Great experience. I was in and out in under an hour. Rawlins Goldston took care of me, and didn't give up on me through a pretty major misunderstanding (on my part). Very friendly. Very professional. The truck was exactly as decribed, clean and ready to go upon my arrival. No going back and forth to the sales manager. I was not passed on to financing, as the entire transaction was handled in Rawlins' office. I have already recommended DLR to others.

Amazing experience!!!! Robert made car buying easy. No choke and croak sales pitch. We told him what we wanted and the budget we had. Then he made it happen. I have been buying cars for a long time and this was the first time ever that I didn't feel like I got sold. I also was only there for about 15 minutes to sign and drive away in my new Year Tahoe. My wife and I found a 2014 Ford F-150 Lariat on Dallas Lease Returns online website but my work schedule prevented me from being able to go and get the truck immediately. We talked with Roel Ortiz, he worked everything out to where we could put a small deposit down to hold the truck until we could get there and purchase the truck. He sent us pictures and videos of the truck, all info and history, and was hands on throughout the entire process. When we arrived at their impressive, sprawling facility the only thing that held up the closing of the deal was us looking at the extensive inventory of top notch vehicles on site. We dealt with Roel from the initial questions to the purchase, it was a pleasure to do business with someone who was honest, personable, and professional from beginning to end. Roel was patient with our endless questions and always immediately returned our calls, texts, and emails. The truck I purchased is exactly what he told us it would be. Malia is Great!The dealership is like no other. All the cars are indoors and unlocked. You can walk around and look at every car inside and out. All the sales reps are super friendly and they have a great no pressure attitude. Not once did I hear any of your typical car dealer lines. Took 5 minutes to agree on price, and that's pretty much it. Rawlins is not your typical "used car salesman". Back in January we welcomed two more children into our home and were given a 20 year old van to accommodate the extra passengers. It died suddenly and we needed a new vehicle - fast! My mother-in-law recommended we have Rawlins try and find a vehicle to fit our needs and he delivered. We had strict requirements, 50,000 miles or less, a third row seat, and a price that wouldn't break the bank. The next day, Rawlins Goldston introduced us to our new (to us) 2012 Nissan Pathfinder. It was a perfect fit! He took care of all the hard parts - all we did was "drive and sign." He took our needs seriously and did his best to meet our requirements. He was easy to work with. Very laid back, and not pushy or rude at all. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a new vehicle.On a separate note, my only disappointment (hence the four out of five stars) was that as soon as the papers were signed and I opened up the drivers door to get in and drive my new car home, a portion of the drivers door handle fell off into my hand! The car was in pristine condition and the dealership appeared well kept, so I was completely shocked by this. I was promised by Rawlins that a replacement piece would be ordered and painted right away.

I rated a 4 star because we did have some bumps in the road, but for our sales person, Blanca, has always gone the extra mile to try and smooth those bumps out. I would recommend her to anyone. I worked with Al Castro on this Chevy and it is my 2nd purchase with the company. I had spoken with other dealers and they were not listening to what I wanted and quickly tried to divert my attention to other vehicles. They were only interested in getting rid of inventory. I knew from my 2012 experience with Dallas Lease Returns that would not happen and it didn't...either time.Both purchases were conducted professionally and quickly. I'll be honest, I was initially skeptical of buying a vehicle from Dallas Lease Returns. I have always bought from the big dealerships. My car was a total loss after a lady rear-ended me on I-820. I needed a replacement in a hurry. I scanned Cargurus and Autotrader for the vehicle I wanted and Dallas Lease Returns had an exact match. I contacted DLR and talked to Roel Ortiz, the most friendly, responsive and helpful car salesman I have EVER dealt with....he treated me like I was buying Maserati instead of a reasonably priced SUV. What a great experience. A small mechanical popped up after the purchase and he sent someone all the way to Fort Worth to pick up the vehicle, fix it and return it the same day. Superb customer service. I got a great deal on the vehicle I wanted and I was treated like a friend. Check these guys out the next time you buy a vehicle. They're outstanding!

