at Cronin made it very enjoyable. Before I even got there he had the truck pulled up and ready to go for the test drive. My wife and kids stopped in while the deal was being completed and Tony made them all feel comfortable through the process. The total experience at Cronin was simply Amazing from start to finish and my family and I could not be any happier with our decision to buy from Cronin Ford. Cronin Ford will be the only place I go from here on out to buy my Ford vehicles and I would like to thank everyone at Cronin Ford for making this the best possible car buying experience.

My husband and I's experience at Cronin Ford and Kia was fantastic. We live out of state and found a great car online, and called them to see if they still had it. Tony was by far the most helpful car salesmen I have had the pleasure to work with. When we first got there they made a serious impression, they had the car parked out front of the building and cleaned. We test drove it and asked if they could look at something before we made our final decision. The mechanics came out and checked out the car promptly. The dealership supplied my husband and I with a free lunch while the car was getting serviced. After we came back from lunch we signed the papers, they cleaned the car AGAIN and filled up the gas tank. We got a call a couple of days later saying that the next time we are in the area they would gladly fill up the gas tank again. Tony and the whole team at Cronin were beyond the best dealership to work with. They have quality cars that are priced right, and they have the knowledge to help you find the right car in your price range. Cronin Ford and Kia rocks and we will be using them for our cars in the future!

What a great experience, Adam Bell was a unbelievable salesman. He knew every question I asked about the F150 from horsepower to towing capabilities. This was very important to me since I was trading in a diesel Superduty truck. Also this shocked me, a few days after the sale I dropped off the title to my trade in. I was driving my work truck which was a ranger. I left and a few hours later Adam called me and said he noticed me driving a Ranger. He asked if it was titled in my name and I said yes. He replied congratulations you just qualified for another $1500. I know he DIDN'T have to do that. He probably could applied it to the deal for more commission. BUT HE DIDN'T. Mr. Cronin has a heck of a staff and Adam went above and beyond to take care of his customers. I will be a customer of Cronin Ford for a long time b/c I know they are honest and they know how to take care of their customers. If you are looking for a Ford, Kia or a used car go to Cronin and Ask for Adam Bell he WILL NOT disappoint you.

Last Friday March 15,2013 my favorite car a 2008 Ford Edge limited AWD had the oil pan punctured by road debris and the engine was unfortunately ruined as I pulled off the expressway. Saturday morning March 16 ,2013 I searched autotrader and found a 2013 AWD Ford Edge limited at Cronin Ford outside of Cincinnati, Ohio. I live in Ann Arbor, MI and there were no similiar vehicles in the Detroit area. I called up Cronin Ford and spoke with Justin Love. He said he would get the car ready for me to test drive and even said he would stay open until I arrived. I drove to Columbus, Ohio picked up my nephew who drove me to Harrison, Ohio. We arrived a little before closing time and the car was ready to test as promised. After a test drive this car was even better than I had hoped for. The price was more than fair and Justin treated us great. Incredibly , a short time later,I drove home that same day with the new Edge. The car is wonderful, Jason and the other staff explained in detail financing options and the features of the vehicle even though they were working past closing hours.They were the best I have dealt with in a long time and I would give this dealership a five star plus rating. It was well worth the drive. Thanks.

This was by far the easiest car buying experience of my life. I had anticipated the regular bait and switch routine, and with the fact that we were coming from out of state, I was particularly wary. My husband set up the entire thing, and I was ready to come in fighting. When we got there, Mike was very pleasant. Everything was exactly as described. The deal was set up the exact way we had been told. There was no bait and switch. No arguing. I loved it. I could have hugged him when I was done. I love my new car. I have known Eric for years. He sold me a Taurus 12 years ago and my husband an F-150 8 years ago. It was time for and upgrade to the Taurus so I gave Eric a call. Since he was leaving in a little while he made Adam & Nick aware that we would be coming in. Our plan was to test drive the Escape & the Fusion Monday night and a Honda Accord the next night. When we got there, Adam WAS aware of who were were and did everything to accomodate us. While driving the Fusion, he was getting the escape ready, so we didn't have to wait when we got back. I was just looking for the basic package on the car but none were available on the lot, so we drove the next one up. He was able to come up with an amount that was agreeable to us instead of waiting to get one with the basic package to the dealer. We ended up with more "bells & whistles" than I ever intended. Needless to say we didn't go test drive the Honda because we bought the Fusion.Adam was supposed to leave at 8:00 but ended up staying until 10:30 to complete all the paperwork. He was courteous, friendly and seemed to answer the questions we were asking.When we picked up the car he switched my plates and even put on the clear covers that I brought with me, put gas in the car and took it back to the shop to get the glue from the sticker off the window before we left.They made it clear if I had any questions or problems, don't hesitate to call or stop in to see them.Thanks to Cronin Ford, I'm looking forward to another 12 years in my Fusion!Sincerely, Lois Moerlein

