I knew what I wanted, already test drove it, and went through Costco which put me in touch with Crowley. Lawanda helped us and made the purchase easy and painless, we were coming from 1hr away, I was able to price it, provide down payment and documentation all from home and drive to the dealership once to pickup vehicle and sign paperwork. Unfortunately I can't use them for vehicle service because we live so far away, but happy we purchased the car from them.

In the purchase of our third car from Crowley Nissan….Our sales person, Justin Morin, was more then helpful, patient, resourceful and we felt he was looking out for our best interest! I purchased a car in 2010. Service re: oil changes have been great. When I brought my car in for a repair, they told me I didn,t have the extended warranty which I purchased from them 12 months ago. The finance person who sold me the warranty never put it into their computer. Very disgusted I had to come home and locate my copy of the warranty. When I called the service dept to let them know I had my copy, they then said that they had located their copy. Seems it was filed in their Chrysler Bldg. My car is a Nissan and I purchased it and the warranty in the Nissan dealership. I hate to think of how this would have played out if I hadn,t located my copy. I also purchased new tires from this dealer. They sold me Yokohama tires 2 years ago. I had 20,000 miles on them and 1 tire was bad. The belts onthe inside had come apart. The tires still had a lot of wear on them. I asked if they could prorrate a new tire. They told me NO that I would have to get in touch with Yokohama. After hearing this, i just went to a tire company and purchased 4 new tires. The purchase process was great when I bought the car but except for oil changes, the service dept leaves me a bit nervous.

When in to get some things done. When I was given my car back I noticed my light was still on for low air in one of the tires. I went inside and was told I would have to drive at least 15 mins to see the light come off. Me knowing my car I knew it wasn't going to turn off and knew most likely they didn't do it.

I called today to schedule service for my 2013 Sentra. The woman who I spoke with in the service department was very hostile.....for no obvious reason. She told me Crowley does not keep records of service on cars. I was mislead by the service department....and who doesn't keep records. Even Car Fax is aware of the service on my car done by Crowley. Quite frankly, I am speechless....lol. I am 60 years old and never have been treated so poorly....BY ANYONE!

I went in for my usual oil change and as usual the entire staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment of checking in, to the mechanic, to checking out. The mechanic came out and told me that 2 items were in need of replacing. I explained that I couldn't afford both and asked him for his opinion. He could have tried to over sell me on both but he was honest and truthful and told me which piece was most important. Most service ppl would have insisted both pieces desperatey needed to be replaced. The service staff at Crowley Nissan are very honest. And I always feel at home when John the service manager comes out and knows me by my first name and we are able to share personal stories with one another. They really do male you feel like part of the family. I am going to miss them when my lease is up.

I would never buy another car from Crowley Nissan in Bristol!! I, am still waiting for the $179.00 that Crowley owes me for the Assurance & Protection, Theft Deterrent System!! I, told Gretchen the credit manager I did not want this!!! Gretchen said it was mandatory, so I signed it! She lied to me.A few days after I picked up the car (March 23, 2015) I saw that it was not mandatory to have this theft deterrent system. I called the independent dealer group, in Richardson, Texas, at 1-214-389-8700. I, had the option of cancelling, but I was no where to be found in their records, not under my name, and not under Crowley Nissan!!I, have made so many phone calls, even left a message for Mr. Crowley himself! Still don't have the money back!I, have dealt with just about everyone there, from my salesman, to higher up managers, just about everyone at Crowley Nissan!DO NOT buy anything from Crowley!

