I stopped in to test drive a car I had seen online, and drive it home a couple of hours later. The sales person that assisted me (Tom) was knowledgeable and super helpful. I ask a lot of questions and he answered each one thoroughly. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. The entire staff was unbelievably wonderful. The disclosure of all aspects of the car and it's history was a great surprise. Mi would recommend Darcars to anyone and everyone looking for a new vehicle!

What a great experience I had at Darcars of Frederick! This was the fastest and most transparent buying experience I have ever had and this is my 13th car. I saw the car on cars.com and called the dealer. The dealer answered all my questions upfront and had the car ready for my test drive when I pulled up to the dealership. Had me driving off in MY new 2011 30 minutes after I got back from the test drive. Smoothest process ever!

I wasn't even in the market for a car but when I saw the gorgeous red Hyundai sitting in the lot I had to stop . It was love at first sight. Mike Boyce has definitely earned a positive review from me. If purchasing a car were something I did often, I would go back to Mike for my next car. But since I bought a car that I know will last me a long time, I'll just have to tell other people he's worth talking to. Mike was honest, helpful, and gave me the freedom to make my own decision without pressure, like the other reviewers have said. When he said he needed to go talk to his manager, he was back in a couple of minutes with answers, and clearly wasn't just using it as a stalling tactic to make me impatient. This is in contrast to a recent experience at another dealership while shopping for a new (to me) vehicle, where my BS sensors were constantly going off, and where I could hear the sales guy in the other room shooting the breeze with another employee when he said he was seeing what sort of financing he could offer me, even though I said I was paying in cash. As far as I can tell, Mike is on the other end of the spectrum with how genuinely helpful he is. He's not looking to screw you over, but instead wants to build the right type of reputation. Mike even arranged to get the new car to my place, over an hour from the dealership. Talking to him will be worth your time.

Mike Boyce, my salesman, and the sales mananger Will Ryan went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Mike stayed three hours past closing, and drove me an hour and a half to help me get the vehicle I wanted. It was a long, confusing process, not Darcars fault, and Mike made it very simple and maintained a great attitude. I will buy from here again, and will tell all my friends and coworkers to buy here also.

During the weekend, my son and I visited several dealers searching for a used car. We came across a ford fiesta 2012 in really good condition. That night I sent an email requesting additional information. The next morning Rob called and that afternoon he had the car ready for a test drive. After having our '04 Tacoma bite the dust we were in need of a quality, reasonable used vehicle pretty fast. We knew what we wanted to spend, had ideas of what might work and Rob Harley helped us figure the whole thing out. We test drove a couple of cars, told him what we were looking for and he led us in the right direction. Rob is a very low pressure salesman which is a great quality to have!!He knows the features of the cars, knows what cars are on the used lot and is very helpful.The whole process was quick and pretty painless. Rob was the one on the phone who answered my questions about a used car I saw online. Making an hour and half trip, he made sure the car was on the lot for us to see and had everything we were looking for. He even doubled checked an item and called me back to verify. When we pulled up, Rob was expecting us with key in hand. We took a no hassle test drive and sat down with Rob to make the deal. After doing our own research on the vehicle, we felt that Rob gave us a fair deal. It took less than 10 minutes. No hassle, very easy purchase. After our deal, he followed us through to finance and waited to hand the keys to us to drive home in our new (used) car. We found the dealership very friendly and accommodating as we had special finacial circumstances that the dealership worked with us to be able to drive the car home that day. No game playing. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Rob as we had a great experience.

Great sales experience from start to finish (purchased a certified used Toyota Sequoia). Found the car on the internet, Bruce set me up with an appointment, answered all my questions thoroughly, and knew every feature of the car. Nice long test drive, not rushed or pushy at all, very relaxed sales experience. Bruce and Vince made me a fair offer on my trade in, and I found the price on the Sequoia to be better than other places in the area. Plus the vehicle was in 99% like-new condition, clean carfax, 1 owner...Darcars used inventory is definitely a cut above other other dealers. My new truck has zero scratches or blemishes. Even though the Sequoia was already clean, Bruce detailed the car himself while I worked out the financing. Would definitely go back in the future for my next car purchase.

We were surprised to discover that the used-car buying experience with Kevin was not only painless, but enjoyable. We did not experience any high-pressure tactics as was our fear upon visiting a dealership. We were greeted promptly and enthusiastically. We were allowed to make our decision on our own terms. It was an easy one considering the quality of the vehicle we purchased. We received fair terms for our trade-in and felt very well treated throughout the financing process. We will probably make the trek to Frederick when it is time to make our next vehicle purchase.

DARCARS Toyota of Frederick is the place to shop for new and used cars, not to mention getting your car serviced! All the employees are very courteous and friendly! My husband and I were on the hunt for a reliable used car and we cruised thru their parking lot on the Rt. 40 store. Although we didn't see anything there on their lot, the sales consultant, Tony Araujo, came outside and asked us to come in to see what he could find for us. He understood exactly what we were looking for in a used car and pulled up an 06 Corolla S on the computer that was at the Rt. 85 store and sent us over there to check it out. The sales manager at the 85 store let us test drive the car and started the paper work for Tony once we made the decision to buy it. Tony came down to finsih up the sale with us and even worked on detailing the car while we went in to work with the finance guy. All in all it was a great buying experience! Tony was a gem to work with!!! Highly recommend DARCARS Toyota of Frederick.