Rawlins Goldston was our saleman and all of our dealers were done by phone because we live in California. Rawlins gave us a good description of the car as well as text me pictures and videos. The price was fair and we were able to negotiate a good price. We ask for an honest assessment of the car because we were putting our faith in his judgment. We were not disappointed, he sent the paperwork overnight to us and we flew in, did our final inspection and purchased the white 2012 Chevy Corvette. Car was in really great shape Rawlins said we would be please. We drove the car 1500 miles the in the first 36 hours and it drives great, looks even better. Easy to pick, easy to finance, but check your vehicle closely. Way disappointed with the dealership as they only gave me one key upon purchase and promise the other key with my license plate. That did not happen and they still cannot find the key. They now request that actually come to the dealership to get a replacement key taking a whole afternoon at my time.

I can truly say that Al Castro is the man you want before and after the sale. First, he made the purchasing process go super smooth and without any pressure. He answered all my questions and even helped me save on financing. Second, he still continues to help me more than a month after the sale. Al even came and personally picked up my Jeep and had it inspected at TWO different locations at his expense just to put my mind at ease about an issue I had. Great Dealership. I was looking for a good family SUV, and found one. James Smith helped the hole way. Found the dealership on car guru and made the call, since I live about 3 1/2 hours away, we did everything over the phone. It took about an hour to get everything done but the phone call only took about 15 minutes. After visiting several used car dealership for a truck, the Dallas Lease Returns was the best of the bunch. In the last several years, my wife and I have both bought two new cars from local dealerships. After working with Al Castro, I may never buy a new car again. I needed a used truck to haul stuff around town. After reviewing the truck on their web page, Al drove the truck to my house for a test drive. After the test drive, I knew this truck would work for me. Al took all my information to fill out the paper work back at his office. Later that day, I picked up my truck and signed all the papers. I was in and out of the Dallas Lease Returns within 20 minutes. My truck was cleaned, washed and filled up with a full tank of gas. I would highly recommend Al and the Dallas Lease Returns.

Found Dallas Lease Returns through the CapitalOne site. They had 4 Honda Odyssey lease returns & we met with James Smith the next day. The one we selected was the perfect choice - except for the mileage, you would not know it (a 2013 model) was not a brand new car. I called at just before 9 AM on a Monday morning (5/9) and was pleasantly greeted by Robert Schultz the Sales Manager. I told him the F150 I was interested in and filled him in on my other requirements. He immediately sent me a credit application and got the ball rolling on my deal. We talked back and forth on the phone a few times and he had the deal all set and ready for delivery by !:30 the same afternoon! The smoothest most painless vehicle buy experience I've ever had. Where do I start? Not only did I get a great deal on a great car, but the salesman brought the car of my choice to me at my home to test drive! And with a fully refundable deposit, I could take my time comparing the car I found with others from other dealerships. By the time I took my husband in to see the car, I was convinced I had the very best deal. They put brand new Michelin tires on my car, reupholstered the front seats and added tinted windows at no extra cost. My husband was so impressed with how pristine the car was both inside and out. And no wonder... the cars at Dallas Lease Returns are kept indoors so they're not exposed to the elements. I've never known a dealership to take such great care to insure a used car is presented so well. Further, the salesman, James Smith was patient, courteous and put no pressure on me at all. I saw an ad for a vehicle I was interested in on-line, and visited the Dallas Lease Returns facility. I meet with Allen Burke and he showed me the vehicle. He was very helpful, but not pushy. He handed me the keys so I could take a test drive on my own. He provided the Carfax as well. I eventually made an offer and we made a deal. The next day he picked me up in the car and took me back to Dallas Lease Returns to complete the purchase paperwork, so I didn't need to have someone drop me off. The paperwork went quickly and I was happily own my way.

