I had an SAFETY issue frequently experienced by many people over the past 18 month's on the 2020 Explorer Platinum. Crossroads had my vehicle for over 48 hours before they 'Discovered' a service bulletin (?) that is a 'POSSIBLE' fix for this issue (only time will tell). The fix I'm told, was an 'UPDATE' of the system or possibly just a reset of the same. No one can provide me with the text of this document SSM49980. I would like to have a copy of that document for my files. The issue is well documented with the backup camera showing a solid blue screen when the vehicle is put in reverse. It is an intermittent issue so its not always there, but Ford is aware, and certain vehicles (by VIN#) were recalled, (but not mine). I was told this is not the same problem as the recalled vehicles, even though both issues were blank screens projected from the rear camera. So tolerating the inconvenience of 2 1/2 days without the vehicle for a well documented safety issue, it is updated (which doesn't guarantee that it's fixed). Time will tell, but my disappointment is rooted in the fact that it is a well known SAFETY issue and it took that long to MAYBE find a fix. I have had this vehicle for nearly 6 months and this is the second time it had to go in to the shop.

I recently had our Ford Fusion serviced at Crossroads Ford, a recall replacement of the driver’s side airbag. From the process of securing the appointment to the appointment itself, all went smoothly and exactly as their service department promised. Their personnel were very friendly and professional. At the risk of sounding somewhat negative, I have to say that this was a pleasant surprise compared to prior experience that we have had with Crossroads in both their sales and service departments. Hopefully, this positive upturn is a good predictor for future possible sales & service encounters.

After my 2003 GMC truck was totaled (I was run off the road by hit and run driver), I searched the Internet to find a replacement. I found a 2013 GMC truck that matched what I wanted at Crossroads Ford. Through their great website and a chat session, I was connected to Happy Harry Turner. To complicate matters, I live in Nashville, TN over 600 miles away and wanted to do a trade in of my 2008 Nissan Truck as part of the deal. Happy Harry made the experience as easy and as pleasant as any car purchase I have ever made. My wife and I drove down to the dealership on Labor Day, delivered my Nissan and picked up our 'new to us' 2013 GMC truck. Everything was in proper order, the vehicle was just as described and there were no surprises. We were treated as family, not as just another sale by the entire staff. It was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them when you are looking for your next vehicle - regardless of where you live!

FORD REP QUOTED ME REBATES FROM FORD ON THE FINAL PRICE. PROBLEM WAS ONE HAD TO BE MAILED IN ( THE LARGER ONE 1000.00 ) NOW THEY SAY THE CONFLICT FROM FORD. TOLD ME TO CALL FORD REBATE DEPARTMENT, I CALLED THEY SAID IT WAS THE DEALERSHIPS RESPONSIBILITY TO CORRECT BY FILLING OUT A REQUEST TO CORRECT. HAVE SENT SEVERAL E-MAILS TO GM , AND FINANCE GUY , ALSO SALESMAN. NOT GETTING ANY HELP FROM THEM. SO THEY GAVE ME THE 500.00 REBATE BECAUSE I WAS A FF, BUT I CANT GET THE 1000.00 REBATE ON THE UPFIT BIN PACKAGE BECAUSE I TOOK THE CHEAPER REBATE? HOW STUPID DOSE THAT SOUND? NOT GOING TO GIVE UP GOING SOCIAL MEDIA, IF THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR DEAL.

After filling for bankruptcy last year and trying to re build my credit, everywhere I went was "I'm sorry". One day I just took a chance and saw an advertisement for Crossroads "come see Happy Harry and you will go home w a brand new car, 0 down and go on the road to recocery". Harry was a fun and easy funny person to speak with. There was no need for me to add all the extras as far as my bankruptcy and all the denials. He said. "Say no more". Never attempted to buy a car over the internet. There were no mustang gt premiums in my area that had what I wanted. I found what I wanted at crossroads ford and requested an internet price. Spoke to Happy Harry Turner and the price was very good. Told him I wanted to think about it. I also wanted to think about the 14 hour 650 mile round trip and whether I could compromise with a less desirable car locally. Called Harry a few days later asked about the procedure requirements, and told him I could arrive at the train station in 3 days and taxi over to the dealership. He offered to have the cars salesman pick me up at the station. I called the day before arriving and made sure car still available. Phil Rice, the cars salesman, met me at Ettrick station and over we went. Phil took me through the transaction, paperwork, test drive, and presentation of the car, he knew the product well and told me a few things I didn't know about operating the car. When I asked a question he couldn't answer, he came back at me 5 minutes later with the answer. Due to prior new car buying experiences, I went into this skeptical and expecting nonsense, delays, and ready to walk. The deal went as Harry and I discussed and in two and a half hours I was driving away. I made this purchase 3 weeks ago and the car has been perfect. As I paid cash and wanted title Harry explained the title would arrive in my mailbox in 1 week and in exactly 1 week it was there. Thanks Harry and Phil for a pleasant day and the coffee was good too.