I selected this dealer from an internet ad. I had been searching for the right 2010 Ford Explorer for a few weeks when this one stood out . The internet pictures were well taken from a variety of viewpoints... Not only that they were true to how this vehicle actually looked... I was greeted by the salesman, told him exactly why I was there and he got the vehicle for me to test without wasting my time. This was not always the case at some of the other dealers I visited. This was my first experience with Cronin and I would definitely recommend it to others car shoppers.

My husband and I went to another dealer first, we went inside, looked at the cars on the floor, got in them etc., we were there for quite some time and no one ever spoke to us. They didn't even make eye contact with us. Their loss! We left and went to Cronin where we immediately met Joe Skidmore, he was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable..... He helped us narrow our choices down to three options, we test drove them, tried out the back seats, tried out the special features and eventually chose the 2013 Ford Explorer with all of the extras. He never pressured us and gave us plenty of time alone to look over all of the vehicles and try them out. It was a very pleasant experience! Even when we went on to deal with Nick Skidmore in finance, he made the process pretty painless! We even got the extended 10 year warranty since we plan on having this Explorer for a very long time! We are VERY happy with our purchase and the service we received at Cronin Ford! PS My Dad buys all of his cars there too!

My wife and I went to Cronin to look at a 2012 Kia Sedona LX. I had takled with Mike that day about the minvan and we went right over to see it. Met Mike and he let ustest drive the minivan, let us talk it over alone and we bought it. There was no pressure, the price was good, the free oil changes and 10yr / 100,000 mile warranty were a no brainer. I stopped by a few weeks ago just to talk to them. I was actually leaning towards buying an Altima, however, based off of the conversation with Mike, I went back a week later. I now own a new 2013 Optima and love it. Mike was awesome! I never once felt pressured or hasseled. Mike listened to my needs and made it happen. We had driven by the dealership a couple of times before,until around Christmas we stopped by to see what the lot had to offer. We did find a truck that we really liked. Used the Cronin website to review information and get in contact with customer service. Emails were returned in timely fashion with our questions. We then decided to go with our trade-in to talk over the numbers and test drive. Even though our salesperson was not there when we arrived, we were greeted and they knew who we were and allowed us to test drive the truck while our salesman arrived. The dealership employees worked as a team and I thought that was quite unusual in most dealerships that I have worked with in the past. We did decide on a deal and Nick (finance person) answered all our questions and was very friendly to us. Then before we left our salesperson showed us all the gadgets and gizmos on the truck and made us feel comfortable with it before we drove it off the lot. I would definetly recommend this dealer to family and friends in future.

