Extremely friendly staff, and didn't feel pressured to purchase (unlike most car-buying experiences). Dealership didn't have the specific car we were looking for (based upon color and amenities), and didn't push in-stock inventory; otherwise, they took the initiative to trade off with another dealership to ensure a positive customer experience.

My salesman was Arthur. I was halfway into a 42 month lease and had unfortunately reached my mileage early. He listened to me explain my situation, my concerns and my worries about getting out early from my lease. He did not pressure me but he explain to me what it would end up costing me in mileage if I stuck it out for the full 42 months, and gave me a couple of options. Although my payments went up a little, the insurance savings with down sizing gave me a lateral move which allowed me to start fresh with a new lease. Very pleased with his patience and with the helpfulness of everyone that helped out. Thank you Crowley!

I like the great customer service you receive from the time you walk in until the time you leave. I came in for my 15,000 mile maintenance . The process took a little over an hour. I was able to relax in the waiting area, helping myself to free coffee and tea. No stress!!

The items that they actually got to were done fine, but they had my car for the 5 days I was told that was required, 3 for the body shop and 2 for service. All repairs were not completed, I think, because they knew they had my car for 5 days and took their time, and then in the end, just ran out of time. Now, I have to bring my car back for a second time.

I applied for a loan and Crowley contacted and hassled me to come in and offered to pick me up since I have no car now. And they took all my info over the phone and told me they would get back to me and I never heard from them again even after they told me that they should be able to help me. At least a call back would've been nice to let me know no or not or what my options were.

There was not even the slightest hesitation. The fact that my turn signal was not working seemed very important to the Crowley Kia Service people. It was repaired in a few minutes and the service fee was very nominal.

Rob was very easy to work with. I had inquired on-line, he called me, sent me a price quote via email and followed-up with me. This review is for the Service department, specifically for the help I recieced from Ed Donahue and manager Scott Patterson. I have an 05 Kia Spectra that has been worked on by a number of people. Lord only knows at what point my car was improperly handled before I sought out to have my spark plugs done by these Professional Mechanics at Crowley.By far this has been the most pleasant experience because of there honesty and willingness to help me. They were attentive to my concerns after bringing the vehicle back to recheck spark plugs I had put on by them a month ago. Turns out, a previous mechanic did not properly secure my main connection to the spark plugs, and instead of being pinned to another large service charge both Ed and Scott offered to fix the issue immediately with no damage done to me! This could have been a nightmare, but fear not, these guys are honest, attentive and surely know what it takes to make sure their customers are satisfied. I walked away just a short hour later with the problem completely fixed, I would recommend anyone and everyone to get there done here! You'll walk away knowing your car was in great hands! Thanks again, for dealing with me at a time of urgency, as I too am in the car business! My 05 will be able to get to work no problem now!

We bought a Kia forte 2015 EX from Crowley KIA in September 2015. Up till the purchase everybody acted very friendly . Convinced us to pay extra money for a 10 year extended warranty and explained us the many benefits of having this wonderful car that we were buying . Right after buying the car within 2 months we ran over a small boulder on highway( I am not exaggerating for the purpose of making anybody look bad!!) and the front wheel driver's tire went flat as the side wall of was damaged. Firstly I would like to bring everyone's attention to the poor quality of the tires installed in the car which goes kaput on the first impact with a SMALL STONE after having run only 2300 miles and secondly the dealership sincerely called the next morning and very politely told how this is not covered under warranty and how we have to pay extra to replace the tire. Please make sure you all read fine print carefully when you buying a car from crowley as they are very misleading!