Overall bad experience and will never go back. I had front control arm bushing noise issues on my vehicle, so I dropped the car off at night to be diagnosed the next day with the clear intention on picking it up after work. I did not plan on leaving it there for several days if they had to order parts. I called the dealership the next afternoon and they had not even looked at it. The tech on the phone said they were going to look at it soon. I made it clear I needed to pick my car up that night for work the following day. It is almost 5:00 PM so I call again and the employee says the techs have gone home for the day and he did not know the status of my car. So essentially I dropped my car off to get looked at for no reason, had find a ride to work, and no one there bothered to call me with an update. I was forced to find another ride to work the next day while not knowing the status of my car.I went to get my car after they finally looked at it and the techs could not find anything wrong. They said the back end was not making any noise. I clearly confirmed with the tech I first called and the tech at the front desk when I dropped my car off that that front was making the noise, not the rear. I even printed out the ford tsb describing the exact issue and how to fit it. I also said I hear the noise mostly over speed bumps. One of the techs agreed to ride in the car with me so I could point out the noise. He took me on the route they took. All they did was drive it around a mostly flat dirt parking lot. How are you going to hear a bushing noise in a flat parking lot? So I explained the issue, described how to duplicate the issue, printed out Ford instructions on the issue, and it still took them close to two weeks and leaving my car there several unnecessary days to figure out the problem. They finally followed the Ford tsb I printed out, and the issue was fixed. Guys, I have never written a negative review in my life, and I have never asked for a supervisor in my life. I am one of the most patient people you will ever meet, but this experience almost made me want to call Ford directly. The main reason I am writing this review is that I did not even get any kind of apology. They acted like my experience was the status quo. Oh, and icing on the cake, my steering was way out of alignment when I received my vehicle. It was ridiculously noticeable, the techs should have fixed it. I had to schedule another appointment for that as well, and of course find another ride to work.

I purchased a 2006 Cadillac SRX in August 2014, it had a check engine light on even before I took delivery...they sent it out to Strosnider who cleared the codes, replaced the mass air flow sensor, I took delivery a week later. Within 30 days, light cam back on, I took it in, they cleared codes, when it came on again I called for service and they told me they couldn't service my car! So I took it to Heritage. They said there was a leaky mass air flow gasket, fixed, and cleared codes...AGAIN. And here we are again 6 months of check engine issues. Once again check engine, on, Crossroads said they would send it to Strosnider. ..Strosnider said it was the catalytic converter! $900 plus dollars! !! The extended warranty that Crossroads insisted that I buy... DOES NOT COVER ($1800)!!! I have put less than 5000 miles on the car and had for less than 6 months!!! And all I get is excuses, and they have even tried to sell me another cat! Saying " you need something in your driveway that is dependable...so you will sleep better at night",REALLY?Well after all this, I called Crossroads yesterday to check on my car...they tell me its at Starkes Muffler and that the Service Manager was walking up to the sales department to find out what they were going to do for me. Several minutes go by and Rick Worst called me back and tells me that they had come to the conclusion that they were going to cover the "ENTIRE" cost of the repair! My car should be ready by Friday. I am so thankful that someone finally stepped up to the plate! I had not had a very good experience with this dealership...until now! I would like to thank Rick Worst, Will Nichols, and Harry Turner! I look forward to a much more positive relationship with the dealership from this point forward! THANK YOU ALL!Here I am editing my review "again"! The car has been back for the check engine light 4 times now since this review! Still the same code, still the same problem. And for whatever reason, this has caused a conflict between Crossroads and Strosnider. My car is STILL in the shop...yet again! Still NO resolution!