Rawlins Goldston was referred to me by a tough to please friend that grew up in the car business. I first spoke with him at 1:30 on Good Friday having narrowed my car search down to about 3 different styles of large SUVs. After talking through their inventory and looking at cars online, I decided on the Tahoe and Rawlins delivered it to my house at 8:15 that very evening! He's in Dallas and I live south of Fort Worth! I signed the paperwork in my kitchen with no extras or unexpected anything. UPDATE: I had a chaotic move the next weekend and LOST MY CAR KEYS! Especially crazy since I don't typically lose things and I had only gotten the one at delivery. (They send out the extra fobs, keys, etc when the plates come in) Rawlins was in a meeting when I called and the sales manager helped me directly. They overnighted them to my house! Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Can't recommend highly enough.

The overall buying experience with Dallas Lease Returns was by far the best purchase experience I have been thru when buying a vehicle. I worked with Al Castro who is a stand up guy that was honest, upfront, and reliable. The complex to my buying experience was I wasn't in the same state to "put my hands" on the vehicle. But from what I could tell in images it was the vehicle for me. At Dallas Lease Returns you are able to put a $200 deposit down to hold the vehicle from being sold to anyone else. Al took the time to walk me thru the vehicle utilizing video conferencing technology and performed a vehicle performance test with a report back to me. Al then arranged for all the paperwork to be sent over night to ensure a seamless transaction. After the paperwork he even made arrangements for us to receive the vehicle the next day. The vehicle shipping company driver was top notch and a stand up guy as well. Once I was able to "put my hands" on the vehicle my expectations were exceeded. Beautiful vehicle that I am proud to drive. I will be utilizing Dallas Lease Returns in my future vehicle purchases with no hesitation.

They came way off there listed price. First used car I have ever bought where I received a full tank of gas. Joe was no pressure and no hassle. The whole experience would have only take an hour if it hadn't been for my slow bank. Nice to not have to sit and wait all day when all you want to do is Pimp your new ride. I learned about Dallas Lease Returns through the USAA used car purchase program. These guys were easy to deal with, and went way out of their way to make my purchase a breeze. I never even saw the car in person until it was delivered to my door. Yep, delivered to my door...from Dallas to Round Rock. Al Castro took a bunch of pictures for me, had it inspected by a neutral 3rd party mechanic, and then personally drove it to me on a Saturday, and we signed the paperwork in my house. I can't say that I've ever actually had a great experience at a dealership of any kind, until now. I would definitely return to do business with Al in a heartbeat!

I found a vehicle on the Dallas Lease Returns website and proceeded with the pre-approval process for that vehicle. Received a phone call about 30 minutes later from Al Castro. I informed Mr. Castro that I had a vehicle that I wanted to trade in for the new vehicle & that my credit was not all that great. As any typical salesman would say No Problem, well take care of it. A day goes by and I receive a phone call from Henry Jackson (Finance Manager), real short with me, right to the point with the questions about my trade in. I told Mr. Jackson that I would have the difference between the trade in value and the remaining balance and that I could have more for a down payment a week goes by, not a single phone call, text or emailJust wrote me off! Sent a text to Mr. Jackson 10 days after initial contact from him for any kind of update, nothingI have family members who lease vehicles from D&M and told them about my experience, they could not believe it. Not only did you lose my business, but you lost business from 3 of my family members and most likely their friends too.

We set up an appointment and put a deposit on the car to make sure we would get a chance to see it.. We had missed cars at other dealerships because we could not get to them in time. We did not have to rush over that minute or loose out on a very good deal. This option was really appreciated. It gave us 3 days to come see the vehicle and take it to our own mechanic. We came to the dealership, and we were greeted immediately by April at the front desk. After that Billy took care of us through the rest of the process. We bought the car that evening! Robert Schultz and Dallas Lease Returns made it entirely too easy for me to purchase my very gently used 2013 Ford F-150. I first got in contact with Robert in early December. I had seen a gray F-150 that looked nice and was in my price range. Unfortunately, that truck sold before I could get more information about it. I put the search on hold over Christmas. Then on January 4th I simultaneously found another truck on DallasLeaseReturns.com and received an email from Robert asking if I was ready to resume my search. I quickly asked for more info on the truck, remembering how fast the first one sold. It turned out someone else had put a hold deposit down on it but Robert told me I could put a backup deposit on it in the off chance the first person dropped out. After a couple days I received the good news the other person withdrew their deposit. I arranged a time to come view the truck and drove almost 4 hours to the Dallas Lease Returns warehouse. I met Robert and we took it for a test drive. The truck was a beautiful ruby red 2013 Ford F-150. It looked brand new with only 18,000 miles on it. After the test drive I was sold. I ran to the bank to pick up some money while Robert was nice enough to take the truck out to fill the gas tank. The paperwork was all set up and just needed my signature. I handed him the money and he handed me the keys. I was in and out in a little under 2 hours. They were even nice enough to take my 1998 Honda Civic as a trade. Not worth much but still got a good price for it.It was a pleasure buying a vehicle from Dallas Lease Returns and Robert Schultz. Be sure to ask for him when you need help finding a new car or truck. I am very pleased with the open communication I had with Robert. He was always quick to answer my texts, emails, and phone calls. Not once did I feel any pressure to buy something I didn't want. This will be the first place I look when I'm in the market for another vehicle.