After doing some research I found the car I wanted. I came in test drove it and decided I liked it enough to buy. We negotiated a deal I put half of my money down also signed what I thought were the terms of the sale. I was told all I had to do was return the next day with the rest of the down payment and the car would be mine. I arrived the next day and was told I could not have the car I wanted due to an issue with finance however other cars were available to me. I was offered a newer car but was told I needed a bigger down payment and the monthly payment couldn't be found out until I provided all of the down payment. Although I received my down payment back this was a horrible experience for me. A deal was made and agreed upon. Bad business practice all around

Everything. Erik, the salesman called me after I placed an online inquiry for a vehicle and was very friendly from the beginning. Erik did more than exceed my expectations, he did not take advantage of me like the last two places I've dealt with. The atmosphere at this dealer is very friendly and comfortable. Hands down my best experience thus far. For once a dealer that offered me a deal and was able to make it happen!! I walked in on a Thursday and went home on a Friday morning with my brand new car :)

I really like that they don't push you to make a decision. It is your choice. The staff is always pleasant, professional and friendly. The remodel to the facility is very nice. My service appointment was not until 1:00 PM. I dropped the car for service around 10:30 because I had other appointments . I did not expect them to service the car until the afternoon, to my surprise, I received a call around 11:30 letting me know the car was ready. That never happened to me before. I was so pleased...! They were so nice and very professional. Thank you for making my day. I look fordward to the next car service.

I had to have my Kia towed in with no appointment. Not only were the service updates performed as well as a recall that we were not aware of, but I was given updates as to the status of the work. And my car was repaired and ready the next day.

Eric, our salesman was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He was not pushy and was very helpful in finding us the car/price point we were looking for. We visited about 4 other Kia dealerships and Crowley was by far the best. I would absolutely recommend Kia to a friend and would buy from Crowley again in the future. On another note, I am quite impressed with Kia as a car line. I was dead set on purchasing a Honda Odessey but after researching and test driving the new Kia Sedona I was blown away by the design, features, and most importantly safety rating. I love my new Sedona and it is the perfect vehicle for our growing family.

When I initially requested a quote via email, I asked that I not be called. That once I got the quote, I would contact the dealership. Other dealerships immediately started calling me, but you didn't. You gave me a quote asap and I really appreciated that you listened to what I asked for and honored that request not to be called. The process was fairly quick. This is why people hate dealerships because they try to force all kinds of fees on to a car to increase their profit. When buying used car go in with your own loan because you can get a much better rate. Who ever heard of having to pay for vehicle etching on a used car before. Dealers must still think the consumers are stupid.

Found a car online that Crowley Kia was selling for a great price. Drove to dealership to test drive/check it out, fell in love. Sales people were overly understanding of a financial agreement and we were able to make a deal without any hassle! All staff personnel were friendly and helpful when it came to information and being comfortable in the dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They are a no hassle, straight to the point business and look out for the best interest of the customer!

Everything was good. Except the waiting room was very unfriendly for customers. No TV, they had coffee maker with cups. Had no creamer or sugar. Other then that the service is fine. ( as long as your not waiting for the service ) Hopefully this will change. Considering Crowley is trying to improve and remodeling. Just so happens to be my second service appointment this year with the same waiting room. Looking forward for the remodel.

After a scary highway accident left my beloved Jetta totaled, I had to go about the dread business of car shopping. My first solo adult car shopping experience. The first dealership I visited I was NOT impressed, I left thinking buying the care there would be a last resort (I did need a car desperately to start a new job out of town the next week), but thank God I got home and went on Cars.com to look again, and lo Crowley/Kia of Bristol had the car I was looking for, so newly listed there was no picture or car description just the year, make, model and mileage as well as a VIN number. Well through Cars.com I e-mailed immediately how interested in the car I was. I kid you not, less then five minutes later Kalani from the dealership calls me and we set up a test drive for the next day, Sunday. Unfortunately, my mom was in the hospital and I couldn't make it, so they let me reschedule the test drive for Monday. Rob..what can I say, BEST SALESMAN EVER?! Yup! He was waiting for me when I arrived, a little conversation, license check and then he went to get the car.. I didn't know what to expect, because there were no pictures online, but when he drove that car up, man I wanted it bad! Closer inspection showed a already clean, fabulous car (09 Subaru Legacy). Quick test drive and I'm in love. I brought in the internet price and the haggling began. The car had not yet been gone over by the service department it was so new, after they went over it while I waited they came back with a list of things that needs to be done. Rob was a great go between and came back with a price quite a bit more then the internet price. I told him my spiel about how I had applied for x amount at the bank, was getting x amount from the insurance and that was all there was...so Rob sat down and helped me calculate the range and back and forth he went and BAM, we had a deal! Tax, title and fees for only about $200 more then the internet price and to include the repairs needed! My day, week and month were made. Rob was great, had a sense of humor walking me through the paperwork and took $100 cash to hold the car. Couple days later ai got the bank check and now almost a week later finally the insurance check. They are keeping the car for several more days to finish the work and if the repair work is as good as Aron's sales work, then I expect to be a repeat customer who gladly recommends friend and stranger to check out Crowley/Kia of Bristol! Ask for Rob. He was wasn't pushy or demanding. Pleasant personality, humor and LOTS of patience fielding countless questions (as this was my first big adult purchase without my parents help)! Everyone else I talked to was pleasant as well, they look you in the eye when they speak and I felt. I received an excellent deal on an amazing car! I can't wait to drive my new baby home! Thanks Rob and everyone else at Crowley/Kia! You guys are the rock stars of car sales (right in my own back yard! God bless you all! A true pleasure doing business!

