I was searching for a car for months when I found Crossroads Motors. I thought this would be like all the other car places and I was prepared to leave empty handed. But when I got there and met Mike who was very Professional easy to speak with and was very sincere! He made sure any concerns I had about the car was looked at and handled, he went above beyond ! I purchased a 2002 Acura MDX from them last year and had a very good experience. He was very up front with me about everything and seemed honest. They offer financing through a Local Credit union and that was also a pleasant experience. I have purchased several cars and did not feel pressured to buy from him but I would defiantly purchase from them again in the future.

Was going to trade down from a 2006 VW Passat with 75000 miles to a 1999 Honda Accord with 139,000 and was offered a straight trade. It was about as bad of an insult as I have ever been!!!! Stay away from this dealer.