Worst Dealership and Personnel I've ever dealt with!!! Purchased a New Nissan Rogue SL AWD and had to bring it back 5 times for the Vehicle Immobilizer Warning Light Malfunction. At the last service repair our vehicle was left with Greasy Grimes Handprints all over the driver seat ,dash and floor moldings and kick panels. I would like to praise the way Mike Davey, the service rep at Crowley Nissan, for his handling of my sons car repair.He went out of his way to schedule and repair my sons car. The service department did an excellent job of repairing the 2009 Nissan and Mike was instrumental in making sure that the repair was done properly and on time.My son was on duty as a Connecticut National Guardsman and had a small window of opportunity this weekend to fix the problem on his car. When I found the Nissan Juke SL AWD, I came in to Crowley Nissan and met with your sales man, Daren Miceli. He showed me the vehicle and answered any questions I had. I felt very comfortable and completely relaxed. When I test drove the car it was effortless and hassle free. Daren Miceli made the entire experience of purchasing my Nissan Juke, effortless. I felt no car sales pressure which I completely hate. Also, I would like to thank the service dept. and parts dept. for the great job they did delivering and installing rims for my Juke. Went in for an oil change. Crowley Nissan drove my car into another car in their own lot. This happened on a Friday around 1pm. They have not even taken a look at my car. No parts have been ordered, no time estimate. I have been trying to reach Ken Crowley with no luck. When dealing with other body shops, it can take time to wait for parts and repairs. However, the initial review and ordering of parts is usually quick. In this case, they own the body shop and they have still not made me a priority.I am hoping that this negative review will force them to provide better service. I am also hoping this makes someone contact me.

Last month I purchased a brand new 2015 Nissan Rogue. My husband and I visited several dealerships prior to Crowley, and ultimately decided to purchase with them not only because they had the best price, but because they had the most knowledgeable and courteous staff! We visited several different types of dealerships to compare the new 2015 sedans. Since we had a 2008 Altima, we were considering something different this time, and decided to visit the Crowley Altima dealership last. After all of our research, not only did we decide that the 2015 Altima best fit what we look for in a mid-size sedan--we also greatly appreciated our salesman, Daren Miceli. Daren was calm, informative and knew what he was talking about. He did not play "games" like running back to his manager for approvals during negotiations, and was extremely helpful in finding the exact car we wanted--even though it was not physically on their lot. We felt Daren was responsible, trustworthy, and listened to what we wanted.

Ok So just over 1 year ago I had a great purchase do to an amazing sales manager, Brian Singer. From the start he made me feel welcomed, and wasn't pushy to just make a sale. He worked with me tremendously on finding exactly what I wanted and didn't stop till he did, as my car was very difficult to find with the options I wanted. Most sales people would have gotten irritated, however Mr. Singer did not. He even took the time to call and check in on me to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I have never been given such great service, however this brings me to that I was recently informed Crowley Nissan, Bristol has lost the BEST sales manager EVER!!!! As I am still in my lease with Crowley, I can assure you I will not lease again from them, I will follow Brian Singer, sales manager wherever he goes. You cant find service and help with such compassion as I did with Brian. I truly feel he was wrongly let go and I'm confident that Crowley Nissan will permanently be affected by this. If I could give this dealership a negative rating I would. I DO NOT recommend buying from Crowley Nissan, Bristol, CT anymore.

I was looking to replace my '09 VW Jetta TDI as it had a lot of miles and needed some extra work. Daren Miceli, my sales person, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He presented the vehicles and knew the features and offers on the models we were looking at. After some discussion, we settled on a Murano, which had very competitive finance and rebates available. The negotiation was calm and there was no pressure. In the end I got a great deal on the car as well as on my trade. When picking up the car, the finance person was thorough and again extremely friendly. Daren spent the time showing me the features of the car and helping to set up the radio and Bluetooth settings. This is my 3rd car from a Crowley dealer and was easily the best experience.