Fred the assist service manager was very helpful and friendly with my need to fix my vehicle. Once determined It had a problem. He explained the problem and the parts needed. After drop off vehicle and service work was completed he called me and scheduled return pickup person and explained all charge and credit advantages for me. He was very helpful and made me feel very welcome. I appreciate all his assistance on. I will return again for service work because of him and the general shop manager Mr Worst. I entered Crossroads Dealership on my way to a Toyota Dealer. I was committed to purchasing a new Highlander.I knew exactly what I wanted in a SUV ... everything! Lisa Burch handled the sale and did a great job taking care of me. I am not an easy person to take care of. I have a great deal of business experience and I think that I am very knowledgeable about most everything. I sat down with Lisa and told her that I was going to buy a Highlander and I just stopped to check out the Explorer. I also told her that I would be very challenging for her to handle. From the start Lisa won me over. She impressed me with her business-like approach and personal caring style. Most importantly she kept a pace that was informative and upbeat. ( I do not like the normal car buying program of so much soft shoe and then the hard sell.) Lisa read me well and wisely let me make all of the decisions. Because of her, I ended up buying an Explorer Limited, fully loaded, in two days! As for the Ford Explorer, I was excited to find it much better than the Highlander in every way. Ford has done a great job of improving the Explorer in everyway possible. It is a solid vehicle with a secure and comfortable ride. The safety and convenience features are outstanding and as good as any you can find even in the highest Luxury category. I feel safe and pampered driving it. I love it!As for the Crossroads Dealership, I was impressed with the enclosed show room and the ability to inspect so many vehicles while in air conditioned comfort. It was clean, neat and comfortable. And, every Employee I met seemed to really care about taking care of me.However, the standout is Lisa Burch. Of course, no one is more important than the person who has direct contact with the Guest. I can assure you that Lisa is handling your business like she owns it. My vehicle was brought here on a flatbed after the Fuel Pump quit on I-95 during a trip from NY to southern NC. Vehicle is a 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis. Staff was very professional and understood that until my car was fixed I was "Stranded" in Virginia. Within 3 hours they had the fuel pump and filter replaced and had me back on my way. The job did not cost any more than it would have ordinarily and the team went out of their way to ensure that I was a top priority. It was a pleasure dealing with the service department.

I recently purchased a 2007 Sebring in June from Terry Corbin that I understand is no longer with the dealership (pretty odd he was gone a week after he sold me my car) but since I drove the car off of the lot, the check engine light came on after about 40miles into my 60mile ride home. I had to make my first payment after not being able to drive my car for weeks because you all kept it. After only a few days of having it, I expressed that I was not happy with the purchase and that I wanted another RELIABLE car! The piece of crap oldsmobile that I traded in NEVER gave me this much trouble. Will Nichols assured me that they would take care of the problem and after a long day of work yesterday (Which is 1hr 15min from home), I walk to the cold rainy parking deck so I can get in my nice warm car and low and behold...THE EXACT same issue with the check engine light and the car not starting! 4th time in 3 months!! Ive been very understanding but the fact that this keeps happening has made me very angry. I would like to know who can make this right. Crossroads Ford dealership sold me a lemon vehicle that I am highly dissatisfied with and I want another car that will not just decide on its own to not start when I'm trying to get home to pick up kids and go to an after school activity and meet with teachers. This has been a very disappointing experience especially the fact that you knew there your customer was unhappy with the messed up car you sold. The fact that the GM was pretty cold to me after voicing my concern made me realize that this business does not care! You did not care that this car has given me trouble since day 1. Is it your business practice to sell customers low quality cars?? It's taking everything in me to not go to some of my friends that work for channel 6 and 12 news and explain on national tv the situation you all have put me through. This is not fun, it's unfortunate and all you care about is the dollar that you earned on this purchase instead of how the customer truly feels and is impacted by these issues. Soon as I came in a few days later and displayed how unsatisfied I was, the right thing to do would have been to find something that would have made me happy. I realize that would have been out of character but someone needed to know how I felt about this situation. My car is back with you guys!! yay how fun is it to drive an hr out of my way so that you all can fix an underlying problem that the car probably had before I bought it. There is no way that it JUST HAPPENED to do this as I drove off of the lot and it was the first time. If someone was to ask me about buying a car...I could tell them where not to go!!