I liked the experience I had with dealing with my sales rep and he got me the best deal and approval and I was very pleased. He made me feel good about the certified warranty the car had to offer and I didn't feel pressured. When I went to sign all the paperwork I didn't care for what I felt was high pressure to sign up for the extended warranty. I thought I was just going to pick up my car with the happy feeling I had by making my final decision to go with this Kia dealership and when I had to go over the extended warranty I felt very pressured and bad if I didn't sign it after being told what a great warranty I already had with the car I was purchasing, it ended well and so far happy with the car and would recommend family and friends to check out Crowley before they go with another dealership. Communicated via text message with Internet manager. When arrived i was dealing with someone else who knew nothing about the deal or convos i had with internet manager so it was back and fort thrid party and time comsuming explaining the situation over and over. When got to dealer the car I was interested in... Who they said could be brought home the same day... Had not been cleaned... Later found out had not even been thru the garage yet so sitting there for about 2-3 hours with my two kids for nothing. And then when it came to crunching numbers it was a fishy situation, needless to say we went elsewhere!

I discovered Crowley's (by accident), as I was driving down Rte 72 and decided to give it a try. I brought my vehicle (2012 KIA Sorento LX) in for an oil change. This was my first experience with Crowley's - I've been using another CT KIA dealership for service since purchasing the vehicle. When I checked in, the Service Associate was courteous, friendly, and informative. I was pleasantly surprised at the short amount of time I had to wait before the service on my vehicle was complete and the very reasonable price of the service. When I checked out, a different Service Associate assisted me; provided me with feedback on the inspection of my vehicle (belts, windshield wipers, tires, brakes, topping off fluids, etc.), and was just so very helpful and patient with all of my questions. The service department at the other KIA dealership is good, but Crowley's outshines them and so I will be bringing my vehicle to Crowley's for service henceforth.

I bought my 2012 Kia optima SX from Crowley and was very satisfied with the entire process.Tom Branagan really went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with the deal and made sure I was all set before I left with my new car. I bought an extended service contract which made sense given the services that are thrown in, and Bob Tufano and his staff went out of their way every time to make sure I was happy with the car after every service.Unfortunately I was recently run off the road by some nut, and my car was totaled. However I went back to Crowley on the off chance that I might find a replacement car close to mine. As luck would have it, they had an IDENTICAL car (same options, same year, same color) with way less mileage. I worked with Tom again and he got me another good deal; I bought the service contract, and left Crowley feeling "whole" once again. Thanks Crowley - You Guys Rock!

I was looking for a new Kia forte to lease and the Crowley Kia dealership did not disappoint. They were able to put me in the car that I wanted and at the price I wanted. I really enjoyed the sales rep who helped me. He was very personable and made the experience very fun and easy going. I did not feel pressured and in the end I knew it was the right decision to come to Crowley for my car. They are in the middle of renovating some of their facility so it was a little confusin finding the right building at first. But I'm sure when they're done they will be an amazing dealership 100 percent.