My (first) experience with DARCARS of Frederick was excellent.On my initial visit, which was unannounced, Bruce was assisting another customer and Bob handled my initial test drive. Bob was knowledgable and direct, and answered all of my questions. I negotiated with Vincent over the phone that evening and struck a deal.Bruce handled the purchase the following morning. He was conversational, polite, and professional throughout. Bruce seemed at ease with the whole process - he answered all of our questions and explained all warranty, service, and dealer insurance options to us clearly. Above all, he handled all of the paper work quickly and made us feel welcome. I have already recommmended Bruce and the DARCARS business to friends and family.Jim worked up our financing papers, and was a real pleasure to do business with. I hope we don't need a new vehicle again any time soon, but if we do I'm sure we'll be coming back again.

I was thrilled with my recent used car purchase. I ended up buying a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox LTZ AWD, 6-cyl and loaded with all the goodies! I was surprised at how much Chevy has advanced in technology (bluetooth / navigation / backup cam / DVD headrests, etc).Used car sales manager Vincent Seufert helped me on the phone in locating the perfect vehicle. He listened to my needs first... and THEN gave some recommendations. He worked with me and my credit / financing and was very helpful.Bruce Babazadeh was my salesman, and he was VERY knowledgable and professional! He spent time looking over the car I wanted BEFORE I arrived... so that when I showed up, he could show me everything about it. Great salesman, but wasn't pushy when I declined an optional DARCARS maintenance package (for additional $$$).Site note: All sales personnel at this dealership was SO courteous to my wife and preschool son while they waited for me to do paperwork and such. They offered them drinks and left them alone to play / color in the kid-friendly area inside the main Toyota dealership.

I went into DarCars without a plan. My A to B car died unexpectedly on my way to work a couple of days earlier and I was in a bind. After speaking with Harry for a few minutes, he told me that he had the perfect car in mind that would fit my needs. He showed me a Certified Used Corolla with low miles and in immaculate condition. I was very impressed with the car and I really appreciated Harry's knowledge about it. He took the time to show me how everything worked inside and made sure to point out all the details. I was very interested in the car, but was concerned about what my payments would be like because I just started a new job and hadn't even received my first paycheck yet. I wanted to think about it for the night because I was hoping to buy a car out right and he was understanding about my unease with a car payment. The next day, the finance department took the time to shop for rates while I was at work and called me when they were able to meet my requirements. I was suprised to find out that the payment quoted had an extended warranty already included along with several other perks. I was planning on purchasing them anyway, but having them already included was a welcome suprise for my purse! I signed my paperwork with Mike O'Brien and he was amazing as well. He was funny and shared stories about his family with my father and I, and also took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my purchase in detail. I've had the car for 6 days now and am loving it. I received a call from Harry to make sure I was enjoying it and to see if I had any questions he could answer now that I've been driving it for awhile. I honestly consider both Harry and Mike my friends with the way they treated me and I will recommend them highly!

I was VERY impressed with the overall experience while getting an oil change on my new Toyota Tacoma. I purchased it in Hagerstown but was unable to make it up there for my first Oil change. I explained ths situation to Ashley when I called and made my appointment and she sugggested that I go on line and get the discount coupon. When I showed up for my appointment with my coupon, not only did she tell me that I qualified for a FREE oil change, but also informed me of all other services which were included such as Tire Rotation and Tire recall inspection - which I was unaware of. I had called another Toyota dealership in Frederick on Buckeystown Pike and spoke to Adrian in the Service Department (prior to calling Darcars) and was told the Oil change would be $40 - $60 depending on the oil used. I explained to Adrian that the price did not seem accurate and that I had had been given a much better price at another dealership but he offered no more information. I already had one bad experience at this dealership regarding a tire problem and should have known better to consider them anyway. They appear to have a more state of the art Service Department but this is a case where looks are deceiving... I WILL NOT be calling this dealership FOR ANY services in the future.I will certainly reccommend Darcars in the future (and already have). I would also like to say that, being very serious about MY job, it was nice to come across someone like Ahsley who was ALSO very serious about her job. We are few and far between.

I feel that Wayne Spears went far above the expected diligence in assisting me to purchase the truck that I actually wanted. The fact that we were dealing with someone 4 hrs away did not seem to matter in that Wayne answered all our questions and certainly went the extra mile in making sure that everything was ready when we got to the dealership and that all negotiations that had been agreed upon were met. The sales consultant, Mr. Wayne Spear was a very friendly , patient and well communicating person. He showed professionalism, listened very well, was there to help and provided quality customer service making us happy and satisfied with what we wanted. We were so happy to work with Vince and Wayne because earlier in the day we had gone to the Darcars Toyota location on route 85 and spoken with an older used salesman and he had been condescending and just awful, refusing to really even talk to us, we were thrilled with how friendly Wayne was and great Vince was in helping us understand payments, and interest rate and such. We drove away with a RAV 4 which we have been very happy wiht except that we noticed something is really wrong with the radio which has been frustrating but everything else with the car has been great and the experience was positive ! We would totally recommend Wayne and Vince to others.

I found both Vincent and Wayne to be helpful in finding the Tacoma that I decided on. They were able to give me a good trade on my truck and find the color I was looking for. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable in helping me decide on the truck. I would think that if I decided to purchase another Toyota I would be glad to discuss it with them.

The salesman was friendly, courteous, and personable. The dealership was neat and clean. Because we called ahead, Mr. Spear had the car we were interested in ready to test drive. He also helped us get a great deal for our trade-in. Overall, we had a very positive experience.

The customer service I received was great they let me know they were there to help but left me alone to look. They were fast on thir work and tried to get me going as soon as possible.