We showed up on the lot with an approval and a check, Mike worked very hard and got us a better rate from another bank with the montly payment we wated to have. I looked on auto trader to find a vehicle that would fit my needs. I own a 1997 Ford F250 that still runs great with 76,000 miles on it but it is 16 years old. I plan to retire this year and wanted to get a new tow vehicle for my 5th Wheel Camper. Auto trader had two vehicles listed at Cronin Ford that I thought would work. One was used the other new. I went to look at the vehicles. Adam Bell, the salesman I was directed to, looked at the towing capacities starting with the used vehicle so I wouldn't have to spend a fortune. He carefully did the review and ended up advising me that it was rated short of the 12,400 lb tow weight. We next turned to the 2012 F250 and he sent me out on a test drive. Adam was very easy to talk to. At no time did I ever feel that he was trying to pressure me. I am very fond of Ford and wasn't to hard of a sell but it was a lot of money so I really wanted to think it over. I did end up buying the truck that day, but again without pressure. I look forward to a good relationship with Cronin Ford as I will be using them for any service needs, even though I live in Hamilton, Ohio. I recently purchased a new car at Cronin Ford. I had visited a few other dealships where I felt the sales people were overly aggressive and left me feeling uncomfortable. Additionally, the overall appearance of some of the showroom floors was very unprofessional (smelled of cigarettes & food). When I arrived at Cronin Ford I had a totally differnet experience. My initial contact was with Adam Bell. Their showroom floor felt like a place of business and not a breakroom. The feeling that I got from Adam was much different from the other dealerships I'd visited. I could tell that he was a motived sales associate, but his approach and demeanor was better. It seemed that he cared more about understanding what I wanted/needed in a car and worked to match those needs to a vehicle. He was well informed about the vehicles and able to answer all questions I asked. I came to the dealership set on a new Ford Escape, but ended up driving away with a Ford Edge. Adam really helped me understand the differences between the two vehicles and it seemed that the Edge was more suited for me. Of course the asking price and what I wanted to pay didn't meet. While Adam is a sales manager at the dealership, he seemed to want to work to find a win-win solution/price. Through an end of the year special and my trade in we were able to get to the win-win number. After that I worked Nick Skidmore, who helped out with the financing for the car. Even thought it was the end of the day and I'm sure he wanted to get home, we worked multiple payment plans based on the number of months we wanted to finance car over and the amount of money we wanted to put down. He took the extra time to find a payment that worked for me rather than just pushing me through the system.Based on my experience, I will definetly go back to Cronin Ford teh next time I'm inthe market for a new car. It was refreshing to work with professional staff like Adam and Nick. They really seemed to want to meet my needs and not just put me into a car. It was a refreshing experience within an industry that is stigmatized my pushy sales people.

Mr. Richmond was courteous and "down to earth". Also, he was very knowledgable of the F150. Overall the experience was good. A little disappointed I didn't get a free tank of gas. So far the vehicle is running well and can't wait to use the free oil changes.

after a bad experience at a ford dealer the day before. we were leary when we drove an hour and a half to see a ford edge at Cronin Ford. we were met by Justin and he let us take the vehicle for a drive. didnt ask to go with us. answered any questions we had. he did not pressure us. he was pleasent to deal with. they gave us a good price on vehicle. when we went to get financing. we dealt with Nick. he was very helpful. got us a very good deal with a bank and extended warranty.did not try to push is with a certain bank. showed us figures and let us decide. we would highly recommend this dealership. when we need another vehicle i know exactly where i am headed.

I was looking for 2012 Fusion and found what I wanted on CARS.COM listed by Cronin Ford. I arrived about 10AM on Saturday and was greeted by Jahmarr Sartor. He showed me the car and it was as expected. We agreed on the price within a few minutes and he started the paperwork. I mentioned that I wanted to get the process completed before my credit union closed at noon as I did need a car that day. They offered but did not pressure me to buy anything else and the total was within a few dollars of what I had calculated I would need to pay before I came in. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!! I bought a used car from here and they charged me over $2,000 for value guard protection. I brought the car to have it cleaned on the inside. They said it would take about 4 to 5 hours. They gave me a loaner to drive around. The loaner car was on empty. I informed the sales agent and he whispered, just put $5 in the tank. That was very disrespectful. I have had a loaner car before and they put at least enough gas in the car in order to get to the gas station. After coming back after 5 hours, my car was still not cleaned! I had even marked the areas I wanted them to clean by putting an X on the spot with a bar of soap. I also clean cars interior and exterior and know that the marks could be removed. The interior was filthy. They said that they would clean it good. When I brought it to the attention of the sales team and manager, they acted like, well you bought a used car!SO WHAT THAT IS NO EXCUSE!!! Every car that is sold to another person from a dealership should be cleaned from inside to the outside. How shoddy! Take pride in what you sell. I would not buy another car from this dealership. I took my rug steamer and attachments and cleaned my car. I will never visit this dealership again!!!!