I had no end of problems. My Ford just started to stop for no apparent reason. I took it to other dealership service centers three times. Each time I was told they couldn't find the problem and turned it back to me. Then, when Rick Worst got involved he offered to drive it himself for a couple days. He was able to duplicate the problem. It turned out to be the computer. But finally after months and months of going elsewhere Rick was able to get my car fixed and back to me. Many thx Rick.

My husband and I chose to go to Crossroads Ford as we were attracted by the tv commercial. I had looked at another dealership close to us but we decided to drive to Crossroads. We looked at 3 different vehicles on our first visit. Kenny Wingfield, our sales rep and Jeff Davis, VP/Asst. Mgr were professional and very friendly. Later,we received a call from "Happy Harry Turner" and it made us feel that they valued customer relationships. We waited 3 weeks to return and never felt any pressure at any time. We attended the Auto Show in March and decided on a Fusion.We returned to Crossroads to look and test drive the Fusion SE Ecoboost with the 1.6 turbo engine. We decided on the color, Ruby Red with Dune interior and the 2.0 turbo engine and it was not in inventory. It would have to come from another Ford location. In the meantime, I visited another Ford dealership and they could not beat the price we were offered at Crossroads Ford. Kenny and Jeff made us feel "special" and they wanted to do everything to satisfy us. No doubt, they definitely value customer relationship. I feel that I am not ony a customer but a friend. We owned 3 Ford vehicles from 65-79 and have owned six Generl Motors cars over the last 32 years. We love the design, the power and the comfort of our Fusion and look forward to driving it for a number of years.We highly recommed Crossroads Ford and the Ford Fusion. Just drive one with the 2.0 turbo engine and you will be amazed.

I walked into Crossroads to just look at vehicles and, unlike most dealerships, they let me spend my time comparing cars without any pressure to purchase one. Mr. Richardson sat down with me to provide details on the Ford Focus and he concentrated on me the entire time I was talking to him. I went home in just about an hour with plans to save up money and buy a car in 6 months. A few days later I stopped in to test drive a second car, but came back w/ the Ford Focus because of the offer they made. They saved me over 3000 dollars and I walked away with a car that will save me nearly 1500 in gas in the next year alone.The customer service was professional and I never felt pressured to purchase the vehicle. The financing was absolutely excellent. I would recommend them over any of the other local dealerships on these two points alone.

Phil is a friendly, down-to-earth, country gentleman. He makes himself available and made several after-sale follow-up calls to see if I remained pleased with my purchase. My circumstance was a bit unique in that I purchased more than one vehicle from him. The folks at Crossroads are pleasant enough. They are in the business to sell cars, and at the highest price they can get a customer to pay, and that is always foremost in one's dealings with them. There is nothing wrong with that - they could not stay in business if they didn't - just keep it in mind when dealing with them. I initially found them a bit resistant to an "out of the ordinary" vehicle purchase, but they became more willing as it was explained to them several times. Did I get the best possible price? Probably not. But I believe what I paid was reasonable, though not an incredible deal. I have not yet had my first service appointment, so I cannot comment on that experience. The price you agree to will not be the price you pay, as a number of fees and charges, "optional" extended warranty, as well as the inevitable taxes will put you quite a bit more than you might have anticipated. In the end, I think Crossroads was fair with me, and I am not dissatisfied with my purchases. I know I was one of Phil's first customers, and I think he tried to do the best he could. His job is to simply show you the vehicles and gauge your interest. The Sales Manager actually negotiates the price, and as you might imagine, he is a good talker! So go informed, know what you want and what you are willing to pay, and stick to it. Be willing to walk away. Crossroads will treat you fairly. You can't expect more than that from a car dealership.

You will never meet a better salesman than Seth Haley. We all know that buying a vehicle can be a stressful process but Seth made our transaction almost stress-free. He never once made us feel pressured. He took the extra time with us when we couldn't figure out what we wanted and made trips back and forth to get different keys for us to look at different vehicles. He explained each vehicle we were looking at thoroughly. When we did decide what we wanted, he took us out for a test drive and took us places that we could get different driving experiences in. When it came to sitting down and talking about figurues, he asked us what we could not so much what they were going to do. I liked that a lot. We quoted a price and he got within close proximity of what we were asking and then when we sat down with the financing guy, he was able to come up with an even better deal including the extended warranty. While doing this, Seth made sure our vehicle was in the back getting detailed and ready to go for us when we finished up with financing. He told us if there was anything that we needed help with as far as trying to figure out things inside of our new vehicle to not hesitate to call, email or come back up to the dealership and that he'd be more than happy to help us. We've been back to the dealership and I've even emailed him and he's been super, super nice. Attitude says a lot and goes a long way. Will we use Crossroads Ford again? Absolutely, and you can bet that we'll be looking Seth Haley up again. He's the best.