Purchased a luxury vehicle and in less than 4-5 months of owning the vehicle found out there $8,000 worth of repairs that needed to be done. I used the vehicle for pleasure so I know I didn't cause any of the damages because most of it was related to the engine, This vehicle could not have been fully inspected, it appears that this vehicle was only a quick sale and the quality of it was not up to standards. I would NOT recommend anyone purchasing from this dealership.

Chris was very friendly and easy to work with. (For women: I felt like I was treated fairly and as an equal.) The price is the price and it was under the KBB value! No haggling means I know I'm getting the same great deal that everyone else is. I called 10 minutes ahead of time and they had the car ready. The location is hidden behind other buildings, but worth the turning around for the variety of vehicles and price. My vehicle was practically new with low mileage and great shape. The other cars in the warehouse seemed to be almost new too. I knew exactly what I wanted going in, so it was a fairly quick and painless process. The longest part was waiting on my lender to email the documents. Chris also offered customer service after the sale. That means a lot when you're getting a new used car. If there are options you want that the car doesn't have (leather, remote start, etc), be honest and ask for referral places to do them. These guys know where to go. The price is well worth paying for upgrades separately. When it's time to get my husband's car, we'll be calling Dallas Lease Returns to get it.

I called him without notice and he took my call and was able to answer all my questions. I just recently got in the market for a new vehicle and he put me as ease. I hate the "car buying" process. I was in the market for a newish midsize sedan. Although I had a couple cars in mind, it came down to one at a dealer and another with Blanca at DLR. I brought both cars to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. The DLR car was in near-factory condition inside and out. However, the dealer car was not in "great shape" like they claimed--it had had some previous body work and repainting done, suggesting some sort of incident that did not show up on the Carfax, and had not been disclosed.As soon as my mechanic showed me the issues I called Blanca right away and accepted the offer she gave me. I dropped off the dealer car with a quick "thanks but no thanks" and made my way to DLR, where we completed the paperwork and I was out the door in my new car that afternoon. Overall I was astounded at how differently I was treated by Blanca at DLR vs all the dealerships I had visited. I know that car salespeople can take advantage of purchasers in many different and legally protected ways, and was advised by a consumer protection attorney of the many common issues before I shopped. DLR was the only place where not a single one of the red flags came up. They disclosed everything I felt they should have, they did not try to push me into buying overpriced add-ons, and they responded to the few small issues I felt needed to be resolved before my purchase (such as buying tires for the car, as the tread was just above the minimum acceptable wear line).I felt like DLR really does care about their customers and demonstrates it in concrete ways, unlike all the other dealerships out there that are all talk.