I had my daughter`s car towed there for a no starting problem.we thought is was a computer chip key problem ,but rich told me that his mechanic hit my daughter starter i=on he taurus whit a happer and it started ,and so he was sure we needed the starter replaced.at acost of $500.00 ,my daughter hat the starter replaced at another place about 8 months ago so it was still under warranty ,so we decited not too have the work done by cornin ford,mr josh said there would be a $100.00 plus shop supplies and tax to be paid for hitting the starter with a hammer and tell us we need a new starter for $500.00 that we declined,i ask to talk to the service manager Jammie and he said yes you have to pay it.then i ask to talk to th owner pat cornin , so jammie said oh you cant talk to him .but i will lower the check out to $89.00 plus tax and take the shop supplies off.so it cost me $95.80 to get my daughter starter on her ford taurus hit with a hammer .not good business if you ask me,i am a ford master certified service advise and i work and walker ford in clearwater florida and any writer or manager that would do this tpye service to one of our customers would not be working at walker ford for long.i hope my pat cornin gets to read this and i wish he would call me at 727-858-1223 i would love to talk to him.

Worked with salesman, Mike Monroe, to trade in a vehicle for a new Kia Sorento. Although he was busy, he set us up right away to test-drive two different vehicles with no pressure at all. We found one we liked and then worked with Justin to negotiate a price. They were both very professional, experienced, laid-back, friendly, and honest. we worked with Tony to finalize the paperwork and he was very efficient! By the time we were done, our new Kia was all clean and ready to go. Mike was the best car salesman I've ever met. Without us asking any questions, he made sure we understood exactly how the car and all of the features worked. I don't think he would have let us leave even if we had declined his offer. He took time to set up our bluetooth and other things we honestly probably never would have used otherwise. I am SO happy he took the time to do that. Couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. There is nothing like spending less than 5 hours for that whole process (including the trade-in) and driving home in a car I absolutely love. WILL be using them again for sure.

Being from Kentucky and 103 miles away from Cronin Ford, I found a truck online Cronin Ford had and called Ed Monhollen for info and trade in info.Ed was able to give me exactly what I wanted for my trade in, and I made the 2 hour trip to Cronin on Friday, May 4th 2012 to purchace the 2010 Ford f150 FX2 Crew Cab truck I wanted. The process was so easy and the entire staff I had contact with were all very friendly and welcomed me. The truck was clean and Ed assisted me with setup of SYNC with my iphone. After a walk around of the truck, I noticed a wheel was scuffed really bad from curb rash. Ed talked with sales Manager and they called in a guy to repair wheel. Wheel guy arrived within 30 min and completed my wheel repair in 45 min, making wheel look new again. That was amazing to me!! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting, hassle free car/truck buying experience with friendly staff & excellent customer care. I will certainly hold on to Ed Monhollen's business card for future car/truck buying and will recommend him to anyone I talk with about cars. I found the truck I believed i wanted online, so I called Cronin Ford and inquired about it. I explained to the salesman that I would be driving 200 mi. one way to buy this vehicle and that i wanted no surprises when I got there. He assured me that there would be none. So when I showed up with a check in my hand ready to buy a 2010 lariat I thought nothing but the best. Then I test drove the truck. As soon as i stepped on the gas I heard a loud CLUNK, and every time I started from a dead stop I heard it again. When I returned from my test drive the salesman assured me that it was the normal sound of a ford powertrain! So I asked to drive another similar truck. Guess what, it didn't CLUNK! The salesman then took me to the service department and had a mechanic drive the truck, and after two starts and stops he informed me that there was something definitely wrong with the vehicle. Thats when the salesman said sorry and went on his way! After a lengthy conversation with the manager we found there wasn't really an agreement to be had, with no similar truck on the lot that they could offer me for the same price. The only positive thing I can say about this dealer is that at least they filled my gas tank before leaving, paid for 70$ of the 140$ it cost me to drive there for nothing! Will absolutely never buy a vehicle from Cronin Ford, be honest with people! Don't assume they won't notice something when they get there!