I have to say this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a dealership ! Not only were the employees rude but condescending as well ! The worker did not listen to what I wanted they practically tried shoving a car down my throat. To make matters worse they told me I'm wasting their time!!! Excuse me but when your looking to buy a car researching and taking your time is part of the process ! They clearly do not care what the CONSUMER wants all they care about is selling a pricey car at ANY cost. I was there for 2 hours and in that time frame they did not allow me to test drive any of the cars I was interested in ! Instead they kept trying to coax me into buying a car 10,000k out of my price range ! Last time I checked Im the one who has to make the car payments not them so no I am not willing to go 10,000k beyond my range ! I felt I was being hounded and at many points as if they were talking down to me. I went to Nissan because there cars were priced reasonably but with that kind of service I'd rather pay a little extra to know I'm dealing with good people. Not people willing to rip any dollar and cent out if your pocket in order to make there sale. It was absolutely horrific I will NEVER go back or recommend them to any friends !

We went to Crowley Nissan "just to look" because we had two cars that had high mileage and were needing many repairs. Our salesman Dominick understood our situation and worked hard to create the right deal that would provide us not one but two cars, always keeping our budget in mind. He even worked hard to get us more than just two base model cars. We are very happy with our 2014 Altima SV and 2014 Sentra SV. Gretchen the finance manager was so pleasant and she explained all of the warrenty options on our new cars. We chose an option that makes our car experience WORRY FREE for the next 6 YEARS. For a few dollars a month we have coverage that goes above and beyond our basic warrenty and it includes our basic maintenance. Before we left Jose was certain to educate us on all of the features of our new cars and John in service greeted us with a smile as he told us about the extended service hours. James the sales manager shook of our hands and promised to stand behind the sale of the cars and told us not to hesitate if we needed anything. Took my car into get the transmission looked at. Drop the car off on Sunday expecting for them to call me to tell me that they have my keys and they will call me when they find out what's going on with my transmission. But that did not happen I called around 1 o'clock then all I got is okay we have your keys we will call you later to give you an update. I never got the call to the next day around 12 o'clock to tell me that I needed to buy all these other components from my vehicle but I came in just for a transmission check. Then after John told me that I needed to buy a $3000 transmission and that the transfer case had a big hole in it but that was not the cause of the transmission to fail so I asked them to call my warranty company they approve the new transmission life was all good and John said the transmission will be in on the 24th I said great call me when it comes in he said I will and I will call you so you can get your two day rental from your warranty company well the 24th comes around I still don't get no phone call. By the time I called they were all going for the day to give me an update on the delivery of the transmission. See where there is no communication at this place !!! So then I called on the 25th in the morning was transferred over to parts. Gentleman said your transmission is has arrived I will have John call to update you on the arrival of the transmission but of course never got the phone call so then I called around 3 o'clock John says yes your transmission just came in. But the he parts guy told me that it was there in the morning. John said that the technician is aware of the transmission arrival and will get right on it. I said okay call me when you guys start working on it so we can set up the rental. Well that never happened. He never called me for my two day rental so I was carless for about a week and a half. So I call him at the end of the day on Wednesday and tells me that my vehicle transmission is all set and installed but now there's a $600 core charge because he didn't think the whole into transmission case was a big deal. Now parts wants to charge them a $600 core charge and now he's trying to pin that on me and my warranty company and my warranty company assures me that there is no need for them to charge me a core !!! Sounds kind of fishy for them to try to get another $600 from us. So then on Thursday I get a phone call saying that he's going to eat the $600 that your car is already for pick up I tell him that I'm still waiting for my call to tell me that I can come and get my rental but that never happened there were all about the money and the apology that I got was that they were busy. So then I go to pick up the vehicle John does not want to deal with me what so ever tells me to go see some lady named Debbie starts off talking to me all sweet and tells me that my wife needs to sign the paper the warranty paperwork I tell her that my wife and my name is on the paper and then she starts to get loud and tell me that the warranty company is not going to approve my signature so I try to show her that my name is on the warranty paperwork and she doesn't even want to look at the name so I pay the amount is due. And I go back to talk to John about other components that was needed for my vehicle just so I can start a conversation with him all he did was point the paperwork at the technician was bad and said have a nice day. No apologies no free car wash free oil change no nothing just have a nice day. car was sitting there for two weeks and one of the tires was sort of flat they didn't even fill it up. thanks Crowley nissan for the worst service that I've ever had !!! Would never recommend for someone to get service done here. At the end of the day i got my vehicle back on the road and I learned my lesson not to do business with them and I hope this gives you a little idea of the trouble that I had with them.