Definitely not your typical dealership experience. I called them about a vehicle that I saw listed, and we did everything over the phone!! I got my approval, trade in value, and paperwork all squared away before I went to actually see the Jeep. Got there, talked with Billy, test drove it, loved it, signed my papers and went home. I have been telling everyone about how easy and quick my experience was with Al and this dealership. Most of the exchange was done via email and text. The vehicle was brought to me for a test drive and I was at the dealership signing papers for maybe 20 minutes before driving away in my new car. My requirements for a car and loan were taken seriously and the hated back and forth game that typically wastes several hours of your day was not played. Al was awesome. Chris Mikell was very helpful. I found the car thru USAA Car Buying Service, black 2013 Scion tC manual transmission exactly how I want it. Of my search this was the one with the lowest millage and price. Purchase the car from Georgia without even been in the dealer. Chris assured me the car was good, even send me extra pictures and video. They even waited two weeks for me to pick-up the car after purchase was completed. I flew to Dallas, Chris pick-me-up at the airport and took me to the dealer to get the car on his day off. The car was very clean and everything was exactly as he described to me, no surprises. The salesman, Robert Schultz was very patient and accommodating, I had to obtain a letter from a BK trustee in order to finalize the purchase and the dealership held onto the vehicle for me for an extended period of time. I did not experience the usual high pressure experience that you come to expect when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, Robert was very professional and friendly, and made the deal as easy as possible. The dealership itself is beautiful, a great atmosphere to look at the inventory and complete the shopping experience. The vehicles themselves are in outstanding condition. From the moment I sent an "I'm Interested" note from the D&M Leasing mobile app's Lease Return Inventory, DLR was very persistent in trying to contact me. (I wasn't actually ready to speak to anyone, at first). Once I did speak with Aaron on the phone, the entire process was a breeze. There was no pressure to immediately purchase, even after visiting the showroom. We picked several cars from the mobile app that we wanted to see in-person & test drive. CarFax are provided for every car, which is an EXCELLENT way to see the car's history. Aaron was even willing to hand-deliver the paperwork to us to have it signed, if needed. He went above and beyond to give me a great experience, hazel free, stress free way to buy a car. I HIGHLY recommend that you contact him for your next car. Here's the deal - I take care of my 2 year old Grandson and, wanted a Volvo SUV since they are considered very very safe, and we go places every day..very involved in activities. From first meeting him, we felt very comfortable and remained so throughout. Robert Schultz with Dallas Lease Returns is great and went above and beyond the call of duty! I am SO thankful for all of his help! I do not live in Dallas, so I couldn't get there easily to test drive the Kia Soul! (that I ultimately bought).Robert took the time to speak with me on the phone numerous times to go over in fine detail the condition of the car and all of its features. Since I couldn't test drive the car in person before I made the trip, he even drove it a little bit to see if it handled well and if the brakes felt good. Based on his assessment of the car after him driving it, I booked a flight to Dallas to drive the car. (Robert even gave helpful suggestions on how to get to their business, which was much appreciated).Robert and all of the staff at DLR were friendly and professional. I test drove the car and looked it over very carefully. Robert had given me a very accurate assessment of the car. If you are looking for a car, I would trust Robert completely. I bought the car that afternoon and drove it home. The 3 hour ride home was smooth and enjoyable!Even with flying to Dallas and paying for gas to return home, my new (well, it's used, but it feels and looks like new) 2013 Kia Soul! still cost me less money buying it with Dallas Lease Returns than it would have cost anywhere else (I did an exhaustive search in all of the continental USA).Robert made the process painless and fast (he's even new to the company and still so proficient!). I was wary of flying to another city to get a car, but Robert's helpful information over the phone made everything go smoothly. Trying to buy a used car has become something to be avoided at almost all costs. This is especially true if you are trying to maintain some level of faith and belief in your fellow humans. I just spent a couple of weeks trying to find a mid-level priced car and ran into a lot of dubious situations, questionable looking cars, and outright lies. Then I ran across Dallas Lease Returns. I had never heard of this place, I found it thru Cars.com when they had a car that matched my search criteria. Sent IM asking if car was still available and made appointment to see it. Walked in and was greeted by a beautiful and friendly receptionist. While I waited for my salesman, she offered coffee, water, etc and told me I could browse the cars while my Salesman finished a call. I was immediately very impressed by this place, all the cars were clean and in great shape. I worked with Rawlins Goldston, he was low key and non-pressure. He was very transparent, showed me the car fax and I had already done Autocheck myself so he was not trying to hide anything. I looked over the car which was 2013 Highlander with 23k miles, I could not find a scratch, dent or any blemish on it, looked like a brand new car both inside and out and under the hood. Shawn Collins let us "buy" in a very patient manner, I particularly liked he did not push for extended warranty, life, dent cover etc etc. That makes it difficult to get out of a dealership. The only times he got aggressive and followed up continually is when some of the documents were slow getting here, he followed up on a daily basis until we received them. One of our very best car buying experiences, we will return to see Shawn Collins when we are ready for another vehicle.