I had a wonderful experience working with Joe Skidmore. I was very comfortable and was very well informed about the vehicle. He did not pressure me, he was very friendly and had great communication skills. The selection was great too. From the research I had done, I felt like a recieved a very fair price and didn't feel as if I were taken advantage of. i was on the internet looking for a car. my credit was not so good and i wanted to see if i could get a car. Glen Schuchart phoned me back within an hour and answered all my questions on the car that i was looking it. set the appointment test drove the car and got it!!!!! This was my first experience with Cronin Ford. I was referred by a family member and was told how awesome the sales representatives were. And they were RIGHT!!!! Glen S. assisted in showing me a New Ford Fusion and was very helpful in taking the time to show me and inform me in making my choice a good experience. All up to the financing person , my experience was a successful one. I would recommend Cronin Ford to all my friends and family . They have a customer for life.

I originally thought this sales team seemed knowledgable and spot on. I was severely mistaken. After driving three hours to purchase a vehicle (2011 Kia Sorento EX) that was listed on their internet inventory and confirmed by TWO sales employees via phone, I arrive to their dealership to learn that I was victim to a misfortune that happens "several times a year." Apparently Their marketing team is not on location and makes errors of advertising vehicles and vehicle features that are non-existant. Since I was pre-approved, had driven myself and my family three hours to their dealership, I decided to purchase a brand new 2012 Kia Sorento instead. They offered me $500 less on my trade in then what other Kia dealerships had, but I went with it as I had just wasted three hours driving up there. Their tax and titling office/sales floor communication, or lack there of, misinformed us on out taxing costs that we typically should have been exempt from as an active duty military family. In talking with sales floor, sales managers and even store managers all we have received is a big OH WELL THATS MISFORTUNATE. What a horrible way to treat customers, beginning to end. Do not waste your time with this dealership.

It's not very often I buy a new car, maybe every 4 or 5 years, and I can't remember a time when I bought a car where EVERY PART of the purchase was a very good experience. Well Mike... Jim... and Nick did just that, made every part awesome. Mike has got to be the best in dealing with people, even though he is a salesman I didn't feel like he was selling me. Jim helped to make the deal happen very quickly, without a bunch of back n forth crap like most dealers do. Nick was able to get me a rate on my loan that was better than my own bank!I will be back for my next car hope your all still there!

In the past year I have purchased 5 vehicles from Cronin Kia. Even though the circumstances for all the vehicles were heart breaking Mike and Nick made us feel so comfortable. I hate the process of buying a new car but with these two guys I felt as ease. They understood my problems and did not push me into anything I could not afford. One of the vehicles were for my 17yr son. even though we were buying the car for him these guys included him in the conversation so he could understand what it takes to buy a car. Nick also went out of his way to make phone calls to lean holders to get paperwork straightened out. I would highly recommend this dealer to any of my friends. Mike was also the first salesman to give us a tour and introduce us to the different departments so we were familiar with them when we need them.

When I came to this dealership I was expecting another dissatisfaction but when I walked in I felt very welcomed and was helped as quickly as was possible. I have been shopping online for a vehicle for quite sometime. The reason I prefer online is due to a few bad experiences I have had going in to various dealerships. The pricing on the website caught my attention, so I called. A salesman named Joe answered and answered all my questions very professionally. He did't try to sell me on the first call. He had a very relaxed approach which made me feel comfortable. We set up a time and I went to Cronin. It went perfect! I couldn't say anything negative about the time I walked into the door until left with my new car. Joe worked very hard to make everything just right. His demeanour and friendliness were mych appreciated. I am a single female and have been nervous about this experience for quite sometime, fearing I may get ripped off. The price fit perfect in my budget and will definately recommend Joe to any family or friends interested in car shopping. Thanks again!

So after trying to deal with 2 other Ford dealerships to get my new F150, I walked into Cronin Ford not expecting anything more than what I received at the other 2 dealerships...bad service. To make this short, the salesman Dave was a pleasure to work with, more than any other car saleseman I've ever worked with. They did A LOT of work to find me the truck I wanted and gave me a great deal on top of it. Kudos to Cronin Ford, I am recommending them (and Dave) to everyone who needs a new car!