Leased my wife a 2014 Rogue in Midnight Jade from here. Darren helped me with the sale. I would first like to say that Darren was wonderful to work with - a great salesmen - and i know salesmen. I felt comfortable dealing with him since my first impression was that he genuinely wanted to help me through a new vehicle acquisition. Most of the time, salesmen have that dumfounded, glazed over, money grubbing "i'm a vulture and your a dying gazelle" look in their eyes, and the "i hold all the cards" attitude that just doesn't fly with me. Not Darren - which is honestly the best part of the whole engagement. There's something to be said when a salesmen tells you "this is the best we can do" and you actually believe them. Hat's off to him on that one. That's not to say they're ALL going to be that way at Crowley NIssan, (because i didn't deal with anyone else so i have no personal knowledge) but it does speak volumes about his character. Seriously, go see Darren if you're looking for a car from Crowley. The fact that i came in with all my ducks in a row, knew what i wanted to pay for the vehicle (fair price), new what i needed for a trade on my vehicle (also fair), and knew what my monthly payments should be ahead of time helped a bit. The real bonus here is that it didn't take any haggling or deceptive "let me speak with the salesmanager but really just walk away, laugh at you for a bit, then come back and claim we can't go any lower" sales tactics that all the other dealerships are famous for. I gave them my numbers, they bent over backwards to make that happen for me - that's it. Big ups on that! The dealership itself is actually quite comfortable to be in. It's well laid out, with comfortable seating and lighting. High ceilings, clean floors, in a generally warm and inviting atmosphere. You're greeted at the door, and offered refreshments (which should be par for the course but amazingly enough isn't at other dealerships) before you even sit down. (might be a condition of making an appointment but i tend to doubt that). What I really liked is that i wasn't followed around by some shady chump asking if i'm sure i don't need help when i've already expressed my interests. The way dealerships work these days make for a usually less than pleasant experience for the buyer. Salesmen race to get to you first, only to badger you about your intent. From there they follow you about endlessly in a vain attempt to try and save their commissions - not a practice i noticed at Crowley. Overall a great experience. Any time you go to buy a car, there will be unforeseen questions or concerns. the trick is to have as little of those as possible, and honestly in my experience to date, this was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience i've had. if you're in the market for a Nissan, don't take my word for it, just visit them, ask for Darren and see for your self. kudos and thanks

I purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra SL in April 2013 from Crowley. In November 2013, I was slowing down at an intersection and the car began to shake. It then shut off and, although I could turn it back on, it would not go more than 4 inches without shutting off again. I had the car towed to Crowley Nissan. I had purchased the extended warranty that guaranteed me a loaner vehicle, but Crowley did not have any loaners. The next day, I called John Bissett in service as I had been instructed to do the night before. He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and downright mean. All he would repeat was, "If we have no loaners, we have no loaners." They finally set up a rental for me with my local Enterprise.I received a phone call from John telling me that the torque converter in the transmission had seized and that the car needed a whole new transmission AND a new rear wheel assembly...at 10,300 miles! John informed me that the tranmission was on backorder and he had "no idea" when it would be available. He said it could be weeks or months. At this point, I called my original salesman, Matt Cattel, to discuss the problem. Matt searched around for another 2013 Sentra SL and found one in a different color. I had to keep calling him for updates because he made no effort to get back to me. The next day, I received a phone call from Matt saying that I needed to come down to the dealership yet again because the financing papers had to be signed. When my husband and I arrived, they directed us to Orlando, the finance manager. He told us that because we didn't have a $2500 trade-in (we had traded in a Ford Focus when we purchased the original Sentra) and because the interest rate came back higher, I would have to pay $40 more per month over the life of the loan than I was paying on the old loan. I told him that I had not chosen to get a new car - the car died! Orlando gave us a speech about how Crowley was giving us a good deal on the new car, but the bottom line is: Crowley refused to absorb the $40 per month and now I am stuck paying it for the next 6 years. Orlando also mentioned that I wouldn't want to keep the old car anyway because a new tranmission is a "permanent scar on the VIN number" that would lower the resale price and the trade-in value. I went ahead with the new purchase. This was my third trip to Crowley. One week later, the new car was ready. I had made it very clear to Matt that I wanted everything to be exactly the same on the new car. This meant that Crowley needed to apply the Auto Armor and order the protection package (all-weather mats and a clear trunk protector). When I arrived at the dealership, I went first to Service to return the loaner. I asked if the Auto Armor had been applied, but the person looked at me quizzically and told me that Matt could help me with that. Nick told me that this was the proof that the Auto Armor had been applied. My old vehicle had the Auto Armor as well. After Crowley applied it, the seats were wet and the car had a strong odor for several days. This was not the case with the new car. I called Service the next day and spoke to Debbie. I gave her my name and asked if the Auto Armor had been applied to my new car. She said she had "no record" of it being applied. I asked to speak with Matt. He was extremely nasty, almost yelling, and told me that it had definitely been done. I told him to get me the proof and that the paper Nick had given to me looked suspicious. Matt called me back 5 minutes later and "assured me" that the Auto Armor had been applied. He said the car didn't smell because it had been done the previous day.Bottom line: Crowley Nissan is a shady, dishonest, abrasive place that cares only about sales. They did not stand behind the defective vehicle they sold me and then did everything possible to take advantage of me when I returned to them for assistance. Not one person ever apologized for the huge hassle caused by the defective vehicle. BEWARE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I can honestly say I have never been happier with my purchase from such a great dealership along with an amazing staff. I had the pleasure of working with Matt Cattel, Nick Vumbaco and the internet staff. They were extremely pleasant along with very helpful throughout my entire purchase. They made sure to assist me from beginning to end and to make sure I was completely satisfied with the process and purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership and staff to anyone that asks me. I will also be purchasing again in the future from Crowley Nissan. I've since been back several times to Crowley Nissan for the service department, and they too were also great. It was so easy to schedule my appointment, having the option of waiting for my vehicle or they offered me a ride back home and then to pick me up when my car was finished. Very friendly, assertive to my needs, and to me the best part is that every time my car comes out of the service department it is clean and nothing has been touched that wasn't suppose to. In the past I've had some issues with other dealerships with service, well not Crowley. I feel very comfortable dropping my car off and picking it up later when its ready. I am definitely one satisfied customer and again would recommend them to anyone.

I specifically asked Nick if the towing hook was in the new car and he told me that he put it in the glove box. I had no reason to doubt him and it was dark, so I did not check. Nick assisted me with tranferring my items to the new car. While doing so, he pointed out the clear trunk protector that Crowley had installed. It looked horrible: numerous bubbles and a giant gap between the top edge and the main part of the protector. Nick told me that the bubbles and the gap would clear up as soon as the temperature warmed up the next day. This was my fourth trip to Crowley.My old vehicle had the Auto Armor as well. After Crowley applied it, the seats were wet and the car had a strong odor for several days. This was not the case with the new car. I called Service the next day and spoke to Debbie. I gave her my name and asked if the Auto Armor had been applied to my new car. She said she had "no record" of it being applied. I asked to speak with Matt. He was extremely nasty, almost yelling, and told me that it had definitely been done. I told him to get me the proof and that the paper Nick had given to me looked suspicious. Matt called me back 5 minutes later and "assured me" that the Auto Armor had been applied. He said the car didn't smell because it had been done the previous day. I didn't believe him and still don't, but I have no recourse.Two days later, the trunk protector was looking just as horrible. I finally peeled it off and threw it in the garbage. The towing hook was not in the glove box or in the trunk.Bottom line: Crowley Nissan is a shady, dishonest, abrasive place that cares only about sales. They did not stand behind the defective vehicle they sold me and then did everything possible to take advantage of me when I returned to them for assistance. Not one person ever apologized for the huge hassle caused by the defective vehicle. BEWARE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.And by the way...I contacted Nissan USA about my original vehicle. They would not do anything for me because they said it was "my choice" to give up the original Sentra. It needed a whole new transmission and rear wheel assembly at 10,300 miles! Who would want that car?! Nissan USA didn't even offer any "goodwill compensation." Looks like the dealers really do represent the company.