I recently purchased a Chevy Tahoe with the help of James Smith. He was absolutely wonderful to work withpatient, professional, knowledgeable. We began our search when James responded to an inquiry I made online about another SUV that was already spoken for. Im an extremely particular person, knowing exactly what Im looking for before I ever walk through the door---with a strict budget and a detailed list of wants (where every item on it is a deal breaker). To make matters more difficult, Im pretty patient and willing to wait forever for an EXACT match (my current search began over 2 yrs ago). I forewarned James of this mission impossible from the beginning. He took note of my detailed list, kindly accepted the challenge, and said he would be (in his words) like a detective on the case. After several months of simply checking in on me and presenting me with a couple options here and there, the perfect vehicle appeared. James aggressively jumped on securing it before it even got a chance to get listed because he knew that it was the exact one for me. Its still hard to believe I even put a deposit down on a vehicle that Id never seen in person. But after communicating with and getting to know easy-going James over several months, I knew I was able to trust his word and promise that DLR only deals with quality vehicles. James walked through every phase of the process over the phone with me from beginning to end, always explaining everything thoroughly and making sure there were no problems. He had my SUV shipped here to me in Houston to look at and test out and it was just as he promised, exceeded even my high expectations. The finalizing process was super quick and easy. I have already recommended James Smith and DLR to one friend and will continue to do so to others. The only negative part of my experience is that I never got to meet James in person. I will take care of that on my next road trip to Dallas!

I recently bought my 2011 GMC Yukon Denali from Chris Mikel. It was the best experience I have ever had in my life when buying a car-new or used. I sent an email to Dallas Lease Returns and had a response within an hour. I told them I was interested in the Denali and that I had a two hour window the next day to come to their place of business to see it during work. Chris offered to bring the vehicle by my workplace instead so I didnt have to rush. The vehicle was in the great condition exactly as advertised. Chris was extremely professional, and knowledgeable about the vehicle, the industry, the dealership{11 years employed there}, and interest rates for financing. The vehicle was priced extremely fair and my co workers could not believe the deal I received for the SUV which was in mint condition. Chris also got me a better interest rate than my own bank. I wouldnt buy a car from anyone else and am taking the time to write this review because my experience was so impressive.

I have purchase several vehicles in my life with experiences ranging from poor to just OK. This is probably the first time I've felt really good about the transaction. I'm generally been excited every time I take delivery of a new (or used) vehicle, but I don't believe I've ever felt good about the whole deal until DLR. Shawn was a pleasure to work with. He had us and another family and somehow he managed to do a good job with both of us. Even after Shawn had given me a price, he found a small crack in the windshield and had the windshield replace without changing the price. I noticed several brochures for the standard add-ons (warranty, maintenance, etc.) but there was no pressure to try to add those to the deal. Absolutely the best vehicle buying experience. And kudos to the receptionist, whose name I did not get, for a warm greeting upon our arrival and continued "check-ups to see if we were comfortable while we waited for Shawn.