I purchased a 2008 Mercury Mariner on 4/4/11 from this dealership. The initial dealing was fantastic. I found the vehicle online, called with a price I was willing to pay, they accepted that offer within 20 minutes, I test drove it, and all paperwork was complete in less than 2 hours. On 4/6/11 my mother noticed the front bumper looked a little crooked. My boyfriend looked closer and confirmed screws were missing from the bumper and while searching the other side discovered a gash plus scuffs on the front passenger tire that had been Armoralled over. I called Dave and told him what we found. He gave a line about it being used and whatnot but said he would talk with his manager to see what they could do. 45 minutes later I hadn't heard back from him so my boyfriend and I drove back to the dealership to confront them (politely) about the tire being a safety issue. Dave was sitting at his desk playing on his cell phone which proved to me he had no intention of calling me back. I showed him the issues and the fact that the gash was down to the cross-hatching beneath the rubber. 15 minutes later we left with a promise that the tire and the bumper would be taken care of. The tire was replaced the next day with a used but serviceable tire and we took the car back in 4/11 when they fixed the bumper. Ultimately they made this ugly situation right and we'll be back because they made it right, but be VERY CAREFUL to FULLY INSPECT any car you buy from this dealership - even look at things you wouldn't normally look at, like making sure the bumper's fully attached!

Picking a trusting dealership is important to me. I have been shopping around for a new car for a couple months. I have out of state friends that are involved with, own and work at dealers so I know how this business works and the in and outs of buying a car. Many people want trust from the sales person and that is what Cronin Ford offers. Not only does the person you are dealing with makes you feel welcome, but every employee works together as a team. I give this dealership an overall rating of 5 meaning that they surpassed my expectations of a dealership and impressed me with their knowledge of vehicles and their clear explanation of financial options. I recently purchased a new 2011 Kia Rio 5 on March 29, 2011. I contacted the Cronin dealership via the internet that morning and to my surprise I received a call very promptly from a salesman named Ed Mackey. He was very courteous and friendly and I spoke with him and explained what I was looking for and he took information from me and said he would get back to me. To my surprise once again he promptly called me back with the info that I needed. My husband and I came down to the dealership that evening and met Mr. Mackey. Buying a new vehicle can be very stressful, but Mr. Mackey greeted us and began helping us right away. My whole experience there was anything but stressful or pressured. During the time we were there I found the vehicle that I wanted and the whole process went very smoothly. Everyone that we worked with or came in contact with was very nice and courteous. I came down the following day and Mr. Mackey took the time to go over all the options on my new vehicle and make sure I felt comfortable and answered every question that I had. I have had my new car a little over a week and love it. Earlier this week Mr. Mackey called me once again to follow up on my purchase and asked if I had anymore questions or if I needed any other assistance with anything. I have never had such a positive experience with buying a new car or working with a dealership. I would highly recommend Cronin Ford & Kia and Mr. Mackey to anyone that I know who may be looking to purchase a vehicle. My wife and I wanted to purchase a new Fusion. We had been to other dealerships in the area checking prices. No dealer had exactly what we wanted. All they did was try to pressure us into buying something we didn't want. We got to Cronin and they went out of there way to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. They located the vehicle we wanted and didn't charge us extra to get it. They went 2 hours away to get us the vehicle that we asked for. I would recomend this dealership to anyone.

I purchased a used Ford Escape from Cronin Ford March 2011. They turned a negative situation into a very positive car deal. The Ford Escape I purchased was out of factory warranty. The vehicle had a problem with the transmission that I discovered after purchase. I called Jason my salesman and received a call back very promptly from the sales manager Jim C(something). They had it towed to the dealership and stood by there vehicle! They covered the repairs and it was hassle free. I was completely satisfied with the entire dealership. This purchase could have turned out very bad but turned out to be a wonderful decision. This is why I always purchase from a stand up dealer.