I bought a truck from here and everything about the experience was horrendous. I bought it with 2 caveats. 1: they fix the driver's side rear view mirror (it was rattling), 2: it came with a remote start, after market, but the previous owner showed them how to work it and the sales guy forgot so he was going to call him and get a walk through, so it would work. We agreed, and I purchased the vehicle and was going to go home and pick the vehicle up the following day, once the work was done to it. Mind you, it's a 3 hour round trip from my home to the dealership and they knew this.The next evening I called to make sure it was ready, they said it was, I came back out and nothing had been done to it except the sales guy pulled down a portion of the trim to try and get the remote starter working and left it that way, with wires hanging out and the trim pulled back. He told me the mirror had to be ordered and he hadn't gotten in touch with the previous owner, or tried actually, about the remote start, but he assured me he would, and if he couldn't, when I came back out to get the mirror installed he would have a new remote start installed at the same time. I drove off in my new (to me) truck and my wife followed me as we headed home. When I got in the car the tire pressure warning light was on and I planned on getting air at a gas station closer to home. About 15 minutes into the trip the alignment started to go and the steering wheel pulled hard right. 5 minutes later, the Check Engine light came on. 10 minutes after that I get pulled over for having a brake light out (this was JUST inspected btw). 20 minutes after that my wife, who was following behind me, calls and tells me "something flew off your car" - I pulled over and realized the rain guards in the rear had blown off and the two up front were dangling. And after that the parking brake light came on while I was driving, which usually means the brakes are incredibly worn down.When I left, 1 light was on. When I got home an hour or so later, the parking brake light was on, which caused the trac control and abs lights to come on, the check engine light was on, the maint reqd light was on and tire pressure warning light was on. So basically, ALL of the warning lights were on.Needless to say I was beyond the normal angry and the next day I get a call from the sales guy who tells me his sales manager is unwilling to replace the remote starter and mirror (although I bought the car on that premise) - BUT - he would replace one or the other, and, he looked and thought it would be easy to tighten up the screws under the mirror and would've done it himself had he had a screwdriver handy. So I called the lead sales guy, who was my initial contact and who received part of the commission, he told me he wasn't there, he couldn't help.Easily the least professional and classless business I've ever dealt with and the epitome of why the car sales business has such a terrible reputation, which I was actually told by their credit manager, "We know this business has a less than glamorous reputation, and as a Christian backed organization we do everything we can to change that perception by treating our customers right, so you don't have to worry about that".Oh, and 3 days after I had it, the rear license plate fell off because they used screws that were too short to hold the license plate and their self promoting license plate cover. The screws fit just fine with that gone. Takes some of the stench off of the car with that gone too.

I walked in a day later, interested in buying a Ford Taurus (2011 or below). I had a 2002 Taurus and I felt it was time for an upgrade for me. I kept my 2002 though. Went to Crossroads to purchase a new vehicle and after a less than favorable, pushy and lengthy day with a salesperson in the attempt to find exactly what I was looking for, we changed sales representives and Tom was exactly what we needed. He listened to exactly what I wanted. I wanted a specific vehicle, which required them to send someone to SC to get it, which they did within 1 day. I wanted the purchase process to not be a drawn out process. Tom was very proactive and accomplished all of these requests with swift organization. He facilitated the vechile sale with great communication and organization. Once the vehicle was on the lot and I came to see it, he met me outside waiting, had the vehicle pulled in the showroom with keys and information for me to drive it. Upon return I told him that I loved it and that we could talk numbers and the entire process from numbers to driving off the lot was in less than 2hrs. I appreciate the good customer service that he provided and will recommend his name to anyone interested in a Ford vehicle.