After reading the reviews online, I was skeptical. All i could think is how could a "car dealership" have such good reviews. Well the answer is that this place is not a car dealership. It is above and beyond anything place you could think of to purchase a vehicle. Its NOT just a bunch of smoke and mirrors, this place is genuine. I recently purchased a Chevy Tahoe with the help of James Smith at DLR. James was absolutely wonderful to work withpatient, professional, knowledgeable. We began our search when James responded to an inquiry I made online about another SUV that was already spoken for. Im an extremely particular person, knowing exactly what Im looking for before I ever walk through the door---with a strict budget and a detailed list of wants where every item on it is a deal breaker. To make matters more difficult, Im pretty patient and willing to wait forever for an EXACT match (my current search began over 2 yrs ago). I forewarned James of this mission impossible from the beginning. He took note of my detailed list of wants, kindly accepted the challenge, and said he would be (in his words) like a detective on the case. After several months of simply checking in on me and presenting me with a couple options here and there, the perfect vehicle appeared. James aggressively jumped on securing it before it even got a chance to get listed because he knew that it was the exact one for me.Its still hard to believe I even put a deposit down on a vehicle that Id never seen in person. But after communicating with and getting to know easy-going James over these past months, I knew I was able to trust his word and promise that DLR only deals with high quality vehicles. James walked through every phase of the process over the phone with me from beginning to end, always explaining everything thoroughly and making sure there were no problems. He had my SUV shipped here to me in Houston to look at and test out and it was just as he promised, exceeded even my high expectations. The finalizing process was super quick and easy. I have already recommended James Smith and DLR to one friend and will continue to do so to others. The only negative part of my experience is that I never got to meet James in person. I will take care of that on my next road trip to Dallas!

It was a very good experience buying a car from Dallas Lease Returns. Stephen Neal is a great guy to work with, I came up on a Saturday morning with my two sons, eight and ten. My boys were playing and running around, like boys do, everyone was nice to them and tolerant of them. Got a very nice car, and Stephen brought it to me and took the old one away. He explained their hold policy to me on the car I was interested in, and when I got back the next morning it had been sold already. We went and looked around and found even a nicer car that morning. I can't say enough nice things about all those folks there. They don't act at all like salesman, they are there to get you into what you like at a price you can afford. Also, there is not a bad car on the lot to choose from. I will definitely being going back there.

I've purchased several vehicles in my life and this was by far the simplest and easiest purchase of them all. Having been dealing with financial difficulties and a poor credit rating, I thought I would be in for a very long process and it would require a lot of time and headache. That was not the case at all at Dallas Lease Returns. The entire process was hassle free and everything was completed the same day I went in in just a couple of hours time. I'd noticed a 2010 Acura and a 2011 Maxima on the Dallas Lease Returns website (www.dallasleasereturns.com) that I was interested in and used the site to submit a vehicle information request. Within 5 to 10 minutes of my submitting the request I received a call from James Smith. I told him that I was most interested in the 2011 Maxima and he took some information from me so that they could check for financing. The next day I drove over to take a look at the vehicle. It was perfect and exactly what I wanted with all the options I was looking for, however, with my credit and the financing terms that the bank set for this year/model the down payment was more than what I could afford at the time. I thought I was going to leave empty handed or have to settle for less than what i wanted. But James suggested a couple of other vehicles that we could try if I was interested. He then brought out the 2nd vehicle - a 2012 Acura TL. I thought WOW, this looks better than the Maxima I had wanted and had even more options/features. My next thought was man, this car costs more than the Maxima and there is no way that I'm going to be able to get this. I told James I was definitely interested and that he/Dallas Lease Returns wasn't playing fair because I liked this car just as much, if not more, than the Maxima but was concerned about being able to work out any type of deal considering this car was a newer model and priced a little higher than the one that I had originally wanted and that i couldn't go over not even one penny on what I was able be able pay for the down payment nor could I have high monthly payment either. James said OK and he would let his finance manager know. While they were working on this, I told him I'd take the Acura out for a test drive and see what it felt like he gave me the keys and told me to enjoy, he didn't even need to ride with me. When I got back, we were ready to talk. The financing was approved and my down payment didn't go up. After reviewing the details with me, he waited while I got a quote on how much my insurance might increase with adding this vehicle to my policy. He even took the car to get the oil changed, get it detailed and fill it up with gas and I drove off a happy camper after all the paperwork was signed. Overall it was a great experience. James was very professional, but very friendly and personable as well and great to work with. It was like buying a car from a long time friend. I told him I'd be back the next time I was in the market for a car.