Went in for 30,000 mile service. I was informed it could take approximately 3 hours. The staff all worked together and had me out in under 1 hour. I requested the nitrogen tire service, was quoted a price and agreed to it. The kind mechanic came out to me and informed me that my car had arrived with nitrogen in the tires at purchase and this was to be given as a courtesy. I was quite impressed with the speed, accuracy and honesty shown to me. My radio had stopped working so I was without CD, Sirius XM and my Bluetooth. I phoned service and Bob was able to help me fix it right over the phone. Thanks Crowley Kia.

I needed a tire replaced. It had a large piece of debris stuck in it. It was still holding air but needed to be replaced immediately. First oil change service for my Sorento. I didn't purchase at Crowley but ended up with them when the dealership I purchased from dropped the ball on a couple major issues. Crowley service dept. has the friendliest people, the service dept. area is immaculate, very customer friendly. The service was done quickly and as far as I can tell, correctly. I wish now that I had chosen this dealership over the one that apparently doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Next KIA will be purchased at Crowley, no question.

THE MOST DISHONEST & CROOKED DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. On February 17, I spent time at Crowley Kia located in Bristol, Ct. Before going to the bank and putting down a deposit, I was assured by Ryan Lanza in Sales that my deposit was 100% refundable if I decided not to go w/ the vehicle. I was hesistant as the receipt didn't state any terms. Ryan assured me they were a reputable business and would stand by what they told me. The following week, I called Ryan and told him that I would not be going w/ the vehicle. He said he would get the refund mailed to me. I also spoke with Tom in Sales the following week. He said Ryan mispoke but that they would honor their terms with me and mail me a check within the next few days. Weeks went by w/ no return phone call. I called this morning (March 4th) and spoke w/ Mike, Manager of sales who said I would not be refunded as his Sales people mispoke. This dealership is crooked and has stolen from me. They do not stand by their agreements. I want a refund immediately. I will make sure everyone knows about their deceitful business practices and will write every review possible telling the public of thier dishonesty. They are complete LIARS and THIEVES.

I went to a number of dealers and was upfront about my credit as I have had some set backs, most dealers when I told them this did not even want to give me the time of day, but when I went to Crowley Jose the salesman was excelent he went out of his way to show me vehicles sopke with the credit manager to get me approved, I knew exactly the car I wanted and within a day they had it on the lot for me to look at, even the night before I recieved text messages fro Jose with pictures of my new vehicle, I knew what the price point was for the vehicle and Jose came back with a price that was under the other vehicles I had looked at and had more options that the other dealers were offering. In addition the financing they provided was much lower than what I was expecting to pay I reviewed what a person with subprime credit would expect to pay and Jose came back with a excelent rate Bottom line great service, fair price, and willing to work to get you the best vehicle at the best price What more can you ask for......

Don't deal with the stand-in Sales Manager on Wed. Very high pressure, almost insulting and offered me $1000 trade-in, on a car that I later got $5,400 for at another dealership. The normal manager Mike seems like a very nice guy, but his day off is Wed. The guy they have doing Mike's job on Wed does not reflect well on the dealership. I bought elsewhere partly based on my experience with him that day.

I recently bought a used car from Butch. I have gone through this process more than a few times, and this was hands down the best overall experience I have ever had. Butch was not only NOT pushy, he did the leg work to find me the car I really wanted. They didn't have what I wanted on their lot, but he found one at another lot. I usually dread the finance part because they are always pushy too. Well not here! The finance girl was helpful, straightforward, and not pushy! She was also very efficient, as was everyone there. They worked around my schedule and what I wanted and I could not be happier with my experience!

Tom was awesome and extremely helpful and accommodating as i had some lights on my trade in that i wanted to keep. He let me take the new car home to my wife and come back the next day to get my trade in and bring it home with dealer plates so I could uninstall the strobe lights i had on it. Also kara in finance did a phenomenal job at getting the payment where i wanted it. In the past I have always gone to Gallagher buick GMC where the rest of my family has always gone and have never been treated as it was "all about me". My experience with both tom and kara was again fantastic and i will definitely be back for future purchases and i have told several people of my experience who are thinking of looking around for a new vehicle .

Crowley kia is the equivlent of buying a car from your grandmother . From the time we walked in they made us at home and comfortable. Ryan the General manager came over and asked how he could help , most places you don't see the "BOSS" until there is a problem .