We recently purchased 2014 Murano with Crowley and are extremely delighted with the sales experience. The staff is very friendly, co-operative, accommodative and professional. There is no pressure or obligations to buy any accessories. The Financing was simple and straight. The Trade-in was easy and simple too. The deal worked out by General Manger was the best part of the whole experience and was better than VPP price. I highly recommend to check this dealer, if you are a seriou buyer of Nissan vehicles.

Due to past experiences, I have always hated car shopping. High pressure environments mixed with an unstable atmosphere made me come to the conclusion that I would rather jump off a cliff than to deal with sales pitches and bribes that I had received during my last car purchase (which was when my son was born), he is now 7 years old. My car has been disabled since May, and all the aggravation that resulted from it made my need to purchase a new vehicle become overwhelming. I had to do what I had to do.Anyways, after extending my research hours compared to my last purchase, I was armed with all the information that I needed. I narrowed my choice of automobile down to only the Altima. My grandmother, mother, father, sister, brother, neighbor, and my sisters neighbor all have one so I had to join the club. What most of them had in common was that they bought their cars from Crowley Nissan in Bristol. Me being only 15 minutes away, I figured I would stop by in person to see what they had in stock.I dealt with a sales person named Jason Rulo. He treated me pretty much the opposite of what I had experienced in the past. Friendly, Knowledgeable, Smart, Overall good guy. Even after doing my research, I still had a thousand and one questions I had to ask which Jason answered without even hesitating. The price turned out to be lower than any dealer that I had called, and he was even able to locate me a Pearl White with the Almond interior since my wife wanted to chose the color. He had the car ready for me in three days and I was able to drive away with the easiness round of paperwork I had ever signed. 0% APR and a remote start/killer rebates were just the icing on the cake. Im definitely going to be taking advantage of their referral program which gives me money each time I refer someone to Jason. I had met the whole crew down at Crowley. Sales Managers etc. were all just as friendly.Thumbs up guys. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Luis, was very polite, did not rush us,showing us several different Vehicles and explaining different features. This information helped my wife and I determine the best vehicle for our family. When asked, Luis explained different purchase options. My wife and I truly felt Luis was very interested in our purchase. Crowley Nissan fixed our Nissan van, which was purchased out of state, when two other Nissan dealers tried and failed to fix a problem with the alarm and door-locking system which had existed since purchase. Crowley also honored the warranty on the vehicle without question, when one of the other dealers charged us for trouble-shooting and couldn't even find the problem. We were impressed with the professionalism of the service techs and were more than pleased with their performance. We are only sorry we didn't purchase the RV at the Crowley RV dealer.