Having never purchased a vehicle over the internet before, much less a used one, I was a bit nervous in calling Dallas Lease returns initially. But I was searching for a Cadillac truck, and they are ALL used (the model having been discontinued). And good ones are somewhat hard to find. I spoke with Shawn Collins by phone and he was friendly, understanding and responsive. I decided to make an offer, and had a deal within a short time. Shawn picked me up at the Dallas Airport two days later (what a guy!), and after inspecting the vehicle and 5 minutes of paperwork, I was on my way. And the truck IS beautiful! Jordan Campsey made buying my latest vehicle so easy! If you've ever purchased a car from a regular dealership, you know it can be frustrating, less than honest salesmen, fast talking finance guys. But Jordan at Dallas Lease Returns was great to work with. He was honest and emailed all the specs and pictures on the car I was interested in before I went to test drive it. After the test drive we inspected the car together and he pointed out a couple of small issues, (curb scratches on the wheel, some wear on the tires) and had them taken care of. I didn't even have to ask or negotiate. As the salesman, Jordan took care of arranging the financing himself and got me a better rate than even my credit union did! I would definitely recommend Dallas Lease Returns. Five stars!

Buying a car online from Idaho is/was a daunting experience except for Rawlins help. After explaining my needs and expectations regarding the quality of the particular automobile, he took me for a walk around over his cell phone. With his autobody experience, he picked out a few imperfections. Upon flying to Dallas to pickup the car, no flaws were readily discernible. I would highly recommend Rawlins. This comes from a car geek and who's wife has consulted for many major auto manufacturers and JD Powers for raising the bar for customer service. The customer service thing has rubbed off on me. Found out about Dallas Lease Returns through Autotrader. Went there a total of 3 times before buying my 2013 F250 (Awesome truck by the way) and coundl not have asked for an EASIER buying experience. After I finally made my mind up, the process (paper work) only took about 15 - 20min. Took me about 3 hrs when I bought my Harley! This place did not have the typical Big Car Dealer sales pressure either. If they don't have what you're looking for..... Be PATIENT!!! They have cars come and go very quick. I watched their website for just over a month before buying. I dealt with Jordan and he is awesome! I'm sure everybody else is as well. There was even a small mistake on the advertised price listing and they still honored it. GREAT PLACE!!!!!!!!!! Will def be buying my next car from them.

From driving up to driving away with a new vehicle, our experience with Rawlins and Dallas Lease Returns was great. Rawlins really listened to what we (I) wanted and needed. He worked with us and our budget and went above and beyond, always with courtesy. He stayed extra time even though the next day was Mother's Day and he wanted to drive home. My experience with D&M Leasing was awesome! The process was hassle free with Don Williams' help. My husband and I were searching for a quality vehicle. We specifically were looking for a Lexus RX 350 with black interior. My wife and I had been looking for a G37 convertible for 6 months. We wanted a very very low mileage car that was at least 3 years old. And it had to be in "new car" condition. No marks, blemishes, scratches, no nothing. Basically a brand new 3 yr old car. The car we bought from Ken was just that car. A pristine, 2011 G37S convertible with only 5320 miles. We drove to dallas from oklahoma to purchase this vehicle. I dealt with Rawlins through phone and email and I have to say I have never met anyone else at a dealership that takes cares of their customers like Rawlins did and STILL does. He worked very hard to get the deal we needed. We drove down to pick the vehicle up and were there maybe 20 minutes because Rawlins already had all paperwork, etc ready to go. I purchased the Porsche out of state, and thus put a lot of faith on Rawlins. Simply put, Rawlins made the entire sales process as simple and straightforward as possible. Information was provided to me immediately and once the car was in stock, I arranged for a pre purchase inspection at a shop and Rawlins even drove it there himself.

I bought a 2008 Volvo S60 from Stephen. I flew in from Kansas City and he picked me up at Dallas Love Field. Got a great deal on the price of the car at the end of the year (2012). Car was just a pictured and described on the internet. A couple of minor issues, but Stephen made it right. Two years later, I still have the car, had one minor repair but the car is running great...just like the day I bought it.