We chose the dealership because of having previous sales experience with Susan and because it is a convienent location to our home.I have a suggestion for the dealership. Think about having a new owner orientation night once a month. We attended one at Richmond Ford when we bought our 2010 Mustang from them. You get to meet the Owner, General manager, Service Manager, some of the Mechanics that will service your vehicle. You get to visit the Service Dept., you get to learn about the dealership and you see it and the employees in a personal manner.

A stellar experience at Crossroads. No pressure but friendly and extremely informative. If you say you just want to look around, they let you, without following you around. Huge showroom with multiple models. John Richardson was my sales Rep and I really enjoyed working with him and he was able to answer all my questions on the spot. Once I selected the truck I wanted John was able to meet my price that I had computed using the USAA car finding service even though they are not a formal member of that network. My credit was approved in about 5 minutes and then Charles Chaplin processed my contract with me. While doing the contract, Charles showed me additional ways to save an additional thousand dollars off of the already agreed to price. That was cool. A great dealership with professional people. I recommend Crossroads Ford to everyone but especially to current or retired military. My thanks to all the folks at Crossroads Ford, great job!

This dealership was very friendly and worked with me to get the car I wanted at a good price. I was moving to Virginia from Germany and despite the time zone difference and sporadic communication at best (lost internet etc. while I was moving) they worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted to the dealership and even stored it for me for over a month until I could make it into the store. They also worked with me overseas to help get the paperwork prepped so once I arrived in country I was able to pick up my vehicle within 24 hours of arrival.Tim and Kenny were both very helpful in getting everything done and I would recommend working with them to anyone thinking of buying a car from this dealership, they made a already hard move much more enjoyable, and took the fear factor of buying a car you haven't seen in person away by sending me multiple pictures and quickly answering all of my questions. Based on other reviews, I thought I was in for a pleasant experience, but apparently this only applies when they want your money. As soon as it's not needed, they disregard common courtesy. I scheduled an appointment to see a specific car as I live an hour and a half away. Stephen called me at 830pm, 30 minutes before closing, the night before my appointment to confirm and "give me the courtesy of telling me if the car sells before I get there." Not so much. I got to the dealership, where Stephen was no where to be found for 20 minutes (why even make the appointment?) I was handed off to Frank who went looking for the keys for a test drive. Five minutes later, I'm told the car's been sold. And the man who sold it saw me checking out the car. Why is it no one could take 30 seconds of their time to let me know this fact is beyond me. To top off this fantastic trip, Frank lets me know there's an alternative car available at another dealership, at Cary. I'm thinking Cary Street in Richmond, because that's in the same state. He means Cary, NORTH CAROLINA. I'll just casually another drive 2.5 hours out of my way to check out another car. I'll be letting my friends and anyone else know of my poor experience here, and I'll be taking my money elsewhere. Thanks.

My experience at Crossroade Ford was exceptional from the time I exited my car until I left with the car of my choice. I found the car I was interested in on the net and Mr. Tim Hyunh set an appointment. He met me and turned me over to Mr. Bill Jenkins who my wife and I both enjoyed talking to. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and answered any and all questions I had. He got the appraisal an done and after talking with him and the sales manager I asked to think about it overnight and asked Bill to call me the next day and I would have make my decision. He did so and I went back and bought the car. It was a a 2009 Lincoln MKZ. Everyone at Crossroads was very courteous and there was no high pressure sales at all from anyone. I would recommend the dealership to all my friends.

Leigh was super nice about it and told me he didn't go home until he was finished. I was willing to come back on Monday and he was willing to stay there until I found what I wanted and we had worked out the deal. Russ was super nice when doing the paper work with us. The sale of the 2004 Focus required that my wife, Kathy Rooney, feel comfortable not just with the vehicle, but also with the sales person. Mr. Hairston did a good job of balancing "just let her look" and "let me show you this" about the car. We were both pleased that the dealership was willing to entertain alternate bids on a vehicle which already had a "special" price reduction. We felt our needs were accommodated in the price area. The only negative aspect of our experience was the addition of dealership fees to the agreed upon price. My wife and I were looking for a van that would provide the extra room we needed for our third child due in February. We had done some internet research and one of the last vans we came across was a used 2006 Honda Odyssey at Crossroads Ford. It was a cold, windy day but our salesman, Seth Haley, was extremely patient with us. Seth immediately made us feel comfortable and never pressured us into a decision. His patience was commendable, expecially dealing with our two and four year olds. Seth made sure that we had the van we needed at a price we could afford. Went to this dealership because they were willing to negotiate to meet my price on a new truck. The sales person, Tom was very friendly, personable and helpful. He even got me food when I expressed hunger. The hunger however was because it took three hours to complete the complete sales transaction, after I picked out the vehicle. My wife and I waited too long to complete our paperwork. Other than time frame, the rest of the sale was excellent. Two days later we did get a FedEx asking us to complete more paper work in regards to warranties.