I recently leased a 2013 Altima from Crowley Nissan thanks to one of the best sales men there Dominic Jimerson, he got me out of my old car that's been given me problems. He worked out a great deal that was in the right price range for me & it only took him 30 minutes to do it. When I arrived the next day to pick up the car, its was parked & ready to go in front, the paper work was taken care all I had to do was sigh my name. I originally got a sales person through the Internet. I believe his name was Dave and/or Matt. They were fine. The problem came when I actually came into the dealership. I had asked for Internet but was informed they were busy so another sales person helped. ( can't recall his name). He showed me the car which was great but when it came to my trade I felt like Jason was trying to steal it from me right off the bat. I had been to two other dealers ( not Nissan ) so I had an idea what it was worth. He was thousands less then both, and it was a Nissan!!! Regardless I continued negotiations because they had the exact car I wanted in stock. Unfortunately they knew that and I feel Jason was using that against me saying they are in high demand with those options so I would have to pay a premium. As things progressed over and hour and a half of the back and forth it just got worse. All the while I can see him sitting at his computer. What is so important that he can't come out in person and do the deal??? It was probably for the better because when he did come out I felt he had something to prove in the manner in which he was speaking to me. If anything I understand being only 4ft 11in myself but seriously this is your job not a once I awhile thing!!!It got to the point where I just said I would have to think about things and just left. I drove to Middletown Nissan where I must say things were great. That gave me almost what I wanted for my car and $100 under cost for the new car which they didn't even have I stock!

I bought my 2009 Nissan Murano at Crowley 4 years ago and I've been going there for all of my oil changes, new tires there etc... I was pretty happy until now. Last week I went for oil change and immediately after I drove off my car was making a loud noise when I pressed on the gas pedal. I did not have this problem before the oil change. Something happened to my car when it was in the garage being worked on. I called the next day and got my car checked, they did not find anything. I was told that I have to get a diagnostic test and the charge would be $110 for the test. I was talking to Tom about it and he told me that it was just a coincidence that this happened to my car. He would not budge. What kind of customer service is that? At Crowley the customer is always wrong.

Lousy service!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER!! Good thing I purchased the extra warranties because the car needed a 4 thousand dollar job!! Then the service guy told me to come back in 2 weeks, when I questioned it he said " look lady this is a four thousand dollar job im doing, I could have told you there was nothing wrong with your car and sent you on your way" I went to another Nissan dealer and the job was done in 2 days. They also informed me that there was no reason for the 2 week delay at crowley!! Crowley just did not want to fix it. He acted like he was doing me a favor but im paying for this warranty so this is not free. He was rude and obnoxious and this is not how you treat your customers. The puchase experience was awful as well! I regret buying anything from them!! You will too! I made sure I filed a formal complain with Nissan and not only will I encourage everyone I know to buy elsewhere, but I will also never ever buy a Nissan product ever again. We have since purchased another car from another dealer and not Nissan and they are great!!

The general manager of this dealership is shady. Do not buy a car from these people. Told me my deposit was refundable and then tried to keep my money when I changed my mind. Then swore at me on the phone. I will never ever step foot into this dealership ever again. They play games.

Out of the blue the other day the sales manager who was our previous sales person on the other 3 vehicles called just to say hi and wish us a happy and safe Holliday. Totally unexpected and totally awesome...! I would totally recommend them for sales and service! I dealt with the Internet department and would suggest you do the same if in the market for a car!

Dealt with Brian and Matt Via the Internet. Buying my car was very easy and seamless and I was very surprised ( compared to other experiences I've had) how simple thay made everything. I didn't even have to call my insurance. This is huge for me due to my hectic schedule. I was previously and Chevy buyer for many years but I love my new Nissan Rogue.

I came to purchase a new Versa and trade my Sentra for the new Altima. The sales person, Dave Biolo, provided the best possible service. He tried to explain every question I asked. He tried to help. However, the manager Brian Singer, got very frustrated and annoyed with my questions. I heard him in the hallway saying this is the best f...deal referring to the offer I got. Once he decided to talk to me he was visibly annoyed (well it was the Labor Day Monday). Brian, made me feel very uncomfortable and fool. He tried to intimidate me several times. I decided to end the pointless conversation and leave. I guess Brian was very successful with his intimidation and lack of respect (I'm female and have an accent so maybe he is selective when it comes to his customers). Well, Crawley the world is changing so you better make sure you provide proper training to your employees. I'm very disappointed.
