It was a chilly Friday night and my annual "your tires are low, stop immediately" light came on. I had to be near my local dealership on Saturday afternoon - Richmond BMW, on Broad St and decided to stop in to have the tires filled on my 5 Series. The service advisor that greeted me immediately started working on my car - and noticed a protruding bubble on the outside of the right front tire. In August I had replaced the two rear tires but opted to wait until my annual inspection to replace the front tires. I was planning to drive out of state this week for Thanksgiving - this was very timely. Courtesy driver (awesome guy too) brought me home and within 2 hours I got a call back that my car was ready - new tires, alignment, and detailed. What more could you ask for?? I have ALWAYS had great service here but this was unplanned, prompt, and very appreciated.

Everything was good especially the follow up. Jessie Krack was a good salesperson as were all the people I met. The dealership is in the process of being renovated. The staff does well with what they have to keep business as normal as possible. With all car deals I have been through it still needs to be streamlined more. Too much paperwork and too much time. I do have a paint spot on the passenger seat that I need to go back and have repaired. I did not have any more time to leave it yesterday. The dealership is a little far from my house. The dealership near my house did not have a car that I liked. I had to go to the dealership across town. The service department yesterday was very good to help and get me out as quickly as they could.

The service was great; had hit a pothole resulting in damaging one of the tires. When a technician started to fill the tire, realized that there was a hole in the tire which had to be replaced. It was a Thursday afternoon and Richmond BMW was able to replace the tire and did an alignment. They kept me informed while I waited for my car. There was coffee and water available in the waiting area which was nice. Great service and great staff!

The service was okay...towards the end of the night no one seems to know what's going on or where your vehicle is. I waited a long time and all I had done was a battery put in. Dropped my car off at 11:30am and didn't get it back until 7:15pm. Overall the quality of the repair is what I loved the most seemed done correctly and my vehicle sounded great. I will recommend anyone to come get repairs done there. But as far as service everyone looks at you like deer in headlights.

Exceptional customer service in every way. Dealership's Service Department will make you feel like the most important person there regardless of the amount of people visiting. Quality of work is top shelf. Amenities are excellent. Service Manager Alan Bettley is a pleasure to deal with and exhibits exceptional customer service skills. A credit to the dealership and the brand name. Service Advisor Joshua Garret is equally as good. Overall, the most exceptional Service Department experience I've ever encountered. over the years with almost 15 luxury vehicles owned in as many years. Highly recommended in every way. Everything from booking my service appointment to confirmation communication and the actual service itself was outstanding. The only issue was the time it took. Had I not waited 2 hours, they would've received all "5's " on score. The wait room had Kiereg coffee along with bagels, nice touch. Facilities are under construction so it's understandable that everything is a bit rough looking. Service advisor Dennis Morgan was very nice. In fact I think BMW has the best service advisors anywhere I've been!

I brought my BMW in for repair on Wednesday morning and was told it would be a couple of days. On Friday, we left a message for an update. No response. On Saturday, we called again and escalated to the service manager and was told it has been ready. On Sunday, I noticed the the car was still making a noise. Left a message on answer service because they are not open on Sunday. It is now Tuesday evening and still no call back.