I came in looking trade my 2003 Saturn Vue for a 2009 F350 Dually on the lot. I test drove the truck. ,liked it and decided I wwanted it . We did all of the paper work, sent it to the banks for approval. The finance person said it looked good. Then proceeded to tell the sells man to put a dealer tag on it and let me drive it HOME. Well I thought I was approved, but when I came back the following day , I was told the banks would not approve that much money. I had to give back the truck and go home empty handed. I should have never, ever been allowed to drive the truck home without a definite answer. It was a heart breaking experience and someone at the dealership should have to answer for this.

From the moment I stepped in the door I knew I had chosen the right dealership. I was greeted with a warm welcome by everyone and did not feel as if there was any rush to make a sale. Perusing the selection of vehicles was a treat as well due to the ENORMOUS stock they have, I would say it is the largest in the Richmond area. Being helped by Ronnie was the greatest experience I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle. I felt as if I was test driving the vehicles and checking them out with a long time friend. He personally walked me through each step of the vehicles operation, describing every customization possible. The next day I received a call from him just to see how I was doing with the vehicle which I really appreciated. Not only was this the best customer service I have ever received, but it is the model of service around which companies and other salesmen should mold themselves. He was very helpful, he was not "pushy" as you may encounter at some dealerships, and he was very knowledgeable about the cars on his lot, as well as, different models that inquired about in order to make a comparison and a final decision in my purchase. We had been by several Ford dealerships and no one seemed interested in talking to us. James met us outside at the door as we drove up and parked, greeted us in a friendly way and asked if he could help us and proceeded to answer our questions immediately. He was professional, allowed us to test drive an Ford Explorer Limited, explained many of the newer features of the vehicle and honored our time because we were somewhat limited on our first visit. We later called and made an appointment for Tuesday Nov 22 to discuss a purchase and James and the entire Crossroads team treated us fairly and expeditiously and sold us a beautiful new explorer Limited which we will take delivery of on Friday Nov 25. Mr. Nichols was very professional and attentive to my family and our needs, he did not allow my skeptism with purchasing a new vehicle from Ford deter him from providing all the positive aspects of purchasing from his dealership. Me and my grandfather went to buy a car a used ford focus 2010 SEL. first off they acted like they could not come down on the price of the vehicle. So we went with it any way because the car was nice. We put 1000 down cash money. They knew my credit history and i had a some negative things. My grandfathers credit is really good so he co signed with me to get a rate of 8.0 on the vehicle. We signed all the paper work and set up insurance on it and i got to drive it home. When i got in to the car it was almost on E i called them and they said they do not usually fill used cars up with gas. then i get to driving it and some lights come on the dash so i called the dealer and ran the vehicle health history and it came back there was something wrong with it. So i make an appointment with the service department and i tiold the car i was an on call nurse that i would need a loaner and he said no problem be there when they opened and they would have everything ready. So i take it in to get it fixed. I went up to the counter and i tell them who i was and he said okay mister cox u have someone picking you up . i was like no wait a min your service rep said i could have a loaner.... and he got all crappy with me and told me know finally i through a fit i had only had the damn car for 24 hours and there was something wrong with it. So they gave me a loaner they smelled like an old Tobacco barn or bar so i was like what ever. Then a few hours later the finace dude calls me and tells me that i had to bring the Loaner back RIGHT NOW that the bank offer fell through and that i had no finacing on it and made me feel like a damn criminal . so mind you my grandparents live alll the way in North carolina on lake gaston so they had to drive all the way back up here and help me get the crap back to them and get our money back. moral of the story don't ever drive off the lot unless you are 100 percent sure the bank isnt gonna fall through these people are rude and unprofessional my grandparents could have taken care of what ever needed to be taken care of but they where such prudes we decided to go to Priority Toyota and but a nice used car with better warranties and customer reps!!!!!!!! im in my new car still and have not had one problem!!!!