My husband and I purchased a 2006 Yellow Hummer H3 three days ago from this dealership. We drove four hours to get there. As soon as we walked in we were greated with nothing but bad attitudes and demeaning smirks. We test drove the vehicle to find an awful popping noise in the engine. We were assured the tech would take a look at it immeditely. Fifeteen minutes later after every sales person walked passed us with no answers we left. Mike called us on the phone and said the popping was nothing but a $94 part and they would take care of "EVERYTHING" as soon as we got the hummer back to W.V. Ten miles after we left the check engine light went off and my husband called the sales manager, Eric Koren, to tell him and he said take it home and have a Hummer dealer take a look and they would fix it. To make a long story short, after about 50 none answered or returned phone calls and service repairs that equaled over $5,000 (new ignition switch-$500, busted cylinder head in the engine-$3,100 repair, and their original problem-a $94 part turned into $600) Eric refused to pay for ANYTHING and we had to pay $500 to get our Hummer from the shop and Eric told us to drive the Hummer back 4 hours for a return. They compensated us with NOTHING- we were out $700 and made repairs to the hummer and left with nothing but once again disrespectful attitudes and the GM telling my husband that since we were from W.V. and we wouldn't be repeat customers that basically they didn't care what they had LIED to us about. Eric couldn't even have a conversation with us or apologize for us having to take days off work, deal with his disrespectful employees, pay for his repairs, and pay for our gas and gas for the hummer to return it, not to mention it is an eight hour trip. They took the Hummer back and demanded that the Hummer expert was wrong and there was nothing wrong with it. If anyone is looking to buy that (they still have it online), DON'T because your going to have to pay over $5,000 in repairs and they will lie to you about it all.

I purchased a new 2010 Ford Focus and the Premium Care Extended Service Plan (ESP) on 12/4/09. On 1/5/10 I found out that my Focus VIN was still not registered in Ford's warranty system and learned that it's the Dealership's responsibility to complete the ESP registration. So on 1/5/10 I called Cronin Ford's Business Manager and left a detailed message on his voice mail that my ESP wasn't in the system yet and to please check on this and get back to me. I didn't get any response, so on 1/8/10 I called Cronin Ford but the Business Mgr was off that day so I briefly explained to the Sales person that I had left a message earlier and I didn't get any reply and the Sales person told me that someone would call me back. (I'm assuming that since he took my name and phone number that the Sales person left a message on the Business Mgr desk that I had called and that he needed to call me.) Again, no return call from the Business Mgr. Then on 1/12/10 I checked again and my VIN still wasn't in Ford's warranty system, so I called for the Business Mgr but my call went to his voice mail again. By this time I wanted to get an answer as to why no one was calling me back and why it was taking so long for Cronin Ford to register my ESP in Ford's warranty system. So I called Cronin Ford again and ask for the Sales Mgr. He listened to my complaint but didn't have an answer as to why the Business Mgr hadn't returned my calls. The Sales Mgr's explanation for why my ESP wasn't registered was vague, because he was unsure of the process, but told me that it would eventually get into the system. The Sales Mgr said he would check the status of my ESP, but was resistant to my request for him to call me back with a date certain as to when it would be registered. In the end, he knew that I was upset and not satisfied with Cronin Ford's customer service and finally he agreed to call me back. Within 30 minutes the Sales Mgr did call back to let me know that my VIN would be registered by 1/26/10. In summary, it is inexcusable when the Business Mgr doesn't respond to a customer regarding a legitimate question, especially after just purchasing a new car from his dealership.

My daughter was looking to purchase a new car. She was hoping to participate in the "Cash for Clunkers" program. We check a couple of dealers and looked online for inventory. This led us to Cronin Ford in harrison Ohio. We talked to a salesman named Rob Ernst. My daughter wanted a Ford Escape and they had a couple. Unfortunately her car did not qualify for the "Clunkers" program, but Rob was able to give us an excellent price on the one Escape they had left. It wasn't quite what she wanted, especially the color, so she asked him to locate her one. Rob worked for 5-6 days to find us a vehicle that matched her wish list. He finally found one at another local dealer. He worked a couple more days to try to arrange a trade to get us the vehicle. The sales manager got involved as well. Unfortunately, the other dealer refused to give the vehicle up, so Rob sent us there to buy the vehicle, even though he knew he would get nothing in return for all of his time. ( He called me at least three times from his personal phone during his off time with updates). We could have ordered a car through him, but he knew that buying this vehicle now was our best deal. I will definitely go back to Cronin Ford the next time I or someone in my family needs a car of any kind. This kind of service does not come along very often in this day and age. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!!
